A global climate change summit will convene later this week. One proposal that world leaders may endorse is a radical scheme to issue carbon travel passports to every human on planet Earth. We will have more information in several minutes. troubling rumor about the possible reason that artificial intelligence pioneer Sam Altman was terminated as CEO of OpenAI. We will begin with comments about this article published days ago by Reuters news agency. OpenAI researchers warn bored of AI breakthrough ahead of CEO Alster, according to sources.

So what happened, Doc, last week, if you remember, the board of directors of OpenAI suddenly fired Sam Altman. Right. Who is considered one of the pioneers of artificial intelligence, the driving force behind OpenAI and ChatGPT. Right. And the reason that was put out there generally was that he had misrepresented something to the board. Precisely. But nobody knew what it was. Right. You didn't know if it was finances related to the organization's financial statements or whatever or a personal affair.

There was no explanation. Then I think it was the day after Thanksgiving, this next story broke. We'll take a look at this. This is Reuters. So it says that ahead of OpenAI CEO Sam Altman's four days in exile, several staff researchers wrote a letter to the board of directors warning of a powerful artificial intelligence discovery that they said could threaten humanity. Two people familiar with the matter told Reuters. Yes.

Doc, if this is true, the board of directors was so frightened by something that was done inside the organization's laboratories with artificial intelligence, that they fired Sam Altman apparently for refusing, neglecting to inform the board of directors that the project was underway and that a breakthrough, or perhaps that they had reached a breakthrough. Well, but that didn't stop Microsoft from picking up Altman and his number two and putting them to work at Microsoft. But that was just briefly. Yes. I mean, he was only at Microsoft for a few days because he went back. Right. So it goes on to say the previously unreported letter and AI algorithm were key developments before the board's ouster of Altman, the poster

child of generative AI, the two sources said. Prior to his triumphant return late Tuesday, more than 700 employees had threatened to quit and join backer Microsoft in a solidarity move with the fired leader. Right. Something big happened at OpenAI. And we see it. The hint to it is in this next quote. Some at OpenAI believe that QSTAR. Now, Doc, this is the first time I've heard of QSTAR.

Right. Had you heard of Q-Star. Right. Had you heard of it? Not before last week. Pay attention, friends. Q-Star. Some at OpenAI believe Q-Star could be a breakthrough in the startup's search for what's known as artificial general intelligence, AGI. One of the people told Reuters, OpenAI defines AGI as autonomous systems that surpass humans in most economically valuable tasks. So there was a secret project inside OpenAI called QSTAR.

Right. And apparently there was a breakthrough in the QSTAR project that Altman failed to notify the board of directors. And when they found out, they were so alarmed and so furious, they fired him. I mean, this isn't about turning in in he neglected to turn in expense reports this is about he neglected to tell the board of directors that the company had created something that we're going to see in just a moment. He referred to as a creature. Yes. A creature. Reuters went on to say, given vast computing resources, the new model was able to solve certain mathematical problems, the person said, because the individual was not authorized to speak on behalf of the company. Though only performing math on the level of grade school students,

such acting such tests or acing such tests made researchers very optimistic about QSTAR's future success. But this next thing that we're going to show you, this is a very short video clip of Sam Altman speaking months ago. Right. And this video just showed up. And I don't know if the appearance of the video is what motivated the board of directors to start asking questions, but let's watch and listen to what sam altman said about q star i think this question of whether ai is a tool or a creature is something that really confuses people and it confused me for a while too but i now think we are are very much building a tool and not a creature and i'm very happy about that and I think we should and

He's putting thousands of orbs around the world for people to have their eyes scanned so that they can transact business. In other

words, he wants to issue an identification number to every human. Right. And you will have to go someplace to an eye-scanning orb and have this orb look at your irises

and then issue an identification, a unique identification number to you. This is the same guy who says, I'm confident we're building a tool, not a creature. Doc, how close are we to the mark of the beast system? Oh, we're moments away from it now. I mean, seriously, Rick, when we're talking advances like this, where the AI can do basic math problems independently without any interaction with anybody. It starts replacing people really, really fast. They could start introducing a Mark of the Beast economy almost overnight.

Yes. And I think that's the plan. There will be a tipping point. There will be a tipping point where suddenly it becomes doable. And all they need is they need a global incident. They need something that pushes 7 billion people into accepting it. And that could be any type of calamity. It could be a financial calamity, a worldwide financial crash.

It could be a world war with a billion people dead. Something that forces the rest of humanity to accept a radically new financial model. And when you have 7 billion, 7 plus billion people operating on a single currency, whether it's fiat or digital. Suddenly they become citizens of that currency. Yes. And then you have global government after that. Well, there was another story Wired had put out. I wanted people to see the headline, Sam Altman's second coming, referring to his return to OpenAI.

Sam Altman's second coming sparks new fears of a AI apocalypse. So Wired Magazine is moving in and encroaching on the intellectual property of Bible prophecy teachers. You notice what they're doing? Yes. They're using our words. Second coming. Apocalypse. Because they know deep down whether they can.

I say they. I'm talking about the editors, the writers of these publications. Whether they can verbalize it, I don't know. But I think – Or it's the plan. I think instinctively they know that the world is racing towards this rendezvous with Bible prophecy. Right. But I'm of the opinion they're imprinting the population to accept it.

It's already in the general culture, second coming, apocalypse, revelation, end times, last. I mean, it's in the general conversation as we carry on throughout the day. So in other words, it's got to happen. Right. These things have got to happen. Don't resist it. Don't fight it. Just accept it as it is.

Well, the next one involves a climate change summit that will convene on Thursday. And it is COP 28, COP 28. The Guardian newspaper in London says the world stands on the front line of disaster. At COP28 says UN climate chief. How many times have we heard this propaganda line for the last 20 years? If Al Gore had been right, the world would have already come to an end by now. A couple times. Several times. Yes. But they're promoting it again because they have another big UN – well, it's a global climate warming – climate change event coming up this week.

Climate change is the cover for implementing the B system. Yes. The bottom line, that's what it is. They're using climate change as the cover story to implement global governance. And so you see these fear headlines. The world is standing on the front line of disaster. We're on the edge, Rick. Humanity may disappear because the temperatures are rising. I'm more concerned about Sam Altman than temperatures rising. Sam Altman scares me. Because that could happen in just moments. I mean, really, compared to the time that they've been talking about climate change and everything. Well, the world is not going to burn up.

The world is not – I mean – And it's not going to flood either. It's not going to – because God said so. He said so. That's why nations – the propaganda line is if we don't do something about climate change, the oceans are going to rise and wipe out nations. Now, God said, that's not going to happen again. They're trying to, it's all about terrifying the world population into accepting the solution. It's problem, reaction, solution.

We'll give you the problem. We's problem, reaction, solution. We'll give you the problem. We'll anticipate your reaction. We'll give you the solution. But their solution is not, they want the public to believe that their solution is lowering Earth's temperatures, saving the planet.

That isn't the purpose of the solution. The purpose is control. Worldwide control of 7 billion people. So let's take a look at what the Guardian says about the meeting. Well, world leaders must stop dawdling and start doing on carbon emission cuts as rapidly rising temperatures this year have put everyone on the front line of disaster. And that's coming from the UN's top climate official. He says no country could think itself immune from catastrophe. That's coming from Simon Steele, who will oversee the crucial Conference of Parties 28 climate summit that begins next week.

Scores of world leaders will arrive in Dubai for tense talks on how to tackle the crisis. Now, the fortnight-long COP28 talks will start this Thursday in Dubai, hosted by the UAE, a major oil and gas-producing country. Scores of world leaders, senior ministers, and officials from 198 countries will be in attendance, along with an estimated 70,000 delegates, Rick, making it the biggest annual conference of the parties yet held under the 92 UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Now, UK's Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is expected to attend, and King Charles will give the opening speech, along with the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nayan. The Pope will also be there, The European Commission president, Ursula von der Leyen,

and an invitation has been extended to Bashar al-Assad, the president of Syria. The presence of the two world's biggest greenhouse gas emitters, Joe Biden of the U.S. and Xi Jinping of China, are not expected to attend, but their envoys, John Kerry and Xi Jinping, have signaled their close cooperation before the talks.
