Finally he asked why, if Wilson gave an oral confession at 7.30 in the morning, did they not get the written and sign statement until 10 and a half hours later. Kunkels, closing remarks boiled down to, are you really going to believe this guy. During the trial, Wilson's attorneys began receiving anonymous letters from someone who appeared to have inside knowledge of John Burgess' ass kickers. The first letter alleged that during the murder investigation, several men were beaten inside the police headquarters in front of the assistant state's attorney and two of the highest ranking cops in the city.

The jury again answered yes.

In 2006, the court forced a city to release its special report on the torture accusations. It revealed shocking information. U.S. Attorney Patrick Fixed Gerald got creative, charging Burge in 2008, with two counts of obstruction of justice and one count of perjury. Since they were tied to more recent proceedings, they were still valid charges. Now, so the important thing here is this, this U.S. attorney said, look, this guy is guilty of torture, but we can't get him, but I can get him for lying about the torture. So, on June 28, 2009, on the charges of 2009? This just happened. He's in the building.

Starting point is 01:06:59 Are we okay? Yeah, I'm fine. But that's because I'm intellectual eating my debt up. He gets out from under the table. Have you been sucking Rich's dickless whole time?
