TRUNEWS with Rick Wiles - Biden Economy: Empty Shelves and Soaring Prices
Episode Date: October 15, 2021Today on TruNews, Rick Wiles considers the Biden COVID economy, and explores the causes of the so-called ‘supply chain meltdown’, as cargo ships back up and shipping containers stack up. Is this m...ess because of vaccine mandates, or because Transportation Pete Buttigieg is still on maternity leave learning to breast-feed? Later, Kerry Kinsey and Doc Burkhart provide a rundown of the latest in Corona Crazy news, as police and fire departments around the country are saying ‘No Jab’, while Democrat mayors and governors say ‘No Job!’ Rick Wiles, Kerry Kinsey, Doc Burkhart. I'm Rick Wiles.
Russia claimed that one of its warships on Friday confronted and chased off the USS Chaffee
in the Peter the Great Bay south of Vladivostok.
The Russian anti-submarine vessel came within 60 yards of the American Navy destroyer.
The naval incident occurred while Russia and China conducted joint naval drills.
The Russian Defense Ministry said its ship radioed a warning to the USS Chaffee,
but the U.S. ship raised flags indicating it was preparing to launch a helicopter from its deck.
The raising of the collars meant that the ship would not change its course nor speed. The Russian Defense Ministry said its anti-submarine warfare ship,
the Admiral Tribbets, took action to force the American naval ship to leave the area.
Now later, the Russian Defense Ministry said it summoned the U.S. military attache
to hear Moscow's complaint about the incident. the Russian Navy accused the U.S.
Navy of unprofessional conduct and violating international regulations to prevent collisions
at sea. Doc Burkhardt and Kerry Kinsey have a lot of news today about the growing rebellion
against vaccine mandates. Before Kerry joins us, Doc and I want to talk about the growing rebellion against vaccine mandates. Before Kerry joins us, Doc and I want to talk about
the growing number of empty store shelves across the USA.
This is a sight not seen in America
since the Great Depression in the 1930s.
Hey, Doc.
Hey, Rick.
You know, we've been monitoring the supply chain throughout this year, and we've been noticing, you know, over recent months, a growing number of warnings from people in business that there's going to be a serious problem come fall of this year.
Yes.
But we're now in October, and now it's exploding.
Fall's here.
It's here, and so are the empty store shelves.
We're going to show you a number of photographs today
that people are taking from their stores.
Look at this.
This isn't the Soviet Union.
You see what happens when you vote in communism?
You get communism.
What did we know about the Soviet Union during its reign in Russia?
The store shelves were bare.
People were told, this is what you get, like it, or leave.
And you had to line up for certain products.
Like bread and potatoes.
You lined up to get a loaf of bread.
America, you got communism, and now you get communism.
So this is some examples here. This is a warehouse store here that we're looking at,
bare shelves. This is now getting to be a common sight in a lot of the warehouse stores. This is
one of the retail grocery stores. This is not unusual to be seeing this right now.
And we're not just talking toilet paper and paper towels.
We're talking some basic necessities.
It could be anywhere from foodstuffs, frozen foods.
Look at that, Doc.
There's a grocery cooler.
So you're seeing this more and more across different sectors of the retail economy, the warehouse economy that's going on out there.
This is Target here.
Now, Target usually has a pretty good supply chain going on, but they, once again, they're experiencing these shortages, these empty shelves as well.
And the question is, what does Target know that we don't know or we're not being let in on?
Well, Target corporately and Walmart are both saying that they're not going to have any problems.
They're going to keep their stores stocked through Christmas.
What else are they going to say?
They have to say that, don't they?
Oh, no, we're not going to have Christmas this year.
Are they going to say that?
Of course they're going to say. But you just showed video from a Target store with empty shelves.
CBS News says small retailers brace for shortages amid supply chain bottlenecks.
And what you're seeing there are container ships that are off the coast of Los Angeles.
San Diego, yes.
Yeah, Southern California.
I mean, this is, again, it's unheard of.
Why are the ships sitting there?
Why aren't they coming in and being unloaded?
Well, the docks are full.
They're stacking containers 10, 15 high out on the docks.
They can't move the containers off the docks, Rick.
There's not enough drivers. There's not enough people to move those. And so.
Let me give you some examples, Doc. Here on the East Coast is Savannah, Georgia.
Yes.
80,000 containers piled up high at the port of Savannah.
That's just hard to imagine. If you've ever driven through Savannah and driven by the port out there,
that's where all the cruise ships are that come in. But to imagine that many, 100,000 shipping containers or 80,000 shipping containers just piled everywhere, that's just a hard sight to
even imagine. So keep that number in mind, 80,000. That's East Coast, Savannah, Georgia. Let's go to
the West Coast. What do they have on the West Coast and L.A.?
Take a look at this at Long Beach and L.A. 500,000. All the cargo ships just off of our coast.
It feels like they're multiplying by the day. The docks of the ports of L.A. and Long Beach are having issues. Officials say they could have as many as a half million containers waiting there.
Frustrated truck drivers say the port needs to speed up the wait times
and have more docks ready to offload products so they can keep up with the demand.
Half a million.
Yes.
You ever been to Long Beach?
Oh, yes.
Yeah, beautiful.
Yeah, I used to fly into Long Beach often when I worked for TVN,
and it was inexpensive to go into long beach at that time
right and a nice nice place but a half million shipping containers piled up at long beach
it's doc i mean why why why don't they just unload the shipping containers but there's no place to
unload them too like like the two reports said, they're stacking
them up. But why are they stacked? Because they're not moving off the dock. Why aren't they moving
off the dock? There aren't enough drivers to move the trucks, move the containers off the docks.
And why don't we have enough workers at the dock and enough drivers? Now that's the real question
at hand because on some of the docks, you can't go drive onto the dock unless you have vaccination credentials.
There's been a clamp down on who can access in California, especially.
That's one of the reasons why there's such a back.
So the vaccine mandates are causing havoc at the docks.
Yes. And that's something they don't want to talk about.
No, they don't want to say that. Because the drivers are quitting.
Right.
And this creates kind of a domino effect across the globe.
If the containers can't get shipped to different places, they can't be emptied.
If they can't be emptied, they can't be sent back where they can get more stuff.
And so what happens is as things back up here, they get backed up on the dock and that causes backups globally
So we've got a map a global map from Financial Times here
So this gives you an idea where all the backups are taking place
So we already talked about Long Beach and Savannah, but one of the problem areas it's also happening in Europe to Rotterdam's one of the main
Shipping inlets there for all the European Union.
But because containers can't get back, now you have a backup being created where the products are coming from.
And there's actually a shortage of containers.
Yes.
Now, here in Florida, you know, Doc, you could buy a used empty shipping container.
You could go to a flea market and get a shipping container.
Because we have lots of docks and ports.
They're everywhere.
But now there's a shortage of shipping containers.
Right.
And one thing that a lot of people don't realize, and you and I keep an eye on this all the time, is the price of shipping, you know, of shipping things.
So just a few months ago, it only cost about like $1,000 to ship a container full of stuff over here.
The other day, those prices were approaching $20,000 for a container.
And the reason why is because they need containers to fill stuff in, to put products in,
so they can bring it here and they can make some money.
But there aren't enough containers because they're not being emptied.
The containers aren't being emptied because truck drivers are not emptying them.
So the price of goods are going up.
Right.
If a manufacturer in Asia ships a container full of goods
to the U.S. or Europe,
and the shipping price has gone up 10 to 20 times,
that has to be factored into the shipping price has gone up 10 to 20 times. Right.
That has to be factored into the wholesale price to the buyers in Europe and the United States.
And then that has to be passed on to the retail customers.
This is why we're getting this massive inflation.
It's one of the reasons. the outrageous spending governments have been doing for years by just pumping money into the market to inflate, to keep the markets alive and just artificially keep the economy running as though everything was normal.
All this is coming together one time.
I mean, there are ads. I've heard ads on Sirius XM for truck drivers, Rick.
Can you imagine, they were offering, this was an ad on Sirius XM yesterday, starting pay of $100,000
to $125,000 for truck drivers. And that kind of took me back. I was like going, truck drivers
are earning $100,000 to $125,000 a year right now.
What changed?
When I was a kid, being a truck driver, not that it was a low menial job or anything,
but it certainly wasn't a $100,000 job.
That says a lot right there, that there's such a demand for truck drivers,
for transportation coordin coordinators that
they don't have enough people to do the work they don't want to do the job or the biggest problem
rick is so many of these companies now are requiring vaccinations yes to get the jab or
you don't get the job and the drivers have quit right they't want to, you know, mess with the nonsense of it anymore.
You and Kerry are going to be talking about vaccine mandates in the next segment.
And there's a lot of stuff going on, like in Seattle and Chicago, where the police officers are saying, we're going to quit.
They're looking like it in Seattle, probably today, of firing 400 police officers by the end of today.
Same thing in Chicago. Yes. They're saying we're not going to be vaccinated.
So there is a rebellion in motion right now against the vaccine mandates.
Number 12, Walmart and Home Depot have committed to using night hours at West Coast ports to smooth cargo flows.
Now, this is after a meeting with Joe Biden and Joe jumped into this thing to solve this problem. and the port authorities and everybody involved, hey, why don't we just work 24-hour days
and move all these containers?
Okay.
I just figured they did work 24 hours a day, Rick.
Apparently not.
You have to have the President of the United States
to intervene to get that done.
And so the news media blew this up and said, you know, Joe Biden has come to the rescue and solved the inventory crisis.
But it's not really that's not the way it is really working out.
If you look at number 13, this is a Wall Street Journal.
California's port, California ports, 24 hour operation is going unused. So you have the the propaganda,
the spin coming from the White House and the news media. But that doesn't match what's really going
on. And the the article said a pilot program offering 24 hour container operations at the
port of Long Beach hasn't attracted any truckers more than two weeks since the extended hours began,
highlighting challenges facing Southern California seaports as dozens of ships back up off the coast.
Total Terminals International LLC, among the largest terminals at Long Beach,
began September 13 to allow truckers to pick up containers between 3
and 7 a.m. Monday to Thursday. So far, we have had zero deliveries, Chief Executive Bill Peratt said.
Mr. Peratt said TTI is talking to local trucking companies to see if the terminal can attract
drivers to pick up and drop off boxes. Right.
But part of the problem, especially in California, is the draconian mandates that they have for masks and they have for vaccinations.
And why the truckers aren't going to come and pick up because the first thing they're
going to be asked is, where's your mask or where's your vaccination card?
I wonder how many of the Biden voters are starting to realize that Democrats can't govern.
They simply can't govern. What Democrats are very good at, they are extremely good at political
organization, at propaganda, at tactics to go after their opponents. Class divisions. They've got that down. They are at the top of the game.
But when they get power, they're absolutely incompetent. And so what you see is Republicans
can manage. Democrats know how to win elections. Once they win, they make a disaster. They don't
know how to go. They absolutely make a disaster of whatever't know how to go they absolutely make a disaster
of whatever they get their hands on that's what's happened to the u.s since january everything has
gone down everything can you think of one thing that's going right in this country right now
nothing everything has gone downhill since biden got in White House. They can't manage. Bloomberg, Christmas at risk as
supply chain disaster only gets worse. Yeah. A couple of quotes out of this particular article.
I've been doing this for 43 years and never seen it this bad, said Isaac Larian,
founder and CEO of MGA Entertainment, one of the world's largest toy makers.
Everything that can go wrong is going wrong at the same time. And Jay Foreman, the CEO of Basic Fun, I got Tonka trucks in the south and
Care Bears in the north, and we'll blow last year's numbers away. But the problem is we don't
know if we'll get the last four months of the year shipped. The supply chain is a disaster. It's only getting worse. The problem that these
manufacturers are having is they've got orders backed up for months, Rick. They're ready to
make money. They've got product. They've got demand, but they have no way to get the product
to meet the demand. So Isaac- Go ahead. No, go ahead. No, no, you, you were going to, because you
mentioned, uh, Mr. Uh, uh, Larian, right. Isaac Larian, he was, uh, appeared on a Fox news the
other day. Uh, if you don't know a particular toy that he might be involved with, if you ever seen
the brats dolls that all the little girls like to play around with and everything, uh, his company
has those. That's one of the most popular products. He was on Fox the other day and explained, hey, this is just a disaster.
We've got to come up with a solution here.
All due respect to President Biden, what he just ordered is too little, too late.
It's only 72 days left to Christmas. And whether the ports are open 24 hours a day
or 48 hours a day, you cannot get labor.
If you cannot get labor, you cannot get trucks,
you cannot get those merchandise out.
And even if you get them out,
it's going to be too late for Christmas.
So I'm just going to show you one item.
This here, LOL Surprise
Movie Magic will be the number one toy this holiday. We can only get about 60% of the product
demand out to stores, 60%. That means a lot of kids are not going to be able to get LOL movie magic surprise under the Christmas tree or Hanukkah tree this year.
So I think I think this this directive is too little, too late.
And frankly, the political gimmick to me.
And I'm not too little, too late and too political and just a political gimmick to me and i'm not happy too little too late and too political too and just a political
gimmick everybody knows at the white house and in washington it biden's speech doesn't amount to
anything right the the simple way to solve this is drop the vaccine and mass mandates drop them
but newsom's not going to do that in California. And now that you've got the federal transportation, you know, authority all mixed up in this, they're not going to do it
either because that's the political side. Well, Doc, we should we should reach out to the secretary
of transportation, Pete Buttigieg. He's got to come to the rescue. Well, there's a small problem with that, Rick. Well, apparently he has been on leave for a while. The Secretary
of Transportation is on leave in the middle of a transportation crisis? Yes. This is a quote from
their article from Politico. If we go to number 20 here, they asked the question,
can Pete Buttigieg have it all? Well, he wants to have it all, I guess.
Here's a quote from that article.
They didn't previously announce it, but Buttigieg's office told West Wing Playbook
that the secretary has actually been on paid leave since mid-August
to spend time with his husband, Chaston, and their two newborn babies.
For the first four weeks, he was mostly offline except for major agency
decisions and matters that could not be delegated, said a spokesman for the Department of Transportation.
He's been ramping up activities since then. As he does that, Buttigieg will continue to take some
time over the coming weeks to support his husband and take care of his new children.
Which one of them gave birth to the babies?
Neither one of them, Rick, of course.
So here we have the first homosexual secretary of transportation, and we have a transportation
crisis, and he has taken a maternity leave, and he's trying to figure out how to breastfeed.
Yes. That's basically it. That's the state of insanity in the United States of
America right now. Oh my. We're the crazy ones to let this stuff go on. We'll take a break. We'll
be back in a minute. Having good nutritious food ready in case of natural disasters or

Welcome back to True News.
Well, you heard us talk in the first segment there
about the supply chain backup.
And let's face it, they are not going to solve that problem anytime soon because it's a political hot potato that they are not going to mess around with.
So I would suggest that you write down that Heaven's Harvest phone number.
It's 800-516-4773.
That's 800-516-4773. And you better be prepared because the supply chain situation, Terry, is not going to get it resolved anytime soon.
Because even if they fixed it today, let's say that they came up with some sort of miracle cure today to fix all the mess going on with all the container ships, both on the East Coast and West Coast of the U.S.,
it would still be four to six months before we would see the effect of that.
So Christmas is already out for a lot of these retailers
and for a lot of these suppliers and everything.
That's already out. There's no question about it.
And it's all because of COVID and because of President Biden's vaccine mandate
that he's been trying to enforce, even though it's not a mandate
yet. OK, so this New York Post, Kerry Biden says private sector covid-19 vaccine mandate will take
effect soon. But if you ask most Americans out there, they would say that this vaccine mandate
is already in effect, wouldn't you? Well, it's unconstitutional. Nobody wants it. You're
right. Isn't in effect right now? Who knows? I think, Doc, whoever controls the agenda
sets the tone for the conversation and anybody else is disinformation. And that's what's going
on with this mandate. Nobody wants it. We don't want it. I mean, is it in effect?
Well, according to The New York Post there, Biden is still trying to figure out how to work it out.
The Labor Department hasn't figured out how to implement it yet.
They tried to maneuver some sort of way with OSHA to try to do it that way. But they don't think that's going to pass review. So but the president came out and announced it.
Right. He announced is there's going to be a vaccine mandate. It's going to pass review so but the president came out and announced it right he announced is
there's going to be a vaccine mandate it's going to be in effect it's that's the way it is and if
the president said it therefore it must be absolutely true and already in effect that's
almost like if you have an emperor or caesar okay but as it stands right now, there is not a vaccine mandate. There is no federal vaccine mandate as it stands right now for private companies.
Now, President Biden did enforce it for federal employees and for the military.
Got a big problem coming up with the military.
We'll talk about that probably on another episode.
But President Biden is doing everything he can to get those last 66 million people vaccinated, Kerry.
And so Biden is standing by his vaccine requirements.
But more lawsuits are expected once the rules for businesses actually take effect.
Kerry, do you know that right now there are 20 states that are preparing lawsuits against the vaccine mandate if one comes down.
Yeah, and I like that.
And I see in this article they talked about Senator Ron Johnson.
I mean, we have a lot of people on our side.
Cruz of Texas, Rand Paul, most of the GOP for sure.
But at times it seems like it's us against them.
But isn't that what they want, Doc?
Yeah, because as Rick said in the first segment there, Democrats are good at a lot of things except actually governing.
But they like to divide.
They like to put people in groups.
They like to say, well, you're in this group and you're in this group and you're in this group.
So what they've done right now is they've put people in the vaccinated group and the
unvaccinated group. Yeah. I was thinking the other day, think about it. They've divided us on race,
color, creed, religion, political persuasion. Now they're dividing us on submission. Right.
Whether we submit to the vaccine. Yeah. And sometimes the mask means submission. Right. And they know that,
you know, one of the more encouraging signs that we have throughout the country are the number of
sheriff's departments, fire departments, police departments, where you see people standing up,
where you see officers and firemen and personnel within law enforcement standing up to all these different vaccine mandates.
And surprisingly, it's coming from many law enforcement unions, police unions, fire unions.
And so one of those situations that's happening right now, Kerry, is going on in of all places up in the Communist District of Seattle, the Seattle Fire Department makes contingency plans for handling emergencies as vaccine deadline approaches.
And as you dig into this article, it tells a little bit why they're having to make emergency plans is because right now there is a deadline this weekend for the
seattle fire department for all members of the seattle fire department to get vaccine yeah their
vaccination yeah they're talking about 130 firefighters could lose their jobs that's what
the powers that shouldn't be really want to mess up
the system but they're talking about just all kinds of things that usually
would happen here like training and what-have-you they're putting that off
so that this will come to fruition if it will you know I know a lot of
firefighters and they love God country and Chevrolet and apple pie there I
won't say all firefighters are conservative,
but these folks right here that won't take the jab,
God bless them, right?
Right.
I mean, and thank goodness that they're one of the few outlets out there,
one of the few groups out there that are actually standing up against these mandates.
Right.
And why do you think it's law enforcement?
Why do you think it's fire departments, Gary?
Why that particular segment? Any thoughts on that yourself?
Well, they you know, they're there. I won't say they're conservative, but they're hardworking.
They do their job. A lot of times they don't get a lot of credit for what they do.
I mean, and they know these people are probably not the ones that are in favor of the jab.
So why not go after them?
But of all places, like you said at the start of this, Seattle, Washington.
Right.
Well, thank goodness there's still a few people out there that still have a backbone that hasn't been removed.
Right.
Let's say that you live in Seattle though, and let's say that you have been granted an exemption,
either a health exemption or even a religious exemption
for the vaccine.
Well, that doesn't necessarily get you out
of a particular situation
because what's happening in Oregon, Kerry,
I don't know if you saw the story or not,
this is absolutely crazy.
Vaccine exempt Seattle staff may not have the same job or same rate of pay as someone who is vaccinated.
So think about this. You have been given a legitimate exemption.
It could be for religious reasons, let's say.
OK, or it could be even for health reasons. There are people that cannot
take the vaccine, the so-called vaccine, because of health reasons. And they have a legitimate
reason not to take the jab. Yet right now in Oregon, what's going on, that class of people,
those that even have exemptions, now what they're
saying to them is, well, you know, because you did not take the vaccination, you didn't
take the jab in the arm, even if you have an exemption, now you're in a lower class.
Now you're in a different category.
All other things being equal, Kerry, you don't have the same job.
You don't have the same wage per hour, let's say.
Yeah.
You can be doing the very same job, but because I have a religious exemption and you took the vaccine, you would have a better privilege than I would.
Yeah.
I saw this article how they're trying to take those people, maybe beat cops now pushing pencils.
That's what they're doing in this situation.
Hey, we know you didn't take the jab.
Let's find you another job within the organization.
In TV news, they do that for people who maybe are too aggressive or don't play ball.
They make us cover the circus.
So they're doing that here.
They're saying, listen, maybe you're not right for the circus. So they're doing that here. They're saying, listen, maybe you're not right
for the job. We'll find something else for you. Maybe get out of here is really what they're
getting down to. Well, in other places just next door in Washington state, they're making news
about very soon that if you want to go to any large sporting event, concert,
anything like that at all. Remember a year ago, Carrie, they were telling us there will not be
vaccine passports. There will not be any requirements or anything like that at all.
Once we once we start seeing a decline in covid cases, Washington state, by the way, Kerry, is in a decline in COVID cases and has been
since the summer. But now that they're in decline on the number of COVID cases,
they're upping the demands on the COVID vaccination. So if you want to go see,
let's say the Seahawks, I don't know why anyone would watch the Seahawks,
but let's say if you did want to watch the Seahawks in person, you would either have to show a proof of COVID vaccination.
And I don't know whether you have to, you know, show them your vaccine card or what it is, or you have to show them an app on your phone or you have to have a recent negative test.
And on the recent negative test, Kerry, you know, what makes that a legitimate
test? Is it going to be a home test kit? Now, look, I've got my negative test here. Right.
They're not going to accept that. You know that. They're going to have to say, no, you had to get
it like a bona fide pharmacy or something like that. Yeah. Which means you have to, the day
before, even two days before that sporting event,
you've got to go get a footlong Q-tip stuck up your nose.
And then maybe you'll get the test results back before the big game.
Right. Well, they're trying to make it difficult for the ones who get tested.
Also notice no mention of natural immunity.
They don't think we exist.
Myself and other people here have natural immunity after getting COVID this summer.
And in that article, they said they want to focus on somebody, let's say, as you mentioned,
who goes to a Seahawks game from out of state or out of the country who flew into Seattle and said,
hey, let's go watch the Hawks tonight.
And those are the people they're trying to focus on.
But I don't like this one, Doc.
Well, back to the People's Republic of Oregon there, the schools in Seattle specifically,
they are actually seeking a statewide vaccine mandate for all Washington students.
Now, we're not talking 12 to 18. We're not talking, you know, a certain group.
We're talking every student in every school. It includes homeschool students, too. Yeah. So so
we've got Seattle schools, Seattle, Seattle, Washington. And so they are seeking a statewide
vaccine mandate for all Washington students to be vaccinated. And this is in spite,
despite the fact, Kerry, that as it stands right now, there is not an approved vaccine for younger
children. Right. But they're still demanding a vaccine mandate for all Washington students.
Yeah, I was surprised at how many people in Washington state have been vaccinated that are
of that age.
By the way, in that article, the school board president says this led schools focus on education,
not disease mitigation. Ergo, take the poison and shut up.
Well, thankfully, there's still some places in the country where they're standing up.
Florida is a great place where Governor
DeSantis has been pushing back. I don't agree with Governor DeSantis on everything that he's
done, but he has been doing a great job fighting against the vaccine mandates, fighting against
the draconian measures that the federal government's trying to push down here. But another state that is really standing up to it has been Texas. And so we have this from NPR. Texas lawmakers
are weighing a bill to let workers sue employers over COVID vaccine mandates. Now, Kerry,
this could be a game changer for a lot of people. I hope so.
It's interesting, the kind of wild, the guy who sponsored the bill got the jab.
Did you know that, Doc?
No, I didn't.
He's a patient, he says a patient of sound mind and body has the right to accept
or refuse medical advice regardless of what the experts have to say.
This Tom Oliverson represents a district in Northwest Harris County, which is Houston, Texas,
near Houston.
Tom Ball in some of that area.
Well, this is only fair.
I mean, because, you know, let's say that an employer
demands that you get vaccinated, okay?
You have a choice in it,
but they demand it for you to keep your job.
You get vaccinated and you have some sort of ill effects as a result
of it. I mean, you could even get COVID as a result of that vaccine, right? Breakthrough.
Okay. Yeah. And so who pays for that? Who pays for the healthcare costs? You do. You do. Why
should I? Right. I didn't choose to get the vaccine, but I'm having either heart congestion
or blood clot or I have COVID as a result of getting the jab. Yeah. So why shouldn't I be
able to sue my employer for forcing me to get the jab? Right. That's one of the things I have a lot
of friends asking me, hey, Kerry, I'm being forced to take this vaccine.
What do I do?
And I give them a lot of advice.
One thing that a lot of legal experts say is present to your boss that proposal.
Listen, I'm not going to get it.
But if I did, would you pay for my hospitalization or would you pay for my funeral if I died?
And would you benefit my family and
what have you? I mean, put some teeth into this law. Well, it's really not a law, but the vaccine
makers don't have any liability. So what choice do we have? This is about the best we can do at
this point, don't you think? Right? We can't sue the pharmaceutical companies.
They've been given a blanket immunity. We can't sue the hospitals because of the Medicare connection to all of this now.
We can't sue them.
And so the only option that we have available to us is the employers that force us to get the jab. But in the legislation or actually the rules that
the Biden administration is trying to push through, they're actually trying to put wording
in there for exemption for employers. But that's a key factor, because if they don't have that,
then basically employers are left wide open.
Right.
You know, this is a tough situation, especially if you're a small business owner.
Say you run a donut shop and you've got five to ten employees.
That's, you know, that could have a, you know, imagine having to be told by OSHA or the Labor Department that, no, you have to mandate all your donut workers to get a jab in the arm.
Right.
And let's say one or two of them have bad results because of that.
You've lost two employees.
Yeah.
I think the person on the other side of the bill said that was one of the opponents didn't like that.
They thought this would destroy small business, Doc.
I agree.
I think it will destroy small business.
You know, Kerry, you're very passionate on this particular topic,
and a lot of people miss Corona Crazy,
and so we probably need to bring back a segment or two.
There you go.
But, you know, what's a small business owner to do?
I mean, there's so many people that are under pressure to, you know, by the federal government.
Of course, if you're passionate about this topic and, you know, you need to stand up against it.
Yeah. But there's such pressure that's that's going on.
You've had friends that have given in on the pressure and gotten the vaccine,
gotten the jab. But what do you say to somebody like, what do you say to a business owner or
even an employee? Hey, my boss is telling me, you know, if I want to keep working,
I'm going to have to get vaccinated. I mean, what would you say to them?
Well, it's a tough call. I mean, I have a friend down the street who I get a lot of food from and just on the fifteen dollar an hour situation.
You know, she's she's really up in arms and says, come on, fifteen dollars an hour.
I own this place. I don't make fifteen dollars an hour.
You see what I'm saying? Small business people are really hurting right now.
And so they're in a bind. And then with these mandates, I mean, you can see that it's almost as if the
government wants to get rid of small businesses. Wouldn't you agree? I think that's part of the
plan. Yeah. I mean, it seemed, you know, we did in the first segment, we talked about the lack
of truck drivers to move products. And the only reason why there's a lack of truck drivers is
because of the COVID mandates. That's the only reason. Right. If they would just lift those restrictions, they'd be able to start moving
product today. Yeah. But no, they this they're too embedded in this. And even right now, Kerry,
COVID numbers are going down. Right. They're actually number of cases per day have been going
down for 45 days. Deaths have been going down for 45 days. Yeah. But the restrictions have been going
up. Yeah. And Biden is not talking about inflation or supply chain. He's talking about mandates. And
we're like, look, we don't want the jab. Move on, man. Get some things done. Hey, we've got a lot
more coming up in the next segment here. We're going to keep talking COVID here. And we're going to be talking about the disaster that is about to happen in the windy city of Chicago
as police threaten to walk off the job because of the jab.

through the book of James.
And this Sunday, I'm gonna be talking about favoritism.

And so we're going through the book of James right now
at New Zion Assembly.
And so I'd like to invite you to join us
this coming Sunday morning, 1030 at truenews.com.

And so that's New Zion Assembly.
Join us Sunday mornings at 1030 on truenews.com.
You will be blessed.
Yes.
Hey, before we took a break,
we kind of told you a little bit
about what's happening in Chicago.
Now, I like Chicago, okay? There are parts of Chicago I don't like, we took a break we kind of told you a little bit about what's happening in chicago now i like
chicago okay uh there are parts of chicago i don't like but as a general city i like chicago has that
uh kind of old america feel to it you know uh those beautiful concrete uh uh you know gothic
buildings that are uh american gothic buildings that are in the city i mean it's almost like in
some places in chicago taking a step back in time.
Yeah.
Like you're watching The Untouchables or something like that.
One of my best friends is from Chicago.
I'm sorry.
And he says, hey, I love this place, but about the winters, never again.
Yes, I agree with you there.
But one of the issues that's been going on in Chicago for quite a while is the number of crime is like going nuts in Chicago.
It's not unusual for there to be a dozen or so shootings
and even sometimes that many deaths in Metro Chicago
on any given weekend at all.
That's on a normal weekend.
But there's a very difficult situation about ready to happen in Chicago because as it
stands right now, the head of the Chicago Police Union is urging his cops to defy a vaccine mandate.
Now, Kerry, the police in Chicago have a deadline of today to be vaccinated. If they're not vaccinated,
then the mayor has basically said you're out.
Now, I got to hand it to,
I'm not a big fan of unions, okay?
But I got to hand it to the Chicago Police Union here
that they did,
they are standing up for their members' right
to choose whether or not to receive the vaccine.
And he says, hell hell no hell's a bible
word so i can say it hell no chicago police union head urges cops to defy the vaccine mandate and
we have a little sound bite here of the police union president talking about this
it's safe to say the city of chicago will have a police force at 50 or less for this weekend
coming up that is not because of the fop that is 100 because of the mayor's unwillingness
to budge from her hard line fraternal order of police president john catanzara says the police
union is preparing legal action over the city's vaccine mandate,
and he's urging rank-and-file officers not to comply.
The vaccine mandate requires all city employees, including police officers,
to be fully vaccinated by this Friday at 11.59 p.m.
or to submit to twice-a-week COVID-19 testing on their own time and their own dime. It's the city's clear attempt to force officers to chicken little disguise falling into compliance.
Do not fall for it. Hold the line.
John Cantazaro says a lot of things, a lot of it offensive and racist and foolish.
Today, Mayor Lori Lightfoot responded to the union president saying his stance amounted
to irresponsible bluster and is dangerous for both the police and the public i don't know if
you noticed that the in that particular video that they blurred out the needles as they were going
in their arms no just keep that in mind so little things you notice yeah but But as far as the topic of the soundbite is concerned there.
So there's a battle royale going on between Mayor Lightfoot and, of course, the police in Chicago.
Kerry, Chicago cannot afford to have any any any police officer not on the street, not a single one,
because on any given day, there's crime that is going on in Chicago that they're having problems dealing with as it stands.
Yeah.
Imagine if half the police force, because that's what we're talking about right now,
nearly half the police force is refusing to adapt to the vaccine mandate that the mayor has issued.
Yeah, good for them because they reported 629 homicides this year through early October compared to 605 in the same period.
So that's over 10 a week.
Yeah.
10 homicides a week.
Yeah, and what are they going to do if half the staff, half the force isn't out there?
He says, I do not believe the city has the authority to mandate that to anybody, let alone that information about your medical history.
Talking about going in the portal and reporting, you know, about taking the vax.
He says, no, don't take it right don't do it and on the flip side
if you don't take it that you have to submit to twice weekly testing and you have to pay for it
okay and you know if the city or the state are administering covid tests and you're having to
pay for it you're you're going to pay for it right in a big way so it's uh it's a stupid measure. It's a draconian measure. By the way, once again,
in Chicago and in Illinois, COVID cases are on the decline. They're going down.
Murder rates are going up in Chicago, but COVID rates are going down in Chicago. But
it's more important to get the police vaccinated, in Mayor Lightfoot's mind,
than it is to have the police on the streets stopping people from blowing each other's heads
off. Yeah, well, he said the sky is falling, and that's what she is saying. So the union boss
instead demanded officers submit, listen to this, a flood of exemption requests the day before the Friday deadline
to overload the system.
Well.
Believe that?
Now, one of the solutions that Mayor Lightfoot and Governor Communist Pritzker there in Illinois
has put out there is they're offering to deploy the National Guard in the case that the Chicago
Police Department officer shortages uh cause problems
amid this standoff and so um you know this all sounds well and good except there's one small
problem with this uh theory carrie what is that all right so you can deploy the national guard
and you can put them on the streets of chicago but guess what they can do? The National Guard? Yes.
Arrest anybody?
Nope.
They have no authority to arrest anybody.
Really?
None.
They have no authority to arrest anybody.
Well, what good are they?
Right.
That's the real question.
I mean, they're not going to be allowed to stop anyone.
They're not going to be allowed to arrest anyone.
Yeah. They have no power to arrest. They have no power to. Yes, they have no power to do it.
Wow. None at all. And especially in a Democrat state like Illinois. And God bless all the good
people that live in Illinois. You need to get things right there and get all the Democrats
run out of there and get all the communists out of Chicago. But in the meantime, when you have a Democrat administration and they are controlling the National Guard, two things happen.
OK, either one, they do absolutely nothing or two, they go completely overboard.
And I'll give an example. It was a Republican governor that ordered the National Guard to go to Kent State.
Oh, wow.
I didn't know that.
So keep that in mind.
You're going to have situations where if you get the National Guard there, they have no power to arrest anyone.
And yet you're going to be in a cauldron, a pot of problems where people are going to be confronted and everything.
And somebody is going to do something stupid.
And I don't know if we're going to get there because he said it looks like the governor, he's offered to help by calling out the National Guard.
But the mayor has not accepted.
He says there needs to be coordination between this gal and me.
And they haven't done it yet. By the way, it's kind of interesting.
Canizera, over the summer, revealed that he did have the COVID-19 vaccine.
But he chose to do it.
Because he travels quite a bit.
You still should have resisted the vaccine,
but at least he's standing up for those with a choice in the matter.
And so we'll give him plus on that, negative on getting the jab.
And so, all right.
So lots of things are going to be happening
in Seattle, Chicago.
So all these major cities,
you're about to see a breakdown.
And especially as we get into the,
you know, over the next few weeks,
if people with the supply chain on products
and food and things like that start going nuts
there's going to be real problems in some of these major metropolitan areas
but as i've mentioned a couple times during the god cast here carrie
covid numbers are going down right deaths are going down and yeah and i think they're finally
figuring out that we're on to them that they're classifying people dying of COVID that haven't actually died of COVID. They've died of ingrown toenails and everything else, but they haven't
really died of anything called COVID. People have died of other things and then said COVID was a
contributing factor to it. And so one of the things that story that I saw come out of the Asian outlets today, this is from NTD News.
This is in Taiwan, Kerry. I don't know if you saw this story or not today.
I did. Amazing.
Look at that headline, folks.
More die after vaccination than from COVID-19 in Taiwan.
I'll read it to you again.
Let that kind of stew and sink in.
More die after vaccination than from COVID-19 in Taiwan.
Kerry, you know, for the longest time,
Taiwan had hardly any cases of COVID-19 in the country.
They had taken some measures early on
to kind of watch for things,
but they had a very low rate of infection
or people appearing to have symptoms of COVID-19 at least.
But then they got on board
with all the other countries around the world
to roll out a vaccine program, an untested
vaccine program. And more have actually died from the vaccination than from COVID-19 itself.
So the Taiwan health minister, Kerry, is saying that deaths after vaccination have reached 865
right now, while deaths from the virus are only 845. I am not surprised, Doc. Public Health England
says 74% of COVID deaths in the UK this summer were from the fully vaccinated. Dr. Sherry Tinpenny
calls the jab a well-designed killing tool. She says it attacks 28 organ cells. So you're seeing that killer jab going to work.
You know, there are a few places out there in the world, Kerry,
that are still trying to fight against this
and are trying to open for business again, trying to get things going again.
One of those places is in New South Wales in Australia,
one of the few states in Australia that has actually been trying to move past all this COVID nonsense.
And so what happened is earlier this week that the premier of New South Wales came out and said, you know, we're we're easing our COVID restrictions.
We are allowing people back into the restaurants, into the pubs, into sporting events and things like that.
But Prime Minister Scott, I go to Hillsong Church, Morrison,
shut down the New South Wales premier's open for business border announcement.
Yeah.
And so once again, and God bless all you folks in Australia that watch and listen to us. We get so many emails and so many comments from our friends down in Australia.
I don't know how you're putting up with this stupidness you've got going on.
It's crazy.
Dominic Perrottet is his name.
He did not get the memo from the powers that shouldn't be.
This one really made my day because this shows that these people are really just throwing stuff against the wall.
There was no communication there. And, you know, he said, listen, returning vaccinated travelers, there will be no mandatory measure. And then out of that's about 10 a.m. this morning, then out of nowhere, the prime minister said, basically, what are you talking about? You know, this is not true.
We are not opening up to everyone coming back to Australia at the moment.
It reminds me maybe of a president making an order around the country.
Against a governor.
And then a governor saying, the other way around,
a governor is saying something and the president is saying,
wait a minute, what are you doing down there?
Right. It'd be as if Governor DeSantis had said, we're open for business and
President Biden coming along and saying, no, you're not. Right. And then using the authority
of the federal government to shut down the state. Now, they haven't gone that far yet here in the
U.S., but if it works in Australia, it's currently working in Canada right now really,
really well. But if it works in Australia, don't be shocked if you see that here.
You know, Kerry, earlier in the Godcast, we talked about the immunity that a lot of these
companies have received, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare outlets, things like that. In Australia, they had kind of a different way of doing things when the pharmaceutical
companies entered into Australia.
They in the beginning did not do like kind of the blanket immunity that the Trump administration
granted the pharmaceutical companies here.
Basically here in the US, the pharmaceutical companies said, yes, we'll produce the vaccines. Yes, we'll roll out. Yes, we'll warp speed.
But you have to give us immunity from, you know, lawsuits and things like that.
They didn't do that same thing in Australia. Instead, news is coming out. This is from the
Daily Telegraph, OK, that Pfizer issued a wanted a secret payment from Australia, wanted Aussie taxpayers to pay for its COVID vaccine, even if it didn't work.
Yeah. Two hundred fifty million dollars, but with no guarantee a single dose would ever be supplied.
I had a tough time getting in the Daily Telegraph maybe
they don't like when people seeing this but the Daily Mail said that they kind
of blame this on Scott Morrison instead of Pfizer believe it or not we remember
here I think was two weeks ago that one of the forget which state it was, the lady premier, she had to step down.
Right.
And there's, she, in her announcement, she said, I'm under investigation for, you know,
some issues related to funding and things like that.
And the rumor was that it was related to something that had to do with the vaccine companies.
And you try to find those connections now.
Yeah.
It's almost been scrubbed away off the internet.
I saw that article and then it magically disappeared.
Yes.
Hey, one more interesting story before we let you go for the weekend here.
I wanted to show you this article here.
It's not COVID related unless you believe in flesh eating robots and that we're at the end of the age.
This is from Army Times here.
So there's this big tech conference, Army Tech Conference going on in D.C. right now, Kerry.
Yeah.
And so this is the Army Times.
Robot dogs unleashed at Army's largest annual conference.
And we actually have a little video bite here.
So here's a lady walking her dog.
And then here's these guys.
They're out there walking their dogs.
They're robot dogs.
Gary?
Yeah.
You know, at another conference, they're carrying a rifle with 10 rounds that are accurate almost to 4000 feet.
No, thank you. I think they will be carrying needles very soon.
How about you, Doc? Yes. So, hey, folks, we really appreciate you joining us here for the God cast day.
