Darkness struck, a gut-punched theft, Sun ripped away, her health bereft.
I roar at the void.
This ain't just fate, a cosmic scam I spit my hate.
The games rigged tight, shadows deal, blood on their hands, I'll never kneel.
Yet in the rage, a crack ignites, occulted sparks cut through the nights.
The scars my key, hermetic and stark.
To see, to rise, I hunt in the dark, fumbling, fear.
Hears through ruins maze, lights my war cry, born from the blaze.
The poem is Angels with Rifles.
The track, I Am Sorrow, I Am Lust by Codex Serafini.
Check out the entire song at the end of the cast.
Ladies and gentlemen, depending on where you are in the world,

Coming all the way from Germany, I have the incredible Noelle Naima.
And I want everyone to give a warm greeting to all of you who wander into the realm of introspection and transformation.
I'm honored to introduce her.
She's a beacon of resilience and innovation in the vast sea of existence.
As the co-founder of Hardigy and Soul Soup Soup for Coaches,
Noelle orchestrates symphonies of possibility,
weaving threads of wisdom and compassion into the tapestry of human experience.
Beyond her titles and accomplishments lies a soul deeply connected to the rhythms of life,
a mother to Zoe and a multi-potentiali.
I always say that wrong.
Multi-potentiate, did you get it.
Yeah, yeah, you got it.
who dances gracefully through the corridors of diversity.
Her journey is a testament to the power of embracing change

In Noelle's presence, one finds not just a guide,
but a kindred spirit, a beacon of light illuminating the path
towards self-discovery and fulfillment.
So join us as we embark on this journey of exploration and growth.
Let us heed her call to embrace the boundless potential
within ourselves and embrace the transformative power of vibrational recalibration.
Noelle, thank you so much for being here today.
How are you?
Yes, I'm good, and I'm so happy that you are having me, and I am grateful.
Me too.
Prior to us starting the live chat right here, you had said something that I thought was
incredibly beautiful, and it was that in meeting someone, and you used the example of me,
He said, George, in meeting you today, you open up the door for me to explore Hawaii.
And I was wondering if you could just kind of carry on with that thread and maybe tell the audience a little bit about, like, what do you mean by that?
I mean that we are behavioral.
We are born in a social experiment we call family.
And after we form our own family too.
So we are born through social experiments and through the experience, the behavior,
experience of others. As a kids, we just follow, we sense what our parents, our brothers, sisters,
cousins are giving us and then we go to the kindergarten and start a big zoo of experiences.
And at the end of the day, when maybe I know that may sound extreme, but if that would be
the last day of our lives, right? So, behaviorally seen,
everything we shake with us is what we live, how we feel as life happens from the inside out.
It's an intrinsic, it's an inside experience.
So whatever you want to try that someone occupates the same space, then you occupy it here now in this moment.
There's impossible because you came to be George and to share your behavioral experience that I am.
and make the pathway to Hawaii for me.
Because life at the most simple level, remember from where we come,
it was a soup somehow one day billions of years ago,
and then a little rebellious electron.
It learned, or he, she, it, learn how to transform sun energy.
We call this photosynthesis, and then,
life, so this organic life could evolve. And if we think about our bodies, so hey, ourselves are
always reproducing that you still being George and have your behaviors, your experience, and you
are loading somewhere this experience that if we are behaviors, that we can touch and receive
the impulses, electric impulses, to make the same. You remember the experiment of the monkey island,
very famous two islands, groups of monkeys in one, a group of monkey and the other.
Some receive some tools, the others not, but after a few months, the monkeys in the island two
that had no impulse of receiving the tools, start to search for objects that would match
the tools from the monkeys in Island one. It's been a really long years ago.
Of course, we are now monkeys, but what defers us is just one, one, one strength in our DNA.
So that means that all these researchers about our behavior became more, more clear that if you make the pathway to Hawaii and we are contacting together today and we keep our contact, that means we are in the same cluster of souls.
and you made the pathway
so I know the possibility for me to come to Hawaii
the heart beating
the frequency of coming to Hawaii
is getting near
yeah it's so beautifully said
it's this idea
this web of interconnectedness
that allows us to
experience another part of the world
simultaneously as somebody else
and it blows my mind to think about it
And how one random act of kindness can ripple outwards and change the way somebody feels
four towns over or a state over or a country over.
It's so mesmerizing.
And in some ways, I think it's contagious.
Because once you start understanding the true power that you have as an individual,
just by being happy, just by doing a good deed for someone,
or thinking positive thoughts about someone
or not letting yourself get down.
Like you are making the world better
by becoming the best version of yourself, right?
Doesn't it seem like that?
Yes, I see two sides of what is said.
So I was, I spent part of my life
in the search of feeling better at first myself.
I'm born in Brazil.
And so I came through more.
many pathways to Germany. I married a German guy, so we got divorced. We have a kid. She's
teenager. And I'm not here because of her. I'm here as my own, through my own volition.
I want to leave the wonder that she is. And in one side, we are like hunting happiness
and having the feeling that we touch just a little bit of happiness or love,
let's say the romantic love, we seems to be running after it,
and when we really arrive there in that romantic love,
it is like a soap bubble.
And so there is two sides of it.
There is lots of pressure from being that happy or happiness or wow
and keeping that vibe.
And there is
these many problems
we carry inside
and unconscious, semi-conscious,
conscious, what is really
regulating and the
thoughts, the repetitive thoughts we have?
We have thousands of thoughts every day.
So when
we find contentment
and contentment is not happiness.
Contentment is something more
low profile. It's like
the humble part of a
happiness. And we are talking about contentment in yoga and Tai Chi, whatever martial art you think,
you take chie gong and so on. We use all the words for this. But I think what we can
exercise that. Every human being can exercise, of course, exercising some healthy habits. And I don't
want to sound like the calendar you have on your wall saying smart phrases of toxic positivity.
But something that's really makeable so that you have a very practical person.
If we have to talk about spirituality, too, I need something that I can grasp.
And so in these two sides of wanting to be happy and finding contentment and understanding that
contentment is in daily life in the really small things that make the day so beautiful
and understanding if you would lead dying would be a lost day of your life you're not going to
think about your car or mortage your home house mortage and things like this you are going to miss
the moments you didn't expand with the human beings you really love and things you didn't realize
like me not going to Hawaii
example. So I will feel sorry about
this. And I will feel
sorry because I didn't kiss that guy
at the moment I could.
I will feel sorry that I
didn't embrace my kid
and just laying her
bed longer. Just
feeling her aroma
that
they're so simple.
It's just so simple.
There's so many distractions.
Yes.
And it keeps us from those things that are meaningful.
Maybe you can speak to the idea of meaningfulness.
Maybe you could speak to this idea of what's it like to go from Brazil to Germany.
That sounds like a meaningful journey.
Was that a search for meaning?
Or was it a search for love?
or was it just a pathway that unfolded in front of you?
It sounds to me that in that story,
we could learn a lot about the way you think about life.
Let's say there was a search first for myself.
And if I would give you one,
just one nugget of something in this podcast today.
Because sometimes when we listen to a podcast
and it's like one hour, one hour and a hour,
we can grasp just a little bit of it.
Okay.
So my first gift to all of you is it is much simple as it sounds or it seems.
It is a game and relax.
Learn again the pathway to relax and give space for life that lives through you
to be the present that you came to experience.
Because you didn't came to be running for sunshine.
You are sunshine.
You are that little electron that learn how to make photosynthesis.
Photosynthesis or I don't know how to spell.
I'm so sorry, but that is the first present.
Don't complicate things too much.
and if you have the feeling that you are awakening and whoa i feel that life i feel pressure so so i'm not
going to um get that deep into it but many of us feel every day that the part of the day
is racing us or that we feel an enormous pressure over us and welcome to duality so
the point of it when I when you're born in a country like Brazil is a melting pot for so many cultures
and my cultural background can be traced very proudly in a tree and all generations and to the
10 generation of my grandpasives can see what we haven't been done for humankind and so on because I have
people of color in my
family. We have
people that came from Italian.
So Brazilian is really a melting
pot and the most desirable
pest if you are
a pirate.
Because everyone could be
Brazilian. There is not, you know,
you could be Brazilian,
George.
We are all Brazilians.
But even in
Brazil, there is this distinction
from South Brazilians and
North Brazilians and we used to tease each other because it is a little bit different.
And let's think about humankind's story. What is Brazil? Brazil was in the fight for the
colonists of Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and so on. And at the end, Portugal became
Brazil. Brazil was the only country in South America that doesn't speak Spanish. We speak Portuguese
and a Portuguese different from,
that differs from Portugal's
Portuguese.
And so,
and South Brazilian,
lots of Europeans,
because under the equator line,
we have winter.
So it is very similar to Europe,
but I would dare to say,
with the own expression of nature like Hawaii.
And so it is a daring,
lushful,
place that at the time during the years, it was very interesting for Europeans. We have big
Japanese colonists because they offer work. And if they would work, they would get a piece of land.
So there are many colonies that is like a melting pot. And I grew up in a background, in a family
that had medeonic powers. And they were so afraid because that wasn't from God. You know what I mean?
from, it was something from the devil. And my grandma is the daughter of a married man in a
little small town with an indigenous woman, the mother of my mother. And indigenous at the time,
I don't know how all the customs are for all indigenous tribes around the world. But from my
grand, grand, grandma, it was like this that they don't have the same.
morals about someone you love or don't love and that we are talking about 1926 and so
she had the baby and the tribe just doesn't accept the baby and she just go go to
the baby to the family of this man and the town this little town didn't accept my
grandma and so my grandma was just she was given as a gift to her a kind of step-mom
mother, we say, and she just grew out skirts of this small town selling some fruits.
And after she learned how to be a teacher, because this woman paid formation for her,
afraid that she wouldn't find a husband.
And at the end, my grandma just, she made it to the main town with her work.
She married the Barbieri.
And then after Gillette came and my grandpa lost his job.
It is such an amazing story.
And then they came to this town that is in southern Brazil, Curitiba.
When you look in the map or word map, how can you find this town?
So just look at the left side of South America.
If you find Argentina, you find Curitiba exactly in the right side to the Atlantic.
There.
And there I came to the world.
My family from my mom's side was very religions, a very strong kind of religion.
that woman sits in the left side of the church and men into the right side.
And, you know, I as a woman, I am the cause of all the world.
And very, very early, I could feel that I was different.
I was like four or five starting to read alone because they just took me to the church.
It was so boring.
I know that God wasn't going to punish me.
I don't know where, which kind of.
alcohol. They had, you know, it is like a kid you think because you see that adults change when
they drink alcohol, so you think that they drink alcohol, but they haven't. In the church, they don't
drink alcohol. And so I just knew it. I was different and, well, my perception of God was
quite different. And I sense presences outside my body, so like inorganic presence around.
Some were really good, have a lightful energy, and other were not so nice.
So this duality, this awareness that there is lightful energies, and there is some that are not so lifeful.
It was really early there, and I was really afraid of the darkness.
I was seeing shapes in the darkness.
And so from Brazil, I just wanted to see the world.
I wanted to see Hawaii, you see? I wanted to see you, George.
Here I am.
And it took a long time to realize that I feel home all around the world.
And I had this wonderloose inside me.
It was not enough being in Curitiba.
It was not enough being in Sao Paulo.
It was not enough being in Rio de Janeiro.
I wanted to see the world.
And so the first opportunity that came over,
me after my first bachelor I learned communication in form in scenic arts I
wants to be an actress and so the first opportunity that came to just step out of
this bubble of being a young human being I just went to Argentina to Buenos Aires
at first for this semester normally you have to make a semester somewhere else and so I
made it there, just training my voice to be an opera singer.
It was too hard. It was too hard. And I'm too easy. And I'm trusted about nature and
the nature of human beings. I would never could expand my life using the instrument of my voice
to enchant others through opera because I'm too curious. I'm worse as a month.
when I see when I think about a banana I'm already excited so if you I just think they are where
George leaves is a better banana or an interesting banana I want to go there and so I'm so
curious that I am just like I want to see that different banana I want to taste that
banana and we have so many different kinds of banana plants all around the world so
I wouldn't lose this.
And I had this feeling I have to go out of Brazil.
And I was different in the school.
I was different with my friends.
They told me I was to, I was not every week happy about Fridays.
I was not living for Fridays.
You understand me.
And to get drunk on Fridays from the place I live in Brazil, we are, we formed the Mercosu.
there is a cultural background in a South American
that's very bound to barbecue parties
and eat lots of meat and find meaning,
being together, eating lots and drinking lots
and living for Friday.
So it doesn't matter, they don't make that much thoughts
about getting a better life.
I hope that the new generations now do.
Yes.
Like stepping into a better.
life not only about money, but about having a different mentality. And so I wanted to explore a different
way of life. And being a vegetarian at the time, it was for my grandma. How? If there is a big
status school in the families, if you can eat meat every day and the best of all minutes.
Okay. It must be somewhere in this world that I can learn something different. And
With 14, I had really strong lower back pain that caused even cramps in my intestines,
and no doctor could find out what I had.
We just research from doctor to doctor to doctor to what they could do.
They pinch me.
They look through me and nothing helped.
But I are through a literary competition.
I earn a theater course
And so
In this formation for theater
A teacher came
And she was like a fury
Imagine a long hair
She's very
She entered the room
And I was like
She's so beautiful
And she just gave us essential oils
In our hands like lavender
And she told us
If you have a physical pain
In your body
Now you're going to rub lavender oil on your pain because lavender oil will help you not only over your skin, it will go inside your body and will have an effecting your meridians.
And I was like, wow, what the hell?
Meridians.
Who are the meridians?
And so I remember, oh, I have lower back pain.
I got it down over and like, oh.
in clockwise direction.
And so now we are going to breathe out through our meridians,
the blockade that you had there,
because essential oils are too subtle.
And I was like, oh, my God.
Okay.
And then I just concentrate in focus and to breathe out that pain.
And surprise, surprise, that was yoga.
And three, four days after, I had no pain anymore.
So I was following the teacher, but what are we doing in corporal expression?
And she was like, this is yoga, my love.
And I'm so happy that you don't have any pain anymore.
So just buy some lavender oil and find your contentment.
And the word is contentment.
So there's that a very big research.
So you see how I came to Germany.
Because I am this researcher until today.
why I got stuck in Germany.
Yes, George, you find us out.
You're good.
You were really good.
It was what we think we know about love.
Me too.
I love it.
Thank you for sharing that story.
I find origin stories to be so wonderful.
And it's such a great joy to get to have people explain it in their own.
words and I feel like I kind of got to be in the bushes watching you as you were telling the
story, you know, I'm like, oh, I could totally see that and I can I can totally get it. It's,
it's really cool. I love that part. It reminds me of one of my favorite authors is Joseph Campbell
and he talks about, right, isn't he wonderful? Like, and he talks about these mythologies and one
of the things that he says is follow your bliss. It sounds to me like that's what you've done.
Yes, but what we forget, George, is remember duality?
Sometimes we think about bliss as something that we mean.
So, let's compare bliss with a yoga pose.
Okay.
If you never make yoga, it doesn't matter if I would have became a cent, a penny for every human being that met me.
Oh, I always want to try yoga.
Okay, I would be millionaire by now.
Totally.
Just start by saying that if you want to try some yoga, flexibility starts between your
ears in your mind
where we think that the mind needs because it's not
our brain. And so
let's compare with a yoga pose.
You just twist
and bend and bread and try
to keep your thoughts
at one place because there's the point
of the yoga pose is not just to get
you stretchy and
trunks, the true life
that you can enjoy
life, but balance.
When you go to the balance
pose,
you learn that it's hard work to arrive there and it's not a place that you arrive.
When you arrive there, you have to work hard in that day, in that present moment, in that now, to keep the balance.
And then you lose balance again because in two hours or tomorrow, balance looks differently.
It is a different experience.
but you know how it feels
and is very particular and unique
to every transient being.
What means balance for me now?
It is not the same that means balance for you.
But everyone has this capacity
of finding out how to get the peak performance
into the yoga pose
and maybe how to hold us for hours.
Remember these pictures we have from India, from these yoghings,
they will be like in headstand for three days.
They have just something covering the 18 parts,
and they will be like laying on that dreadlocks.
I don't know, something very exotic.
They are not deceived by the insects coming over then.
They are concentrating, they are meditating and so on.
We have sometimes such ideals that they are completely outside of our now.
In this now, in this moment, I'm so happy just to be here sitting on my sofa in my golden walls and talking to you.
And if someone they're outside in this big world just get a little bit happier or a little bit of contentment truly,
That's it.
If you are still dreaming in the future or having big dreams and all the time getting lost from the now somewhere else in your mind, there is no aliveness in this now.
How can you shake in the beautiful nature around you if you have no space in your mind or in your heart to invite this experience in?
remember life happens from the inside out
there's no way
and if you have the feeling that your life happens
from the outside in
oh my God call me
get in contact
we need to connect some dots
there inside and maybe it will ring about
I hope that with this example
you understand what I want to mean
Yeah, it's this quest for external validation.
Like you'll never find it.
You'll always be looking for it.
But it's with you all the time if you're willing to have faith in yourself and love yourself
and understand that yourself is trying to love you if that makes sense.
Yeah.
But we suffer too when we don't have the social validation.
Isn't suffering part of it?
Do you think like what role does suffering play?
the same play as love
sometimes suffering is love
love is suffering
whether we make it or not
yeah
we put so
strong efforts
every day and avoiding
suffering
could you maybe consider
just for a little while
that if when you close your eyes
when we close our eyes
we have the feeling of separateness,
that we are separate to something.
And that is not true.
You are just turning in.
And then your ears get like really big
because the senses expand.
And so the life from within
that is trying sometimes very hard to express itself
through you and I have full tears in my eyes now.
It's just reading for the gaps that you're not giving for the life trying to express itself
through you because you're so afraid of life or doing right or doing wrong, just hunting the next money or the next success and so on.
And the world just don't need more successful human beings or billionaires or.
influencers, whatever it is you think that the word needs, it doesn't.
The word just needs that you find some contentment to give space for the life that is living
within you, to have some fun.
And when you find something that you have fun, then we have this Michael Jordan effect.
Ask Michael Jordan, what would he be doing every day if he will be Michael Jordan?
His answer is like playing basketball.
And so if you find something that brings you contentment every day, you're lucky.
And if you can't perceive lucky, okay, lucky without any money, having not a penny, not fun.
And a lot of money.
And feeling miserable, not fun at all.
So what is the place between these two lines for you?
because the most of us, we don't need to be millionaires or billionaires.
We just need to find a connection.
And if you love the bus of your job and selling actions every day or whatever you sell or whatever you do,
you are, when you get in the flow, in the zone and you are connected to life,
that life that lives through you, that one expresses herself as an art through you,
in this now, not with thoughts of the future that makes you anxious, not suffering from the past,
depression, or feeling guilty, a shame, whatever it is. In this now, just cut all the rubbish.
What is to grasp now for me, now, here, in this moment. Now I have the morning and what is the ground for
contentment in this morning. So just go on in little pieces and life is much simple.
No one, if this rules that we have from the outside that are ditching your life like,
you have to be like this. Okay, I'm not saying please sit on the table when you went in
the restaurant and eat on the table, just put your clothes out and eat naked on the table.
I'm not saying like this, right? So there is some behavioral things that we are.
agreed all together that we would follow that everyone can feel comfortable but if you think about it
even this sometimes is used to detect you to a different way of a clothing or that you know what you
mean everything can be used in a measurement too much or too less no good but what is the
golden point what is the sribbonate the golden retius then for you and if you
you find contentment in daily life and very simple things. I'm not saying as well, oh, don't be
ambitious and so no, if you have ambition, I hope you feel excited about being ambitious and not
the pressure. I have to, I have to. I have to. Oh my God. Oh, my God. And then, more touch.
And some give birth to a big life. And then you are in cage because you give birth to the big
life. You are married with
the bank because you have
to get a credit to pay the
mortgage. So
I don't know if you're going
to take your Porsche or you're
going to be incinerated after life
inside your Porsche.
If this is going to be your tomb
like a pharaoh
over me.
I know so that they take their
utensils and so on.
I don't know.
But life is not based
in matter. We use matter.
matter is here to serve us to give space to what you came to be whatever it is and it is evolving
so if you like art if you like being an accountant but the point is for a few generations before
it was important for people to think about how much i'm going to earn each hour per hour and so on
it is not that is not important today but if you give too much importance to it you will be selling
yourself to the system.
And then we are talking about
prostitutes and so on.
Well, they are selling
sex and you, what are you
selling then for not being
happy but having the
money? And
at the end of the day again
when you lay your head in the pillow
if you're healthy.
If you feel peaceful.
Yeah?
And peace of mind.
Think about it.
many days I am the one teaching people how to feel this or how to have the feeling of it
I am engaged in my own thoughts sometimes and so I have to make some great exercises or use
essential oils in my diffusers to help myself how to go back to that yoga pose to balance
before I fall asleep it is not easy it is easier say than don't but if you have to make
something. The first
action, it is a
daring act of self-love.
A daring act of self-love.
Because there is
so much distractions. I used to say it before
taking us away
of the essence.
What you really came to be and express
yourself through the meridians?
Remember, my theory, oh, the meridians.
What are the meridians?
You
as a point, you are a bundle of
energy through the meridians. There is
no way out of energy, of being expressing of this energy. And when everything is away in this life,
you just go back to be potential again through the meridians, information that maybe we incarnate
again or not. If you don't believe all the rubbish, just leave it. But the point of this,
if you have just one life, you don't have to go berserk trying to eat the word in one day or one
month and in one year because then you're just living every grace of the day of the morning
of the afternoon of the evening away you just didn't perceive you are enslaved by your own
thoughts or from the idea of being something that you aren't you can dream and you can realize
big things but it is contentment that is not so high-profile than happening but
But it's contentment that will feel you like a sandwich.
If I just press you now in a hug, it will come contentment overall.
And there is a delicious hug.
If you can allow yourself to be in that hug with all your heart, like,
ah, can you let go for a moment, just for a moment,
and then feel life as a tight corset, you know, like, I have to, I have to.
I need you.
I have.
And yeah, it's easier say it than done.
I have challenges in my life too.
It is strange that somehow after long years,
I became a teacher exactly this kind of river guide.
But I didn't this to be a hero.
I just did it all.
to help myself out of my own inner miserability.
And it happened that I can help others.
But I am wise enough to say, don't think please of me.
I'm like, oh my God, she reached so much.
She lived Brazil.
She lived in Spain and this and that.
Yeah, I did.
But it didn't took me out of being a human being every day, sometimes like you,
having the feeling of a
diagonalizing feeling as a single mom
that you don't know how you're going to meet ends
for the month,
for now.
Yeah.
And understanding that suffering,
the duality is made of suffering
and contentment.
What is so different about them?
It is your lecture.
If you get attached
to the bad vibes
or for
you know
if you classify this
this is bad
we need to discern
we need to know how it is
think about
let's sit again together
in the caves
you and me George
wife your kids
I don't know
and we are there
just afraid
that the next animal
will come
and eat as
we have to learn how
you know
but why did we
stay in
that, you know, like this fear.
And you realize that even social television, social media,
some of them are fomenting more fear because fear is a easy way of control,
of manipulative messes.
So how do you really big feel of this?
Sounds easy and now you think of me of a new hippie,
but think about self-loaf,
Love. Doesn't matter the metadata, the tool you're using for real self-love.
When you are really loving yourself, you are not easy to manipulate, my dear one.
And I don't think that everyone around or the one's trying to sell you something every day.
If they are really glad about a critic mask that is not to manipulate anymore, but
Self-love starts always with the feeling that if you connect to one little something in the day
that will help you exercise that yoga pose, that will help you exercise the feeling of sustaining contentment,
you won this day big.
And you make the pathway free for others to do the same as George,
open the pathways for me to come to Hawaii.
That is how we teach each other feeding these meridians that others can make the same pathway.
What brought us away from the caves to where we are here now, George?
Speaking through across all times, dimensions, realities.
I am in the future, you are in the past.
Right.
What just proportioned us this boom that we can talk today?
I think it on some level
part of yourself
finds yourself
part of you finds me
and part of me find you
part of us found on you
and like it's like we
you find yourself
and the things that you love
and sometimes those things are far away
and you get just
I like the metaphor of the lens that you saw
and I do see it that way
like getting to see
Brazil through your eyes
getting to see a young girl growing up
with an incredible family like I got to
experience that because of you? You know, and I, when you talk about being a single mom, I'm
taken back to part of my family. I see my sister. And in some ways, I see myself as the child.
And I really think that on some level, this is the definition of self-love, is being able to
experience the wonder, the stress, the heartache, and the heartfelt hug of the universe around
us and the stories of everyone else. Like, you can read. And maybe that's why we have
such an attachment to storytelling, you know, and I think back to being days at a camp
or sitting around a campfire and, oh, hearing the stories, you know, and like they, they are
us. We are the stories and everyone's life right now. Now you get to be the main character in the
story if you're willing to step up and, and love yourself enough to stand up for yourself
when you find yourself at a job that you don't like or you find yourself in a relationship,
it's not enough. And you feel it in your heart, like a little part of your heart is dying.
you got to do something, you know.
The world is desperately in need.
Yes, thank you.
Yes, it's, yes, it's in need.
It makes me want to cry, yeah.
It's so true.
And we see, George, so I became, I dreamed of so many things in life.
Some of the things came to fruition and having dreams to be.
something is wonderful but don't get too attached to the results enjoy the pathway and i became a naturopat
so after when i came back from bali because i met really crazy people in my bali is all islands are like
okay so there is a life before and a life after bali one friend of us got burned in the
moton bike and inside the inside of his leg was completely
barn.
And we wanted to bring him to the hospital.
And we had a guy every day offering massages in our house in Bali at the time.
It was a three or four floors house.
With many Brazilian, we were working for a trading.
They were buying handcrafts, clothes, silver.
And so someone has to organize this out.
That's where we.
No key, a single, no kids, no attachment.
Yeah.
And so, and he was a little guy, greasy with really strong glasses, you know, strong lenses.
When he turned to you, he looks like a dragonfly a little bit like, like the guy.
Okay.
And his name was Madi.
And he was giving us massage.
He was every day there, six o'clock in the morning.
And who wishes for a massage, he would just would go there, lay in this message.
table that he had and you paid him some rupees and so and I was like intrigued because he was
he's indeed there six o'clock in the morning and when that happened that our friend got burned
he was like he couldn't speak he could speak maybe three or four phrases in English and we
no balinism and we understood that he wanted to help us and so I
I was a little bit afraid.
No, we have to go to the hospital, blah, blah, blah.
And so my friend, you want to go to the hospital?
We don't know if he has international insurance.
Do you have international insurance?
Yes, I have the guy that is paying for me to work here.
And so we do know if he has an insurance.
So we need now any help that they can give us
because they burn their legs every day.
And they don't have the money to go to the hospital.
So I think he knows what he's doing.
And I was like, oh, my God.
If this guy will die, I don't want to have the responsibility for it.
But we just step in the car.
So we had a car with a driver because it's crazy to drive in Baila or somewhere, many places in Asia.
And he took us to his house.
His wife made like a suit of a red fruit that I still not knowing what it is.
Just laid over this burn it spaces.
And my friend, after a half an hour, he was again there.
And he was like, oh, that relief so much my pain.
I'm like here now again.
After three, four days to one week, it was forming a crust over the burn.
And every day he would bring us that red like juice from this fruit.
And that was, I was very impressed.
So I started to ask him, what is this?
And he's like, I urvite.
A Yurvet
Well, that was my first contact through yoga in Ayurvith,
but let's say that I dedicate my life then in this quest of searching
how could I live better and help others to live better?
And then I start to see a repeating pattern.
Why?
After expending so much money for a private,
Ayurveda cleans example.
In the Ayurveda clinic, my years learning to be
Ayurveda medicine practitioner.
In Germany, I live in Germany,
Ayurveda medicine is private.
Many people that
come to Ayurveda medicine
or they have no choice.
They have no condition to travel to India or to Sri Lanka.
They are too feeble for it.
So Ayurveda medicine in Europe
is very elitir.
and for the ones that can pay for,
and for those that have no choice.
And if you wait really in your life that you have no choice,
I don't know if I can empathize with you, you know,
because sometimes it is too late.
But we do whatever you can.
And then six, seven months after,
they have a different shade of gray from the same.
So, hey, and then it doesn't matter in which front I was acting as a yoga, yoga therapy, with aromatherapy, the first forms of vibrational recalibration, I give the name chakra flow balance because I started attending private customers, having coaches.
And they didn't came just for yoga or for Ayurveda.
it was something hanging in the air.
And I was like, what should I do it?
So I took my pendulum and I was checking their chakras.
That is how everything is started.
Like it's open, it's closed.
There is something here to see, to read, to sense.
So that is how it started.
And I was really respectful about tapping into radistasy.
So I got at first a formal formation in the hadistasy,
a psychoscience.
Right? It is a Pseudo.
Oh, sorry, Psoido is German.
I'm mixing words.
And it is fascinating because we are reading the information
that the Aborigines are reading searching for water,
that the Chinese are reading when they are using their hands
or they have a little, I don't know how is the name of the device,
that they go over the body to see the meridians or the imbalances.
we are all doing the same.
And so I was like, what?
It is energy at first.
Energy first.
Everything is energy.
But how to use this energy in a way, remember, I'm very pragmatic and I want to see results.
That we have results here now, because we can talk for hours.
If I can give you one nugget that you can use in your daily life, then for what?
It was a nice conversation, but something you can grasp.
So how can you grasp energy?
You have to yield this energy in a way that through the meridians,
because the meridians are not starting or finishing in your body,
you are a bundle of energy, a bundle, a beautiful bundle, George, in Hawaii.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
I am a bundle, so a beautiful bundle of energy here.
So how can we aim and channel this kind of energy?
And if we see the last 50, 60 years, we have a boom of therapists like Teta healing and many different kinds of Reiki.
There is Kahuna Reiki, originally as well from Hawaii, Hoponopono and this and that.
But everything goes through the body of the therapist.
And we are limited.
Remember, we were talking about suffering.
Suffering is a part of life.
love and contentment and happiness, there is no difference, just our attachment to it.
And maybe the resonance we get to the time in the caves, in the caves, that we have to save
this sense of fear to survive. But we are not in that sense of cave anymore, but we live a very
stress in life. That goes through our fight or flight and maybe activate something that is very
primitive inside us. And through activating something that's very primitive and make us afraid,
we are controllable. We are searching for answers completely all the time into the outside,
and for validation. Do we need validation? Yes, but from the human beings that really matters for
you, from the people you love. And so through this,
experiences. I was tired, trying to fix those that waited until the last minute to get some
help. And I decided to work in the preventional health. In Ayurveda, there is a saying.
Ayurveda is full of saints and sages and holy books and people that are really deep inside
the material of Ayurveda. Yesterday I go to talk about Ayurveda. It was very
surprise. I go of them
three subjects
to choose
because it was for
India. And I was sure
one of them they would never
pick. It was Ayurido for
Dumis and they took exactly this one.
I was really surprised and
it was wonderful but not the point
here. And so
if you just take the
energy and accept that you are
energy and that if you really,
can go deep into yourself, into self-love.
Doesn't matter the pathways you choose.
Self-love is not making time for being in the tube or buying yourself.
Those are rituals of celebration of self-love.
There are some symbols you are giving some meaning.
Self-love is hard work because you have to tap into your.
And so if you are full of it,
call me.
I can handle.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You see, for a lovely feat.
And so, that is my work, right?
Sure, sure.
The interchange of energy.
And so we start the formal recalibrations like this.
And I am a, you remember, I am someone that is always,
I need this input of new people, new information.
I'm the curious monkey.
And so I made many formations,
radistency, and the crime school of new times for therapeutic energy.
And this, this, this and that.
It doesn't matter.
We love to say that we have this certification,
but for me it's like, and then what?
It is just one certificate over the others.
What are you doing with this?
Because if you're not showing me what are you doing,
there is no action, blah, blah, blah.
And through yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy,
I've met so many nice people,
but as well the other side of the rope
where the ones that are blah, blah, blah,
but they are literates,
but they are not action people.
So I am a literate and I am someone that wants action
and I want a union of this, the yoga union.
Okay, so the yoga of reality.
I want to see how it works here now.
and see results.
If you're telling me,
because the monkey got them.
Okay, until the monkey God made any difference in my life,
my fate will stay inavailable.
So that means I can set my faith whatever I want.
And if you have your faith in God, in our religious,
I don't know, in money, in love, and sex drugs, rock and roll,
it doesn't matter.
It is your choice where you are setting your fate
and it is okay to have the feeling that when you are touched by spirit,
and I know the feeling, it is delicious to be touched by spirit.
And you sense that you can leave all this anxiety
or the preoccupations you had in the past
into something bigger than you hands.
But the smaller hands of action from this bigger force is you.
You are this.
It is a choice not to get attached to too much the world.
drama, you know, there are some, they are viciously attached to drama and gossip.
If there is not a daily gossip to talk about it, oh my God, there is no life.
And the round of reclamations in Germany, it is like a national sport.
You come to a place to a local to meet the locals.
And at first the first 10 minutes, it's like a competition to see who is worse in life.
You know, it is a reclamation.
They are complaining.
And I'm like, oh, patience, it's my surname.
What are we doing here?
Why am I not in heaven?
Because I'm not ascended.
So I have something to learn.
And so it came that we start researching the recalibrations.
I start researching.
I was writing about the recalibrations for Brazil long years.
There are some articles of me online in Brazil that have been read more than one million
of times about your calibration.
Yeah.
And they have calibration of humankind.
The calibration of our energy fields.
So the degrees of earth.
Right?
So we are talking about physics.
There is no, oh, and Art Angel Michael comes and is going to give you a lesson.
If you want, so energy will dresses us.
Archangel Michael and they will come to teach you.
Is this art angel Michael exists?
Yes, as you exist too.
Or I will be just summoning George.
George, please George.
I will be summoning.
You will be summoning.
You are source in action.
I know there is many lots of YouTube channels where you open dividends.
You are source in action.
get goosebumps. So I'm ascending to be that voice, bringing you to goosebumps.
And this point, we are sharing recalibration. Vibrational recalibration is a sum of all my work,
researching and my search to bring to humankind as a big monshot, how to be the modern shaman,
how to be the modern, everything. In recalibrations, the facilitators, they are not therapists. They are
facilitators, they give space for you in your energy field.
This expression that you are in your meridians,
that we will turn, we will raise a bar,
tuning your meridians like the chords of one guitar
and teaching you how to keep the vibe
without having too much back,
and falls to the same vibration you have before.
There is no way out of thinking about the future of medicine
without vibration, frequencies, sound and so on.
And that is how vibrational recalibration is born.
And just when my life was swept away through Corona, right?
No yoga studios, no Ayurveda clinic.
I had no fixed agenda anymore.
So,
oh my way, why?
So what?
What?
What now?
And so I got some customers that gave me the opportunity to work with them online,
and I hope the more will come,
because it's amazing to be the river guide for them in this.
And then we start to giving recalibations for free to see the results.
Remember the monkey? I want to see how this banana looked like.
And what happens in human beings life with different backgrounds and cultural backgrounds and morals?
Through recalibration. It is amazing. We don't have until now one negative feedback.
All feedbacks are positive. Some are very sensible for those that are energy sensible.
Other are more quiet and shy. But everyone senses.
that if you go through the recalibration, something changed in your life and how it is to receive a recalibration.
Think about a guided meditation with elements, whatever you feel.
Oh my God, that looks like hypnosis. Okay, looks like hypnosis.
That looks like reggae. Yes, it looks a reiki.
The only difference is we open our room and this inflow of energy will go direct to a point of your meridians,
maybe in your past, maybe in past lives, maybe in the now, maybe in possibilities of the future,
as outside the liner time we have here, there is no time space.
It is everything happening in the same time because everything is vibration.
So, and when that little thing come from your unconscious, unconscious, big library,
you can call Akashik records.
It would be okay to call it Akashik record.
unconscious just one part of the Akashik records and our DNA is
is quantic so what took us out of the caves to hear now consciousness or we
would be seen the caves if we can help each other and as we evolve and we are
talking through devices this is a wonder go back 200 years they would kill you go
back to the Inquisition I could be dressed with this way as a woman talking
about this or using my herbs or my
micro dosing, my
everything that aims to it.
And there's many pathways. If you're going to make a
treatment with me into recalibration,
it may involve you
falling in love with yourself,
with the expression of life that you are.
We may use Ayurveda.
We may use yoga.
We may use breathwork. We may
use aromaterp. I lose lots
of essential oils.
because it varies fast.
The element that we have more around us is air.
Try to close your nose and stay without breathing.
Put lots of effort to it.
So we will use and tailor your coaching time through recalibration.
Hecalibration, re-equilibrium, rebalance, raising always a little bar
in your meridiums and teaching you how to sustain it because the point of falling again in the
same patterns even if you know something oh she's talking about things that already know
sustain it i challenge you sustain it yes sustaining sustaining the change the change
and finding contentment teaching your inner
your inner saboteurs not to bring you down taking the power of some inner saboteurs that kept
you enslaved so long years about your body weight about toxic relationships with someone with your
work with your body with your sexuality you know if you are still married but you are homosexual
You want to try.
You want to come out of the closet.
This is a toxic relationship
with yourself and
with your cultural backgrounds.
Toxic relationships.
We are
setting the venom inside us
by own volution
because we want.
And if you are pointing fingers to the outside,
it was my ex-husband. It was my
mother. It was
you, George.
Oh my God, call me.
Call me.
We can help you.
And the recalibrations are always a set of three, a try me to see if we, if you, sorry, but if you're ready.
Are you ready to take responsibility that you are energy?
And if you change something energetically in your meridians, then things will start to move.
And then you get afraid, but I'm here.
to hold you if you feel afraid, then if you are ready, after the three first recalibrations,
then you are allowed to buy a bigger package.
Because I don't want to work with someone that will, oh, my God.
I'm not ready.
Okay, so just go back to the same place and keep repeating the old patterns, and that's okay.
if you are happy, unhappy, who am I to check you out of your miserability?
So I want to teach you contentment.
And if by living contentment, by being the personification of contentment and my life changed
really lots size 19.
I die.
I had after that experience and came back.
And I know that even if it's a.
just through my faith in energy, that we are not finished with that. Even if you believe this,
and believe me, there is a joy into the experience in the organic body through the senses,
through the splittoral of feelings. Negative ones, positive ones. Explain me negative and positive.
Give me the parameters. Oh, negative makes me feel really worse and positive makes me feel really
good. Okay, that I got it. But feeling really good all the time, where would you have a
contrast to learn about yourself without the contrast? So let's name bad feelings or bad vibes
or people that just make you insane or they have the talent or put you in a space that you don't
feel good. Like your family example, or a brother.
or a narcissist in your life or a boss that treats you with instability
or if you are in an environment, you are treating with instability,
it is always a choice to stay there.
And principally, it is a choice too to stay in this inner environment
because you know, yes, the little voice inside you that says you deserve better.
It is the voice of your soul trying to bring you to your essence.
and when you are there, it is a feeling.
So now I'm feeling like, oh my God, I have to make the taxes.
I have to make this.
And I'm like, I will need help myself.
Please help me out.
And I'm like, okay, if I die today, who is going to care for my taxes?
Who is going to care that I still have in boxes?
We moved just recently to Berlin.
And it was a big move.
I have no, I spare room like before.
So I have this spare room still in my living room.
And so, and thinking about society, I just like, oh, my God, you have to have everything done
because there is the environment that you child, my mother or my ex.
And so I'm sitting on the sofa now.
And after this beautiful conversation, everything that I, you know what I'm going to do?
I will prepare my microdosing for today because I don't have.
to drive. So I will enjoy my micro-dosing, my connection with God. I will feel grateful. I will have a look
at my kid because she's home today. She was having some belly cramps. And so I make a big massage in her
belly in her tummy before I came to talk with you. And then I will start my day. I don't have any
appointment after podcasts and so on because this energy we create now is like a wow. And so I want to enjoy
too. So then after
I will think about
the taxes, I was sitting my computer
with humbleness for everything that I
don't know, like the taxes,
that are getting me ready.
I would dance with my saboteur,
the tech saboteur.
I would suffer
the while because
there is the contrast for
this joy of now.
And this is duality.
Resilience accepting that.
Both are the same
side of the same coin. If you focus too much into one or the other, this is attachment.
That is why Buddha never meditate every day under the same tree. Because if you attach to the
tree or if you attach to the place you are sitting over, you start a relationship with this.
And let's talk about human beings that have a relationship with their own sorrow, with the drama,
with all the, yeah. And let's about having a relationship then with our contentment.
It's not interesting for the pharma industry or for all the industries outside if you have a relationship with your contentment.
Because you understand at the end of the day, you need so little.
That is beautiful.
I'm enchanted.
Thank you.
The idea of attunement, the idea of recalibration.
Big, right?
Yeah, yeah, it's difficult for me to put into words.
You know, I'm thinking about the different ways in which recalibration can help you see the world differently,
or it can help you see the suffering as bliss, you know, to see through the suffering.
I think that recalibration is such a giant, it's such a beautiful word because it says so much and so little.
What role does harmony play in recalibration?
Harmony is again the yoga pose concept.
Right?
So harmony is something that when you enter a room or you are around someone,
you feel that you harmonize with this environment or you feel that you harmonize with this someone.
There are places as well on earth that when you arrive, it is the personification.
or the materialization of harmony, right?
So like a cloister or a monastery or a beautiful church.
But what is then, how to reach harmony, how to touch harmony,
how to make harmony work out in this plane of three-dimensional life.
And that is very useful for us.
You know high achievers.
everything must be perfect
perfectionism
they're
hunting perfection
and that gets sick
principally because beauty
or perfection
can be perceived in many
different layers
of their onion we were talking
before depends
and who is looking at it
so harmony
the same
What is harmony today?
Harmony is a changing effect.
It is an abstract and big expression of something.
We know all what means harmony.
But made it this harmony just breaking little pieces like your soul.
It's a big soul.
And it was one day in the ocean of vibration.
And it felt the long.
to experience something else and so across all times dimensions realities and spaces it
became beautiful George a fractal of your soul and so it is as well with harmony harmony
it is this big ocean that always is always loving always bredding itself into
the multiverse, and the cluster of a milkway.
And so one day, we got some friction, we got some longing,
and many different points became universes, became humans, became aliens,
became plants, became dinosaurs, became, became, became, became.
And harmony was expressing itself from the inside out in different experiences.
So how you go back to harmony, you find harmony every day in the small contentments of life.
It is like little steps of contentment will give you that sense of harmony.
When you clean your house and everything is tidy, it's tidy.
Or when you dress yourself and you look in the mirror like, whoa, baby, your heart, that is harmony for you.
So harmony has many faces, but we know that it's harmony because we feel more peaceful.
We feel in flow with the moment.
We feel that we are doing things right, even when no one is looking at you, when no one is controlling you.
You're doing it right.
And so you feel harmony because you don't have so many back thoughts or deep thoughts.
about doing it right or doing it better or doing it again or getting it more, getting it less.
It's like, ah, everything is so nice now.
Even if it's just five minutes.
Yeah.
Those your eyes and bat into it.
And, you know, once they arrive into the vacation, like 14 days' vacation, round trip to let's take Bali again.
But they are suffering in day one because that is just one day less and they have to roll back home.
This is not harmony.
Right.
Right?
So what is harmony?
Wow.
Don't get mad about jet lag.
Don't get mad about the food.
Don't get mad.
Whatever.
There is a line for Visa on arrival.
Yeah.
Visa on arrival.
And what is harmony?
We define everything.
We need definition.
that we have a point to hold, the same.
You go to the doctor, you want to see what is happening with your blood.
Then you have parameters that classic medicine, alopathy decided between here and here is normal
because the researches, the shelves of research shows that if it's between zero and 100,
you're normal.
But maybe you are a reception and you are not feeling really good because you are under or over that parameter, right?
So what is harmony?
Harmony, if you choose a parameter, something that you can compare yourself,
maybe that harmony for you will be a suffering space.
Right?
So you have to compare it with your neighbor or with someone that have much more money
or the six-pack in the belly and can show the bikini body.
Whatever it makes you feel more harmonious.
If you are welcoming and giving a space to this harmonious,
then call it whatever it is. Harmony, inner peace. It is the name you want to give it, baby.
But call it by heart and fate and leave yourself completely, 100, 150% in this. It's the same.
With sex, drugs, rock and roll. You say you love sex, but everything you have of reference for sex is porn or so on.
them, harmony and sex, sexual life,
finding a pathway to orgasmic living,
even if you are not having sex.
Think about sex how it's being sell as a product,
a byproduct of consume, or drugs.
Yeah.
The legal drugs, alcohol, sugar, ships, salt, fast food,
and keeping us under the levels of,
nutrition that they bring and that the organic part of our bodies are not working fine.
So harmony, what means harmony then for a person that's dreaming about eating vegetables.
I wish that was my that was my daughter.
Mama, I'm dreaming of eating.
Yeah.
Okay, I see because you know you have to be acribic that your kids eat more vegetables.
Yeah.
But some people don't have any vegetables there.
and it is not accessible for them.
Do you have really clear that harmony is different for each of us?
It is a place of playing between among wishing upon a star,
what you have now, and gratefulness, I would say,
because if you're not grateful for everything you have in this year,
I have too much abundance here now,
just to
no spare room
so I can give
some harmony away
and I can get
free and free space
for more harmony.
So for me now
harmony is space,
clarity.
But for someone
that has no access
to vegetables
would be
fresh cooked meal.
And for someone
that has no money,
some money.
And so on.
Harmony,
inner peace.
of this
learn
in your own pathway
how to adapt for yourself
being grateful because
maybe you have
already lots of harmony
you're just blind to it
because you're comparing yourself
to the sixth side of harmony
or to someone else to King Kardashian
or whatever
it's a life concept
harmony is something pretty much alive
it's not something attainable
it's something you exercise
the word relationships comes to mind
it seems like the same way
you have a relationship with self
you have a relationship with awareness
and you have a relationship with harmony
like a dancing partner right
there is a tango
sometimes you'll be leading
sometimes you're glad
sometimes you step on their feet
yeah
a few days you'll be mad about the music
horrible music i hate it
next day you eat
next day you eat some vegetables
you drink more water
everything will be okay
we live in a very big playground
yeah and we are just
always finding some reason
to not play big
take me as an example right so
I have a moonshot and I'm playing big now,
but it took me really long years to not attach to drama.
And when it comes, the aha experience that you're like,
I was attached to drama, but I thought I was so far away with this.
Uh-huh.
Uh-huh.
And when this awareness come,
you're not going to expand many hours.
So that thousand hours talking in the telephone
or making thoughts about things that are nonsense.
See harmony in feeling good in finding content.
Imagine just the people around you in your home environment
that would feel better if you are just content.
If you are not spitting your miserability on then all the time,
And some aren't like this.
They open their mouths and everything they can do is to express how unsatisfied they are about life.
Oh, my God, if you are healthy.
Think about those that aren't healthy.
I'm not taking the validity if you are feeling depressive or you're feeling blue.
Right.
But nowadays, we live in the time that just by watching a YouTube video, you can do something.
for yourself it is for free there is no excuses to not start and organize in
something that takes action towards being a better version of yourself the
other way around too unfortunately yeah yeah but I hope that we keep
the vibe and that I can as you are me living in Hawaii and I am you you living in
Burling a town too full of a story who doesn't know about the Berlin wall everyone we
learn in the school it is part of story and now I live in this town with this
heritage wow some parts of the town have really intense energy it is part of
this reality so we live in multi layers of reality but at the end of the day it is how i knowily how i'm living
these layers of energy and finding harmony being here and gratefulness i can be in burling the little girl
growing in brazil in the outskirts of town in the periphery i never thought about when they
that I would see snow, that I would see burning and all the craziness that is here,
reading in the books, immortal in the movies, and I'm here, and I'm humble.
I could have a choice to sense like, no, I want to be like George.
I will start to suffer now because I'm not in Hawaii.
So please, let's suffer no early because you are not in Hawaii.
I don't know when I can go to Hawaii.
Oh my God, it is so expensive.
I would miss the time being grateful for being burden.
It is gray. It is cold.
Today is not windy yet.
And I learned how to appreciate winters that you open the window.
It is so icy cold that you get awake like,
it has an effect in me
but that is not what I am
it doesn't define who I am
so my harmony now and this morning
is to find balance
in this now
and how do you find balance in this now
you exercise it
one day it will be your second nature
like jogging
like
laying yourself on the sofa and tuning to Netflix
so it is being your second nature
eating ships or eating really good food
I'm quite often ask about
I read nutrition and what is the role of food
in this all now
big question
because again it depends how far are you
allowing yourself to nourish
Using food. For what do you need food?
Well, there's a big industry outside saying you all the time, eat this, drink that.
Do we really need food?
Are we able to feed from light?
Do you listen already this concept about the ones that are living from light?
They are not eating anymore?
I don't know about that.
Like I know that you, I don't know about that, no.
Yeah.
There are many colonies, like communities worldwide.
Some of them in Brazil, some don't eat anymore.
And I think that many of them just don't drink anymore.
They just transform directly some light and feed the body directly from
sunlight. They just broke out the enslavement of you have to eat. Food can be a medicine,
but can enslave us too through substances, right? And there is amazing. So think about
someone that is not in the core, it's not in the shores and more of having to eat. And think about
how our society is based on socializing through drinking together or eating together.
Big cultural impact and the thoughts that came in the rogue, right?
So why are people dying of hunger in Africa?
Why are Ethiopia?
And so what?
It's like, wow.
Let's go back to the now where we are.
And if you feel that Harmony is eating cheese toast
and you have this cheese toast in your fridge,
be grateful and eat the cheese toast.
And if you sense that your harmony will be breaking through
cultural patterns are not being enslaved anymore by eating
and you want to live from life,
well, inform yourself and go for it.
I met some really trusting persons that live from life.
I don't know if I can do this
because it would cut me out of my daughter's life.
She lived off to it.
I think they would take your kid away.
If you told people like, we're going to live on light.
They'd be like, come over here.
you can't have your kid anymore
like on some level
I don't drink any alcohol anymore
how we
how we keep them having fun as adults
if everyone else is just getting
drunk
or you know getting drunk
and so if you're not in this
cycle of it so and then
you're not now
now I'm going to live from night
you just leave me alone
just right light don't offer me
the state
anymore.
Well, you see, we are capable of such things like living from light.
We are like the electron that decided just to synthesize, to metabolize directly some light.
And we can do this.
We atrophy.
We are like a donut.
We have a hole here, huh?
And a hole at the end.
So it goes through it is right
And so if you atrophied this
And get the mindset for it
They are alive and they live good
But it's a different mindset
Harmony miss something else for them
And I'm just touching the subject
Because you ask about harmony
So to give a very big field of thoughts
For all watching us
Just sharing this beautiful
time with us, then think about what harmony means to you. Because trying to reach harmony from
something that is extremely outside your reach is suffering. It's not harmony. Comparing yourself
to others. If it's a healthy way of comparing because you are happy for them. You're glad for
them that they reach it. And you know you are capable of it. Great. But if you're suffering,
There is not harmony.
And food, drugs, rock and roll, dance, sex, whatever it is, you are addicted to.
If brings you the feeling of harmony, well, then harmony it is.
And if not, there is no way out as to self-love.
And there is energy.
Love is a vibration.
We think, you know, they've been selling as romantic love and how love should be long ears.
Is this true?
Is this true that love should be like this?
Love is a vibration.
It can be messed.
So, or you goes in resonance to it or you come out of resonance.
If you have a hard resonance,
man, woman, romantic love.
Congratulations.
I hope you can hold the vibration.
I hope you can transform this vibration into, you know,
to transfer the Disney feeling to normal life.
When you are out of singing with birds and with the ducks,
and that you can translate this to normal life.
And not be unhappy after,
ever, ever after, in reality, it is not harmonious as you fold.
Life catches up with you.
You have deals in taxes and we are human, so maybe he's like picking his nose or, you know,
scratching himself, not in so nice places like me now.
Reality gets up.
We are human beings.
So that means harmony towards the soul.
It is a choice.
It lays in the eyes of the beholder.
Harmony, it is a choice.
You exercise it.
It means something else every day.
But if you are ungrateful bread,
there's no harmony for you.
I'm just very direct.
Let's take the cut, the short cut.
No gratefulness.
and gratefulness oh I'm grateful you know that the day I feeling your is like I'm so grateful I'm so
grateful I'm like slimy don't slime me blah you know if you are feeling gratefulness for a level of
the heart if there is one person you can exercise lying all your life it is yourself but
you know too when you are being authentic to yourself
and never ever
authenticity was so
in fashion like now right
yeah you have some glimpse of
authenticity sometimes
if you're lucky and you can bring
some authenticity what you're doing your question
what you're burning inside to the outside
maybe not who knows
who knows
and I think that the biggest problem
we are facing
as humankind is after having created out of the big fear of the caves,
a feeling of security that if, even in our consciousness,
we are too afraid of dealing with our fears.
Fear-based society, it's very profitable for others, right?
Self-love helps you.
Who wants you to help you?
I hope it will be yourself.
not someone else selling something like
you are depressed you have to drink all your life this
and then because this then makes something to your stomach
you have this and then
so you have like
better to have some herbs
and drink lots of herbal
stuff than needing
medicaments believe me
yeah it's better to
better to do your own thinking because there's lots of people paid lots of money to do the thinking
for you exactly and don't come to me if you want me to think for you because I don't
I would invite you out right yeah smack them wake them up exactly
self-love is the new black I love it it's so true it's very true
Yeah.
Neal Black and self-love and not infatuated way, a responsible way.
All you want to have harmony, you want to have inner peace, you want to have a job that you love.
Okay, I can help you.
But if you're ready to help yourself and willing to help yourself, making space in your life to help yourself, means going through you.
and taking responsibility for it and evolving whatever he comes,
unknown with fear.
We learn how to have that tango, remember the tango from before,
with fear.
Sundays you be afraid and be grateful that we are capable of being afraid.
We would be sitting in the caves if we wouldn't have deal with fear.
And everything is possible.
look what we
became
give a chance
to chance to what can
became of you
if you just
give a chance to love yourself
a little bit more
have more tangos
not with fear but with joy
find some content
and very simple things
without having thoughts of the future
or things you don't have yet
are thoughts of the past
and feeling depressed
if you are really clinical depressed and so on and you are loving a midnight.
Be grateful that we have enough pet ways of helping yourself out that your alchemy, the body alchemy,
is going to work for you.
But that will just happen if you want.
No one can't want this for you, even if I wish you good all the time, all along.
It was all along from the beginning, from the latter until today, about the spark inside us.
Recalibration is a pathway to burn, to bring that spark to burn again, to bring you to fall in love with yourself.
If you're ready, if you're ready.
And it is wonderful to testify the changes when we connect.
There is so much more happening around us than air.
There is so much more to the senses than smell, taste, touch, seeing.
We are energy.
And we come from energy.
We will dissolve an energy.
Embracing energy at the same time that you have the taxes to pay
is bringing more richness to life.
And I'm not talking about, oh, energy, esoteric energy, vital energy.
You feel yourself with energy.
And think, from the logical things, you go sometimes to your dog
and your normal home doctor for acupuncture.
Acupuncture is the only thing that allopathic medicine could embrace.
because there was a pathway for earnings because you have the needles.
Everything else that we talk about energy,
there is no way of earning money with this if you don't have an army
of someone else doing something for you.
But if you have needles to sell,
the one producing the needles will earn something.
But we are talking about the acupuncture,
and the acupuncture is happening in the meridians.
So the calibration happens.
students during the meridians, but we are now using needles. And so if you think about the strings
of your meridians as the chords of a guitar, what we do is we spark your inner song in this
moment. So that may mean more harmony, more inner peace, more zest for life, more space
to be yourself. If you're going to be successful in your business or
If you're going to be successful in your relationship, that is something that will evolve in the moment that you stop reaching out to the outside and that you give you the space to arrive within yourself.
And it's easier to say the storm, yeah, it is.
But if you never did, if you have a kid, you know that we expand long years teaching them then how to teach.
to brush their teeth and so on.
And in a lovable way, oh my God,
I would start tomorrow again to teach my daughter how to push her teeth.
I would give everything just to be her mother again.
And to have this beautiful experience of motherhood in peacefulness,
you know, like no war, no.
Open the pathways for the woman that are living in these experiences today
that tomorrow will be different for the end or maybe next life.
Because maybe in former lives, I didn't have this pacfulness for this,
but we expend lots of years creating a new habit.
So be patience with yourself,
but decide for yourself somehow.
Before it's too late.
Before you really need it.
Before you have no choice.
Before the only quest of your life, maybe.
is to keep your health.
Everything is that when you have this feeling,
you are not feeling good.
Let's talk about burnout.
So many burnout people,
they are clinically in,
so at minimum in Germany.
As burnout,
there is no clinical exactiness to it.
So they are inserted inside the,
the shelf of depression,
example.
When they go to the clinics,
they go to the press clinics
because there is no burnout clinics.
Maybe they are trying to figure out
how to make money of it,
but let's say
there is lots of money being made of it.
But burnout,
you sense that something is not okay
and that you are burning yourself.
Even if you have the feeling
that you can't stop.
The feeling of,
I can't stop.
It's already burn out.
So you so always know it's all trying to get your attention.
If it's a pain in your body or something,
it's all trying to warn you in a lovable way.
It's time.
Yeah.
Time, boy.
What are you doing?
Yeah.
And if you don't listen, it grows louder until it forces you.
to stop. It forces you to stop and then you lose something that you took just for granted.
And if the only quest you have is to be healthy again, I hope that you find some contentment
every day because it depends lots of the psycho-emotional space you are, that we can talk about
healing.
I don't use this word
with much
difference because
think about healing.
Define healing.
If you have a broken arm
is easier
than it would just mend
your arm.
But if there is something else
connect to other processes
so we are going to need
much more
something that will hold your back in a different way,
maybe classical therapy, whatever it is,
but when you are ready to take responsibility for yourself.
And there is an act of self-love.
I've been seeing in the clinical years in Ayurveda,
and that is one point as well again,
why I decide to be in the preventional fields.
if we can prevent that humankind arrived until the middle age, like middle life rises.
Yeah.
Being unhealthy and slowly step by step and steady working for mental health in themselves,
think how the future will be for the next generations.
I don't want my kid to step in a generation or.
where there is no hope for good food or a good cultural socialization.
So that is why we are working to, let's say, in this moonshot,
our dream is that every family or every cluster,
you know, if you have a social environment with your friends,
that you have someone that will be a recalibrator,
a facilitator for the haculibration.
In the past, you have your grandma or shamans
or someone that were playing for you.
And nowadays, there is not someone.
We don't believe anymore.
We don't set the faith in the church.
And this is good that we are questioning that concept.
We are the woman in the Vatican, right?
So we are questioning why.
And so, but someone you love or yourself,
you have to start to think about how I get my healthy boundaries around me
that I will be in contact with myself in this day at must.
And if you're trying to run from yourself, then it's understandable.
You don't want to get in touch with yourself.
but you are with yourself all the time when you lay your head down in the pillow when you
I'm here now talking with you, talking with you, Jordan, with all of you that are going to watch us.
We are always in touch with the life inside that wants to express something to the outside.
So it is me, myself and I solo right until I die and I'll have me for a knife.
so
and you have yourself
too for life
yeah
better start now
matching
with yourself
and when you sit down
and you think
oh if I have to spend
a time
with someone that is like me
would you find this
exciting or would you find this boring
if you find this boring
call me
yeah
so call me
Let's make something that will bring you zest and bring you to dance from the inside out.
And there is no better payment for me as to watch and be testified as curious monkey I am,
how life feels alive and so many different expressions through someone that found some contentment.
in their life within themselves.
It is like, oh my God, it was there all the time.
And they're so simple.
But there is the thing, right?
We've been trained to complicate things.
We've been trained and tout and sometimes even tortured,
not to believe that what is simple could be good.
Yeah, it's true.
It's very true.
The conditioning is real, but I think the antidote to the conditioning is to call Noelle,
and have a little chat with her, and she will awaken you to the beauty that resides inside of you.
No, well, this is wonderful.
I really enjoyed this conversation, and I hope we can have more of them.
Yeah.
I like the way in which the story unfolds and I feel good about myself.
talking to you. So thank you for that. But before I let you go, where can people find you?
What do you have coming up and what are you excited about? People can find me in all the social
mediums around. So I love technology. So just give Noelina email and Google and decide how you
want to reach me. But on LinkedIn, I'm on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. I'm not very active
in all of this front. But, you know, if you really want to find me, you'll find me.
me. And if you find me here, just give my name, Neelinaima. You see, internet never forgets.
You find me, but you find me in this moment in life and to see where my calendar and my actual
calendar is. It is LinkedIn or Instagram. I'm very active, mostly active at LinkedIn.
And we have a webpage. I am the co-founder of Hartagee, Hartagee, Heart Strategy, Hard Strategies.
We have a web page.
There you can find us too.
And book some discovery call with our coaches or with me.
There are many options.
But if you want to reach me, just go direct where you find me.
And that is LinkedIn or to book a recalibration online in Hartage's webpage or just give
vibrational recalibration.
And Google will bring you all the connections you need.
And discovery calls are available.
and it is fun.
And the moment that you step with me in this tango, it is fun.
Even if one day or other you're feeling down,
we'll find a reason to have a good luck,
and it will be me day, you have a meal,
or we have a talk about leaving for light,
if you want to lose some ponds.
And so life goes on.
There is a beauty to every moment.
And I just want to show you how to come out of toxic relationships with yourself, with your job, with a partner, with a cultural background, with a religion, with sexuality, with not becoming a mother or a father, or having too much kids and not having time for yourself.
There are so many pathways of toxic relationships down the road into their habit.
rule. So if you need
help, someone that will guide
you to the river, and
then you find the ocean of joy
inside you,
that's me.
Yeah. Ladies and gentlemen, go down to the show notes.
Go, book a discovery call,
spend some time, and thank you very much
for
spending some time with us. Hang on briefly,
Noah, because I want to talk to you afterwards for a moment,
but to everybody who spent some time with us today,
thank you so much. I hope you have a beautiful day.
I hope that the birds are singing in the sun is shining.
That's all we got.
Aloha.
Gratefulness, gratefulness.
Thank you, George, for having me.
