Starting point is 00:00:00 Timfoil Hap. Oh, what the fuck are you guys even talking about? Global controls will have to be imposed, and a world governing body will be created to enforce them. Welcome to Tinfoil Haas. We go deep, home boy. Eric, open your mic. Drink from the fountain of knowledge.
Starting point is 00:00:27 There's lizard people everywhere. That's some interdimensional shit. Wake up, Aaron. This is only the beginning. You just blew my mind. Good morning, Swarm and ready to get your money? Good morning, Swarm and welcome to Tinfeld. How you know I am?
Starting point is 00:00:48 You know I'm here to do. I'm here too. Roe. R. As you're a ti. J. J. the.
Starting point is 00:00:56 . . . Sam Triple.g. Gold, use the promo code tinfoil and get in on those precious metals for as little as $50 a month. That's it, bang, bang, pow. If you wanna see me live, I'm gonna be in Kansas City next weekend, Kansas City, Missouri, yeah, and then go to Sam Triple.com, and dude,
Starting point is 00:01:21 I am putting so much content in my premium content. Three episodes a week, we got the dangerous, dangerous going on. We got a whole bunch of stuff, so check that out. And let's get into it. Man, I'm very excited to have this gentleman on. He's a novelist. He's a mushroom micro-dosing coach. Yes, please want to show.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Adam Shell. How are you, Adam? Good buddy. Thanks Sam. Thanks, guys. Good to be on. For our listeners who may not be familiar with you, can you tell us a little bit about yourself and where our listeners can find you.
Starting point is 00:01:59 Well, the best way to find me is at Brain Supreme. toprime.coach.co. So I've been very into, I was in the cannabis industry for a number of years, got into that kind of a backwards way, but I've always been more of a psychedelics guy, and I got very curious about seven, eight years ago and how to, as I was getting late 40s, closer to 50, about exploring microdosing from the standpoint of life optimization and the kind of ultimate form of supplementation. So I've got the brand, Brain Supreme, and I have a microdose coaching company called microdose coach. Coatch. C.O.
Starting point is 00:02:32 Well, man, there we go. Bang, bang, pow. It's a very interesting thing, dude, because, you know, again, like I'm a sober guy, and I have this real debate and I talk openly with people in my sobriety, you know, journey, my groups, that, you know, it's like, are shrooms breaking my sobriety, you know, because when we talk about Bill W. Bill W. at the end, you know, when he helped establish El Cawx Anonymous, he wanted to that the 12th step is for you to do some kind of psychedelics. You get through it, you get sober, you do all the steps, you connect with God, and then you drop something, and then you have a spiritual, spiritual experience.
Starting point is 00:03:22 And there was a giant war, and they all wanted they try to get him out and he compromised said okay it should be just like you connecting with God so I have this real like debate my head is that a violation of my sobriety so I am interested in the Shrooms movement and all that stuff and I think it is important now you you talk about how you were in the Shrooms movement and all that stuff and I think it is important. Now you you talk about how you were in the weed industry very early on. Do you at all get nervous about weed being everywhere all at once? So I didn't know that about the AA that's really fascinating. The first let me... there's a couple things that were brought up there. about the AA. That was really fascinating.
Starting point is 00:04:05 The first, let me, there's a couple things that were brought up there. So the first thing was, the best thing I can do, I've had 2,500 conversations about how to micro-dose a mushroom. So, I'm that guy, practical experience, direct relationships with people who microdose, I've hand sold half of my products that we've sold over these last couple years. So that's my sweet spot. That's my expertise, like how to approach microdosing. All the science indicates that psychedelics, mushroom, sylocybin, is not only non-addictive, but it's anti-addictive. It wires the brain in a way that you become less addictive.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Now, I live in Texas where social alcoholism is out of control. And I have to tell you, I've had, yeah, I mean some of the football dads, they'll put margaritas at a Thursday practice in the Gatorade pitcher and they'll, you know, thing that they'll be dispensing. So, I have found since day one a demonstrative reduction in alcohol consumption amongst my friends and peers and people my age. Like they just can't believe it. I mean I remember hooking a chef up with some product early on this one I was living in Northern California and he was like a his cuisine was amazing. He was a hard driving San Francisco chef. He had a restaurant in Santa Rosa Rosa and you
Starting point is 00:05:18 know he cooked hard. His food had perspective. It was kind of southern home style cooking with northern California ingredients and he would finish his shift, he was 30 something years old, he'd line up the shots, he'd get his whole crew hammered, Irish guy, and about two weeks into micro-dosing calls me up and he's like, hey man, I've got to tell you something. I'm like what's up, he's like, I was driving home the other day after work and I realized like I'm like, like, like, like, like, like, I'm like, I'm, I'm, like, I'm, I'm, like, I'm, I'm, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, thi, thi, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th.. And, th. And, the the the the the the the the the the the the th. And, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. thi. thi. thi. thi.a. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. And, thi, He's like, I was driving home the other day after work and I realized like, I haven't had a drink in two weeks. I didn't even know it was happening. It just started happening. Because I'm two weeks into your product and I've just stopped drinking. And I'm like, dude, I hear it all the time. Sillicibin at the macro or micro Psychedelic Research and Therapeutics here in Austin, Texas,
Starting point is 00:06:08 and they use bucking bullshit synthetic sylicibin, which I just don't philosophically agree with. So that's chemically derived and manufactured silicebin. That's not the whole mushroom that's extracted. I don't agree with it philosophically. But even in those studies, they've found a 25% reduction in alcohol consumption. So, and my that, and my th, and my th, thi, thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, thi, and thi, thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, and thi, thi, thi, thoicicicicicic. And thoicicic. And thoicic, and thoicicic, and thoicicic, and thoicicic, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thea, thea'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a, thea, those studies, they've found a 25% reduction in alcohol consumption. So, and my experience will correlate with that. All kinds of addiction issues are lessened. My pot smokers, when they start micro-dosing or then occasionally doing a recreational dose, they're smoking less. Alcohol people are drinking less. The opiates, the painkillers, all of it. Everything has a reduction and moves your brain
Starting point is 00:06:47 and your emotions into a greater state of well-being. That's been my overwhelming experience. Now specifically the answer about weed being everywhere. So I got a couple thoughts about that, is that one, weed is so much better abused at a younger age than alcohol. So how many people do you know who were fucking crazy stoners from 16 to 26 and suddenly a switch got flipped, got their shit together and now they're like 40, 50 successful wife, kids, family, multi-millionaire?
Starting point is 00:07:21 I mean, I know dozens of them. But I don't know many who were out-of-control alcoholics from 16 to 26 and got their shit back together. So in terms of like how fucked up our world is and the calamity of all the shit that's going on'm much more comfortable with tested clean weed and Clean tested mushrooms than I ever would be with alcohol. Okay. You are just So so this is this is what I want to want because you mentioned something very specific right there that I think is very important to talk about and that is clean You said clean weed clean shrooms and I think think that's where my big concern gets right now, that, you know, we are, you know, again, I'm in recovery. And I just want to say something about recovery real quick.
Starting point is 00:08:14 Like, I'm all for, like, you know, like, for me, like, let me just say this. Like, I believe if you want to get, you want to get out of alcoholism, the best way to do it it it it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it is to do it is to do it is to do it is to do it is to do it is to do it is to do it is the to do it is the the the to do it, the the the the the the to do it, the the the the to do. to the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th.. th. the. theat. theathea. threat. threat. threat. threat. the. threat. threat. threat. the. threat. threat. threat. the. the. the. Like, I believe if you want to get, you want to get out of alcoholism, the best way to do it is to get out of alcoholism and to get sober. I just want to say that because, like, right now, I'm what I'm doing right now in my life is I am counting calories. I did everything a thousand times. I'm counting calories right now. He is. He's taking pictures of the food. Yeah, I'm taking pictures of the food. That's how ridiculous I'm getting and then I'm
Starting point is 00:08:48 uploading it to an app that tells me whether I'm a fat ass or not, okay? And that's where I'm at. And I'm seeing results. I feel it. I see it. Just by measuring things, you actually lose weight. 100% so real quick so but but I have friends of mine who are on Obe Zempic and you see they've lost a lot of weight but they're at that point where it looks good but I know they're gonna fly past that point and then they're gonna get trans zombie face and it's like well you could have just done this if you just did the simple way which is eating right you know so I just that's something I want to say, because I get a lot of people come on my show and they're like, hey, man, I listen to your show
Starting point is 00:09:29 and I got sober. Sobriety is the best way. That's my opinion to stop drinking is to stop drinking. Now, I am also open-minded to other things that down the line like for me like I said I I once I get a couple years I might try here I am at four I'm almost at four years sobriety so I just really want to get that out of the way because I think it's very important can I interject yes sure because you said something important so okay okay because I do a lot of nutritional counseling I'm way into fitness we can talk later I have this whole performance protocol with micro dosing which we can th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th tho tho tho tho tho tho thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi. thi. thii. I thiiiii. I thii. I'm thi. I'm thi thi thi thi thi thi talk later about I have this whole performance protocol with micro-dosing which we can get into later. Unlike calorie counting with food
Starting point is 00:10:09 where just by counting the calories and the act of being conscientious about it you'll eat less you'll be more conscientious, with alcoholism and I don't suffer with those addiction issues thankfully so I'm speaking about this as respectfully as I can. The benefit, so just stopping drinking is incredibly hard from what I understand, unless you deal with the underlying pain. And the reason why psychedelics are so effective in reducing alcohol consumption, drug use, is because you will have a spontaneous realization of what has caused the pain and driven you to these abusive behaviors.
Starting point is 00:10:51 And because of that illumination, it rectifies it. It turns the light on. So look, the macro dose versus the micro dose. So macro, it's the, there's an expression from the Buddha that says, once you hear the Dharma, the die is cast. Now, darma is the there's an expression from the Buddha that says once you hear the dharma the die is cast now Darma's the truth so in the so when the light gets turned on in a room the darkness is never the same You understand the pattern of the room. So what the psychedelic experience can do responsibly done, you know? We can go into that later, but what the psychedelic experience does it turns that light the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the throwne is is is is is is is is the the the the is is.eck is.eck is. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is is.e.e.eckeckeckeckeckeck is.eck is.eckeckecke is.ea is. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the.eau. the the. treau. treau. treau. trea. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. the the. that later. But what the psychedelic experience does is it turns that light on. So the pattern of darkness is never the same. And often the light can stay on long enough in that experience
Starting point is 00:11:28 that you can do some real work, some real healing, some real deeper understanding, a deeper connection to God and self-love and your own self-worth. And so you understand your addiction from a new perspective. And then the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stopping the stop the the the the the the the the the the the the the to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the, the, the, the, the, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the just trying to willpower yourself straight through it because you've had a moment of epiphany where you've connected with the divine and now once you understand your divinity God doesn't want you to be an alcoholic. God doesn't want you to be a drug addict. God wants you to live of, no, God wants you to
Starting point is 00:12:02 live a fulfilled life experience where you love as deeply as you can you commit as deeply as you can you're the best friend the best father you know the best husband the best business partner that you can be in all aspects of your life and getting that illumination experience will moderate all those addictions yeah I I get you do. It is a hard thing and again, you know, I think, you know, the traditional way of sobriety is is my preferred way, but I understand totally what you're saying. And so, so does micro-dosing help with stopping porn addiction? I mean, I'm open-minded to that.
Starting point is 00:12:43 I don't know. I can use them. I'm having to callminded to that. I don't know. I could use them. I'm having to call people telling them I got 24 hours, joking, joking, but I have a great appreciation for what you're saying here. So the, look, you got, you got the OGs in this space. You got stammets, you got Fateman, Huberman with his podcast has done a really good job going through the OGs in the space. You got Stamets, you got Fatamin, Huberman, with his podcast, has done a really good job going through the science of macro and microdosing the science of sylip and the science of psychedelics to understand the brain. What I can say from 2,500 conversations about how to microdose effectively is that it moves your brain and your life in a beneficial direction. Almost all the time. If you take out the variables of, if I have 100 clients, two of them just aren't going
Starting point is 00:13:28 to respond to psychedelics at the micro-dosing level. Another five of them won't respond, but I've developed some techniques to trigger a response. You have to, and those that are on antidepressants, SSRIs, SNRIs, there's about a 50% chance they won't respond, they have to scale down on the antidepressants. But for those, you know, 95 out of 100 clients, there's just this phenomena that you start to become a better human being. You just, the magic of these mushrooms is they want you to be better and they move your brain to a new place of homeostasis and if that means you're watching too much porn, it will reduce down.
Starting point is 00:14:10 I mean look, here, look dude, I was a big 10 linebacker, you know what I'm saying? I'm like a real, I'm a guy's guy. No kidding. Yeah, I can tell by the neck. Yeah. So, I like, I like manned shit. You know what I'm saying. I like I like I like I like I like all I like all I like all I like all I like all the the the th. I'm a th. I'm a th. I'm a th. I'm a th. I'm a th. I'm a th. I'm a th. I'm a th. I'm a tell tell tell tell, I'm a tell. I'm tell. I'm to to to toy. I'm toy. I'm toy. I'm toy. I'm toy. I'm tell. I'm tell. I'm tell. I'm tell. I'm tell. I'm tel. I'm tel. I'm tel. I tel. I tel. I tel. I tel. I tel. I tel. I tel. I tel. I tel. I'm tel. I'm te. I'm te. I'm tell. I'm te. I'm te. I'm te. I'm te. I'm tell. I'm tell. I'm tell. I'm tell. I'm tell. know what I'm saying? I like, I like all that stuff. I lift weights very hard, a mountain bike hard. You know, I'm 54 as I've gotten older. I'm like more conservative and macho than I've like ever been in my life. I'm in the exact same place. You know, I chase my wife around all the time. I'm horny like a fucking dog. But I, you know, after six years of developing thinks, I thinks, I thinks, I thinks, I thinks, I thinks, I thinks, I thinks, I thi stuff thi stuff thi stuff thi and I thi and I thi, I don't thi, I don't thitime I'm horny like a fucking dog. Yeah, I get it. I, you know,
Starting point is 00:14:45 after six years of developing these products, like I don't look at porn. Like, I, my, did you guys see Fantastic Fungi? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, on Netflix. Okay. So, Fantastic Fungy is the documentary. Now, I'm talking the pre-stamets of, I'm using mushrooms to reduce vaccine hesitancy, which is like,, that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just that just, that just, that just, that just, that just, that just, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, you thi, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you thi, you thi, you thi, you thi, I's thi, I's thi, I's, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the thi, I thi, I thi, I's, I's thi, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, thi, you know, I'm just, you know, I'm just, I'm just just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm talking the pre-stamets of I'm using mushrooms to reduce vaccine hesitancy which is like that just fucking broke my heart and blew my mind we can get into that later a little bit. Yeah that is such a crazy statement right? That is so crazy. It's so fucked up. And we can side track on that a little bit, but like literally like this genius human being like you know who's saving the bees and doing all this miraculous work like figured out how to use mushrooms to detoxify environments and to and to get rid of pests in your home using
Starting point is 00:15:32 cordiceps and these great things like to think that and this calls into question what's the whole point of anything that you can mackardose your whole life to come to the point where, oh I'm on team fucking Fauci. And I want to partner with Fauci and the NIA to reduce vaccine hesitancy. Like it blew my mind. So look, in this gets into some shit we can go into later. Like our, is our psychedelics a tool of the occult? You know, we can talk about that. I'm open to talking about all that dude.
Starting point is 00:16:06 We're going to go, Sam, fellas, we're cut from the same cloth, man, we're going to go deep. We're going to go deep here. I'm way down with all this stuff and I, and I question everything and the validity of everything. But let me answer the initial thought about moving the brain in beneficial direction. So one of the wonderful things about fantastic fungi is it deals with the mycilial networks of the forest. Now, these are the root fibers of the mushrooms that connect and relate information to the
Starting point is 00:16:36 forest, particularly from the trees. They even think it's so profound that it can relate to the birds of prey, which tree needs to have some salmon guts under it, so it has some nutrients. And all this gets relayed by the mycilial network. Now, I haven't done many macro-dosing experiences. Like, my kids are super-athletes. I'm like, 24 hours a week just driving my kids to and from practices. Yeah, I get that. I don't really have the time to do many to do many many many many to do to do to do to do to do the to do the to do it to do it the to do it's the to do it's the the time. the time. to do. the time. I, the time, to do, the time, to to to to the time, the the time, to the to their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, to... to. too, too, too, too, too.. too. too. too. the. the. the. the. the, the, the, the, the, the time to do many macro doses so You know, I'm I'm talking about this from that microsing that that's 3.5 enough right you'd say
Starting point is 00:17:10 A macro 3.5 a macro a macro a well it depends on the strength of the mushrooms, but I would see you know and you got a look in if you can make a note and hold that Because I've got a lot to say on micro dosing macro dosing and how to kind kind a kind a th the kind kind kind kind a kind a kind a kind a kind a kind a kind a kind a kind a th of of of a th. th. to th. to to th. to to th. to th. th. to th. to to to to to to to to to to to th. th. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to. to. to. to. to. to. to. I'm. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. So. So. th. So. th. I've got a lot to say on microdosing, macrodosing and how to kind of approach that. But let's just say for sake of argument, microdosing is 100 to 400 milligrams, macrodosing is 2.5 grams and more depending on the potency and strength of the mushrooms. And you should always do like a recreational dose first to test the waters a week or two before your planned macro dose. And you should do them with the same type of cilicibin mushrooms so you know what you're getting into. Seen and setting, preparation is very important, especially the older you get, because there's a lot of fucking shit in this brain that can come out, you know what I'm saying? Sam probably gets it, you know, so you want to, you really want to test the water, the water,, one of the amazing things about this fantastic fungau was the way the mycelial
Starting point is 00:18:07 network connects information and relates information to the forest. What I've found over these six years of microdosing is what I call the etheric mycili network. Like, from my heart, from my head, there's just these fibers that go out. And these fibers tell me how I'm connecting with the human being. Am I meant to connect with them? Now I give. Now I'm supposed to receive. Or there's just no connection at all, and I break it off.
Starting point is 00:18:32 It also informs me energetically on every action I'm taking in my life. So if my wife's out of town and I'm fucking horny as hell and the and the temptations there I'll grab the phone and the mycilial Etheric network just says don't do it man just wait till she's back. It'll be even better Dude, you are a powerful man. Dude, you are a powerful man. It is so hard in today's day, but it's it gets easier. Yeah, I know, but it what I'm saying is that? thrown. thrown. tho. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the the the thi. the the the the thi. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the they. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the. the. the. the. the. the. theeeeooooooooooooooooooea. thea. thea. thea. th fucking stone. So what I'm saying is that all that shit got easier through this years-long process of microdosing, like making the right choice and my efforts to be a good human being, a good dad, a good parent, managed stress. Like, it all got better and kind of naturally more on course through the process of microdosing. I don't drink alcohol at all. I. I. I. I. I. I. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I'm the most interesting boring person you've ever met. I saw a
Starting point is 00:19:36 and I cold plunge. That's it. My wife and I have friends over and we don't do it naked. We keep short on because like, you know. So, that's it, man. I'm super fucking interesting and boring at the same time. And the micro-dosing, I love my wife more than I ever have. I love my kids more than I ever have aversion to addiction and negative behavior is easier than ever. It just makes shit better. Just go to true classic.com slash tinfoil and load up. Man, you want to look good. You want to feel good and you want to be comfortable. There's no better place for men than true classic. Holletcha boy, bang, bang, pow. You know, it's so interesting because you're like, you know, I don't drink, which has
Starting point is 00:22:54 been the whole purpose, the whole reason I think it's taken so long to legalize a lot of this stuff is that the alcohol companies have worked their asses off to keep them illegal because they thought you wouldn't drink and here we are you know I have but I know people run like bars they're like people don't drink like they used to because they're coming in super high and they don't want to I I yeah I mean I everything you're saying is resonating with me I do get a little worried about the amount the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the resonating with me. I do get a little worried about the amount of weed usage I see everywhere. I just, I don't, like, I don't know, man, maybe there was something about like, like, back when it was illegal, people picked and choose when they did it.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Now that it's legal, it seems like it's everywhere all the time. Oh, it's everywhere. And I feel like some people wake up and they just hit the blunt and they never get a chance to connect to themselves. Exactly. Okay, now here's the difference between cannabis and cilocybin. Okay. Cannabis is disassociative. So you you do not connect as well and easily with people and the world around you. I find weed. I get very subtextual. I wonder what he's thinking, how I'm thinking, how I'm thinking, how I'm thinking about him. And at like at 54 I'm like, oh, fucking shit, man. This is just boring. Like I don't want to have to think that deep right now. You know, I just want to relax. So weed is disassociative.
Starting point is 00:24:28 And you're 100% correct to be concerned about that because we're engaged in our phones, we're losing our kids to, I went to the chiropractor yes, my son. And my son's curve of his neck. No, my son's like, my son's, my son's, my son's 6 foot, 1.95, yeah, he's 195, he hits like a beast. That's a 300 right there. He's an athlete. You know, he's a big strong athlete. But the curvature of his neck, it's not banana curved like it should be.
Starting point is 00:24:56 It's flattened out. And the chiropractor was going over the extra, he goes, kids with their cell phones. And like it's, yeah, like literally 10-year-olds have the neck curvature of a 60-year-old, and the problem started immediately because of this, because they're always on their phone. So this whole thing with weed, further increasing this disassociation that we have with our world, with ourselves, with our interaction. And so yes, with weed, I'm very concerned about that. I think weed should use specifically at certain times when it's okay to be a little more disassociative,
Starting point is 00:25:32 you know, at night time you want to tune it down, get in the couch, laugh, fall asleep, great. But to fool yourself, to think that you're gonna use weed to initiate behavior and be associative. I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, to, to, thi, thi, thi, thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and thi, and, and, and thi, and, and, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thin, thin, thin, thin, thiiiiiiiiiiii., thiii., thi. And, thi, thi, thi, th use weed to initiate behavior and be associative, I think you're mostly fooling yourself, and I know you can make an argument about Indica and Sativ and so forth, but I fundamentally agree with you. Macro dosing, micro-dosing, recreational dosing is associative. You're much more inclined to connect authentically with yourself and the world around you. So the inflection is less, is less neurotic and inward and more loving and connected and outward. So it's an associative experience when done at the recreational level.
Starting point is 00:26:14 You get what I'm saying? Yes, I do. And I think that's important. I do think people need to understand. And I do get nervous because you again when you brought up clean in the past right? Yes we can talk about that you know I I feel that you know that like again in the in recovery I'm seeing people coming in and they're coming in on weed and they're just like almost tweaked out like like well because that's that's, that's the crackification of weed. You know, this, the extraction process of weed. And once you, you know, so look,
Starting point is 00:26:51 when you have a flower, even if it's very potent in THC, almost kind of unnaturally like, you know, nuked up indoor weed that's 30% plus THAC. You still have the entourage effect of all the other turpines, cannabinoids, and chemicals that are in the weed that give you a full spectrum effect when you're smoking flour. When you're smoking like a live rosen extract, where they press the fresh frozen flour and they extract it, you're at 60% THC, but you still have the entourage effect of all the other turpines and cannabinoids. When you're extracting it through a chemicalized extraction process, you're fucking, you're just dealing with straight up THC.
Starting point is 00:27:29 And that's the crackification of weed that I just do not agree with. And I'm considered the old school. I'm considered those. I still like, I mean, if I smoke weed, you know, I like the actual weed. These new kids, they want they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you're just just just just just just just, you, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you, you, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, you're just, the....... the. the. the they. they. they. they. their just just, they... the they. the their just just, they.. the the their just just just, you're just just just, you're just just just, you're just, this disease. They want that. They don't want to think old school. Because they also don't want to smile like wheat. The smile like wheat to it's not like a cool thing. For like the young people? Yeah, they have a little bait pen. It goes everywhere. They can hit in school.
Starting point is 00:27:50 They can hit it everywhere. But like you said, it's literally 70. The live rosen pens are going to be around 50 to 60. When you have the traditional vapepins, depending on what the cut is on them, these days because they send them out for testing, they're all 80% THC plus. Which is much too much too much. It's just, and now we got them doing it in school and I know I sound like, old man, their son's friend. I know, I know, I th, I the old, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th. th. th. th. thin, I tho, I thin, thin, that, tho, tho, tho, thi, thi, thi, th is th is th is th is th is th is that, th is that, th is th is th is th is, th is th is, th is th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th. th. th is th. th is thi, thi, thi, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, like you can't be checked out all the time like that. They're wild and out, so my son's friend.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Really? I mean, school's so fucked up these days and such propaganda. Yeah, I'm with you. I just. John, you like, well, my friend's son got to their son. Oh, okay. My friend's son got his vapepen. He was selling hits in the bathroom from $5 to other kids. Not all the kids can get it, so he was saying,
Starting point is 00:28:48 you got in trouble hustling the vapepen. And his son, and you're just like, what the fuck? I'd be like, listen. on that, you're hustling, but we gotta work within the rules and play the game of life. It's in school, selling it in school. I mean, it's so, you don't even smell it, there's no smell of weed. You go in the bathroom, quick, take one big head out, you go inside and now you're back in class. That used to be the thing, right?
Starting point is 00:29:14 I remember they would come in and smell, I was young, there was a kid, if he's still alive, God bless. He was selling pills. It was the first time I ever saw pills. And that was a big deal. What was the opiates or something? Like I don't even know what he said. He said, he's like, this, this, this, I don't want to get in there. Oh, a bunch me too. I mean, yeah. You know, so it's interesting. And then we like, you know, so, so now you got these vapeins, like everything is getting away from God in my humble opinion in a lot of ways with like the vapets and the pills.
Starting point is 00:29:54 Because even when people say, oh, I smoke wheat because it's natural, God made it. Yeah. You're right. Not, not no more. Not when you're literally adding it into a vapent, that whole natural stay from God, keep it from God. Yeah, that's what I wanted to ask you now. When you said you had philosophical objections to synthetic psychedelics, can you explain those a bit? Is it something more esoteric, like what he was just talking about how it's kind of apart from God, or is there something chemical actually that concerns you? Well, I mean, LSD and MDMA were always a, they were synthetic from their onset and origin, you know.
Starting point is 00:30:28 So that's, they're kind of in a separate category. But why, then I would extend the question to ask if you have, if you take issue with those as well, then? No, not as much because the origin was laboratory derived from the onset. With silicidein, I do not like the whole the whole the whole the onset. With silicide, I do not like single molecule extraction, one because you lose the whole entourage effect of all the other alkaloids and chemicals that are in this plant, in this fruit that God put here, this fungi that God, I believe, put here so we can have insights that
Starting point is 00:31:00 connect us more to the divine and help us live a happier, more fully realized life. Single molecule extraction is all about corporate monopolization because once you make a single molecule extraction, it's intellectual property and you can monetize it. Of course. And you can commodify it in monopolistic ways. That they're always, they fuck everything up. And you know, the whole thing with the psychedelics world and even the kind of old school psychedelic guys really trying to get in with the FDA and
Starting point is 00:31:29 and pharmaceutical industry, it's just amazing to me that the literally the most satanic business organization in the history of mankind who's fucked everything up is suddenly going to do right in this one category. I mean, you're fooling yourselves. You're out of your mind. So that's particular why I'm opposed to synthetic sylipin. Because one, I think it's an affront to nature and a front to God. And the ritual that one should go through in preparing these mushrooms and kind of learning about them, how to use them. And I don't like the, how it moves so naturally into the corporate space and the IP and intellectual property and patentable space. Would you, you were talking about synthetic
Starting point is 00:32:16 so let's happen, would you consider like all the shroom gummies they be coming up with and I see all got shroom gumies and are like are those all synthetic or is that an extract? How do I how would I know which one is which? I mean basically it you just got to like sniff around on the internet and and it kind of goes like along with how much you're going to spend like if you're going to pick up a mushroom chocolate bar for 15 or 20 bucks like there's a really good chance it's either synthetic synthetic sylipin or it's THC oil because THC oil once it hits the liver process is much more like a psychedelic. But it's once again it's the dissociative experience as opposed to associative and connective experience.
Starting point is 00:32:59 So I find it's different most people can't identify that. So it's a price that makes sense the price because I mean like you said a lot of chocolate shrooms right now. Everyone's given them out and he says sometimes they're five bucks, sometimes they're 30. No, no. The price, the price, obviously, for what you pay? No, first of the packaging should be able to find out something about them online, even if you can't buy it, but they've got some kind of presence online that seems direct, doesn't seem like a knockoff site. And you should be spending a decent
Starting point is 00:33:36 amount of money on like a quality recreational mushroom gummy or mushroom chocolate. Now the gummies are much more likely to have synthetic sylipin because you can get more silicebin in there. There's only so much crushed up mushroom you can get in a gummy. So if you ever see a gummy that's probably over 200 to maybe 250 milligrams of silocybin. It's almost assuredly a synthetic silicybin. Because you just, it's a question of volume, you know, so and then it's going to be a question of flavor. So most, most supplement capsules are 500 milligrams. So you got a picture in a small, you know, a quarter inch or half
Starting point is 00:34:22 by, you've got half a supplement capsules worth of ground up mushroom in there. But that's really going to affect the flavor and the taste and so forth. It'll be particular. So, you know, it's a, it's a harder thing to kind of figure out unless you have some, to kind of, you know, and then I want to get back into some of your, you know, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the, to, to, the, to, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the, the, the, to, to, you, you, you, you, you, you, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, the, the, and, the, the, the, the, and, the, the, the, and, the, the, the, the, and, the, and, the, the, and, the, the, and, the, and, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, to, to, the, to, to, to, you're, toe.a.s.s.s.s.a.a.a.a.a.a.a.a.a.a.a. the, and I want to get back into some of your points you wanted to talk about here, but my last question on this is, so, you know, we study the history of the CIA on culture, you know, we've talked about it before on the show, basically about how Hay Ashberry was a, just a giant laboratory for the CIA through crystal meth and through acid.
Starting point is 00:35:11 And now we have the situation where Silicon Valley is all micro-dosing and do an adderol. Do you do you think that's like there's a correlation there because it seems pretty specific to me and what are your thoughts on that? So look I'm very aware of that. You know, I mean, I've been watching your podcast and podcasts like it and, you know, Rogin really goes deeply into the whole psychedelics and the convoluted history with the CIA and MK Ultra and all these other secret projects that have been run.
Starting point is 00:35:47 So I find it kind of very, very disconcerting. Now certainly with acid and LSD at really high levels, like they can take your brain, they can take your brain to places that might never come back and can kind of program your brain. Silicibin from like the SIOP standpoint, it's not, it's not as effective a tool for them. And what might end up happening is it might end up backfiring. They might try to do this in a way historically to make somebody more programmable, more inclined to war, acts of espionage, you know, assassination,
Starting point is 00:36:27 different kind of events like that. And what they end up getting is like a more loving and present person that comes back who's less inclined to do those kinds of actions. But it's a real troubling, you know, as somebody in the space like it's it's real troubling about how much these products have been used for nefarious ends Yeah, yeah, and you know again the difference between let's say acid and shrooms. I know you kind of talked about that, but I don't know why, but I just feel like they have two different effects. Yeah, I would say, I would say that for sure.
Starting point is 00:37:11 And in terms of like, you know, look, I honestly don't know many people who work in Silicon Valley and are using, you know, microdosing to kind of supercharge themselves. I know some like type-based stock brokers who have been on Aderole for years and on, you, you three days on Brain Supreme or a similar product, they stop using Adderall and they become nicer human beings. And James Fatiman, Dr. James Fatiman, who's got extensive work, all kinds of podcasts and interviews on YouTube and Spotify, you can really learn a lot. The general consensus seems to be that with silicibin on the macro and micro level, that despite whatever the original intention was who was providing the silicebin, why are they providing it, the ultimate outcome is that it tends to make you a healthier and happier and more productive human being. So you know if some fucking asshole, you know
Starting point is 00:38:04 satinist on in Silicon Valley is taking it to kind of deepen their connection with the demonic and be more effective, I don't know. I mean, hopefully I would say that the, you know, the wonders of these mushrooms is that it would work to the opposite effect. Yeah, I feel that's a better human being. I totally feel that would happen. Like, I don't know how you could talk to Satan on mushrooms. Yeah. That seems like, I'd be like, dude, bad trip, I gotta go, bro.
Starting point is 00:38:34 Talk to me another time. Not today. Yeah. Yeah. It's like crazy, thrown. that. that. that. that. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to be. to be. to. too. too. to be. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, how do you find your sweet spot? Okay. So let's just kind of, let's explain the ground rules. Let's give an understanding of what a heroic dose, a macro dose or a therapeutic dose is and then in relationship to that what a micro dose is. So historically, back in college, whatever, if you ever tripped balls, you know, that, the historic heroic heroic dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose dose.. to to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to, to, to, to, to, to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to to to to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to, to. to. to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, trip balls, you know that the historic heroic dose was five grams which correlates to 5,000 milligrams so if we still use that as the standard bearer for a really deep
Starting point is 00:39:14 trip micro-dosing happens at the 10% category of that and below classically micro-dosing is 100 to 400 milligrams so it it's less than 10%. Originally the term sub-perceptible was coined by Fatiman but even he recognizes that's incorrect. What you're really going for is perceptible, non-intoxicating, non-holusinatory, but you do want to perceive some increase in efficacy in your life, some demonstrative benefit. It could be really subtle, 5, 10 percent. It could even be, I got to kind of think about it, but yeah, I had a better day, like, I had a better day, like I had a better day.
Starting point is 00:39:53 You want to notice a benefit for it. And that is a process. So what I instruct on my clients is, look, you want to limp into the process, and you toe, the the the they, they, the the the the thiiiiiiiii, thoomomomorrow, thi, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, toe, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, I'm, I'm, I to, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I. And, I, I, I, I... I, I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. thin, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, te. te. te. te. te. te. te. te. te. te. too. toe. toe. toe. toe. to You want to limp into the process and make it as comfortable as you can and treat it as a supplement at first. And essentially what micro-dosing is, it's an expensive supplement that works. Like, look, I have functional MDs in my world. Integrative doctors, integrated MDs, I spend a fuck ton of money over the course of a year on supplements. And my thing with supplements is, I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Ifamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamamam, I thia thia thia thi, I thi, I thi, I'm thi, I'm thoe, I'm thoe, thi, I'm th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the is the is the toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe the the the the year on supplements, okay? And my thing with supplements is, I hope they work, I think they work, and everybody else
Starting point is 00:40:26 got sick, I didn't get sick, for my age, I'm doing pretty well, but I don't really know they're working. But you put 100 or 200 milligrams of cilibin into your supplement, you're like, oh, shit, okay, I know what I'm paying for. So that's really what's like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi, I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm. I'm. I'm, I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm the the the the the the the the thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toa. toa. toa. toa. toa. toa. toe. toa. toe. to start with this supplement protocol of five days on and two days off and do your first day with whatever product you're using or you find. Start at a hundred milligrams which is the lower end of a micro dose and you will scale upwards until you over the course of a couple days you'll scale upwards until you kind of hit what's that sweet spot where you're like oh I feel something different you know and now this all the feeling is kind of correlates I have this theory that I call bent versus broken so
Starting point is 00:41:16 you look you're bet we're all a little bit bent if you're a highly productive or pretty well productive adult functioning in the world, raising a family, raising kids at a job, whatever it may be, you're functioning, we've all got some bends, parents got divorced, there was some trauma, you know, but I'm fundamentally doing okay and surviving in the world. That kind of bent group, what you're looking for microdosing is like a five to maybe a 20% bump in efficacy, performance, libido, cognition, energy for workouts that you want to notice some kind of demonstrative benefit in your life. My clients who are on the broken side,
Starting point is 00:41:53 like my vets with some major PTSD, they saw some serious shit go down in Fallujah. You know, people who grew up with like real trauma, deaths in their families, you know, addiction issues, barely making it, the kind of broken crew. They'll often tell me that they're 40, 50, 60, 70% better. I've had multiple counts of some veterans who experience terrible night terrors. In their sleep, they'll attack their spouse, you know, once every couple of months. Like, they stop with the night the night the night the night their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their thaqqqqqqqqaqaqa. thia. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. their. their. their. their. their. their. thiiia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. thia. toeea. tea. tea. tea. tea. tea.a. tea. tea.a. thia. thir sleep, they'll attack their spouse, you know, once every couple of months. Like, they stop with the night terrors immediately. They're
Starting point is 00:42:28 sleeping through the night. They stop with suicide ideation. Just their overall ability to function in the world has increased so much better. So what you're going for, and the kind of the magic of these mushrooms, you know, pardon the pun, is that they'll kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind kind their their their their their their their their they'll kind their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their, th. their, their, thi, thi, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, their, their, their, their, their, thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the. the. the. the. te. the. the. thean, the. thean, the. the. the. thi. you know, pardon the pun, is that they'll kind of meet you at the level of your need. So if you're suicidal, they might help straighten you out so you're no longer suicidal. I've seen it a bunch. I have a therapy clinic in the Mountain States, where my product has become part of their protocol. And they said, look, through therapy and your product, we've taken thi thii thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, the, the, the, the, the, the, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, they............ they. they. they. they. th. th. the, the, the, the, the, the, thea. thea. theauuuuuuua. theauua. thea. thea. their, their, their, their, their protocol and they said look through therapy and your product we've taken four clients off suicide watch and we've
Starting point is 00:43:08 never done that before and the micro-dosing seems to absolutely play a part in that. And then I've got some you know super-high-powered super-successful type A achievers who they're like you know what I'm finally like becoming a nicer human being I'm definitely percei, I'm less an th.. the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I'm th. th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thiiiiiiiiiiiii. I'm thiiiii. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm finally like becoming a little bit of a nicer human being. I'm definitely perceiving it, but like I'm less an asshole. I'm 10% less an asshole. The other thing too with micro-dosing that's really weird is you have a positive affect like, hey, I'm liking my workouts more. I've got a more intent to the gym. I'm a little friendlier. But sometimes it's harder to perceive as she's three weeks in and she's coming up to her week off and she's like, look, I'm going to stay with it, maybe it's working, I can't really know if it's working, I'm doing all right. And so I'm like, well, look, it's time for your week off, let's do your week off, you know, and then check in on like day four of your, of your taken, of, of, of, of, of, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I thi, I'm th, I'm th, I'm th, I'm th, I'm th, I'm th, I'm th, I'm th, I'm th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I'm, I'm, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm thin, I'm thi, I'm thin, I'm tha, I'm tha, I'm tha, I'm tha, I'm thi, I'm th she's like, oh my God, I get it. I'm like, what is it? She goes, the voice is in my head.
Starting point is 00:44:06 Yeah, no, no, no, no, no. She goes, they came back last night. I'm on day four and I can't sleep and this, you know, your shit, you're worthless, it all came back. dominates my life, had this slow reduction to the point where I was finally sleeping better at night and as I did my week off, I realized, oh, so sometimes it's perceptible in the positive, sometimes it's perceptible in the reduction of a negative affect. But really what you want to do is the first course of action, so your first 10 to
Starting point is 00:44:41 20 days microdosing, treated as a supplement, five days on, two days off, you want to scale up in the active portion. Now a lot of these products that are out there these days and a lot of them are quite good. Most capsules have about a hundred milligrams of a complemagrimes of actiagreneous, and ae. Then they'll have 400 milligrams of complementary. It could be theuptopu. It could thuptiuptiotototototototototototototototototot, it could thu. herbs and amino acids that help with mood and libido. It could be performance boosting, you know, natural testosterone boosters and rodeola and tankata leaf, dodgy arrestee, things that help with kind of athletic performance, but they'll have about 100 milligrams of active. So you want to start at the 100 milligrams
Starting point is 00:45:22 of active, scale up until you find your personal sweet spot and then now you've kind of learned how to use the product. And you can also do something called scaling up over the course of the week. So if you're doing the standard starting protocol five days on, two days off. So that's why you definitely want to honor those days off and then even the week, the week off. So if you're doing the standard the standard the standard the standard the standard the standard starting starting starting starting starting starting starting starting, the standard, the standard, the standard, the standard, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to start, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, starting protocol five days on, two days off, you can do, let's say, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, with a 200 milligram microdose, and then you can experiment with Thursday and Friday at 300 milligrams. So you can go from two capsules to three capsules and then you take the weekend off
Starting point is 00:45:56 or whatever your two days off are. So there's different kind of protocols that you can do within that. But the first first thi thi thi thi thi thi the thi the the the the the first course of action with microdosing is treated as a supplement, limp into the process, familiarize yourself, demystified, learn how to kind of identify your sweet spot, and then you can use it more prescriptively from there. Describe to me because I haven't done shrooms in a long time and I haven't done drugs in a long time. What is a micro dose? Do we call it a high or what do we call it? What do we call that? And how would you describe the feeling?
Starting point is 00:49:46 Okay, so I was, I was driving in, outside of the Central Coast, California, driving my distravend back when I was in the weed business, and we had, as a company, we had just developed our genius formulation, which is our most neutropic formulation. And whenever we work on a new formulation, I take like 10 days to it three weeks off, so I can really kind of hit it fresh. And you know, I had, at the time, Microdosin was just kind of starting out and people, if they were doing anything, they were just doing the Stmered stack, which is some niacine and some lines made. And my partner and we really wanted to brood and out mix and really start to get deep into the world of neutropics, which are herbs and amino acids that help to improve a neurocognition and performance. Okay, caffeine is a neutropic.
Starting point is 00:50:34 Caffeine and alpha GPC. The on it company's alpha bro-in that is a classic neutropic that was their main product that made it well. So we wanted to approach microdosing as the ultimate neutropic. And so to answer your question, I took two capsules and I suddenly felt like 90, like 45 minutes into this drive through the beautiful central coast. I felt my brain go thunk to like a new operational norm where I wasn't high, I wasn't shroomy, nothing like that. I just felt my brain operating at a level of neurocognition that felt like, oh this is what normal should be. This is how my brain should operate. It's as if you've been
Starting point is 00:51:15 drinking shitty water your whole life and still working out and suddenly you drink good spring water with some minerals in and you're like, oh God, like this feels great. Like it's quenching my thirst, my muscles, my joints feel great. It basically brings you to a new operational normal that is elevated, but feels like it's natural. It feels like this is how I should operate, and how I'm kind of meant to operate. That for me is kind of the best explanation of what successful microdosing is, is that it upgrades your operational platform to a higher
Starting point is 00:51:51 status, higher position, but it doesn't feel unnatural. It feels like this is how you're meant to operate. So you're not out of control, basically, you know, when you're two-when you're shrooming your balls off and you're just like, ah! In fact, just the opposite, you'll feel more in control. The Dell Center for Psychoic and Therapeutics here at UT, they did a tap testing on microdosing with geriatrics, where they, you know, finger tapping, coordinated finger tapping, how many times you can do it over the course of whatever seconds it was. It's been a while since I read the reporta ta ta ta, how many times you can do it over the course of whatever seconds it was. It's been a while since I read the report. And they tested them, they gave him a
Starting point is 00:52:27 micro dose, they brought him back in and test them an hour later, and there was a 7, I believe was a 13 or 17% or 17% increase in tap testing amongst octogenarians, 80-year-olds. Like their neuro-cognition. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. They's, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, I's, I' their. They's, their, I' their, I' their, I' their, I' is their. I's, their. I's, they're, they're, they're, they're, they's, they's, they's, they's, they's, they's, they's, they's. They's. They's. They's. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, their. And, th. And, they're th. And, they're t. And, I's the's the's the's the. I's, they're their. And, they're their. And, the minutes. Yeah, so you will perform when you've learned how to micro dose correctly and you've you've demystified and familiarize yourself and personalized due your process with it like you'll perform at a higher level. I have senior partners at law firms who will who will text me in the middle of like really boring hour after hour of corporate deposition. And they're like, dude, I'm on fire. Like, I would usually peck and glazed over. Like, I'm catching everything.
Starting point is 00:53:12 I'm totally tuned in. You know, I hear that a lot, that it kind of upregulates your normal operations. So you just perform at a higher level. Now the interesting thing about mushrooms, functional mushrooms, Chaga, Racius, Lyme, Taken, all that, and silicicine in particular is that they're highly anti-inflammatory and they're anti-inflammatory for the brain. Now inflammation is a very big deal, you know, you listen to the health podcast to hear about this, but there's inflammation in your brain and one of the reasons why you might perform better on both functional mushrooms and psychedelic mushrooms at the
Starting point is 00:53:51 micro-dosing level is because the subtle reduction in inflammation improves your brain functioning. I've even had clients who tell me that their visions improved and I think the reason why that is is because ocular inflammation, inflammation around the eye, has decreased enough so that your eye can function at a higher level and perform better. So the fundamental response that I get about what you should expect in microdosing is it just it up regulates your operating system. So you just perform at a slightly higher level. Somewhere going to be between 5 and 20% is the norm.
Starting point is 00:54:29 We do have some outliers, trauma-based, who it's a revelation for them. Can I ask you really quickly, you touched on it briefly there when you address the anti-inflammatory properties of mushrooms, but I'm curious, now, what is actually the pharmacology of the micro, because we know pretty well how psychedelics work at what you would call recreational doses, I guess. But what do, is it research as much what's going on in the brain with respect to micro-dosing? Do we know much about that? I mean, no, most of it is the most extensive thing is Fatiman has, Dr. James Fatiman has an
Starting point is 00:55:10 app microdose dot me where he's collected like 50,000 testimonials of microdosing and what it's doing. And most people report that it just kind of upregulates their system a certain percentage where they feel happy or more productive in their lives as it's going about. Now look what what mushrooms do at the macro and micro-dosing level is they're neuroregenerative so they will help your brain and I played college football. Now I was like pretty much perennial second string I had like 10 starts of my college career but between all the practices being a Big Ten linebacker, like there's a
Starting point is 00:55:46 couple thousand hits on me from starting in third grade all the way through four years of playing linebacker in the Big Ten, I have no signs of CTE. In fact, as long as I'm good with my exercise and my diet, like inflammation, performance is really quite extraordinary. And I really, and I compare myself to some of my old teammates and I seem in much better position and situation. And I think that's because of the neuroregenerative and curative, neurological curative aspects of microdosing. So microdosing not only stimulates new neural pathways, which are beneficial, moving you in a kind of naturally happier and that your home
Starting point is 00:56:29 your homeostasis is in a more beneficial place, but it's neuroregenerative. So damaged parts of your brain get regenerated so they start to operate again with higher levels of functionality. So that's some of the science behind macro and micro dosing is that it really helps regenerate the brain and activate the brain in new and beneficial ways. Fascinate. I love it. I think it's so interesting.
Starting point is 00:56:54 So again, you know, you kind of toubs a little bit like, you know, we've had guests on very early in this show, talk about that the, you know, shrooms are dangerous and that people get, take them and then they basically force themselves to have certain experiences based on what they think they should be having. And you know, you have a thing about the occult and, you know, like the globalist tool of the occult like or do you think it's a force for good what it what are your thoughts on all that I mean I've never been involved in any of the occultist rituals I've never either I wouldn't even know what that looks like
Starting point is 00:57:40 so like I don't I don't have much personal experience to speak from, but you know, look, if you take a high level of sylis, seen and setting is so important for psychedelics, like if you're going to go at the macro level, you really got to be honest with yourself, like, how much is going on in there that might get unpacked? Is this something I can think I can process on my own or do I need somebody in a supportive environment? Doesn't necessarily need to be clinical but a trained and supportive environment. You know I know some tremendous psychedelic therapists and they take their jobs very seriously. They understand every medical counter indication, every medical condition. Sometimes they'll take weeks before they'll take on a client to help them scale down
Starting point is 00:58:27 on some of their pharmaceutical products to kind of reduce neurotoxicity so they can have a beneficial experience. But you really got to be honest with yourself about seen and setting. And if you're going to do microdosing at the recreational level, 1500 milligrams, maybe 1 grams, 1,500 milligrams to 2 grams. Like, who you're hanging out with? Where are you going to be? Is this people I like? Is this music I like? Is this an environment I like?
Starting point is 00:58:52 You know, what's going on? You got to curate your environment. And a lot of people, myself, and I've taken a recreational level dose and you've suddenly find yourself like, I don't like the vibe here and I become a cutely aware that I don't like the vibe and I change my environment or I check it out and go home immediately and I would say that in in an unhealthy setting in a malicious or nefarious setting if somebody wanted to manipulate somebody's neuroanatomy and try to fuck with their personality, like, yeah, like you could use mushrooms to that end, you could probably more effectively use LSD to that end, but yeah, you could definitely, there could certainly be an occultist aspect of how mushrooms could be used, where the attempt would be dark.
Starting point is 00:59:46 I don't know if the actual experience, now the interesting thing on mushrooms, even at the clinical level, is that most people who have, it's extraordinarily high the research on people who have a therapeutic, psychedelic experience that 80% feels very highly beneficial. And even the small majority who feel in a clinical setting, like at Johns Hopkins and so forth where they're studying this, where it wasn't a beneficial, where they didn't enjoy, where they didn't enjoy the experience, within six months when they reflect back on it, they said, oh, but it was beneficial. I didn't enjoy it, but it was beneficial.
Starting point is 01:00:21 The vast majority enjoyed it, but it was beneficial. The vast majority enjoyed it and it was beneficial. A small minority didn't enjoy it, but it was beneficial. So in terms of its potentiality for being abused, like, yeah, for sure. I'd probably say if people are going to do that, you know, it's a lot easier to slip in LSD into somebody's water or drink or something like that, or to manipulate with that, than it would be to use silicibin. But, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, the, the, the, the, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, and, to, and, to, and, and, and, to, to, to, and, to, and, to, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, they.a.a.a, they.a.a.a.a, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to,. But, you know, it's a, my bigger concern is with seen and setting as these things start to get used recreationally, that people just, they kind of think about who they're hanging out with what they're going to be doing to make sure they have an enjoyable and beneficial experience. That's crazy dude, I love it. So, again, I've said this before on this show, a big moment in my life is I took, Tim Fall Highett was just starting, I had off the grid Ryan was my co-host and somehow he convinced a big Joey Diaz fan to give me chocolate shrooms.
Starting point is 01:01:22 And I took them and I ate them and I it was a big moment in my life and I came to hear something that changed my life and I heard a voice very specifically say you're okay you're exactly where you need to be and which would later on in my recovery become my basically how I live my life which is surrender and acceptance right surrender to a moment except where you are and like it's a big reason why like I've really stopped caring about like you know am I getting booked here am I getting booked there will it you know none of that stuff really
Starting point is 01:01:59 bothers me anymore like the state of comedy doesn't bother me anymore like all that stuff like I just it really that night was like a giant change in my life. I really... Isn't it fascinating? I mean, Sam, you probably had a thousand people tell you before that experience, hey man, you're okay, you're going to be all right, but like you didn't really believe it. But somehow in this altered state, something comes into your awareness or consciousness that says the same thing you've heard a thousand times, but now you believe
Starting point is 01:02:30 it. Its implications are personal and profound for you and life-changing. And, you know, despite like maybe people in organizations who try to use these things in an unhealthy way, my feeling is like that's the ultimate takeaway, is that somehow the use these things in an unhealthy way, my feeling is like that's the ultimate takeaway, is that somehow the good that these plant medicines are meant to reveal, regardless of the circumstances that they're brought to us, will reveal some good. I mean, I felt it my own life. Yeah, and it's like, to me, again, it gets-
Starting point is 01:03:03 How much to do? You think that was recreational, a macro, definitely was a micro? It wasn't a micro? I know you think it was a macro. You think so? I mean, did you eat a whole chocolate bar? I mean, he gave it in these chocolate like... Pieces? I mean, you went through the airport. I mean, you went through the airport. Oh, okay, that was different. Okay, okay. Yeah. That was a horrible experience.
Starting point is 01:03:31 Horrible experience. I felt like, shit my pants. Didn't you go the World Series on mushrooms. Yeah, I did. Yeah, I did it. thing I've ever heard. Well dude do you understand like it was crazy because Yeah the World Series is enough you know I mean you don't need to layer stuff on top of the World Series. But I did it but the craziest part of that whole thing is the first thing when you're there you're shrooming at the the World Series you realize how much of a government propaganda tool that
Starting point is 01:03:58 event is like you're just looking around, I'm seeing undercover cops everywhere. Like I could point that, I go, dude, that guy's undercover to make sure nothing pops off. Like he's walking around a backpack on, he's got like all these like zero dark 30 tattoos on. I'm like, okay, that guy's fucking undercover. And then you just see all the military stuff or like, jets are going by, they're like, salute this guy. And this th, this this this this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this is this, this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is this is just, this is a, th. I thi, thi, th. I's, th. I's, I's, I's, I's, I's, I's, I'm. I's, I's, I's, I's, I's, I's, I's, I's, I's, I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I, I. I. I. I, I. I. I. I. I. I, I. I. I. I. I. I's, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, th. th. th th, and you're just like, oh, this is a giant propaganda fucking event right here. So in that aspect, it's not fun because you see what's going on. But it was crazy, dude. It was crazy.
Starting point is 01:04:35 Could you follow the game? Oh yeah, dude, I was into the game, bro. I was loving it. But in terms of your breakthrough experience, do you recall what the the the game the game the game the dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe dthe da???? the da? the da? thage? thage. thage. thage. thage. thage. theateateateate? thoes. theate. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thoes. thoes. th. th. th. thage. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. thea. thea. thea. that's is is that's is that's is t. t. t. t. t. t. t. tea. tea. tea. t. tea. t. t. t. t. t. But in terms of your, in terms of your breakthrough experience, you don't, do you recall what the dosage level might have been? I do not, I, I think it, I think they were pretty strong because I ate a whole long. How long did it last? Per a while, but then I took two the cadre of products that are out there pretty well. And if you had like two bonbons, they're probably 1.5 grams each, they might have been like a good strong mushroom. So you were probably somewhere around three grams, which will definitely have a psychedelic experience for most people.
Starting point is 01:05:18 Yeah. What was the band that Cypress Hill guy got into his other band was, um, Stepton. No, no, no, no, no, no, he was in, um, profits of rage. Bro, I saw them, I was true. I'm like, this is a great show I've ever seen my life. Like, yeah, so I mean, I was, I would say tripping balls, tripping hard balls, for sure. But again, not to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get to get, to get, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. th. thean. threat. that. t. t. tri. tri. tri. tri. tri. tri. tri. that. from what it is, it's like, yes, I definitely had a moment, a spiritual moment at that, when I realized that everything was okay. And it
Starting point is 01:05:54 has... And as somebody in recovery, it's not driving you to want to do that all the time, is it? No, no, no, no, no, no, and that's that's another you know Bob Saga has a really great bit about drugs he goes you know you know he didn't have a problem with weed because you know you never want to suck dick for weed right not to get too crude here but that's my opinion on Shrooms like no one sucking dick for shrooms yeah let's let's say let's say I I'm try to sob to to to to to to to the to the th so th so th so th so th so th so th so th so th th th th th th th th th th th th th th. I I I I I I I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm the thrown. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I I'm the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th th th. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm tr. I'm true. I'm true. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I let's say I'm trying to sober up and I'm alcoholic. How do I, how do I start the process? Do I go macro, micro, do, do I need a coach? Can I go on my own? Can I do, how to, because I mean, you could.
Starting point is 01:06:33 So if somebody, okay, so in my opinion, if somebody to have a coach for the macro experience, certainly. Like a micro dose, like literally, like, you know, you could talk to me or a guy like me for 10 minutes and say, hey, man, it's not that big a deal, it's a supplement, start with one, you know, go to two, once you kind of feel it, that's where you leveled, you know, thoan, thi. th, th, th, th, th, th, to, to, to, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, to. to. to. to. to. to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, like, like's pretty simple. It's basically like a vitamin coach, a supplement coach. But if you want to go deep and do some healing and there's some heavy duty shit that might get in pack, like having somebody there that knows the territory that's sober but kind of understands how to operate the machinery
Starting point is 01:07:21 in such a way at that level, like yes, I would certainly recommend that. And I like how you said someone sober there, because usually two or three friends want to do crazy dosage because they want to open up and it just make you need someone sober. You end up wanting to override somewhere. Yeah. But look it depends. So look if you've got two or three friends and they're pretty happy they're pretty well adjusted and you're going. th. th. to to to to to to th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. their th. their their their th. their th. their their th. th. Someone their someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone someone. their someone. their. their. their. their someone someone someone someone someone someone. their. their. their. their. their their their their their their their their their th. their th. their th. th. their th. th. th. th. th. th. thi thi thi thoooooooooooooooooooooe. So th. So their their their their their their their their their two or three friends and they're pretty happy, they're pretty well, they're pretty well adjusted and you know, and you're going to go do three grams together and you're in the wilderness, like, okay, like there's a certain level of risk to it, far less than if you drank ten beers, but there's still a certain level of risk to it. But if one of those friends had attempted suicide, like you definitely want to coach there. You know what I mean? So it's all about seen and setting and there's no one hard answer. Like my first experience doing mushrooms, I was 19 years old. I was with my brother, he's about
Starting point is 01:08:17 four and a half years older. We were on spring break. I was in Key West was in 1990. So Key West was really funky. He had a big bag of mushrooms. We had no fucking idea. We didn't have a Gramsco or anything. We just, you know, we were at a cafe at 9 a.m. We popped them in a whole bunch of hot water with some camomelial bags and threw in some honey and we drank this tea and tea. I'm like, it was amazing. Like, it was amazing. It was the best time I ever had with my brother ever,
Starting point is 01:08:46 complete bonding experience. We go to this area at the beach in Key West, and it's like sparsely southern palms, rocky beach, open, then leads to the beach, and there's a bathroom there. I'm holding these two cruiser bikes. My brother goes into the bathroom. And thi th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi thi thi thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, tho, tho, tho, thi, thi, tho, tho, tho, th, th, th, th, th, th. And I I thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, and I's, thi, thi, and I'm thi, and I'm toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom.. And, and then out of nowhere pops this Vietnam veteran. Now I'm 19 at the time he's 38. I never forgot this experience and he was he was disheveled but not threatening he was sweet plus I was two hundred 40 pounds at the time I was a monster so and I'm totally trippin' he's
Starting point is 01:09:16 totally tripping and he starts to me yeah yeah like ever since Vietnam I have to live outside, I got to live outdoors. And it goes on to explain to me that he was a prisoner war and he was kept in a mud container pen up to his neck for six months like this. And all his other peers died and ever since then he's got to be outside and he's got to be free. And in the altered state that I was in, that story, I realized to me, I'm 19, he's 19, I'm 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's 19, he's th. th. thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's thi, he's th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to to to to to toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe toe He had an experience when he was my age that now he's had twice the life and he still never recovered from. It was so profound about this psychological fragility that we have and violence and the implications of violence that I had been recruited by West Point and the naval academy and all these other kinds of schools at time and I was like maybe thinking military ended up blowing my shoulder out so I couldn't go the the th....... the the the. th. th. th. the. th. I th. I th. I th. I'm th. I'm th. And th. And th. And th. th. And th. th. And th. And th. thi. I's thi. And thi. And, thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. the. the. the. the. the. the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, thi. the, thi. thi. thi. thi. the, thi. the. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the Naval Academy and all these other kinds of schools at the time and I was like maybe thinking military ended up blowing my shoulder out so I couldn't go to those
Starting point is 01:10:06 schools. It's another story. But it changed my life forever about the fragility of our psychological space, how our actions and choices can have these profound consequences that we could live the rest of our lives and never recover from. So these, you know, and that was mushrooms done in therapeutically, we would say a completely irresponsible setting, but it changed my life. It was a great and amazing experience, and I've only had like five or six other macro doses since then, and none of them were as profound as that original one that completely redirected and changed my life. And ended up in some ways, you know, here I am at thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, and I am thi, and I am thi, and I am tho, and I am tho, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm life and ended up in some ways, you know, here I am at 54 years old and I'm in the psychedelic space. So it was very, very profound.
Starting point is 01:10:49 So to answer that question, like, these substances offer some magic and some insights, you know, it's always best to do them in a responsible setting, seen and setting really matter. And some people, if you got your shit together enough and you trust it, in the wilderness on your own, at home, you know, a curated playlist on your own with some friends, yeah, it can work out. But like, if there's somebody in your group whose psychological state is vulnerable and iffy and has a lot of trauma, stay the fuck away from that, I wouldn't trip with that, th And that person might really help them and heal them, but they should have a counselor with them for that process and that experience.
Starting point is 01:11:29 And it sounds so dumb, but I've had a homie's trip out on, through thrown, thrown, thrown, you feel bad for them. They're like going a, you're gonna make it worse. Worse, I just had a, I just had a client who did, it did something similar. Oh, there we go. I just had a client who did something similar and I was like, I'm sorry bro, but you're 34 years old, like what the fuck did you think was gonna happen? I'm with you, bro, I mean guys are not wired for heartbreak. No. Women have a whole system for tha, tha, tha, tha, thi thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I thi, I thi, I'm that, I'm that, I'm that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, thi, th old joke I did that women have a whole system for it.
Starting point is 01:12:07 They cry, their friends tell them they're doing great. They get a new haircut, they got a gay friend that tells them their fears. And then it's like, I'm a survivor. And then they just get back at it, dude. we get really bad. I watch great men get Annihilated by heartbreak dude and they cry in a corner and they're not used to doing that and And it's just usually and the guys give guys give guys give dudes the worst advice like you know you need you know get go out and get some pussy dude You're like there's no other like thing where it's like oh dude. It's not to like another woman comes and picks you up and patch you off that you tend to get back in the groove. It's like really weird, man. It's like, women deal with that stuff way better. They have just, they have a whole support team. Guys don't, tho. their thiiii. tho. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. their, th. their, th. th. th. th. th. th. Sometimes you're like I don't want to let the homie know. He's just a macho thing. Yeah it is a macho thing. It's a real macho thing. We're not, men are not supposed to cry and girls they're supposed to get it all. They're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they're supposed they'rethink they live longer too. You know. So let's get in a couple things as we wrap it up here.
Starting point is 01:14:28 You know, this is a conspiracy podcast. This has been an awesome episode. But you say that, you know, there were things that happened, these giant events that happened that affected your life, like the whole Epstein thing. Like I'm gonna be honest with you guys. I remember remember a a a the moment a theeeeeeeee the life like the whole Epstein thing like I'm gonna be honest with you guys you know I remember a moment when I realize that Pizza Gate was real regardless of what everybody tells you and you know it's real at the at the least at the least it's Epstein Island scandal at the least
Starting point is 01:15:02 I think it's way deeper than that, you know, like, you know. There's no chance they got all of that. I mean, there's no chance they uprooted that whole thing. Or he's the only one. I feel like zero percent. Yeah, I think it's reallyory and look I mean I've been I've been at this game so long with micro-dosing and I don't know if micro-dosing help me come around to these understandings and these insights and really
Starting point is 01:15:35 accept truth even truth I had been propagandized program socially encultrated to be resistant to there's a few things that that are sacred and have to be sacred in this world okay to the the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. There's a few things that that are sacred and have to be sacred in this world. Okay? Children have to be sacred. Like protecting innocent children has to be sacred. And our blood, our sanguinity, our shared DNA, has to be sacred. I agree. So when global elites really had an island where they fuck children, okay? And then also when they developed this bio weapon that literally alters our God-given and sacred blood. So our human DNA is never the same.
Starting point is 01:16:17 The world's blood supply has been corrupted. Our DNA as human beings has been altered. When you realize the enormity of that, that there are people who will fuck children, and there are people, like, look, I could be so angry at you, thi. this, this, this, this, this, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thii, thi, thii, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, the enormity of that, that there are people who will fuck children and there are people, like, look, I could be so angry at you, Sam, are you so angry that I might murder you or you might murder me, okay? But could you ever be so angry that you would want to corrupt the blood supply and order the blood supply in perpetuity and human history? Could you ever be that angry about anything that you would want to destroy the shared commonality that makes us human, which is our DNA and our blood?
Starting point is 01:16:51 So when you understand the totality of that, the enormity of that, that there's a place where they fucked children, okay? Even if they were just young girls. And then there's, and then they got the world the world the world the world the world the world, and the world, and they got the world, and they got the world, and the world, and the world, and the world, and the world, and the world, and the world, and the world, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, and their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, together, collude and to propagandize, to corrupt the blood of all humanity. All bets are off. You're a fool if you now can't realize that everything I've learned prior to these events could have been a lie, could have been a complete fabrication, falsification. Like there's something fucking going on that's
Starting point is 01:17:25 beyond our capacity to think this way because here's the thing like, I'm sure guys you had to go through this Sam this has been my journey, I don't think that way and we're inclined to look at the world through our own lens of emotional understanding, that we can't really understand how anybody would do that the tho th we would possibly do. But once you understand, even as an exercise in creativity, that these people don't think like you, and not only do they not think like you, you can't think like them. You're not wired to think like them. That thinking like them is an exercise in actual creativity, kind of like ugly creativity, and when you realize that, that they'll fuck children that, that, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, thi, their, their, thi, their, their, thi, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, thi, their, th, th, th, th, their, their, their, th, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, thi, thi, thi, thi. thi. thr-i. theei. thei. thei. thei. they. thei. their, thi, their, their, thi, th that they'll fuck children and they've corrupted the blood supply of the human species all bets are off you can't rule anything out
Starting point is 01:18:11 everything has to be entertained and examined and looked at and you know maybe micro-dosing kind of brought me to those realizations and those truth but I look at the world that way 100% now which is kind of why I love your show. Thank you dude. You know the you know the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the human mac mac mac the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the human human the human the human the the the the the the the the the the human the human the human the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the human the the the human the the human the the the the the the the the the human human human human human the the the the the the the the the the the the the the human. the the the the human. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the human species the the the the the the the the the human. the the to those realizations and those truths, but I look at the world that way, 100% now, which is kind of why I love your show. Thank you, dude. You know, there's a lot of guys out in the space that I absolutely adore respect and root for. And they're doing great political talk. They're doing great political talk.
Starting point is 01:18:40 Like we are blessed to have people like Dave Smith. Oh, yeah. Right. We're blessed to have guys like that. But I'm waiting for them, and I say this in encouragement, not in negativity, in the encouragement, that they will start to see that this is spiritual. That none of this, none of this is about money and power. Everything is about spiritual war. Like, dude, the ramping up of the war with Russia fits right into, right into the Abrahamic apocalyptic prophecies, okay? What's happening in Germany fits right into the Abrahamic propolic prophecies, okay? Like, you know, the reason I'm getting in fights on Twitter with Hitler Dick Riders, okay,
Starting point is 01:19:29 is because these idiots are trying to convince everybody that this guy was an anomaly, that none of this, that the mechanism in which we select, not elect people didn't apply here. They're such idiots. It was done because Germany must be destroyed in this war between the lost tribes of Israel and the pagans. I'm just telling you, it's all there. You just have to dig a little deeper. And people don't see that this is a war, they're raging war against God and God's greatest creations, which is us.
Starting point is 01:20:09 The guy that gives you the vaccine is also the guy who wants to reduce the population. Like how does that make any sense to you? Bill Gates is a fucking, he's a worshipper of Molok. He's a worshipper, he is a watcher, he's a worshipper of the fallen angels. That is the only way to explain everything that he's doing right now. Do you know whether he knows that. Whether he's cognizant of that or not, whether he's cognizant of that or not, you've just got to look at how they're operating and the things that they're doing. So yeah, you're 100% right. Like, this is a spiritual war.
Starting point is 01:20:46 And as you say, like, we are battling sorcery. We're battling sorcery. So, you know, prayer, eating right. Look, I talk to my kids all time about this, about nutrition and about the way they're eating and vaccines and the way they're leading their lives lives I'm like, look guys, if you want to be gay, if your biology is gay, then be who you are, express who you are. But fuck it, man, you have to protect
Starting point is 01:21:13 and preserve your biology. These foods are going to alter your biology. These medicines and these vaccines are going to alter your biology. And so you, even as a child, as a 15 or 16-year-old-like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, if, th-in, th-in, th-in, th-a-in, th-a-a-a-a-a-a-a, th-a, th-a, th, thiology, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th-a, th-a, th-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-n, and th-s, thi. and thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. thii. And, thi, thi, thi, th to alter your biology. And so you, even as a child, as a 15 or 16 year old, like junk food is not junk food. Junk food is biologically altering material that will turn you into something that you were never designed or meant to be. It's not the true expression of yourself.
Starting point is 01:21:38 It's a manipulated false expression. And so there's, in it's satanic. It's demonic, you know, to make foods like that, to make medicines like that, non-medicins. To have biological weapons released into the environment, to have chem trails in the sky. Like, it is so important that human beings preserve the biology. So, Sam, like, for you, getting fit as somebody who does what you do, like, that's a mechanism of preserving your biology so that you can spread more light and spread more insight to the world around you. Like it's so important these days. And what you say about battling sorcery, man, it's like 100% correct. Yeah, I appreciate that.
Starting point is 01:22:21 I really do appreciate that. And it's where we live in now, guys. And you could either like ignore it and keep playing these stupid games. Like I'm getting a lot of blowback on a tp. On a clip I did from one of my other shows about, you know, like, you know, picking the lesser of two evil is still getting evil. And because I said D on it, because I'm talking about Michael Ian Black is at his name where he lists everything wrong with Biden he goes but I'm still voting for him over the other guy and that the only reason I talked about D is because it's
Starting point is 01:22:52 obviously a Democrat guy you can say the exact same thing about the other side I mean I could stay here forever listing all the stuff that the Republicans have done to the country I saw some comments that we're both me the the the the the the the the the th. the th. th. the the the th. th. I the th. I th. I the th. I th. I thi. I thi. I the the thi. I'm thi. I'm the the thi. I'm the thi. I'm the the thi. I'm the the thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the only only the only the only only the only the only the only the only the only the only the only the only only the only only the only one theean. I'm still. I'm still. I'm the country. I saw some comments that we're both, me and you are both conservatives on Broken Sim and that we never talk about the Republicans. We light up Trump all the time, dude. I mean I say it all the time. The reason it's not as profound is because you have so many people on the other side. Just ripping him. My old point is like, hey dude, look at Biden too. That's what I'm doing. That's what I've tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho tho th tho th th tho tho tho tho tho the tho tho thu thu thu thu. that that that thatui thatui thatu. thi thu. that thatu. thatu. thi. thi. thuu. thu. thu. thu. thu. the the the thu. the thu. the thu. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the thu. thu. thu. thu. thu. thu. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. tru. always said all the time. Okay, every time. He's just the one who's president right now. He's the one that's president and like you have one side teeing off really hard. My old thing is like, I haven't voted for either party since Obama's first term.
Starting point is 01:23:39 I won't vote for them. I don't like the either party. And I think we got a unit party right right right right right not going to play the little game. Okay? But you have one side that is way more emotional about than the other side and I'm sorry but you can like get angry get angry with me but man how many times have you seen Republican conservative darlings say something stupid and get ran out to the point that they're just basically rhinos. I couldn't imagine if Trump had any type of Parkinson's how they'd run with it. Yeah 100% but it's even dude it's just like the right is way quicker to
Starting point is 01:24:17 get rid of people than the left. The left can't do it because if they go this guy's talking crazy they get ran out by their own party So you're saying obviously let me go ahead. Go ahead. I wanted to ask you guys a question Because you're deeper into the space than I am? What are your thoughts on? Robert F. Kennedy junior as the best candidate, you know, false and all like just how just how do you feel about RFK and his candidacy and forget about whether you think he can win or not, but like, is that somebody that you could believe in and get behind it? Well, say, state it one more time, sorry. How do you feel about Robert F.K.
Starting point is 01:25:01 And I don't want to talk about this whether you're likely, but is he, given what you know about the conspiratorial space and and and and th and th and th and th and th and th and th and th and th and th and th and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and understanding and the and the and the and the and the and the the the the the the the the the the th.. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, the, th. And, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, the. And, to talk about this, whether you're likely a win or not likely, but is he, given what you know about the conspiratorial space and understanding of all these histories, which is deeper than me, how do you feel about him as like a human being and a candidate? Is it somebody worth? I, here's my thing. I have real issues with anybody that, and this is for Trump too, that it has, wants to do any kind of gun control. And I'm reading this book right now called The Final Judgment, and if you guys ever, ever want to, really read something and really understand why all of these guys are so loyal, with no conditions to Israel, read this book and you'll get it. So I don't know, man, I have a real issue with somebody that is unconditionally about supportive
Starting point is 01:25:54 of Israel. I just do. I have zero problems with people wanting to support Israel, but it should be America first. Those are my whole thing. Now, RFK Jr. is the first person running for president that is legit top three. That I know people that I love with all my heart that have very close ties with him are in his inner circle and both say he's a wonderful person. Yeah. I mean, he got he got COVID right. He's the first guy. He got COVID right and he's had the vaccine thing right so I will say that those are huge issues for me. He is like Ron Paul who was someone I the first
Starting point is 01:26:35 political candidate I ever really you know got excited about. He is someone who appears to be at least remotely similar to in private to who they are on the the their that that that that.. that. that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that that the that the vaccine vaccine that that that that that th. I th. I that that th. I that that the vaccine that the vaccine. that that that. the vaccine. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. the the the the the the the the the the the that. the the the the the that. that. that. that. the that. the that. the the that. the that. the the that. the the that. the the that. the to in private to who they are on the public stage. It seems like that if he got elected he would try to do the things he said he would try to do. Now that in the instance of like second amendment stuff, I have a real problem with that. I do too. But there's something to be said for knowing what you're going to get with a candidate. Do you know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:27:06 Yeah. There's something to be said for that. Yeah. And we get some Epstein stuff, Massad stuff. That's yeah. Do they have stuff on him? He openly admits he's got a lot of skeletons. But you're never going to get anybody in to anybody in to that. That's not the book. Sorry dude, I'll find it. That's not the book. But you'll never get anybody into that position that is pure because most
Starting point is 01:27:31 people that are the pure don't want to run for public office. They like to help on local levels, you know, the homeless, to help the children, all that stuff. Like that's that's where they tend to go. It's very, very hard to find anybody pure enough to get in there. Like Ron Paul is probably the closest. Well, it's interesting. And most of the good, and most of the good, there's a reason. There's a reason it's mostly fucking attorneys that run, their today. their tod lot of them seem to be doctors, which is interesting.
Starting point is 01:28:05 Ron Paul is that way, Rand Paul, and there have been a number of others. So that's it, yeah, but you're right though. It's something, there's something about that career that it's just not, it doesn't attract people that you would wish it would. And I talk liberal, I talk old school liberal, right? That just like live and let live love, which is somewhat along the lines of libertarian, but maybe like on just the other side of the median line, you know? Yeah, dude, they don't run for that.
Starting point is 01:28:36 They want to, they want to help on local levels, which for me, it's like in my Twitter bio, I say I'm a localist, which is I think we should focus more on and less on the national because states have, I think, more power now. We have to real inset stuff. But back to, I am open-minded to all of it. I think we are, I think things are getting more and more illuminated. And I think that's great. I don't think things are getting worse thii more thoe more thi more thi more thiiii more thoe more thoe more thoe more thoe more thi thi thi thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thoes. thoes. I's thoes. I'm thi. thi. I'm thoesoesoesoesoesoesoesoesoesoes. I'm thoes. I'm thoes. thoes. I'm thoes. I'm thoes. I'm thoes. I'm thoes. I's thoes. I's thoes. I's thoes. I's. I's. I's. I's. I's. I's. I's. I's. I's. I's thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm the. I'm thea. I'm thea. theananananananananananananananananananea. I'm thea. thea. theanananananananea. that's great. I don't think things are getting worse. I think they're getting more obvious. And there's a lot of stuff going on out there that people are waking up to more than ever. And I think it's a crazy time to be alive. But I think it's like probably the best time to be alive. Yeah, that's fascinating. I view the world through the lense of of of of of of th of th of the world th of the world th of th of th of th of the of the of the world the world the of the of the the the the and the and the and the and the and theanananananananed the. I'm the. I'm the. I'm, the. I'm, the. I'm the. I'm the. I'm the. I'm the. I'm the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the world, the. thean's theanan's theanananan. theateateateateateateateateateateateateauuia. thr-a'a'a'a' the litmus test of our generation, and maybe all humanity. And literally anybody who got COVID wrong, you didn't
Starting point is 01:29:28 have to be that smart to get COVID right. Like I'm sorry. He really did. Like you just had to know a little bit of history, history of the CDC, history of Fauci, history of AZT, understanding the pharmaceutical industry, history of Bill Gates. That's really not that deep, not that, like, like, like, like, like, that, that, that, thiiiii, that, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thr. thri, thri, throooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, tha,'s really not that deep, not that smart. And if you got COVID wrong and you're in any position of leadership, corporate leadership, social leadership, governmental leadership, NGO leadership, and you haven't gone on a massive apology tour, I don't think you should have any position of leadership at all. You failed. You failed the great test of our generation and our time, maybe in history. And so for me, like RFK is the only one who got that issue, right? And I'll, look, man, I'm in Texas, dude. I got some
Starting point is 01:30:14 serious fucking guns, okay? All the time. They're so badly, dude. It's so, it's so great here. It's, it's, I want to have like, people will shit on Austin, the, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, the, the, the, to be, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, they. to, to, to, they. they. And, they, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, they.k, they.k, to, to, to, r.k.k.k.k.k.k.k.k.k.k.k. R.k.k. R.k, r.k, r's it. I want to have like people people will shit on Austin and they'll shit on Texas but like those the people will have been here for a long time but like if you moved here from somewhere else like it's still Texas man. It's the people are the people are terrific and it's definitely different but so for me like if you got COVID wrong, I'm sorry, but like I don't think you should be in a position of leadership at all and so for me like RFK is the only one who got that issue really right and He sacrificed a lot and probably saved untold thousands and thousands of people from getting that you know biological weapon put into their bodies. I I'm gonna be honest with you man. I think it's absolutely insanity that the DNC will not let him in when it's so obvious that Joe Bine is not gonna be a guy. And like we, like we had people on our shows before, they're gonna get, I wouldn't
Starting point is 01:31:17 doubt if not only does he drop out, but they figure out a way to get him out of the presidency and Cameltel tel walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks walks to walk walks to walk walks to get him out of the presidency and Camel Tale walks in dude. I'm telling you right now and this is the perfect time to do it because there's not a lot of months left in his administration so you insert her in and she gets the credit for being the first of female president which is what they want because it's a demoralization campaign. Yes, yes. Right, that's what they want. It sounds like they want to do this. this. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, thi, thi, thi, thi, the, they. they. the, thi, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, they. they. they. they. they. they, they, they. they, they, they. they, they. they. they. they. they. thi, thi, ta, toda, toge, toge, toge, toge, toge, toge, toge, th. thi. they. they. they. thethey want. It sounds like they want to do this, but there's not a mechanism for it without Biden's consent. Okay, I'm just telling you, Johnny, if you go, Sammy, what are you betting on? If we're on prize picks or draft kings and I had to make a bet.
Starting point is 01:31:55 This is all theater, him holding out. No. I think it's all to go. They're just waiting for the perfect time. Do you think him being mentally diminished is also theater, or is he actually genuinely... I think he's generally fugazi? But he could be putting on a show so he doesn't get, he can't get tried for anything, but, and, but again, like we were told, this has been the plan since day one. I think they had a lot of shit that they wanted to get done, that they want to tack on to Joe Biden. So when Joe Bine leaves, all that baggage leaves with them, and then you got this crazy chick that nobody likes.
Starting point is 01:32:33 No chance. She has no chance. But she does what she does the quote quote free world leadership, this obvious fucking DNC town bike. Wait, I'm sorry Sam, are you saying that she is, she's going to replace him as president before the end of his term? I think that could be on the table. Oh, I see.
Starting point is 01:32:57 If I'm betting for or I think that happens. That would require him dying. No, no, no, no. No, he did. Or him stepping down. Well, yeah, but I don't, I mean, that's what you, you think he would step down before the end of his time. Yeah, I think that he's gonna go to Koo-Ka-Ka-Ka-Ka'kab. It's gonna be like, oh, dude, he can't even run. she's VP does that make her the candidate for the for the Democrats don't they have to still no but she will and when she steps into presidency it will be very hard for them not to have her oh that's why they want her to go in as the president I think so I think still require yeah like you said him or like we were saying him leaving he can no longer carry his duties so she's gonna step in well I think and I think they thin they they they they they they they they they they the the the th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I th I the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the to to the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th th the the the the the the to to to the to the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the think and I think they might have whether they wanted her or not they kind of box themselves in it because if they skip her the penalty
Starting point is 01:33:48 internally you know in the Democratic Party structure for skipping a black woman would be so great. It's so great because she's not even black. They could have no chance. She's Indian dude. I mean like it's so hilarious. Anyways great show today I'm so thankful. You came on. I thought it was a great, great episode. And yeah, man, I mean, what if this is what we do, dude. I love it. Adam, you were, you crushed it. Stay on with us. But one more time, Adam, could you please tell them where they can find you and anything else you want to push. Yeah, the best way to get in touch to me is through Brain Supreme.co. You can email or MicroDose Coach.C.O.
Starting point is 01:34:31 Now, Johnny, sorry, cut you off. Johnny's been asking, what are the legal ramp? What are, what states, is it not legal? What can we, like, if people are listening, they want to grab some of your stuff you know like oh yeah I got a I'll do a nice code for the show too so we would love to do an affiliate program with you if you'd like oh that be I'd be totally down with that I would love to do that yeah so I want to talk to you about yeah yeah okay we can talk about that and the to to the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. So. So. So I I I I I I I I I I I I that. So I that. So I'm I'm I'm I'm that. So I'm that. So I'm that. So I'm that that that. So I'm I'm that that I'm that I'm I'm I'm I'll that. I'll that. I'll I'll I'll I'll I'll that. I'll that. I'm th. that's that's that's that's what I'll that's what I'm that's what I'm for the first three weeks after the show airs I'll give a real chunky 20% discount thing-f-f-f-how- Wow, what is it? F-H-20? It'll be in the show notes, but capital T, capital T, capital F, capital H, to, capital F,
Starting point is 01:35:19 capital H, too for a 20% discount. So... Taking care of you! That's what we do on this show! We take care of you! Yeah, dude. Do you have social media? I do.
Starting point is 01:35:33 I'm so shit with that stuff, honestly. Can they, can anyone buy it in any state? How does that work out? So, this is, like, let's read between the lines here. I make a highly effective supplement supplement that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, the thewea, we the, we the, we the, we the, we the, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. the. tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, thean, tha. tha. tha. ta. ta. ta. tha. the. tha. the. the. the. We'll, we'll, this is like, let's read between the lines here. I make a highly effective supplement that's helped thousands of people. We keep our packaging safe. The secret ingredient is kind of understood. And, you know, I think your listeners are smart enough to kind of know what we do and hopefully the efficacy of which we do it. The packaging just simply says,
Starting point is 01:36:06 brain supreme proprietary mushroom blend. Right on. All right, man, this is a great episode. Thank you guys so much. One more time, we're gonna be, okay, yeah, enjoy the breakdown. All right, let's get into it. What do you guys think?
Starting point is 01:36:20 I want to micro-dos, I want to micro-dos, I want to recordational dose, I want to macro-dose. Do you just start micro-dosing every show and now you're just the most analytical guy on the show? That's how we should test it. Two days on, one week on, two weeks. We should have him have to do micro-doses for the show just so he'd know. We should have not on it. Yeah, yeah, that'd be great. Is he on two or three?
Starting point is 01:36:47 And then we start getting very specific on how much I took. I just want to say something real quick. I am very much about sobriety being about abstaining and going through your shit and talk about being honest, getting your sick as your secrets out, like the whole steps, getting in sobriety, getting sober, okay? That's what I'm really about. I think it's very important to do that. I mean, you said in the beginning, you said, the only reason I think it's kind of okay, because the guy that created the 12 step, it's the last step. Well, that's what he said, I mean, he got he he he he he he he got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got got kicked, he got kicked, he got kicked, he got kicked, he got kicked, he got kicked, he got kicked, he got I mean he got kicked out, but they try to kick him out, which is a true story. But I would 100% say sobriety is the best thing if you get
Starting point is 01:37:32 to a point where you could try Mike. Because I also think like, dude, what if I try is for Jiu-Jitsu? Like I just like micro-dose at Jiu-Jitsu just to see how it would help my game. to just. to just just just just just just just just just just just just just to to to to to to to to the to thsoe just to see how it. to th. th th th th to to th th th to to to to to to to to to to th thi thi. I the. I th th to th th to say th to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to say to the the the the the the the the the the the the thi. I I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I the. I the. I that I that I the. I the. I the. I th. I would the. I would the. But I love being sober. I love it. I really do. I love it. I wake up every morning going, thank God I'm sober. And I also sometimes worry that if you break that seal in any way, it makes it a lot easier to get back to the other stuff. So, but with that said, I love the idea of micro-dosing. I love the idea of people trying t love the idea of people trying to and you
Starting point is 01:38:06 know and again Adam has great energy and you know you read energy he definitely has energy of like he's gonna give you the good shit. Yeah totally I will say speaking of breaking the seal you know he talked about how he doesn't if his wife's not there he just won't jerk off I do. I would which I find impressive well dude if I don't jerk off for like I'll I have I have a a a a a a a the to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have a to have. I to have. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. I'm. t. t. t. t. t. t. t. te. t. to. to. to. the the the the the the just won't jerk off. I did, which I find impressive. Dude, if I don't jerk off for like a week, I'll, I'll, I have a wet dream, like still, even to this day, like, my body will get that out. I just miss my friends and their holes. That's what I miss. They're your friends now.
Starting point is 01:38:35 They were you, trying to do is disconnect from self. You want to escape, like dude, I just want to relax. I just want to chill. I just want to have a little fun. That's like I want to get out of myself. And you know you're in that zone because of the way time flies if you're doing it. Yeah, you're like, fuck two two the the th the th th th the th th th th th th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. you're th. you're you're th. you're you're you're you're you you you're to you're to to you you to to to to to to to to to to to to to to do to to do to you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you to th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi thi. thi. thi. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try to to to to you're you're you're you're to you're like, fuck, two hours I've been staring at these holes. It's a real thing. That can happen. Yeah. Oh, no.
Starting point is 01:39:09 And my buddy of mine I've been talking to in recovery because I am like trying to go to other programs about recovery because I do have a giant sex addiction, okay, is like, you thii. that you like, you like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, like, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, th. th. th. th. th. th. that, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. And, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. that, that, that, that, that, that, that, th. doesn't seem demonic. I go, yeah, it goes, what I mean by that is like do you feel possessed? Like, you know, you like I don't want to do, like when I couldn't stop doing drugs, I felt possessed that I was just, I gotta go get the drugs. But I don't want, but you've told me that you sat in the car like, not wanting to go. Yeah, I cried. to, I'm, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, I, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I, I don't, I, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, like, I don't know, like, like, like, I don't know, like, like, like, I don't know, like, like, I don't know, like, I don't know, like, I don't, I don't, it's like, especially as a guy, you know, he's bright, your old lady's, I used to have a joke about it, because I think it was Roger Clemens once, was on the DL with fatigue groin. And I was like, dude, would that be great if you were able to call the word because you
Starting point is 01:39:57 had a fatigue groin. I beat off too much. Right? Oh, jeez. I mean, it could maybe work here. Oh, fuck. You would understand, right, Sam, if I came in here and told you I can't come in and have it for- Dude, you call in because you're like, I'm going to do drugs. What? What? I can't make it into work.
Starting point is 01:40:15 I'm going to, Yeah, that is a fatigue growing. I mean, I guess if you're a porn star, that makes sense. Not a baseball player. What? If you're a porn star, that gets you out of work for sure, fatigue groin, but not a baseball player, dude. Come on, get in here. What does that? What does that? What does that?
Starting point is 01:40:34 His dick is that now I if it was jeter that would make a lot more sense no jeter had a fatigue grunt you just knock the bottoms out of everybody you think so you think silicebin should be or could improve like sports because I like I wonder like because you know they say that like 80% of the NBA players play high yeah 80% yeah it's like a huge number wow wow wow wow wow wow wow they're like they're like they're like they they're like like like like like like like like like like like like like they say they say they say they say they say they say they say they say they say they say they say they say they say they they say they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they say like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they the they the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the they they they they they they they they they they the NBA players play high? 80%? Yeah, it's like a huge number. Wow, wow, well, yeah. But I'm like, what if they played on shrooms? And like you can't test for food poisoning.
Starting point is 01:41:15 Is that real? Yeah. Did they stop testing in the NBA for weed? Yeah. They did. Oh, that's great. Good. Wow. So you can't tecellaciber, huh? Yeah. Wow. That's what's so funny about like you know you remember that one Cleveland tight end that played for Miami his dad was a famous tie-end in the NFL. He's now in jail for like oh yeah. Yeah, yeah. He went nuts when he started doing that synthetic weed. Spice? Yeah, I'm like, like he he went nuts when he started doing that synthetic weed Spice yeah, I'm like dude, you should just dutch shrumes because it comes up as as food poisoning
Starting point is 01:41:51 Yeah, you're right. Standard drug test do not test for these compounds. You have to have one that actually test specifically for Yeah, that's why I was yeah, so I thought it was a great episode and I thought it was informative and the guy has great energy and again big time. Yeah, that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That. That's, that. Yeah, that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, th. th. you. you. th. th. you. you. you. you. you. you. you. you should you should you should you should you should you should you should you should you should you should. you. you. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. th. to. to. th. th. th. th. th. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. You should. You should. You should. You should. you. to. You should. You should. You should. you. You should. you. was a great episode and I thought it was informative and the guy has great energy and again, big time, dude, we gotta get to Austin. I'm telling you, dude, we got to you man. We should just call out for a couple of weeks or something. Dude, if you guys want to rent a place. We'll record out of it, just you know how live a lot. Like do we should we should, th, th, th, th, th, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should, we should to, we should to to to to to record, we should th, we should th, we should to record, we should to record, we should to record, we should to record, we'll to record, we'll, we'll, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we, we to, we. to to to to to, we. to th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to th. th. to th. th. to th. to th. to to th. to th. to to th. to th. to th. th. th. th. a lot. Like dude, we should find out how much like a three bedroom would cost. Airbnb, or rent it and just head out there a lot. Texas, we call it the Texas Road Trip or something like that and make a whole production.
Starting point is 01:42:32 Well, I'd like to get out there like on a regular, like, if I'm not doing the road. I'd be down for thrown ready for anybody to, for you to podcast, you would just need a producer, so I'm going to go and turn on lights and run it. Yeah, but yeah, I mean, would you go to Austin? Yeah, I mean, I hate it here. I feel like I'm ready here. I feel like I'm ready here. I feel like I'm ready. I mean, I'm so over it. I mean, I'm so over it's. I mean, I mean, I to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to fucking. I to fucking. I to fucking. I to fucking. I to fucking. I'm fucking. I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I to fucking. I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can fucking. I can fucking. I can fucking. I can fucking. I can can can can can can can can can can't. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I hate. I he. I hate. I hate. I he. I hate. I hate. I he. I hate. I hate. I hate. I he. I hate. I hate. I hate. I he. I hate. I hate. I he. I mean, I he. I he. I get the traffic is killing but but the comedy is where it's where comedy is at right now it's like those are the positive things I'm just talking about the negative things you get away from by going out there is yeah I mean it's so expensive now house did you hear about this like dude they want to raise the the price of a house insurance by 30% in California.
Starting point is 01:43:25 Because there's so many fires now, and they're like, it's too expensive for us to fucking pay for these new houses. That's unreal. They're just going to make it so that no one can afford a house anymore in California. And it's going to be a giant feudal system, dude. It's turning into that, isn't it? It's like a bunch of people working in service that work on the tips of this higher class that make a bunch of money and don't contribute anything. You just look at the way Gavin Newsom brags about the businesses in California. He's like, oh dude, we got more Fortune 500 company.
Starting point is 01:43:59 So you just brought in what, 30 Indians that are rich, that's it? And how many jobs is that? that? that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that. that's that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that's. that's that's that's that's that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. that's. thei. thei. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. they. they. they. they. they. they. the they. the that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that. that, that's it? And how many jobs? That's what I'd like to hear about. How many jobs is that? What is that equal? Nothing, scumbag. Yeah. Just to think that people think he could run for president. No, he wants to. But his name is dead.
Starting point is 01:44:16 He gets mirked all the time. still, I mean, doing what looked like campaigning, with nothing to run for, and only, you know, I mean, not having an announce as a candidate for the presidency. What have you ever seen a governor from one state go to another state and just been like, hey, hey, hey, you're like a dude, you're running and nobody likes you? There's literally a map of all the poop in the city used to be the mayor of. Nobody likes you. They're done a map. Yeah, the the the the the the the the the the mayor of. Nobody likes you. You banged your back. I didn't know that. Yeah, it's a poop. Like DeSantis brought that up. It's like a poop man.
Starting point is 01:44:47 Oh, I didn't see that. That's great. But the funny thing is like, DeSantis got kind of caught because I supposalsely more idiots left Florida to come to California during COVID. Did you guys see, um, whose daughter was it? Hold on. Somebody sent me in Texas. What is it? I'll show you real quick.
Starting point is 01:45:09 Oh, Ben Affleck's daughter at the city council meeting? Full on in the mask, yelling about COVID numbers are up, we have to bring back mass. Are you serious? Oh, dude, look it up. Ben Affleck's daughter, COVID-mas, city council. And dude, you're like, what, that, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody, thi-in, somebody, somebody, thi-in, somebody, somebody, somebody thi-in, somebody thi-in, somebody thi-in, somebody thi-s. thi-s. thi-s. thi-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. thi-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. th-s. Somebody, somebody. th-s. thi-s. thi-s. thi-s. thi-s. to-s. to-s. to-saui-sauiauiauiauiauiaui-saui-saui-sa-s. COVID-mass City Council. And dude, you're like, what? Oh, here she is. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's daughter speak out against mask bands. Imagine... Oh, she's speaking out because they want to get rid of bands. Oh, yeah. the fucking people committing crimes with Mass on? Violet Affleck reveals she contracted post-viral condition,
Starting point is 01:45:46 a post-viral condition in 2019 and has slammed mask bands. She looks just like a mother. Yeah, I mean, she's hot and retarded. Here, here you go. And I'm muted. You may be getting. What? That's because she doesn't live in the hood.
Starting point is 01:46:04 She's like blaming like her vaccine injuries on like, like, the thi th th th th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th.. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi thi thi thi thi thi thin thin tho tho tho tho thin thin thi, thin' thin' th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th and th and th and th and th and th and th th and th th th th th th and people thi, thi, thi, thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi, thi, thi, thi, thi and people and people and people and people in thi thi. And like, I love how she's like blaming like, her vaccine injuries on like, Lom, COVID and Meany's! Hold on some the time. Oh, there it is. Oh, this is 54 minute. Does it say when it, when she gets up?
Starting point is 01:46:21 Oh, there she is. She looks looks looks looks looks looks looks looks looks looks looks looks th. th.. There she is. She looks just like her mom. She's so hot and retarded. Like she's... Yeah, you're a big fan of her mother. I'm a huge fan of her mother. Dude, you don't think Jennifer Gardner's hot? Do you think? Yeah, this guy... No, we had a big thing. You lost. You lost a poll. Yeah, this guy. Yeah, this guy, he androgynous to minor viruses the COVID 19 pandemic has thrown the end to sharper relief one in 10 infections leads to long COVID which is a devastating neurological cardiovascular illness that can take away people's ability to work move see and even think stands to
Starting point is 01:46:55 exacerbate our homelessness crisis as well as the suffering of many people in our city this is of color to people elderly people trans people women and anyone in a public facing a job the hardest to confront the long COVID crisis listen to her breathe she's having trouble breathing for the mask she's definitely got years for a mask matters whether they really hold those things on I guarantee you take that off she's so hot and most importantly the county must oppose mask fans for any reason they do not to make vulnerable members of our community less safe and make everyone less able to participate in Los Angeles together.
Starting point is 01:47:29 Dude, she's running out breath. She has vaccine injuries and she's blaming everything but that. Who's boning that? Who's boning that? I mean like, oh, dude, I got a story for broken sin tomorrow. Is that her? She's not, she's th is not, she has th is th is th is not, she has th. She has th. She has th. She has th. She has th. We're going to go see the Rolling Stones next month. And there was footage going around of McJaggar, not sounding too great because he had a little sickness. I'm not going to show that, but he didn't sound too great.
Starting point is 01:53:16 But I did, in the past two weeks, I went to see Darryl Halle Hall of Notes fame with Elvis Costello. They were co-headlining and I went to the Greek theater. And dude, Darryl Hall, so his young voice was so good that it makes him now sound so terrible when he tries to sing these old songs, bro. I mean, it is... Oh, oh dude it was so, at one point, I didn't want to say anything you know because I'm pretty forgiving with those kinds of thing. And at one point, I turned to my girl and I was just like, this is just, that didn't even write a time.
Starting point is 01:54:05 But, dude, my favorite, but he was not even the time. But, hold on, that didn't even write, but I know that was really bad. That's not even the picture. But dude, my favorite are the hands gestures? Just almost trying to make you not notice that he's just, skitat duting it dude well dude and did that part of it he goes where he realizes like he's like I can't sing it and then he just points at the crowd for you to start singing because he's he do it is so funny dude he's singing it like you do when you're at a
Starting point is 01:54:39 sports bar or a bar in your favorite song comes on you like you kind of to hear you singing it but you're kind of singing to yourself right? Yes and I do it he did it bang and he's doing these hand gestures got me all they got don't Mr. all about the go go go and it was he only played he was the headliner right so yeah Stella comes out and plays a full set of like 15, 17 songs. Darrell Hall's the headliner of the thing. Why is he headlining?
Starting point is 01:55:11 And he plays like eight or nine songs, dude. That's it. As the headliner, coming out last. They're calling it co-headlining, but he comes out last and then just plays like eight or nine songs. thrown, dude mean barely he has his backup singers just sing for most of it and then part of it he points out at the crowd and just lets you sing the cacie part with but here's the thing it's the hardest parts of the song he points for the crowd to sing so you know it's clear that it's not like he wants you to sing the catchy part he just wants a check, dude. That's all he's doing, dude. Just trying to get a check though, that's called Live from Darryl's house, that he does, you know, from his house with other people.
Starting point is 01:55:50 And it's really popular, but he can't sing on that either. He's in his like strip bar, Vegas magician face. He's not old enough to be this bad, though. Here's, check it off. I want you When you feel takes a while I'm I'm gonna get the best bro Bro Did you I'm gonna start telling people karaoke you're as good as Darry Hall. Did you see what he did on the hard part? You know, it's you and me forever. You know where he goes really
Starting point is 01:56:50 high there? He just, I mean it's just unbelievable. Where's the other guy? Where's the other guy? What's the other guy doing? No, they have a huge beef dude. The other guy's today? The other guy's doing his own tour and stat sounds a lot. thauauauauauauauauau. the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. he he he he he he he he he he he he he he's he he th. he is he's he's he's he's he's he's he's he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he. You he he he he he he he he he he he he th. You're th. You're tod. You know, today today is today is today is today he's he's he he he he he he he he he sounds a lot better than Darry Hall. It used to be Darrell Hall was the great voice. What did you find an Oates one? I want watching the Oats and now is he singing Darryl's parts? Well no they both had songs that they wrote. Darrell wrote most of the songs but Oats I can't forget that. He wrote... Are you an American or you an asshole? He wrote some good songs too, and he can still sing. So it's this curious thing, but he has actually a restraining order against Oats, dude, because of a business disagreement, Oaks apparently tried to sell his half of their company without telling him.
Starting point is 01:57:43 And Darel Hall got- Is that legal? I mean, apparently it was, but Darrell Hall didn't seem to think so. And he got so pissed off that he filed a restraining order against him. I mean, it's hilarious. You know, the narrative of this whole thing. Let me see if I can find him singing live. Yeah, they're happy to see. I said, what you think you get him for free? You know, the woman is. Why, well, she gets taken about the bird of the jag you want? Yeah, he sounds way better.
Starting point is 01:58:19 All right. Way out. And they see like, it's his people. I'd like, I used see like it's just people I'd like I used to watch my father just have the worst The worst business like luck with partners and it just eventually everyone just loses their mind and everyone just starts Sue in each other and it just sucks. Oh, yeah, I mean, it's kept art out of the world between you know with these two guys being the way they are. You know, it's kept art. I wonder what their. You know, it's kind. I wonder what? I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I the the their, I their, I their, I their, I, I, I, I their, I used, I their, I their, I, I, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their, I their their their, I their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their th, I used their their th, I used their th. their their their their their their the world between, you know, with these two guys being the way they are. You know, it's kept art. I wonder what the real gripe is about, like who actually got some of the young chicks at the show? Like, oh man.
Starting point is 01:58:54 They always hated each other. I mean, it's been creative differences apparently, like the agreement was we are we are in one band, but we're two different guys playing different music and we just kind of help each other out. Like my songs and my songs, your songs are your songs. And then so here I went to see Dylan. Now Dylan can't sing either, but he never can't sing really. You know, there's just one album where he's the job. When you make a deal with the devil, you don't have to know how to sing to sing to sing. to sing. to sing. to sing. the the to sing. the to sing. the the. to sing. the. I. to sing. the the. the. to sing. to sing. the to sing. to sing. to sing. to sing. to sing. to sing. the the to sing. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. their. their. their. their. their. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. t together. together. together. together. together. together. together. together. th. together. th. th. thi a deal with the devil, you don't have to know how to sing. Well he's one of the greatest songwriters to ever live, let's put that out. But here's the thing, he's a smoker.
Starting point is 01:59:32 And he stopped smoking for one album, this album called Nashville Skyline, and he sounds like Frank Sinatra or something. His voice is beautiful. All your love comes on so strong, and I've waited all day long, for tonight when I'll be staying here with you. On this album, and all the journalists were like, dude, what do you do with your voice on this album? He's like, uh, just stopped smoking for a couple of weeks. And then he just went right back to smoking.
Starting point is 02:00:01 I can change, I swear. So I saw Dylan this past week now. And he, and he, and he th, and he th, and he th, and he th, and he's, and he's th, and he's th, and. I can change, I swear. So I saw Dylan this past week now, and he's not sounding great either. I just want to show you that. You're out of me, the largest, and you're coming around. Next time you do, please remember first to the floor. Oh, hold on stop with John. Is this good? If I had the power rink our clips right now that you've forced me to watch?
Starting point is 02:00:38 No, this is I would go. This is not good. No. John Oates. Darrell. And then whatever weird science project by a fifth and then whatever is going, whatever weird science project by a fifth grade teachers going on stage right now. And here's the thing I would be like, what did I just pay for? Get ready for Las Vegas style action at BetMGium, the king of online

Okay, so this was supposed to, this is called the Outlaw Music Festival. It's Willie Nelson is the headliner. Willie Nelson was sick. He's 91. So there's a sign when you get there. Starting point is 02:02:09 Now most people just drove hours. This is North Carolina. It's not like LA where people drive a few city blocks to go see a concert. People drove hours to come to this thing. So everybody went is the main event is Bob Dylan and here's the thing though dude if you go on the Bob Dylan Reddit because Bob Dylan's been on this thing called the never-ending tour for yeah you know like the 70s literally it's called the never ending for and he's been touring since like the 70s non-stop. Starting point is 02:02:49 He's apparently he's cleaned up his act a little bit he isn't smoking as much So yeah the music was terrible got the New York Times? Oh, did you see this story about? Oh, do you know what a Dyson sphere is? The Dyson sphere is? The Dysesphere? A Dyson sphere? No, it is that. We've talked about this than before. Okay, so there's this idea. Hypothetically, civilizations in the universe are ranked by how they capture, how well they can capture the energy of their planet and their neighboring stars. So a type zero civilization is what we are, where we haven't even been harnessed the energy of our own planet completely yet.
Starting point is 02:03:36 I think like a type one is a civilization that can completely harness the energy of its own planet, volcanoes, rivers, et etc. I think a type 2 is a civilization that can harness the energy of the star at orbits. And they go on from there, but the idea is that once a civilization becomes so advanced, it would likely build something called a Dyson sphere, which is a bunch of, let's just call them, solar panels around the neighboring star, to collect all the energy from the star. Can you, Johnny, can I just tell you, this sounds like horseshakes.
Starting point is 02:04:15 We go deep home, boy. Eric, open your mic. Drink from the fountain of knowledge. There's lizard people everywhere. That's some interdimensional viette. Wake up, Aaron. This is only the beginning. Dude, you just blew my mind.
