And we're now rapidly moving towards outright open warfare with nuclear-armed Russia. Doc, I heard today a former NATO commander called for a no-fly zone over Ukraine for NATO to shoot down Russian planes. I can believe they're ready for that. Okay, we could be just days away from World War III and all- out nuclear war. This is an extremely dangerous time right now. So, you know, my voice is somber today. I don't know what else. I don't know

how to express it. I'm supposed to be up and excited. There are some out there that are. I know. That's the sad part, Rick. ItICK. IT'S SAD. PEOPLE ARE DYING AND MANY MORE COULD DIE. A NUCLEAR WAR COULD END UP WITH A BILLION PEOPLE DEAD. AND I'M HEARING EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS HOPING THIS HAPPENS. TO SOMEHOW JUSTIFY THEIR DISPENSATIONAL VIEWPOINT.

YES, THEY WANT TO PROVE THAT JOHN NELSON DARBY WAS RIGHT. AND IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE A to somehow justify their dispensational viewpoint. Yes, they want to prove that John Nelson Darby was right. And if you have to have a nuclear war to prove that he was right, then they want it to happen. We're going to go through a number of stories as usual, just kind of give you a picture of what's happening today. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on each one. First of all, let's take a look at the economy. Now, the story that we have here, this was actually about an hour ago

that the Dow falls more than 700 points. It actually ended up at about 600. Right, about 598 at the closing bell today. Yeah, it gained about 100 points in the last hour. So there's a lot of turbulence in the markets right now, especially in oil. So oil hit $106 a barrel. We're getting into a price range now, Doc, where it's going to start hurting average people. Right. And this is the highest NOW, DOC, WHERE IT'S GOING TO START HURTING AVERAGE PEOPLE. RIGHT, AND THIS IS THE HIGHEST IT'S BEEN SINCE 2014. I REMEMBER 2014, COMING BACK HERE TO THE U.S., SHOCKED AT GAS

PRICES AFTER LIVING OVERSEAS FOR SEVERAL YEARS. AND NOW... AND WHO WAS IN THE WHITE HOUSE THEN? THAT WAS OBAMA. OBAMA AND BIDEN. YES.

SO IT'S BIDEN ALL OVER AGAIN. AND SO... BUT THAT'S HAPPENING THERE. AND, YOU KNOW, THE REASON WHY IS BECAUSE THERE'S TURBULENCE IN THE MARKETS. It's Biden all over again. But that's happening there, and the reason why is because there's turbulence in the markets. Russia's oil, it takes a while for it all to catch up, but the futures market that you see there is determining the fact of where the prices are going to be here in the near future. We're only going to see them go up here at this point. But then also today, Florida Senator, Republican Senator Marco Rubio told CNBC that the United States should target Russian oil, prevent Russia from selling oil. Now, I'm all in favor of boosting our own energy production.

You know, I think we should turn the Keystone Pipeline back on. We were doing great under President Trump. It was Biden who shut everything down but for us to i mean if russia said let's uh let's nuke the uh oil industry in the united states would we take that as an act of war of course well what do you think the russians are doing now when they hear a sitting u.s senator uh say stuff like this that we should target russian oil and most people don't even know why they would even do it. They have no indication because the media and the politicians said, this is something we've got to do because Russia bad.

So what Mr. Rubio is proposing is that the United States and Western nations put sanctions on Russian oil. And if any country or corporation buys oil from Russia, there's immediate financial penalties on that nation or country. And they will be severe. So what it means is nobody will touch Russian oil, except a few countries, North Korea, something like that. They don't care about the sanctions. But it would severely cripple the Russian energy industry. The West is trying to crash the Russian economy this week.

They're literally trying to bring it down. They want a revolution in Russia. They want Vladimir Putin to be overthrown. Right. They want to install a Western puppet government in Moscow. Do not rule this out now, folks. Do not rule this out. A Western puppet government,

a George Soros puppet government in Moscow. And I think most of the West would be okay with that, wouldn't they? PUPIT GOVERNMENT, A GEORGE SOROS PUPIT GOVERNMENT IN MOSCOW. AND I THINK MOST OF THE WEST WOULD BE OKAY WITH THAT, WOULDN'T THEY? THEY WANT IT. YES. THEY WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO

HAVE IT RIGHT NOW. THIS IS, BUT I DON'T THINK, I THINK WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT YESTERDAY, THE RUSSIAN NEWS PRESENTER WHO SAID ON SUNDAY, IF RUSSIA IS NOT IN THE WORLD, WHY DO WE NEED A WORLD? what we talked about yesterday. The Russian news presenter who said on Sunday, if Russia's not in the world, why do we need a world? In other words, we'll just burn down

the entire planet. If you're going to get rid of us, we're going to set the whole building on fire. That's the desperation that the Russians are at right now. They're seeing themselves as being cornered here, as being painted into a place where they're the evil, supposedly. THAT'S THE DESPERATION THAT THE RUSSIANS ARE AT RIGHT NOW. THEY'RE SEEING THEMSELVES AS BEING CORNERED HERE, AS BEING PAINTED INTO A PLACE WHERE THEY'RE THE EVIL, SUPPOSEDLY.

AND SO ANOTHER STORY AS IT RELATES TO THE ECONOMY, WHEAT PRICES, RICK. THEY'RE SOARING TO THEIR HIGHEST SINCE 2008. AND THIS IS ON THE POTENTIAL RUSSIA SUPPLY HIT THAT WILL LIKELY HIT THE MARKETS. IT HASN'T HIT IT YET BECAUSE THERE'S STILL PLENTY OF WHEAT IN THE TRADE PIPELINE, BUT potential Russia supply hit that will likely hit the markets. It hasn't hit it yet because there's still plenty of wheat in the trade pipeline, but they bet on the future. And the bet on the future is that it's going to be knocking Russia out of that trade limit. And I would recommend if you've been hesitating on buying food, you really should stop hesitating. In fact, you should just put me on mute and go to the grocery store right now. You're really running out of time to stockpile.

Things can be disrupted so quickly. You could have panic in this country. And we thought the COVID supply chain issues were something. That was totally manufactured there. Imagine what a real supply chain issue would look like. Oh, yeah. Where you don't get toilet paper, not for a few days, but for a few months. That's right.

Joe Biden's first one. I believe it will be his first and only one. It very well could be. I do not believe Joe Biden will be the president of the United States next year. I don't have confidence he can deliver a speech tonight in a coherent manner.

What happens if he completely stumbles through this speech? What if he has a senior moment and just can't finish the speech? Well, we're already coming in with low expectations the way it is. So if he just forms a sentence, he's ahead. Right. And that's the way the mainstream media will frame it. Yes, he delivered a coherent and substantive State of the Union address.

So what's his speech going to be, like five minutes long? Because usually State of the Union is over an hour. I can't see that man talking for an hour. How is he going to deliver a speech for over an hour? First of all, 9 p.m. is past his bedtime. I'm really serious about this guy. I can't see him functioning for an hour on national television. Well, at least he'll be able to breathe freely tonight, Rick, because they've dropped the mask mandates at the White House and at the Capitol. Isn't that nice? Nancy Pelosi, Queen Nancy, eliminated the mandatory mask mandate in the House of Representatives just in time for the State of the Union speech. Yes.

So, you know, she's wearing her Roman standard pin there as she takes off her mask again. This is the picture outside the Capitol building today, Rick. Some video of just people driving around in D.C. So this is what State of the union attendees tonight can expect to see basically a wall around the u.s capital uh more like you know a prison camp i didn't think democrats like walls well they like it when you need to protect them and so but this is uh we're the uh we're the voice of democracy well this is what it's saying tonight, Rick. They fear the people?

This is the state of the union. This is really the state of the union tonight. So they fear the people? Yes. I would watch. I will be carefully watching tonight to see who is not there. Okay, now why is that important, Rick? I have a theory that key leaders will be in underground bunkers tonight. Years ago, Doc, back in the 80s, two young men, mind you, young, this is 1980s.

One guy, his name was Dick Cheney. The other guy was Oliver North. And they were tasked with the responsibility of coming up with a plan for the continuity of government in the event of a calamity. And their plan was nicknamed the Wise Men. And in the Wise Men plan, a group of men would be designated as the leaders of the country if the leadership of the country was decapitated. When we say decapitated, we're talking about totally wiped out. Totally wiped out.

Now, I hope it doesn't happen, but they're pushing Putin to the breaking point. What if Putin puts a nuke in the U.S. Capitol tonight? And that's not beyond the realm of possibility, is it? The entire U.S. government is eliminated. Yes. The president, the vice president, speaker of the House, president of the Senate, all the seats of the House and Senate, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Supreme Court, they're all sitting there together. There will be key people who will not be there because they will be in designated safe zones

like Site R in the Catoctin Mountains of Maryland, an underground Pentagon. They will be there for the event of a calamity, a decapitation strike on the U.S. government. We were talking about that earlier today, Rick, and you were sharing with some of our staff members here a little bit about that. And that's why this next article caught my attention here. This is from The Independent, and it says, Who will be missing from tonight's State of the Union address? So there's a number of especially key Republican leaders who are boycotting, they're saying they're boycotting the State of the Union address tonight. So among those who

are boycotting are both right wing members of the GOP, like Andrew Clyde, famous for his statements minimizing the severity of the attack on Congress by calling rioters tourists, as well as more centrist members like Senator Marco Rubio is not going to be there tonight, Rick. The total confirmed list so far includes Rubio, Tom Cotton, as well AS WELL AS REPS CLIDE, MARY MILLER, BOB GOOD, CHIP ROY, AND MATT ROSENDALE IN THE HOUSE. SENATOR RICK SCOTT HAS ALSO STATED THAT HE MAY NOT ATTEND.

SO THESE ARE THE ONES THAT ARE ALREADY SAYING THEY WILL NOT BE THERE TONIGHT. AND I DON'T THINK THEY'RE BOYCOTTING. IT'S EITHER THEY ARE PART OF THE CONTINUITY AND GOVERNMENT CONTINGENT OR THEY DON'T HAVE A they are part of the continuity in government contingent or they don't have

a good feeling about being there and that's a very good observation there Rick and so this is the best target available right now isn't it tonight it is and they're pushing Vladimir Putin to the to America. He was a colonel in the GRU, which is the Russian intelligence agency. It's like the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency. And he told me, he personally told me that the Russian plan for the United States first, he said the first thing would be, and I remember the phrase he used, a decapitation strike. And I'd never heard that before. And I asked him what it was. And he said,

we will take out. And when he said we, he meant the Russian government. He said, we will take out the upper echelon of the United States government, including wives and children. I remember him saying that. He said, we have their names, their addresses, the names of their spouses and their children, and we will decapitate the U.S. government. And he also said that they knew all of the secret landing strips for Air Force One. And he said, that jet cannot stay in the air forever. And wherever it lands, there will be Russian special ops, Spetsnaz, at the landing site. He said every landing site would have Russian special ops waiting to shoot the people on the plane.

Now, I remember this conversation, clearly remember it. So when I hear about the Russians going to do a decapitation in Ukraine, I know what they're going to do. Well, did they specifically say they were going to decapitate Ukraine, or were they going to a decapitation operation? That's what caught my attention. They said they're going to denazify the country. Yes. All right. The Western media is saying decapitate. But they know what, they know the Russian style. Decapitate, they go in and they eliminate the leaders of the country. Putin said he was going to denazify the country.

And they said, we have names. Yes. And they will be brought to justice, is what he said, too. And he didn't mean necessarily they're going to haul them back to Moscow and bring them into district court. Right. My view was they'll have a military tribunal in the street and execute them right there on the streets of Ukraine. But what I'm trying to make here is the American people are not taking this seriously. They're getting caught up into the let's hate Russia hoopla.

Everybody's angry. We're gonna punish Russia. And nobody's thinking about where this is going. That at any minute, Putin could say, we're cornered. Our country's collapsing. The banking system is going down. Our stock market is collapsing. Everything's going down.

Just pushes the button. It's over. That's how close we are to this type of catastrophic war. and my heart my heart grieves for unsafe people because they're going to be swept into eternity permanently lost unsaved

and they're not ready for this I didn't ask for this calling you know Ezekiel God told Ezekiel, go tell your people, Israel, there's going to be a war. Go tell them. And poor old Ezekiel,

he had to tell that story over and over and over. And they hated him, his own people. Right. His own people, they hated him. One time, God said, he's talking to the Jews. He goes, Ezekiel, when the people come out and say,

what's the bad news today, Ezekiel? That's what they said too. Yeah, because Ezekiel was basically doing a news show. Yes. Okay, in the town square. God told Ezekiel, so when they ask you, hey Ezekiel, what's the bad news today? BECAUSE EZEKIEL WAS BASICALLY DOING A NEWS SHOW. YES. OKAY? IN THE TOWN SQUARE. GOD TOLD EZEKIEL, HE SAID, WHEN THEY ASK YOU, HEY, EZEKIEL, WHAT'S THE BAD NEWS TODAY? SAY, YOU'RE THE BAD NEWS.

OKAY? AND THAT'S WHAT HE TOLD THEM. GOD SAID TO TELL YOU, YOU'RE THE BAD NEWS. OKAY? But the Lord told Ezekiel, when I tell you that war is coming and you do not warn the people and the war comes to their land and they die in their sins, their blood will be on your hands, Ezekiel. But, Ezekiel, if you warn the people and the war comes and the people die in their sins, you will not be held responsible. You did your job. You did your job. So one more time, I've been doing this since 1998,

one more time, I'm telling you, war is coming to America on our soil. Okay. Repent of your sins. Believe on the name of Jesus Christ. Be baptized. Take this seriously. Take this seriously.

War is coming to this country. Don't just, don't let this normalcy bias make you think it couldn't happen here. It'll happen someplace else. It won't happen here. Putin is anti-Christ. God is going to destroy Russia. No? BUT THEY'RE ALL SAYING PUTIN IS A MADMAN, PUTIN IS DEMON POSSESSED, PUTIN IS ANTICHRIST, GOD IS GOING TO DESTROY RUSSIA. NO, GOD MAY BE SAYING TO AMERICA, YOU'RE THE BAD NEWS. YOU AMERICA, YOU'RE THE ONE CAUSING GREAT PAIN AND SUFFERING AND SIN AND WICKENESS AROUND THE WORLD. AND I'M GOING TO RAISE UP THIS GUY PUTIN AND HE IS GOING TO BRING JUSTICE TO YOU. HAS GOD EVER DONE THAT IN THE PAST DOCTOR? around the world. HAVE YOU SEEN MY SERVANT NEBUCHADNEZZAR? HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? HOW ABOUT CYRUS?

CYRUS WAS USED OF GOD NOT ONLY TO DESTROY ISRAEL BUT ALSO TO REBUILD IT IN HIS OWN IMAGE AFTERWARDS. SO, THAT'S WHY EVERYBODY WAS SO... THEY FORGET TO TALK ABOUT THAT, DON'T THEY? THAT'S RIGHT. AND SO, THAT'S WHY WHEN THEY WERE ALL TALKING ABOUT TRUMP AS CYRUS AND EVERYTHING ELSE LIKE THAT, I'M JUST GOING, BOY, YOU DON'T KNOW KNOW HALF THE STORY ON CYRUS.

AND BY THE WAY, CYRUS TOOK CREDIT FOR ALL OF IT, TOO. HE SURE DID. HE WAS A NARCISSIST. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS GOD WHO WAS BEHIND IT. BUT THERE'S A TARGET-RICH ENVIRONMENT IN WASHINGTON AND D.C. TONIGHT. IT'S NOT A GOOD THING. AND THE WORLD COULD CHANGE IN in a moment's time. There was a TV series a couple years back called Designated Survivor. And the concept was that there was an attack

on the U.S. Capitol, destroyed all the leadership. And there was one person, I think it was the Secretary of Interior, that suddenly became president and had to reorganize the whole country. But what they kind of did, the Hollywood version of it, Rick, in that the way it would really work is there would be total chaos in this country. It was almost like in the TV series, they blew up D.C., but the rest of the country were doing just great. But that won't be the case at all. In fact, Colonel Lunoff told me that when the Russians decapitate the U.S. government, the leadership, he said it will crush the will of the American people and they will surrender.

That's their plan. Hit the American people so hard where the Russians come on American TV and say, THAT'S THEIR PLAN. HIT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE SO HARD WHERE THE RUSSIANS COME ON AMERICAN TV AND SAY, WE HAVE KILLED ALL OF YOUR LEADERS. HERE'S THEIR HEADS. SURRENDER.

THAT'S WHAT DECAPITATION LOOKS LIKE. YES. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA. THEY'RE A BUNCH OF, GOSH, WE'RE JUST... decapitation looks like. Yes. The American people have no idea. They're a bunch of, gosh, we're just, look at the state of our society. I wish Joe Biden would really tell us the state of our union,

because the state of our union is despicable. It's foul. In God's nostrils, it's vulgar and foul. The stench of this nation's sins is so great. IT'S VULGAR AND FOUL. THE STINCH OF THIS NATION'S SINS IS SO GREAT. LET'S START WITH THE BABIES WE MURDERED TODAY. HEY, EVERYBODY'S UPSET ABOUT

WAR IN UKRAINE. WELL, AMERICA WAGED WAR ON UNBORN BABIES TODAY AND KILLED OVER 3,000 TODAY. RIGHT. WHERE'S THE OUTCRY ON THAT? WHERE ARE THE SANCTIONS? LET'S PUT THE SANCTIONS ON PLANNED PARENTHOOD. LET'S PUT THE SANCTIONS ON were 3,000 today. Right. Where's the outcry on that? Where are the sanctions? Let's put the sanctions on Planned Parenthood. Let's put the sanctions on everybody who participated

in the murder today of 3,000 babies and 3,000 yesterday and 3,000 tomorrow. There's no outcry. And the church doesn't care. They're not grieved by it. But God knows the name of every baby they killed. He knows the color of their eyes. He made them. He gave them a soul. And we act like he doesn't care.

He doesn't even think about it. Oh, yes, he does. Yes, he does. Yes, he does. If somebody came into your home and killed your children tonight, would you think about it? The rest of your life, you would. The memory would be carved in your mind forever. But the Americans kill 3,000 babies a day,

and we think God doesn't think about it. Because we don't see them. We don't think about it. We don't even consider it. We consider them humans. Right. And you know where that idea came from? Judaism. Yes. Judaism teaches they're not humans until they're born. We've been Judaized in this country. And we all participate in it because we drink the water

where the blood of babies has gone down the drain in our nation. We're all participating in that. Well, Doc, this designated survivor, what do we have for tonight? Well, it hasn't been announced yet. Now, usually they announce by late in the afternoon on who the designated survivor is going to be. The designated survivor, once again, is the person that they put in a separate location with a doctor and everything that's set aside just in case something dramatic happens in the Capitol and there is some sort of event that wipes out the leadership of government, especially the president. And so when President Biden speaks before Congress tonight, and this will be his first State of the Union address, one person will

not be present. That's the designated survivor. And the unknown cabinet member, the president's cabinet, will be tucked away at an undisclosed location to be ready to leave the nation should something catastrophic happen while our nation's leaders are gathered in one place. Now, in instances where nearly all of our nation's leaders are not in the same place, STRAFFIC HAPPEN WHILE OUR NATION'S LEADERS ARE GATHERED IN ONE PLACE. IN INSTANCES WHERE NEARLY ALL OF OUR NATION'S LEADERS ARE NOT IN THE SAME PLACE, THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND THE PRESIDENTIAL SUCCESSION ACT OF 1947 DETAIL A PRESIDENTIAL ORDER OF SUCCESSION. SHOULD THE PRESIDENT BECOME INCAPACITATED, DIE, RESIGN, OR BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE, THEY'LL BE REPLACED IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER. VICE PRESIDENT, SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE, PRESIDENT PROTEM OF they'll be replaced in the following order. Vice President, Speaker of the House, President Pro Tem of the Senate, Secretary of State, Secretary of Treasury,

Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, and so on. So as it stands right now, here's our current list, Rick. So of course, Vice President Kamala Harris, who Joe Biden called the President of the United States the other day, in front of Joe Biden. You got the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, President Pro Tem of the Senate, Patrick Leahy, Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken,

obtained by the Washington Free Beacon the mandatory presentation policy on the military service of transgender persons in persons with gender dysphoria it used to be called people with mental illness in the past but was given to officers earlier this month along with instructions for them to train their subordinates on the material. So portions of the presentation were provided to the free beacon by a whistleblower who was ordered to undergo the training as a high-ranking officer in the Army Special Forces. So this is a sample slide here. We showed you it's kind of a general one here. The Army spokesman confirmed to the Free Beacon that the slides in question are part of mandatory training and come from an official program used to train Army personnel on the recent changes to the Department of Defense and Army transgender service policy. All Army personnel from soldiers

to commanders and supervisors, are required to participate in the training by September 30 of this year. The transgender presentation follows a June 2021 announcement by the Army altering its policies so that transgender soldiers can openly serve. The shift in policy is part of a larger push by the Biden administration, wouldn't matter if it was Bush, to make the military more welcoming to transgender people. But it goes beyond that, Rick. It's not just opening the policy up to transgender people. It's taking soldiers and transitioning them, too.

Taking soldiers, one gender, and making them another. So this is the slide from that transgender service policy. So the Army allows transgender soldiers to serve openly. The Army is open to all who can meet the standards for military service and remains committed to treating all soldiers with dignity and respect while ensuring good order and discipline. All soldiers must maintain Army standards, good order and discipline at all times. Transgender soldiers are subject to the same standards as any other soldier with

the same DER's gender marker. And otherwise qualified soldiers shall not be involuntarily separated, discharged or denied reenlistment or continuation of service on the basis of gender identity. ABOUT THAT LATER ON TOO. BUT THINGS THAT ARE UNUSUAL, DON'T LIVE YOUR LIFE BY IT, BUT JUST CONSIDER IT AND REFLECT ON IT AND ASK YOURSELF, WHAT DOES IT MEAN? IS GOD TRYING TO SPEAK TO ME? THAT'S RIGHT. WELL, THE LORD IS SPEAKING TO ALL OF US TO GET CLOSE TO HIM. What does it mean? Is God trying to speak to me? Well, the Lord is speaking to all of us to get close to him. Amen.

Run to your heavenly father. Get as close to him as you can get. Don't be afraid. If you're saved and war comes and we get vaporized, look, we're saved. What's the worst that happens, Doc? Yes. You're instantly in the presence of the Lord. That's bad. LOOK, WE'RE SAVED. WHAT'S THE WORST THAT HAPPENS, DOC? YOU'RE INSTANTLY IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD. THAT'S BAD? THAT'S WONDERFUL. THAT'S GREAT.

I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN IN THE WORLD. I'M NOT GOING TO BE AFRAID. I AM GOING TO KEEP GOING FORWARD PREACHING THE GOSPEL, AND I'M GOING TO KEEP TELLING PEOPLE TO BELIEVE ON THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, AND I'M GOING TO STAY AT MY POST. THIS IS MY JOB. THIS IS THE ASSIGNMENT THE LORD GAVE ME, I'm going to keep telling people to believe on the name of Jesus Christ. And I'm going to stay at my post. This is my job. This is the assignment the Lord gave me. And I'm going to stay at my post and be faithful to him until he takes me home.

And so one more time, I just want to say to you, if you are not saved, if your name is not in the book of life, do not go to sleep tonight until you make things right with Almighty God.
