I'm Rick Wiles. Welcome to True News for Friday, March 29, 2024. Let's begin with an article published by NBC News TV 5 in Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas. As you see the headline, bird flu confirmed in cows at three Texas panhandle dairies. So we're talking about the upper northern part, northwestern part of Texas. And the TV5 report says Texas Department of Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller says bird flu has been confirmed in cows at three dairies in the Texas Panhandle and another in Kansas. In a statement Monday, Miller's office said the confirmation of the highly pathogenic avian influenza, HPAI, was received from the United States Secretary of Agriculture and the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. Miller said that, quote, that rigorous safety measures and pasteurization protocols ensure

that the dairy products remain unaffected by HPAI, that's again bird flu. End of quote. And that there will be no supply shortages. The commissioner's office said cattle infected with bird flu often have a fever and their milk is thick and discolored. Quote, No contaminated milk is known to have entered the food chain. It has all been dumped. In the rare event that some affected milk enters the food chain, the pasteurization process will kill the virus.

End of quote. Again, that's a statement by Sid Miller, the Agriculture Commissioner, State of Texas. The NBC TV 5 article goes on to say, infected cows also have a sharp reduction in milk production, averaging between 10 to 30 pounds per cow throughout the herd. The Texas Department of Agriculture said herds that are greatly impacted may lose up to 40% of their milk production for 7 to 10 days until symptoms subside. So now we have bird flu in cows in Texas, but we also have bird flu in cows in Kansas.

This next article, Kansas Reflector newspaper, bird flu found in two Kansas dairy herds. The information is basically the same. This one says the Kansas Department of Agriculture said in an email it did not know the number of cattle affected. Cattle from two dairy herds in Kansas have tested positive for the highly pathogenic avian influenza, HPAI, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service said in a news release that milk samples from sick cattle on two farms in Kansas and one in Texas were found to have the pathogen. Now, so now we have it in Texas and Kansas, and now here's the third state. Bird flu detected in dairy cattle in New Mexico.

And in this article, it says, as of March 26th, there has reportedly been cases of infection in cattle in Curry County, New Mexico. U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich's office said in a statement that it is working closely with the USDA to monitor the situation. This is a quote from the senator's office. office, Senator Heinrich is aware of the H, this is the HPAI, high path avian influenza, that has been detected in dairy cattle in Curry County, that's New Mexico. As of today, there are no reports of contamination of food or commercial milk supply. Senator Heinrich and his team will continue to closely monitor the situation and stay in communication with the USDA.

That's a statement by the senator's press secretary, Luis Suriano. Well, now that bird flu is spreading in the U.S. among cattle, remember, Doc and I, we've been telling you for months that it is moving quickly in South America, particularly in Brazil, in mammals such as seals. And so this report, this was Associated Press. Bird flu is decimating seal colonies. Scientists don't know how to stop it. And I want you to see the numbers that they're reporting. Avian influenza is killing tens of thousands of seals and sea lions in different corners of the world. See, I thought it was just South America. This is saying different corners of the world.

Associated Press reporting the virus has been detected in seals on the east and west coast of the United States, leading to deaths in more than 300 seals in New England and a handful more in Puget Sound in Washington State. The situation is even more dire in South America, where more than 20,000 sea lions have died in Chile and Peru, and thousands of elephant seals have died in Argentina. Whatever this is, folks, it is moving quickly.

And what bothers me about the South America reports is what we saw months ago is that the seals and sea lions were convulsing on the beaches, like a neurological disorder. And I've never known flu to cause an animal to convulse. That's a nerve disorder, which makes me be suspicious that this bird flu has been man-made, just like coronavirus was man-made. I said the last time, the next time they roll something out, it is going to terrify even the strongest resistors to the COVID vaccine propaganda. They're going to do something the next time

that is going to terrify everybody. When you see people, humans, convulsing on street sidewalks and in their front yards and in buildings, it is going to terrify people. So brace yourself. I pray to God that this thing does not jump over into humans. But it is moving quickly, and it has now reached the United States, and it's now in cattle. So they say, we don't think any contaminated milk entered the food supply. We're not positive. We're not sure, but we don't think it has entered the food supply.

And if it does, the pasteurization process will kill the virus. All right, so just be on alert. You know, we were talking about how the food supply could be affected by the calling of millions, tens of millions of chickens and turkeys and ducks and, you know, that they would have to just kill off vast quantities of poultry in America. and that would affect the price of poultry meat, not only the price, but the availability of poultry meat and eggs. I didn't think about it going into cows. And now we're looking at the possibility that there could be a milk shortage.

And I would guess from there, there could be a beef shortage. So pay attention, watch this thing, there could be a beef shortage. So pay attention. Watch this thing and look at this next article. The biggest crane on the East Coast is coming to help lift up to 4,000 tons of a Baltimore Bridge dangling from a cargo ship. That cargo ship is still sitting there in the river in Baltimore. The bridge is on top of it. And they got to get the bridge out of the river to open up the lane for ships to start moving again

in and out of the Baltimore port. So let's take a look at what CNN's reporting about this crane. A massive crane inched closer to Baltimore's scene of destruction Friday tasked with clearing up to 4,000 tons of precarious debris that has hampered search crews after this week's catastrophic collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. The crane, the largest on the East Coast, was headed to the site in the Patapsco River, where a 984-foot cargo vessel slammed into the bridge on Tuesday. CNN reported, in addition to the crane, three heavy lift vessels are expected to start arriving Friday, according to U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. This is what he told CNN. But workers at the scene still face an incredibly complex job, according to Maryland's Governor Wes Moore. The governor said, when you have a chance to see that wreckage up close, you fully understand the enormity of the challenge.

Our timeline will be long. And friends, I hope you think about this and you're aware of it. north side. So that is going to be an issue. 695, a major road on the east coast of the United States, is seriously impacted on the north side, basically from where Amazon has its facility now. You could almost say nautically Bear Creek, but figure Amazon all the way to the south side just before Curtis Creek, the Curtis Creek drawbridge. That road is shut down. And that was WJZ-TV Baltimore. So you get an impression of how severe the disruption is in Baltimore. I lived in Maryland. I was born and raised in Maryland and traveled that bridge many times. I think it was built around somewhere in the mid-'70s.

So it's right there at the Inner Harbor and, of course, the Port of Baltimore, Fort McHenry. A new bridge. Well, let's talk about several matters. First of all, they have to remove the debris. That's going to take a long time. It's going to take months. As you heard what the governor said, that when you get up close and you see with your own eyes the magnitude of all of the metal that's hanging on the cargo ship, this entire bridge. The bridge was about one and a half miles long, to give you an idea how big this bridge is.

So it's there. It's dangling from the ship. It's in the river. The debris has got to be removed. It's going to take months to remove it.
