You know I went into Asheville, North Carolina just a couple of days ago to research William Dudley, the World War II era fascist. I end up right across from this producer guy at a gas station who produced one of my favorite shows as a kid, the USA version of Swamp Thing, also knew this lady who had directed a documentary on Casadago, which is a place I went too frequently when I was growing up in Florida. That really interesting conversation about courts and how time was an illusion with the dude. This is the kind of stuff that you know generally happens to me pretty regularly,

No I love it dude I love it's like you were you were going to be a podcaster before there was podcasting that's how I see it you were destined to do this you were destined to look up strange and unusual stuff so you know I think when everyone's six six six six we're going to get some say tank stuff some dark stuff but I'm gonna ask you what is the weirdest darkest craziest conspiracy that you've heard lately? Well it's definitely this thing that these 4chan kids have been talking about related to the gifted program what is it the gifted and academic talented something or something but usually it's abbreviated as gate all right so around 20 20 2020, a lot of these four chenders started looking into this stuff and just talking about the gifted program on the forums and they found out that a shocking number of them

Starting point is 00:08:57 have been in the gifted and talented education program, even though gifted kids are only supposed to be about one to five percent of the total population. I remember what gate was, gate was like a special program where they picked out the smart kids and they literally moved you to a whole different school. Like they knew you were a smart kid and they were, I mean, I didn't think about that. That could be some MK. I didn't get probed or anything.

I've talked to Christopher Knowles about this too because Chris also has a similar kind of demographic with his listeners that I do or readers whatever and I would say probably a quarter of my listeners are probably in gate. Maybe not quite that much but but I mean, good 20, I'd say to 25%, and it's pretty similar with Chris. And again, the gifted are only supposed to be about like, you know, 1 to 5% of the total population.

Starting point is 00:10:15 And this happens with just all kinds of stuff. I mean, Penny Royal is like another example of that. Like with the guys who do Penny Royal, Nathan, Kyle, and Darren, I mean they all tested gifted. I help them with a lot of the stuff on research. I'm also gifted so or so many of the other people involved in that. So yeah, this is something about like these kinds of, you know, topics are like high weirdness and what have you, shocking amounts of people who were in the gifted program are drawn to them. So the gifted program is for people who show signs of being extremely smart.

Starting point is 00:10:48 Yeah. It was based, as I recall on your IQ store, I know, IQ score. That was that was what, that was pretty much that wasn't that, it was just some, some degree of academic performance and then that combined with your IQ, right? I think that they were looking for some very specific

Well, There's something interesting about that here, but let me go over like the psychological, some of the characteristics and four channers like brought up though for a minute because I want to see your guys reactions to this. All right, so they listed a few common psychological characteristics, life history and other things related to GATE that they found amongst people responded this. So for the psychological characteristics it was high IQ, interest in X phenomenon, i.e. like kind of high weirdness stuff, personalities typically as INTJs, intuitive, interest in meme magic, memory loss, particularly

Starting point is 00:13:41 of gait and tag programs, migraines, moral intensity slash strong sense of justice, premonitions, and prophetic dreams. And then for life history, they had common issues of birth complications being first-born son's early speech therapy, which if you haven't guessed already I definitely near-death experiences, especially drowning. Leniency from authority figures. Late teens, early 20s, heavy drug use, also which I fall into the category of.

Starting point is 00:14:12 Jewish art student girlfriends, I never had that. Tendency to be followed, abducted, tract, or gangstocked. And then for gate tag program characteristics, there was the old Tavistock Institute Oversight, not sure what that was about. Rooms were windowless, four windows were covered. This is for the, specifically for the rooms you were instructed in or tested in, hearing tests, problem solving tests,

Starting point is 00:14:38 Zenergard, ESP tests, and administered by special individual. So I can definitely confirm like a lot of this stuff when I was tested. They basically took us into like a windowless room. It was from somebody out of the school that did the testing and the tests were incredibly bizarre. They were, I think I took them when I was in second or third grade, probably third grade. And they were just unlike anything I had ever experienced.

Starting point is 00:15:07 They were not like kind of structured into one formal subject like you would do for kids at that age. They kind of combined a lot of different skills together in a very puzzling fashion. And yeah, I don't remember very much of it. And this is another thing that's really stood out to me in discussing this with a lot of other gifted kids as frequently they have problems remembering a lot of the stuff that actually went on in the programs and especially the testing and the nature of the testing for it. So how did you guys fare on that?

Starting point is 00:15:39 It's funny you say that because I recall being testing with one guy in a suit in a room. Exactly. Same with me he was in like what kind of a black suit. Yeah, yeah, I mean I remember him having it. That is strange. I mean he could have totally been like a G-man type of thing for sure. Which in hindsight is odd. Yeah. Did you have like computer stuff with it too? I don't you see I don't remember much I remember most of being paper paper, I think, but yeah, it was just a guy in a room. Yeah, in a room, you know, just. All I'm seeing, all I got molested by men in black, bro. And they, I don't, I don't remember. Remember. You just remember. Damn. I just remember AG being kind of shitty. Yeah. This is like a reoccurring theme with a lot of this. People always have problems remembering like what went on in these gifted programs,

Starting point is 00:16:33 the testing, just all kinds of aspects about it. I've often been told to that, you know, a lot of times the kids had to read this kind of like, really, like high literature that had a lot of occultic themes like, what was it, Rimbaldi or something, gargantuan's? I can't remember it, but it was like, we're the agabi stuff that Crowley kind of like later picked up originally came from,

So this also goes into Stanford and these glorious psychological department. All right. So Stanford was one of a handful of

Starting point is 00:25:05 universities along with Columbia, Caltech, the University of Chicago, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison that got a ton of funding from the Rockefeller family around World War I and going up through World War II. And the result of this is it basically created modern-day life and social sciences. On the one hand, this is like where genetics and all this stuff comes from. And then on the other hand, this is where a lot of this, you know, like you're kind of talking about predictive modeling data harvesting and all this other kind of stuff also comes from.

Starting point is 00:25:35 And the Rockefeller was straight up driven by doing this for social control, okay. This is all happening right after the time of the Litwoaf massacre in 1914, where they basically had company guards go in and machine gun miners and their families in tents. What? The public was a little fed up of this kind of behavior at that point. You know, the Rockefeller's got hit with any trust litigation and so forth from that. They defeated them and then the West Virginia didn't have a national guard at the time. There was a a huge miners uprising. So effectively, the United States Air Force, and this is in like 19, I think 20, if I remember correctly, 21, the United

Starting point is 00:30:46 Okay, so let's pick up to where you were. The first, the first people came in and where were we? Okay, okay. So anyway, like the Rockefeller's are subsidizing like all these colleges and what have you to come up with like more effective ways of controlling the public at large and what have you. So Stanford's getting a lot of money for this and one of the big guys who's based out of Stanford who heads their psychology department is this guy called Lewis Terman who would have subsequently become a member of the Rockefeller's, what's it, National Research

Starting point is 00:31:20 Council and I mean all this other stuff. So he is very interesting. He was a die-hard eugenicist who absolutely idolized Sir Francis Galton, who was Darwin's cousin. And Gaulton was actually the visionary behind personality profiling and intelligence testing. He was the first person who had theorized this back in the 19th century and had wanted it as a way to essentially pull out those of superior stock and put them into special schooling and programs and that kind of thing. So anyway, Terman ended up developing the first widely used intelligence test, which was the Stanford

Starting point is 00:32:00 Binae test. And anyway, during World War I, he is brought into the U.S. military to work in the research division and what have you there. And what they end up doing is administering intelligence testing to a good chunk of the troops in the U.S. Army at the time. It was a couple hundred thousand of them. And this is the first time that intelligence testing has ever been done on a large scale in human history and they had two types of tests for this one was called the Army Alpha test and the other one was the beta test so most people were given the Alpha test if you flunked it you took the beta test but if you already seemed to be a little slow they just started you out of beta test. And this categorized people. This categorized people into four different categories,

Starting point is 00:32:48 A, B, C's, and D's. So if you were an A or an alpha, that meant you were officer level material, you got special training, and more importantly, you didn't have to go to the front line and the trenches. Betas, you might have gotten some specialized stuff and you might have avoided the trenches, but if you were a C&D, you're going to be storming those hills against those, those freaking gas attacks and those chemical weapons and all that other glorious stuff.

Starting point is 00:33:17 All I know is, dude, I went to English B class in Ed U&LV and all the chicks in my class were hot. That's all I knew I was like Yeah, I love being stupid That's because their genes survived for a different reason. Yeah, for sure. I know what it is, but I'm doubt I was so excited. It's not even, there's a lot of weird stuff about this. But anyway, so that's crazy, dude. That's creating data. No, but that, I mean, like, so, so these kids enter this program, they test them their whole lives. Think about that. Like, imagine being like being tested since you were like,

Starting point is 00:34:50 what age, three, four, five? They started, I think, around seven or eight, or something like that. But yeah, yeah, I mean, from that tie, when a lot of them were in their 80s and 90s. Yeah, you'd be like, why am I still coming to this? Why am I still here? And that's what that's what is about to ask? Is it voluntarily? Like, do they know they're being touched? Yeah, a lot of them actually, it was almost like being an occult. Starting point is 00:45:54 through California, at least amongst the white Asian and Jewish populations. From what I gathered, not so much among the African-American ones. They're looking for certain answers and different patterns of answers that will equal certain things. And then they find out your, find out who's a psychopath. So, yeah, yeah, this deals with a guy called Boris Pash, who's really a fascinating guy. He was one of the most story of military intelligence officers the first half of the 20th century. So during World War II, Mr. Pash headed security for the Manhattan project and then later he oversaw the Ozals mission, which was where we were locating German

Starting point is 00:49:50 nuclear scientists. And he also killed a fair amount of people, or more specifically had ordered them to be killed as part of his functions as security for the Manhattan Project. This is probably why in the post-war years they made him the military representative to the CIA. And this is generally believed to be the OG CIA body task with planning kidnappings, assassinations, and other black operations. After that, he helped you set up the U.S. Army Special Forces, who basically are the primary unit to carry out these kinds of functions. So anyway, Pash has a really interesting history.

Starting point is 00:50:34 He was born in San Francisco to Russian parents, and his father was an Orthodox priest. Then he comes back to the US in 1917, and throughout all this time, he's actually working with the IMCA, which was being used as an intelligence front by the Americans during this time, and specifically army intelligence to keep tabs of what was going on with the Russian Revolution. So Pash himself formally enters US Army Intelligence in the Reserve around 1930 while he's living in Los Angeles. And in nearby, you've got a guy called General Ralph Van Demon.

Starting point is 00:51:16 And yes, his actual name was pronounced as Van Demon. Okay, so this guy was the head of US Army counterintelligence during the Philippines occupation, and then during World War I, he ran a massive counterintelligence operation here that was basically privatized in the post-board years, but he was still being funded by the FBI and the Army. And this was to track, quote, unquote, subversives. So by the end of the 1930s, Van Dement had compiled dossiers about 250,000 on American citizens. Basically, this was the beginning of the blacklist, and he sent these dossiers around to a bunch

Starting point is 00:51:53 of private companies to, I mean, the different branches of the government and what have you, and he appraised the army and the FBI of his findings of this. Mostly these were suspected communists as we got close to World War II. He also started tracking Japanese people, Germans, and Italian Americans. And this is why when we started interring Japanese and Americans during World War II, Van Demon was the main guy who did this because he had already been compiling files on Japanese Americans for years prior to this. Oh my God, mention that was your job. Like every time you see a new Japanese person,

Starting point is 00:52:30 you pull out an envelope, another one, and just compiling stuff on it. That's so crazy to me. So like when everybody is like losing their mind right now about this Tick Dock thing, which I, I'm totally on your side. It's ridiculous. But just though they're already doing this. They're all right, this is just to clean up any legalese that gets in their way.

Starting point is 00:52:57 Now they have to kind of go around to do it, but they're doing it. Because they've been doing this forever. The Germans were obsessed with paperwork. I mean, they have everything documented from Nazi Germany. It's part of the reason they were so easy to prosecute after the war is because they documented everything. The exact times they killed people when they rounded them up. I mean, it's just astonishing the paperwork.

Starting point is 00:53:21 If you go and look at it, and they're like, oh, yeah. You think they had a lot of white out? Yeah, yeah, just the fires were used to the end, actually just for burning paper. I mean, actually a lot of this came from Van Deem, and he was actually the first one who really started to keep a lot of these major clerical records on subversives and all this stuff. Back when he was heading counterintelligence in the Philippines. During this after the Spanish-American War, I mean they had a shit ton of just like files that they had compiled on everybody for this. How were they organized? Were they, were they, were they, are they? I think it was like proto punch cards and then later they started putting them on punch cards. I. Have you read all those books? That's a lot. I have. What's a rough estimate? Of how many books you got behind you? You're not even seeing like all them?

Starting point is 00:54:13 I mean I've got off to the left there like a full wall of like multiple bookshows full of books. I mean and this is just my nonfiction ones. It's not even counting all my fiction ones and what have you. That's wild, dude. Is that how you picture your house in the future, Sam, one day? After all the books you buy? And that indicates to me that he had probably been working with Van Demon throughout the 30s. From his travel records that I got from the Hoover Institute, he was definitely making regular trips to San Diego during this time that the interments were going on.

Starting point is 00:57:18 However, it's interesting to note that throughout this whole period from 1940, up to 43, when he was directing the Manhattan Project. His base of operations was in San Francisco at the Presidio, which we'll be talking about more later here probably. And the other thing about past, that's really interesting to point out. So from about 1925 to 1940, during the Center War period when he's probably working with Van Deemann as a, an unofficial source in the reserves.. the reserves. the center war period when he's probably working with Van Demon as an unofficial source in the reserves. His day job is working as a PE teacher in Los Angeles, and specifically he's working at Hollywood

Starting point is 00:57:56 High School where multiple kids were tested for Turman's gifted program. One of them, for instance, was Norris Bradbury, who would go on into the Navy Reserves and work on the freaking Manhattan project during World War II. Whether or not he knew the Pash was his old PE teacher, I don't know. But it's really interesting that just, you know, one instance here, this gifted period,

Starting point is 00:58:19 end up working with his old PE teacher in the Manhattan Project. And Bradbury, he also went on to oversee Operation Crossroads, Sandstorm, just all kinds of other insane stuff. Damn. He was the head of the Los Angeles National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory for many years until 1970. So this, that's the high school right over here with Jack Ritter on or whatever his name is. Yeah, a lot of prominent people, a lot of celebrities. to to to to to to to to to to to to the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the they they they they they the operation the operation their their the operation the operation the operation the operation the operation the operation the operation the operation operation operation operation operation the operation the operation operation operation the operation operation, the operation the operation the operation their their their they, they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. th. they. they. th. th. they. th. the the th. th. the the the the the the the they. they. they. the they school right over here with Jack Ritter on or whatever his name is. So you've got this Army intelligence officer who later goes on to head the CIA's assassination bureau working there as a high school PE teacher. That is crazy. That is crazy. The camp joined the Navy as reserve officer shortly before the war broke out, and he was assigned to the Philadelphia Naval Yard, where he conducted research there. And he ended up there with Heinlein and all these other guys. And basically, Robert A. So Lazarus Long is an immortal human being whose long-ripe is the result of a hereditary experiment were begun around World War I, in which individuals were chosen from select families with unnatural long lives and other desirable characteristics such as high intelligence and good looks, and they're basically put into a breeding program to produce superior human beings.

Starting point is 01:19:25 So Heinlein would later incorporate almost all of the characters from his really famous works like Stranger in a Strange Land and the Moon is a harsh mistress into the Lazarus Long Books. But he also started bringing in characters from other people's fiction. And one of the big sources were characters from L. Frank Baum's Oz books, which is really interesting because Termin's kids love the Oz books. These were some of the books that they read most widely from what they were able to tell in the extensive studies that they did on this. And if you know a lot about the sort of rumors about programming and stuff like that,

So I was quite surprised to see this, but then again, when you sort of think about the stuff with Heinlein, and I should probably point out too in the Lazarus Long books, it's just filled with incest and pedophilia, because that's basically how this hereditary genes are passed on. In fact, at one point Lazarus Long actually goes back in time and has sex with his own mother to become his father. I'm not looking this up unfortunately. And they wrote interesting books. Well, yeah, it makes you wonder, where was Robert A. Hyneland getting the ideals for all of this stuff from, huh? All right, so he was also a guy who went to Caltech, but he dropped out in 1924 and this was over some controversies. Supposedly he was having an affair with the wife of one of his professors. He also grew up in Pasadena, which is where Jack Parsons is from. Hedale was a little older than Parsons, I don't know if they actually knew one another, but they definitely seemed to have traveled in a lot of the same circles. So anyway, after dropping out of Caltech, he bounces around for about 10 years

Starting point is 01:22:11 working as a reporter and what have you, always getting plus jobs even though he has no formal degree or anything. Anyway, he goes back to school in 32, becomes a licensed physicians by 36 and he's appointed to the Los Angeles County Health Department on Social Hygiene in 1938 and he's made the head of the whole freaking department by 1939. Who's this sound like, who's this sound like Jeffrey Epstein right? It sounds exactly like Jeff- well Jeffrey Epstein was like getting all these positions and nobody knew he like he's like... Starting point is 01:22:50 This guy clearly doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about. So Hidell joins the United Nations Relief Rehabilitation Administration in 1945. They make him the chief regional officer for all of China why it's in the middle of a civil war. And they also make him into a three-star general. And this is when he has like no military experience at all. So around the same time, he's really big in the surrealist scene in Los Angeles. He's a long-time friend of the filmmaker John Houston who did the Maltese Falcon. He knows the surrealist artist Man Ray. He knows a lot of people in the surrealist artist Manrae, knows people like Vincent Price. He also knows a lot of people in the 40 in society like Frank Lloyd Wright and Henry Miller. And he's got a lot of connections to the Mexico City surrealist scene around Diego Rivera. So he leaves LA in 1950 for Hawaii and then he ends up settling in the Philippines a couple

Starting point is 01:23:40 years afterwards. He's in the Philippines to 1990 until he comes back to San Francisco for a decade before he dies. So Mr. Hedale likely abused his own daughter, Tamar, Hodel. He was tried and acquitted of these charges in 1949, but that was after an intense media smear campaign. Tamar later became kind of a surrogate mother for Michelle Phillips of the mamas and the papas, and it was Tamar who introduced Michelle to her future husband John Phillips who Incidentally also would sexually abuse his own daughter Anyway a lot of evidence has come forward in recent years implicating George Hedell as the murderer. And that's probably not the only person that Hedale killed. He was probably involved in several other murders in the LA area and possibly other regions of the country and possibly also in the Philippines as well. So there's some other suspect things about George Adele. He was investigated three times by the FBI once during his Tao tech time. And this was probably because he was in the severance club, which was a far left

Starting point is 01:25:01 out that suspected of holding communist sympathies. But the FBI didn't care about that or him killing Elizabeth Short or anything like that. Starting point is 01:25:28 And then later he was investigated in 1956 why he was living in Manila in the Philippines, and this was probably related to his work for the Department of Defense and the U.S. Information Agency. By this time, he had become a really successful, successful consultant in public relations. So this is a guy who was investigated twice for suspected communist sympathies was implicated in raping his own daughter in which the LA prosecutors offer, district attorney's office had strong evidence that he had killed Elizabeth Short, and he was still allowed to work for the Department of Defense and the U.S. Information Agency.

Starting point is 01:26:52 And the other thing about this, you have to keep in mind with him going to the Philippines, working in public relations and possibly for the U is all going on at the time when the US was running a major counter insurgency operation, the Philippines, that was being directed by Edward Lansdale. And this was the guy who came up with, you know, the concept of psychological warfare operations where you would kill an insurgent, you would put puncture wounds in their neck, drain them of blood and hang them from a tree so that the other insurgents would think th think th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th tree so that the other insurgents would think that they were killed by vampires. I haven't been able to confirm if he was tested for the gifted program, but he was in the same age range that you know he that would have been, Hodel was in. So anyway, she graduated from Stanford at night at 17 and then she briefly went to the University of Pennsylvania, which is another weird place. Starting point is 01:30:50 So anyway, a couple of years later in 1934, her father turns up dead in a bathtub in San Francisco hotel. His throat was slit, and the death was ruled a suicide. Okay, so around this time, Beatrice relocates to Germany to study under a famous sculptor. And she also falls in love with an engineer who is an active member in the Nazi party. Those she insists to her dying day that he was just a German patriot and not a true Nazi, whatever that means. She ended up remaining in Germany throughout, much of Hitler's rise and practically up to the point when the war broke out in the late 1930s over there. So in 1943, she ends up marrying a private in the US army who later became a successful investment banker in the San Francisco area.

Starting point is 01:31:44 And they have a son who is studied extensively as part of Termin's program. Like I said before, you know, they continued to study these kids after Termin died and they studied their kids, you know, the descendants of the original gifted kids, and probably even their kids and their kids and their kids beyond that. So after the war, Beatrus Carter, quote unquote, help set up, the the the to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the Pacific, to to to that. All right, so after the war, Beatrice Carter, quote unquote, helps set up the Pacifica Foundation. This is the group that created the story of Radio Station, KPGA, in San Francisco. This is the one that really helps spread mysticism and Biednik culture,

And after Beatrus left this foundation in 1959, she became involved with something known as the Bay Area Council and the San Francisco Planning and Urban Renewal Association, which is still around as spur. I can't remember what that stands for. Starting point is 01:32:54 Beatrice is helping them set up Gary Street, turning it into Gary Boulevard and really the modern day set up for San Francisco Francisco the city. Okay. So she dies in 1985 and like I said before, her name wasn't Beatrice Carter. Her real name was Betty Ford Aquino. Our son was Colonel Michael Aquino, the temple said in the US Special Operations Command psychological warfare division. Oh my God.

Starting point is 01:33:27 Oh my God. So Michael Aquino was probably studied or practically his entire life as part of this gift of program. He certainly studied throughout his younger life. And then later you have these people who were in the gifted program, people like El Sprague DeCamp, George Hedell, the filmmaker, what's his name?

Starting point is 01:34:53 Edward Demetre, who directed the shooter, the cane mutiny, he was nominated for an Oscar. He was one of the Hollywood 10. So these guys, Hedel and Demetrae, they're nominallyly suspected of being of being of being of being these these these these these these these these guys, Hedal and Demetre, they're, you know, nominally suspected of being these hardcore communists, but yet they're never really subjected to any kind of major career repercussions. I mean, Demetrae was blacklisted briefly, but then he was brought back into the fold. He directed some of his most successful movies while many of his colleagues in Hollywood 10 were kept out of the industry for years

So and then like I said before De Camp kind of goes out of his way to befriend Jack Parsons and what have you, it seems to me that they were probably being used as part of a counterintelligence operation that was being run by the army to keep track and these suspected subversive groups and whatnot.
