Yeah, it was three very interesting days. I enjoyed actually being interviewed. It was different. Right. It was a different environment. I enjoyed it. And Jeremy did a great job, too. He did a very good job, yes.

So here we are, Hunter Biden, really the topic today timeline was presented by Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman for the Russian foreign ministry in Moscow. First, I want to put up on the screen the Wall Street Journal article that came out today, Prosecutors' Advanced Tax Probe of Hunter Biden. And it says the grand jury heard witnesses in February speak about his past drug use, spending habits of the president's son. This thing is becoming more serious. And then also today, former President Donald Trump called on Vladimir Putin to release information on Hunter Biden. Of course, Politico said dirt. How about criminal information?

How about evidence of criminal behavior, criminal activity in Ukraine? It wouldn't matter what's released. The Washington Post would never deal with it. The Politico wouldn't deal with it. It's taken two years for the New York Times to even admit that the laptop was real. Right. So we've got some quotes from the Politico article. Of course, it is very biased against Donald Trump. Right.

So former President Donald Trump in a new interview called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to release information regarding alleged dealings between Eastern European oligarchs and Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden's son. in an interview with discredited far-right journalist John Solomon, were published Tuesday by the Just the News television show on Real America's Voice Network. Have you noticed, Doc, anybody reporting the news from a viewpoint that's not along the lines of the left-wing news media is a discredited far-right journalist. That's right. And a nose picker. And what else are they going to call them? I mean, where do they go with this? They call them every single name.

Because that's the only thing they can do. They can't dispute the facts, so they just call names. That's all they do. He also bites his toenails. I mean, what else are they going to say about people? John Solomon has a distinguished career. He what reported for the hill for years And he just decided I'm done with it and it's doing his own thing now. And so but What do you think about this part of this Rick where President Trump is calling for?

Vladimir Putin to Put out the information. It might be the only way you get information in some case. And so because you won't get it from the mainstream media here. If Mr. Putin did release documents, America's news organizations would say Russian disinformation. Right. It wouldn't matter what you have. They're not going to deal with it.

Right. Well, in making the claims about Hunter Biden, President Trump cited the findings of a controversial, highly politicized investigation by Hunter Biden, specifically alleging that he received millions of dollars from the wife of Moscow's late Mayor Yuri Luzov. She gave him $3.5 million. So now I would think Putin would know the answer to that. I think he should release it. So that's a dubious claim. Yeah, even though it's a fact. And so Trump said this in an interview conducted at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. I think we should know the answer. I agree. We should know the answer. But how do you get the answer? How do you find the truth now?

We talked a couple of weeks ago about white, gray and black propaganda. And man, now is it everywhere, especially as it relates to Hunter Biden. But the tax case is continuing here. And that's what I find fascinating, even though I don't think anything will come of it at the end. But there's been a lot of talk in some segments of social media out there about a connection between Hunter Biden and BioLabs. That's been coming up over the past couple weeks. Don't believe it,

Doc, because the Washington Post reported today it's all right-wing conspiracy talk. Now, this was sparked off by an article that was published last Thursday, I believe, by National Pulse that made a direct connection between Hunter Biden and the BioL labs over there and but the Washington Post here had to go through all the different outlets that were reporting on the connection there and disputing their claims I think it was a national file file it might have been I apologize and so but that

they what's interesting about the Washington Post article here in this case is they go through all these various outlets, including Tucker Carlson, several others, and they don't dispute the facts, just reinterpret the facts. weapons labs they were simply labs that were meant to you know study pathogens and you know protect the population from deadly viruses and things like that rosemont seneca the company that hunter biden was a major principal in yes rosemont seneca did invest money in biological research companies but hunter wasn't on the funding committee that made the decision. No, he was just the owner of the company, one of the owners, one of the principals, that's all.

So he's not to blame. It's somebody lower level and everything. But the Washington Post, Jeff Bezos' blog, they went to great lengths to try to dispute the connection between Hunter Biden and biological weapons labs in Ukraine. But they bought the entire story that Russia hacked the election. Yes. The Washington Post bought it all.

And they have yet to this day apologize for the lies that they printed. And I think they want a Pulitzer on the reporting for it. That's the real nugget there. Their reporting is as authentic as Will Smith's slap. That's right. Because that was one of the fakest things I've seen. They were two actors acting and that's the end of it. You got it. Smackters. So, smackters. Oh, I like that. Smackters. So smackters. Oh I like that. Smackters. Well of course when you're trying to find out the truth about things you have to go to sources that are outside the mainstream and so as Rick mentioned earlier in the program Maria

Zakharova the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Russia. She had some comments and published a timeline of what she calls Bio Biden, a comment by Maria Zakharova, Russian MFA spokeswoman. This was published about two days ago. And she lays out a timeline for the connections between Hunter Biden specifically and biological weapons labs in the Ukraine. the accusation that true news is a Russian misinformation peddler. Right. Everything on the timeline can be true. Yes. But the very fact that you quote it, you will be called a far-right, discredited, debunked, you know, journalist on the, you you know peddling conspiracy theories pushed by the russians and this is despite the fact that the facts are true the facts don't count right so as

we're going to go through the timeline today and look at it you know line by line and there's nothing in this that is false now does it does it have a Russian point of view? It certainly does. But they're laying out the case that there's a connection between the biolabs that are in Ukraine and Hunter Biden in particular here. So now she started off by saying we can get a rough idea of the U.S. political elite's involvement in military biological activity in Ukraine if we rely on open sources as well as leaked documents. So she's laying out the case here about why they're doing this. So it starts off, and Rick will be able to, I'm sure you'll be able to provide a lot of insight on some of these different points in time. So she starts off in 1991. The U.S. launches the Nunn-Lugar program for the former

Soviet countries to control and eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction, including bioweapons. The Pentagon's Defense Threat Reduction Agency was named as the program's main executor. Do you have any comments on that so far? Let's go ahead and read this, and then I'll say something. In 1993, she lays out in the timeline the Ukraine-US agreement on the prevention of proliferation of WMD is signed and then 2005 an additional protocol is signed to that agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies pathogens and know-how that

can be used to develop bioweapons. This is the start of the transfer of the Ukrainian military biological potential into U.S. specialist's hands. So you see there at the beginning, 1991, the U.S. launched the Nunn-Lugar program, which later became known as the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, DTRA. That's the defense agency that's been funding the Ukrainian bio research labs since 2005. Now, Nunn was Senator Sam Nunn of Georgia, Democrat. Senator Nunn is, I guess today he's, I think he's about 83 years old. He's still active, involved in trying to de-escalate weapons of war. Mr. Lugar was Senator Richard Lugar of Indiana, Republican. So this is where you get the Nunn-Lugar name for the authors of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

And I think, yeah, we got a picture. Yeah, we got a photograph. This is the two men, Senator Lugar on the left, Senator Nunn on the right. And this picture was actually taken at the Heinz Awards, Rick. Heinz Awards for Political Achievement back quite a few years ago. And so I just thought it was interesting you had another connection there with the son. Another rich family. And Heinz brings you, now we get, actually, they're actually a connection to Rosemont Seneca.

Right. Because John Kerry's stepson, I believe it is. Is one of the investors. Is one of the investors in Rosemont Seneca. Senator Lugar passed away some years ago. no longer in the Senate but still a very active spokesman for reducing weapons of mass destruction. So that's the history of these men. So let's get back to Maria Zakharova's timeline. Okay.

Well, we'll pick back up. Did you want to go to 10? Oh, yeah. Yes. This is the organization that Senator Nunn, to this day, is still leading, which was established by him and Ted Turner. Ted Turner. Ted Turner is the money behind this organization. No kidding. I didn't know that. That's a new one. Yes.

So we have some quotes. This is current on their website right now. And it talks about, this particular portion, talks about the current state of the Ukrainian bio lab research operation. So you could go to the website and read this right now. It's up there right now. Since its independence in 1991, Ukraine has not engaged in offensive or defensive biological weapons activities. That's what they say.

Although some Ukrainian anti-plague research facilities were historically involved in Soviet defensive biological warfare activities. They were mainly responsible for civilian epidemiological investigations. However, as with other Soviet anti-plague institutes, the Ukrainian anti-plague facilities may have provided virulent strains to the USSR Ministry of Defense or Bioprepare it. They may also have developed vaccines against and diagnostic materials for pathogens weaponized by the Soviet military. So that just says that, yes, at one point in time, they were working on different types of, let's call them bioweapons. And so after the Soviet Union collapsed, Ukrainian officials publicly stated that they viewed biological weapons proliferation as a threat to Ukraine's national security.

So Ukraine does not have a biological weapons program and joined the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. Under an August 2005 Cooperative Threat Reduction Agreement, the U.S. has been funding security upgrades at Ukrainian biological institutes where dangerous pathogens are kept. Keep in mind, this is a statement from the Nuclear Threat Initiative funded by Ted Turner. And I guess he's still the chairman of the initiative, is former Senator Nunn. Right. So they are admitting, Doc, that the U.S. has been funding upgrades at Ukrainian biological institutes.

Well, the purpose of the threat reduction agency was to reduce the threat. Yes. Instead, we beefed it up. And they go right along and admit that. In June 2010, a new research laboratory named the Interim Central Reference Laboratory opened in Odessa as part of the U.S. Cooperative Threat Reduction Program. The laboratory studies biological agents such as teluramia, anthrax, and Q fever. The U.S. government has upgraded nine Ministry of Health and Veterinary labs in Ukraine since 2013.

Now, this is what they admit to here, that they have increased. We're not shutting them down. We're increasing them. Right. It's the Cooperative Threat Increase Agreement, actually. And so I, you know, and it was probably sold to, you know, supporters and everything saying, listen, we don't know what the Soviets were working on and everything. We need to make sure we get a handle on this and make sure, you know, some crazy general or some terrorist doesn't get a hold of this. So they probably had a good case in making that argument. But now what they've done is they've simply taken this and looked at it and said, you know what, the Soviets were doing a lot of great work here. Let's build on it. So 2005 is a long time ago. Yes. And they haven't shut down the labs. So in the 2000s and Marie Zakharova goes through with

this, this is number 13 for control. She lays out that in the 2000s, and Marie Zakharova goes through with this, this is number 13 for control, she lays out that in the 2000s, large US military industrial companies are engaged in military biological activity in Ukraine. Now is that statement true? It's absolutely true because not only do you see the NTI announcement there and talked about the past, we'll show you other places where different companies moved in there to do exactly that. So between 2005 and 2014, Black & Veatch Special Projects, a DTRA contractor, builds and upgrades eight biolabs in Ukraine, just like we talked about in the NTI site, instead of eliminating military biological infrastructure,

as was originally claimed. One of the facilities, a biolab in Odessa, has been financed since 2011 for the study of pathogens that can be used in bioterrorism attacks. So she continues to lay out the case here. Would I like to know what Fauci knows about Ukraine? It does get interesting here because we actually have some secondhand connections to Dr. Fauci that we'll be laying out here as we go along in Maria Zakharova's timeline. Now, this is where the story starts getting really interesting

because she starts naming particular names in the timeline that are principal actors in all of this. So 2007, U.S. Department of Defense employee Nathan Wolf founded Global Viral Forecasting Institute. It was going to be named in the future just simply Global Viral, a biomedical company. The mission stated in the charter is non-commercial study of trans-border infections, including in China.

Okay. So in 2009, a company was started. Rosemont Seneca Partners is established by former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's stepson, Christopher Hines, and incumbent U.S. President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden. So these two things are happening here. What's the connection? Well, let's first of all look at this named individual, Nathan Wolf. And that is Dr. Nathan Wolfe, the founder of Global Viral.

And now it's been rebranded as something else. We'll talk about that here in a little bit. But Nathan Wolfe is an interesting character, Rick. Yes, he is. I found an article in the Detroit Jewish News. This was 2011. Right. And they interviewed Dr. Nathan Wolfe. And this is a fascinating article here. You should look it up for yourself. It says Wolfe's list of academic accomplishments is in and of itself an amazing feat. He's a 1997 Fulbright Fellow, recipient of the 1999 National Institutes of

Health International Research Scientist Development Award and the NIH Director's Pioneer Award in 2005. Well, if that wasn't enough of all those things that would kind of make you question all these different connections, more impressive, is what the man does on a fairly regular basis, collecting blood samples in the bush from both man and beast in the attempt to find new and emergent pathogens before they find you or me. Which means Africa. Right. So all this and much more achieved by a good Jewish boy raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The son of Charles Wolfe and Carol Wittenberg, Nathan graduated from West Bloomfield High School in 1988. Doctor, the following year, 2012, he published a book, The Viral Storm, The Dawn

of a New Pandemic Age. It's got a mask on it. Right. It's 2012. So 10 years ago, he is writing about not just one pandemic, but that we are entering a period of pandemics. That not just one, but many pandemics will be emerging. But what's interesting is the forward of the book. We'll talk more about the book here. I guess Prince Philip. Pretty close. And so it's in that same circle of friends. So in 2012, Wolf wrote a book titled The Viral Storm, The Dawn of a New Pandemic Age, where he thanked friends, including deceased

pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and biotech venture capitalist Boris Nikolic. Nikolic was named as the successor executor on Epstein's will upon his death. What? Yes. So he ran in these circles, Rick. The same circles as Bill Gates, Jeffrey Epstein, all these guys. But he specifically thanked Jeffrey Epstein and Jeffrey Epstein's executor. And this is 2012. Okay, so this is new to me that Epstein's executor,

who's now managing the Epstein estate, which should have went to the women who were molested. Right. And the executor is also a bio researcher yes which explains now why bill gates was hanging out with epstein right you know the little girls were just a side activity what what the two of them were really talking about were genetics risks and vaccines pathogens. Which makes you begin to question what really was the purpose of the girls? Was it simply sexual activity or was there more involved with that? Well, you know, we speculated a couple of years ago that perhaps Epstein was trying,

he was actually searching for breeders. Remember, they were talking about creating a race. Right. And that Epstein wanted to get the DNA from the smartest, most brilliant men in the world. For what? To create a super race? What was the purpose of it? Did he need the females, the young females? Did he need their wombs?

I don't know. The whole story is so bizarre. Why can't that be part of the story? You can't rule it out. You can't. But you can definitely make the connection between Nathan Wolfe and Jeffrey Epstein. He thanked him, considered him a friend. And Nikolic. So this is, I need to do some research on Nikolic. Biotech venture capitalist. And he's running the Epstein estate.

Yes. So he's in control of all those mansions where those little girls were molested. And dispersing the funds appropriately. Now, it's a scary thing. And this is the circle Nathan Wolfe with Global Viral, you know, ran with. And that was mentioned specifically by Maria Zakharova in the timeline. All right. So I looked at, I took a look at Nathan Wolfe's biography on Wikipedia. And Wikipedia gives us some information, Doc. Right.

So Wolfe's been awarded more than $40 million in funding from a diverse array of sources, including the U.S. Department of Defense, Google, the National Institutes of Health, the Skoll Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the National Geographic Society. As we mentioned earlier, he was a Fulbright fellow recipient in 1997, received an award from National Geographic as an emerging explorer. He received the NIH Director's Pioneer Award in 2005. Which that links him to Fauci and Collins. Yes. Popular Science in 2006, named him one of the Brilliant Ten.

Rolling Stone in 2009, named him one of the top 100 agents of change. And the World Economic Forum announced him as a young global leader in 2010. Klaus Schwab recognized new talent. And so we actually have that posting on the World Economic Forum website. Here's Dr. Nathan Wolfe, founder and chairman of Metabiota. Now, Dr. Nathan Wolfe is the founder and chair of Metabiota. He's published over 100 scientific publications, and his work has been published in or covered by Nature, Science, The New York Times, The Economist, NPR, The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes, among others. In 2011, he was named as one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine.

Rolling Stone named him one of the 100 agents of change. And Popular Science recognized him as one of their brilliant 10 in 2006. And he was a friend of Jeffrey Epstein, the child molester. And an agent of Israeli Mossad. Right. Let's just remember that part. He was an associate of Jeffrey Epstein, an agent for the Israeli Mossad. Okay, today we are discussing the timeline that was released by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Foreign Affairs Ministry, that purports to be an accurate timeline of the Biden family's involvement in the Ukrainian bio research labs.

Don't expect any major news organization in the United States to report these matters. In fact, you can expect them to tell you it's all a big lie. It's all a conspiracy theory. It's misinformation peddled by far-right white nationalists. They'll come up with every excuse that they can think of to avoid telling the American people that the Bidens are a criminal family. They're like a mafia family. They should be in prison, including old Pop Joe.

And I seriously doubt they'll ever arrest him. But I think what's going to happen is Joe's going to be forced out of the White House and we're going to have Kamala Harris for the remainder of his term sitting in the Oval Office. And that is not going to be fun. One of the most inexperienced, unqualified people ever elected to the vice presidency in the history of the United States of America. So let's get back to this timeline, and we'll start with 2014. Right, so this is, once again, this is Maria Zakharova's timeline of the biolab history in Ukraine.

So at this point, Doc, 2014, this is where John McCain, former senator of Arizona, and Victoria Nuland, who was in the State Department under Barack Obama and Joe Biden, they instigated this revolution in 2013 and 14. Right. So in 2014, there was an anti-constitutional coup d'etat in Ukraine and it was anti-constitutional. They removed a truly democratically elected president. We'll talk about that another day. But also in 2014, Hunter Biden joins the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company, but it's more than an energy company. They hold a whole bunch of companies. That's Holdings. So in 2014, Metabiota, a private commercial organization specializing in the study of pandemic risk, is detached from Global Viral. Now, Global Viral was a company started by the characters that we talked about before. So MetaBiota grew out of Global Viral?

Yes, it was spun off from there. So Neil Callahan and John Deloach, who are employees of Hunter Biden's company, Rosemont Seneca Partners, that's his funding company that he used to be involved in all these different things around the world. So two of the employees from Rosemont Seneca are appointed to the board of this new company, Metabiata. Which was Nathan Wolf's company. Yes. So Global Viral and Metabiata began to get funding at that point from the U.S. Department of Defense. Okay, let's just keep it there just so we can keep track of all the criminals and shady people involved in this. Hunter Biden's company, Rosemont Seneca, which is also owned by Hines. Yes. The son of John Kerry. Yeah, of John Kerry but uh his father was senator hines who was killed

in a plane crash okay so they appoint to metabeata uh two of their employees but metabeata came out of a non-profit called global Global Viral was created by Nathan Wolfe, the friend of Jeffrey Epstein. Yes, you got it. So there's the connection between Hunter Biden, Nathan Wolfe, Jeffrey Epstein. Now, some would say, well, Hunter Biden wasn't directly involved in this,

but Hunter Biden was one of the principals of Rosemont Seneca. Wait a minute. They knew what they were involved in. And he's probably the one that named Neil Callahan and John Deloach to the board as their representatives at Meta Beata. Doc, if a company, if two employees of a company are appointed to the board of directors of another company, I guarantee you the owner of the company of those two employees is involved. Oh, yes. I agree with you, Rick. There's no secret about it.

There's no, you know, well, I didn't know. No, of course you knew. They didn't do that behind Hunter Biden's back. So they did it upon his instructions. Now, you may try to look up Global Viral right now and say if you want to find out more about the company. But they did something back in January of 2020, just as the pandemic was getting started. They rebranded. They rebranded themselves because maybe the name Global Viral during a pandemic is not a name you want to be stuck with. And so they've rebranded themselves.

January 1st, 2020, Global Viral is embarking on a new and exciting journey and entering its next phase of growth. The organization will transition to the Laboratory for Research in Complex Systems. Doesn't sound very viral, does it, Rick? And will expand its research horizons under the new CEO and new management, as well as a new board of directors. And so they reinvented themselves. They rebranded themselves. And now Global Viral, Nathan Wolfe's original organization, is now this, the Laboratory for Research in Complex Systems, where they study complexity. complexity now if you just go to the website you say well who studies complexity but they're studying

complexity in systems of life okay stock this laboratory for research in complex systems was another nonprofit yes started by another researcher. And this nonprofit, a laboratory for research in complex systems, was absorbed by Global Viral. But the legal name for the nonprofit is still Global Viral. Really? And laboratory for research in complex systems is a DBA. No kidding. Yes. So, well, they're in partnership with a number of different organizations. So these are just a few of the different organizations that they are in direct partnership with. I wanted to highlight two of them in particular, Metabiotic and the Department of Defense.

And so, as well as a number of the other different organizations that they're connected with as well so might be a good for us to show the website for metabiotic so you can actually go the website you can look at this what's their mission making the world more resilient to epidemics epidemics threaten lives and livelihoods around the world. We provide data, analytics, advice, and training to prepare for global health threats and mitigate their impacts. And making epidemics more profitable to pharmaceuticals. Well, they certainly can't justify their existence unless there is an epidemic, right? That's right.

They have a storyline. Right. In fact, if you read the history of the story, when they went to investors, they had to have a storyline. And the storyline was there's going to be a pandemic someday and somebody has to have the data. And, of course, with Nathan Wolf's involvement and him writing his book, that we're in an age of pandemics, not just one, not just one pandemic. We're going to have a whole bunch of them, Rick. By the way, speaking of an age of pandemics, guess who's in the news today?

Old Dr. Mingalov, Fauci. Oh, really? Yes, he says more strict lockdowns are coming. Oh, I guess ceasefire's over, huh? Half time's over. They're losing control. And he said the next wave of lockdowns he said there's going to have to be indoor mask mandates oh my like your house like my house well is your house

indoors we're not wearing masks at my house how are they going to enforce indoor mask mandates in homes i can tell you how well they were doing it in ukraine remember they're going to do it they're going to turn your children and your grandchildren into government snitches. Right. They were doing that, yes. And so the government officers will question children. Does daddy wear a mask inside the house? Fauci said it today.

He said there's going to be more strict, you know, mandates coming. And he specifically mentioned indoor mask mandates. Wow. Well, I wish he kept hiding himself. I didn't want him to come back out. Well, 2014 was a busy year in Ukraine, especially as it relates to bioweapons. Going along here in the timeline, Maria Zakharova, Meta Beata shows interest in Ukraine, especially as it relates to bioweapons. Going along here in the timeline, Maria Zakharova, MetaBiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to assert Ukraine's cultural and economic independence from Russia. What a MetaBiota? Yes. It's a data company right but a data company about life metabiata you break the name down rick means beyond life beyond life beyond life and so it's interesting that they but they wanted

hunter biden to go on record saying ukraine needed to declare its independence from Russia. Yes. But Ukraine and Russia are basically the same culture. They are. And so the same roots and everything. 2014, same year, Meta Beata and Burisma Holdings, remember, Hunter Biden's on the board, began cooperation on an unnamed science project in Ukraine. Now, Maria Zakharova doesn't go into detail about what the science project is,

but that it is listed in literature. Once again, in 2014, Metabiata, Global Viral, and Black & Veatch special projects begin full-fledged cooperation within U.S. Department of Defense programs. And so they start making these connections. And you're going to hear these other names pop up too. But MetaBiota and Global Viral are run by the same guy, Nathan Wolfe. Yes. The wonder boy for the World Economic Forum.

So going on here with the timeline by Maria Zakharova, between 2014 and 2016, there's the implementation of Meta Beata and U.S. Department of Defense contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine. There was probably more than that, but this is one that Maria Zakharova pointed out specifically. 2016, this is two years after the coup d'etat in Ukraine. U.S. citizen Yolanda Nadiya Supran, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, is appointed acting health minister of Ukraine.

The U.S. Department of Defense and Ukraine's Health Ministry cooperation program is greatly expanded. Wait a minute. Yolanda Nadia Supran. She's an American. Yes. But she was appointed acting health minister of Ukraine, and she's a descendant of the real, authentic Ukrainian Nazis. Right.

How is an American citizen appointed to a government position in Ukraine? Well, they were doing that between 2014 and 2018. They had people couldn't even speak Ukrainian. Right. And they were serving in official capacities leading different sectors of government. And so it was during this time that Supran, as acting health minister, that this cooperation program between the Department of Defense and the health ministry of Ukraine really ramped up in a big way. I wonder if Ms. Supran knows Ms. Freeland in Canada, the deputy prime minister, because

her grandpappy was a Nazi too. Right. Now, during this ramp up where this cooperation is taking place between the U.S. Department of Defense and the Ukrainian Health Ministry, something strange happens. There's an outbreak of swine flu among Ukrainian Defense Ministry personnel guarding a biol lab in Kharkov in about with 20 dead and the incident is hushed up Rick you recall this no I don't recall at all now and we are pretty much on top of it but this incident did occur there was an outbreak and it's just strange that it didn't make the news. Ebola makes the news.

Even a swine flu precursor makes the news. This didn't make the news. So why? Because maybe something happened in this ramp up of the biolab activity in Ukraine, an accident occurred where a real pathogen got out. And so Maria Zakharova's timeline continues. Former U.S. Assistant Secretary for Defense Andrew Weber is appointed head of Metabiotics Global Partnerships Department. So once again, she names a name here specifically so you get a revolving door you have a government official in the Pentagon leaving the Pentagon and getting hired in private in a private corporation it

just turns out to be Meta Beata which is a company founded by Nathan Wolfe, who is a friend of Jeffrey Epstein and Hunter Biden. So here's another interesting connection with Nathan Wolfe. In 2016, EcoHealth Alliance, a global viral founder, Nathan Wolfe's structure. In other words, he was there from the very beginning on the board, Rick. Let's talk about who EcoHealth Alliance is. And that brings up the name Peter Daszak again. And EcoHealth Alliance received funding from the U.S. National Institutes of Health. And basically they served as a funnel, if you will, a pipeline to money laundering.

It was money laundering of how Fauci got U.S. government tax money to Wuhan, China. Right. It was through EcoHealth Alliance. So in 2016, EcoHealth Alliance, a global viral founder, Nathan Wolf's structure, is engaged in the study of bat-transmitted coronaviruses at the research center in a Wuhan laboratory in China. Remember, this is Maria Zakharova's timeline here. She goes on, in 2016, the DTRA and Ukraine's health ministry extend the contract after getting approval

from the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. So even though they've had a swine flu outbreak at one of their research labs, they're continuing on in this partnership here, Rick. So it goes on in her timeline. In 2019, the COVID-19 mutated bat coronavirus pandemic begins with an outbreak in Wuhan. Then she says the launch of the special operation

of Russian Army's launch in Ukraine. And then remainder of February, the launch of the special operation of Russian Army's launch in Ukraine and then remainder of February the rapid elimination of strains and biolabs in Ukraine. That's very interesting right there Doc. She's saying that the Russian military

quickly destroyed the pathogens in the U.S. funded biolabs in Ukraine. That's right, Rick. And that reminds me of what the Russian, I believe it was a senator, a member of the Duma, I'm trying to remember, two days after the Russian invasion started,

he said the Russian military was sent into Ukraine to clean up the U.S. laboratories. Right. She just said that they eliminated the pathogens. Right. So as a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova admitted that Russia, that was their purpose, to go into the biolabs and eliminate these threats against Russia. One last card from Maria Zakharova here. March 8th, 2022, U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, Victoria Nuland,

openly acknowledges the existence of cooperation between the U.S. and Ukraine in pathogens. And again, Victoria Nuland, the same Victoria Nuland, who was in Ukraine in 2013 with John McCain, encouraging the Nazis to overthrow the elected Ukrainian government. The same Victoria Nuland. Yes, which they succeeded in doing. And basically, they you know, took over the Ukraine. And so. And do you remember, I mean, after they overthrew the government and Poroshenko was put into power, he was replaced later by Zelensky. But remember, this is when Joe Biden was vice president and he told the story,

I think, to the CFR of how he gave the president of Ukraine until, you know, the end of the day to fire the prosecutor, the Ukrainian government prosecutor who was investigating Burisma. Yes. And he bragged, he goes, I told him you got to the end of the day or you're not going to get the billion dollars from the U.S. government. That's right. He was and he was guffawing about it in front of the CFR, if I remember. You're bragging about it. Makes sense now, Doc. There was there was a prosecutor in Ukraine investigating the Biden's role in Burisma. And Biden used his power as vice president of the United States to get that prosecutor fired. Yes. And yet Biden ended up becoming the president through a rigged election.

And he had all this corruption going on in ukraine donald trump was impeached a second time because he was trying to investigate what the bidens were doing in ukraine yes he got impeached when it should have been biden should have been impeached and imprisoned for what he did in ukraine and remember they went after after Donald Trump because of a phone call that he was making to the president of Ukraine. A phone call. A simple phone call. But it was that simple phone call that they knew

that the Trump administration was on to something in Ukraine. Or at least they feared it in a way. And who was the person who turned against Donald Trump in the White House? The military guy, Vindman. Vindman. Who was a Jewish man from Ukraine. So I don't know what's going on in the water in Ukraine.

It has so many dirty people involved in this story. And it's dangerous. They're dealing with pathogens. You know, Doc, I'm at the place where I'm not sure anymore that coronavirus was made

by the Chinese. I'm starting to think now. I'm starting to think now the U.S. Pentagon did it. And here's the deal. We outsource all of our, you know, of course we've got Fort Detrick and we've got these other areas within the United States, but we used to have a bunch of bio labs. But what we did is we've outsourced all that. Sure. And we've used, we've got bio labs.

It's illegal to do it in the U.S., so you do it in Ukraine. But Ukraine, which is not a democracy, Ukraine is not a democracy, they made a deal with the U.S. Department of Defense, make as many biolabs as you want to. Look at anything you want. I think the Democratic National Committee's servers were in Ukraine, and that's why the FBI never examined them. Because they didn't want to admit that they had to go to Ukraine to see them. I think I think the Clintons and Obama and Biden have been outsourcing corruption to Ukraine for years. You could do things in Ukraine that nobody would investigate. So we've shown you the connection with Meta Beata and Rosemont Seneca Partners that ties Joe Biden, the Biden family in together there. But as Rick kind of suggested there, perhaps Wuhan wasn't the place where

even coronavirus was sourced. Maybe it was released there. Right. Because it certainly made the Chinese look like they're the ones who did it. So Fauci, who is involved in all this. All right. Because of Peter Daszak and Eco Health Alliance, Fauci was sending the money to Wuhan, China, U.S. government money going to Wuhan, China to study bats and coronavirus and gain-function science. And so Fauci was actually orchestrating the creation of the coronavirus that then would be released and blamed on the Chinese. And so who were the developers of the gain-of-function research and everything? Well, the partnerships that were being put together years before. So this is number 34 for control. In 2014, this is a USAID document that talks about EcoHealth Alliance, okay?

Later in that same year, in 2014, the World Virus Journal, Rick, showed Equal Health Alliance, Metabiota, and the Wuhan Institute of Virology partnering in the study of bat viruses. So there you have the connection between Rosemont Seneca, Metabiotic and the Wuhan Institute of Virology, Rick. So now, is there a definite connection between Rosemont Seneca and Metabiotic? Well, yes,

because Rosemont Seneca raised the money to get Metabiata off the ground. So here's a still, Rick. This was an announcement in a financial magazine. Metabiata raises $30 million in Series A funding. Metabiata, the San Francisco, California provider of disease outbreak detection solution, raised $30 million in Series A funding led by Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners and include participation from 24 investors. They describe this as a unique company with a pioneering effort to protect the world

from the spread of epidemics. The company has a worldwide network of on-the-ground experts with strong foundation of epidemiology and international field science. They assess epidemic risk and viral hotspots and provide strategies to help mitigate the spread of infectious diseases. Well, wouldn't you think a company that is on this level would have been able to predict a possible outbreak of a magnitude as so far of COVID.

You would think so, right? With this much on-the-ground experts and so much going for it, all the funding required. Well, this is the direct connection between Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca, and Meta Beata. Which brings us back to Jeffrey Epstein. Right. So, now there's another interesting connection here. I know we're throwing a lot at you today. This is really, Doc, this is the first I've looked at all this together. I mean, we've been working on this all

day. Right. You had part of it. I had part of it. But this is the first time I'm seeing the whole picture. It is overwhelming. So how do you coordinate all these things on a global scale? How do you coordinate Equal Health Alliance and its connections with the National Institute of Health? How do you coordinate global viral, Melobiata, and all these different activities and the functions going on between Ukraine and the Wuhan lab. Well, you probably need a global network of communication and information being traded back and forth. So this is, I found this article today. This is from an organization called

IQT or NQTEL. Wait a minute. I've heard of that organization. That's the CIA investment company. It certainly is. So this is from August of 2017. So Munich Reinsurance and In-Q-Tel, Munich Reinsurance places basically insurance bets on things, tragic events. So, and In-Q-Tel select Metabiota to gain deeper insights into epidemic risk and global preparedness for infectious diseases. So, this is in 2017. And so,

at this point in time, In-Q-Tel is in direct partnership with Metabiota on assessing epidemic risk. As Rick mentioned, In-Q-Tel is a very shady outfit in itself. Is the CIA taking our tax money and investing in private corporations and the CIA becomes either a partial or full owner of a private corporation? Now, we'll do a quote from this article here real quick. It says, Today, this is August 27, 2017,

MetaBiota, the pioneer in epidemic risk modeling, announced that two market innovators, Munich Reinsurance Company, the largest global reinsurer and leading expert on global risk solutions, and NQTel, the strategic investor that accelerates the development of technologies to support the U.S. intelligence community. You mean like Google and Facebook and all these other things that they invented?

All these other social media companies and tracking devices, kind of like that kind of investment? Yes, so they've signed strategic agreements with MetaBiota. Now, Rick mentioned In-Q-Tel as a possible CIA front. It's not possible. It is a CIA front, no less than Northwestern University and their Journal of International Law and Business. In spring of 2013, they tell you exactly who NQTEL is. It's the Central Intelligence Agency operating as a venture capitalist in other words the cia is investing in companies and technologies and making partnerships to help further the cause of intelligence activities so not only do they spy on us but they get rich doing it so

now last year if all those partnerships weren't enough, last year in April of 2021, EcoHealth Alliance and MetaBiota announced a brand new partnership, Rick. And this partnership is, they're forming together to look at where the next pandemic is coming from. This is April of 2021, just April of last year.

Ask Fauci, he already knows. So in April of 2021, Equal Health Alliance and Medibiana partnered up again to predict the next pandemic after COVID. And that was what was stressed in the article here. They were saying, what's the next pandemic? What's the next pandemic? What's the next thing that's happening? How can we determine this?

So it's interesting, all these different characters and how they come together. But Rick, after looking at the information today, I already had the suspicions before. I'm beginning to question the Wuhan narrative completely now. I am too. Because there was so much shadiness going on in Ukraine, and there is so much propaganda regarding the biolabs in Ukraine by the mainstream press, you know something's up. Something is going on there. But could there be,

Doc, I'm not saying that I don't believe China has an involvement in it. The Bidens are owned by China. Yes. And Rosemont Seneca partners had significant investments and received significant

funding from China. So I think we've got people deep inside U.S. government agencies that are acting on behalf of China. And the Biden family is definitely part of that group. They're bought off their own. Hunter Biden is so compromised. He's so corrupt.

And his father made him that way. And politically, you know, the World Economic Forum boys, you know, are implementing their great reset. But the great reset is just soft communism. Yes. So who's behind it? Is it the China Communist Party? Or is it global communism? Yes. Because it doesn't matter whether it's Chinese communism or American communism. It's still communism.
