Yes. The CNN satellite images capture crowding at China's crematoriums and funeral homes as COVID surge continues. Just a month or two ago, China was, they had a zero tolerance policy. If one person in a city of 10 million people had COVID, they locked down the entire city. And then the protests broke out. And supposedly the Chinese communists said, okay, you don't want the restrictions. We're just going to end all the restrictions. And instantly, COVID just spread all over China. That's the storyline. So CNN is telling us that the crematoriums are packed. They're burning corpses again, Doc, 24-7.

Remember the satellite images they used to show back in 2020? The smoke plume and everything going out there. So when you see this story pop up again today, you say, all right, well, the script worked so good last time,

maybe we can fool them again. That's what concerns me. They're replaying the script, the 2020 script. And they're psyching up the minds of the people something really bad's coming you gotta lock down the world again um we're getting some some like we did in 2020 we're getting video being released out of china, rioting and civil unrest and things. So, supposedly,

there was a pharmaceutical company that went out of business or laid off a lot of workers. They didn't pay the workers. And there's been a lot of civil unrest around that. So, we're going to show you two videos of what supposedly is going on in China right now. Workers protest, or maybe the people are just fed up living in a communist system. Well, and I applaud people protesting against the communist system, but I can't trust anything coming out of China.

I can't trust anything we're seeing then. Right. You know? So we've got one more video, supposedly of the same city, same labor dispute. Let's watch this one. So extreme show of force. But I have to believe that China won't allow this kind of information to, I mean, these kind of protests to continue and also not allow this information to come out unless they want it to come out.

Unless they want it out. So we have to really weigh these things because we were fooled back at the beginning of 2020. By the videos. By the videos that were coming out. People supposedly on their cell phones. But now we look back, I don't know if any of those things actually occurred.

I remember the day in 2020 that there was a video and I just sat here watching it on the screen as you were watching it. And I remember thinking, that's fake. That's some really bad acting. I remember the guy that fell down screaming that one of his family members had died of COVID. It was the worst acting I'd ever seen. And it was that moment I was like, oh oh this stuff's fake coming out of china and then you had to question all the videos we had watched of the trucks going down the street spraying um the buildings uh you know every all the frightening terrifying videos that we saw

which was saying america it's coming to you. Europe is coming to you. It's going to go all over the world. What you're seeing in China, it's spreading to you. Now, this is the message CNN and the news media is giving us today. It's coming. Look at what's happening in China. It's coming to you. The World Health Organization, an organization of the United Nations,

which is clearly under the control of communist China. They today said travelers should wear masks on airliners again. Here we go. They're bringing out the mask mandates again. Right. Even though if you use logic, if a virus can escape a level five bio lab, is a paper mask going to help at all? No. And besides, people used to wear a mask when they were sick. Now they wear them when they're healthy. Right. So how does that work? It doesn't work. And they know it doesn't. And the scientists know that it doesn't. It's about control. It's about fear. ABC News, more U.S. schools institute mask mandates as COVID cases rise. So we're seeing a lot of school districts and a lot of municipalities up, especially up in the northeast part of the United States, that are now instituting mask mandates again. Most of the school districts in New Jersey have instituted or strongly suggested mask mandates to a lot of the school districts up there.

We're going to see a lot more, too. For some of these children, particularly in these really blue Democrat states, this is their third year wearing a mask. Yes. And this in spite of the fact that it's been proven that wearing masks for these kids, wearing masks has hampered social development, has hampered their ability to socially integrate with one another, has hurt the educational process for kids. Even Democrats are saying that. And has hurt their respiratory system. Right. But hey, we've got to institute a mask because we've got to control you.

Well, Duke University is recommending, it's not a mandate yet, they're recommending that the students wear masks when classes resume this week. So they're seeing a surge of COVID in North Carolina. And so the response from Duke University is to, well, we should all wear masks now. Yeah. Doc, do you know what the name of this new COVID variant is? It's really scary. I've seen the medical term, the Omicron variant, XB115 and all that. Oh, they got a scary name for it. Oh, really? What's the scary name now? The Kraken.

Oh, they've named it the Kraken. The Kraken, yes. The Kraken is coming and it's really, really bad. Here it is. The Kraken is powering New York COVID hospitalizations to their highest level in nearly a year. Is it a sign of what's coming for the rest of the country? Well, it's interesting that the Kraken is ramping up

in New York of all places. All the nurses are on strike in New York right now. They've been on strike since yesterday. They walked off the job yesterday. And so perfect timing for a rise in COVID cases as nurses walk off their job for higher pay. But they've got to frighten you. They've got to scare you.

So the scary monster Kraken is coming for us, Rick. The Kraken has been released. Finally, we got the Kraken. This next story, this is the big story for us. Did national security imperatives compromise COVID-19 vaccine safety? And this is from the Brownstone Institute. And it's actually written from an Australian point of view. And the author of it is an Australian pharmacologist.

And I think we, I don't know if we have his, I don't have his name here. I apologize for that. So anyhow, he has written a very alarming article that states that the entire... Dr. Altman, Philip Altman. Philip Altman, yes. Dr. Philip Altman, an Australian pharmacologist. What he said is that the U.S. Department of Defense, the Pentagon, ran the entire COVID vaccine operation.

Now, if you go back to the days of Donald Trump, when he put Fauci in charge and then announced Operation Warp Speed, we did a lot of programs about would the US military be involved in vaccinating people? And the way that the White House, the Trump White House, and the news media portrayed it is the military's role was only in logistics, expediting the delivery of the vaccines. Military trucks, military planes were going to fly. Military planes were going to fly the vaccines as fast as possible to every state. Military trucks would roll it out. That was the only involvement of the military. According to Dr. Altman, that's not true. They ran the entire operation. They ran Operation Warp Speed. It was a U.S.

Department of Defense operation. And it was already in place before COVID began. And then they went around the world and every country, the US military was in charge of implementing the vaccination program in all the other countries of the world. So doc? We exported it. So all the images and all the lockdowns and everything that you saw in countries like Australia and New Zealand, other places in Europe. So the U.S. military was involved. PSYOPs program, psychological warfare on the people of the world. If you follow this man's argument, it's a long article. We're going to give you the most important parts of it.

We'll start with the first quote. So it says that the U.S. Department of Defense has had a dominant role in the response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and in the development and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccines. This is a fact hidden from the general public. This is according to Dr. Philip Altman. In those processes, many standard steps and procedures otherwise required for pharmaceutical products were omitted or circumvented. And so Dr. Altman's making the case here that this was a Department of Defense operation that was in place. Now, he said that with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's emergency use authorization of the COVID-19 vaccines, as they call them, and the provisional approval of the first COVID-19 vaccine in Australia. Once again, he's writing this from an Australian perspective. These agents were hailed as innovative, life-saving responses by the pharmaceutical industry to a deadly global pandemic.

But the development, testing, and drug regulatory approval of these novel COVID-19 gene-based vaccines using messenger ribonucleic acid, mRNA technology, was said to have been done in less than one year, whereas development and approval of conventional vaccines normally takes about 10 years. The public was told that this was assisted by financial support of vaccine companies by the U.S. government under Operation Warp Speed. The public was told that these COVID-19 gene-based vaccines were safe and effective, that they would prevent infection and chances of serious illness and death from the virus and would prevent transmission of the virus. We now know they do not prevent infection nor transmission

and have not prevented a continuing high incidence of COVID-19. Now, furthermore, they are associated with an unprecedented incidence of serious adverse effects and deaths compared to any other drugs in the history of the pharmaceutical industry. Now, contrary to popular belief that pharmaceutical companies drove the COVID-19 vaccine development programs, the U.S. FDA's website reveals that it was the United States Department of Defense that had been in full control of the COVID vaccine development program

since the beginning. Since the beginning. It was a Pentagon operation from the very beginning. And I would say from before the beginning. Yes, and Donald Trump knew it. Donald Trump was in on it. He was Mr. Vaccine. He bragged about his role in the vaccine.

And of course, Fauci was obviously in it up to his eyeballs. But you have to wonder now, does Fauci report to the Pentagon? You have to ask that question now Fauci report to the Pentagon? You have to ask that question now. Now, think about it, because he was able to be in both the Trump administration and the Biden administration, serving basically the very same role. I never understood if there was such opposition to Mr. Trump,

why Dr. Fauci didn't leave or Donald Trump didn't fire him either. Maybe he couldn't fire him. That's my thought. He couldn't. That's my belief. Donald Trump could not fire Fauci. There's certain things he just knew he couldn't do because it was a military operation.

Right, and Dr. Fauci's been involved in all sorts of nefarious things over the years. I mean, he was actively involved in the early research on AIDS and the development of therapies for that. Now, back to this particular article, Dr. Altman goes on to say that the Department of Defense has been responsible for development, manufacturing, clinical trials, quality assurance, distribution, and administration since that time, since the beginning. Look at what development, manufacturing, trials, quality assurance, distribution, and administration of the COVID-19 vaccines, which aren't vaccines, but as everybody, I think,

starting to realize what we were telling people for several years, gene-altering therapy. Yes. But the Pentagon was doing it. This is shocking that our Defense Department was the force behind this very evil vaccination program. You have to begin to wonder if the pharmaceutical companies even developed anything at all. No, I think as you go through this man's article, the pharmaceutical companies work for the Pentagon. He says that

really basically in the rest of that quote there, the major pharmaceutical companies have been involved as project coordination teams, effectively performing as subcontractors to the Department of Defense. So basically, they outsource certain

things to the pharmaceutical companies. But the whole operation was a Department of Defense project. Now, Dr. Altman goes on to say that the chief operating officer for the Warp Speed vaccine program is the U.S. Department of Defense. And the chief science advisor is the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Now, the true nature of the COVID-19 vaccines has been largely misrepresented by mainstream media, big pharmaceutical companies, and governments, and is poorly understood by the population at large. So first of all, referring to these products as vaccines led most people to consider them as relatively safe and well-researched and readily

accept their widespread use. So back when they first started saying vaccines, started rolling that out, in most people's minds in that time, what did a vaccine do, Rick? What was a vaccine supposed to do? Prevent you from being infected. And prevent you from infecting others, right? Yes. So if there was a vaccine for, now this was back before they changed the definition. Right. If you wanted to prevent measles and the transmission of measles, you had the measles vaccine. I know there are people out there that oppose all vaccines, but I'm just saying they changed the definition

along the way and made it something else. Doc, do you remember, I just thought about this, during those two years, 2020 and 2021, and all those press conferences we have almost every day,

there'd be press conferences with the governor, at the White House, at various government agencies. How many times did we see federal health officials who were admirals? Do you remember that? Yes. Either from the... Yes. We would sit here Yes, you're right.

We would sit here and look at the screen and go, he's an admiral or she's an admiral. But they're operating as a health official of the U.S. government. Now we know why. Because it was a military operation. It was a military operation. And the Navy played a major role in it. Now, Dr. Altman goes on to say that these vaccines really aren't vaccines at all.

They're serious gene-based interventions which have never been deployed widely in any population, especially never to healthy individuals, including children, infants, and pregnant women. In this sense, they should be considered experimental. Instead, there was a concerted effort to avoid referring to them as gene therapy products, based in part on the argument that the genetic material in the COVID-19 vaccines was not intended to be incorporated into an individual's DNA, nor to modify gene expression. There was no prior short-term safety information and no long-term data on which to predict future events. No similar therapeutic products have been previously approved anywhere

in the world. Their widespread administration globally with no historical safety experience was an unprecedented risk in human health. I don't think it was a risk they took. I think it was something they did on purpose. And they just started. It was the beginning. Right. Every vaccine that comes out from now on will be our messenger RNA, every vaccine. They're going to alter the genetic code of the human race. And we now know it's being run by the U.S. Pentagon. Isn't it really frightening that our military

is driving the most evil thing that's ever happened on planet Earth? I mean, seriously, this is, the therapy itself has sacrificed millions. Yes. Now, two U.S. Department of Defense agencies, DARPA and the Biomedical Research and Development Authority, BARDA, possess considerable resources for research, development, and approval for various products.

They also contract with a large, and approval for various products. They also contract with a large number of companies for such functions. The products of these programs, including the COVID-19 vaccines, are sometimes classified as countermeasures. That's a military term, by the way. Prototypes or demonstrations, demonstrations, rather than pharmaceutical products. Those labels permit a product to avoid lengthy conventional regulatory commercial development and testing pathways normally required for pharmaceutical products and to proceed to emergency use authorization. And they knew this moving forward. The rush to make available the COVID-19 vaccines has reportedly led to batch-to-batch variability, with some batches associated with a high incidence of adverse vaccine reactions and mortality. In addition, at least 26 researchers and research teams in 16

countries using various microscopic methods of analysis have reported. Now listen to this. We reported the presence of undeclared microscopic geometric and tube-like structures in both the COVID vaccine vials and in the blood of people in widely vaccinated populations for which there is no satisfactory explanation at this time. Okay, so do you remember the mocking that I was given by the news media? When we did a report, remember the German doctor who they killed? They murdered him. Yes. And he said that there were living creatures inside the vaccine.

That there was something in there at least. Something. Something was there that was unusual. And, you know, I got smeared all over the world. Newsweek, I think, you know, all the big publications ran stories mocking me. Well, now we know the Pentagon propaganda operation, which controls these newspapers and television, they have their psyops people inside the news organizations.

So if somebody gets too close to the truth, you just whack them. Yes. You smear them. Call them a name, deplatform them, whatever you have to do. Now, another product

that has been noticed in the vaccines says, furthermore, various spectroscopic methods of analysis have detected, and we talked about this on the program, the presence of undeclared and unexpected metals. And this is from the German working group just this past year.

Remember the program, Rick, where we talked about the razors in the vaccine? They were cutting up DNA. Now, they weren't literal razors, but they were cutting up DNA segments in the implementation. Japan right now has basically shut down their vaccination program because of the presence of metals being found in the vaccines. And so if it's in the blood, and this was why that family in New Zealand, their little baby had to have a blood transfusion.

And they didn't oppose a blood transfusion. They simply said, we do not want our child to be given blood from a vaccinated person. They were okay with a blood transfusion from an unvaccinated person. The New Zealand government, a judge, ordered the police to go in to their home and seize the baby, and they injected, they gave the baby vaccinated blood, and the baby had a stroke and died. They murdered the baby,

and they were going to prove their point. No parent is going to defy them this thing's wicked this is this is from hell it is from it is from the deepest part of hell it's wicked pentagon or pentagram what is it it's more pentagram than anything else. We're going to show you a video clip from a San Diego, California television station, KUSI. I think it is ABC affiliate. Yes. And they were interviewing Dr. Kelly Victory. And she is described as a board-certified trauma and emergency specialist, 15 years of clinical experience, served as CMO for a whole health management firm, has delivered on-site healthcare services for Fortune 500 companies. She has a BS degree from Duke University and a medical degree

from the University of North Carolina. I think we can say she's qualified to speak on the subject. Let's listen to what she told KUSI TV in San Diego. U.S. life insurance companies have reported an overwhelming and unexplainable increase in all-cause deaths among 18 to 49-year-olds. Along with that, there's also been an increase in certain medical diagnoses, such as miscarriages and Bell's palsy. Here to give us her take on the new data and what she believes could be causing the rise in numbers is emergency medicine and disaster specialist, Dr. Kelly Victory. Dr. Victory, good morning. Great to talk to you as always. Good morning, Jason. Thanks for having me.

Okay. We want to make sure that anytime we talk, we want to make sure the information that we have is accurate. So let's start this interview by telling us, I've seen your correspondence here, what is the source of the information that you're about to present? Well, this information became available to me or on my radar last week following a hearing with Senator Ron Johnson, who was looking at sort of what he calls a second opinion on the entire response to the COVID pandemic. The medical data was released by three career military physicians who got the information from the military database that collects what we call ICD codes, which are the diagnosis codes. And these physicians had a feeling, they believed based on their own observation, that they were seeing a significant uptick in certain

conditions. So they actually went back and called the database from the military on certain conditions over a five-year period from 2016 through 2020, notably containing one year 2020 of the full-blown pandemic so they looked at 2016 17 18 19 and 20 at the prevalence of certain conditions including things like heart attack blood clots to the lung miscarriages those sorts of things and they compared it to the incidence of those same things in the calendar year 2021, and saw an alarming increase in certain things. For example, they saw a 270% increase in myocardial infarction in 2021, a 300% increase in incidence of Bell's palsy and of certain neurologic complaints. Well, and deaths all across the board are up in every category, even falling off ladders. That's up too. But some things are up significantly.

But what was important to bring out of that particular interview is that the military is directly involved in the monitoring of what's happening here with COVID. Yes. They got the data from the military. Yes. Actually, it was people inside the military who became suspicious about things and had access to the data. You mentioned about falling off ladders. I've noticed, Doc, the number of articles that we see, but I'm seeing news articles where somebody died,

and you look at it and it says, died from a fall in the house. Okay, well, I know people have fallen in their homes before. But I am noticing more. Yes. Where people, when you say fall off a ladder people literally are falling off ladders falling off things in their home and dying and you know normally this might be associated with an older population but no this is shifting younger I mean I know of a

young man who passed away here in Vero. He was in his mid-20s. Found him in the bathroom. No apparent health issues other than he felt bad a few days earlier. But somebody in the mid-20s, they're in the prime of their life. They're at the top peak form. And what Dr. Victory brought out there is that in that particular category, between those 18 to 49, deaths are up significantly when you should be in your prime health. It is a population reduction operation. Remember, the Pentagon

took on as one of their primary duties the reduction of global warming, climate change. That's right. It became part of their mission profile.

This whole thing of climate change is at the core of this plan to reduce the human population. These people really believe they have to reduce the human population. And they're inside the Pentagon. They're inside every government agency. And it is a death cult. The Green Movement is a death cult. And they're deliberately bringing death to the human population. Yes, they want to reduce the global population. Abortion, euthanasia, COVID vaccines, COVID virus, whatever it takes. I no longer believe the Chinese made the virus in Wuhan.

Maybe they did because Fauci financed it through U.S. government money. But maybe our military had a hand in making sure it got released in Wuhan. I wouldn't put it past. I don't know who to trust anymore. I don't trust any of them now. They're all liars. They're all Satanists.

I don't trust any of them. Doctor, you remember the good old days when this was a long time ago. Our young viewers, I don't even know what you're talking about. But there was a day

when banks competed to get your business. And they would offer appliances. I remember that. If you would open up an account, they'd give you a toaster. Or a blender. Or a blender or a microwave. Or a certificate for steak dinner.

I remember that one too. Yeah, you go in, open up a bank account, and you had to physically go in. It didn't have the internet. Okay, so this is from the Financial Times. Chinese bank tries to entice wealthy customers with mRNA vaccines. The Hong Kong-based lender seeks to cater to mainlanders' demand for Western jabs. So, okay, so what they're saying is banks in Hong Kong are appealing to wealthy Chinese people who do not live in Hong Kong but live on the mainland. Right. And those wealthy Chinese residents want the American jab jab jab yes that's gonna kill

them they're not satisfied with the Chinese jab so do the Chinese not have messenger RNA you know and that's what was intriguing me about this particular story today is that is there is the Chinese vaccine not based upon the gene therapy apparently is not and the Russian vaccine not based upon the gene therapy? Apparently it's not. And the Russian vaccine, I guess, is not also. Well, a Chinese state-owned bank in Hong Kong is offering customers one shot of an mRNA vaccine

if they make a deposit of $4 million Hong Kong dollars. That's about half a million U.S. You give the bank a half million dollars and they'll give you something that will kill you. They'll stick you in the arm. Now, as it seeks to entice mainland clients who have until now only had access to locally produced jabs.

So I guess the inference there, Rick, is that... They don't have messenger RNA. So the BioNTech Pfizer mRNA vaccine is not widely available on the mainland, but has long been available for free to permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macau, as Beijing allowed the two territories to pursue a different vaccination strategy. Now, the bank said that if new or existing customers deposited $4 million Hong Kong dollars of fresh funds into an account, they would be eligible for a BioNTech Pfizer bivalent shot. Now, other benefits for account holders include access to a vaccine for hepatitis B,

which is endemic in China, as well as a complimentary Bentley test drive. Now, that's good old days of banking there. And discounts at the city's Four Seasons Hotel, popular with the mainland elite. The bank said the promotion was with an aim of providing cross-border customers a comprehensive array of wealth management services. It might also be a way to get a hold of a whole bunch of people's money as they die off, too. I mean, think about it, Rick. You've just deposited half a million dollars into a Hong Kong account, and then they stick a gene therapy in your arm, which... Is the Pentagon killing off China's wealthy population.

I think that went through. Are they going to thin the herd of the upper class of China? Because you take this stuff, your days are numbered. That's all there is to it, your days are numbered. And they're going to put layer after layer of operating systems in your body. Yes, they're projecting a lifetime of boosters because each booster does one more little change along the way. No, no, no, Dr. It's every vaccine that comes out.

They're getting ready to bring out a messenger RNA cancer vaccine, which, you know, people will run to the vaccination center to get it. And it's interesting that you said that because just the other morning I was listening to the news and talked about that there's holdups in a vaccine for certain types of cancers, but it's based on old technology. And it can't get approved because it has to go through a 10-year process.

We were in Davos in February of 2020. And the general public didn't know about COVID until March of 2020. So we were there and we saw the Chinese delegation, which were hacking and coughing. Yes. Doc and I, we're like, we want out of here. We want to go. And when we got to Zurich on our way home, if I recall, it was right as we got on the plane.

People were already being diagnosed with COVID in the city of Zurich, which obviously was coming from the international travelers who had just left Davos, went to Zurich to catch a flight to their home country. Which I now understand why Jared Kushner hoofed it out of there so fast, no explanation. Yeah, a couple days earlier.

Oh yeah, he just disappeared. And everybody's like, what happened to Kushner? Why did he just, you know, he left Trump behind. He's gone. Yes. We know why. And from what I've heard, Doc, they're going to have record attendance. All the bad publicity that they've seen in the past year is not hurting them at all. They're claiming they're going to have record attendance at this year's event. Now, an online website called the Dossier has acquired the official attendee list

and they published it online today. And there's a lot of people there who are going to be in attendance, such as FBI Director Christopher Wray. Why would the FBI Director be attending the World Economic Forum? You really need to ask that question. Well, he's supposed to be looking for crooks. Well, I guess he'll find them because there's a lot of them there. You're also going to see the CEOs of Amazon,

BlackRock, of course, all the drug companies, Pfizer, and top officials of the, all the drug companies, Pfizer, and top officials of the Gates Foundation. We actually have the list here. I mean, it's the elite of the elite. And those are email addresses that have been redacted. Right. So you've got CEOs of like L'Oreal.

Why does a makeup company need to be going to the World Economic Forum? The CEO of Lego. Lego. Lego. Yeah, Legos. Why do they need to be at Davos? Why do they need to be at the Economic Forum? Well, can you imagine that? The documents go back to his days as vice president. Right. Now, it was found at his private foundation that he had an office at. CNN is reporting U.S. intelligence materials related to Ukraine, Iran, and U.K. were, Joe Biden, he only had 10 classified documents. That dirty, evil Donald Trump had 325.

Some top secret. Donald Trump had 60. Joe Biden, he's cooperating. Donald Trump, well, he was cooperating. He cooperated with him for six months in processing the materials. So they found this stuff November 2nd?

Well, just right before the primary election. Days before the primary? Not the primary, the midterm elections. And so they kept it concealed. No publicity until now. Right.

Listen, this is January. The election was back in November. So you had November and December. You had two months. Don't you think Biden's people have cleaned up

the room by now? Well, sure they have. But more than that, if that information had come out before the midterms, it would have affected the election, wouldn't it? Mm-hmm. It would have generally affected.

Just like if the truth about Hunter Biden's laptop had come out. Now, among the items from Joe Biden's time as vice president discovered in a private office

last fall are 10 classified documents including U.S. intelligence memos and briefing materials that covered topics including Ukraine, Iran, and the U.K., according to a source familiar with the matter. The documents were dated between 2013 and 2016, according to the source familiar. They were found in three or four boxes also containing unclassified papers that fall under the Presidential Records Act. Now, CBS went a little bit deeper in some of this information.

The U.S. attorney is reviewing the documents marked classified from the Biden think tank. What is that think tank? It's the Penn Biden Center. Now, Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned a U.S. attorney in Chicago to review documents marked classified that were found at the Penn-Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington. Now, the roughly 10 documents are from President Biden's vice presidential office at the center. The sources says CBS has learned that the FBI is also involved in the U.S. attorney's inquiry. Did they raid the office, Rick?

Did they come in storming with a warrant and everything and haul everybody out? No, but they went over quietly and removed everything so nobody would see it. Now, documents which were discovered days before the midterm election, so they've which were discovered days before the midterm election.

So they've known about this since before the midterm election. Date back to the Obama administration in which Biden served as vice president. Garland has tasked John R. Lausch, a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney, to conduct an initial investigation into the matter. Now, of course, President Donald Trump took to social media to draw parallels between the discovery at Biden's former office and the seizure of classified documents during an FBI raid of his Mar-a-Lago estate

in 2022. The initial discovery comes after Garland appointed special counsel Jack Smith to investigate Trump's possible mishandling of the classified records

found at his Florida residence. So follow this through, Rick. They were investigating Donald Trump, and the lawyers for Biden found classified materials at the Penn-Biden Center. How long have they been there? They've obviously been there since the time he was vice president, right? So, now, CBS has to clean this up a little bit, right? Now, unlike the incident at Trump's estate, Biden had not been asked to return any documents, and his team contacted the National Archives and Records Administration on the same day that the documents were discovered.

I believe there's more documents there or used to be there. Used to be there. Used to be there. They're not there now. They've been cleaned up. You can be sure of that. Fox News' Tucker Carlson asked an interesting question. Did the Chinese communists have access to Biden's classified documents?

Let's watch. So if you remember back to August and the atrocities the media told us about, not in Mexico or Brazil, certainly not in Ukraine, but at Mar-a-Lago, remember that classified documents were discovered, illicit classified documents, including top secret cocktail napkins at Mar-a-Lago. There was even, and we're quoting the federal indictment, a birthday dinner menu found somewhere near the first lady's closet. Now, The Washington Post first reported that nuclear codes or relevant nuclear material, secret ones, were discovered there. And that's why a former CIA director and Michael Beschloss, the historian, suggested it could be time for Donald Trump to be executed by electric chair. And for sure, and this was the consensus in Washington, once these documents were discovered, this crime was unearthed. There was no possibility Donald Trump could ever again run for office. He

needed to go to jail. Every person connected to the Biden administration told us that, including Joe Biden himself. What data was in there that may compromise sources and methods, Biden asked. So as Biden was saying that, it turns out that he was, and you'll be shocked to hear this, doing exactly the same thing that he accused Donald Trump of doing. Joe Biden was storing classified documents in a private office at a fake think tank that has been set up for him at the University of Pennsylvania. That fake think tank is called the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania. Now, we should tell you, we don't know exactly what these classified documents are. And unlike Michael Beschloss and the former head of the CIA, we're not going to speculate.

But according to Sina, and they were very sensitive, quote, the classified materials included some top secret files with the sensitive compartmented information designation, also known as SCI, which is used for highly sensitive information obtained from intelligence sources. So what exactly were these materials? Were they the nuclear codes? We're probably going to find out pretty soon because there's no question Merrick Garland will unleash one of his signature pre-dawn raids on the University of Pennsylvania at any moment. Because it's a national security threat. Merrick Garland will get right on that. But actually, Penn may be a national security event.

We know you're very impressed your nephew got in. But Penn, as an institution, takes an awful lot of money from the Chinese Communist Party. Not making that up. In recent years, Penn has received more than $50 million from anonymous Chinese donors. So the question is, were those donors peering at the classified documents, the national security secrets that Joe Biden had been stashing at the fake think tank that Penn set up for him? How much access did they have exactly to these documents? We're very much looking forward to the Washington Post expose on that. Well, now you have to ask the question, did mysterious Chinese donors to Penn State

finance the think tank? That's a great question. And part of the deal was Biden puts classified documents. It was the drop site. His own drop box. His drop box. And he would drop off the documents to be reviewed by the Chinese agents. That's a legitimate question to ask.

Now, FBI Director Wray, maybe when he gets back from Davos, he might have time to look into it. You're being sarcastic. You better believe I am. He's not going to look into anything involving the Chinese espionage in this country. I'm going to run through some political stories really quick. Reuters, U.S. House Republicans probed over January 6th attack may now investigate the FBI. And you have Representative Scott Perry there, a prominent Republican whose phone was seized. Remember that story?

As part of the Justice Department's probe into efforts to overturn the 2020 election, said on Sunday he may seek to participate on a new House of Representatives panel that will investigate those same federal investigators. Congressman Scott Perry of Pennsylvania is an ally of former President Donald Trump who helped spread Trump's false claims, that's Reuters saying that, that the 2020 election was stolen from him through widespread voting fraud. The FBI seized his phone back in August, apparently as part of a probe into efforts to overturn the election.

Another story out of D.C. today, House GOP eyes new committee to probe the weaponization of the federal government. Yeah, and this one, Dr. Jim Jordan, it looks like he's going to be heading up this special committee. They're creating a committee to look into ways that the Biden administration has weaponized the government. He says he's going to go after big tech companies. And also he's going to be investigating the FBI and the political nature of the Justice Department. I hope he carries through on his promises. Dan Crenshaw has lost his gavel of a Homeland Security Committee. And this is a key committee and a very important post that he lost here. And the reason why he lost it, Rick,

is because of his terrorist comments last week. That's right. Where he called those that were voting against Representative McCarthy basically terrorists. I'm surprised to see this. So apparently behind the scenes last Friday night, there must have been other demands. Like they wanted Crenshaw's scalp before they voted in McCarthy.

So that cost him. He lost a powerful job. And he is a prominent Zionist. And so he was chairing the Homeland Security Committee. Do you think the Zionists in Israel would like to have a friend running Homeland Security? Sure they would, especially Dan Crenshaw. But Mark Green is going to be heading up the committee now. And that was probably a demand from those on the Patriot 20 that said, this isn't going to be happening with Crenshaw. He's a Zionist also. He is.

Nothing's changed. I know. You've either got Zionist extreme in Crenshaw or Zionist light in green. The next two stories are quite refreshing. CNBC, House Republicans voted to strip the IRS funding following their pledge to repeal nearly $80 billion approved by Congress. This is to hire 80,000 IRS agents, armed IRS agents, to go after the middle class Americans. Of course, it's not going to have any impact because the bill's not going to pass the U.S. Senate. Now, I think so that next year, in the budget process, they can defund the hiring of the 80,000.

Appropriations come from the House. So they have that power. So they could do that if they stick to it. It could have just been window dressing, just a circus show. And Bill is going to go back home to their home districts and say, hey. We tried. We defunded the IRS. Well, do you remember how the Republicans, how they did it with Obamacare when Obama was in the White House?

We're going to repeal Obamacare, okay? So that was because they didn't have control of the Congress. So they would vote. They would just do votes. You know, we're going to have a vote. We demand the repeal of Obamacare. And then when the Republicans got control of the House, the Senate, and the White House,

they kept Obamacare. That's right. We still got Obamacare to this day. They never did repeal it. The next one, Fox News, House Republicans to vote on bill abolishing the IRS and the income tax. And Rick, when you told me this today, I was just shocked. But once again, this is one of those bills, they can introduce the bill, they can say we're gonna get rid of the IRS, we can say we're gonna bulldoze the building down. But Rothschilds aren't gonna be happy with that bill.

But neither is it gonna get through the Senate either. And they're not gonna be happy with Congressman Thomas Massie's bill to audit the Federal Reserve.
