I went to a school in Florida. It was very denominationally focused, and I've never been something that's an absolutist. I don't go like, oh, you're full on conservative. You're full and liberal. I'm always been a militant centrist. I cannot emphasize that enough. So people want to get on me for the show. I voted for Trump twice. I'm not going to vote anymore. And again, that's based off of personal convictions and that's based off of research. I said,

That's what we should be able to, And I was kind of getting in a point where I was like, I know more than most of the teachers, when I'm asking a question, like for more context, they're just sitting there like, I don't know, it's not in the textbook. I love that, too. Well, it's like, well, could I have a little bit more? Is it okay, but well don't bother to, if I've come to a conclusion and I'm going to implement standards of my life, especially as a Christian, I should be able to give an explanation to every man that asks the question of the hope that is within me, as it says in First Peter 315.

Starting point is 00:04:13 So I came back home, I went to a local community college and I met a professor there by the name of Professor Finkel and he started making me read, or the class in general, learn how to read texts and read in between the lines, try to read a character as opposed to reading a story. And as somebody who's been a writer since the age of 10, that totally gripped with me. I looked at Animal Farm in a different way based off how he did it in a psychology perspective, within the class as opposed to teaching it in English and it really got me thinking what are we missing in history like that what are we missing in stories
