it says mike lindell's lead counsel on friday discussed the new evidence that he is hoping to put before the supreme court in a bid to persuade it to rule that the use of electronic voting machines to cast or tabulate votes is unconstitutional. So he's actually teaming up right now with Arizona Republican Carrie Lake, who said her 2020 defeat in the state's gubernatorial race was marred by fraud. Carrie Lake's allegations have already been repeatedly rejected in the courts. Lake and Fincham's petition read newly uncovered evidence also shows Arizona's Maricopa County flagrantly violated state law for electronic voting systems, including using altered software not certified

for use in Arizona and actively misrepresented and concealed those violations. So that's the latest development. So this mentioned a Mr. Finchman and this is Mark Finchman. And he's an Arizona citizen. He's also running for office in Arizona, just recently endorsed by President Trump. Of course, Kerry Lake is running. Because about an hour ago, I saw an article that caught my attention and said, well, wait a minute.

What was this about? I'll show you. This is it. Here's the New York Post. Election denier. It's already in the headline. Right. An election denier.

What is an election denier? Okay. Somebody who says maybe there's fraud and corruption in the voting system. So that makes you an election denier. An election denier. By the way, New York Post is owned by News Corp, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch. Right. So Murdoch got sued by Dominion.

He lost. Had to pay him out a couple hundred million dollars. So he now changes his headlines, and he's on board with election denying. And if you notice this, this is an Associated Press partnership story with the New York Post as well. So election denier attorney arrested after D.C. hearing about leaked Dominion documents. Folks, this just happened this morning. Right. She walked out of the courthouse and was arrested by U.S.

Marshals. That got my attention, Doc. Wait, we were told it wasn't, you know, these machines weren't hackable. Why were U.S. Marshals waiting for her? Well, let's find out. So, an attorney facing criminal charges for illegally accessing Michigan voting machines. Let me just say that again.

An attorney facing criminal charges for illegally accessing Michigan voting machines after the 2020 election was arrested Monday after a hearing in a separate case in federal court in Washington, D.C. Stephanie Lambert was arrested by U.S. Marshals after a hearing over possible sanctions against her for disseminating confidential emails from Dominion voting systems to the target of conspiracy theories over President Donald Trump's 2020 election loss. Now, Lambert obtained the Dominion emails by representing Patrick Byrne. Now, who's Patrick Byrne? The former CEO of Overstock and, my suspicion, some sort of deep state plant of some kind. But he said he worked for the FBI.

As an informant, yes, specifically. And so, now, Patrick Byrne's a prominent funder of election conspiracy theorists, and he's being sued by Dominion for defamation. So in a statement, the marshal's office said Lambert was arrested on local charges. Local charges. A Michigan judge earlier this month issued a bench warrant for Lambert after she missed a hearing in her case in which she's charged with four felonies. Listen to this. For accessing voting machines in a search for evidence of a conspiracy against Donald Trump. Why would U.S. Marshals arrest somebody for local charges?

A local charge, Doc, would be the Vero beach police have an arrest warrant for you right are they really going to send out u.s marshals for you for a local warrant unless it has something to do with dominion voting machines and the 2020 elections now uh lambert stephanie lambert had earlier unsuccessfully sued to overturn the Trump loss in Michigan. Earlier Monday, Lambert had acknowledged passing on the records from Dominion Voting Systems to law enforcement. That was in quotes in the article. She then attached an affidavit that included some of the leaked emails

and was signed by Dar Leaf, a county sheriff in northern Michigan who has investigated false claims of widespread election fraud from the 2020 election to a filing in her own case in Michigan. The rest of the documents were posted to an account under Leaf's name on X, the social platform formerly known as Twitter. So, Doc, AP and New York Post, they denigrated the position of sheriff by putting it in quotes. Right. Law enforcement quotes as though he's not a real sheriff. What is he, a sheriff denier? Well, I guess they're sheriff deniers, aren't they?

He's a real sheriff in Michigan, and he's been investigating allegations that voting machines in his county were rigged he's the sheriff he has the right he has the duty to investigate and the authority to to investigate but he's he's lowered to quote law enforcement as though he's not a real police officer and why isn't he a real police officer because he's not falling in line with the narrative right and so the attorney miss lambert gave these dominion voting machine company emails to the sheriff but and she was arrested today by the by the u.s marshals for giving the the emails to the sheriff for an investigation but specifically and they say this for illegally accessing michigan voting machines yes but the reason she was arrested today was giving the email.

I understand that. She got her hands on emails from Dominion. Right. She gave them to the sheriff. She was arrested today in Washington by U.S. Marshals for passing Dominion voting system emails to a sheriff. And they've determined that the only way she could have gotten those was by illegally accessing Michigan voting machines.

Oh, I see what you're saying. They just admitted that they can be hacked. Is that what it's saying? I didn't even notice that. That very first line. Where are you seeing that? That very first line. An attorney facing criminal charges for illegally accessing Michigan voting machines.

No, that's another charge. There was an investigation. There was an investigation by the sheriff where they took some voting machines and they had cyber forensic work done on them. And so they were charged. I mean, this is a legitimate investigation. They were charged with tam this is a legitimate investigation they were charged with tampering with voting machines but i thought they were tamper proof that that's true but according to the way this is going you can't even investigate a voting machine you can't even open it up and

look if you do you've broke do, you've violated the law. And so she was arrested for it on that case. But that's not why she was arrested today. She's facing criminal charges for tampering with a voting machine in her investigation. But she was arrested. She was arrested today. For the emails. For passing leaked Dominion voting System emails to Sheriff Dar Leaf.

What's in the emails? Now, my first question, are the emails, is this related to what Mike Lindell says he has possession of? The new evidence. And if he has possession of the emails, they're going to arrest him. They're going to say you're in possession of stolen emails. I got you now. If he has, if that's what he has, then they're going to arrest him for having possession of stolen emails.

Now, the news media can have leaked emails all day long. Right. If you're the New York Times or MSNBC, you can have leaked emails all day long. If you're the New York Times or MSNBC, you can have leaked emails. You can pay somebody to hack somebody and still get away with it. But if you have emails that prove corruption, the government's coming after you. And that's what I see happening here. This is a case we need to watch. Now, I mentioned that Mike Lindell has a case going to the Supreme Court. So Carrie Lake has a

case that's going to the Supreme Court. She's filed a petition saying she can't have a fair election in Arizona because the voting machines are rigged. This is going to the Supreme Court. These emails are part of that case. You see what's happening?
