Well, here we go again, Doc. I mean, we talked yesterday about NATO and Russia,

and we have this late-breaking story today of General Shogun, a test news agency, U.S. bombers practice using nuclear weapons against Russia this month. Right, and Russia sees U.S. strategic bombers intensified activity in close proximity to its borders, Russia Defense Minister Sergei Shogun said on Tuesday. We are witnessing a considerable increase

in the U.S. strategic bombers activity near the Russian borders. As the Russian Defense Minister stressed this month in the course of the U.S. Strategic Command's Global Thunder exercise, 10 strategic bombers practice employing nuclear weapons against Russia, actually simultaneously from the western and eastern directions. And the minimal distance from our state border was 20 kilometers, about 12 miles, Shogun pointed out. So, Doc, once again, I mean, we do this all the time.

We bring it home for the American people. Turn this around. And let's say CNN or Fox News tonight reports that 10 Russian bombers. Nuclear bombers. Nuclear bomb nuclear nuclear armed bombers came within 20 kilometers of the East Coast, flying from two different directions, attacking Washington, D.C. simultaneously. Just a drill, of course, but a drill nonetheless. But it would still be the I mean, the American people would light up. They would be terrified. Yes. If 10 nuclear bombers were 20 kilometers off the coast of the United States of America.

This is what NATO and the United States is doing to Russia. And at some point, war is going to break out. I mean, you continue this kind of provocation and it's going to happen. And as we pointed out yesterday, Vladimir Putin just days ago said NATO is ignoring Russia's red lines. Well, red lines mean you can't cross it. And if red lines, then war is guaranteed at some point in the near future. Russia is going to strike out at the United States and NATO forces. And we have nobody to blame but ourselves. After the war, the survivors will say, why did we allow it to happen? Why didn't we stop the madmen before this calamity destroyed our country and many other countries? It'll be too late. It'll be too late. There's no way to rewind the time clock and stop it. Right now is a time for voices of sanity to speak out and halt this march towards world war.

Doc, I can't even comprehend what the day after World War III looks like. Well, I don't think anyone can, Rick, but I think what's happening right now is this would be on everyone's radar if they weren't so distracted with all the COVID propaganda that's out there, all the vaccine propaganda. Well, I think a lot of this information is being in Western countries about how the West is provoking Russia. I mean, the West controls their news media. Well, that is true. And they do not tell the American people. They don't tell the Europeans what they're doing. They don't tell the Australians.

They just do it, and then the Russians report on it. Yes. The only thing that the people hear is, you know, Russia is aggressive. They don't tell the Australians. They just do it and then the Russians report on it. Yes. The only thing that the people hear is, you know, Russia is aggressive. Russia has plans to invade Ukraine. Russia has plans to do something. And the truth of it is Russia is defending its border. Right.

Like right now, NATO is worked up an alarm because Russia has is moving troops around on Russian soil. Well, where are they supposed to move? Correctly, yes. But but that that offends NATO. How dare you move your troops around on your own soil? See, the West is so arrogant, Doc, that the West will not even allow Russia to reposition troops on its own land. That's how arrogant we are. And that arrogance is going to get knocked down. And it's getting very close. We could see it happen in the near future. At the speed that this thing is deteriorating.

Maybe it'll pull back. I hope it does. Maybe some sane voices will speak up and get control of this situation and just wind it back a little bit because everybody loses. I noticed also, I saw this in South China Morning Post today that Vladimir Putin will be in Beijing for the 2022 Winter Olympics. Right. So he's publicly declaring he will be there, whereas our administration is coming out the other day and saying they're considering a diplomatic boycott of the Winter Olympics, now allowing any U.S. representative or any U.S. elected official to go there. But South China Morning Post is reporting that Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted an invitation to attend the Beijing Winter Olympics in February. This is likely to make

Putin the first state leader to meet face toface with Chinese President Xi Jinping since the height of the COVID-19 outbreak. So announcing the news, China's foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said jointly celebrating grand milestones had been a long-held tradition of the two countries and the logistics of the Russian leader's visit was being worked out. The leaders of the two countries will again demonstrate our friendly and neighborly partnership by meeting at the Winter Olympics, Zhao said on Tuesday. And so it further enhances the idea that there is a partnership between Russia and China, but that's the Olympics. You're supposed to lay aside all these different disputes and everything. And as I mentioned, the Biden administration

is considering a diplomatic boycott of the games. Are the games the appropriate cover for Putin and Xi to meet privately to talk about NATO? It certainly would be. I mean, that would be the prime opportunity. That's what came to my mind. Especially if no Western leaders are going to show up there. Another story, South China Morning Post deals with China's testing of high altitude weapons near the border with India. Right. So military analysts say the training showed troops

had been equipped with specially designed weapons for extreme conditions. And China's live fire drills near its Himalayan border with India revealed on Sunday by state media showed the PLA had set up comprehensive training standards specifically designed for high altitude artillery operations, according to military analysts. Footage broadcast by China Central Television showed infantry troops from the Zhejiang Military District part of the Western Theater Command conducting precision strike drills at an elevation of 17,000 feet in the Karakoa Mountains. And a range of conventional weapons were on display, from sniper rifles to vehicle-mounted remote-control weapon systems, mortars, grenade launchers, anti-tank missiles.

Military experts said the training indicated the PLA infantries had been equipped with specially designed weapons for high-altitude combat readiness operations. So does that mean that they are considering, Rick, a move perhaps on India on that? They're expecting a world war. Right. So they're preparing for any type of situation. India is nuclear armed. So it goes on to say in this article, Rick, the PLA has introduced precision strike training in Indian border areas that aims at controlling more area in future contingencies, said Macau-based military observer Anthony Wong Tong, who added the operation would save manpower and secure the PLA's defensive capability

along the line of actual control during the winter. The use of Type 06 semi-automatic grenade launchers and mortars in the recent drill indicated China would deploy the powerful but handy weapons with precision strike capabilities to other disputed border areas, he said. The reason why this article is important, Rick, is that in the past, the weaponry that's been used has not been adapted to high altitude functions. And so China has made yet another leap in technology here, another leap in their military readiness that I think is, once again, catching the West off guard here. So China's making these leapfrog technology events and military events taking place, and we're really not taking it seriously, do you think, Rick?

No, and are we being given clues that this is going to be a winter war? Well, Russia has kind of indicated that they are, you know, they're amassing troops now. You would think now in winter, but you've got to remember Russia is a winter army and so it always has been. Maybe China now is figuring out that the only opportunity they have to really make a move is in the winter. Now, the question is is will they make those kind of moves before the Olympics? You know the Olympics aren't until February okay and then shortly after that you know you're getting into March and April so you still have a window of opportunity there for some harsh conditions winter conditions that really don't kick in till April. Talk about the last time American troops

have been in combat in wintertime was Korea War. That's right. And really, we weren't adapted that well for that event because we were using Pacific troops in a winter theater. So think about that. That caught us a little off guard there. So we had to adapt to that situation. Hey, the White House had a visitor yesterday. Hunter Biden was there to welcome the Christmas tree. Isn't that sweet? Oh, my goodness.

And only the New York Post bothered to actually mention Biden's connection to a Chinese corporation. You know, the news coverage that was out there was basically, you know, all warm and fuzzy that Biden brought his son to the White House to see his dad. And it was just wonderful, just a holiday story. But there's a lot more to it because he reportedly has divested himself from that Chinese corporation that nobody wants to talk about. Right. I don't know what bothered me more, that he was welcoming the Christmas tree, Rick, or that in the article it says he had just recently divested of this. Yes.

I mean, not back when the election took place, more than a year ago, but like a couple of days ago. Yes. And here's a quote from the article it says first senator hunter biden joined first lady jill biden to receive the white house christmas tree monday just two days after his lawyer claimed he had divested his 10 stake in an investment fund controlled by chinese state-owned entities rick his dad has been in the white house since january Yes. And Hunter Biden has still been an owner of a Chinese communist corporation. Right.

So scandal-plagued Hunter arrived at the White House after the New York Times on Saturday highlighted the role of his China-based firm BHR Partners in a $3.8 billion deal in 2016 that transferred control of a Congolese cobalt mine from a U.S. company to the firm China Molybdenum. Cobalt is a key component in electric car batteries, and Hunter Biden's attorney, Chris Clark, told The Times his client no longer holds any interest, directly or indirectly, in either BHR or Scenicillades, referring to a corporation that previously owned Hunter's share of the firm without offering more details. Of course, they're not going to offer more details because it smells to high heaven. Well, now just keep this cobalt transaction in mind. We're going to talk about it in just a few minutes.

There's more to this story. Right. So BHR Partners was registered 12 days after Hunter joined his father aboard Air Force Two for a 2013 trip to Beijing. Now, it's not immediately clear how much money, if any, Hunter was paid for his stake in the company or who may have brought him out of bought him out of his share. All details regarding the divestment are shrouded in mystery. The White House referred questions about the transaction to Clark, who didn't respond to the Post's request for comments. Just hold right there. So we're being told, the American people are being told in a roundabout way, yeah, Hunter sold his 10% interest in that Chinese corporation. But we're not going to tell

you who bought it. We're not going to tell you how much money But we're not going to tell you who bought it. We're not going to tell you how much money. We're not going to tell you where the money came from. We're not going to tell you what he did with the money. Isn't that what we have here? Yeah, this is the most transparent administration that we've had up to this point, Rick. Is that true? Right.

And so the man's father is in the White House. And who did Joe Biden talk to the other day on a in a summit call? Well, he talked to Xi Jinping, the Chinese premier. That's when they worked out the sale. I believe you may be right, Rick. Oh, I'm positive I'm right. If I were an FBI agent and the FBI wasn't corrupt, I'd have handcuffs on Joe Biden. Well, and the Post brings this up. It says it's unclear, for example, if Hunter Biden was paid by Chinese government-linked entities that control the company. Think about that, folks.

Or if he simply transfers ownership to another person, such as a family member. Meaning like dad? Or his uncle. Or his Uncle Jim? Right. Without compensation. It's also unclear if the divestment happened before or after his father. President Biden held a three-and-a-half-hour virtual summit last week with President Xi Jinping. President Biden often speaks of China as an electric car rival,

despite his son's role in helping the Chinese acquire cobalt. The president said earlier this month that he consulted his son about his trip to the U.N. climate change conference because he after all, he's an expert on climate change. Of course, making a rare admission of Hunter Biden's influence on official policy. So you have this coke using prostitute using well those are his good qualities. So

Rick and he's influencing official policy. Of course he is. He's an expert on everything. He's an expert on cobalt. He's an expert on Ukraine oil. He's an expert on climate change. He is influencing official policy. Yeah, he's a, you know, knows all about Christmas trees now, too, right? But seriously, he is influencing U.S. policy.

The policies are being made in favor of Biden family investments. That's how the policies are being affected. So he is influencing U.S. foreign policy. Wow. Where's the FBI? Oh, they're at school board meetings, Rick. Yeah, yeah, school board meetings while little Hunter is having meetings with Xi Jinping

and pocketing money and nobody asks any questions. What a corrupt society we're in. I can't even get upset about it anyway. So corrupt. There are no words to describe the depth of the corruption. Well, Rick, you mentioned the cobalt connection there earlier. It came up in the Post story. New York Times actually followed the cobalt trail here a little bit without really doing a whole lot to accuse Hunter Biden.

They had this article here. This is from a couple of days ago. It says how Hunter Biden's firm helped secure cobalt for the Chinese. Now, if this had been Eric Trump or Donald Trump Jr., everything would be breaking loose in the media. It would be the only thing everybody would be talking about. Impeachment. Right. You know know special prosecutors

but instead he's making money and so uh so an investment firm where hunter biden the president's son was a founding board member helped facilitate a chinese company's purchase from an american company this is the only time he's done that by the way of one of the world's richest cobalt mines located in the democratic republic of congo mr. Biden and two other Americans joined Chinese partners in establishing the firm in 2013 known as BHR and formerly named Bohai Harvest RST of Shanghai Equity Investment Fund Management Company. So these three Americans. That's the company he just sold his interest. Right. So all three Americans, all of whom served on the board, controlled 30% of BHR, a private equity firm registered in Shanghai that makes investments and then flips them for profit.

The rest of the company is owned or controlled by Chinese investors that include the Bank of China, according to records filed with the Chinese regulators. So let's hold that for just a moment here. So the three Americans each hold 10% of BHR. Hunter Biden had 10% and the other two had 10% each as well. But the overwhelming portion of that fund was controlled by Communist China. The Bank of China, which is like saying the Federal Reserve. Right. So one of BHR's early deals was to help finance an Australian coal mining company controlled by a Chinese state-owned firm. It also assisted a subsidiary of a Chinese defense conglomerate in buying a Michigan auto parts maker.

So they've done this several times, Rick. The firm made one of its most successful investments in 2016 when it bought and later sold a stake in CATL, a fast-growing Chinese company that is now the world's biggest maker of batteries for electric vehicles. The mining deal in Congo also came in 2016, when the Chinese mining outfit China Molyneux announced that it was paying $2.65 billion to buy 10K Fukurami, a cobalt and copper mine from the American company Freeport McMoran. And so the idea here of course is they've done this several times, they flipped companies for the Chinese several times. Now as part of that deal

this company sought a partner to buy out a minority stakeholder in the mine, London Mining of Canada. That is where BHR became involved. So records in Hong Kong show that the 1.14 billion BHR through subsidiaries paid to buy out London came entirely from Chinese-backed companies. So the Chinese mining company lined up about 700 million of that total as loans from Chinese state banks, including China Construction Bank. BHR raised the remaining amount from obscure entities with names like Design Time Limited, an offshore company controlled by China Construction's Investment Bank, according to the Hong Kong filings. Before the deal was done, BHR also signed an agreement that allowed the Chinese mining firm to buy BHR's share of the mine, which the company did two years later.

That purchase gave China Molybdenum 80% ownership of the mine. It goes on to say that BHR later sold its share in 2019, in which Mr. Biden controlled 10% of the firm through his holding company based in Washington. And while Chinese corporate records show that this holding firm remains a part owner of BHR, Chris Clark, the lawyer for Mr. Biden, said that he no longer holds any interest directly or indirectly in either BHR or his holding company. And Chinese records show that Mr. Biden was no longer on BHR's board as of April 2020. Mr. Biden, of course, did not respond to requests for comment because he never does. And so. So, Duncan, the New York Times has done an admirable job following the money trail.

Why can't the FBI just act on the research already done by the New York Times? What else does the FBI need to go pick up Hunter Biden and handcuff him? It baffles me, Rick, because it would seem to me like they would have evidence down pat on his involvement. I mean, he's been profiting from Chinese, you know, Chinese communist funds a year into his father's presidency. Yes. But when you follow it back, you're going many, many years back into his father's vice presidency. And the money trail is there. And if they if they arrest Hunter Biden, they have to arrest Joe Biden. So just that simple. Walk this through. So President Biden was speaking today, barely speaking, but he was speaking today and he made comments about gas prices going up. Oh, we're going to open up the Strategic Reserve. We're going to get those gas prices down.

He said, but I want you to know we're making a transition to an electric car economy. All right. And my son's selling cobalt to the Chinese to make the batteries. That's exactly what I want our audience to understand. And so does he influence policy? He is influencing policy. And he's enriching himself for it. And the entire Biden family is being enriched by it while the Chinese enrich cobalt. So, Doc, while the FBI and the Department

of Justice look the other way and do nothing to investigate the Biden corruption, let's look at who is facing legal problems. Yes. A group of attorneys that question the validity of the 2020 election. Right. So a judge is ordering pro-Trump attorneys who brought frivolous election fraud case to pay more than $180,000 to defendants they sued. So this is what the feds are preoccupied with, not looking at Hunter Biden, but looking at this, people who genuinely questioned. Get even. Yeah questioned the election.

So two lawyers who went to court to claim voter fraud after the 2020 election must pay nearly $180,000 to the defendants they sued. A federal magistrate judge ordered money saying their lawsuit aimed to manipulate gullible members of the public and foment public unrest. The order from Magistrate Judge N. Reed Neurider of the U.S. District Court in Colorado adds to the federal judiciary's condemnations of attempts by attorneys supporting then-President Donald Trump to use the courts to vet right-wing conspiracies in the days after the presidential election. Attorneys Gary D. Fiedler and Ernest John Walker will have to pay attorneys' fees of $50,000 to Facebook, about $63,000 to Dominion Voting Systems, about $63,000 to the Nonprofit Center for Tech and Civic Life, whatever that is, more than $6,000 to the state of Pennsylvania, and nearly $5,000 to the stateprofit Center for Tech and Civic Life, whatever that is, more than 6,000 to the state of Pennsylvania, and nearly 5,000 to the state of Michigan.

They need to take responsibility, Rick, for their misconduct. Newrider wrote in his order adding that the lawsuit defamed the defendants. So that's what they're preoccupied with. But not Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden doesn't have to take responsibility for his misconduct because he's protected. We'll take a break. We'll be back with more news. Well, in this segment, we're going to spend some more time talking about Democratic Party lawlessness in America. And quite frankly, the Democratic Party is a party of lawlessness. It's a criminal outfit.

And once you get this concept in your head, it's easy to understand a lot of things that they do and what they allow to happen in the country. It is a criminal organization. If we were, if America were an honest country today, law enforcement would raid the Democratic Party headquarters and arrest its officials for running a crime syndicate. Well, they can't do that, Rick, because they'd have to ask permission first, like they had to ask permission of the DNC to look at their servers. Remember that?

Yes, which is proof. No, thank you. Exactly. So who controls? The criminals. Yes. I said if we were an honest society, they would be raided. But we're not an honest society, and the criminals are in control.

So we'll start with the lawlessness that's on Texas National Guard troops and Texas state troopers are deployed to the border for Operation Lone Star. Right, so this is going on right now, and they've come up with a couple of unique ways in order to help. I don't know if you see on the picture there, Rick, but they're using containers, shipping containers, to make a makeshift border wall. And in the Texas Tribune, you've got a better picture of this. They're stacking up shipping containers along the border, some as much as three containers high along different segments of the border in order to help control the flow of illegal immigrants that are coming into the Lone Star State. Well, how about that? You made a wall. Right. And it didn't require a lot of work or a lot of effort. And there are shipping containers all over the place. And you

don't need an act of Congress or a no act of Congress. Because that's exactly what we had, right? So there's this massive mob of migrants moving up through Mexico towards Texas. And the question is, what's going to happen when they get to the Texas border now that Texas has National Guard troops, Texas Rangers, and shipping containers waiting on them? Will Joe Biden send in federal troops to fight with the Texas National Guard? And to protect those that are trying to come across the border? Because that's what they're going to probably say at some point. Yes. We have to protect those people.

The Texas National Guard's intent is to harm these people. We have to protect them. Well, another gang of criminals that the Democrats protect are the looters in California. And all of us have been seeing these shocking videos of organized gangs raiding retail establishments, shopping malls, and so forth, and just hauling out vast amounts of merchandise in broad daylight, and nothing's done about it. We've got a video report from a TV station in San Francisco. Doc, is this a CBS station? Yes, so this is CBS San Francisco.

Let's do number 23 for control here first. And so this is a report of robbery, looting spree across the Bay Area. It's been going on for really for the past week. Show you a clip here real quickly of just an example of what people are seeing on a regular basis in the San Francisco Bay Area. Let's look at number 21 here. This is a Louis Vuitton store being raided and there are no police around anywhere. Watch this. Oh, my God. No, my chest. No. This is crazy.

Another example, I'm sure most of our audience has probably seen parts of this already, but the Walnut Creek Mall, Walnut Creek, California, their Nordstrom store was raided by an organized robbery of about two dozen vehicles that actually blocked off the mall parking lot. And they use this as kind of almost like a little wagon train. Right. And they went in and raided Nordstrom's of high end items. We have some video of that, too. Oh. Rick, this is organized, this is coordinated, probably on social media, people connecting with one another. And they're doing this, no police around, don't see any police standing up to them. Even if there were police that you could see, I doubt the police would be doing anything. Well, they won't, Doc, because in California, the Democratic Party, the criminal party, decriminalized shoplifting.

Right. And in July of this year, Governor Newsom signed into law a bill passed by the Democrat-controlled California state legislature that decriminalized shoplifting. Right. You can steal up to $950 worth of merchandise from the store and the police will not chase you. They will not arrest you. They won't even respond. They won't even respond. If you're the store owner and you call and you say, somebody just stole $950 from my store, the police aren't coming. That's what the Democrats have done in California. And if they get their way, they'll do it all across America. That's why we saw the situation in Wisconsin with the district attorney, Chisholm, who his office allowed that killer to be released on just a few hundred

dollars bail after he just ran, attempted to run over his girlfriend days earlier and then committed murder on Sunday. So this is the pattern of the Democratic Party. These people are being elected with money from George Soros, who is deliberately tearing apart Western societies. So do we have any more video before we go down the list? Yeah, we actually have a report

from KPIX out in San Francisco and it shows the frustration level that members of the police are having with this situation. And what they're saying is if something doesn't happen, and it's not going to happen, if something doesn't happen, things are going to get much more violent very, very quickly. Watch

this. Averbold retail theft spanning most of the Bay Area started Friday night in San Francisco's Union Square and continued into the early morning hours today. KPX 5's Justin Andrews is live in Oakland where he got his hands on video of thieves ransacking a pharmacy over the weekend. Justin, walk us through this video. Yeah, absolutely. These criminals appear to be moving very methodically and officials say they have the same M.O. Now that video, brand new video we're seeing this afternoon of these mobsters moving into this Oakland pharmacy very quickly. We got our hands on this brand new vivid video from Saturday night.

At least 30 criminals in a matter of minutes broke inside the Wellspring Pharmacy on Piedmont in Oakland. Workers tell me the robbers got away with lots of drugs. It's obviously a search for narcotics. Barry Donlin, a sergeant with OPD and president of the Oakland Police Officers Association, says these criminals are bold, brazen, and could become more violent. Breaking into pharmacies, breaking into stores, attacking people's homes. That's just in Oakland. This spree is crawling all over the East Bay.

In Hayward yesterday, witnesses tell us 40 to 50 people holding hammers smashed into Sam's Jewelers, leaving workers and shoppers shaken. The mob of looters and robbers got off with some clothes and shoes from other stores, too. The criminals are attacking these Bay Area businesses while they're open, potentially putting lives at risk. There's absolutely a very similar MO with what you're seeing in other cities and what we're seeing here. We just have significantly more violence associated with it. On Saturday, the Nordstrom in Walnut Creek was hit too. There were dozens running with weapons, terrorizing shoppers, assaulting employees, and snatching bag loads of merchandise. Here's the message from Sergeant Donnellan.

Knock it off. Knock it off. This is unacceptable. Oh yeah, like they're gonna listen to him. We're in an age of lawlessness. Yes. Because we have rejected God's law. As a nation, we have rejected God's law. We have now become a nation of lawlessness. And this all started back around 1962 when the Supreme Court removed Bible reading and prayer from public schools. And we have been on a downward spiral ever since. Just to give you an idea for our younger viewers, when I was in high school, this is the change. I want you to, I'm going to, I want to tell you something because I want you to see the change in society. When I was in high school, the number one offense in high schools in America was chewing gum.

Number one offense, Doc, in public schools when I was attending high school, the number one offense that administrators had to deal with among students was chewing gum. I can remember when I was in high school, Rick, the, you know, I grew up in a small town in Missouri and when you turned 16 you got, if you're a guy, you got a pickup truck and what did you have in your pickup truck? You had a gun rack and what'd you have on your gun rack? You had guns and so you'd have a half parking lot full of pickup trucks with gun racks on school grounds. Of course.

Why? Because you didn't have to worry about some crazy person getting a gun, shooting up the school or anything like that, because there were a lot of other people with guns that would stop you. But people weren't thinking like that. They don't even think. Because we were still a godly nation. But now here's the thinking of this crowd, Rick, of these looters.

And they're looters. That's all they're. Oh, wait a minute, Doc. You call them looters. Well, they are looters. No, I was watching a San Francisco, California television station today. And the news anchor people said that they were interviewing experts. They said you can't call them looters because looters is a racist term.

And white people use the term looters. White people use it? It's a white person word, looter. It's a word used by white people. And when a white person says looter, the other white person thinks black person. So the TV station was saying, we're not going to say looter anymore. So what are they going to say? Nothing? Because it seems like that's what they say a lot of is nothing. Shoplifter. Shoplifter sounds kind of soft, doesn't it? Shoplifter sounds like you're stealing a candy bar off the counter.

They're victims, Doc. They're victims. Oh, they can't help that they steal. Is that what you're saying? Well, they have to bring about racial justice, racial equity. This is about racial equity now. Steal from white people to bring equity to society. Now, we're a nation of lawlessness.

the past week, in one area of San Francisco. So you're starting there on Monday the 15th. So you start with a jewelry store smashing and ransacking display cases. Wednesday, a cannabis distributor was robbed at gunpoint. A 19-year-old and two juveniles were arrested following a smashing grab at a jewelry store robbery at Solano Town Center in Fairfield.

I've been to that mall. Friday, multiple. The big wave started Friday, Rick. So multiple suspects were arrested after the Louis Vuitton store in San Francisco's Union Square was hit in a smash and grab that we saw the video on. Saturday, three people were arrested after dozens of looters swarmed into the Nordstrom store in downtown Walnut Creek, terrorizing shoppers. More as they developed on Saturday as well. A suspect was killed in a fatal officer related shooting and a 17 year old was shot dead in separate incidents in Oakland while a gunfire erupted at a massive sideshow. Later, another cannabis store was robbed. A mob of leaders were captured on security cameras stealing drugs that we saw in the report earlier Sunday. A large mob of people caused a disturbance inside Southland Mall in Hayward. A group of people took over the Lululemon store on San Jose Santana Row, fleeing with merchandise. There was an exchange of gunfire between a security guard and looters

and an online marijuana dispensary and distribution center. And I believe we have a few more here as well. Looters made off with merchandise out of Walgreens. And just yesterday, nine people broke into a men's warehouse. A band of fleeing smash and grab robbers riddled an Oakland police vehicle with bullets as officers responded to break-ins at a cannabis business. And shots were fired when a group of people tried to rob a marijuana dispensary in San Leandro. And, Doc, all this is happening in the hometown of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Yes. And I'm glad she's been so vocal and outraged at all the violence and all the thievery that's been going on there back in her home district. Oh, sorry. She hasn't been saying that, has she? This is what the Democrats have brought to us. This is what they want for everybody. Total anarchy disorder.

Hey, this next story, and we haven't verified it. There is a rumor floating around this area of Florida. Right. This man posted this tweet. This house right here says, local sources telling me this is the home of Nancy Pelosi bought on Jupiter Island, Florida. Which is about an hour from here, hour and a half from here? No, no, no. Jupiter Island's about 45 minutes. Okay. Yeah. Jupiter Island's extremely wealthy island, beautiful place, and a lot of upscale homes there. I don't know if it's true. I'm just saying this is a rumor that's floating around this area right now. Jupiter Island is south of us about 45 minutes. If it's true, then Nancy Pelosi is planning to leave the chaos she has created in San Francisco.

Right. She most likely is expecting not to be the speaker of the House in January 2023. 2023 and she and her husband must be planning to flee to florida where they can be free in florida because florida is a free state and they're not looting very much over on jupiter island no and we don't have mass mandates and all that other stuff that she has in california so so she's going to apparently flee the mess that she's created in California and destroyed San Francisco. Don't know if that's true. I'm just telling you, that's a rumor that's floating around here in our area today. And the rumor is the price tag was $25 million for it.

To be on Jupiter Island, that's pretty cheap. That's really cheap. That's low income. That's low income. That's low income. Hey, one other story before we take a break. In Milwaukee, the district attorney, John Chisholm. This is a news story from September 2013. That's Chisholm. This is the guy that released the killer who drove through the people in the Christmas parade on Sunday. This is the guy. His office did it. Right. Let that guy out on bond of just a few hundred dollars. This is him in 2013. And he's talking about how he is going to reimagine the bail program in Milwaukee. Yes. I want to read a quote from this article of 2013. Go ahead, Doc. Right. So once again, this is 2013. Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm has long been a proponent of

diverting nonviolent offenders from the traditional criminal justice system to programs aimed at giving them a second chance. These programs have a proven track record, Milwaukee County officials say, at helping drug addicts curb their substance abuse while relieving the overburdened court system. From the start, however, Chisholm realized these programs could have serious consequences. Is there going to be an individual I divert or I put into treatment program who's going to go out and kill somebody? Chisholm said in a 2007 interview with the journal Sentinel, you bet, guaranteed, it's guaranteed to happen.

We just had COP26. How could this be happening? So let's read a paragraph from the Express article. So Russian media reports indicate at least 24 ships were caught off guard just off the Russian coast along the risky northern sea route. Now, the shipping route cuts through the polar circle along the Russian Arctic coast, where forecasters expected clear passage throughout the month. It's only November, folks. Recent years have seen the sea route stay open longer than usual as a result of warmer weather and climate change. At least that's the way they report.

So northern sea route operators consequently believe this year would be no different and were surprised to see ice had already formed across the Laptop Sea and East Siberian Sea by late October. Officials in Moscow have now reportedly launched search and rescue missions, sending two nuclear icebreakers to free vessels stuck in ice up to about 12 inches thick. There are, however, fears some of the ships could remain grounded for months. According to the Russian newspaper Vindamosti, an insider at the state-owned nuclear power company Rosatom said the weather has changed dramatically, Rick. Dramatically.

that we're going to be going into a mini ice age. I actually believe it started around 2015. That's when we started to see signs of cooling. Now we're starting to get into very, very significant changes in the weather. Well, the weather site Electroverse agrees with you, Rick. They're predicting a grand solar minimum as we're moving forward into the future. And they've been saying since around 2014, 2015, that the sun has been in a weak cycle and it's weakest in more than a century. And we've got this chart here, Rick, and this is from the Electroverse site here,

where it monitors 400 years of sunspot observations. So we're at the end of the blue line there as we stand right now. So over the past several years, we've been in a decline of sunspot activity. If this decline persistsists and according to the algorithms that they're using here we're about to see a dramatic drop as we move into the 40s and 50s where we could enter into a mini ice age much like the much like the Maunder minimum back in the late 1600s. Okay so they're showing the steepest decline after the year 2050.

That's a little bit different than other models that I've seen, but you see that the graph is showing a downward trend in temperatures. Right. So every year will be colder. Every winter will be colder. Now, I don't know if I'll be around in 2050. In 2053, I would be 100 years old. Well, we'll plan your party. So, you know, Doc, honestly, if Christ has not come back, I'd like to be there and I'd like to say, I told you there was going to be.

You were saying it's cold in here. I told you there was going to be an ice age. I lived long enough to prove it. But you can see at that point it's going to be, you know, in the depths of a many ice age. Now, the Russians are expecting a 206-year ice age. This one is a little bit different. Well, because it only goes out to about 2070, 2080 on this particular chart. But the trend has been in the past where normally when these ice ages occur, these mini ice ages, 100, 200 years is not out of the question at all. And that's the climate shift.

And if you were to really start thinking about this over the next 30 years, so it's 2022 now, by 2050, add 30 years to your age, where will you be? And will you be wearing a heavy coat by then? And where do you want your children and grandchildren to be living? You need to make generational decisions now. Right. The wise see trouble coming and prepare for it. The fool goes ahead in his folly. So look out into the future.

Look at the facts. And you can see. Don't pay attention to what the media is telling you and the propagandists and everything. You can see the trend and think about where do you want to be living? Even if you're not around, where do you want your children and grandchildren to be living? Make those decisions. Relocate. Yeah, it's serious to make a relocation. That's a big deal. It's a very big deal.

But I promise you people are going to relocate because of an ice age. They're going to relocate because of a mega drought, a 1,200-year cycle drought that's gripping the West right now. If we go back to true news, in 2015 we were telling our audience there's going to be a 1,200-year cycle drought hit the West. Guess what? That's over six years ago, and we're right. And they're saying exactly those words today, that the West is in a 1,200-year drought. And this isn't temporary. It's not going to start raining next year in the western states if you're living in those western states you better be

thinking about relocating to a place that has rain that has water that has food uh the hobie indians left yes i mean they couldn't they couldn't ride it out that was that was another one of those droughts so by the by the way, another reason to leave the Western United States would simply be because it's ruled by Democrats. There's judgment on these states right now. There's judgment on it. Yes.

Right, the water's drying up, the farms are gonna dry up. If you're living in the Western United States you should be selling your house or your farm your business right now and getting out this is a long-term downward spiral and it's not going to turn around in the next year or two it It's not gonna turn around in the next decade or two. It's going to take many, many decades until any change is going to come. And in terms of weather, it could be 100 years or more until the weather has changed.

And by the way, the drought in the West, droughts are an indicator of cooling, not of warming. Yes. And so that should be telling you right there. I mean, you can go down through history. Droughts are associated with cooling cycles. It seems to be contradictory in logic, but what happens is the jet stream changes. Yes.

And so right now the jet stream kind of circles around the northern hemisphere. You've got one in the southern hemisphere. In a global cooling cycle, it forms into a wave. And so cold air pushes down up into places where it doesn't normally, and warm air goes down into places where it normally isn't. So everything is turned around. But that is a global cooling cycle, not a global warming cycle. That's right.

Actually, global warming is very good. Right. That's what greenhouses are for, right? If you had a greenhouse, you got plants in there, what do the plants do? The plants grow. They thrive in a greenhouse environment where there's warmth, where there's heat, where there's plenty of carbon dioxide to produce more plants. So plants thrive in a greenhouse environment.

Doc, I can show you going back centuries with the various cycles in climate change, global cooling, global warming. I can show you that food was abundant and cheap during the global warming stage. Food was scarce and high priced during the global cooling stage. So there's coming a time people are going to wish that the good old days of global warming would come back because food is going to be extremely high priced and very scarce. Again, just see what's happening and where the trends are going, and then make decisions that are going to be necessary for your survival and for your children and grandchildren. What do you want your grandchildren to say about you?

I would hope that they would say, you know, grandpa, grandma were pretty wise. I'm glad that they got out of, you know, Nevada or Utah or Maine or yeah or you know and they got they went south where there there was food and water and warmth. They're going to thank you for it rather than be stuck in a place where there's no rainfall, there's little food, civilization declining. You know, and the reason why we share this with folks, Rick,

is to be prepared mentally, be prepared with information, but be prepared spiritually too because if you read the Bible, the Bible talks about the seasons that change. In fact, the word of God says that as long as the earth exists, there's going to be seed time and harvest. There's going to be seasons. There's going to be the rising of the sun, the rising of the moon. All these things are going to be happening as long as the earth remains. And we have to realize that we live in

a world of cycles. What we're seeing right now is a much bigger cycle, a much broader cycle, but that doesn't mean that we can't be aware of it. We can be aware of it spiritually as well by keeping up with word of God and looking at the patterns that, you know, exist in the word of God itself too. The church, the Christians, we should be like the sons of Issach exists in the word of God itself too. Doc, the church, the Christians, we should be like the sons of Issachar in the Old Testament. Right. They knew the seasons

and they knew what Israel should do. They discerned the times. They discerned the times and they knew what Israel, Israel meaning the people of God. They discerned the times and they knew what the people of God should do. And I believe the wise voices are speaking out, telling the church there are profound changes coming to the planet

and you're going to have to make serious relocation plans for the years ahead. Go south while the land is still cheap or you can get into the places before everybody else figures out what's going on. Dr. Fauci says if you want to know what's happening in vaccines, you want to go to Israel. That's right. That's where a million dollars is waiting for you. That's right. I guess he wants to get another million here, get your annual check. Fauci says Israel is where you want to be for COVID vaccines.

And Dr. Fauci said he hopes to see the U.S. administering booster shots up to Israel's level. Israel's vaccinating everybody. But he also says, too, Rick, that he's still not sure if the China lab leak caused COVID. So he just, he's just not sure, Rick. He's been thinking about it. So, and he also said, too, and we've got some clips here. He said, we're planning for the fact that we will inevitably have another pandemic. He says that in this article here. Well, he would know because he's in Israel. He said at the beginning of the Trump administration, a pandemic was guaranteed. Right. So, folks, get ready. There's another one coming here. So this is Mr. Fauci on an Israeli podcast. We're in Israel now, and some of the Israeli public have made the comment that

Pfizer-BioNTech has used the Israeli population to some degree as a guinea pig because we started our vaccination with Pfizer very early on and have been extremely effective, at least in covering the population above 60 and 50. Can you make any comments on that? Has the rollout in Israel actually assisted, contributed to the world pandemic in providing evidence and data? I look at it exactly the opposite, Johnny. I think Israel was really lucky that they got their implementation done so quickly and so effectively, not only with the initial vaccine, but with the booster program. I often, when I push to get our booster program going, I refer back to how successful the Israelis have been in getting virtually every age group now boosted. And it's very clear that the third shot of the two-shot mRNA vaccine is really important

in enhancing not only the immunological response, but also the clinical benefit that one gets at all age groups from the booster. So I look at it is that Israel is where you wanted to be, not being the guinea pig, but being right up there getting this benefit more quickly than most any other country. That's where you want to be, Rick. He's already imagining holding one of those big giant publisher clearinghouse checks for a million dollars. A million dollars. Are you Anthony Fauci? We've got another clip of Fauci's interview in Israel. Let's watch this. Let me then ask as far as the early stages in trying to deal with the pandemic. There have been accusations, comments that the Chinese could have been more effective. Personally, if the initial observations, the first cases were somewhere in the middle of December 2019, and the Chinese already published the complete genome of the virus in the middle of January, I think, if I'm not mistaken, January 10.

How could have they been more efficient, more open, quicker? How responsible or not should we point fingers or not to the Chinese? What is the origin of the virus? Well, I mean, we don't know precisely the origin, but it almost very, very likely was a natural occurrence similar to SARS-CoV-1, similar to Ebola, similar to MERS, where you have a reservoir in an animal species that jumps species and goes to human and then takes off in an outbreak. Again, you don't know definitively, but most of the people who understand viral phylogeny and molecular virology feel that it is very likely have been a natural outcome. But again, you need to leave an open mind. Could it have been something that they were working on in the lab that escaped from the lab that's something that is hopefully we'll get to the bottom of that so that people will know how to best avoid things in the future but i i really don't think that is productive to point fingers

at any country um outbreaks arise in different countries. They arise almost always naturally. And I don't think that one can say it's someone's fault. Perhaps they could have been more transparent in the beginning. I believe they could have been a bit more transparent as to what was going on there. But the Chinese often, that's their pattern. They tend to hold back because they don't want any negative consequences on them. But again, getting back to what I said, it's not productive to point fingers at anyone. No, not productive at all. No, we don't want to falsely accuse the Wuhan lab because it might come back to me.

It could end up the trail leads back to Fauci and the money he was sending over to Wuhan. and transported to Guantanamo Bay and placed in one of those infamous interrogation suites. Where they have a board and water? Mm-hmm. So yes I think he would eventually tell us how that virus came about. It would be productive then, wouldn't it? Yeah. That's what should be done to Nazi war criminals. He is a Nazi war criminal. And as you said, Doc, he said we have to prepare for the next pandemic. And he would know.

He's already got the vaccine waiting. Here's Fauci predicting the next pandemic. So have we learned anything from dealing with corona, with COVID-19, to help us prepare for, God forbid, the next emerging pandemic? Yeah, there's a lot of lessons learned. You know, one of the things that was the success story of this outbreak was something you mentioned in the beginning of the interview, was the extraordinary speed and success that we were able to implement with the development of highly effective and safe vaccines. So we've got to continue to prepare from a scientific standpoint, but also simultaneously, we absolutely need to enhance our public health infrastructure,

both domestically and globally. We've got to be able to respond much more efficiently from surveillance to communication to responsiveness. And even as we are struggling through the current outbreak, we are planning a major pandemic preparedness approach for just what you are referring to, Johnny, the fact that we will inevitably have another pandemic. It may not be as severe as what we're going through now, but sooner or later, we're going to get another pandemic. And it really behooves us to be much better prepared, even though by all accounts, we were supposed to have been very well prepared for this.

I want to see that man in prison. I've never wanted so much to see a man incarcerated as I do. Anthony Fauci is a criminal. He is a criminal against the human race. An actor right out of Nazi Germany. You know, Doc, he wants to vaccinate children, and then he'll want to vaccinate infants. And I predict that by next spring, he'll want to vaccinate embryos. What's interesting about him is he's one of the first ones to start calling the various coronavirus vaccines software delivery systems. He was? He was one of the first ones. He called it a software delivery system? The man that Fauci's sitting there talking to? Yes. He called it, excuse me, New York Times, listen, listen to what Doc just said. Right.

The man that Fauci was talking to in Israel, Khashoggi, what did he call the vaccine? A software delivery system. So it's delivering software. What kind of software? Well, programmable software. Software that changes the programming of something else. What's it changing?
