Without even getting it you have to quarantine? That's what they told me. It's completely ridiculous. And so LA County dropped the hammer on the comedy store and it sucks because I know the Magic Club is doing live shows in in their parking lot, but it's probably based, they're sitting in cars. It just sucks, man. It just really sucks.

He's like, Sam, hit me up. And that's like getting a call from Commissioner Gordon. You know, something's going down, and we got to get into it. So it's a real honor to have back.
Starting point is 00:08:16 One of the best,. Thank you to you and your team. Well, I couldn't have think you know we had a discussion about what you wanted to talk about and I feel like after last night's debate this could be the best time to get into what you want to talk about which was basically you're asserting that there is some sort of voting fraud going on in the position that you're running for and so I wanted to get into it. You know after last last th. the the the th. the the the the the the the the th. the the the th. th. th. th. the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. thi. th. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the. the the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. to the position that you're running for. And so I wanted to get into it. You know, after last night, you know, Trump basically coming out saying that the only hope that the other side has is mass voter fraud. I think this is a perfect time to get into it. So where do you want to start, Doctor?
Starting point is 00:08:57 Well, we can jump right into it, Sam. So I want to distinguish between there's something called election fraud and voter fraud. Voter fraud is where people, the individual who's voting, is not an eligible voter, right? So that someone is from another country, they're not a US citizen and they're going in voting, right? So that's an ineligible person voting or essentially creating ballots, right? So that's voter fraud. Election fraud is in some ways voter fraud is a subset of election fraud. Election fraud is, let's say, where the Secretary of State
Starting point is 00:09:31 or the people running those voting machines, Sam, that they're involved, without even, you know, everyone could vote properly, but they can manipulate stuff at the foundational level of the software, or how they count votes, right? or maybe certain people are being paid off, corruption, et cetera. So that's election fraud. And I think the common thing that you just said was, you know, we, you know, I'm running for US Senate
Starting point is 00:09:54 in Massachusetts. There's what's called a primary and then you have the general elections. We ran probably one of the most amazing primaries ever in US Senate history in Massachusetts. The people that came out for our campaign, Sam, were working people. These weren't like, you know, people who are couch surfers, you know, who come in and you want to be in an election. 3,000 volunteers across Massachusetts. We got over 20,000 donations from people all over this country. I mean, if you go to my table, my dining room table, there's probably 5,000 pieces of paper from
Starting point is 00:10:25 older people, young people writing in. We're going to pick up where we were. You were explaining difference between election fraud and voter fraud and that you had resonated with people of all ages and demographics, you know, that you've gotten tons of donations and I just pick up if you can remember where you work. Yes, so time, so if you think about it, Sam, you know, one, I always say he who has a more lawn signs wins a campaign, if you drive around a neighbor and you see guys got more lawn signs bumper stickers, that means something's going on. Well we had close to 10,000 lawn signs, 20,000 bumper stickers and the volunteers who came to our campaign, Sam, there were everyday working people, you know, people had full-time jobs, then they'd
Starting point is 00:11:08 spend time. No one was paid volunteers, but we had an enormous volunteer force. People would give themselves, you know, full-time into theat. TV advertising, a network, TV radio, we must have spent close to three quarters a million dollars. All donations that came in, we pummeled into radio advertising, billboards on major highways. Everyone knew our name. Sam, bottom line. So we're running as Republicans. Charlie Baker, who is the Rhino Republican governor in Massachusetts. He, you know, essentially hates Trump. When he went in 2016, when he went to vote, he said, I'm not voting for Trump, obviously the only other choice was Hillary.
Starting point is 00:11:49 Recently, when Trump said, look, he may, you know, think about not giving up his seat, if there was an unfair election, Charlie Baker got on TV and blasted Trump. But it was an interesting blast, it was a diversion diversion because he was actually blasting what we were exposing and I'll get to that. So bottom line is Sam, massive support, and I'm very, very, very conservative, before I tell people say, hey, you're going to win. I said, look, I'm not going to say anything. I don't want to jinx ourselves. But literally I took our bus to 240 cities. Everywhere we were known. We'd go into a city, 200, 300, 300 people would show up, which is a lot for a US Senate campaign in a Walmart, you know, working people. So that was a campaign, so I just want to give you
Starting point is 00:12:36 that background, powerful campaign. Real quick, who are you running against? The guy that we ran against, I'm not here to give publicity, but I can tell you his website address was cock. Cock. That's all I'm going to say. This guy was a dufous, complete dufous, and this is what the Rhino Republican governor's done. Because there is a, in Massachusetts, there is an agreement, the quote-unquote unquote Republicans get to be governor. So Baker's former, the former governor was Romney. And the former governor to that was Charlie Baker's mentor,
Starting point is 00:13:11 a guy called Bill Weld, who's known as a complete drunk, but he is the one who ran after, ran against Trump, okay? So it's basically these blue bloods who are rhino Republicans. So I show up on the scene and you would think they would embrace me. Here he here the the the the the the guy the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. tho. tho. tho. tho. tho tho. tho. tho. thi. tho. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thee. the. t. the toooooooo t. toe. tooooooooo t. tooo tooooooooooooooooooe. t on the scene and you would think they would embrace me. Here's a guy who came from nothing, an epitome of the American dream. If anything, they were shocked that I would even want to run and break up their old club. Last two years ago when I ran as a Republican, they got so scared because I was running against Warren, they found a guy, I remember if you know this, we ran against Warren, only only only real Indian can defeat the fake Indian. It was a great campaign slogan.
Starting point is 00:13:46 And this was Elizabeth Warren. And so Baker was so afraid because he's in cahoots with the senators who are typically Democrats, right? So the Republican, quote unquote, Republicans get to be Democrats. So when I ran, Sam, what ends up happening is this was 2018. They find a duffis. And that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, the that's, the th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, the thi, the thi, the thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, they, the the the they, they, they, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they is they, they, they, they, they, they, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi.a.a.a. thi. thi. thi. thiiii. thi. thii's is thi. thi's is a th ran, Sam, what ends up happening is this was 2018, they find a dufous, and that's the only way to describe these guys, who photoshopped a picture with Trump. There's three hands in the picture, okay? The reality was Trump endorsed every Senate candidate in Massachusetts except this guy.
Starting point is 00:14:18 So I was forced to run as an independent, two years ago in 2018. I ended up getting 100,000 votes five times more than any U.S. Senate independent candidate to Massachusetts history and that illegally kept me off the debate stage. So that was 2018. So this time, this time I said, you know what? I don't want them to screw me. So I ran as a Republican in a primary and this time, all I needed Sam was to get the 10,000 signatures, which thaghaghine, which th, which th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, i i i, i, i, i, i, i, i. thi, i. thi. thi. theeean, i. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi, signatures, which we did and more. And the guy that Baker finds is this guy who's, guy whose website is Cock, a lawyer, who barely can speak, nowhere to be found, Sam. No lawn science, no bumper stickers, no organization, doesn't even campaign.
Starting point is 00:14:58 So September 1st is a primary date. And I knew on the night of the primary, I had one on a landslide. And let me just give you simple number, so you don't even have to go to MIT to understand this. In 2018, how many people voted in the primary? Remember, it's a primary. So in 2018, 860,000 people roughly voted in the Senate primary. 600,000 in the Democratic primary, 260,000 in the Republican primary. Okay, so just keep those numbers.
Starting point is 00:15:31 Now with mail-in voting, what would you think, you know, which we started in Massachusetts, there's definitely going to be more voters, right? Because it's easier to vote. Yes. Every state where there's been mail-in voting, the lift in the number of voters has gone up by 25% all the way up to 200% sometimes double. So when I looked at my numbers, I'm running in the Republican primary, I had estimated conservatively 25% more than 260,000 the last year would be roughly around 330,000.
Starting point is 00:16:03 Makes sense? That's like conservative. Okay. So we had said, okay, 330,000 people are going to vote. I even went even more, I said, let's assume 400,000 people come out, I'm going to have to get about 200,000 people to win the election. So broad-based support, and in the campaign science, and there's some signs to this, that in order to get 200,000 votes, obviously you can't call up all 200,000 people and them to tell you, yeah, I'm going to vote for you, Dr. Shiva, the rule is it's a 10 to 1 ratio. You should,
Starting point is 00:16:33 you better get confirmation like definitives from at least 20,000. And that's what we are a call We had a medical doctor who was doing surgeries and he ran our call center, 200 people calling. And so we, SMS as we confirmed on the night of September 1st or the, you know, the evening before the polls closed, we had 22,000 confirmed voters, which means I knew I got 220,000 and Dufus was probably only getting at 100,000, getting me to 325. So votes start coming in. What do we see? 60, 40, 60, 40, 60, 60,000. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. th. Here,000. Here's a pasty-face white guy who gets 6040 in a Hispanic,
Starting point is 00:17:12 all Hispanic area, all black area, and then down in Cape Cod, which is all white people. I'm saying this is bullshit. No freaking way. And as I looked at this, if you see my quote-unquote concession speech, my concession speech basically said that election fraud took place in the third world banana republic of Massachusetts, and I'm glad we have the second amendment. That's what I gave and I basically said FU to Baker, F you to him. That was my concession speech, okay? Because I've, you know, I've won pretty
Starting point is 00:17:41 much, I'm really good of math. You don't just get one degree at MIT for being, you got four, okay? So I mean what I had. So then as I'm looking at this, I start getting messages from some of the best election integrity experts in the country. And they say, Shiva, we were watching your election. We knew you freaking one. And it turns out, as I dug into this, it took me while to to to to to to to to to to to to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to to be to the to be to their to to be to be a to their to, to, to be a to, their their their to, to, toe toe toe. their thoomoome. thoome, thoome, their their their their their, their, their. their. their. I'm, today, together, today, today, th it turns out, as I dug into this, it took me a while to figure this all out, because I had to learn all this, how voting systems worked, etc. What I found out in the one county where we won, where we won, it was all hand counted votes, Franklin County.
Starting point is 00:18:20 Okay? Oh yeah. In all the other counties, I'm freaking losing 6040. It doesn't make freaking any sense. Okay? And this guy didn't freaking campaign. So think about this. Let's say you and I are running restaurant businesses, Sam. You have great food, great waiter, great service. You spend 10 million on advertising. I'm selling garbage, okay, out of Chef Boyard, and I make 10 times more revenue. Either this guy's a marketing genius, he should have a professorship at every major university or it's just fraud, okay? And when I was coming out on the night, I mean I was campaigning all to the end. People are saying, Shiva, thumbs up, thumbs up, landslide, landslide. So what I found out, Sam,
Starting point is 00:19:04 is that there are two kinds of ballots in Massachusetts. And this is where I want people, because this is sort of the educational piece of this. One ballot is where, you know, you go fill out that piece of paper, you know, you circle in the dots, right? And you hand it to someone. In that case, Sam, someone physically, a human being reads it. In fact, two people I understand read, and they say, oh, Sam got a vote, okay, Shiva got a vote. It's called a hand-counted ballot. And in that case, that paper becomes a ballot, because a ballot is the entity that was used to tabulate the vote.
Starting point is 00:19:38 I'll repeat that it is used to actually count the vote is the ballot. Is that clear? Yes. Okay, now if you go, the other majority of Massachusetts, where Dufus won, were all machine votes. So when you put your, when you go in, if you've ever done voting, right, you put your, you fill it in and it goes through that scanner, which is like a Xerox copy machine, what does that scanner, which is like a Xerox copying machine, what does that scanner do? Remember, the polls open, let's say at 7 a.m. in the morning, let's say they close at 8 p.m. They're not supposed to count the votes until after, that's by law, because that would be illegal because people would know which way in election is going, right? So when you put that stuff the scanner, what is it doing? Sam, it's making thi a Xerox copy. Yep, copying it.
Starting point is 00:20:25 Yeah, it doesn't make a physical copy. It makes a digital copy. So let's say all four of us, five of us went in, okay, we put our thing in, it makes a copy for Johnny, it makes a copy for Sam, it makes a copy for Xavier and it makes a copy for Shiva. And so five, five documents are created, electronic documents, on that hard drive of that machine. When, at 8 p.m. when it ends, they hit a button.
Starting point is 00:20:51 And you know what that button does? It basically runs the software, the software which reads, it says, oh, there's a dot for Siva. Shiva gets one boat. There's a dot for Shiva, again, another vote, right? So what is it counting, Sam, it's counting the image? Okay? Right. That ballot image, so that ballot image is the ballot at that point in time because that paper is over here could even be thrown in the trash. It could be just put somewhere. Yeah, the image is tabulated. I mean the vote is tabulated from that image. And you know, you have every precinct has these machines.
Starting point is 00:21:28 And at the end of the day, that when it tabulates that, right, the machine generates what's called a vote count. It says, okay, this machine reports Sam got five votes, she got 10 votes. So, and maybe there was one right in vote, and maybe some guy, and maybe some guy didn't vote for either of us, okay? So maybe there was a total of five votes for you, five votes for me, and two votes where one was a right and one was a blank. That's the total of 12 votes, which means there should be 12 ballot images corresponding to that. Right. So, correct? Okay, here's what I found out. It turns out in the software of these machines in 2001 they changed a very important feature. So you remember basic second-grade
Starting point is 00:22:16 math right? There's a thing called an integer. One, two, three, four, five. Yeah, your whole number. No, but I have to, it's a very interesting. No, no, no, because I'm like, do I do I remember integers? Oh, yeah, I did. Integer is one, the software. In the software. the software. the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the software, the so, the so, the so, the so, the so, the so, the so, the so, the so, the so,, yeah, you're a whole number. So if you study software programming, when you set up a software program, you can declare the variable to be an integer or what's called a decimal? Turns out they store our votes, your vote. Turns out they store our votes, your vote, and my vote as decimal numbers. Not a whole number, which means Sam's vote could be 0.05. My vote could be 1.25.
Starting point is 00:23:20 Oh my God. This is so freaking simple that when people get this they're going to say what the fuck is going on in this country. I don't know if the language is loud, okay? No you're allowed to, no hard in the paint. So when I, you know, I've been programming since I was a kid. When whenever you set up a software program, you declare your variables, oh, variable x is an integer, so if x is one, y is one, y'm going to get one plus one is two, okay? But if they're set up as floating point variables, which are what a decimal number is, you can do rounding and stuff, okay? But bottom line is it can't, so if you got five votes and I got five votes, it's not stored as five an integer, it's stored as 5.1-1 two, it's stored as a decimal. th. th. th. th. th. th. Starting point is 00:24:15 You're my votes or any votes can be multiplied by a factor with a flip of a switch. It's called a weighted race. In 2001, the same weighted, the same voting software was upgraded for housing associations. Let's say all of us lived in an apartment building, all five of us, right? And Johnny owned 2,000 square feet of an apartment building. You owned 1,000, Sam, and Xavier owned 1,500, and I owned 1,000, okay? Well, and we're voting whether we should put new carpeting it. Remember, our condo fees could be based on percentage of the maintenance.
Starting point is 00:24:53 So Johnny would get two votes, because he's got 2,000 square feet. Xavier gets 1. I get 1 vote and you get 1 vote. It's called a weighted race. That case was stuck in there in 2001. That's in all freaking voting machines. All right? That's what I was thinking. It's just like what if a vote for you is waited one way and a vote for him is waited a totally different way. Dr. Shiva, can you think of any legitimate reason this would be this way? Starting point is 00:29:32 So we hand, I hand go in to the Secretary of State, and I give them this letter because my lawyer said hand give it to them and get a receipt. Because they have 10 days to respond. And what does my thing say? I want ballot images. I want scan ballot images from the election. So we give it, so I'm there and we were, by the way, all of this is videotaped and we're videotaping it. And the election officer who reports to Galvin comes to the window wearing his mask and all and then he, uh, you know, he looks at my thing and he goes, you want ballot images. We don't have ballot images. I go, really? He goes, yeah, we turned that feature off. Oh my God. And then he realizes what the hell he said. He goes, oh, okay, well I'll put it in writing. I believe. I mean, you should know, right? Starting point is 00:30:54 And here's a letter, give me my ballot images. I have a hard drive here. The lawyer legal counsel, Michelle Tassanari, who's a chief legal counsel. This is now the Secretary of Massachusetts, you know, is mysteriously there. And she goes, oh, it's 10 business days. I mean, they, you know, you got to come back on, on Wednesday, okay? September 23rd, I said, okay. No, she goes, we will mail you our response.
Starting point is 00:31:21 Yeah. So September 23rd comes, we're waiting, waiting, nothing. First thing in the morning, September 24th, I call up the Secretary of State's office. They don't want to give me this guy, his name is Will Rosenberry, the election officer. They said, oh, he's not here. And I said, look, I know he's here. Give him to me. the thiiii. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. I's thi. I'm th. I said, when am I going to get my response? He said, oh, you'll get it sometime today. I go, no, no, I said, you're already overdue. I said, when am I going to get it? He goes, maybe at five. I said, maybe, how about at four?
Starting point is 00:32:12 He goes at 5 p.m. So I get off the phone. That's Thursday morning, that email, you owe me this stuff, and by the way, you acknowledge you violated Massachusetts law. Within 10 minutes, Sam, from sending that email at 1041 a.m, I get an email from the legal counsel. It's like, by the way, when you, you know, when I used to run a class at MIT, I'd asked my students for homework, some of them would start talking about the Red Sox game, right? diversionary tax. So that's what this lawyer does in her email. In her email she
Starting point is 00:32:45 basically says, well you know the voting equipment works like this and we don't manage voting equipment some bureaucratic nonsense. And then in one line in the second paragraph she says Massachusetts is prohibited from saving ballot images. What? Okay? So I write back to her and I say I said thank you for your message. Kindly tell me what statute or law in Massachusetts quote-unquote prohibits you from saving. By the way it's not saving because they were created destroying. Why is that law exist? Well that's the thing so I write that back to her so then the next day in the morning she doesn't was she doesn't answer
Starting point is 00:33:31 the message the response she sends me back another email talking about voting equipment again oh this is how our voting equipments work and then she says we save the paper the paper that that. And so I write back to her and I said, I write a lengthy email and I said, the the the the the the the th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, the th, th, the th, th, the the th, the paper, the paper, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, the paper, the paper, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, th. th. th. th. th. the paper, the paper, the paper, the paper, the paper, the paper, the paper, the I write a lengthy email and I said the subject was you have illegally deleted ballot, the ballots, which are the ballot images, and make it very clear to your those ballot images are the ballots because that was what was used to perform the counting. It is the object of counting. By federal law you have to save those because the federal law statute USC for 1974-1974-
Starting point is 00:34:27 says very clearly that all records related to a election must be retained. Now clearly all those little things that were Xerox right the digital images should be saved and say I said you've illegally destroyed because she destroyed them because if you go to the software, what I found was a software by default. You know how you have on your iPhone settings, the default settings? You know, well, you have to explicitly go turn it off,
Starting point is 00:34:56 so it destroys those ballot images. Remember when you hit it and after tabulates? So they are destroying ballot images. The selection is null and void. Okay? Oh my God, it's crazy. I'm telling you. So then I go on my Twitter, you know, I got a lot of Twitter followers.
Starting point is 00:35:15 And I already put out 1 million ballots. I said over one memory, it's the Republican ballots and the Democrat ballots. What did I say voted in 2018, 260,000 people voting in the Republican primary. 150,000. What did I say voted in 2018? 260. So he's telling me 110,000 people less are going to vote. And he said he already got 90,000 ballots mail-in for the Republican. I'm saying this doesn't freaking make any sense. I call an emergency meeting.
Starting point is 00:35:57 I said either, my mouth is wrong. This guy's saying less votes. Meanwhile, the headline of the article in one of the big newspapers says, record turnout. Record turn up, we're going to have less votes. So what happens on the date of the election? 259,000 people vote in the Republican primary, half a percent less than 2018, but 100,000. to 208 percent more vote in the Democrat primary. 1.4 million, okay, 600,000 at 1.3. So you're telling me that no more Republicans voted. It's like a hundred thousand votes.
Starting point is 00:36:32 It doesn't make any sense. Age of when everybody is just so just involved in politics right now. It just seems like people are just, each side is kind of just energize their base. But our campaign is an opportunity for everyone listening on your show right now, Sam, is to say, oh my God, this is real politics.
