And the fact that they won't even allow you discuss certain things, let you know how weak their standings really are, how weak those arguments standings really are. So the fact that you just talking about COVID in a certain way, and all the data is coming out, and I don't know your take on it, but based on that you're on the show, I probably have a good understanding of what it is, dude, everything's coming out that, you know,

Starting point is 00:09:41 what the numbers weren't what they told us right there's a whole bunch of other factors that led to hospitalization and deaths and we're seeing more and more and more young people dying of what they say heart events they're called now they won't call them heart attacks they call them heart events so I think you're doing some right if you weren't right they're called now. Right, and like you said, I noticed that I called the COVID injection, not a vaccine, because it's not a vaccine. The vaccine prevents you from getting a disease. Starting point is 00:22:39 children are dead we should be asking questions to authority who made decisions and the guy who made the decision to tell people they couldn't leave needs to be questioned. I'm not here to conform. This shows all about humanity. So we got to ask these questions. Right. So let's get into Christianity here. Yeah, yeah, and I'm all about asking questions. I love the tough questions about Christianity. And so, and I love it. Well, I don't know.

Starting point is 00:23:29 So what we want to talk about today is something that we talked about Sam on zero, which was it was great being with you there. And I know we were both tired on that because you had just finished the set and-Christian philosophy along with conspiracy theory and the truth are moving into those things, those two things. And there is the aspect, the things that happens in the conspiracy world called predictive programming. And we know what that is, and what I found through my research is not only is that in the Bible, it's actually a spiritual principle. So let me just back up a little bit and just tell you briefly how I got to to that point. So when we, as I said, I'm a Christian, I grew up Christian in church all my whole life, but I've always had an inquisitive mind Because I'm always asking why. But growing up in the church, I would do that to the pastor.

Starting point is 00:24:28 I would, you know, love Jesus, love God, and I would just ask, but no, why does this happen? Where did God come from? Why did he flood? the world didn't kill everybody? Why did he, why did, how was Jesus born of a virgin. All these things I would ask a question, I would ask you this question and I started to annoy my pastor to the point where he said, you know what, it's not right to question God because he was trying to get rid of me. And so, and I was like, oh, I don't want to make God mess, I'll stop questioning him. So I spent like the rest of my adolescence not challenging my own faith and not, and not, and not, and not, and not having, and not, and not having, and not having, and not having, and not having, and not having, and not having, and not having, and not having, and not having, and not having it, and not having it, and not having it, and not having it, and not having it, and not having it, the the the the to be to be the the the to be to be to be to to to to the the the the the the the the the their, their, their, their, their, their, their, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, to to to to to to to to to to to to the, the, the, the, the the the the the the the the, the, the. the. the. throwne. throwne. thean, throwne. throwne. the. the throwne. the the the the the. the, that whole paradigm changed because I went to a secular liberal university and I was just attacked by the professors, by my fellow students. They took delight in telling me that you know the Bible is not accurate, it's not real, it was made up, that you know the Jews just took other aspects of other religions around them and made that into the Bible and the God of the Bible Je Jehovah is nothing more than a Canaanite vengeance deity. And you know if God is good, why do bad

Starting point is 00:25:29 things happen, so forth, and so on, evolution. And I had no answers because I had never been taught how to depend on my faith. So I got wrecked. And I started, I still believed in God. I never stopped believing in God because the alternative to me is ludicrous. I mean, the whole evolutionary paradigm takes more faith than Christianity because honestly, in order to believe in evolution, you have to basically suspend scientific law. I mean, evolution violates the first two laws of thermodynamics that says matter cannot be created or destroyed, and that over a time, things, the second law is entropy, that things become less complex. They go from order to chaos. The the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. The evolution says th. The evolution says th. The evolution says th. The evolution says thooooooooooooooooooooooo, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, thoes, thoes, thoes, thoes, thoes, th things become less complex. They go from order to chaos. Evolution says the opposite, that once a water time there was nothing,

Starting point is 00:26:07 then nothing exploded. Then a hundred trillion beneficial accidents happened in a row in order to make complex life. We go from rocks and dirt and water to single cell to, you know, to fish, to amphibian, to lizard, to mammal to monkey to man. That is going up in over time in complexity by magnitudes and that violates the second law thermodynamics. I don't want to get too far off and if you go to faith by reason. There's a whole evolution versus creation. I'm all about it. The point was that if I was a told the evolution versus creation. Anyway the point was I'm. the the the the the. to. to. to. to. to. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. I. I. the. So I'm like if I was what I was told about God isn't true, then what about everything else, the government and

Starting point is 00:26:46 history. And my first job out of out of college, there was a guy who a co-worker who was into Bill Cooper. And we started talking and so I got I got into the conspiracy world. Long story short, my research led me back to my Christian faith and back to examining the Bible from a supernatural standpoint, not from a human standpoint, which is what most of us to do. We look at the Bible like a textbook or a guide to life. That's not what it is. The Bible is the story of Jehovah. It is his stories. It's not about us. It's about him. And it's actually, it's not a textbook. It's not a textbook. It's. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the text. text. text text text. text. text. text. text. textbook. textbook. textbook. textbook. textbook. textbook. textbook. textbook. text book. text book. text. text. text. Think about that way. It's a bunch of stories that are interconnected to varying degrees, when you take a step back and look at it, like the story, and it's not our story, it's God's Jehovah's story. That's what the Bible is. And you look at it that way, all the stuff that doesn't make sense starts to make more sense. And that's how you get to know him.

Starting point is 00:27:50 Faith by reason is about getting to know him. And he, and knowing that he realized that he is knowable. He wants us to know him. He wants us to know him and you know people through stories. Like if I want to know you, Sam, I don't just hear facts. I don't want to hear, okay, you were born in this city. You were, you know, you went to this school, you've got these kind of grades in school, here's what you, here's what you didn't. I want to hear your stories. I want to hear about the first time you did a line of cloak off of a strippers butt. Those kinds of stories, you have to be a Christian, I promise. Those are stories that help me get to know you, not facts, stories.

Starting point is 00:28:32 And so in getting to know Jehovah's story, all these books, we call them books of the Bible, they're all stories, and they help us get to know who he is. So that was that's kind of how I I I I I I I I I I I I I that's kind kind kind kind kind kind kind that's kind that's kind that's kind that's kind of how I I I I I that's kind of how I that's kind of how I that's kind of how I th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the the their. thi. thi. thi. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their their. their. their. their. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. their. their. th. that was that's kind of how I got to this this whole area and so in the conspiracy world there is predictive programming and I'll talk I've been talking a lot so you want to know no we're listening dude keep going and I've never heard it I actually thought the Bible as the way I saw it was as like a history book as in as in so as in you saying it's kind of just like a life story kind of makes a lot more sense I literally thought it was like a history book growing up yeah so did I that that's how I was raised I think you just read this like a any textbook if you want to like in history textbook if you

Starting point is 00:29:15 want to know civil war you go to the chapter you want to know about the revolution you go to a different chapter and that's how most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most most the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the that's I'm I I I'm I the that's I'm that's I'm that's I'm that's I'm that's I'm that I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I that I the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I th I th th th th th th thi I'm I'm I'm I'm not thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi. thi. thi. I'm not thi. thi. I'm not thi. I'm not thi. I'm not thi. you go to a different chapter. And that's how most people, including Christians, look at the Bible. Like, I want to know about faith. Well, I'll go to the chapter on faith. I want to know about love. I'll go to this chapter. But that's not how it's intended to be, because it's not supposed to be comprehensive. It is a story. some, you're going to give me chunks of story that I can extrapolate from and then get to know you and that relationship. And that's what the Bible is all, and it's not in chronological order, like public fiction.

Starting point is 00:29:51 So let me ask you some comedic friends who are like so hilarious, we love them very much. And they're known for storytelling, and they would tell you, a lot of their stories aren't real. Now, with me I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, and they would tell you a lot of their stories aren't real. Now with me I tell a lot of stories. I'm not that creative that I can make up a whole story out of thin air. It has to be dumb. Are the stories embellished to for effect or are they um are they are they, um, are they, are they like? Are they literal or are they? The answer is yes. They are both. Some of the stories are literal and some are allegory.

Starting point is 00:30:34 But they, it's pretty, it's pretty clear which ones are allegory. And by that, I mean, if it's something that cannot happen, then is an allegory. For example, I think the narratives, especially in the first, uh, the books, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, the books, their their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their their, their their their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their their their their their their their their their their their their theirory. For example, I think the narratives, especially in the first books of the law, the first five books of the Bible, those are literal stories. Those things are literally, literally happening. But then you'll get into some of the prophetic books where it'll say, you know, that the mountains skipped up, there's an earthquake so large, the mountains skipped along like goats. Well, no, that's not literal mountains, different types of literary structure.

Starting point is 00:31:11 There are some narratives, there's poetry, there's songs. You know the first two chapters of Genesis is poetry, the creation narrative? It's in stanzas. We're going to talk about that. That's how poems are created. They're in stanzas. This was a song. And then there are other areas where, again, where God is speaking in grandiose language. thiiiii. And in thi. And in thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, it's their, it's thi, it's thi, it's thi, it's thi, it's thi, it's thi, it's thi, it starts, it starts, it starts, it starts, there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is there is th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, their, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. thiiiiiiiiiii. thiiiiii. thiiiii. thi. thi, thi, there is there is speaking in grandiose language or some of the prophets are speaking in grandiose language. And in that case, it should be seen as allegory, but that allegory has a truth behind it. He says that men's hearts will melt. Well, your heart's not going to melt.

Starting point is 00:31:55 Your heart's not made out of plastic. But that's an allegory for how bad is going to be and how desperate you're going to feel. Dude, I'm loving all this. I'm actually trying to find a somebody suggested an app in the app store that will take you through the Bible. It will read it with you and take it through. What are your thoughts on that? Because I want to read the Bible. It's very small print. No, I'm with you. I will tell you some of the exam, and this is totally on you. Don't have to do it if you don't want to.

Starting point is 00:32:28 But I have, I'm with a group of people. I don't go to a regular church because I have nothing for me. They just take the same things over again did this man did that is about how to how to have a happy life and how to find your best how to live your best life I'm just spouse raise your kids all good stuff but we go through it from the aspect of this is what Jehovah's world is like this is what the spiritual realm is we do it every year and you're more than invited to come on man bro and there's a zoom thing. You don in China or India or the Americas, but his story was focused in this particular area.

Starting point is 00:33:29 He is, I'm all about, that's what I love 10 point of head, I'm all about the cryptids. I'm all about all that stuff, maybe because I believe that all fits into the narrative. But again, if you think that the Bible is a comprehensive history of the entire world, but you're going to be disappointed because that's not what it was intended to be. I love that, dude. There's so many layers to this stuff. I'm really into it. Like, this is like a battle royal and everybody's come down the bang and maybe whoever created this, we call him God, he sent down himself in a form of man. That was Jesus, and it was like, Jesus was like Jesus like okay clean you know you know act appropriately and then called it the day and then like I mean that was a very very very basic breakdown of it but like again I am here to learn and I am not telling anybody what is right and I'm not telling anyone's wrong and my my opinion has not been

Starting point is 00:34:24 finalized I am open-minded to it but Iminded to it, but I am open to it. And that's the only way you can grow. The only way you can grow is by challenging yourself and being challenged. That's why I love listening to this show because even the people I disagree with, they challenge me and I and that helps me grow. I love that. I ask me everyone to do is say, I've got all the answers I'm done. You know, we could talk about, we could talk all day. I can hang out with you guys forever. Let's get into this because we kind of brought up with the King James Bible. You know, there's a lot of discussion and again, for our Muslim brothers and sisters,

Starting point is 00:34:57 sending you love, the royal family and what that involves. So, you know, when I get into a lot of stuff, like, you know, the dangerous conversations, like, you know, the Talmud comes in out of nowhere, and it just kind of turns, you know, Judaism in a little different direction and some of the stuff in there is kind of turns, you know, Judaism in a little different direction and some stuff in there is kind of a shocking eye-opening. You know, and you talk to them, they're like, we're just joking. I go, I get it, but to an outsider it sounds a little crazy, okay? Again, nothing to our Jewish brothers and sisters, we love them too. But it becomes what is the, who is this invisible hand?

Starting point is 00:35:49 And what are they, how are they manipulating? Because if we, let's, if I go, hey man, Hollywood is corrupt. People like, yeah, it's so corrupt. These people are corrupt. I go, politicians are corrupt. Yeah, politicians are super corrupt. But if I go, religion could be the organized religion could easily have that corruption as well. Not the religion itself, but the power structure of the religion and those who have the power to position people in certain places could be there to

Starting point is 00:36:25 disconnect you from God. Yes Sam I am not religious. I had that's on the first, that's on my about me page on my website. Why? Because religion is in my definition, I love definitions because definitions is how you can position yourself in order to have good mental health. If you define your terms because they say the most arguments come from people having the same vocabulary but different dictionaries. So I want to give my definition. Religion is, are things that human beings do, rules that they make in order to get them closer to what they feel is divine. That is religion. So even an atheist can be religious. If you brush your teeth at 7 o' their their their their tee religious tee religious religious religious religious their tee religious religious religious religious religious religious religious religious religious religious religious religious their their their their their their teeths religious religious religious religious religious religious religious atheist can be religious, religious. If you brush your teeth at 7 o'clock every morning, you brush your teeth religiously.

Starting point is 00:37:09 Why? Because you think that's a good thing to do. But it's your rule that you obey religiously. But it's all man-made. And it's put on top of what God reveals in order to make you feel like you're doing your part to become closer to God on your own. And it's actually prideful because to to to to to to to to to to to to to be to to be to to be to be to be to to to be to be thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their. their. their. their. And their their the like you're doing your part to become closer to God on your own. And it's actually prideful because you're basically trying to improve on what God said. I mean, a quick example, I grew up in the church. What do we do, especially in a black church? you get dressed up to go to church. Why? Because, well, that's what God wants. Really? Really? think God thinks go to their jeans and a t-shirt. No, that's religion, that's man-made stuff that puts an extra burden on you that God never intended. Profanity is another one. I use profanity. You know why? Because profanity is not a sin. It's not a sin. It's not a sin. It's not a sin. It's not a sine. It's not a to say, you Two statements, if I say, you know what, Sam, I saw you at the club last night, man, you were fucking great.

Which one of those two statements do you think is more sense? 100% or you could use, it really, this was something that was just impossible to even discuss coming up in like the Southern Baptist culture. You just couldn't have this discussion but I have believed this since the beginning since I was a kid. It really is what the intent behind the words the spirit in which they're given.
