An unknown number of people, including auto passengers and construction workers on the bridge, were thrown into the frigid river water. The 948-foot Dali, a cargo ship from Singapore, hit the bridge at approximately 1:20 AM Tuesday. It departed from the Port of Baltimore twenty minutes earlier. The 948-foot Dali, a cargo ship from Singapore, hit the bridge at approximately 1.20 a.m. Tuesday. It departed from the port of Baltimore 20 minutes earlier. The bridge was named for the author of America's national anthem, Star-Spangled Banner, Francis Scott Key. The bridge carried more than 12 million vehicles in 2023. If you've not seen the dramatic video, we're going to show it to you right now. It's been circulating all day. Let's watch.

Look at this. Just stunning. The bridge was, you know, I was born and raised in Maryland. The bridge was built in 1977. It's near Baltimore's famous Inner Harbor, a favorite place for tourists, close to Fort McHenry, where the Star Spangled Banner was written, and a key piece of Baltimore's transportation with the 695 Beltway. And this will have a major impact on Baltimore and the port of Baltimore for quite some time.

We don't know yet how many people died. Thank God it happened at 1.30 in the morning and not at 7.30 in the morning. I've got a video. This has the radio traffic from Battalion 6 communications at Baltimore's 911 Center. Let's listen. Sock 5 to Battalion 6 communications on Fort Armistead. The entire bridge, the entire key bridge in the harbor. I advise to hold all traffic from committing to the bridge. I advise, again, the entire key bridge has fallen into the harbor.

Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Well, ZeroHedge.com mentioned Port of Baltimore paralyzed after container ship strikes collapse, after container ship strike collapses the bridge. And I want to point out a couple key paragraphs in the Zero Hedge article. The bridge spans the Patapsco River, carries an estimated, they said, 11.5 million vehicles. In this collapse, the only shipping lane in and out of the port was severed. Listen to that. The only shipping lane in and out of the Port of Baltimore was severed. Baltimore is the most inland port on the East Coast and is connected to the I-95 highway network. Sir Hedge said with no commercial vessels sailing in and out of the port anytime

soon, this is catastrophic for port operations and could spark supply chain snarls in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. According to the Maryland government website, the Port of Baltimore handled over 52 million tons of international cargo, valued at more than $80 billion last year, making it the ninth busiest port in the United States. Zero Hedge said the data shows that the port handled 847,158 autos and light trucks in 2023, the most of any U.S. port. The port also handles farm and construction machinery, sugar, gypsum, and coal. The port supports 15,330 direct jobs and an additional 139,000 jobs in the state of Maryland. So obviously there's going to be a significant economic impact

to this bridge now lying inside the Patapsco River. So the question is, why? What happened? And more information is going to be coming out in the days ahead. But my, I mean, you know where I'm going with this. And I wondered if anybody else out there in the media world was thinking what I was thinking. The closest thing I saw, and they didn't say terrorism, they didn't say Russia. This is Sky News. So this is London. Baltimore Bridge collapse, ship loses power, then starts smoking. What closed circuit television and marine tracking tells us about what happened,

I want to point out a couple key paragraphs in the Sky News article. Closed-circuit television video and marine tracking data shows that the Dali container ship lost power, adjusted its course, and started smoking before hitting the Baltimore Bridge. The Singapore flagged containership left the port of Baltimore at around 12.45 a.m. Its destination was Colombo in Sri Lanka. In just over four minutes, the vessel changed course, lost power, starts smoking, and hits the bridge. As the dally approaches the Francis Scott Key Bridge, it gives a time at 1.24.32 local time. It appears to lose power for around 60 seconds. Around the same time, ship tracking data on marine traffic shows the dally altered course

as it approached the bridge its highest registered speed between the port and the bridge was 8.7 knots it starts to slow down around one kilometer from the bridge Its last registered speed is 6.8 knots between 100 meters and 200 meters from the bridge. Sky News said just over a minute after appearing to lose power, the ship starts producing black smoke. The lights go out for a second time just over two minutes before it hits the bridge. According to the timings on the closed-circuit television video, the ship hits the bridge. Four seconds later, the bridge collapses.

What do we have? What is taking place here? Now, it's possible it's just mechanical failure on the ship. That may be the simplest answer. But I would remind you that today's event took place four days after a horrible mass shooting in Moscow in the Crocus Theater, where gunmen shot to death somewhere around 140 people, wounded another 180 plus. And that just happened Friday night. And so I've been bracing myself for what are we going to see happen in the next week

that could possibly be a retaliation by Russia. So I want to show you a few things coming out of Russia today. Quite alarming. This is RT. Radical Islamists carried out Moscow terrorist says Putin. Now, at first, this sounds like when I first saw the headline. Wait a minute. Is Putin now buying into the ISIS did it story? That's not what he's that's not where he's going with it.

Just follow along. I'll show you the progression. RT said Russia knows who carried out the Crocus City Hall attack, but is now investigating, there it is, who gave the order. President Vladimir Putin said on Monday, pointing to Ukraine as being a possible culprit. Now here's a quote by Putin, quote, this attack was carried out by radical Islamists, Putin said in a video call with Russian law enforcement officials. Quote, but we know who carried out the attack.

We want to know who ordered it, said Putin. Putin noted that the fact that the terrorists were headed for Ukraine posed questions that needed answering. Putin said, quote, Who was waiting for them there? It is clear that those who support the Kiev regime do not want to be accomplices and sponsors of terrorism. But a lot of questions remain, said Putin. Now, the next story becomes even more serious. This just came out. Another RT, Russia responds to claims Islamic State behind Moscow terror attack.

Western attempts, and this is RT, Western attempts to push the narrative that the Crocus City concert hall shooting was staged by ISIS without waiting for the investigation to conclude looks extremely suspicious, to the United States, Antony Antonov, commenting on the stance of Western countries on the Crocus City Hall shooting. Antonov remarked that one thing is alarming. They are trying to determine in advance that ISIS was responsible for the tragedy in our country. He went on to say a simple question that any person, any Russian citizen could ask. Why did these people, these bandits, attempt to escape from Moscow towards the Ukrainian border?

Now, I'll take it another step. This headline here that you're seeing on the screen, TAS News Agency. U.S., folks, this is for real today. The United States, Britain, and Ukraine behind the Crocus City Hall attack, says the FSB chief, the Federal Security Bureau chief. That's the name of the organization that replaced the KGB. And as you see on the screen, this is the chief of the FSB. This would be like the FBI director in Russia. This becomes very serious now, folks, because I want to read to you what this article said today. The United States, Britain, and Ukraine are behind the terrorist attacks at Crocus City Hall.

The chief of Russia's Federal Security Service, Alexander Borkunov, has told the media, quote, we believe that this is true. In any case, we are now talking about the factual information we have. This is general information, but they have a long record of this sort. He said after participating in a large meeting of the prosecutor general's office board when asked whether the United States, Britain, and Ukraine were behind the terrorist attack. He went on to say, quote, What is it expected to do to demonstrate its capability? It is expected to carry out sabotage and terrorist acts in the rear.

This is what both the chiefs of Ukraine's special services and the British special services are aiming at. U.S. special services have repeatedly mentioned this, too. So, what we have here today is that the head of the Russian FSB, the Federal Security Bureau, their equivalent of the FBI, now is on record saying that his agency is convinced that the United States, Great Britain, and Ukraine were behind the terrorist attack in Moscow Friday night that killed 140 people. If we had a terrorist attack in America, a mass shooting in a concert, and 140 Americans died, and four days later, the director of the FBI tells the American people, we know that Russia and China and Iran were behind this terrorist attack.
