Starting point is 00:00:00 Timfoil Hattie. Oh, what the fuck are you guys even talking about? Global controls will have to be imposed, and a world governing body will be created to enforce them. Welcome to Tinfoil Haas. We go deep, home, boy. Aaron, open your mic. Drink from the fountain of knowledge.
Starting point is 00:00:27 There's lizard people everywhere. That's some interdimensional shit. Wake up, Aaron. This is only the beginning. You just blew my mind. And welcome to Tidfoil Ha. You know who I am. You know I'm here to do. I'm here to rock. God, man, you know, I'm here to do. I'm here to rock.
Starting point is 00:00:52 God, man, you are, start anticipating. That's the way I do it. Okay, I respect that. Joining me as always is my partner in crime, the man, the myth, the legend, Xavier, Guerrero, X-G. How are you, bud? I'm good, I'm good. It's getting a little hot out here.
Starting point is 00:01:11 It is getting a little hot, dude. You know, it's hot as this haircut. It's like, I was close to a mohawk, like, I'm a fat taxi driver right now. That's like I'm fat and I'm telling. What? Johnny, you look like you want to jump in. You cut your hair at home? No, I, there's a rebellion out there, Johnny, an underground, people aren't gonna play by the rules anymore, including hair stylist.
Starting point is 00:01:36 Yeah, I know you were looking, so you did find somebody. Yeah, a friend of mine hooked me up and she trended it and she gave me the best cut between a foe hawk and a mohawk, but I might go full mohawk, so don't you worry about it. And joining me on the ones and two from the incredibly popular new show, broken simulation, hitting the top 60 on Apple podcast. Congratulations, Johnny. Congratulations to you, Sam. Thank you, buddy. That is weird. It is weird. I didn't expect that, but I was very happy.
Starting point is 00:02:09 And feedback has been pretty damn positive. Outside of being called an FBI agent, it seems to have gone, goes really well. Yeah, it's gone. It's way better feedback than pretty much anything else I work on. It is truly amazing how much I get called, a gay, thia, thia, thia, thia, thia, thia, thia, thia, thia, thia, thia, thi, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it's thi, it's thi, it's thi, it's thi, it's, it's weird, it's to to to to to th. th. th. th. th. to to be weird, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, th. to to th. to to to to to be weird, to be weird, to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too. too. too. too. too. too. too. too. too. too. too, too, the. anything else I work on. It is truly amazing how much I get called a gay Jew shill, an FBI agent. One video is out there that I killed Brody Stevens and a blood sacrifice. It's like what did I get out of it dude?

Starting point is 00:03:12 just a bunch of lazy people. Dude but I mean come on man all that stuff you saw at the standard Johnny respect my 40 okay Johnny I thought I was the only one he told that to him. Okay, listen, real quick, Xavier, dude, everybody is honestly, by everybody, one guy relentlessly on Patreon is begging for the tinful hat sombrero shell. I think we should look into an all-Spanish conspiracy podcast. I might think about it. I can handle all Spanish. I'm fluent. I think we should sit down and talk about that.
Starting point is 00:03:51 Maybe like build that up and you know, see what we could get going with that. And I should sit on it and then I just talk about what I think you guys are talking about and then we see if it makes any sense. I like just just th th th th you th you th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I thin. I just thin. I th. I th. I th. I th. I thin thin. I thin. I thin. I thin. I thin. I thin. I'll just look for words that I, you know, because you got you Spanish people, you don't like to make up your own new words, so you just take American words and just throw them into Spanish somewhere. I think line was for... Costco!

I mean that's what it's all about. Tim, is any part of your program involve cocaine with strippers during a pandemic? Is that anywhere on your list of things that are good for you to do at this time?

You know, it's so interesting when to talk about something, and I'm not saying I'm that big, but then there's memes about it like two weeks later, but like I said, man, I've been eating ass since 85, and I ain't getting nothing from this, okay? stare every one of these corona people right in the face and say not today death not today Okay, you actually got a lot of probiotics by doing that Sam dude, you know what dude Do you think I knew that scientifically? You are offering our listeners a special deal. Is that correct? Yeah, it's just 5% off on their first order. Starting point is 00:12:09 If they put Sam in at checkout, if they go to chemical free body.com and then when they check out they just put in the coupon Sam and they get 5% off their first purchase. Buda, Jesus, both one names and you know exactly who they are. You put in Sam, you know exactly who Sam is. What am I trying to say? I'm a holy roller brother, okay? So I want to get in real quick to how you got here because I've always wanted to do an episode on the food industry. What we're eating.
Starting point is 00:12:39 There's the old saying, what you eat is who you are, right? I think I but but I've thuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu but that up upchered that up but it's along the lines of that. Tim, tell us a little bit about Johnny, don't laugh at that. No, you're laughing at, you're laughing at me, not with me, okay? And it's really hurting my feelings right now and I'm a sensitive man who's dead on the inside. So, so tell us a little bit about what got you started down thisthis journey that you're on, Tim. Okay, cool. So a long time ago, it seemed like, I actually grew up over in Eastern Oregon on a cattle and hay farm, hunting and fishing, I played baseball to high level for a long time.
Starting point is 00:13:14 And at age 37, I found myself 38 pounds overweight. I had gut issues. I had what was called leaky gut syndrome, which 90% of us have at some level, which is not good. We can talk about that later. I had eczema on both of my elbows. I had a big huge patch of eczema on my left knee and it wasn't sleeping good, fatigued, acid and acid digestion really as you know eating those tums and rollades like they were going out of style. Doctor wanted me to go on prilisac. I didn't want to do it though because just sound a weird. Prylisac just didn't, it sounded like a weird. Yeah, it sounds like you take that when you're peeing five.
Starting point is 00:13:49 Yeah, and this was even before, this was even before I got into the health stuff. I mean, I was always trying in my stools when I was going to the bathroom and I'd look at it as like, oh shit, well I hope that goes away and I, you know, put my head in the sand and just keep going. Dude, nothing scared than I'm peeing blood. Yeah, man. One time I woke, I woke up with a boner to pee down. So I just pushed the bone here gently like I do gently. And I think I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. t. t. t. I to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I t. I te. I te. I te. I te. I te. I te. I te. I te. I tooed. I tooed. I too. I too. I t gently, and I think I dinged a couple cells and I, next, like, a couple hours, Johnny, this is biology. Stop acting like you're a twelve-year-old, okay? This is biology and I pee blood for a little while. It was the freakiest shit. Well, this went on for me for a couple years where I had blood coming out and then finally I was a- years dude? Yeah. Oh, cool. What's the name of that one?
Starting point is 00:14:46 This one's Ninja. Ninja. Cool. Yeah, so I had that going on, head was buried in the sand. And then finally I was on a vacation. And then I had to basically get life. to get life.
Starting point is 00:14:58 their throw. I was out of control, I was down in Peru. I got, I had insurance, but I never got to use it because I was down in Peru, I was pissed because I paid insurance all my life and then when I had a chance to use it, I was in a different country, so it didn't work. Oh, dude, I mean, you know how they have locked up abroad? They should be like a hospital to God the doctor is in a voodoo doctor, right? And just hope it all works out. Yeah, well, luckily, my wife at the times, dad ran a big hospital in Lima,
Starting point is 00:15:30 so I got flown into that place and then they did surgery. And I literally got like free antibiotics and everything, because the purchasing agent was trying to suck up to her dad who owned the hospital. And the guy, there, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, there's there's there's there, there, there, there, there, there, there, there, there, there, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the, the, the the, the, the the the, the, the the the the the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the. then the guy who owned the hospital actually did the surgery with another woman who was a surgeon. And I bought her a box of chocolates and I bought him a bottle of whiskey and I was good to go. So it all actually worked out pretty good.
Starting point is 00:15:53 Yeah, I love bribe and third world people. I don't need anything. You're like, here I am at age 37, I got all these problems. I want to be healthy, but I'm completely clueless, I'm reading books. I'm reading books. I don't know what's going on. My friend Charles gets diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, which is a supposedly at the time an incurable blood cancer. And it's really shitty. And it's really shitty. I mean, I went I I I I th, I to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the their, I want their, I want their, I want their, I want their their their today, I'm their today, I'm thea. I'm thea. I'm thea. I want to be healthy. I want to be healthy. I want to be healthy. I want to like the support groups with him and and all the people in the room were just kind of white and pasty and all they talked about was how many medications they were taking and how bad they felt and there was no focus on I'm going to get well.
Starting point is 00:16:33 What else can I do? It was just like waiting for the doctor and if this stuff didn't work, then they were going to put them on an experimental drug and the drug, and the drug, and thapapapapapapapapapapap..... And then, th. And then, th. And then, th. And then, th. And then, thin, thin, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, they were they were going, thi, they were going, they were going, they were going, they were going, they were going they were they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were, they were. And, they were, they were, they. And, they. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, the. And, the, the, thin. And then, thin. And then, thoooooooomorrow. And then, thooooooooooomorrowed. And then, they. And then, they were going they were going they were going they werethey die. And they just, one after another was a revolving door of death is what I called it. And then Charles is like, screw this man. He goes, I gotta heal myself. So he decides to go to the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. It's like the 60-year-old at the time,
Starting point is 00:16:55 detox and nutrition clinic. Now keep in mind, I'm like the biggest hunter, fisher in my town. Like nobody, you know, there's like a few of us that were just, that's all we did. We lived and breathed hunting and fishing. And our motto is actually if it's brown, it's down, if it flies, it dies. Right. So when I go to this place, on the plane flight, he tells me there's no meat, no meat, no sugar, nothing cooked over 115 degrees. I was just thinking, well, shit, what the hell am I gonna eat? And I thought, well, Charles has got cancer. I mean, they probably got salads or something. I'll just eat salads for, you know, I'm there and then, but I was freaked out. Well, I gotta be
Starting point is 00:17:36 honest with you, man, you're one of the nicest me a ride to the airport. You're going to your friend to a place to get better for his cancer. That's so nice, dude. Yeah, he's one of my best friends and he needed support. And so I went and dude, we got there and on day one, this guy comes out, Dr. Scott, and this guy is jacked. He's just got like huge muscles and he gives this talk called internal awareness. It it to a a a to a to a to a to a to a to a to a tooer. It was, too. It was, too. It was like, too. too. too. too. too. too. too. too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, to a to a to a to a to a to a to a to a to a to a to a to a t. I, thi. I, thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. t t t t t t thauuu. toda. tooe. tooe. tooe. tooea. too. toea. toe huge muscles and he gives this talk called internal awareness. It was like three and a half hours long. And he was teaching us how the gut works and everything works. And I was like, wow, this is interesting.
Starting point is 00:18:14 And I'm taking notes. I'm like, shit, I didn't know that. Nobody taught me this in school. And I thought the guy was like, I th. 40 years old and I went up to him afterwards and I said, and he said, it was his birthday. I said, how old are you? I was like, I just turned 50 and I was like, what? You're 50? I was like, you're, I was like, you're the. I was like, you're thea. thea. thea. thea. thed. thee. thin, the. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I th. th. I th. I th. I was, th. I was, th. I'm. I'm th. I'm. I'm out. I'm like, that blew my mind, but the guy was right in front of me. I had first person experience with it. But in the class, he was teaching us about like doing colon hydrotherapy, which is where, are you, are you guys familiar with that? No.
Starting point is 00:18:54 You set on a tube rectally and water goes in and out of you for an hour. And the reason why they want to do that is because they want they want they want to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon, the colon. the colon. the colon. the colon. to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean, to clean because the colon's got all this impacted fecal material in it and just it's just nasty stuff. Am I lied to enjoy that? Yeah, I don't want to do it. Like I told Charles when he said that in the beginning I said elbowed him, I said, dude, I ain't doing that deal. I mean, I'll fly all the colon. Yeah dude and the average person is about 10 12 pounds. The record at the Institute was like
Starting point is 00:19:33 one lady she like dropped like 26 or 28 pounds in one hour on that machine just just cleaning out her colon. Think about that. So I'm like freaked out so I do that day one my acid indigestion is gone by the I went thir t. t. t. t. t. t. t. t. t. th. th. th. th. th. I th. I th. I th. th. I th. th. th. th. th. I th. I th. So I'm like freaked out. So I do that. Day one, my acid indigestion is gone. I went through this terrible detox. I was having like headaches and night sweats the first few days. I was very irritable. But then I woke up on Thursday and I fricking felt. Like I was 20 years old again. I looked at Charles. I'm like, thiii. I'm like, th. th. th. th. th. th. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. tho. tho. tho. that. thi. tho. tho. tho. th. tho. tho tho tho tho tho tho th. I'm tha. I'm th. I'm tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. t do this with you. I can't believe I'm gonna say this but I said I'm gonna go plant-based except for bacon
Starting point is 00:20:07 I'm gonna keep that in and you know because I figured I can make like a bacon avocado sandwich or whatever and just you know bacon bake I love bacon because I cooked it all the time and anyway long story short we came back home oh and I interviewed other people there thrown. the thin' th. th. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin' thin' thin' thin' thi. thin' thin' thin' th. th. th. th. th. thin' to to thin' th. th. th. I'm to to to to dude, and there was like a nurse that was like smoking hot, and I asked her how old she was, and she goes, I'm 53, and I was like, what? I mean, like, she was like, if you were single, you'd want to date her, she's smoking hot. I thought she was maybe like 37, you know about my age.
Starting point is 00:20:37 She was 53. So all these people this shit works. So we came home, we followed the protocols, we did the juice in twice a day, we focused on cleaning out our gut, you know, changing our mindset a little bit, exercising, and doing all that stuff. And dude, in two and a half years, my buddy healed him. I just played a guitar with him. I'm, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, and I, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th. th. th. th. So, th. So, th. So, theeeeeean, that, that, thi. that, that, thi. thi. So, thi, with him last week. He is thriving with health. This was supposedly an incurable cancer and me, what happened to me, within 60 days, all of my health issues, at least the symptoms were gone, except for the patch of X-M on my knee because it was huge. Yeah, it took like eight months. But I actually, when I got, I was reading this book on the way back home called the China Study by. the the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi to to to to to to to to to te, te, tha, thaui. thauicicuicillipuillipuillipuic, thae, thauicillipuic, tha, tha, tha, tha, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, t. t. thae, t. thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thae, thau. thau. thau. thau. thau. tthau. ttthau. thau. thauuu. thau. thauu. ttteau. took like eight months, but I actually, when I got, I was reading this book on the way back home called The China Study by Dr. T. Colin Campbell. He's this super researcher
Starting point is 00:21:31 and nutrition. And they talked about the Korean War and how these young men had come back. They were dead soldiers, and they tested their hearts and their hearts had severe onset of arterial sclerosis and heart disease already in their 20s and they were mostly on the standard American diet which was what I ate then I was like oh shit like I've got heart disease I have to have heart disease because I eat more than thease because I eat. That's it and I gave up bacon so I actually went plant based. that their teauran. I throwns. I th. I'm the. I'm throwned. I'm throwned. I'm throwned. I'm throwned. I'm throwned. I'm throwned. I'm the when I want to. Some of my plant-based friends get mad at me because I say this, but I believe that, you know, people ate mostly plants based on our teeth and our digestive tracks and how all that works. But we were opportunists and we'd have a little meat.
Starting point is 00:22:13 So I think we're genetically programmed to have a little bit from time to time. Just like chimpanzees, dude. lettuce and grass and you know all plants but man they ain't afraid to you know just take out another monkey and eat that. Yeah yeah it's awesome. All I know is like I feel like I'm 19 every day now I got so excited about this stuff that I actually started teaching these like a buddy of mine came over and he saw these sprouts I was growing in the house he's like dude what's all this for and I'm thu thi thi thi the th th th th th th th th the the the the the that that that they. thi thi thi thi. And I told him the whole thing about Hippocrates and the juicing. He's like, well, you do that for me? And I'm like, dude, I barely figure this shit out for myself. I'm busy. He talked me. He talked me into doing it. He talked me. Then the next day he brings his buddy Erick over. And he's like, he's like, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. He's like, he's the th. He's tote. He's tote. He's t. He's tote. He's tote. He's tote. He's th. He's my door. Tell me what Eric said told me. And then so we finally made them on Tuesday nights and Wednesday night classes and I'm speaking on the weekends. And here I am a financial advisor.
Starting point is 00:23:10 I'm not charging anybody anything, but I was so excited about it. I ended up having over 2,500 people come to my home for juicing classes and over close to 2,000 in these proper, I was tea teaching the the proper teaching the proper teaching the proper teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was thi, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was teaching, I was to teaching, to teaching, to teaching, to teaching, thing, thing, thing, thing, I was thin, I was thing, thi, thin, I was to teaching, I was thi.. thi. to teaching, I became a raw food chef through this process and educating them on the benefits of detox and nutrition and just giving people like straight up shit that works instead of this bullshit complicated mess that the medical systems involved in. They know nothing about nutrition for the most part because they don't teach it because they've been hijacked by a pharmaceutical model. So anyway, so I've been doing this for a long time. I got passionate about it, and finally my little brother got killed in a mountain bike an accident. And then that's when I set back and I was like, he's younger than me, that could have been me. And I'm like, that's it. I'm like, I'm doing what makes me happy. I'm following my excitement. I'm like, I'm getting into the health industry. This is to understand that if you want change in
Starting point is 00:24:07 your life you have to change. You have to make decisions man. Nothing changes unless you make changes man and it sounds so simple but it's just the truth. You know what was it madness is doing the same thing over and over again? Oops but expecting different results. And it's just true. So, you know, we had my friend Paul Dionne on talking spirituality, and now I want to have you on Tim, because I want to talk about, you know,
Starting point is 00:24:36 you're changing your body and pursuing what you love, not taking the first exit off the highway of life, man. There's so many people who that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that thi. that that that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's th. that's that th. that that th. that that that th. th. that that th. th. th. that th. that th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. th. that. th. the. the the that. the that that that that that that that that that that that that that that, you know, exit off the highway of life, man. There's so many people who take the first exit off and whatever that job is, they're stuck forever. You know, we're kind of in this weird thing where we're begging our government, I can't believe we're begging our government to do this, to let us go back to work, and how many people are going to go back to a job they can't stand. And the differences between them and people like us, and I'm not saying we're better than anybody, but we are doing something that we love because we just took the first step by just doing it.
Starting point is 00:25:18 And that's kind of what I'm really excited about is about you and your message that it's like you can change your life, you just need to, like, you know, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, it's like, th, th, th, th, th, th, I, th, I, I, I, I'm like, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that's like, that's like, that, that's like, that, that's like, that, that's like, that, that, that, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, about is about you and your message that it's like you can change your life. You just need to like, you know, it's like people get into recovery all the time and then they don't know what they're going to do. I'm like have some goals, man. Have some goals. You don't just get in your car and drive. Have a goal that you want to do. One week goal, one month goal, one year goal, one of the life goal, you know, have goals, find out something you're passionate about and work into it.
Starting point is 00:25:48 Ah, so- Hey Tim, I had a question for you. You said your friend had leukemia. One of my friends had leukemia as well. Did your friend do the chemo? But right when the chemo was out of him, he's vegan. He's vegan. To this day he's vegan. He says he thinks, so he was living at home, he moved out, he got a second job, started eating junk food, started eating jack in the box, and then next to you know he had leukemia. He thinks that
Starting point is 00:26:14 junk food and all that shit triggered it, and he but he did the chemo. Did your friend go through the chemo or was it straight just? No. the the th. th. th. thine, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he did, he did, he was, he was, he, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he was, he, he was, he was, he was th. He was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, straight just straight being? No he didn't do any standard American Western medical procedures at all. No. In fact when we got back and he had up here at OHSU we had the top specialist for CLL or chronic lymphocytic leukemia in the world supposedly or whatever the nation so and I remember going there was a deal where this guy had like 70 some people in the room that had that cancer and he was doing a PowerPoint presentation and that that the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th th th th th th th th th th th th. th th. th the. the. theat. the. the. the. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th th. th th th th th th th th th th th th th the the th the the th the th th th the th th th th th the. the. the. the. the. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the thee the the the the room with that had that cancer and he was doing a PowerPoint presentation and that son of a bitch had a diet Pepsi next to his laptop and he's drinking it and I'm thinking this guy's trying to tell people about health I mean come on he's drinking a freaking diet Pepsi it's one the most toxic substance on the planet it's like a new crack it's so bad for you but no my friend didn't th do anything. But when we got back, he still had one foot
Starting point is 00:27:06 in the door with Western medicine because of the diagnostics and he's scared. He mean, shit, he never know. He never had cancer before. And you know, they fear the crap out of you. You gotta get in chemo, you gotta do it now. If you don't do it, you basically, which is what the chemotherapy is from the 60s. And the doctor's like looking at him and it's like everything's improving.
Starting point is 00:27:29 Like Charles, when Charles and I changed our lifestyles, Charles's testosterone as a, you know, a 43-year-old man went up 100 points. Just by changing, how many guys are trying to boost their fricking testosterone injections and all kinds of crap, you know, pills that don't work. A hundred points by changing his lifestyle. His blood work was improving. He was at like 26,000, I can't remember it's like white blood cells or something like that per million or like that. And after two weeks it was it was down to like 18 and then every six
Starting point is 00:28:01 months it was down to like 15 and 13. Normal ranges, I think, is like, I remember it's like four to 10 million or something like that. I can't remember the numbers, but anyway, just when he changed his lifestyle, those white blood cell things were dropping and he was improving and he was improving and the doctor had everything there showing it was improving. He's like, well, you know, we're going to have to get a pneumonia, to get to get to get pneumonia so we want to protect you from that and what I learned at the Institute was that in those shots there was things like thermarisol and mercury and and desiccated you know human cells and all kinds of who knows what the hell is in that shit makes you sick and I'm and he told me Charles is like and he told me Charles to thrown. to the they. they. th. th. th. th. thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thi, thin, thin, thin, thi, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, throoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, the, thi, th's like now here you need to go get this and Charles is like no he's like I'm improving my immune system's building I'm
Starting point is 00:28:48 doing well I'm not going to do it and he's like no you need to go get this prescription go get it. He's like no I'm not maybe they're going back and forth and finally I'm like and this doctor's like six foot six and I was like hey he ain't gonna do it he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he th he th he th he th he th th th th th th thin thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' th th th thin' thin' thin' is th th th thin' is thin' is thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th th th th th th thi. thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin. thin. to to to to to thi. to to to to to to thi. thi. to to thi. thi. thi. thi. thi's thi's effing and proving in his health. I just, I got pissed. And then he just, he didn't even say nothing. He just looked away, look away right back to Charles. Like, look, you need to go do this. He looked like I didn't even exist. And then after Charles healed himself, I never got to go back up there. But I wanted to say, hey, you're so the, he didn't the the he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he didn't th th th thin, he didn't thin, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't to say, he didn't to say, he didn't to say, he didn't even to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he to say, he didn't to say, he didn't to say, he didn't to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't even to say, he didn't to say, he didn't of poisoning them and trying to figure out, why does the information got to come from some pharmaceutical company down?
Starting point is 00:29:30 Why can't it come from nature? Where we're from? And like Sam said, we have like this, we have a system, we have a biological system, and we're part of the ecosystem out there, and we just detached from it, and that fast food shit that your buddy was eaten is probably a causative factor that got him because it lowered his immune system because he was eating foods that were deficient in nutrients and just like the sailors got deficient in vitamin C they got scurvy it wasn't a disease it was a vitamin deficiency and that's one of the things that's causing problems today for most people is 85% of the nutrients have been farmed out of our soil and then the shit's processed and cooked and canned and irradiated and pasteurized and nuke and did you know that they take potatoes and they nuke them so if your
Starting point is 00:30:11 potatoes are really yeah dude it's called these they call it D sputting because potatoes grow at one time of year I grew up over in each torown the. I grew up their shit to to in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in in. I'm their their their their their their their. I'm their. I'm their. I'm. I'm. So they nuke them like nuclear shit so that they don't grow. It retards the growth so that they last longer and then they ship them out of these big warehouses as the demand needs then until the the the the the the the the the the their. they. they. they. And they. And they. And you're eating like, it's like, you're like the Hulk type stuff. I mean, it's terrible. So, but if you're vegan, but if you're vegan, so you don't eat potatoes, so they have
Starting point is 00:30:56 to be more like organic. Well, yeah, if I was, you know, if I was going to eat, to eat, to eat, to eat, to eat, to eat, to eat, to eat, the the whole, the whole, the whole, the whole, the whole, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the organic. I don't do a lot of those. I do some yams and sweet potatoes. That's about it. I try to stay away from the potatoes just because there's been a lot of hybridization and genetic modification. I try to eat things are what people call airloom or wild. That haven't been messed around with man. you can put in your body. White rice or brown rice is like eating like a jar of sugar basically. And like, they'll give an example. So white rice, on the outside of the white rice is the bran.
Starting point is 00:31:31 That's where 90% of the nutrition is, but inside of that bran is a fat digesting enzyme called lipase. Lipase, lipid. You get it? So if they don't strip the bran off and they put that rice into stories. Within six months, the rice the rice the rice thiiiiiiiiii, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, th. So, th. So, thi, thi. So white thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. So, thi. White, thi's thi's thi's thiiiiiiiia white, white, white, white white rice, white rice, white rice, white white rice, white rice, white rice, white white rice, white white rice, thia. So if they don't strip the bran off and they put that rice into stories, within six months the rice will go rancid. So it's not good for storage. It's not good for people selling rice. They can't store it and sell it when they want to. So they strip 90% of the nutrition off and they leave you with a starchy carbohydrate, which is basically and trace amounts of cyanide. Looked that up in rice. We eat it. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thsoa. thsoa, th. th. the, the, the, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, the the the the the th. the the th. the the th. th. the th. th. th. th. th. th. the. the. the. thea. thea. thea. thea. thea. thea. thea. thea. throoooo and we're just basically eating a mouthful of sugar and then when you eat it with things that we eat it with like proteins like chicken or fish or beef or whatever, any meat or protein source even if it's plant-based, that's improper food combining and
Starting point is 00:32:14 it creates over 123 chemicals in your gut. One of them being sulfur, that's the thii. I have a real to-and-and that's that's that's that's that's thi, thi, thr-in, thr-in, thr-in, thr-s, throwns, thr-s, throwns, throwns, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, th, thi, thi, th, th, thi, thin, th, thin, thin, proteins, proteins, proteins, proteins, proteins, proteins, thin, proteins, proteins, thin, thin, proteins, protein, thin, protein, protein, thin, protein thin, protein, thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin. thin, thin, thin, thrffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffewa, thi. thi. Wea. thi. thi. th one of the guidelines I teach in my proper food combining class. I have a real quick question for you. What about sugar alternatives, like sugar alcohol, is like erythitol? Are there any that you would recommend at all? Yeah, the only thing that I recommend for sweeteners is Stavita brand Stevia. You have to look and read labels because a lot of them will put alcohol in it as a preservative, but what happens to alcohol in the body? It converts to sugar. So if you're taking a sugar alternative with alcohol in it, you're still eating sugar.
Starting point is 00:32:52 So Stevita brand Stevia has this one bottle that's really good. It's preserved with a grapefruit seed extract. And it's not processed with chemicals. that's a good A lot of these stevias are processed with chemicals. It's a good thing, but industry is hijacked it, so most of it's jacked, and it's not what you think it is. And a lot of people have problems with stevia, about 25% of people don't like it. But with the stevete brine,
Starting point is 00:33:16 brand stevea, with the grapefruit seed extract, not processed with chemicals, if they use a little amount, they're okay with it. That's a really good one. I also like monk fruit, which is awesome. That's 170 times sweeter than sugar, and that's in our green 85 form, and it's one of the sweeteners we used for our green powder, slightly, monk fruit. And then you can also use things like cinnamon as well that will that that. You know, one thing I want to talk, and then I want to get into some of your core secrets
Starting point is 00:33:47 and stuff like that is, you know, we have a giant population, right? We're told it's 370 million people. I don't know if that number's real. I don't trust anybody, but that's what we're told. And, you know, I am, I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't I don't like I don't like I don't like I don't like I don't like I don't like I don't like, I don't like, I don't like, I don't like, I don't like, I don't like how we treat animals that we eat, consume. But I don't also know how we can feed that many people, like humanely and health-wise. You know, maybe I'm overthinking this, I don't know, but, like, what is, like, it's so bad the way we treat animals. They've now made it illegal, which I cannot believe, the, which I can't believe they eat, the, the, which, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, and, th, th, th, th, and, that, that, that, that, that, thi, thi, th, th, that, that, that, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, we, we, we, we, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, and, and, and, the, the, and, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, I don't know, but like what is, like, it's so bad the way we treat animals. They've now made it illegal, which I cannot believe this is a law.
Starting point is 00:34:31 It's illegal to film how they process meat, right? How they kill the animal and all that stuff. It's so traumatizing and so bad that they won't even let us see it. What are your thoughts on that whole thing? Well, first off, you know, hunting and fish in my whole life, I was desynthesized to that because I was killing everything. But I've seen those videos, and it's gut-wrenching watching this stuff. And that's the reason why the meat industry won't have lobbyists to get
Starting point is 00:35:00 these laws passed because they don't want people to see it because I can't tell you how many people I put on, watch these shows on documentaries and stuff like Food Inc. is an example. My wife at the time, same one. She watched it and she was vegan in a nanosecond, after watching that deal. She's like, I am not doing that. Oh my God, conditions are alcoholics, they're drug addicts. Could you imagine just being around death all the time? And they're like some of them are psychos too. Like they have like serial killer type attitudes the way they treat these animals like they're nothing. Yeah, then they go home and they beat their wife. In fact, it says on the menu, like, treat the animals like a machine.
Starting point is 00:35:45 And that's like a common thought process in big ag farming. So we have a lot of problems with this. The reason why we have a lot of issues with our, you know, with like, you know, plagues and thi, like that back in the day was because people started moving in together and we got concentrated and everybody's taken a dump pissing and it's and we're too close and we're not getting sunlight with a disinfectant and you don't take a dump out in the grass and let the little bugs and the bacteria push you back in. So you have these waste treatment plants and that's where sickness and disease comes in. So that's what happens with poor animal husbandry practices you know all these cows standing in six to eight inches of shit and piss their whole life. So tragic. Then 70% of the antibiotics that are made by the pharmaceutical companies are injected
Starting point is 00:36:29 into these animals because they get acidosis and they get sick. And they also found out that they actually fatten up faster on antibiotics. But they have to do it or the animals would die. So the stuff they're feeding them is like genetically modified corn and genetically modified soy, which is pretty much indigestible by humans and these cows, they can't eat it, they process it, and that's why they got to give them the antibiotics. So what ends up happening is we're consuming these animals carcasses our entire life and meat and burgers and stuff like that. And we become antibiotic resistance because we're eating antibiotics our whole life. Then when we get sick we go into a hospital we might pick up a bacterial infection
Starting point is 00:37:07 and then all of a sudden the antibiotics aren't working. Why? Because you've been eating them your whole life and that's why 5% of people that go into the hospital die of something else from what they went in for. So just by going into a hospital get well you have a 5% chance of death from something else because it's it's so bad. So the other thing- But in the end, it's all coronavirus. I don't know if you know that.
Starting point is 00:37:29 But in the end, everybody's dying from coronavirus. But here's, to answer your question is that these animal husbandry packages are terrible. You're right. They're horrible. farm raised, grass fed, no shots, no injections. If you're gonna do it, that's how you'd wanna do it, and that's how you wanna get your meat. And you can change that industry by simply not purchasing their crap. Another thing is called nitrates and nitrates, they squirt these into the meat to keep them looking red.
Starting point is 00:37:56 If nitrates and nitrates weren't squirted into the grocery store, probably 30, 40, 50% of the meat would be gray in color. Would you buy a gray slab of meat? I don't think so. It starts to look great. If you go to the on sale, it starts to look gray. And then if you let it sale for a little bit, it gets that great look. We're talking about white people supermarkets, not the third world. Yeah, so it's nasty stuff. Now, you brought up a good point, Sam, which is, thank you.
Starting point is 00:38:26 How are we gonna, it was a very good point, which is how the hell are we gonna feed 320 or 370 million people in the United States if we don't have animals? Well, 70% of the food production in the United States, agriculture goes to feed the cows and the chickens that we eat. So we simply just eat that food. thaaaaa. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. th. th. th. th. th. th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, tho, tho, tho, tho, thi. thi. thi, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's, th. It's a th. It's a th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th thooo. th. thoooo. the. the. the. the. the. the. th the cows and the chickens that we eat. So we simply just eat that food. It's really simple and it'll be way cheaper. And what people don't know, you'll like this because I know that you guys like conspiracy stuff,
Starting point is 00:38:52 but I like the truth. And I like freedom. I want people to have really good health. And the reality is, is that if everybody buys, it's buying a $5 hamburger, it doesn't $, it doesn, a $, a $, a $, a $1, a $1, a $1, a $1, a $5, a $1, a $5, a $5, a $5, a $5,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, and a $1,000, and a $1, and a $1, and a $1, and a $1,000, and a $1, and a $1, and a $1, and a $1, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, a $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $ $5, a $5, a $5,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.5. It cost about $13 to get that hamburger into your gut. So where's the eight bucks come from? Government subsidies. So you and myself and Xavier and Johnny are all paying taxes to subsidize the meat industry to bring a product to the market that's going to cause heart disease and load us up with bacteria and all that stuff. We're actually paying for that because we had to bring, could you imagine going to McDonald's and buying a $13 burger?
Starting point is 00:39:29 They would be out of business. You see what I'm saying? So how come they're not subsidizing broccoli, which has sulfur thin in it, which is an anti-cancer compound? Hmm. So the food industry is all in cahoots with the medical industry, and they and they and they and they and they and they and they and they and they and they and they and they and they and they they they they they they they they they they they they they they th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, though, thi, thi, thi, thi, thia, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thag-a, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, thage, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi... to thii. to to thi. thii. to thi. to thi. thi, thi, thi, th with the medical industry and they work together. They get you sick, get you deficient, and they put you into, they cause the problem and then they give you a solution that don't work.
Starting point is 00:39:52 Yeah, and you know what man? You always hear this that if we cure cancer, the U.S. economy would crash it. I, you know, I mean, like dude, well, you know, it's like they're they're crashing it right now and we're not even getting out of cancer for that, you know, so it's like, what's that say about that industry when they're telling you if you, if you you eliminate this, we're all going to be broke. Well, I mean, it looks like we're being broke anyway at this point. Now, I'm not for crashing economy. I want people to go to work, okay? But we need to get, we need to stop letting these Nazis. And that's what big pharmaceuticals are. They're Nazis.
Starting point is 00:40:34 Like, Nazis don't show up with tiki torches and khaki pants. They're in board rooms and they're wearing fucking white lab coats, okay? And if I hear another person, I use a stupid meme about whom I'm gonna trust, the guy who got C plus in high school or an MIT fucking doctor. Well, guess what? The guy who got C plus from high school isn't getting paid to lie to you. And I'm not saying everybody from MIT, we have Dr. Shiva on, he seems 100% genuine to me. You know, but, but, but you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, they're th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, th, thi, thi, th, thi, th, thi. And I'm not saying everybody from MIT, we have Dr. Shiva on. He seems 100% genuine to me. You know, but who knows at this point?
Starting point is 00:41:11 That guy is an absolute stud. And he's one of my newest mentors in the industry. I haven't met him yet, but I want to connect with that guy. Because he's wonderful, dude. the truth is like, the truth is like, I'm thi. thin, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, thi, I, thi, I, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thin, thin, thin, thin, I, I, I, I'm, I'm, thin, thin, thin, to, to to to to to to to to to to to to the, to the, the, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, th, thin, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th. th. thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, to to to thin, to to to thin, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the the the the, the, it's like, just the truth is like, we're just guilty by association now. You know, it's like, it's like the truth is like, you know, me get my shit from the standard hotel, him getting his MIT shit because he works at MIT, that's like saying, dude, that when Goldman Sachs literally crashed the US economy purposefully so they can get insurance off the fucking off the stock portfolio that they can get insurance off the fucking off the stock portfolio that they made purposely made to fail. That's like saying that the
Starting point is 00:41:52 janitor at the fucking building that they work in was in on it too. It's just lazy thinking man but with to get back to what we're talking about dude you we need there's guys out there that try to get this info out and I don't know if you know this Tim Tim Tim Tim Tim Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, th, th, th, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they're they're they're they're they're th, they're they're they're thi, thi, thi, thi, they're thi, they're they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're thi, thi, thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi they're they're they're they're they're they're they're theyto what we're talking about, dude, we need, dude, there's guys out there that try to get this info out. And I don't know if you know this, Tim, but they, dude, dude, cartels wish they could do what big pharmaceuticals did. They are just killing people without retribution. You have health doctors, you know, who putting out natural remedies,
Starting point is 00:42:25 getting off all the time. We hear stories about how people get email saying, if you cure another person from cancer, we're gonna fucking kill you. Yep, that's the reality. Lots of doctors have been killed. Hey, Tim, is there any way we could feed the world with bugs since we brought up thor world countries?
Starting point is 00:42:47 Well, if you got a recipe, I guess if you like parasites that are because most bugs are riddled with parasites. But like crickets and stuff, I mean, I've honest, I'll try to put them in chocolate. Well, here's the deal. Like if you're if you're in survival mode, I mean, yeah, you could eat crickets. I mean, but again, you're going to be, you're going to get parasites because most bugs are riddled with parasites, then you have that to deal with. Is there, is there a place for wild-claw salmon and other fish wild-claw in the diet or they just too polluted? Man, they're really polluted. There's a book, Dr. Clement, the, th. th..................................................................... to. to. to. to. to. toe. to.... to. toe. to. to. to. to. to. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe................................................................................................................ to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to down. I was pissed because I have thousands of dollars of hunting and fishing equipment.
Starting point is 00:43:26 And like, there's nothing better. In fact, the best fish I've ever had, and I'll still do it today, even though I don't eat, like I said, I don't eat a lot of meat. But if I ever go up to last again again, and thrii's to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to they, and I their, and I their, and I their, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm their, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm their, and I'm thi, and I'm th th thi, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I'm their, and I the the the the the the the the the the the the the the thi..., and I's, and I'm, and I'm to., and I'm to., to., to., thea., thea., thea., thea., thea., thea., thea., thea, thea, and thea. cooking that sucker on immediately, it might be the best food you've ever had in your life. It's so freaking good. Salmon's good but that Arctic Charm and it's awesome. So here's what happens. For land animals like us, okay, and people can look this up, Google this. Google umbilical cord and the word chemical. And you'll see the studies going back to 2005 that show every single young child born that they tested, the the the the th, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the to, the th, th, the th, the th, th, th, th, th, the tho, tho, the the tho, their, their, thi, their, their, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon, thi, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, try, their, try, their, is is theyyymea, is their, is cary, salmon, is their, salmon, salmon, salmon, their, salmon, salmon, their, to 2005 that show every single young child born that
Starting point is 00:44:05 they tested and the young mother's umbilical cord blood had over 250 of the 400 chemicals they looked for and 180 of those caused cancer in humans, 212 cause developmental and brain disorders and lots of issues. The scientists and doctors called it a body burden. These reports came out in 2005, 2010, 2012. They just kept coming out, but they're not being covered on mainstream media. What is that?
Starting point is 00:44:30 Why are young mothers and babies born toxic? It's because we live in a polluted world today. We're not, they're, I don't know what your guys just take is on, you know, climate change and that science is huge. We have pollution issues. We have pollution issues and those pollution issues will skew the climate a little bit but it's not enough to be concerned about. It's pollution is the problem. Young kids are fricking born with toxic cancer-causing chemicals in their blood. They don't even have a chance, right. So we have to get clean their their their ca their their their. their blood, they don't even have a chance, right? So we have to get clean. That's why I get young mothers and fathers
Starting point is 00:45:06 that have trouble getting pregnant. We clean them up, we nourish them up, and we rebuild them up, boom, three to six months, they're having babies. That's what it is. So that's called bioaccumulation. So in our lifetime. You know rubber compounds, off a tires, jet fuel, automobile exhaust, all those microscopic noceums, those toxins attached to your
Starting point is 00:45:34 mucus membrane and they go down inside your stomach. 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So that's bioaccumulation. Now to Johnny's point, when you go to fish in the ocean especially, not only do you have the bioaccumulation of each individual species consuming that stuff, and think about all the pesticides, the herbicides, the herbicides, the larvicides, the big agrocrops, the roundup that's sprayed, and 98% of it goes into the tributaries, out into the ocean, and sinks down and mixes in the ocean. That also gets biomagnification, because the little creature that ate it in his lifetime,
Starting point is 00:46:07 then eats eaten by the bigger creature and then gets eaten by the bigger creature. So by the time you get to the salmon or the bluefin tuna, you've got massive amounts of toxins and heavy metals and stuff like that in fish. So if you're, wild cop, try to do your best, but you're still going to have a toxic burden. So you better make sure that you're taking things and doing things and having lots of water.
Starting point is 00:46:28 And we'll talk about this because you wanted to get in the core four secrets. There's certain things you need to do to do was get a water purifier, man. And I gotta be honest with you, and my girl hates, because I just say it all the time, it is the best investment I've ever done. Like the water that comes out of this machine is like, avion good, and I'm not saying avian is good for you because it isn't a bottle. But like the thing I always liked about Avian was the taste, the texture. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:08 I get this now in my water. I don't have to buy any bottles anymore because I got this machine whooping a lot of ass for me and I'm loving it. I mean, I can't thank you enough for me to tell me to do that. It is the my favorite thing that I bought for this prep shit I'm getting ready for you know I got fucking food in my one room I got guns and now I got a I got a water purifier that is the best. Did you pick that up for my water gal denusha? I'm gonna say yes but I don't know okay. Can you uh is it is it's safe to drink water from the tap in LA even if it's filtered did they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they th I th I th I th I th I th th th. th. th. that that th. that. to to to to to to to th. to to to to to to to to do to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me th. I I th. I th. I th. th th th the. thin. the. the. the. the the the the the thin. the the the to to to to the. I to to to drink water from the tap in LA even if it's filtered? Do they not add any chemicals to it that can't be filtered? It can all that shit? Yeah, dude, it's bad. I mean, the water today, like, it was explained to me 10 years ago
Starting point is 00:47:53 that water scientists actually checked water sources, six of them, went to all corners of the earth te. they even went into pristine, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, the their their to to to their to to to to to to to to to to to to to to too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, too, and too, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, thea, thea, thea, thea, thea, thea, thea a far away from man and a little two two and a half fish are developing both male and female organs because of the estrogen mimickers from plastics that are in these lakes way away from trans fish. What's that? Transfish? Yeah we got little hermaphodites and that's what's happening in the water systems they, the fish and the amphibians are turning into hermaphroditesitesites're getting both male and female organs from the estrogen mimickers from plastics and toxic chemicals are doing this.
Starting point is 00:48:30 So all tap water today is completely polluted and in your city, with a big problem that people don't know is that water molecules I think are normally like four or five per cluster and when it goes through high pressure pipes, they get up to like 25 per cluster. And then that's like trying to throw a bowling ball through a chain link fence. So the water going through your intestinal wall, it bounces off. And I've been telling people for years, you gotta drink a shit load of water,
Starting point is 00:48:53 but they drink it, and they just can actually absorb it. And once I got a machine that restructured my water, it was a whole different game. And like when people are taking supplements, like our, you know, the products that we have, you get 80% more absorption and uptake of our products when you're taking that kind of water,
Starting point is 00:49:19 is freaking awesome. I love it. So let's get into th th th th th the the the the the thi the, thii thii, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thr-a, thi, thi, th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, that that that th....... that, that, th.. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th, th. th, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. than, thr. thr. thr. thr. toean, toean, toean, that's, that's, that's, that's, thrown. thean, thrown. thr. thr. th it. So let's get into these four core secrets. Tell us a little bit about those. Okay so the core four secrets that we we share with people when they come in and I have people pay me thousands of dollars a month to coach him privately. We also have a private group coaching which is way less. But but it's the first thing is number one is drink half of your body weight in liquid ounces of purified water daily. The key word there is purified, which I mean is reverse osmosis, distillation, or deionization. One of those three modalities, there may be more,
Starting point is 00:49:52 but that's the three that I know of. And it has, and any time it goes through, one of those systems, it pulls out 90% after the first round, you run it through and you're 10% of that, so you're down to 1%, you run it through, you pull out 90% of that, you're left with 0.1. So you got 99.9% purified water, and then you restructure it. And again, if somebody wants to hook up with my water gal because I love her, she healed herself of PTSD with concentrated supplements in this water system.
Starting point is 00:50:25 She's got all these water systems. Her name is Danusha. And you can reach out to her at Denusha. Her name is Denusha. Her name is denucia. Yeah, Denusha. It's like Dan D-A-N-O-U-C-H-A at Polish.
Starting point is 00:50:33 And it also means rainbow. She told me her name is rainbow. It's like Dan Ouch, D-A-N-O-U-C-H-A at Gmail. dot com. She handles all my water clients. But anyway, drink half your body weight and liquid ounces daily. That's important, because that's going to help you start detoxing, getting all this crap out, getting your lymphatic system moving, which is your garbage removal system. It's going to hydrate your brain.
Starting point is 00:51:00 It's going to hydrate your cells so your cells can now to now to now people are, we have 95% of people, Sam, are facing a major problem. This is, this should be a national, national emergency. It's called cellular dehydration, and it's a foundational problem to all health issues that we have. So water, your body's mostly made of it, about, you know, 75% of your body's water. Doesn't it make sense to drink it? Yeah, and if you're gonna drink it you want it purified. So that's core secret number one, drink half your body weight and liquid ounces of purified water daily. Core secret number two, chew your food until liquefied.
Starting point is 00:51:34 I was the worst at this. I ate like Garfield, I just you know slam shit and I was always in a hurry and I was just eating everything everything everything everything everything everything everything, whatever's left over. I was like a human tape worm. And so your teeth are there for a reason. And when you chew, you have two ducks up here and four down here and you secrete these enzymes called amylase and lipase. Remember that one with the rice? Same one. You make it. And then that's how your starches and your carbohydrates and your fats get and tapapapapapapapapapapap. thages. thages. thages. thages. thages. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. And then thi. the. And then th. And then th. And then th. And th. And th. And th. And the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. And when th. And when th. And then th. And then th. And then th. And then th. And then th. And then thi. And then thi. And then thi. And then thae. And then thae. And thaeat teat teateateateateateateateateate. And teateate. And theate. And the. And the. And the. digestion takes place in the mouth, Sam, that's where it starts. Then it goes into the stomach and those enzymes shake and
Starting point is 00:52:07 bake down there and they break down your starches and your fats. Now people are like, what about protein? Well, pepsin and hydrochloric acid are in your stomach. They're going to handle the protein and also you don't want to chew really well. So we recommend chew your food food. Load your loaded up with those enzymes and now you're going to get really good digestion, not fermentation and gut rot, which is what I had. And I was getting gut rot because I was just swallowing food almost whole and I wasn't chewing it really well. Now the other thing that I learned a few years ago is like when you chew your food really good, your teeth are hitting each other on meridian points and you can
Starting point is 00:52:39 actually boost your serotonin and your happy juice by 500%. So think about that. Rather than buying a serotonin product, just chew your food well, and you can jack up your happy juice. Pretty cool, right? That's core secret number two. Core secret number three is to avoid liquids with meals. This is a huge one, and only less than 2% of people are doing this.
Starting point is 00:53:02 So, why would you do that? Well, if you just youthe job of chewing your food really well and you loaded it up with all those enzymes, and now you drink water or wine or beer or apple juice or energy drink or whatever, any liquid, you're now going to dilute those digestive enzymes and go right back to fermentation and right back to gut rot. So you don't want to do that. So we we we we we we that that that that that that that that to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to th. to to to to to to th., so to to to to to to to to drink to, to drink to to to to to to to to drink to to water, to water, to water, to water to water to water to water to water to water to water to water to water to water to water to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to drink to don. to drink th. th. th. th. th. thrug. thrug. thrugueueueueue. thrug. thri. tmooooooooo. tmwooooooooom. than. toa. than. toa. toa. toa. toa. to do that. So we recommend for beginners 30 minutes before, stop drinking meals before you have a meal,
Starting point is 00:53:26 and then wait an hour after you had a meal before you start drinking liquids again. If you have acute issues like stage four cancer, you got Hashimotoimoto's or you got some thyroid. Is that the guy that made Bitcoin? What's that? We recommend an hour before and two hours after before you start for optimal. So that's number three.
Starting point is 00:53:49 And then the last one is breath work before your meal. So simply just taking, you know, nine deep breaths to a five count in and to a five count out before you consume your food because we're all living in stressed out worlds. So even if you don't think you're stressed, your body's in fight or flight, and when you are in fight or flight, your blood leaves your organ systems to go out to your extremities to fight or flight. You've got to run, right? So simply by taking some breaths, in through the nose and pausing, and then out through the mouth and just do that for a minute or or two, thrushes back to to to to to to to to to to to to too, to too, too, too, their, their, their, too, their, thi, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, th. th. tho, their, tho, th. th. th. their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, too, too, too, too, too, toooooooooooooomoomb. tooomorrow, tooomb. tooomorrow, tooooo, too, their, the mouth and just do that for a minute or two and then eat that blood rushes back into your digestive track and then and then you get much better digestion. Those are our core four secrets and when you stack those together your digestion is going to improve before you even change your diet at all.
Starting point is 00:54:34 It tremendously and how do you remember to do this? Get your cell phone phone, program recurring reminders in your phone and within 90 days to 120 days you will not be able to forget how to do these things. Use your phone as an advantage. I love it brother. I love it. I have a question about the water. Where does alkenine water stand or standing? I know people that swear by it. Yeah, well if we were all healthy and living in nature we wouldn't need alkaline water, but our bodies are so acidic today and a lot of people are dealing with disease, so alkaline water actually helps to start balancing out the body. So it's a good thing, but you have to be very careful not to drink like essential water and that kind of stuff, because all they're doing is throwing some bacon soda in there. And if you drink more than thrown, it starts screwing you up. So you actually want to to to to to to to to to to to to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get th. to get the. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. But, thi. But, but you thi. But, but you thi. But, but you thi. But, but you thi. But, but you thi, but you thi, but thi, but thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thei. thia. thea. thea. thia. thia. thia. thi. thi. thi. thi machine that my friend Danusha, my water, I call her
Starting point is 00:55:25 Water Woman because she's like... How much does I go for? What's that? How much do those purifiers go for or... Well it depends. Like I have a $2,000 triple purification system that I, and believe me, I went through, I bought Whole House systems, I've had distillation units, because I'm constantly trying to improve. And if I find something else that's better, I'm gonna do it because I love myself. So I got this badass $2,000, well, it's about $1,800 unit, but you can get ones, the triple purifiers like that for like $250,000, $300,000, $1 that's 5,000. It's the one that restructures the water, gets the molecules small from like the city
Starting point is 00:56:07 tap water, alkalizes it, which you're talking about Xavier, but then it charges it with molecular hydrogen. So what ended up happening was, she's like, Tim, you have this machine, this machine, I'm known about that machine system. I'm good. I was close-minded. I was stupid. I should have opened my mind. I'm open about everything else. I don't know what I was thinking.
Starting point is 00:56:29 And then she puts me on a phone with this. And then she puts me on a phone with this. And he's like, Tim, just go drink the whole thing. So I'm like, okay, I drink it all gone. And then she gives me a little Celtic sea salt. It puts like two crystals under my tongue. You go, what's that more? She's like, that's going to help the blood pull more water into the bloodstream. I detoxing with 9.5. But I'm going to give you another one, two 9.5s within 15 minutes and it's like wow. Look I preach and teach water. I tell people to drink a lot of it but I don't
Starting point is 00:57:12 think I can drink that much. I mean 15 minutes past. She gave me another jar of it. I drank it. It was like, thrown. It was like, thii. thin. th, this is interesting. I took two more crystals of the salt, put them on my tongue. She goes, you know what, you're so healthy. Let's do another one in 15 minutes. And I'm like, all the tell. too'e, thr arms started tingling. I got high as a freaking kite on this stuff. And I was just like, holy shit, I felt like I can run a marathon. And I left and I said, thank you so I drank the last one, I walked out of there and I shot a video and I to my followers. So I was like, oh my god, this is a water machine.
Starting point is 00:57:55 I'm fucking I have to have this. I have not felt this good since I took hydrogen peroxide bass or my very first breakthrough day at the Hippocrates Health Institute 2011 I have to have this unit. How much is it? She's like it. It's five grand. I was like what? I'm like all right well I'll take one. I'll loan them out to people because I have a lot of cancer patients here locally that need it so anyway it's an awesome system and I put that behind the purifier because her system that one that she sells is not a good purifier but it's damn good at restructuring, alkalizing and it also charges it with molecular hydrogen. All I know is dude you want to get high? You drink a couple of courts of that water, and you're freaking high for six hours with energy.
Starting point is 00:58:45 It's unbridled. Real quick, how do you feel about time-restricted feeding? Do you putting stock in that feeding? Absolutely, absolutely. It's one of the most important things that you can do. When somebody new comes into my coaching program, breakfast with liquid nourishment, unless they are type 2 diabetic or bulimic or anorexic because we don't want to give them permission to stop eating because they've got emotional issues.
Starting point is 00:59:09 But somebody that's diabetic would put them on a monolithic diet just eating you know, kinawa only or like, like a leafy green salad in the morning as a adjunct until their body's, until their body's, toeakie, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, toe, too, tooomomomomom......... toe, is emotional, ise, is. too, ish. tooomb. tooombuu. tooomb. tooomb.a., tooomb. tooomb. tooomorrow, toe., toe., toe., toe., toe., too off of that because it's powerful because from 11 o'clock at night till 11 in the morning your body's doing a natural back flush or detox is pushing chemicals and toxins out. It's when you wake up and you got clinkers in your eyes and you know and you got to kind of get going your body and if you eat breakfast and you break that fast or breakfast break fast you stop the body's natural detoxification process and we need it more than ever with the polluted world we live in so it helps your digestive tract to rest
Starting point is 00:59:48 and to clean itself and burn calories more officially and you'd be surprised like I'm on day I think 29 right now of my I'm doing a fast right now I'm doing only my green 85 juice formula caffeine free teas and um chit lattes with like half caffeine free and with half the almond butter. I gotta give up caffeine, dude? That's all I got left. No, you can have it, man.
Starting point is 01:00:10 You can have it, man. I'm just this fast right now. I couldn't do it, I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it, today. I got up caffeine, tod Well, I do it every day on the water, dude. I literally get high on the water. So, I mean, we're not getting, you know, you talk about supplements, you know, and you know, full disclosure, I'm taking your products, you know, and I feel great. So, why, why is it important to get supplements? Why is it important to have that outside of what you normally eat?
Starting point is 01:00:45 Okay, there's a couple of reasons. Number one, most of Americans eat the standard American diet, which is a bunch of garbage. I mean, that's what is. I mean, look, all we have to do is just open your eyes for a moment and look, we spend 3.3 trillion dollars in this nation, and we over, over 80% to to to toe, toe, and toe, toe, and a toe, toe, toe, th., th., thiii, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, and, and, and thi, and thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thei, thei, thei, thei, thei, thei, thei, thei, thei, thei, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thii.., throoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, and, and, and, and, nation, and we over 80% of us are overweight, obese, or morbidly obese. People 35 and younger are now sicker
Starting point is 01:01:07 than people 65 and older per capita. Our children, the number one killer for years for children, has been accidents. Now, for children from one to five years old, the number one killer is no longer accidents. It's brain cancer. And then for children, five to 16, accidents is still the number one one., tie tie tie tie to tie, to to to tie, tie, to tie, to to tie, to to to to to tie, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, children five to 16, accidents is still the number one killer,
Starting point is 01:01:27 but number two is a tie between brain cancer and leukemia. What's going on? What's going on? What's going on? What's that? I'll tell you what's going on. I worked at a, I used to be a server. They give these kids Pepsi's, chicken nuggets, and that's all these kids eat,
Starting point is 01:01:46 and you tell the mom like, you don't want to give it up, that's all it eats. And they don't try nothing, they don't try to starve it. My mom used to be like, you don't eat. If you're not, you know, I remember when I was like, oh, if I have kids, I'm just kidding, they're gonna do it. And now I'm just like, what do you guys want? Tell me, I want you to love me and stop crying. It's just the nature of the business.
Starting point is 01:02:13 But I think we got to get back to running the show and do what's best for the kids. The tail does not wag the dog and I'll tell you I know like I've got this like one friend of mine she she raised her son he's a raw baby he's never had cooked food never had processed sugar never had pop he is the nicest kid he's gloes the doctor said he's the healthiest kid I have in my entire practice that kid is closer to nature than the other kids he's very easy to deal with he never get sick he doesn't get colds and flus and all that other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other other the the the the the the the the the the the the th. the the the the the the th. I I th. I to. I to. I to. I to. I'm to. He's. I'm the to to to to to to to to to c. to c. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to.. to to to. to. to to to the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. I. the the. the. the the the the. the the. the. the. the. the. the. the the. the. the the to. to nature than the other kids. He's very easy to deal with. He never gets sick. He doesn't get colds and flus and all that other crap because he's healthy.
Starting point is 01:02:50 His immune system is there and it's ready to deal with it. So if you want to have a stress-free life and you want to raise your child so that it's gonna live a long, healthy life too, then breastfeed the child...quisite two years. Don't put them on these toxic baby formulas and don't even get me started because I just found out that the state, like my state of Oregon, pays for baby formula, but guess what? They have to use a certain baby formula.
Starting point is 01:03:14 And like the first ingredient is corn. It's genetic modified, and then it's like soy, which is estrogen mimickers, which throws off the hormones, and the fourth ingredient was sugar. So it's like, it's insane, but that, but it's free. It's free, and the kid's sitting there barfing it up all the time, barfing it up. Now, why is my kid so crying, colloquy, and why is he so upset and fussy, why is he puking this shit up? It's like his body's rea is the body's the body's th because they don't know, but it's free. It's free and the parents are subject to all this pain and suffering for not only the kid, but themselves, because it's stressful when you don't know how to take care of yourself,
Starting point is 01:03:52 how are you going to take care of a child? We don't know as new parents. I mean, I didn't know any of this shit. I put my child on simulac, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I the the the the the the the the the the th.. I didn't, the the the tho, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the kid, but the kid, but the kid, but the kid, the kid, the kid, the kid, the kid, the kid, the kid, the kid, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th.... th. th. thi. thi. thi. tod. today, today, today, today, thi. th unbelievable. Yeah. We only got a couple minutes left so I want to bang out some key key questions here. Oh you ask me about the supplements. So why do we supplement? Yeah, we supplement because 85% of the nutrients are farmed out of our soil today. So we have to replacement. Supplementation is not an option anymore. It's a necessity. So, but here's the problem. 85% of the supplements on the markets
Starting point is 01:04:25 they are owned by pharmaceutical companies. They're pure toxic chemicals. And then you have another probably 10 to 12% that are owned by people like me, but they're still toxic chemicals. Even if these people have a good formula, if you look at the other ingredients, and please, all listeners, pull out your ingredients list and flip it over and look.
Starting point is 01:04:46 And you'll see in other ingredients, things like magnesium sterate, silicon dioxide, which is a level three toxin on the EPA's toxin list, dicalcium phosphate, silica, which is basically sand, that these are binders, fillers and flow agents because they, they're anti-caking so that they're machines that do the pill the pill the pill the pill the pill the pill the pill their their their their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, and their, and their, and their, and theirings, theirings, theirings, theirings, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, theyyyanananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananananan, the, binders, fillers, and flow agents, because they're anti-caking so that they're machines that do the pill encapsulation don't get stuck and they can do high speeds and high volume and make money. So you can have somebody like me,
Starting point is 01:05:14 I put a good formulator, I put a good formula together, I send it to a lab to get made, and then they use, oh, it's under the FDA FDA FDA, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, too, too, too, too, to, to, to, the FDA, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the the, the, the, the the, the the the the the the the the the their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, too, too, their, their, their, their, the FDA guideline, so it's okay to put this, you know, it's pro, this, it's it's on the FDA, excuse me, it's a toxic chemical, but in small amounts it's okay. That's kind of like brushing your teeth and you look on the back of your toothpaste and it says harmful of swallowed, contact the poison control center. It, we have, read your fricking labels. So please check your labels. And on all our products in red, it says no magnesium steroid, no silicon dioxide and no dicalcium phosphate. Why? Because I'm trying to educate people on what's harming them. So you have about a two, three, four, five percent chance that you're going to find a supplement that not only has a good formula that has no synthetics, it's naturally occurring, raw, and most importantly,
Starting point is 01:06:07 wildcrafted and dehydrated under 110 degrees to not destroy the enzymes. We do that with all of our juice extracts. Everything's sun dried or air dried over a one to two day period. It's more expensive, takes longer. But you actually get life force. You get energy, like my greens. You actually are transferring energy immediately to the body and we can measure this with Curlian photography
Starting point is 01:06:27 and literally drink the greens and watch your aura grow every time you swallow the product. Whereas if you have like a Pepsi or eat a burger your aura will go down. That's called Curlian photography and it measures like your electrical feel. It's pretty cool stuff. All right, so real quick, because I got babies going crazy, brother, I'm sorry. But how do we build up our immune system to protect our families? Well, number one, I would follow those core four secrets. Start drinking more, drink purified water,
Starting point is 01:06:56 start chewing your food better, avoid liquids with meals, and do a little breath work before you eat. That's number one. Other things, get outside, get some sunshine, your vitamin D. You know, there's a lot of vitamin A in our products. And we have products to help you speed up the process of healing. We have our gut detox product, our blood and muscle tissue detox product, about heavy metals and radiation.
Starting point is 01:07:20 I think that if the car's not running right and you've got checked body lights or check engine lights like You know you're on medications or you're overweight or you're tired Or you just know you're not getting enough veggies These are these are lights going off like if you have skin issues like I did you need to take the car into the shop So what we've done is we've packaged things up we've made like a clinic in a box. We just ship it to you. thrown. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the thin. the thin. the the the thin. the the thr-I thr-I thi. the thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the the their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their thr thrown. te. tee. tee. their try try. teeeea. you throea. their thro. try. the. the. just ship it to you. So gut cleanse plus, that product will start cleaning gently, the digestive tract, there's no diarrhea, there's no diarrhea, I'll say that 10 times, there's no diarrhea, and that's why we're gonna change the name to gut detox, because people think cleanse means
Starting point is 01:07:54 they're gonna ship themselves. So we're switching that deal. year old formula from Indian, it's foundational to get the digestive tract clean so you can start absorbing nutrients better. The blood ones called critical cleanse formula, that one purifies the blood, the fat and the muscle tissue of all the heavy metals and toxins. I just talked about that tox. This green juice is going to replace the 85% of nutrients missing in the soil today. Chock full of vitamin A. thamamam. that vitamin, vitamin, vitamin, vitamin, vitamin, that, that, thia, thia, thia, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thrific, thi, tho, tho, thoom. That one, thrf, thrf, thrffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff and we're talking about that stuff. And then we have probiotics and prebiotics in a formula and digestive enzymes and those all come in kits and we have them under our savings bundles at chemical free body.com under savings bundles and you
Starting point is 01:08:36 can do a jumpstart bundle and stick your toes in the water or you can do what I do which is the total energy and detox bundle. That's what I personally consume every single month on myself. Plus I also take our Alpha Dude formula to build my precursors for my testosterone. That's what I do. And they can get all this where. Where can our listeners go and get all this wonderful stuff? It's just at our website. It's our website at chemical free body.com. That's chemical free body.
Starting point is 01:09:06 And also my podcast has a link there. If you want to watch the Health Hero show, we've got the SoundCloud links there. And then if you want to book a free consult with myself or one of my coaches, click the coaching tab and I do a free 30-minute consult with anybody. Especially, you know, I'll give you an idea of my clients. I've got a third of them are cancer patients, a third of them are high level athletes wanting to take it to the next level, and a third of people just like wanna lose weight, get their energy back.
Starting point is 01:09:30 I mean, I literally coach doctors. I have doctors in my coaching. I'm teaching them how to get healthy. Because they were to follow standard of care. I don't. I'm not a doctor. I don't claim to be. I am my job is to get as healthy as I can and geek out on that every single day and then I share what works for me with my clients. I have first person experience with the stuff that I do and share. I know it works for me. And if it works for you, great. You should try. But it. But, but it. But, but it. But, but it, but it, but it, but it, but it, but it, th. th. th. th. th. th th. th th th th th th th th th th thi, thi, thi, thi, th th thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th th th th th th th th th the, the, the is is, the is theeeea. thea. to to to thea. to to to to to theeei. to to theei. thei. theeeeee. the. try. But it seems to be working because I've been at this now 10 years and we've got, I've personally coached over 600 people through this process in the private coaching and now we have thousands of people that we've helped and, you know, people
Starting point is 01:10:12 are getting better. So, and we take the complicated and we make it simple. So, if you want to get healthy, hydr, hiolate yourself, and throwne. their. And, their, th. And, th. And, th. And, thi. And, thi, thi, thi, thi, and thi, and thi, and thrown, and throwne, and throwne, and tho-a, and tho-a, and tho-a, and throwne, and tho, and tho-a, and tho-a, and thi, and thi, and thi, and tho-a, and tho-a, and tho-a, and tho, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi. And, thrownean, throwneean, throan, throan, throan, thrownea out of your gut and your blood and your fat and your mustissues. And then and then you know get outside and get some sunshine and make sure you're grounded and your feet are touching the ground and play with your babies and have fun with your friends and and don't buy into all the negative media. Shut the damn news off. It's just a bunch. the damn news off. Man Tim you came on and crushed it, brother. Thank you so much again. His podcast is called Health Hero Show.

Starting point is 01:11:28 why you guys listen to the show. I butcher everybody's names, I'm illiterate, I cut everybody off, I have no clue why you guys like me or that you show me love, but just know that everything I do, I do because I care about you and I care. And you obviously go around and you spread love to other people because I have people come up and tell me about how powerful the reaction is to this show. I can't thank you enough, man. You know, people tell you that I do this for money.
Starting point is 01:12:00 I mean, there's nothing wrong with making a dollar, but dude, I'll tell you, it's, we're not making money on this enough to sell our souls, brother. You know, we just do it because we care. You know, conspiracy theories are always seen as like, we're anarchists, which we are, but people think we want to burn, like, we just want to see the world burn. And it's not, man, I do everything. I have people on like Tim James because he wants to help you better your life. I have people on like Paul, Dion because he wants to help you better your life. This is all about taking the power back in your life and you know, I cannot thank you guys enough. We're not the bigger show, but we're the best show because our listeners are just, they have love. We have an army of love. And that's really what we're about. Starting point is 01:12:45 that's really what we're about. We are an army with no leaders. We are Ronans, dude. We're a collection of Ronans and a bunch of people just doing their own thing and trying to make the world a better place. And for that I will be eternally grateful. I do not know a guy who flung first grade has so many smart people listening to them, but I can't think, I mean it from the bottom of my heart, man. I cannot thank you for the love that you show to our guests who come on the show. I hope Tim, and you guys find Tim and show him love because he's doing it for love, and he's trying to make the world a better place.
Starting point is 01:13:21 So Tim, thank you for coming on on on on on on appreciate you very much. Sam, thanks for having me on and I'll leave your listeners with this. If you've been struggling with your health or any part of your health for a long time, there's hope. You can figure it out. You actually know how to do it. You've just forgotten. You know, we have instincts that are built into us, but we've been so detached from them. I've seen people with things that I didn't even think they were going to get better and they did. All you have to have is a will to do it. And by you changing yourself, like you said, Sam, making those changes, you will inspire other people to make those changes themselves.
Starting point is 01:13:56 Now maybe they will and maybe they won't. by you changing, you following your highest excitement, you following your joy, and then giving them permission to also follow their excitement, follow their joy, get healthier, start a business, whatever they want to do. That's how it works. And I tell parents, this is how you raise your kids. You raise your kids to teach them that they are the most important thing in their life, to not put themselves them their their their their their their, their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and tho, and their, and their, their, their, their, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to get, and get, to get, to get, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their....... their, their, their. their. their. their. their. their.oomroomorrow, geta. their. their, getaugh, geta, their, geta, geta, their, their, toe, their, their, too, to not put themselves last, take care of everybody else until the wheels fall off and then all of a sudden you're in the hospital. Take care of yourself, moms. Take care of yourself dads.
Starting point is 01:14:29 Lead by example and show your kids that way, not by just telling them what to do. And then you do the exact opposite. And you eat like crap and you have a six-pack and If we're going to get this country back, we need freaking people that are strong. If the house is burning down, how the hell you're going to do it? If you're on a walker, you know, build your their immune system up, build your brain up and and lead by example. We really need you right now. Well Tim, we appreciate you again. soon, man. You knocked it out of the park. You know, you have people on you, like, I hope this goes well, and you crushed it, brother. I enjoyed it. It was everything I wanted to be when we do a food show about what we're eating.
Starting point is 01:15:15 So thank you very much. Johnny, thank you. Exhavior, thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. to the listeners. Take care everybody. Thank you. We go deep home, boy.
Starting point is 01:15:39 Eric, open your mind. Drink from the fountain of knowledge. There's lizard people everywhere. That's some interdimensional shit. Wake up, Aaron. This is only the beginning.
