Meanwhile, premiers of numerous Canadian provinces announced they plan to end various China virus mandates. Let's start with Trudeau's disgusting performance today in Ottawa. Doc Burkhardt is here. So, Doc, Mr. Trudeau marched into Parliament and instead of extending an olive branch to the truckers, instead of saying, as your prime minister, I hear your

concerns. I'm going to have a delegation of truckers come to my office and present their petition to the government. Instead of doing that, he took the opportunity again to slander them and to imply that they're Nazis. When we know who the real Nazis are, it's the needle Nazis. So let's watch Justin Trudeau as he once again malign his own citizens who are simply expressing their concerns about his policies. Individuals are trying to blockade our economy, our democracy, and our fellow citizens' daily lives. It has to stop. The people of Ottawa don't deserve to be harassed in their own neighborhoods.

They don't deserve to be confronted with the inherent violence of a swastika flying on a street corner, or a Confederate flag, or the insults and jeers just because they're wearing a mask. That's not who Canada, who Canadians are. That's not what Canadians demonstrated over the past two years of consistently, continually being there for each other. The people of Ottawa, indeed people across the country, deserve to have their safety respected and deserve to get their lives back. He is such a disgusting liar. You know, the Daily Mail in London sent a reporter to Ottawa to check out the protest and see. Because in London, they're getting the CBC reports and the state media.

So they sent a reporter to Ottawa to see. Let's see all these swastikas. Yeah, let's see how nasty these people are, how violent they are. And the reporter wrote back, it's a crowd of happy, jovial, polite-mannered Canadians. But the way that Fidel Jr. would be describing it, you'd be seeing ranks rank and files of people marching with Nazi flags, walking up and down the streets, shouting Heil Hitler and everything else. That's a picture he paints. And if there are any swastikas there, it's because they're calling him a Nazi. That's right. He knows it, but he's a master of propaganda. He should know. His papa, Fidel Castro, overthrew Cuba using communist propaganda, schooled in the Soviet method of propaganda.

Well, I want to show you, you want to see who really is acting like Nazis. Let's take a look at the police in Toronto when they arrested a 78 year old great grandfather who blew his horn, honked his horn to show support for truckers. That's his crime. Right. Now this is relates to the, the, not a law, but a judgment of the court that honking is illegal. Okay. And so this actually happened yesterday, Rick. So it wasn't too long after that the call had been made by the judge that honking was illegal that they arrested this man. Was this in Toronto or Ottawa? I believe it was in Toronto, Rick.

Okay. All right, so we're going to show you the video because there was a citizen who just happened to be there when the police accosted this elderly man, and it's really disgusting. Ottawa. It is in Ottawa. It is Ottawa.

Okay, so that's where the judge said you can't honk your horn if you support the truckers. And this is what it looks like when communism takes over a country that used to be free. These police officers should be ashamed of themselves. They become goons for the state. Let's watch it. You don't have to answer his question, sir. You don't have to answer his question, sir. Where does a judge get the power to tell people they can't honk a car horn? That's what gets me. They make it up. Yeah. They just make it up.

There's no law. It's like mandates. There's no law. It's like mandates. There's no law on mandate on some politician made it up or some health official, but there's no law. They're all illegal mandates, unconstitutional, illegal mandates. And what the, those police officers did to that elderly man is disgusting. And he was all of what, 4'10", maybe? I mean, he certainly wasn't 5' tall. I mean, here's 78 years old. Why did they start roughing him up?

What did he do? They said he failed to show ID. Well, he's an old man. He was looking for his ID. So I don't. That's what Nazis look like. All right. Well, the next story will make you mad. Yeah, this will make you mad because guess what?

What I learned early this morning around 6 a.m., thanks to a good friend, Dennis, is that the Ottawa police... The same guys you saw on TV there. Yeah, those cops right there. The Ottawa police are exempt from the vaccine mandates. You better say that again so folks can really soak that in. The police officers of the city of Ottawa were exempted from being vaccinated that's a fact there's a october 27 2021 article from the ottawa citizen newspaper staffing concerns

contributed to ops decision not to mandate vaccines cop says, who could the senior cop be? None other than slowly chief slowly. So what were the staffing concerns? The staffing concerns were if they mandated that the police be vaccinated, they were going to walk off the job like the truckers just did. Right. You talk about hypocrites. You Ottawa cops out there roughing up an elderly great grandfather and you wouldn't even get vaccinated yourself. How disgusting. So the risk of losing unvaccinated staff influenced the Ottawa Police Service's decision not to mandate COVID-19 vaccines. Never mind that every trucker is

mandated, right? Yes. A top OPS member said on Wednesday, this is back at the end of October, just keep that in mind, Ottawa Police have not required, let me repeat that, Ottawa Police have not required vaccines for members and instead have implemented a testing policy by which unvaccinated members will have to undergo rapid COVID-19 tests every 72 hours, which I think is also a violation too, but I can live with that. Did they give the truckers that option? No, they didn't. They said to the truckers, basically, if you want to earn a living, you've got to be vaccinated. But the cops are out there and now they're knocking heads of 78-year-old great-grandfathers.

Yes. So here is police chief slowly explaining the decision not to enforce a vaccine mandate on the Ottawa police force. Ottawa police officers do not need to be fully vaccinated to continue to work. Ottawa's police chief says their policy relies on rapid testing. It's still safe for officers and the public. Here's CTV's Leah LaRock. A librarian, an OC Transpo bus driver,

or any worker with the federal government all have something in common. They must be vaccinated or they could lose their job, not Ottawa police officers. And we're going to do our very best to keep our members healthy and safe so they can keep the city healthy and safe. Police Chief Peter Slowly unveiling their vaccination policy. If officers don't get the shot, they can stay on the job with testing every three days. Policy was developed in full consultation

with Dr. Virach's Ottawa Public Health team. It's in compliance with the municipal standards and provincial standards. The head of the police union believes this policy is more fair and other big employers are going too far in demanding employees get vaccinated. Quite frankly, I don't agree with their policies. I think it was very draconian, heavy-handed. It's well within the rights, I have to say that. Legally, it's well within the rights. Matt Scoff says rapid testing every 72 hours is enough. It's hygienic, it's cohesive, and it's productive.

This is the policy that I think will keep people at work and keep the environment positive as an employer and productive. Ottawa Public Health says they do support all workplaces having a vaccine policy in place for their staff, but it is up to the individual business and organization to implement them. Medical experts say rapid testing is effective in keeping staff safe, but must be done at strict intervals. The challenge with COVID is that the incubation period is so small and it's asymptomatic spread that you do have to test pretty often. And even with rapid testing, when you look at the models, you are going to miss a few people.

So there you heard it. Ottawa Police Chief Saloni saying his officers don't have to be vaccinated. No, they can choose the option of being tested every three days. How does that man go out in front of news cameras and news reporters and bad mouth the truckers who don't want to be vaccinated like his police officers don't want to be vaccinated? Right. And how do the police officers go out on the street and arrest the truckers and arrest people bringing sandwiches to them? Sandwiches. How do they do that? How do they go to sleep at night and not feel ashamed of themselves? You know, you have to oppose Nazism. Whatever ism this thing is, it really is a new

ism. I've been saying this for years. This is not communism. It's not Nazism. It's not socialism. We are witnessing the birth of a new ism. I don't know what it is other than Satanism. That's the best name I can put on it. It's Satanism. We're watching the fourth beast. Daniel, prophet Daniel saw the fourth beast rising. It's beastism. It's beastism. There you go, doc. Thank you. That's what we're seeing. Fourth beastism. And it's in front of us right now. And we've got to oppose it. We have to resist it. And they're starting to show their teeth. We're seeing the first iteration of that fourth beast and how cruel it will be as it will even throw a great grandfather to the ground because he honked his horn. And that's happening in the nation of Canada. Hard to believe that this is actually taking place. And we're witnessing this kind of behavior. But pass the word on. Now, Doc, this next story comes from our patriot friends, Rebel News in Canada. Rebel News is like the Canadian version of True News. So man charged in Winnipeg car attack on convoy protest is a radical far left anarchist. Yeah. I don't know if you've

had an opportunity to see the video or not, but we've got it here where you'll see a white SUV coming through the protest crowd here. You see it speeding up there, hit someone right there. He actually ended up hitting four people in that. Fortunately, no serious injuries, but still, I mean, it could have been very, very serious. Well, Rebel News did a little bit of checking in. The police have been kind of quiet on the charges on this individual, but Rebel News has discovered who the individual is. Certainly, Justin Trudeau denounced it today in Parliament, the act of violence against peaceful protesters. Well, certainly Justin Trudeau denounced it today in Parliament, the act of violence. No, apparently hasn't. Against peaceful protesters.

Apparently hasn't said a word. And so, you know, instead it's the Nazis that are marching down the street with swastikas, right? So who was the driver? Well, according to Rebel News, the man charged is a far-left anarchist. And they go through in detail that he has had connections with, he is so much of an anarchist that Black Lives Matter in Canada denounced him.

That's how radical he is. Too violent for Black Lives Matter. Yeah, he said, wait, back up. Well, man, you're way too out there for us. He's very opposed to the convoy movement up in Canada. He has expressed such on social media and has, I don't know if I noticed that or not, and those look like U.S. plates on that SUV there. And so that might be something worth looking at. So anyway. Was he arrested? Do we know if he was arrested?

There was someone arrested. There was someone charged. Police will not release the name, but Rebel News has determined who the individual is. Well, why won't they release it? You know why, Rick. Well, I know that, but they need to explain their hypocrisy. Well, why start explaining their hypocrisy now? They haven't done it up to this point. And so, but suffice it to say that we have to ask ourselves, those that are causing the real problems up in Canada in the convoy movement, they aren't the Canadians. If a trucker drove his rig over top citizens of Ottawa, what would Justin Trudeau say? Oh, see?

He'd call in the military. That's right. And he's waiting for an incident like that. Yes. You know that he is. He's waiting for that incident. But someone else on the other side, the leftists, they don't go to jail, Rick. Of course not.

Justin Trudeau is Canada's Barack Obama. He's a street organizer. He's a street organizer. He's a communist organizer. And he even tried to be Barack Obama by wearing blackface all the time. That's true. That's true. Okay, so the next one here. Okay, we've got a collection of videos to show you,

give you an update on what's going on in Canada. Again, I am so proud of my Canadian brothers and sisters. They're showing the whole world how to do it and how to do it right. Their great resistance is growing around the world. You're starting to see it in other countries. So we're going to start. This first one is the Ambassador Bridge was temporarily shut down today. Right. And this was very early this morning where it was shut down. So right now you're looking at drone footage coming in on the Canadian side, heading up to the Windsor Bridge up at the center of the screen there. If you've ever been to Detroit, the Windsor Bridge is one of the iconic features, BRIDGE UP AT THE CENTER OF THE SCREEN THERE. IF YOU'VE EVER BEEN TO DETROIT, THE WINDSOR

BRIDGE IS ONE OF THE ICONIC FEATURES OF IT. THESE ARE THE TRUCKS THAT ARE BACKED UP ON THE CANADIAN SIDE OF THE WINDSOR BRIDGE. THIS WAS TAKEN EARLIER TODAY. AND IT GOES ON LITERALLY FOR MILES, RICK. DOC, THE WINDSOR BRIDGE, IS THIS GOING INTO DETROIT? YEAH, IT'S WINDSOR, ONTARIO ON ONE SIDE OF THE RIVER THERE AND DETROIT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER. OKAY. SO THE AMBASSADOR BRIDGE THERE. ALL RIGHT, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, FOLKS.

IF THIS CONTINUES FOR THE REST OF THIS WEEK, DETROIT AUTO PLANTS WILL SHUT DOWN. Detroit auto plants were shut down. He's exactly right. And we actually have some footage from the Detroit side because what's impacting on the Canadian side is shutting down the entire bridge. And now trucks are backing up on the Detroit side of the Ambassador Bridge as well and starting to extend literally for miles back there. So this is having now an impact on the entire city of Detroit. And it is going to literally, as Rick said, shut down the economy of Detroit. And Windsor has car plants as well, Rick.

And so there is a lot of movement, traffic movement between the two. Look at the trucks on the bridge there, Rick. Just locked in. This is really amazing. This should be inspiring people all over the country to do something. And the American truckers should be locking down the borders on the American side. Instead of trying to drive their rigs across the bridge into Canada, they ought to be parking their rigs on the American side. Right. Literally. How can the American truckers not care about what's happening to the Canadian truckers? It's time to take a stand. Hey, Doc, yesterday, sorry, I was getting

all excited about the Canadian truckers. And I was calling forth for the American truckers to start showing their support. And for Canadians, I remember I was saying, hey, you don't have to be a trucker to get involved. And I said, where are the bikers? Let's get the bikers involved. Yeah, I saw several emails. Well, yeah, after I went home, I thought about it. I said, you know, see, here in Florida, we just assume every place is like Florida. We forget. Honestly, this is true. If you live in Florida, you forget that it's winter. You really do. You just forget that it's winter time. Because we had our two days of winter already.

We had our winter weekend last week. We have winter for two days, and then we survive it. But honestly, you forget that it's winter. And so yesterday, I forgot. There aren't going to be bikers riding in Canada right now. You know, what, 30 below zero? In some places, yes. Something like that. But anyhow.

But you can drive a vehicle. You don't have to own a truck to lock down the highways. You know, you had another comment, too, yesterday, and we had some emails about it as well, in that you said people in every small town in Canada, you should have a convoy. And we got several emails from people saying, we are doing that.

We are lining up people. We're driving around the Times Square, local convoys in their small towns. Folks here in America, here in the United States, we should be taking note what's going on up there and be making sure that we're doing the same thing. And Trudeau can't provoke them to be violent. He's doing his best. He's insulting them. He's slandering them. But the Canadian truckers are just being Canadian truckers

and just chilling out. Whatever, eh? Yeah, they're just relaxing. And they're going to wait him out. And I hope it goes long enough that they force Trudeau to resign. They need to bring down the Canadian government. I'm talking about the, I'm not talking about a revolution. I'm talking about forcing the Trudeau government to collapse.

That's what you need to make happen. There's a popular commentator on Twitter. His name is Benny Johnson, and he's predicting exactly that. By the middle of next week, if this continues, the Trudeau government will collapse, and Trudeau will resign. He's already getting members of his Liberal Party criticizing him, saying, we shouldn't be treating our fellow Canadians like this. And the way things are going, it looks like Ottawa is going to be the only place with any mandates or lockdowns from the looks of it

because all the rest of the provinces are falling like dominoes, Rick. So Trudeau is he's really boxed in because if he remains hard-headed and stubborn, the country's you can see every day

the support for the convoy is growing. And if he digs in his heels and just remains stubborn and refuses to budge, he's going to be the only person out there supporting mandates. Because in a week or two, Chief slowly is going to be supporting the truckers. I mean, at some point, supporting the truckers. I mean, at some point, if the truckers cut off the flow of traffic into Ottawa, the grocery stores will run out of food. That's how you bring down the Trudeau government. You starve them out and you say, we're not moving until Trudeau moves. He needs to move to Havana. We'll all buy him a ticket and he can go home and become president of Cuba. And the Cuban people will love him because Fidel's baby boy will be

home. So you got to play tough with these people. They're not nice people. They're tyrants. And if you give them a break, they'll just come back at you harder the next time so just put a ring of trucks all the way around ottawa close off all the roads and highways and bridges going into ottawa and just starve that little communist rat out of his house and out of his office, a prime minister, and force him to leave the country. You have the power to do it in Canada. And don't let him rattle you, provoke you with his slanderous, offensive words. That's the only thing he knows what to do, is call people names and lie about them and just make disgusting statements. And the Canadians are just being real cool about it and just staying, holding their ground. So Doc said you're starting to see

movement in Canada and the mandates are crumbling. Yes. I mean, they are falling. It's like hearing cracking ice at spring in a river. They're just breaking up everywhere. We're going to go through very quickly a number of Canadian provinces that announced today. Today. All these, what you're going to see are announcements today. Mandates are ending in Canada. Tell me, tell me the truckers aren't being effective because the politicians are running for cover right now. So let's start with Saskatchewan. This is from CBC News. Saskatchewan is to start ending their COVID-19 proof of vaccine policy on the 14th of February. So that's a vaccine mandate. That's right. And so we have...

Passport, vaccine passport. They're ending it. So Saskatchewan, Canada Premier Scott Moe, I like his name, Scott Moe, announces the end of the vaccine passport for his province. We have video of that. It's also time for the proof of vaccination mandate to end. So effective at midnight this Sunday, February the 13th, all provincial proof of vaccination requirements will end. In Saskatchewan businesses, in venues and provincially regulated workplaces, this means that the proof of vaccination or the negative test option that we provided will no longer be a provincial requirement. Starting on Valentine's Day, February the 14th, this will be the case.

This will leave one remaining COVID measure in place and that is indoor masking. That measure remains in effect and that is indoor masking. That measure remains in effect until the end of February. I want to thank all of the businesses and the venues and the workplaces who have shifted course throughout this pandemic to keep their employees and to keep their customers safe and all those who implemented and administered the proof of vaccination or proof of negative test policy over the course of the past few months. Thank you for doing your part in our fight against COVID. And again, I want to thank everyone who made this choice. It is a wise choice to ultimately go out and get vaccinated.

You are keeping yourself safe. Congratulations, Canadian truckers. The politicians are caving. And you did it. Now, that's the first one, Saskatchewan. That's the first one to fall. Suddenly, we don't, you know, now that we think about it, we don't need a vaccine passport. Well, COVID declared a ceasefire, Rick.

Oh, that's true. So we're, you know, we're in a ceasefire now. But we got to keep your mask on, though, when you're indoors. Okay, no vaccine mandate, but keep your mask on. For two weeks, two more weeks. Right. That's it. Because COVID is going to wait you out.

Next door in Alberta, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney. This is number 15 for control. He's announcing plans to lift damaging, damaging, he says, COVID-19 restrictions. Oh, they're damaging now? When did they start being damaging all of a sudden? When the convoy started. Right. And then we go to Quebec.

Quebec plans to lift most, most pandemic restrictions by mid-March. Now, of course, he's holding out a little bit longer than the rest of them, Rick. A lot of them are either lifting restrictions now or next week. Doc, this is the man that two weeks ago was going to tax the unvaxxed. That's right. He was going to tax. Heavy, steep

tax on anybody that refused to get the COVID gene therapy injection. But COVID declared a ceasefire, Rick. And now it's over. He has seen the light and he's heard the honk. He's heard the honk. I like that phrase.

And so let's go over to Newfoundland and Labrador. And CBC News is reporting. This is number 17 for control. They're reporting. They're still dealing with COVID, report two COVID deaths, but they are also loosening restrictions in a big, big way.

Remember, this is all announcements coming out today. Then we go to Prince Edward Island. My friends in Bible school, they called it PEI. More restrictions be eased February 17th as Prince Edward Island outlines a three-step COVID-19 transition plan. And so things are happening there as well. And even in New Brunswick, things are starting to be shaken a little bit as protesters now are appearing in front of the premier's house in New Brunswick. So he needs a little encouragement to end his mandates. And really, Rick, he doesn't like protesters in front of his house.

He does not like it. I feel so sorry for him. Let's see what he has to say about it. It wasn't nearly as large. There was a demonstration in New Brunswick on the weekend. A group of protesters gathered in front of the home of Premier Blaine Higgs. Higgs says he's hoping to soon remove some restrictions they're so angry about. CTV's Laura Brown has more.

We're not going to take you away. This was outside New Brunswick. Premier Blaine Higgs' home on Saturday evening. Kennebecase's police say the 100 or so protesters were loud, but peaceful. I've never felt personally at risk for myself or my family. I'm disappointed that people would protest at a private home because it's a bit, I feel like it's crossed the line. He says so far, anti-restriction and mandate protests that have happened the last several weeks in the province have been peaceful for the most part. Another is planned for this weekend at the New Brunswick legislature, including a convoy around Fredericton's downtown. Higgs says the

Department of Public Safety is working with the Fredericton Police and coordinating any necessary efforts. I just believe that if we're all focused on the same thing and it is life without mandates, life without all of these restrictions, it's just the timing of when we're able to do it, then we should be able to find a path forward. He says he's meeting with public health and his cabinet Wednesday and Thursday and is hoping to have more information to share later this week on how New Brunswick intends to move forward and open up. I'm legitimately concerned that the division is going to grow wider. People are going to get more frustrated, more enraged and it's not good for society as a whole. So a different approach definitely needs to be taken. Chris Austin has said the latest lockdown in January sparked anger in both the vaccinated and unvaccinated populations.

He's calling for a different approach. Higgs says the timeline on reopening needs to keep hospitals in mind, but that this week they are showing signs of stabilizing. And Todd, the New Brunswick RCMP said they are aware of and are monitoring these protests and that they are in constant contact with other police forces like the Fredericton Police. They're monitoring those protesters. Yes. What do you think when Premier Higgs will end his mandates? Oh, let's see here. Let me look at my watch. Yeah, it'll be pretty quick here.

He's going to meet with his health officials this week. You think it'll be this week? It'll be this week. They feel the ground shifting. Right. They know it. They found the resistance. They were testing and testing and testing to see how far they could go, how far they could push the people until they met resistance. Now they've met resistance. So they're pulling back. I'm talking about the needle Nazis. They're pulling back because they're now worried. They found out what the line is, how far they could push the people until they got resistance. Now they're going to retreat and regroup, rethink their

strategy, analyze how you and I think and how we react, and then come back at us a later date with another scheme, another plan to take away more freedom. we're going to consider them as trespassing and so now you start digging into the back of the story so principals in virginia's loudon county school district near dc have been given a step-by-step guide to help them apply for a warrant from a magistrate should any student try to enter school without wearing a mask. So last Tuesday, an email was sent out by Loudoun County Public Schools Director of Safety and Security, John Clark, that helpfully detailed steps required for school heads to obtain a warrant or summons. So the contents of the email was later tweeted and stated that the police would not get involved with any student who was maskless or refused to wear one unless a trespass summons a warrant had first been issued from a magistrate

in advance. So Clark wrote that Loudoun County Police Department and Loudoun County Sheriff's Office would not enforce a suspension letter or no trespass without a trespass summons warrant being issued from a judge. So while such requirements may well be beyond the bounds of the regular duties of a school principal, Clark made it easy for them by supplying a phone number that they could call in order to reach a safety and security officer. So if you determine that an individual should be trespassing, then a school administrating representative in conjunction with the SS coordinator, Rich Thomas, will proceed to the magistrate to swear out a trespass, summons or warrant. So here's what would happen, Rick. So if a kid showed up at school without a mask,

so that child would be taken from the school environment by an SS officer. That's what they are. Safety and security. I'm just using their term. SS officer to appear before a local judge. They're going to take a first grader?
