Starting point is 00:00:00 Who can say they're the rogo. My love. I have some bad news. The look on his face. It was as if he had to tell me that like Pippa had passed away. Like he just felt so guilty. I'm Temeo from Orange Australia. Hi, I'm Ashley from Cornbrook, Newfoundland.
Starting point is 00:00:20 Hi, this is Steve from Woburn, Massachusetts, USA. And I approve his podcast. Welcome to the Tony and Ryan podcast. This is Dr. Author, Best Selling Dr. Orth, Tony Lodge. My name is Ryan. Welcome to a safe place where we can all be our true silly selves. Yeah. Fuck you work.
Starting point is 00:00:49 You know? Fart noise. Sorry. Sorry. That doesn't have anything to do with anything. I just did a fart noise. Because Tony goes, I've got a little something for the top of you. And I'm just hoping it wasn't that.
Starting point is 00:01:02 Is it related to farts? No, but it's probably as silly as that. Okay. Danny on our team bought a house. Oh my going. And yesterday, Ryan, just after you'd left, because we were all so excited and you'd headed off. And we were all sitting here and we're talking about, we're like, oh, I'm talking about work
Starting point is 00:01:24 stuff. And Danny just goes, oh, hang on, guys. Sorry, I can't really concentrate. And we're like, oh, is everything okay? She goes, yeah, with the house, like, they've just asked for some random, like, the finance people have asked for some random stuff. And we were like, oh, can we help? What have they asked for?
Starting point is 00:01:36 There's the random stuff that you have to pay for it. Yeah. But they're like, you do have to pay for this. She's like, oh, I thought that it was just like optional. The auction was like this fun game that I'm. I won. Yeah. And then like, yeah, it's like deal or no deal.
Starting point is 00:01:47 And we were like, oh, are you emailing with your conveyancer or solicitor or something? And she goes, no, no, no. My boyfriend's just asking me this question. And we were like, oh, okay. And Lily looks over and goes, Danny, are you having this very serious conversation about finance over Snapchat? And Tammy and her boyfriend were disappearing messaging each other on. Snapchat about like, lol send the extra 40 grand.
Starting point is 00:02:19 Why are they sending 20 back? Because Gen Zs are efficient and do you want to discuss finances and keep your streak going? Or do you want to do them at the same time? This did come up actually. The streak doesn't count for messaging.
Starting point is 00:02:36 The streak is only photos and they don't send photos to each other. Apparently. I know what Snapchat's for. I used to be young. I know how you guys meant. Yeah. But yes, they were helping, and I was like, Danny.
Starting point is 00:02:50 Like, I turned into her mother. I'm like, Daniel. What are you doing? And she's like, yeah, we're just trying to figure it out. Oh, but for contractual reasons, you can't have like evidence lying around. So it's like, evidence. What do you? It's all above board.
Starting point is 00:03:03 It's confidential, though. So you don't want that information just willy-nilly. I'm, you know what? I'm just going to have to fucking stop you right there. Snapchat is not encrypted end-to-end messaging. That's like WhatsApp. But that, like, it's not, it's. Yeah, but like, if big Gmail,
Starting point is 00:03:16 decides they want to read your messages, they're there forever. But Snapchat, 24 hours, boo, gone. Even Spiegel doesn't give a shit. So you are approving, basically using Wicker to message about buying a house. I just support Danielle in her house buying journey fully. Oh, and then Charles and I sent that Snapchat to Danny. Well, that's just being mean. I only hate Snapchat, but then look at us.
Starting point is 00:03:43 Well, it's from Charles's account. I didn't know anything about that. Do you use Snapchat match Charles? I don't. Oh. Oh. Oh. I once talked about using Facebook Messenger to talk to Torbs and people will like grow up.
Starting point is 00:03:56 And I was like, oh. I just send to message all the time. Yeah. I use it heaps. I use Facebook Messenger more than WhatsApp. Oh, I don't use WhatsApp. I don't really understand it. It's, what's not?
Starting point is 00:04:08 No, it's just another app, isn't it to deal with? You understand all of it. Yeah. But that's why, like, I don't understand why you would use that instead of. of do you know what I mean? Yeah. Like I've got everything I need. I think was it a great alternative back in the day when we used to get stung five cents per
Starting point is 00:04:23 text? We didn't have WhatsApp then though. Didn't we? No, because that's like internet messaging and internet messaging wasn't a thing. For me, the alternative to paying would be WhatsApp because it's like unlimited messaging. You wouldn't believe it. But at that time, internet wasn't included in your phone plan. Like you would open the internet.
Starting point is 00:04:45 Do you remember like opening the internet app by accident on your phone and like quickly closing it? Panicking, panicking. I'm costing my sister a fortune because Alicia had a voter phone and there was like an internet button and you pushed the button and it just like logged in. Yeah. And you had to like hang up and like try and get out of it. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:59 So like free text. Do you remember those stories when people used to like the start of phones in internet people would go overseas and come home and get like a $5,000 phone bill? Yeah. Because like roaming. You didn't know what roaming was. Yeah. I still don't really know what it is.
Starting point is 00:05:11 But I don't either. Charles, I have turned off. According to my phone, am I still in New Zealand or am I all good now? Well, I said it up. I was hoping like Tony may have helped you when you guys flew back together. No? She was busy listening to another podcast. But also, I can't take any.
Starting point is 00:05:31 I'm not taking it on. I just, I refuse. I refuse. So am I still, so if I'm calling Tony later this, are I making an international call? No, because that sim isn't for calls. It's only for data. So if I'm streaming Tony on only fans from Australia isn't an international stream. Hey, TonyA fans.
Starting point is 00:05:51 Sorry. Yeah. Your Honor. Yeah. These are top confessions. Tonyner.com. That I use. Submit it enormously.
Starting point is 00:05:59 I think also TonyArund.com works now. Does it? Yeah, we're moving up, baby. Moving on up. Who had that for all this time? Can we find out? I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:06:08 Paid a bit, though. What? Paid a bit to like get it off. Did we? Like, we paid like 600 bucks to get it off them. What the, Fuck. Thanks for paying for that, Charles, from your own account, I'm assuming.
Starting point is 00:06:18 I paid it from your GoDaddy account, actually. Fuck, Charles, that's my personal account. Do we know who it was, though? No, you don't, because, like, the way that it works is... It's all private. But, do you remember when we first started this pod and, like, Tony Ryan.com was, like, a weird, just, like, porn. Yeah. Still, his...
Starting point is 00:06:38 If you, um, were a fan of the Weather Woman, which was a late-night Korean erotic fiction. Yeah. Very similar to what our website was about. So, yeah. So, and shout out to the Weather Woman Returns. One of the great sequels in modern cinema history. It's going to be wet. And it was.
Starting point is 00:06:56 These are top confessions. Yesterday I said this guy thought he's a comedian and that's this is the one I'm talking about. Confession. Before having sex with a girl, I write messages. What are you? Nah, it just took me a second. They're singing. Before having sex with my girl.
Starting point is 00:07:14 I write messages on my cock with a Sharpie. It's a great way to remind her that I love her. I love you. I'm sorry. Congratulations. And this is where I think he's being funny. Oh, what was the part before?
Starting point is 00:07:31 Whatever the occasion, I want to make sure the message gets drilled into her. Terrible. Isn't that? Terrible. Just really upsetting. Isn't that also probably not very good for like... Chemical poisoning?
Starting point is 00:07:46 Yeah, like toxicity things. I don't know. Like, the ink wouldn't be good to have, like, on such a sensitive area and certainly not good to be inside of a vagina. No. So true. Don't you reckon? Yeah, it feels.
Starting point is 00:08:03 It's like very sensitive and sucky iny. I don't want to suck ink out of your cock into my purse. Wasn't invisible ink. God's ink. Come is God's ink This is tough some cash in Are we moving on Do we need the horse photo off that that was like
Starting point is 00:08:29 Oh someone message We don't need the horse photo because we are This we're again You know what I mean At least we're weird together Yeah Someone message the other day and said Do we need the horse photos
Starting point is 00:08:39 Become part of their vernacular I know very cute So someone's at work and it's a bit And I'm need the horse photo And everyone else goes What the fuck are you talking about? Should we sell? Yep
Starting point is 00:08:47 Great I love it low by low sell high yes i learned that on the stock market did you of wall street i've been to wall street you have you sell that bull yeah charles were you you were there with us like yeah that was a fun trip was that when we went for the weddies we went and saw the bull the other time as well when we went down to see the statue of liberty oh even though you'd already seen her because i had that tiara yes yes of course I love New York.
Starting point is 00:09:22 I do. Yeah. So you know how we've been saying we're not going to travel much next year? Charles doesn't believe him. I know. I know. He thinks I'm going to cave. I'm not the one saying that.
Starting point is 00:09:34 Ryan's the one over here making all these plans. I found a way last night to get to Toronto in only one stop without going to America. Auckland? No. Can you go Auckland to Toronto? No. Auckland to New York. Oh, sorry, sorry.
Starting point is 00:09:50 Actually, guess the two countries you can go through, three countries you can go through. Yeah. To get to Toronto with, no Googling, Charles, with only one stop. He's probably making notes for his job. And not America. And the reason I say not America is because you have to go through customs and do all that bullshit just to get on a plane and leave again. Yeah. No, thank you.
Starting point is 00:10:07 No. If, three countries. So to get from Melbourne to Toronto. Yeah. And then that place straight to Toronto. Straight to Toronto. know. As you know, I'm not very good at geography. And it's not America. Well, that would be my first guess. And New Zealand would be my second guess. Actually, it's probably three, but only the ones that
Starting point is 00:10:31 we would want to fly on is. Oh, because it's one world. Like our, like. Yeah. One world, there's three. Yeah. Um, oh, Hawaii. Oh, no, that's America. Oh, my God. Because when we're in America and we had to go through customs like when are you leaving this country when are you leaving america and i was like i leave america on saturday because i'm going to hawaii and he looked at me and wasn't she popular at customs oh my god i hated me um they also just hate Australians because we're like you know like what's up and they're just like fuck off yeah um and fair Alaska also America oh um jeez this is Dallas Dallas you guys I stand by it I wanted a globe as a kid and I was told no.
Starting point is 00:11:17 Can we, Charles, can we order a globe or Famers on today, please? Can I have a globe? Do it a big spinning one for you, just? Yeah, big spinning one. And can I also get a basketball? It's a globe. And Charles, I want, um, a hard one. I don't want an inflatable one.
Starting point is 00:11:29 I want like a hard one. I'm right here, Swade out. Charles, I'll let you say one destination. Dubai? No. Really? Down the road, though.
Starting point is 00:11:39 I mean probably, but not it's not one world. Down the road. Qatar. I would have really loved if Charles, just then had also said something in America. That would have really tipped me over the edge and I would have really appreciate that. Here's where you can go via.
Starting point is 00:11:54 Yeah. Hong Kong, Cafe Pacific. Slay. You can go Qatar Airways through Qatar. Strangely, with Qantas points, you can stop in Manila in the Philippines and then get on the overnight Manila to Toronto's fucking direct. Who saw that coming?
Starting point is 00:12:13 That's amazing. Yeah. And then I also suspect there is a Japan air or Japanese something. Yeah, but it's not one world day. Yeah. I watched... So see you in Toronto next year and we do no traveling.
Starting point is 00:12:24 I've watched this TikTok video the other day. It was actually an Instagram real. I don't look at TikTok. But, and it was about this like crazy fucking fully clear unreal beach. Like the Philippines is crazy. Amazing, yeah. All this wildlife and the sea is like crystal clear.
Starting point is 00:12:41 You like, look, because I saw this thing and they're like, you'll think this is the Maldives, but it's actually the Philippines. And I watched this whole video. It looks unreal. The Philippines is fucking sick. Have you been? No.
Starting point is 00:12:49 Have you Philippine? Never Philippine there. I was like, I was going to go with Tommy when I lived in Malaysia. They went for the weekend and I didn't and I'd still urge you. Yeah, you should go. Because it's not that far from here, right? Like the flight's not too bad. I mean, you can go direct.
Starting point is 00:13:05 Yeah, apparently. But going direct, that's the issue. Yeah. Am I right in thinking there's like a hundred million people in the Philippines? Really? Charles, Google it. Did I just make that up? Like a string of islands that just had a hundred and seventeen million.
Starting point is 00:13:20 What? 117 million people. Isn't there only like five million people in Australia? 26. There's five in New Zealand. So there's 25. How many is it in Melbourne? A million?
Starting point is 00:13:33 No. Four or five million in Melbourne? You're Josh. There's more in Melbourne than New Zealand. Really? Yep. Crazy. No one to the airport.
Starting point is 00:13:43 So. There is 30 times more people. 30 times more people in the Philippines than New Zealand. And New Zealand is bigger. Yeah, by a mile. That's crazy. Well, I would love to go, but maybe they don't have space. It's pretty far.
Starting point is 00:13:58 Maybe, yeah, maybe they're busy. Now, we did ask people to say, where's the weirdest place you've been fingered, and that's on us. That's actually on us. And I don't take the question back. I think you are joking when you ask, where's the weirdest place you've been fingered,
Starting point is 00:14:11 but here the fuck I am with my answer. I love it. Thank you, Tarpers, for coming through. I remember my high school situation ship used to finger me in English class every time. It was the cool thing to do. We were all grabbing each other's junk. It was almost just like you've got to get the seating arrangement right because like, you're next to him,
Starting point is 00:14:29 she's next to her, and we'd all just get fingered during English, according to anonymous here. I have vivid memories of watching the Merchant of Venice at the time, which is not a horny movie at all. I don't even know what it is. Yeah. To the point where the confessor has said, like, I really had to concentrate on getting fingered because if I like got into the movie, you'd just be.
Starting point is 00:14:54 Oh, it's an old-timey period kind of piece. Oh, it's a Shakespearean. Al Pacino's in it. Oh, poor Al. In class. In class. You never did that, did you? I hope not.
Starting point is 00:15:07 Did you? No. I just, I wouldn't have been like game enough to. I know I'm on to fing me. That's also part of it. Yeah. You've got to be in it to win it. And I wasn't.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Did your school have a, and this might be showing my age. What? This might be showing my age because I grew up before technology. Yeah. As a 39-year-old male. Did you have a photography dark room? Yeah, we did. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:34 Yeah. Oh, that would have been a naughty place. Yeah. I wouldn't have put the dark lamp in there, you know what I'm saying? Bluh. I don't even. Because the photo. would be ruined. Of course. I was so uncool. I don't even know where the hookup spot at our
Starting point is 00:15:53 school was. I don't associate hooking up with being cool. Well, I probably... Because a lot of losers used to finger each other. No, and Slay. But that was so far out of my... And I wasn't, I didn't have like a boyfriend at the school that I went to and stuff. So I don't actually know where that, like, Did you have a situation ship that fingered you during English? No. No. Did you? Um, yeah, I had a guy that fingered me during English.
Starting point is 00:16:18 Like, were Charles went to an all-boy school? Did you get fingered during English? No. You were just fucking a librarian. No, I was not. Didn't she text you the other day? Yeah. Charles has the number of his,
Starting point is 00:16:29 the library teacher. Was she your first kiss, Charles, your librarian? Was she a teacher or just worked at the library? She was like. Like the library teacher. Yeah, and then her husband is like the, three person thing. And who's the husband?
Starting point is 00:16:42 The P. One of the P. So you were fucking. I was not fucking either of them. You were doing a three person thing with the P.E. teacher and the librarian. This sounds like Cludeau. It was Charles with the P.E.
Starting point is 00:16:52 teacher in the library. The guy who's the P.E. teacher and the girl that works at the library, doesn't that just fucking set alarm bells off? Don't the, the chatter in the staff room. That sounds hot and horny to me. Yeah. Like the jock and the like smart girl. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Yeah. It sounds like a smutty book. Let's all, considering all the places in a high school. choose one that they would definitely have done it in. Cafeteria. That's random. Is it? Nah.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Well, they probably fucked in the library. Quiet. Yeah. Down near the encyclopedias. Where did you guys used to do it, Charles? Well. Oh, my God. They used to passion her high-under-day-hats after school.
Starting point is 00:17:33 Touch my Decibel system. Is that what it's called? No, but it's funny. What am I trying to say? Decimal system. You said decibel system. No, Dewey number. Yeah, Dewey Decimal System, but you said decibel system.
Starting point is 00:17:52 Yeah. Hi, this is Steve from Woburn, Massachusetts, USA. Hi, I'm Ashley from Cornerbrook, Newfoundland. I'm Tammu from Orange Australia, and you're listening to Tony and Ryan. A massive shout out to a few of our champion. but it's over at our Patreon. Thank you very much for being part of it. I love chatting with everybody in Patreon.
Starting point is 00:18:21 I reply to DMs and it's really nice. Like, gives me a good little pump up when you get to hang out and chat and people are like, tell me good news. It's so great. Lovely. A few of the people that I've spoken to. Leah F, good on you, Leah.
Starting point is 00:18:33 Misty West. Love to see it, Misty. Thank you. Andrea 432-1. Thank you very much. Victoria Mantha, hardly knower. Meg Levy, Jaron Hart's Grove.
Starting point is 00:18:44 Kelly Renee, Noah. Sorry, Kelly Renee. Emily and I know a guy. That's very funny. Right. Yeah. Sorry. Who is it?
Starting point is 00:18:54 I know a guy. I know a guy. Do you don't know them? No. Oh, that's a shame. Well, they're in our Patreon, Sarah Tapas. You should be excited. Shout out.
Starting point is 00:19:03 I don't need you to remember a lot of things. And thank God for that. But I'm about to show you a picture. It's a screenshot from one of our recent videos. Charles, if you don't mind popping that up. What do you notice about what I'm wearing? You are wearing a pink knitted jumper? And that jumper, I like...
Starting point is 00:19:29 Regular rotation? I wear it all the time. Blue jean leader. Thank you. But that jumper, I bought it like a few years ago. I wear it all the time. It's, yeah, pink and red knitted jumper. It's from Gorman.
Starting point is 00:19:44 I got it for like a hundred dollars off. Like it was really cheap. when I bought it and I've worn it so much. It's like definitely one of my faves. The other day, we ate KFC in the office as a team. Yeah, we fucking did. And I was wearing that jumper. Yep.
Starting point is 00:20:01 And I dribbled gravy all down front. Oh, Tony, no. I know. And I was like, that's fine. I'll just pop it in the wash when I get home. Gravy feels sticky and messy. Oh, yeah. And just I was like, well, like, I have to wash it.
Starting point is 00:20:14 It's not just like, oh, brush that off when it's dry or something. And in our house, house. So Torbs and I both work full time. So without housework. Are you doing something else after this? What are you doing? Yeah, I just did my morning shift here and then I go back to Coles. Um, but like, because we both work full time. Um, with our chores and our like housework, it's kind of like whoever gets to it first. We don't have like, oh, well, I always do this and you always do this. It's quite evenly split. Yeah. Okay. And, um, we try and help each other out as much as we can. and I popped a load of washing on that had this jumper in it.
Starting point is 00:20:53 Mm-hmm. And still gravied up? Still gravied up, like, fucked. I put it in the wash and then I was like, great, when that finishes, I will put all the other stuff in the dryer, but I'll lay that jumper out in the sun because it, so, you know. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:12 Torbs got home, Mm-hmm. Noticed that the washing was finished. and was like, oh, I'll just pop that in. I'll pop that in the dryer. And my beautiful, handsome, very smart, very tall, beautiful handsome husband, popped all of that stuff in the dryer. And my favorite jumper is now Mabel's.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Charles, if you go to the second photo. On Pippa, the French bulldog. There's Pippa wearing the jumps. I didn't realize that something other than me could shrivel up so small. That's crazy. It's so small and stiff. Would you like to have it? So for everybody that's not watching on YouTube, the jumper.
Starting point is 00:22:06 It's like a doormat. Yeah. It's stiff and stuff. You need a microphone. Can we stretch it back to its glory days? So I wasn't there when this stuff came out of the dryer. Torbs has pulled all the clothes out, realized that the jumper is that side.
Starting point is 00:22:24 And he googled it and he's like, oh, there's like a thing you can do where you soak the jumper in conditioner. Yep. And it relaxes all of the fibers and you can stretch it back out in the sun. A bit WD 40.
Starting point is 00:22:37 He tried that. That did not work. Okay. And he got home and the jumper was like under a towel. And they got home, we're chatting whatever. And he goes, I moved that washing over
Starting point is 00:22:50 and I was like oh thank you so much I didn't really even think about it and then he goes my love I have some bad news and I was like what's wrong my love what's going on and he goes and he like pulled
Starting point is 00:23:03 like pulls the towel back lifts the jumper off and I went and he goes I'm so sorry yeah he goes I'm so sorry and I was like and I was like can you please cover it up Like I couldn't look at it
Starting point is 00:23:20 Like I couldn't look at it And I was like It's actually fine It's just a jumper It's not No but I was like Here's my I was like
Starting point is 00:23:28 It's fine It's just a jumper You were just trying to help It really doesn't matter And then I was like But I need you to take it away from Like I can't look at it right now And he goes
Starting point is 00:23:36 I've looked online You can't buy it anymore He's like I tried to I tried to fix it And he's like And then I tried to replace it Online and I was like Oh I bought it a few years ago
Starting point is 00:23:46 And it was on clearance So it's like You can't get it anymore. Yeah. And he just felt so bad. And I was like, that is so, it's just so, the visual of it being so small is hilarious. If anyone has this jumper.
Starting point is 00:24:03 Yep, this Gorman. I think it was called like the Snakes and Ladders jumper. You name your favour and I will do it for you. That's very sweet. Whatever you need, you need your car washed. You need me to come around and do the vacuuming. That's so small. It's so funny.
Starting point is 00:24:20 Like, I didn't even know that that could happen. It's so small. Does your cousin want to come in here and host an episode? What, you name your favour? We need a size not important pink jumper from Gorman that was called the... I think it's called like the Snakes and Ladder jumper or something like that. All it needs to be is... Too big for a French bulldog.
Starting point is 00:24:41 Yeah. Basically any size above toddler size I'll take. Can Mabel have this? If she wants it. heavy and dense. It's so dense. Yeah, well, it's because that all of it is just like
Starting point is 00:24:52 sucked in. Contracted or const- I don't know. I was going to say that we'll congealed, which is not accurate at all. But it might be, I don't know, but it's as thick now as a
Starting point is 00:25:02 dormant. It is. It's really heavy because it's all of the, because it was a big, like floppy jumper. And just, and it's just like, yeah,
Starting point is 00:25:11 fuck. And it's just fucked. But. Or any like old wives tales, like the soak it in the thing. Yeah. If people have an option, I wonder if though, now that it's been through the dryer and we've done the condition, I think, I wonder if we've lost our chance. Should I put in?
Starting point is 00:25:26 But you can try. It's got no stretch, I will say. Even trying to get that on to Bipper was interesting. Yeah, you're right. That's not going anywhere. It's not. It's like so, I think that the fibres are like shocked. But I thought maybe to make my beautiful husband feel better because he feels really awful about it.
Starting point is 00:25:47 does anybody have a time where you had a laundry fuck up or a chore fuck up and you were just trying to help and you it's just gone horribly terribly wrong i love a story that ends with dot dot dot i was just trying to help yeah um because he and he just the look on his face it was as if like he had to tell me that like pipper had passed away like he just felt so guilty um what i will say is is that if no one sends through their stories in the episode thread or in the YouTube comments that the alternative is just like Torbs is officially a dumb like he's just a one-off fucking idiot when I but if we've all done it if we've all been there that's okay that's what communities are for when I picked up the
