So help us God. A Biden administration official responsible for overseeing the U.S. Army presented in astonishing detail this week a multi-pronged strategy to deter and, if necessary, prevail in any future war with China. Secretary Christine Wormuth stated that she was not convinced of an imminent amphibious invasion of Taiwan.
She spoke to an audience at the American Enterprise Institute.
The plan includes deploying more U.S. troops to Asia and equipping them with new equipment,
such as ship-to-shore vessels or hypersonic weapons. Secretary Wormuth outlined three components
of campaigning by the U.S. Army to prevent such a war with China. These included coalition
building with foreign allies and other partners in order to complicate the Chinese leadership's
decision-making. She said that the U.S. Army is considering
building theater distribution centers in the region
in order to stockpile fuel and supplies
in Australia, Japan, the Philippines, and Singapore.
Doc Burkhardt and I are ready to give you
our comprehensive report on World War III.
And we'll start with this report that was generated today by Voice of America.
U.S. Army Secretary lays out strategy for war with China.
Look at that headline, Doc.
Yes.
The Secretary of the U.S. Army says we have a strategy for war with China.
I'm not saying we're going to have a war with China.
But I've got a plan.
But we've got a plan.
So the Biden administration official with direct responsibility for the U.S. Army
laid out in surprising detail this week a multi-pronged strategy for deterring
and, if necessary, prevailing in any future war with China. She said, I personally am not of the view
that an amphibious invasion of Taiwan is imminent. That's coming from U.S. Secretary of the Army
Christine Wormuth speaking at an audience at the American Enterprise Institute on Monday.
But we obviously have to prepare to be prepared to fight and win that war. Now, elements of the plan include placing more troops in Asia
and arming them with upgraded equipment,
including ship-to-shore vessels and hypersonic weapons,
look at that, much of which will be pre-positioned in the region.
Our goal is to avoid fighting a land war in Asia, Wormuth said.
I think that the best way to avoid fighting that war
is by showing China and countries in that the best way to avoid fighting that war is by showing China
and countries in that region that we can actually win that war. Rick, before we move on with more
information from this, thoughts so far on what she's basically laid out at this point? Well,
I mean, for the first time, we're hearing a high-level official
in the Pentagon openly talking about war with China.
Yes.
That's where we're at now.
It's out on the table now.
We're talking about it now.
We don't think it's going to happen,
but we have a plan.
If it does happen, we're going to win.
We're going to beat China.
So, I mean, that's the military's responsibility,
but they're not supposed to talk about it.
Right.
Now, we've seen reports over the past few years
about, you know, could there be a war with China
in 2024, 2025, 2026?
Just the speculation, just the question mark out there.
Now we know.
We've got the plan.
They've pulled the binder off the shelf.
They've opened it up and said, look at this.
This is the way we can do this.
But, you know, they're saying that they're trying to avoid a land war in Asia,
like Sun Tzu warned about, the Chinese warrior.
Well, what's really what caught my attention in this article,
the reason I'm starting today's True News with this article,
is that Xi said the homeland of the United States of America
must expect to be hit by China.
Right.
That's what got my attention.
And that's what's up next in this article.
Wormack pointed out another critical role for the Army should a conflict break out with China, and that is defending the American
homeland. She said, if we got into a major war with China, the United States homeland would be
at risk as well with both kinetic attacks and non-kinetic attacks, she said. Whether it's
cyber attacks on the power grids or on pipelines, the United States Army,
I have no doubt, will be called to provide defense support to civil authorities. Now,
the article went on to say that the Chinese military are going to go after the will of the
United States public. They're going to try to erode support for conflict, she said. I think the Army will play a role here at home.
When I see that,
the Army will play a role here at home,
what I think this means, Doc,
is obviously we will be under martial law.
The Army's going to play a role at home.
We're going to be under martial law. The military's going to play a role at home. We're going to be under martial law.
The military will be running
the country because the
country will be under attack.
I get the impression
they're anticipating
that China will start
this is with the invasion
of Taiwan, that China will start with
attacks on the American
power grid, on various infrastructure,
such as fly chains and water and sewage facilities, and therefore, and that the Army,
part of the Army, U.S. Army's responsibility will be responding to the attacks on the soil of the USA,
plus engaging the Chinese over the Taiwan Island.
Well, in that quote as well, Rick, it said that the Chinese would be going after the
will of the American people, and they're going to try to erode support for a conflict.
That's what China's going to try to do.
The U.S. Army will be working to do the opposite of that.
Yes. And so... Well, when the lights are out in major American cities for weeks,
the American people are going to have a different attitude
about going to war with another country.
That's right.
You know, it hasn't happened yet with Ukraine.
But one of these days, the war is coming home,
as you said the other day.
The war is going to come home to America someday.
The war that we have financed and equipped in Ukraine.
That war is going to come home and roost in America.
Then the American people are going to wake up and realize, dear Lord, we're in a war with a nuclear nation. Now, Secretary Wormuth was asked by VOA whether she believes Americans are actually prepared to sustain the level of casualties that could be expected in a war with China.
She said she believes that they are willing to fight for their homeland and ideals if and when it becomes necessary, like we did in World War II.
Ultimately, she said, land power is staying power.
That's what we're about.
But we really didn't have to defend North America
in World War II.
So when the US Army Secretary says land power
is staying power, what is she saying, Doc?
She's saying that we can't get in a land war in Asia
and we can't bring a land war here
to North America either.
We've got to lock down.
Well, the way I'm reading it is she's saying
the battle is going to be for control of this land.
Right.
Land power.
Who has the power over the continental USA? That's the way I'm interpreting
it. That she says that's what this is all about. Land power. Land power is staying power. In other
words, the American people are going to stay on this land and maintain power. We're not going to surrender it to the Chinese.
What I want our audience to understand is that for the first time, we're seeing the U.S. Secretary
of Army openly talk about we're going to war with China and there's going to be a battle on the soil of the
USA. You got it. For the control of the land. Yes. That's what she's talking about.
And that's why this is becoming more serious every day. World War III is just, we're in it. It's intensifying week by week. This may go on
several years. Somebody, somebody in the U.S. government last week said they're expecting the
Ukraine-Russia war to go on for two more years. I just can't believe that's sustainable, but we'll see. Now, Rick, the VOA
question that was asked, I'll ask you that same question. Do you believe that Americans are
prepared to sustain the level of casualties that could be expected in a war with China?
Do you think? Well, she mentioned World War II. Is she talking about World War II level casualties? I mean, if you're talking about
how did the American people rally and support the troops in World War II, that's a different thing.
You know, but we weren't sustaining the German and Japanese casualties in North America then.
That's right. We were, the American people sold, they bought war bonds. You know, moms left their homes and went to work at the aircraft factories, you know, Rosie the Riveter.
Right.
And, you know, there was a patriotic rally on the homeland.
They had rationing.
Certain supplies were not available.
People endured it.
But we weren't having to deal with German troops coming in at Trenton, New Jersey or Japanese troops off the shores of San Diego either.
That's right.
And the electricity never got cut off.
Right.
People had drinking water.
They had food.
They had supplies.
There were no environmental disasters like east palestine just wait until the
hacking starts and um major facilities somebody takes you know hackers take control of sophisticated
machinery and i mean i'm talking about turbines and electrical generating plants.
And a hacker in China gets inside the computer systems of electrical power plants and water
facilities, drinking water facilities and sew sewage treatment plants, and chemical factories,
and so forth. And these machines spin out of control, and you have explosions.
We're not prepared for that. You know, when most people think about the grid being attacked,
they generally think of like the electric grid and communications, things like that.
But sometimes we neglect the other grids
that we have. You mentioned one of them is like water treatment facilities. We take water for
granted here in North America. We turn on a tap, but hey, look, there's clean water coming out.
Might have fluoride, but it's clean fluoride. Right. But we don't think of the potential of
it being hacked, do we?
The next story, Doc, and this is also from VOA, and VOA is a government-subsidized news service.
So they want this information out. Yes. U.S. moves to shield drinking water from cyber attacks.
All right. So we got two stories coming from the VOA today. War with China and protect drinking water.
Well, now the United States is taking steps to better protect public drinking water and sewer systems from cyber attacks that could cut off service or contaminate supplies. The Environmental
Protection Agency on Friday issued a new memorandum, so earlier today,
ordered all public water systems to meet a series of basic cybersecurity requirements
while also making cybersecurity audits a part of regular scheduled safety inspections.
Now, according to the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency,
there are approximately 153,000 public drinking water systems in the U.S.
which provide water to more than 80% of the U.S. population.
Another 16,000 publicly owned systems
provide wastewater treatment services
to about 75% of the U.S. population.
Now, according to,
we have additional information here,
but despite the heavy reliance on these systems,
U.S. officials warn cybersecurity has been weak,
with some surveys finding that only about 20% of publicly owned water systems
have implemented basic cybersecurity measures,
leaving the water sector at risk to cyber attack.
Better hold there for just a moment.
Only 20%.
Okay. So, Doc, when God called me into this ministry in 1998,
and he gave me a vision of America under attack, and that was in April of 1998. And then in May
and June, July of 1998, the Holy Spirit expanded my understanding of that vision. And one of the
things that I was talking about in 1998 were cyber attacks on public utilities.
Rick, that must have been so far out of people's heads, they couldn't even comprehend something
like that, could they? When I spoke in churches in 1998 about cyber attacks and drinking water and sewage facilities
they acted people looked at me like i was from mars like what is this guy talking about
it was so far removed from reality that people just could not, you know, the response was, but this is America.
Right.
Nothing can happen to us.
Our government is going to protect us.
Well, the point I'm making, Doc, I was talking about the vulnerability of our public utility systems in 1998. And that report says in the year 2023,
that only 20%
have taken actions
to protect their computer systems.
Seriously?
Since 1998,
only 20% have taken any actions?
It's not like it's a secret.
I mean,
how often do we hear every week about cyber attacks
right and hackers and yet in these city governments and county governments nobody
nobody ever says you know i wonder if those hackers could get inside our city
water department and and and add chemicals into the drinking water and poison everybody.
And that also makes me wonder too, Rick, why this is coming out now.
Because we're getting closer to the war.
That's right. So U.S. national security and intelligence officials have also warned
repeatedly that key sectors, including water, could come under a cyber attack from U.S. adversaries.
They quote, China almost certainly is capable of launching cyber attacks that would disrupt critical infrastructure services within the U.S.,
including against oil and gas pipelines and rail systems, the report said.
Now, it's interesting that they mentioned China in particular.
Could it cause derailments of trains?
Certainly, I think our rail system's
one of the most vulnerable infrastructure pieces right now.
It's easy to derail a train, I hate to say it, it's easy.
Is East Palestine, Ohio a cyber attack?
Because nobody has said why the train derailed.
Yeah, and there are videos
that the train was having issues
miles before the derailment.
Sparks and everything,
but why?
Why did the wheel bearings go out?
Was there a track switch
that caused the wheel
to come out of alignment?
How would we know?
And if it was a cyber attack,
would they say anything right now?
No. No, because if you started telling people, hey, China just hacked the train system.
Is that the reason for the government's silence about East Palestine, Ohio?
It very well could be. Not just the chemical side of things, but the source. It surprises me, Rick,
that when we were talking
about the train derailment, that they said that there's three to four train derailments per day
in the U.S. Really? I found that shocking that there were three to four train derailments today.
How could there be that many? I mean, we've only been running trains in North America for close to 175 years.
I think by now we've got it figured out.
We know where all the train tracks are and where all the trains are at any given time.
How are there three to four derailments a day?
If there were three to four plane crashes a day with all the—
I wouldn't get on a plane.
That's right.
But there are three or four derailments a day, and that's not big news. Well, Doc— Maybe we're already being plane. That's right. But there are three or four derailments a day, and that's not big news.
Maybe we're already being hacked.
That's right.
I think we've been hacked for quite some time.
We have another story on World War III.
This is from Jerusalem Post.
Israel tells top U.S. general it sees need to cooperate against Iran.
Well, Israel hosted the top U.S. military officer, Army General Mark Milley, on Friday for discussions that it said included the need for cooperation on denying Iran nuclear weaponry.
Remember, we're only 12 days away from Iran having a nuclear weapon.
General Milley made the previously unannounced visit ahead of a trip to Israel by U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.
That will also include neighboring Egypt and Jordan,
U.S.-aligned Arab states
that have influence on Israeli-Palestinian affairs.
By the way, did you hear any news
about General Milley in Israel?
No, there's nothing in U.S. media.
Why would we talk about it? I found it in the Israeli
newspapers. Now, ongoing cooperation is required in order to prevent Iran from gaining a nuclear
weapon. That's coming from Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant's office. Quoted him as
telling Milley, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Milley made no public remarks while he
was in Israel, but his spokesperson said Milley
discussed regional security issues and coordination to defend against threats posed by Iran in his
talks with the chief of the Israeli general staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi.
So they're preparing for war with Iran at this point. Yes, and this next story tells us why there is an urgency to bomb Iran in the near future.
This is I-24 TV news in Israel.
Israel fears Russia will supply S-400s to Iran.
So Russia has offered Iran unprecedented defense cooperation, including in the field of
missiles, electronics, and air defense. Iran is seeking sophisticated new air defense systems
from Russia that Israeli officials say would reduce the window of a potential attack on
Tehran's nuclear program. It would then take less than two years for the S-400s delivered to Iran
to be operational. Now, the Russian air
defense system, which can hit targets at a distance of up to 155 miles, would create a red
zone for high-altitude aircraft, according to the experts. The more air defenses they have, the
harder it is to hit them. And that's coming from Yossi Kuperwasser, a former senior Israeli military
intelligence official, adding,
we are analyzing the most opportune time to take action.
What they're saying is we're looking for the most opportune time to attack Iran at this point.
Okay, so there's no debate.
There's no question about whether Israel is going to attack Iran.
It's a matter of when. That's all it is right now. And who was in Israel
in the last day or two? General Milley. Right. And Defense Secretary Austin is going to be there
within the next day or two. To discuss attacking Iran. Right. So again, the Israelis want to
destroy Iran, but they want the United States government to do it for them.
That's the bottom line.
So General Milley, who can't defend the U.S. homeland from a Chinese balloon.
From a balloon, mind you.
Will go over to Israel and plot how to blow up Iran.
Am I following the story?
You got it, Rick.
The next story actually comes from Bloomberg, and this is where I-24 got the report.
Israel's window to strike Iran narrows as Putin enters equation. And Bloomberg reports that Iran is seeking sophisticated new
air defense systems from Russia that Israeli officials believe will narrow that window for
a potential strike on Tehran's nuclear program. Okay, so Doc, right there, they're telling us.
They're stepping up the timetable. They're saying if Putin transfers S-400s to Iran, then the war with
Iran must happen very soon. World War III is on, baby. This is it. They're all going to war at one
time. So the prospect of Iran getting those S-400s would accelerate a decision on a
possible attack, as Rich said. And Benjamin Netanyahu had some things to say about this.
He said, quote, the longer you wait, the harder that becomes. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu said of a strike on Iran at a security conference in Tel Aviv last week,
we've waited very long. I can tell you that I will do
everything in my power to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. So we have joint
chief. He's saying I'm tired of waiting. Right. Let's go to war with Iran. Let's get this over
with. So are Milley and Lloyd Austin coming to throttle back Israel, or are they coming to give them the green light?
That's the question.
That's the question.
My guess is they're giving them the green light.
Why?
Because of the war in Ukraine.
Because of the war in Ukraine.
Iran is selling weapons to Russia.
Russia is selling weapons to Iran.
And the war is on. This is World War III.
So, Doc, if the Russians, remember the other day Mr. Medvedev in Russia said,
American and European participation in this war makes you a direct target.
Right.
You are supplying weapons.
You're training Ukrainian soldiers.
Therefore, you are a party to the war, and you are now a participant, and you are a target for Russian missiles. If General Milley and Secretary Austin are colluding with Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli military on attacking Iran, and we supply planes bombs satellites
coordinates
whatever
will not Iran
say the United States is a
participant in this war and a
direct target? Certainly
they will.
So for the sake of Israel
we're going to get
I mean
we've gone to war.
We're going to war with Russia for Ukraine.
Now we're going to go to war with Iran for the sake of Israel.
Tell me how this benefits you and me.
How does this benefit you?
How does this benefit our children, our grandchildren?
Why is this to my advantage
that we're in a horrific, horrible, bloody, deadly war
for Israel and Ukraine?
Right, am I getting more freedom as a result of it?
It certainly doesn't feel like it, does it?
Am I having to pay money for it? I
certainly am. We're sending hundreds of billions of dollars, not only to Ukraine, but also to Israel
too. Okay, so we're at risk of losing everything for the benefit of Ukraine and Israel. Israel
wants America to fight its war. Ukraine wants America to fight its war.
We're all going to die for it.
How do I win in this?
What's the benefit for me?
There's none.
There's none. That's why the American people must say we're done with war.
We're fed up with it.
This country has been in war since 9-11.
We've been in perpetual, nonstop war
since September 11, 2001.
The purpose of 9-11 was to start endless wars.
A hundred years war.
Dick Cheney said it was going to be a hundred year war.
And we're only one-fourth of the way into it, Doc.
That's right.
War has become so common to the American people, they don't think about it.
Do you know the U.S. taxpayers have spent more in Ukraine in one year than we spent in Afghanistan in 20?
Yes.
I read that the other day.
In one year.
One year we spent more than 20 years in Afghanistan.
And Mr. Biden announced another $400 billion, was it billion, I guess.
Does it matter anymore?
Yeah, what's the matter?
Why not say gazillion?
I mean, why not just send them all the money?
I guess it wasn't billion, million, $400 million package.
But when you get up to that number... It doesn't matter.
Why not just give them a key to the
Federal Reserve?
Why not just move
the printing presses over
there? Well, they've done that in the past.
Years ago, it was
reported that there were foreign
countries that had
printing presses to print U.S. dollars.
On foreign soil.
Yes. Don't rule that out.
It'd be easier, wouldn't it?
It would be a lot easier.
Well, we've got a lot more.
And if you're watching on the Word Network, as always, you can watch the second half of True News at truenews.com
or on the True News app.
If you're watching online, just hang in there.
We're going to take a break in about 90 seconds.
So our next one, I don't think, yeah, this is, oh, we're going to get into, yeah, I don't want to really start this.
Well, maybe, what do we do?
Because we're changing into another topic here,
which is the West Bank. Well, I mean, there's a lot of conflict still going on in the West Bank
right now because of what happened in Huara last weekend. And of course, the protest against
Netanyahu on the judicial decision. Still a lot of things going on around that.
There have been some new developments in the protests and everything today.
So if you're staying with us here, we'll be telling you a lot more about these developments.
Yeah, and we have a lot more news coming, more than we can fit in in the next 30 minutes.
And that's why we encourage you to watch True News every single day.
Hey, and we do need your support.
I want to say that to everyone
before we take this break.
We do need financial support.
I'm asking that everybody do something
each month throughout 2023 to support us.
We are a lone lone independent Christian news source,
and we've been out here since 1999. what's going on in the West Bank.
We've been covering this story as very radical religious Zionist Jews in Israel are attacking Palestinian homes.
In fact, entire towns, burning down towns.
It has not stopped. It has picked up and it's spreading to other places.
So we're going to go back and show you what happened last weekend in the Palestinian city
of Huwara. And we've talked about it throughout the week, but here is a short video
just to show you what happened one week ago. Now, those people, those are Jewish Zionists who are
throwing rocks and setting fires to Palestinian homes and cars. And of course, those are IDF troops who are guarding and protecting
the rioters. That's right. And so according to the Telegraph, it's the worst mass violence that
they've seen in decades there. I hesitate to call them Israeli settlers. They're terrorists.
They're the same terrorists that came to Israel in the
40s. They're squatters.
They're squatters. They don't belong there.
It's not their land.
Those are the tactics.
What you're seeing now, because of
video, you're now seeing what
they were doing decades
ago. How the Palestinians
have been treated for decades.
They take Palestinian land inch by
inch. They target an area. They go in. They're throwing rocks. They're burning their cars and
their homes. They demolish their homes and they push the Palestinians out. The Palestinians become
refugees. Most of them end up either in Jordan or Lebanon as refugees.
Most of Jordan's population are Palestinians.
They're not Jordanian people.
They're Palestinians.
King Abdullah has taken them in because they have no place.
They've lost their homes, lost everything.
A word that a lot of people may or may not be familiar with, but it's coming back up in the news again, especially this week, is the word pogrom.
P-O-G-R-O-M, pogrom.
And normally, a pogrom is associated with the persecution of Jewish people.
But now this word is being used in relation to the persecution against the Palestinians.
It's Jews carrying out pogroms against Palestinians.
Right.
And so it's a flip on the word. Now you see Israelis who are using this term, we're performing a pogrom on the Palestinian people.
But only Nazis do that stuff.
Right? Right. Wasn't Nazis do that stuff, right?
Right.
Wasn't it Nazis that carried out pogroms in World War II?
All right, so we're going to show you a clip.
It's about three or four minutes long from Democracy Now!,
which is a left-wing nightly newscast.
They did a very good report on Huwara and the attack of the Zionist settlers
against the Palestinian people. And I really commend Democracy Now! for the excellent reporting.
And we just edited a clip from their report. We want you to watch it.
A top Israeli official has called for the Palestinian village of Huwata to be wiped
out or erased, just days after hundreds of Israeli settlers attacked the city, setting
cars and homes on fire and killing a Palestinian man who had just returned from Turkey, where
he was helping with relief efforts after the earthquakes. Israel's far-right finance minister, Smotrich, made these shocking comments on Wednesday.
I think that the Ha'ara village should be wiped out.
The state needs to do it, not private citizens.
Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shteya visited Ha Hawara Wednesday to meet with families who
survived the violent attack.
MOHAMMED STEAH, Australian Prime Minister": What we have seen here in this house is evidence
of how big the crime carried out by the settlers and covered and protected by the army is.
It is clear that this move is supported by a political decision from the Israeli government.
Therefore, three sides are partners in this crime—the government, which takes the political
decision, the army, who is protecting, and the settlers, who are implementing.
This is what we saw here.
AMY GOODMAN- The Israeli human rights group Petzalem accused Benjamin Netanyahu's
government of backing a pogrom in Hawara.
In a statement, the group said, quote, "'The Jewish supremacist regime carried out a pogrom in the villages around Nablus
yesterday.
This isn't loss of control.
This is exactly what Israeli control looks like.
The settlers carry out the attack.
The military secures it.
The politicians back it.
It's a synergy."
On Wednesday, Israeli Army Commander of the West Bank Major General Yehuda Fuchs
admitted what happened in Hawara was a pogrom.
The incident in Hawara was a pogrom carried out by outlaws.
We were prepared, as we prepare for every terror attack.
There's a phenomenon of outlaws taking to intersections to throw stones
and block Palestinian roads in the area.
I don't think that collective punishment helps to combat terrorism.
On the contrary, I think it might even cause terrorism.
AMY GOODMAN- The settler attack in Hawara began hours after a Palestinian gunman
shot dead two Israeli brothers from a nearby settlement.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government is continuing to face mass protests from Israelis opposed to plans to overhaul Israel's legal
system. On Wednesday, Israeli police fired stun grenades and water cannons at Israeli protesters
taking part in a so-called Day of Disruption, as thousands protested in Tel Aviv.
Doc, what we just experienced today, something I've never seen or heard in my lifetime,
a Jewish-Israeli military officer on Jewish-Israeli television saying,
Jewish Zionists carried out a pogrom against Palestinians.
I have never heard this ever in my life. This is a new event in the saga that's been happening in Palestine.
The Israelis are now admitting that they're carrying out pogroms.
Dunk, here in the U.S., anybody that would endorse a pogrom, do you know how fast you
would be deplatformed? How fast you would be deplatformed?
Before your next breath.
You would be taking off every platform. Your bank accounts would be shut down. You would be deplatformed. Before your next breath. You would be taking off every platform.
Your bank accounts would be shut down.
You would be shunned
if you called for a pogrom.
You just had an Israeli military officer
say on national television in Israel
a pogrom was carried out.
And yet this has not received news anywhere.
I came across this today, you know,
watching Democracy Now!
And again, I commend them for their news report,
but this should have been a headline.
If a pogrom had been carried out against Jews
any place in the world,
there would have been headlines
in every nation.
And rightfully so.
Why is there no publicity,
no recognition that the Jews
have carried out a program
against Palestinians?
This is ethnic cleansing.
That's what it is.
Now, I don't know how many
Christian Zionists still watch us.
I think they probably
gave up on me.
They tried for a couple years
to destroy us, shut us down.
Tried to convert you too.
They did all kinds
of stuff.
Two prominent Christian Zionists
actually went to my son's office and
demanded that he publicly denounce his father.
They don't know Jeremy, do they? No. They did all kinds of stuff.
They did all kinds of stuff. It didn't work.
I want to say to the Christian Zionists, you have an obligation
to den to the Christian Zionists, you have an obligation to denounce the radical Christian Zionists you have been supporting in Israel.
Doc, the faction, the faction of Zionists in Israel that are carrying out these pogroms are the same people affiliated with the biggest names in Christian media in America.
The biggest names.
Need I name them?
They know who they are.
They're affiliated with these people.
Money has been flowing back and forth.
That same group. So the big name Christian Zionists in America have an obligation to denounce
the anti-Palestinian bigotry and the violence against the Palestinian people. And the
Christian Zionists need to disassociate themselves from the settlers. Now, all these Christian
Zionists talk, they talk about Samaria and Judea.
That's Palestine.
Yes.
It's Palestine.
And they are encouraging the settlements.
Look.
Oh, you've got.
Governor Huckabee.
Governor Huckabee is a big settler promoter.
TBN is a big promoter of religious settler movements in Israel.
You've got Christian broadcast ministries that are actually offering sponsorships for settlers.
Yes. In Israel. Yes. And you have big Christian ministries that are sending
delegations of young American Christians, Zionists, to the West Bank to work for free for the settlers.
Absolutely, Rick. We reported on that. That is not made up.
All of these Christian Zionist organizations in America have a duty to denounce the pogroms that are being carried out, and you have a duty to sever your ties
with these radical anti-Semitic Jews.
These are anti-Semitic Jews
because the Palestinians are Semitic people.
They're real Semitic people.
They're true Semitic people.
And you've got fake Semitic people. They're true Semitic people. And you've got fake Semitic people
persecuting real Semitic people.
And then if you criticize them,
you're called anti-Semitic.
That's right.
What a game.
But I want our true news audience,
I'm showing you real stuff
that's been going on in Palestine this week.
And I want you to know why I'm so devoted to the Palestinian people.
They are the most persecuted people on the earth right now.
And they get no sympathy.
They get no recognition.
They get no publicity because the media is controlled
in this country by the Zionists
yes
and so the American people have been told that all
Palestinians are terrorists
the moment a baby is born they strap a
suicide belt on the baby
it's a lie
or give them a sword
yeah give them a sword in kindergarten
it's all lies.
These are just good people who are trying to hold on to their land.
And these foreigners are there.
European American foreigners.
They're all from other countries.
And think about this.
How many years has this been going on?
They disarmed the
Palestinians decades ago. They did gun control, didn't they? That's right. So Israel has all the
guns, all the weapons. The only thing the Palestinians have are rocks. Rocks. If Israel
could do that, they would outlaw rocks too. Yes. And it doesn't just extend to Palestinians anymore.
Now you have the Zionists going after Jews.
Yes. And this is the next story here. This just happened today. Right. This is times of Israel. All right. So times of Israel. So it must be true, right? Soldiers and Israeli peace activists
clash as army block solidarity march to Huwar. So the idea here is that there was a march
of Israeli citizens. They were showing their support for the residents of the city of Huwar
who were attacked by Israeli terrorist settlers last weekend.
Israeli defense forces soldiers clashed with hundreds of, they're saying,
left-wing Israeli activists trying to enter the West Bank Palestinian town of Huwar
on a solidarity visit following the deadly settler rampage
there earlier this week.
Footage from the scene showed troops scuffling with marchers
and in several cases, stun grenades were thrown.
Remember, this is Zionist attacking Jews.
In one video, soldiers can be seen repeatedly pushing
former Knesset Speaker Abraham Berg
until he falls to the ground. The Speaker of the Knesset Speaker Abraham Berg until he falls to the ground.
The Speaker of the Knesset.
Yes.
It'll be like the Speaker of the House,
former Speaker of the House.
Now, it says several activists were briefly detained.
We actually have a soundbite here
of Abraham Berg being assaulted by IDF forces here.
The former Speaker of the Israeli Parliament attacked by Israeli troops
as he marched to the town of Hawara to say, as an Israeli Jew,
he was sorry for what the right-wing religious Zionists did to the Palestinian people.
Let's watch. לא מישהו מלכה! מה עשו עם את הידיים? מה איתכם?
תראו איזה ידיים! אתם שונאים!
תשמע...
אני מבין מה אתה... So imagine if American National Guard did that to Nancy Pelosi or Paul Ryan or Newt Gingrich.
Because that would be the parallel.
Right.
The Speaker of the House.
Imagine if we saw a scene of American National Guard troops shoving Newt Gingrich.
Fully armed National Guard troops.
I mean, you saw how well armed they were.
One had a row of stun grenades across his stomach.
Another was carrying not only one rifle, but a second rifle.
I mean, the fact that these folks would go there in the first place
knowing that they're standing up to people so fully armed.
But this is what the Palestinians live with every single day.
But the people giving them trouble were not the Palestinians.
These are Jews.
It was the troops, the Israeli troops.
They said, you can't come here and support the Palestinians.
Right.
We've got a short video of the march before that scene happened,
before they encountered the
Israeli troops. Well, I'm very impressed and I'm very grateful
that there are Jews in Israel
who are publicly stating we are embarrassed, we're ashamed
of what Jews are doing to the Palestinians. And we're going to publicly go out to that town
and apologize to them and show our support to the Palestinians that lost their homes and their businesses and their cars one thing that has happened is that
there is a
Crowdfunding campaign taking place in Israel right and started a few days ago. Yeah, so this is this is from I 24 news
Interviewing the Jewish man who started the crowdfunding campaign with the money
Meant to go to the
Palestinians who lost their property. The online crowdfunding campaign in support
of the Palestinians of Huara that was launched this week, and that's after a 37-year-old
Palestinian man was killed, some 300 were wounded, dozens of buildings and vehicles torched,
and a mass riot that came hours after two Israeli brothers were killed
nearby there in a terror shooting,
again in that same town.
And the money has come in fast.
Many Israelis are donating to the cause,
many apparently feeling horrified
by the scenes of revenge that emerged that night.
And joining us now is Yair,
a.k.a. Yaya Fink, a former Israeli
politician, a member of the Labor Party,
who spearheaded
the crowdfunding.
So thanks for being with us here.
First, how's the campaign going?
How much money are you raising at this point?
Yeah, it's active.
1.6 million shekels from almost 11,000 Israelis in less than 48 hours. It's one of the most successful crowdfunding campaigns in Israel,
maybe even ever. So it's active. And I think that's another example for the Israelis and
specific for the Jewish people and also me as a religious person that the majority of the Israelis and the Jewish people
are moderate and are against extremism and racism. Again, very commendable that this is happening in
Israel. He said 1.6 million shekels, that's equivalent to about 436,000 U.S. dollars.
And the current total right now is around 3 million shekels.
Oh, really? Okay.
Because that was from two days ago, the video. So that would be about, I guess, close to a million
dollars U.S. And so, but the fact of the matter is that there are enough you know, we get this
picture that everybody in Israel hates
Palestinians.
Everybody in Israel. But that's just
not the case at all.
Doc, you know, this sounds so
unlike
me because
I'm branded as this radical
right-wing white nationalist
guy, you know. But the best thing that can happen right Because I'm branded as this radical right-wing white nationalist guy.
But the best thing that can happen right now in Israel would be the fall of the Netanyahu government.
It is the most extreme, radical, dangerous government in the history of the modern state of Israel.
And it ought to be replaced by a left-wing government.
Do you believe I just said that?
But really, it's the truth. Mr. Lapid,
when he was the prime minister there for a brief time between Netanyahu terms, he was a fairly moderate guy. And they would never have allowed this. The reason these things are happening is
that the radical Zionists believe Netanyahu approves of it.
And you can see videos and photographs of Israeli soldiers
standing in the background watching the Jewish Zionists attack Palestinians.
They just stand and watch it.
Why are they doing it?
Because they know the government supports it right now.
And so the Netanyahu government, to me, has got to go. It is dangerous. I wouldn't want to be in
Palestine right now. It's very, very dangerous. And these Jewish attacks on Palestinians are
breaking out all over the West Bank. And what makes it even more dangerous, as these internal escalations continue to grow and develop,
that's going to encourage the Netanyahu administration
to look for a distraction.
Like a war.
Right, a war with Iran.
Yes.
And that's even more dangerous
than what's happening inside Israel right now.
That's right.
So we'll show you, this is the Times of Israel.
Settlers stoneoned Palestinian cars,
clashed with IDF troops,
blocked them from outposts.
It says a group of settlers hurled stones
at passing Palestinian cars late Thursday night
and clashed with IDF troops who arrived at the scene
in the northern West Bank to try
and prevent the altercation, the Army said.
And the IDF said in a statement that Thursday's altercation unfolded after the Army stopped a
bus full of young settlers that were making their way from the ultra-nationalist Yitzhar settlement
toward the illegal Yadav Territory outpost, which security forces again evacuated earlier this week
and declared a closed military zone. That won't stop the settler terrorists, though.
Some of the Israelis on the bus got off and proceeded to hurl stones at Palestinian-owned cars driving by.
IDF troops attempted to stop the suspects, and clashes ensued,
leading the soldiers to employ riot dispersal measures to scatter the settlers, the Army said.
Wait a minute, you know what happens when a Palestinian kid throws a rock?
They shoot him in the head.
That's right.
I was just going to say the same thing, Rick.
They shoot him in the head.
Teenage boy, 12, 13, 14 years old, picks up a rock.
The IDF shoots him in the head.
Because the protocol, and I've read the protocol,
they treat a rock as a deadly weapon. Yes. Okay.
If it's thrown by a Palestinian. Yes.
But if it's thrown by a
settler, it's a rock. Yeah.
So, you know, it said the IDF
troops attempted to stop
the settlers from throwing rocks. Right.
But they didn't shoot them in the head. No.
It said when forces arrived at the scene,
they identified a number of suspects.
Hey, look, they're suspects.
Some of them masked. Well, we can't figure out who they are. They're masked.
Hurling stones at a Palestinian truck, the IDF said.
The IDF also said the troops fired into the air, not at them, but the suspects refused to disperse.
The troops then used tear gas against the group, and in response,
one suspect kicked a soldier and maced a police officer with pepper spray, according to the IDF.
Again, if you did that, if a Palestinian did it, they're dead.
That's right.
On the spot, dead.
Next one, this is...
From a few days ago.
Yes, Times of Israel, settlers hurl stones at Palestinians, attack soldiers and police.
And what this does is this shows that there's a pattern to this.
They've been doing this for a long time.
The settlers have.
The military on Tuesday said a group of settlers
assaulted soldiers and police officers
who attempted to stop them from hurling stones
at Palestinian vehicles in the West Bank.
It also said, according to the Israeli Defense Forces,
troops were dispatched to the scene
on Route 458 Highway
after receiving a report of stones being hurled at Palestinian-owned cars.
Once again, this establishes a pattern that the settler terrorists
have been doing this for a while,
and basically the IDF and Israeli police forces
have been treating them with kid gloves.
Yeah.
Another one, Doc, Times of Israel.
Suttlers seen hurling stones, damaging trees.
What they do, they cut down the olive tree groves of the Palestinians.
We've got a short video to show you the Jews attacking the Palestinians.
And I think in this video you'll see Israeli soldiers standing by and just letting it happen. There's a Palestinian family in that home.
Right.
With children.
And radical Jewish Zionists were pelting the family's home with children. And radical Jewish Zionists
were pelting the family's home with rocks
and Israeli soldiers stood by and watched it.
And even as tragic as that is,
the settler terrorists
were also cutting down the olive trees.
Rick, it takes five years
for an olive tree,
from the time you plant it
to the time it start producing fruit.
What they have done with that is stolen five years.
Of that family's labor.
Right.
And their income.
Right.
For the next five years.
Yes.
I'm going to jump down to,
we're going to skip a lot of things here
because of time.
I want to go down to number, I'm giving the guys in control
time, number 68. This is BBC and there's, in the Pacific Island of Vanuatu, they were hit with two
hurricanes, cyclones. Right. Two. And an earthquake.
Right.
At the same time, I mean...
Over the course of a few days.
Over a couple days.
Back-to-back hurricanes and an earthquake
over a span of several days.
We've got a short video from BBC
just showing you the storm coming into Van Attu. And then here's a BBC report.
Pacific Nation reels from twin cyclones and earthquake.
So the Pacific Nation of Vanuatu has declared a state of emergency as it reels from an earthquake and two cyclones in as many days.
The 6.5 magnitude quake struck on Friday, a day after Category 4 cyclone Judy swept through the islands.
The storm calls widespread damage and flooding across the country.
No casualties have been reported yet. A category
three storm, Cyclone Kevin, arrived on Friday, bringing destructive winds of up to 81 miles per
hour. Now, mind you, Vanuatu itself has a volcano, and one of the largest eruptions in history was
on Vanuatu. Yes. And it's still an active volcano. So you've got all those things
working at the same time
in this particular situation.
The reason I looked today, Doc,
for earthquake reports
out of the Pacific
was because of that.
It was a Swedish region.
The geologists had predicted
that there would be
a major earthquake in the Pacific region this week because of the conjunction of the two planets, Mercury and Saturn.
Right. And he was the one that predicted the earthquake in Turkey and is now predicting that there could be an earthquake in Russia, possibly this week as well, centering somewhere around the 5th, 6th, or 7th.
And so...
Yeah, so if you haven't gone outside at night
and looked at the two planets, you got to see it.
It's an amazing sight.
Very bright, close together,
Mercury and Saturn side by side.
I got a couple more I want to get to
before we wrap it up.
We've already gone over
our one minute. So
I'm sure you've heard about the
revival that broke out
in Kentucky at Ashbury
and
basically they got shut down
because too
many people showing up. Do we have
audio on this? No. We don't have the audio?
No. Oh, okay. I wanted to
hear the audio because there's a lot of nice
praise
taking place. So anyhow,
you know about this. It
was happening a few weeks ago.
And other subsequent
revivals at different locations have
stopped out. We've had people ask us
for a while. We haven't talked about it.
Well, the
seminary shut it down. That's right.
Too much
revival. Too much revival.
Too many people showing up to praise
God. We've got to get this under control.
Well,
I want to show you the headlines that
they're cranking out now.
Fears over
measles super spreader event at Kentucky Religious Festival,
where up to 20,000 may have been exposed to unvaxxed attendee. Oh, Doc, this is scary.
COVID doesn't scare anybody anymore, but measles? A revival in anti-vaxxers were there.
So officials have issued a health warning
over a potential measles super spreader event
at a religious ceremony, they're calling it in Kentucky.
Around 20,000 people may have been exposed
to the extremely infectious disease
at the 10-day worship event in the city of Wilmore.
Okay, let's just stop there.
Propaganda alert.
This definitely is.
Propaganda alert all through this article.
Health officials have issued a warning over what?
A potential?
Is it a super spreader event?
No, it's potential.
It could.
It could be.
Has anyone come down with the measles since the event?
They're not reporting that.
But they could.
It's potential.
It's possible.
It's maybe.
It's possible.
Put that back up there because there's another propaganda line in there
let's see
around 20,000 people
may have been exposed
what are they telling you
20,000
people have
caught the measles
or they've touched somebody
with the measles they may
they were rubbing up against the measles person They were rubbing up against the measle person.
They were measling around at the worship.
Measling around.
And who did it, Doc?
Who did this act?
An unvaxxed person.
Right.
And they're all unvaxxed there, too.
Because the only people that go to religious revival events are anti-vaxxers.
So who's this coming from?
Well, no less than the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
and state health officials.
They're saying that an unvaccinated attendee
tested positive for measles days after the event last month.
They are now warning all unvaccinated attendees
or anyone who develops symptoms to quarantine for up to 21 days
and contact their doctor.
Said large numbers of people that attended the gathering
from across Kentucky and from other states and the countries
may, may have been exposed, the CDC said to Daily Mail.
Well, we're going to have to lock down Kentucky.
No, Rick, if they had their druthers, they would do it.
The infected person who has not been identified
attended a 24-hour prayer event at
Asbury on February 18th. The Christian Asbury revival event gained viral attention on social
media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with some videos earning hundreds of thousands of views.
Now, social media videos show a packed event with some even worshiping outside as the inner area of the church became
filled. The CDC spokesperson added an estimated 20,000 people attended the gathering on the days
that the patient attended. Okay, well, where's this unvaxxed thing at?
The infected person who's not been identified. Right. Are they saying this person never had a measles shot?
They're saying that this person
was unvaxxed.
Unvaxxed for measles?
No, they didn't say that.
Yeah, see?
That's the point I'm trying to get.
Right.
No, I noticed that too.
They didn't get the COVID shot.
But they don't say that the person
never was vaccinated against measles.
Right.
And where's the outbreak?
And if you did have an outbreak, if a couple of people got the measles, what's going to happen?
They're going to miss work for a week.
Right.
That's it.
But somehow they know COVID doesn't scare you anymore.
They know it doesn't.
They know because it's a bad cold.
They know COVID doesn't scare you anymore.
Okay?
So now they got to come up
with something even scarier.
Hey, remember the measles?
Remember how scary that used to be?
Well, now they're going to scare you with that.
And besides that, Rick,
over 90% of the adult population
in the United States
received their measles vaccination as a kid. Okay. So are you saying that the only people
that attending the Asbury revival were the 10% that weren't vaccinated as a kid against measles?
Apparently that's what they're trying. That's what they're applying in the propaganda.
Right. But they won't come out and say that the person who had measles
was not vaxxed against measles.
They were just unvaxxed.
Right.
You know how bad those unvaxxed are, Rick.
Yeah.
And vaccines don't work anyhow, do they?
So, that's it for today.
Weekend coming up.
Spend some time in this Bible.
Make time for the Lord.
Just set aside time to be quiet.
Find a quiet place in your home, your property,
someplace you can just be alone with the Lord.
And just talk to your father.
Just have a chat with your dad.
And let him talk to you. And tell him to your father. Just have a chat with your dad and let him talk to you and
tell him about your problems, all right? And listen to his solutions because they will come to you.
Later throughout the day, you'll start getting ideas how to fix your problems.
He's a good father. He's a very good father. And he loves you very much.
And all he wants to do is hang out with you and talk to you.
But you've got to make time for him.
Find a church to go to this weekend.
And just make this a quiet weekend to be in the presence of God.
Turn off the news and all the noise of the world.
And just enjoy the peace of quietness
and let your soul rest and find comfort in the presence of the Lord. Thank you for watching us.
Don't forget about New Zion, our digital church service, which you can watch at truenews.com and also watch Morning
Manna, which is going to follow this program right now. And if you have the Word Network
on your cable television or if you have DirecTV, True News comes on at 5.30 a.m. Eastern Time. And Morning Manna is on at 6 a.m. Eastern Time across not only the United States, but it is carried.
Word Network is in Africa.
It's in the Middle East.
It's all over the world.
And we are blessed to be on the Word Network. And we're just praying. We're believing God
that we'll have the financial resources
to continue to expand and to grow.
And we just rest in Christ.
I don't make a big deal about finances.
I simply tell you we need supporters.
And I trust that God is speaking to people right now
and you will obey.
You'll do what the Lord tells you to do, and we'll be okay.
We'll have what we need.
Take care.
We'll see you on Monday.
God bless you.
Welcome to Morning Manor.
Jesus Christ is the living bread that came down from heaven.
Anybody who eats this bread will live forever.
Nourish your soul each weekday with Morning Manor.
Here are your Bible teachers, Rick Wiles and Doc Burkhart. This is the day which the Lord hath made.
We will rejoice and be glad in it.
Hello, everybody.
My name is Rick Wiles, and I am glad you chose to start your day with Morning Manna.
Our mission is to make ready a people prepared for the second coming of Jesus
Christ. Now, nobody knows when Jesus will return, but he did give us a list of signs to tell us
that his second advent is approaching. Meanwhile, you and I must live in this sinful world that is
becoming stranger and more unstable and violent every year.
And that's why we have a motto here at this ministry to help us fulfill our Lord's great
commission. We must shine brightly, taste salty, and love everybody. Last Monday, we began our study of the parables of Jesus, and we devoted five days
of Morning Manna talking about the linchpin parable, the parable of the sower. Today,
we begin our discussion of the parable of the tares. Dr. Raymond Burkhart will begin our Bible study today by reading from the 13th chapter of
the gospel of Jesus Christ, according to St. Matthew, starting with verse 24. Thank you, Rick.
And if you've got your Bibles, let's open them up to Matthew chapter 13, and we're going to read
verses 24 through 27 right now. Another parable put he forth unto them, saying,
The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field.
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way.
But when the blade was sprung up and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
So the servants of the householder came and said unto him,
Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field?
From whence then hath it tares?
So that's our first three verses of the parable here.
Rick, any comment right now as we get started on this?
Well, yeah, I love this parable.
It's a fascinating
parable. Start with the tares. The tares are, the best word to use is darn Middle East, Darnell is a weed
that looks like wheat.
It has all the attributes of wheat.
It's to the average person,
it's impossible to distinguish
which plant is wheat
and which is Darnell.
And you don't know which is Darnell.
And you don't know which is Darnell until harvest time. And one of the things about Darnell is that if you eat it,
if you consume it, it will make you drunk.
It'll make you, it's like a hallucinogenic drug.
It's a noxious weed.
Yes, yes.
And so it's actually known in the Middle East as something that people would smoke, like
marijuana.
Yes.
If livestock eat it, they become sick and disoriented.
So that's the tares.
Of course, the wheat represent the sons and daughters of God.
What's interesting about this, all right, so what we learned about the parable, the parable of the sower, the sower is always Jesus.
In every parable, if it says a sower, the sower is Jesus.
In this parable, there's another player.
That's right.
Someone else is sowing seed as well. There's an
imposter sower who enters the story and sows another seed, which is the Darnell, the tares.
I think what we should do is read the second half of the parable. So let's pick back up in verse 28
and we'll read the second half here. He said unto them, An enemy hath done this.
Their servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
But he said, Nay, lest while ye gather up the tares, you root up also the wheat with them.
Let both grow together until the harvest.
And in the time of harvest, I will say to the reapers,
Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them. All right, so Jesus gave his disciples the interpretation of this parable.
And so the parable itself is in Matthew 13,
starting with verse 24. Going down to verse 30. Right. But you have to go over to
verse 37 to get Jesus's interpretation. Right. Because in that meantime, he had given the
parable of the mustard seed and the parable of the mustard seed
and the parable of the leaven.
And then he went into the house
and sat down with the disciples.
And then the disciples asked him,
the disciples asked him,
what does this mean?
What are we talking about?
Yeah, so I like this with verse 36.
Then Jesus sent the crowds away
and went into the house
and his disciples came to him
saying,
explain to us the parable
of the weeds of the field,
the tares.
We talked about last week
that I like to say
that Jesus has a paywall.
You have to go
into a private area to get more information, to get more teaching, to get more illumination of the word.
We know this term paywall today with the Internet.
When the Internet started, almost everything was free.
And then websites started charging fees to get access to the website.
And usually they put out something that's free to the public, which is called freemium content.
And then the premium content is behind the paywall after you have paid your fee to access the website.
I believe Jesus did the same thing.
The parables were freemium content.
He taught these parables to crowds
that gathered around him.
But the interpretations of the parables
were done in private.
That's correct, yes.
The public didn't hear the interpretation,
only his disciples. And you go, well, how's that a paywall? Because you had to pay a price to become
a disciple. That's right. Discipleship is not free and it's not cheap. You have to pay a price.
Does that mean you have to pay money to get into it? No, that's not what I'm saying.
You have to pay a price in pursuing God.
There's a cost to pursue God.
You're going to give up time.
You're going to give up, you may give up friends.
Right.
You may give up resources.
You're going to invest time and effort and resources
into building a closer relationship with Almighty God.
That's the paywall.
And look at the disciples.
As they were going about their day,
working, some as fishermen and tax collectors and so forth,
Jesus showed up and said, come, follow me.
So a decision had to be made
whether or not to follow him,
to leave everything behind
and pursue Jesus.
They paid a price.
That's right.
They gave up profitable businesses.
They walked away from their fishing boats,
their clients.
They walked away to follow Jesus.
There was a price they paid
to become a disciple of Jesus.
It's the same for us today.
You're going to lose friends.
Your old drinking buddies aren't going to come around anymore when you start pursuing a relationship with God.
When you stop gossiping, your gossiping friends aren't going to call you so often because you're not
participating in their gossiping sin. There's a price you pay and you devote time and energy and
effort to learning about God, to attend, obviously going to church, going to Bible study events, acquiring Christian books.
You're making an effort to become a disciple.
And you're also allowing the Holy Spirit to discipline you.
That's the greatest price.
And not everyone is allowed to receive the spiritual revelation of parables.
In verse 36, it says,
Jesus sent the multitude away.
He sent them away.
He sent them away
because they did not deserve the interpretation.
Doc, I just, you know,
there are people watching this right now going,
I just can't believe that.
You're telling me that Jesus sent sinners away
and said,
you are not qualified to hear what I'm about to teach.
Is that what you're saying?
Let me read it again.
Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house.
He sent the crowds away.
The very crowd that he had given the parable to,
he told them the parable,
but he did not tell the interpretation to the crowd.
He told them to go home.
Yes.
All right.
You know, service is over.
Go home.
Basically, that's it, right?
Yes, but Doc, if somebody in that crowd would have pressed through the crowd and got up to Jesus and said, Lord, please don't send me home.
I have to know what this means.
What do you think he would have done?
Come on in the house.
See?
That's the difference.
Because the hunger.
The hunger and thirst for Christ.
You know, Rick, we live in the age
of what we call broadcasting,
Christian broadcasting.
The idea has been, let's spread the Word of God as far as we can through TV, through radio, through shortwave.
Well, broadcast itself, the term broadcast is a farming term.
You're casting broad.
Yes.
You're broadcasting your seed.
That's a farming term. And so with television and radio, broadcast means you're sending the radio or
television signal on a broad path, and that's broadcasting. Right. But we're in that age,
and of course the internet age as well, where virtually anyone anywhere in the world pretty much
can listen to the gospel if they so chose. I mean, there are exceptions. I
realize that, but then there, that's the idea. That's the multitude out there. And many have
heard the parable of the, the, the tares, but many have not sought what the Lord is saying through
the, uh, through the, uh, parable of the ta Yes. And so you may be watching today
or listening to our message today
and you've heard the parable of the tares
many, many times.
But have you really,
have you really sought to go into the house with Jesus
and find out what he has to say about it?
You got to go into the house of the Lord.
Right.
You have to go into the house of the Lord.
That house was the Lord's house. to go into the house of the Lord. That house was the Lord's house.
Then Jesus sent
the crowds away and went into the
house. That was the house of the Lord
because he was there.
And if you want the
revelation of these parables,
you've got to go into the Lord's house.
So,
you know, there are people watching us right now
on the Word Network early in the morning
now this this program just starts at 6 a.m eastern time uh that's uh 3 a 3 a.m on on the west coast
right there are people watching us right now and you're not a churchgoer um you maybe you've never read the Bible, but you came across this program this morning
and something inside your spirit said, watch it, watch it. And you're not quite sure,
what are you watching? I want to tell you, the Holy Spirit is calling to you, saying, come closer, come, and come back every day, and let me feed you,
and I will nourish your soul. That's what morning manna is about. We're nourishing your soul.
And it's up to you to have the hunger. We can't make you hungry. But if you are hungry,
we will feed you, and the Lord himself will feed you now what i want to do
now doc is let's go to the explanation jesus's explanation it's in uh matthew 13 and he starts
in verse 37 and we'll read through uh 43 on this as well so he answered and said unto them he that
soweth good seed is the son of man. The field is the world. The good seed
are the children of the kingdom, but the tares are the children of the wicked one. The enemy that
sowed them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the world and the reapers are the angels.
As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so shall it be in the end of the world.
It goes on to say in verse 41,
the Son of Man shall send forth his angels
and they shall gather out of his kingdom
all things that offend
and them which do iniquity
and shall cast them into a furnace of fire.
There shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Then shall the righteous shine forth he'd given to the multitude.
The interpretation now is being delivered to the small group of disciples
gathered into the house with the Lord.
They had asked the question or had said to Jesus,
declare unto us the parable of the field.
Beforehand, they just said, why are you teaching parables?
But now they're asking, okay, Lord, give us revelation.
Tell us we want to know, teach us on this one.
And Jesus said, here we go.
So, Doc, last week we spent about five days
reiterating a very important message about the parable of the sower. And that is the seed is
the word of God, but that which is sown is people who have heard the word of God. It's absolutely
essential that you grasp that concept
in order to understand the parable of the sower.
Jesus said, if you don't understand the parable of the sower,
you're not going to understand any of the other parables.
The seed is the word of God.
That which is sown are people who have heard the word of God.
You and I have been sown by the Lord.
And we've heard the word of God.
The harvest that we produce for his kingdom is in direct response to the condition of our heart.
We're responsible for the condition of our heart. We're responsible for the condition of our heart.
And that determines whether we have any harvest for the kingdom.
Now, in this interpretation, the sower of the good seed is Jesus Christ. It's good seed.
And he tells us that the good seed are the children of the kingdom.
Right.
In this, the seed is not the word of God.
It's the children of the kingdom
who have heard the word of God.
Who have heard it, received it, and understand it.
And obeyed it.
Right.
So the sower is Jesus, but he's sowing good seed. He's sowing men and women who have heard the word of God, received it, believed it, and obeyed it, and produced a harvest. That makes them good seed.
Right. And he explains who the good seed are. The good seed are the children of the kingdom.
So who, what is the field? He says it, the field is the world. In other words,
everything that we can imagine. That's the place where Jesus is investing the good seed.
Is the world the same as the earth?
My answer is no. The earth belongs to the Lord. The earth was made by God.
The world is man's system, but Jesus takes ownership of it. He takes dominion of it. He
claims ownership of it because he's Christ. He's God. And he does not let even Satan own the world.
That's a great observation, Rick,
because Satan comes along thinking that he owns that field.
He's an imposter.
He's an intruder.
He's a trespasser into the field that belongs to Jesus Christ.
So the field is the world.
The world is the whole civilization of mankind.
Kingdoms, governments, systems, whatever.
Finance, education, culture, entertainment.
That's the world.
Well, see, we tend to say, well, the devil is the
prince of this world. Jesus said, I own the world. Yes. It doesn't say he approves of it. He owns it.
He takes dominion over it. And he says, I'm not going to surrender one inch of mankind to that lying devil.
So the devil is an imposter.
He's a liar.
He's a sneak.
He's a trespasser.
And the devil comes into the field.
Now, the good seed are the children of the kingdom, and the tares are the children of the wicked one.
The devil, Satan, sows tares.
What's he sowing?
His seed, bad seed.
Okay, if in this parable, if the seed is the word of God, okay, and it isn't, it's the people who've heard the word of God,
then you would have to say that the seed sown by the devil would be bad words.
It's not.
It's people that believe Satan.
Right.
People who do not believe the word of God.
That makes them children of the devil. In fact, at one conversation
that Jesus had with the Pharisees, when they were denying the word, as he was speaking, he said,
you are of your father, the devil. That's right. You are bad seed. That's right. So right now,
there are people watching us and you are not a Christian, you have never believed on the name of Jesus Christ
to save your soul,
you have never been baptized,
even though you think you're a good person,
officially, you are a child of the devil.
You're a tare.
You're a tare.
Well, I'm going to distinguish, Doc,
that tares are different from just everyday sinners in the world.
Because here's why.
Satan sows the tares into the church.
He sows, tares look like wheat.
Right.
They're meant to deceive. Okay. They're meant to deceive. They're meant to look like wheat. Right. They're meant to deceive.
Okay.
They're meant to deceive.
They're meant to look
like a Christian.
They talk like Christians.
They walk like Christians.
They smell like Christians.
They act like Christians.
But they're tares.
And we can't tell the difference.
It's impossible.
And every church, every ministry, every Bible college,
every Christian TV station, radio station, whatever it is,
if it's in the name of Jesus Christ,
inside that ministry are wheat and tares living side by side.
And lots of times, the tares are distinguished.
And they got college degrees and seminary degrees.
And they talk in authoritative voices.
And they write Christian books.
And they preach.
But inside, they're tares tares. They look like wheat. They talk like wheat. They act like wheat. They deceive. And at the same time, they can be in that church or at Bible school, there could be somebody that
used to be a drug addict
covered in tattoos,
but their heart is clean.
Their heart is clean.
They got saved.
They got delivered. They're living
for Christ. On the outside,
they're tattooed.
They look wild, But on the inside, they are the child
of God. And how many people say, I'm not so sure about that one, but Mr. So-and-so over here,
he's an upright Christian, and yet he's a terror.
They're deceptive, and they're very hard to discern.
In fact, Jesus said, don't even waste time.
Don't waste time at it.
Now, there's nothing wrong with pointing out the characteristics of terrors.
There's nothing wrong with educating a congregation about the deception of tares. Let the tares out themselves. But you can't out the tares.
If not, you'll split the church. You'll split the organization. You'll tear it up
by ripping out. You're trying to get the tares out,
but you're accidentally ripping up wheat
because you might rip somebody out of the church
that you think is a tare,
but it's actually a God-fearing person.
And they look while sitting right beside them
as a tare and you don't rip up the tare.
And Jesus said, don't do it.
Don't rip up any of them.
There's a day coming. There's a day coming.
There's a day coming.
I'll send the reapers.
The reapers are coming.
And the reapers have been to tare school.
They're graduates.
They're graduates.
They got agricultural degrees.
They know the difference between wheat and tares.
On the day of judgment,
when Jesus Christ comes back,
tens of millions,
hundreds of millions
of reaper angels
descend from the sky
down to earth
and they start pulling up tares.
You know what they do with them?
They bundle them
and they burn them
they bundle and burn the tares let the reaper angels do it they're experts they know who and
what is a tare in the churches what do you do with weeds you You know, my granddad, he passed away many, many, many years ago.
He was in his 90s when he passed away.
Had a third grade education, was a smart, smart man.
Read the Bible every day, Doc.
One image I have of my granddad is him sitting at his home reading the Bible every night.
But his nickname was Farmer.
And, you know, he loved to plant,
loved to be out there working in the soil.
But one image I have of him
is pulling the weeds and putting a pile.
And I'd help him pull the weeds.
I liked working with my granddad as a child.
Back then, I actually thought pulling weeds was fun because I was working with my granddad as a child. Back then, I actually thought pulling
weeds was fun because I was working with my granddad. Today, it's not fun. But I'd like to
pull the weeds with him and he'd say, put them over here in a pile. You know what he'd do after
we got all the weeds pulled? He burned them. He burned them. Now, why did he burn them, Rick? Because he didn't want them to go to seed
and the wind blow the seed across his garden again
and a new batch of weeds would come up.
And he told me, he said, we got to burn them.
The only thing we can do is just burn them.
That's coming on the day of judgment.
The Lord himself will supervise the harvest
and he will descend with a shout.
And when he shouts, the graves open up
and everybody who's ever lived comes out of the graves.
Everybody who's ever lived, Adam and Eve, everybody.
Adolf Hitler, everybody comes out of the graves.
And the angels descend.
And the first who go up are the dead in Christ.
They go up in the air to meet the Lord.
And then those who remain are called up into the air to meet the Lord.
But while that's happening, the angels are on the earth grabbing the tares,
bundling them and hauling them off to the lake of fire to be burned.
We're not supposed to touch the tares.
We're not supposed to cast judgment on people
and brand somebody a tare
and say, I'm going to rip you out of the church. I'm going to
chase you off. That's not our job. Our assignment is to shine brightly, taste salty and love
everybody. And to go into all the world and preach the gospel, make disciples of all men and women,
baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. That's our responsibility. Our responsibility is not pulling up tears. That's going to happen on
the day of judgment, the day of the Lord, when the Lord Jesus Christ comes back and he will get it
right. He won't mistake one tear for wheat. He won't mistake one piece of wheat for tear. They
know exactly who is who. So rest.
And pastor, this is a message on some pastors.
You got tares in your church.
You know it.
Let them grow.
Don't even try to rip them up.
The Lord already knows who they are.
You just feed and water the wheat and let the wheat grow.
And they'll get bigger and bigger and bigger.
And they'll be ready on harvest day
for the day that the Lord comes.
Love you so much.
See you tomorrow.
