The Democrats' unrelenting shenanigans to stop Donald Trump from serving a second term as president of the USA, went to a new level late yesterday. The Colorado State Supreme Court ruled that the former president's name cannot appear on the state's voting ballots in 2024. The state justices declared Mr. Trump to be an insurrectionist, thus disqualified to be president. Let's start today's discussion of news with this report published by CBS News. Doc, we knew this was coming.

Sure. When the Democrats started using the term insurrectionist after January 6, 2021, it was obvious to anybody with any political discernment that the Democrats were setting the stage for a plan that they had. I personally, I've come to the conclusion that the deep state is so devious, so diabolical, that they orchestrated the January 6th riot. They had their agents provocateurs there. The FBI agents were there.

The federal agents were inside the Trump supporters, moving the people into the Capitol because they had already come up with the plan to charge him with insurrection. I believe the insurrection charge was cooked up

at the end of the other election. That was their plan moving forward, that if it looked like things were heading in his direction. Doc, they had the plan on Russian collusion. They had that plan before the 2016 election. Yes. It's hard to comprehend how far these people think in advance, how they plot and scheme. But they now have a state Supreme Court that has ruled that Donald Trump is an insurrectionist.

Now, they reached a verdict without a trial. Right. Now, Donald Trump has never been charged with insurrection. There's never been a trial for Donald Trump for insurrection. He's never been convicted. Right. He hasn't even been charged with insurrection. There's never been a trial for Donald Trump for insurrection. He's never been convicted. He hasn't even been charged. But the Colorado Supreme Court convicted him of insurrection without a trial. That's correct. That's exactly what they've done. So the Colorado Supreme Court, as Rick said, ruled on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump is disqualified from holding the presidency under the Constitution's so-called Insurrection Clause

and ordered the Secretary of State to exclude his name from the state's Republican presidential primary ballot. Now, this landmark decision from the divided Colorado Supreme Court that Mr. Trump cannot hold public office under the Civil War era provision is unprecedented, and it marks the first time a court has found him to be ineligible to return to the White House due to what they say his conduct surrounding the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Those are CBS words there. Never before has a court determined that a presidential candidate is disqualified under the clause in the 14th Amendment. We conclude that because President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, it would be wrongful under the

election code for the secretary to list President Trump as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot. Therefore, the secretary may not list President Trump's name on the 2024 presidential ballot, nor may she count any write-in votes cast for him. Now, the court was divided four to three. It's interesting, Rick, that the three dissenting votes were all graduates of law schools in Colorado, whereas the four majority opinion all graduated from Ivy League schools on the East Coast. And some of them were not born in the state of Colorado. They moved to Colorado and started a political legal career there. Several of them are political activists, very left wing group of judges, what they said was that millions of Colorado voters do not have the right to cast or vote for the candidate of their choice.

Correct. That's what they're saying. That's what they're saying. They said, we've already decided the election. We will not allow you to vote for him it's precisely what they're saying doctor they're telling voters we because we are smarter than you because we are the ruling elite we have decided that the election has already been has already been decided we've decided the election's decided that we did hey the gavel went down, the Democrats win. End of discussion. Bring us another case.

That's what they're saying. That the candidate that is by far leading in the polls for the Republican nomination and leading in the polls for the November general election, that his name cannot even be on the ballot. What country are we in? Where are we right now? The American Republic is crumbling.

Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat-appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump supporting a Soros-funded left-wing group's scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump's name from the ballot

and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice. Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls. They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November. The Colorado Supreme Court issued a completely flawed decision tonight, and we will swiftly file an appeal to the United States Supreme Court and a concurrent request for a stay of this deeply undemocratic decision. We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally

put an end to these un-American lawsuits. That's coming from Stephen Chung, Trump campaign spokesman. Mr. Trump himself was in Waterloo, Iowa yesterday evening and had some brief comments related to the decision. Here's President Trump. It's no wonder Crooked Joe Biden and the far left lunatics are desperate to stop us by any means necessary. They are willing to violate the U.S. constitutions at levels never seen before in order to win this election. Joe Biden is a threat to democracy. It's a threat. They're weaponizing law enforcement for high level election interference because we're beating them so badly in the polls. And that's the he used the line the Democrats use against him all the time that Donald Trump is a threat to democracy.

And so he has flipped that back on them. And this really is a threat to, you know, Democratic Republic philosophy. I mean, it really is. I mean, you're taking away the people's right to make a choice on the candidate that is – he's qualified to run in Colorado. He's on the ballot. He's not convicted of any crimes. Yeah. And he's not been charged with insurrection. The 14th Amendment was placed in the Constitution to prevent leaders of the Confederacy from running for federal office. Right.

And so the Democrats are trying to use a civil war clause in the Constitution to prevent Donald Trump from becoming the president by calling him an insurrectionist, even though he's never been charged or convicted of insurrection. And maybe what we need is a Republican state Supreme Court like Texas or Florida to remove Joe Biden's name from the state ballot because he's accepted tens of millions of dollars from the China Communist Party. I mean, if we're doing tit for tat, that would be it, right? There's more evidence of that than there is of donald trump being an insurrectionist so this is where we're at now that judges can decide elections without trials without a trial right now i wouldn't i'm not endorsing taking joe biden's name i'm just saying if you want to play that game, then Republicans could play that game and remove Biden's name because he's a traitor.

And that would be just as wrong because he hasn't been tried. He hasn't been tried. But if you want to play the game, that's the way you do it. Well, the Colorado Republican Party said they're going to simply withdraw from the state primary system. I guess in Colorado they have the option of either having a primary or a caucus. Right. And this is official statement from the Colorado Republican Party saying you won't have to. Now, this is a response to Vivek Ramaswamy. Right.

And it said, you won't have to because we will withdraw from the primary as a party and convert to a pure caucus system if this is allowed to stand. Well, this solution only applies to the primary because the Supreme Court of Colorado said Trump's name can't be on the ballot in November. Yes. This this tweet was in response to Vivek Ramaswamy pledging that he would he would withdraw from the Colorado primary if Trump's name is not allowed to be on the primary ballot. This is what he had to say. They have just tried to bar President Trump from the Colorado ballot using an unconstitutional maneuver that is a bastardization of the 14th Amendment to our U.S. Constitution.

This was a provision, Section 3, that was designed to bar Confederate members, people who switched to the Confederacy, from actually being able to serve, that's very different than what's at issue here, to say the least. This is a hollowed out husk of what the country was built on. The basic principle that we the people select our leadership, not the unelected elite class in the back of palace halls. That's old world Europe, not the United States. That's why I'm making a pledge today that I will withdraw. I pledge to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary

ballot unless and until Trump's name is restored. And I demand that Ron DeSantis and Chris Christie and Nikki Haley do the same thing, or else these Republicans are simply complicit in this unconstitutional attack on the way we conduct our constitutional republic. I refuse to be complicit in that. I think what they're doing is wrong, and I think it's up to Republicans to step up and stand up with a spine for our country's future. That's really what's at stake, whether we the people actually have a say in deciding who leads this country.

Yes, it would be easier for other Republicans like me who are running in this race to say, hey, if Trump is sidelined, there's our opportunity. No doubt other candidates are probably privately celebrating with their corporate sponsors. That's not the right thing to do. I think the most useful thing that every GOP candidate can do right now is to join me in that pledge. I'll say that I will withdraw from that Colorado GOP primary ballot until Trump's name is restored. This belongs to the people, not to the unelected Democratic cabal of judges in Colorado or any other state. And I demand that Ron DeSantis

and Nikki Haley and Chris Christie do the same thing or else they're complicit in what the security state is trying to do to shut down Trump. I stand by that and I expect them to do the right thing. You know, Tucker Carlson the other day gave him a wishy-washy, lukewarm endorsement to be Trump's vice president. It wasn't an enthusiastic endorsement. But he did say he would make an interesting vice president. Of course, the person Trump should choose is Tucker Carlson. Which I think would be an unbeatable ticket. A Trump-Carlson ticket will be unbeatable.

Absolutely unbeatable. But Ramaswamy says a lot of good things. unbeatable. Absolutely unbeatable. But Ramaswami says a lot of good things. I personally am bothered. It's my understanding that he's a Hindu. That bothers me. That we're going to be electing our first national Hindu vice president or president. That's a change in the spiritual direction of the country.

This is going to be their biggest case. They're going to have to make a decision. Does the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court stand? And if they rule in favor of the Supreme Court, then Trump's name will be removed all over the country in numerous states, Doc. Right. Because that would mean the Supreme Court of the United States is declaring Donald Trump to be an insurrectionist.

At that point, at that point, the Republican Party may deny him the nomination. The Zionist propaganda has infiltrated so deeply in America that people who believe that they're conservative, patriotic Christians are now espousing Zionist propaganda. That's where we're at. So you have to walk away from it. You just separate yourself from it. In this news interview, Mr. Edelstein of the Knesset in Israel said, anybody who accuses our soldiers of shooting Christians in churches, you are guilty of blood libel.

That's right. That's what he said. Well, I'll say it like this. The Zionists are guilty of blood shedding of innocent people. You're shooting my brothers and sisters inside the church of God.
