the Lemonheads, but I heard that they got snowed out. Oh, I have a question about snow later, so hold on to that one. Sure. And I guess they were with the demand for Rusty, they went and played upstairs at the poutine shop. And I heard it was

a great time. Nachos, I think. I heard it was a great time. It was a great time. Cam, I got to tell you, I fucking loved it. I can't believe I pick up a ticket for 15 bucks. I met so many great FOTMs there. Great value, yeah. You know, Beef Eckley was there.

Shout out to Lee. I met the people from Acid Test that were there. It's a good space up there. I wish they had more shows up there. I prefer upstairs the CQDs to the Horseshoe Tavern. Just the shape of the room. I think in similar vibe because they're both like sticky floors. Totally.

There's a big lineup when we left. And it's, I think one hour of Rusty is kind of perfect because their songs are fairly short, except for this one, Misogyny, I feel like, it's like five minutes, but. They opened up with Misogyny. Yeah, all the jams, a few tracks from their 2019 album they put out that sounded great.

And Cam, I'm glad you're a witness to this. Can you tell us, Stu, what happened during Empty Cell? empty cell all right yeah a big toronto mike shout out wow wow did mike tweeted about this because anytime his name is ever mentioned by anybody this there needs a receipts on this well i don't have the i don't have yet any uh video of this so if anybody was at the show and took video of empty cell i want to see it like I want to hear it. and Ian Service. Yeah, and we're sitting right next to Rodness' parents. Yeah, I'm right beside Rodness' mom. Oh my goodness. So like we lean over and I just talked to Adam Whitener.

yeah they can see it on Hollywood Suite on starting on demand on December 1st and I think it's going to air I think December 15th I want to say but you can watch it

at your own free will starting December 1st on Hollywood Suite it's a free preview that month as well. So if you don't have Hollywood Suite, you can sign up. If you don't know how to find it on your local cable provider, it's available through Amazon as well. And it's only available in Canada. So that's very exciting that we're trying to make some noise here.

And we've been making a lot of noise here. And the movie has been getting a lot of great feedback. And I'm really excited about it it i was really taken aback it was a mind-blowing 24 hours for me to come in because i was on the road for cam to just traveling to come to make it to that screening was a whole process because i was there was a fog if you remember in toronto that day flights were getting canceled i was trying to catch a flight from Tampa. I got in about two hours before the show started and rushed over to the theater.

I was blown away by not only the attendance, which was a capacity crowd, but the applause and the laughter. It was like a whole scene with the red carpet and the step and repeat. I felt like, oh, I've got to get away from this, where the happening is. It was really like a whole scene with the red carpet and the step and repeat. It was chaotic. But listen, that's exciting. And I think it's because, you know, you don't see too many Canadian films get attention. So it's exciting that when it happens and when there's a movie that's kind of fun and that's not some like real serious melodrama that's sort of a fun movie that speak you know you can just order a popcorn and watch people get behind it and they got behind it especially in winnipeg it got extended an extra week in the theaters by cineplex in winnipeg wow and i'm excited about it

you guys were on like CP24. I watched. I think with Rob Wells. CP24, the whole gamut. Was it George Lagaganas? Who was talking to you? I think so. He didn't ask me about it. Electric Circus, yeah.

The cast of The Penis didn't come up. But I'm happy that I came here so that that would come up. You know, as rumors go, that's not a bad one at all. That's not a bad rumor. And she put us in touch with Universal and we had to cut a little check. But it wasn't too big of one because they did us a huge solid because Jan's in the movie and she was very supportive.

Great scene, by the way. Yeah, and it's funny because that scene used to be a lot longer and more graphic. But I toned it down a lot after she gave us permission to use the song. And she's such a good sport. She came in. She didn't know us from Jack. She trusted us.

The movie came out great, in my opinion. She came out great. The song is hilariously placed in the movie. Great use of the song. Right, Cam? Totally. Loved it. Very high concept movie, too. Yeah. Why was Snow At the Bandits premiere Well at one point We were actually considering Using some of Snow's music, but it just didn't work out.

But Francesco Antonio, who you should have on the show sometime, who played Vini in the movie Bandits, the sort of, you know, the leader of the

impromptu leader of the Bandits. He's hilarious. The Jersey Boys guy? Yes. And not Jersey Boys, Jersey Shore.

Jersey Boys would be like, you know, Frankie Valli or whatever. But he not Jersey Boys, Jersey Shore. Jersey Boys would be like... Okay, well... Frankie Valli or whatever. But he works with Snow, I guess. Well, I know he works with Snow on some other musical ventures. So I think that Snow's interest in coming was to see his buddy Francesco. That's what I was looking for. Because Jesse didn't know.

I was wondering. No, I think that's why. And I was pretty surprised that Snow was there too. But he was really cool. He liked the movie a lot. And he brought his dog to the movie. I don't know if you noticed that. I noticed that, yeah.

And his dog was like, sat through the whole movie. And I said to him after, I said, hey. I said, so you brought your dog to the movie? He's like, yeah. And he didn't even bark once, so he loved it. And I was like, can I use that on the poster? Like, Snow's dog. Dog approved.

Liked the movie. But he's a really cool guy. And I've had a lot of almost encounters with him. And so now I actually got a chance to see him. And he was really nice. And he has a huge entourage that rolls with him, which is good for us because they bought a lot of tickets. Filled up the theater. Okay.

So we got our Bandits update. Can't wait until this is on Hollywood Suites. Yeah, you guys should check it out. I saw David Kynes there too. He's the man. He's a good man. We love that guy. What a fun crowd.

I want to name check. Tim Heron, I want to name check. Like Tyler, I'm sorry, VP of Sales was there with his wife. It's the first time I ever met his wife. I mean, just the people. And did they all like it? YYZ Gord. Yeah, everybody that I talked to.

I used to work with their publicists, too. It was great. Just what a crowd. You know who was there? Dale Cadeau, who lives in British Columbia. I'm not saying he flew for the band. Shout out to Dale. But he was there.

Nevertheless. These people love you, Stu. So shout out to all these great FOTs. Out of all of the tickets that were filled at that show, only four of them were comped. And that was Toronto Mike and his three contest winners. Every other ticket was a paid ticket. Okay.
