to know. Let's start with the FBI raid on President Trump's home last week. The department oversees, excuse me, Attorney General Merrick Garland, who oversees the Department of Justice, says that he is going to release the documents, the criminal warrant, but the Department of Justice that he oversees says that's not going to happen. So, Doc Burkhardt and I will have the details about what's going on. So, Doc, I just botched my opening, but it's okay because our audience understands. They like us anyhow. They're not going.

They allow me. They allow me to make mistakes. It's okay. We're human. We're human here. It was a little technical glitch right there in the teleprompter. So I don't have any pride about this stuff. Okay. We're here as citizens trying to help the people know what is going on because the news media does not want you to know what's really going on. They want you to know what

they think you're supposed to know, what they're told you should know. And so what our job is is a breakthrough all of this propaganda clutter and try to get the information to you. The big story that we're going to talk about today is the preparation for war, nuclear war. The stuff that's going on in Mar-a-Lago, this is just theater. Yeah, it's theater. It's circus clowns. But we're going to talk about the circus clowns for the first couple minutes of the program and get the Clown Act out of the way and get on to the main event. So what we had last week is that the Attorney General said that he would release the warrant.

Right. And that press conference seemed to dampen a lot of the anger that was building up. People wanted to know, why did you raid President Trump's home? Well, then the Department of Justice comes out and says, no, we're not going to do it. Right. And so I have this article from Politico here. The Department of Justice says the release of the Mar-a-Lago affidavit would harm an ongoing criminal probe.

The Justice Department intends to unseal additional documents connected to the FBI search at President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, but is urging a federal court to maintain the secrecy of the sworn affidavit describing the basis for the search. The Department of Justice is particularly concerned that the release of details from the affidavit might harm ongoing efforts to interview witnesses, given the threats to federal agents in wake of the Mar-a-Lago search. Now, they go on to say that if disclosed, the affidavit would serve as a roadmap to

the government's ongoing investigation, providing specific details about its direction and likely course in a manner that is highly likely to compromise future investigative steps. Well, why didn't the attorney general talk to his staff? I would — that's a great question, because he basically said last week, you know, last Thursday. Well, who's in charge? So who is in charge of the Department of Justice? Is it supposed to be the attorney general? So either is one of two things, Doc. Either Attorney General.rick Garland lied, and he came out at the press conference and just flat-out lied,

knew he wasn't going to release it, but pretended that he was going to. That's option number one. Option number two is the department employees told the Attorney General, we refuse to do it. Yeah, those are the only two options. Those are the two options. Which one is it? Neither one is good. Either the Attorney General is a liar

or his subordinates are insubordinate. Right. Which one is it? But it sounds like it's the same history of what President Trump experienced. Yes. He would tell the Justice Department to do something. Or tell the Attorney General.

Tell the Attorney General. And nothing would happen. We saw it with Jeff Sessions. We saw it with other Attorney Generals. Nothing would happen because somebody in the Department of Justice runs the department, and it's not the Attorney General. Right. Well, in that particular article, it went on to say U.S. Attorney Juan Gonzalez and Justice Department

Counterintelligence Chief Jay Brat said in the filing, urging the continued secrecy of the affidavit. The fact that this investigation implicates highly classified materials further underscores the need to protect the integrity of the investigation and exacerbates the potential for harm if information is disclosed to the public prematurely or improperly, the DOJ officials wrote. And so, as Rick was saying, so which is it? Is it the attorney general who's running the Department of Justice when he says we're going to release the materials? Or is it the mid-level deep state guys at the Department of Justice that say no you're not going to do it? So Attorney General Garland needs to have another press conference and this time answer questions because he refused to answer questions at his previous press conference. So he needs to have

another press conference and answer questions. Why did you change your mind? Did you change your mind or were you told to change your mind? This is getting more suspicious every day. I mean, when the attorney general makes an announcement, I'm going to release everything. And then the next few days, he doesn't say a word. A statement is released by the department, not by the attorney general. Well, who speaks for the department? I thought it was the attorney general.

This is, you want to talk about a shadow government? This is what a shadow government looks like. Donald Trump is completely in favor of the affidavit being released. He's not afraid of what would be released as a result of this. We have this headline. Why doesn't he release it? I don't know if he has a full copy of it or not. Well, release what you got.

Because Daily Mail is reporting thatald trump is demanding the release of completely unredacted affidavit that sanctioned the fbi raid on mar-a-lago and this happened after a spokesman shared an email appearing to show agents did seize three of his passports of course that's been the uh uh you know the the post that he made yesterday about the three passports missing. He also posted today, talked about what he labeled as a break-in at Mar-a-Lago, and we have that. That's number five for control. If we can pull that up on the screen here. So this is what he posted on True Social last night. There's no way to justify the unannounced raid of Mar-a-Lago,

the home of the 45th president of the United States, who got more votes by far than any sitting president in the history of our country, by a very large number of gun-toting FBI agents in the Department of, quote, justice, unquote. But in the interest of transparency, I call for the immediate release of the completely unredacted affidavit pertaining to this horrible and shocking break-in. Also, the judge on this case should recuse. And that was Judge Magistrate Bruce Reinhart that he's talking about there. So Rick, once again, you brought up the point, why doesn't he release it? Right. So there could only be two things. Either he does have a copy of the affidavit

and he's not releasing it, or he has a redacted copy of the affidavit. He doesn't even know what they were looking for on it. Well, then release the redacted copy. I agree. Go first. Put the pressure on. I mean, do something. You know, he says he wants it released.

Then if you have a copy, release it. If you don't have a copy, then state it on a record. I don't have a copy. Because we keep hearing and reading he has a copy of it. But I've never heard Mr. Trump say that he is in possession of the warrant. Have you? No, not yet. I haven't heard anything of that.

If I were Mr. Trump, I would go ahead and publish it. And is there a legal ramification for him publishing a warrant that's contrary to what the Department of Justice wants? And that's a great question, too. There probably is some rule that you can't publish it, but the Department of Justice can. There's probably fine print at the bottom of that warrant. Yes, you cannot publish this. You cannot tell anybody what's in this warrant. Now, one of the stories circulating regarding the raid on Mar-a-Lago was the magistrate judge, Bruce Reinhart.

And they're scheduling a hearing regarding the release. Jeffrey Epstein's employee. Right. And so they're scheduling a hearing for the release of the records on the Mar-a-Lago raid. And guess who is presiding over that decision? Mr. Reinhart himself, once again. So U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart is scheduled and an in-person hearing on Thursday this Thursday in Florida regarding the unsealing of FBI records related to last week's raid a former president Trump's Mar-a-Lago home the hearing is scheduled is set to be held August 18th at the West Palm Beach division judge Reinhart will discuss with the government and

Trump's legal team the motion to unseal the search warrant materials and attachments. The affidavit for the search warrant likely is included in that material. And so that decision is going to be made on Thursday. My guess is that Judge Reinhart is going to stand in the way of the release of those materials. Wouldn't you agree with that? Yes, of course. Because he hasn't been cooperative so far, and the news stories are that his synagogue itself was even under threat. By the way, he's on the board of the synagogue down in West Palm, too.

But he recused himself in a lawsuit by Donald Trump against Hillary Clinton. Right, but won't recuse himself in a lawsuit by Donald Trump against Hillary Clinton. Right. But won't recuse himself in this particular case? I'm still wondering about why a magistrate has jurisdiction in this case. You're talking about the former president of the United States. Why not a federal judge? He's not a federal judge. He's a magistrate. a magistrate is a judge junior

it's a judge wannabe okay a magistrate and there's no disrespect to magistrates i'm not saying you know it's a great profession but they're not a they're not a sitting judge. Right. A magistrate is a junior judge that the sitting judges delegate mundane work to them that they don't want to mess with. And once again, not to discredit them or anything, but they're paperwork judges. Yes. So we're talking about an FBI raid on the former president of the United States, and it gets sent to a wannabe junior judge. Well, they sent it to somebody they knew would approve it. Yes, Jeffrey Epstein's employee who worked for Epstein to cover up Epstein's pedophilia. That's who got the assignment. And he's got this assignment still.

And he's going to do what he's told. By the people who ran Epstein. Because Epstein was not a billionaire. Epstein was an actor. Epstein was given the role, pretend that you're a billionaire. You get to live like a billionaire. You get to rape little girls every day. Nothing will happen to you okay that's who that's who judge reinhardt works for

i've got to find out who they are i probably should move on to another topic so um donald trump was supposed to go to Scotland on what, next Sunday or Monday? Next Monday. Well, next Sunday. Sunday. The 21st. Supposed to leave Sunday for Scotland. He's got two golf courses there.

Right. And, well, you know, if you don't have a passport, here's the Times of London today. Donald Trump trip to Britain in doubt after FBI seizes his passports. And so the story regarding the passports, of course, the Department of Justice not only admitted that they took the passports, but that now the next story is that CBS now is reporting this afternoon after apparently there was a lot of pressure about the passports. People were up in arms about the passport story. But apparently today CBS News is reporting that the Trump passports taken in FBI search have been already returned to the former president.

But that's the same news network, CBS News, that last week yesterday, said the FBI did not take his passports. Right. Nora O'Donnell came on TV and said, no, they didn't take his passports. That's fake news. But the DOJ admitted they did, and they're returning them today. But did CBS correct themselves? Of course not. Why would they?

They're never wrong, even when they're wrong. I just had a thought about Scotland. themselves? Of course not. Why would they? They're never wrong, even when they're wrong. I just had a thought about Scotland. That headline in London Times says, President Trump's trip to Britain in question, in doubt. Well, it is the London Times. The London Times. When is the Queen going to give up her colonizing and let Scotland go free? That's a great question. Scotland isn't England.

It was conquered by England. And the Scots ought to be free. I've got a bunch of Scotsmen that watch True News. I'd like to see their reaction right now, what they're saying. Okay, let's move down to number 10. This is President Trump's personal attorney. Yes. Revealing that the Trump family watched the raid. Yes. Did they watch it in real time?

Apparently they did. On their phones or something? Somehow they were able to access the surveillance cameras. The Trump family was watching the raid go down. Now the attorneys out in the driveway, they weren't able to watch it. But Mr. Trump's, their family, his family was in New York. Yes. Because he got lured away by Letitia James, the Attorney General of New York. It was a trap. You've got to come up here and answer questions under oath,

knowing that when he went there, the FBI was going to raid his home. But the Trump family was watching the surveillance video cameras that the FBI ordered the Trump staff in Mar-a-Lago turn the cameras off, but they didn't turn the cameras off. And Mr. Trump's attorney, Christina Bob, lays out how this all went down. Apparently, the video cameras were shut off for a brief time,

but the attorneys said, turn those cameras back on. Watch this. It's kind of funny. I think the folks in New York, President Trump and his family, probably had a better view than I did because they had the CCTV that they were able to watch. I was stuck in the parking lot there to collect paper and answer questions,

but they were actually able to see the whole thing. So they actually have a better idea of what took place inside. And so that was another point of controversy that I've read two different, completely contrasting reports on. One said that the FBI actually made them turn off all of the cameras. You're telling me that they didn't. Please elaborate. They did. So initially they said, you need to turn off all the cameras. And then, of course, the staff complied and said, oh, the FBI is making us turn off the cameras. And then the lawyers jumped in and said, you actually don't have to turn them off. So shortly after they turned them back on. So the cameras were only off for a very short period of time. OK, so if they watched it in real time with the Trump security cameras, then there is a recording. There's a server that has all the video.

Will the Trump family release the video? I mean, nine hours of video, that's a pay-per-view event. The Trump family could make money on this. I'd pay to watch it. Would you? And it's not one camera. It's dozens of cameras throughout Mar-a-Lago. Would you pay to watch it? I might be tempted to, just to see how crazy the FBI is. All right, so Eric Trump was on Fox News and Sean Hannity asked Mr. Trump whether his

father would release the videos. Let's see what he says. A few days out, Sean, from the midterms. It's not surprising. His timing is not surprising and it's backfiring on these people. You still have the surveillance tape, is that correct? Are you allowed to share that with the country? Absolutely, Sean, at the right time, and your body cam

point was spot on. That's why cops wear body cams. They don't tell you to turn off cameras. They want transparency, and that's not what happened here. What do you think? Well, I think they should release it sooner rather than later, Rick. But I'm sure that the Trump family is considering the exact time that they feel is important to get the information out there. But like you said, hey, knowing Donald Trump, it could be a pay-per-view event. He might rent an arena. You have to go watch it.

All right, we're going to change the theme now, and we're going to go to World War, a lot more serious. And so there was another mysterious blast in Crimea today. And according to Russia Today, the chief of the Russian military and Ministry of Defense said it was an act of sabotage. About two weeks ago, there was a mysterious blast at an air base. Right. Destroyed a lot of Russian aircraft. At least that's the story. So quoting from that RT article here, the incident on Tuesday morning that we were talking about that happened today resulted in explosions at a military site in northern Crimea. It was an intentional act, an update by the Russian Defense Ministry claims. Describing its response, the ministry said it was taking necessary measures

to eliminate the consequences of the sabotage. Now, for the Russian Defense Ministry to come out and say that this was something that happened internally is a big deal. The explosions caused damage to a number of civilian objects, including power lines, a power station, a railroad, and several residential houses, the statement said. The site hit by the apparent attack is located near the village of Myskoye in the Danskoye area of the Russian region. The military used it as a temporary ammo depot, it said earlier. The ammunition detonated due to a fire. And so there's a number of these incidents that are happening in Crimea.

Sabotage, the Russian defense ministry is what it's saying at this point. It doesn't appear to be a direct attack. But the Russians are watching out for a direct attack. Why? Because the Ukrainians have been talking to folks back in London about a joint effort to take out the Kerch Strait Bridge, the Crimean Bridge. We also have this story from RT. British leaders discussed the destruction of the Crimean

bridge. And a Ukrainian lawmaker says that he discussed the destruction of Europe's longest bridge with UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace back in June. Alexei Goncharenko was responding to a claim on Russian television that Wallace was personally in charge of developing a plan to strike the strategically important crossing linking Crimea to the Krasnodar region. The remark, which Goncharenko made on Telegram last week, included a photo of himself with Wallace and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson during a NATO gathering. It was captioned, Tell Host Oga Skabifa that Ben Wallace and I discussed a plan to destroy the Crimean Bridge back in June. Now, the allegation arose during a TV appearance by Russian military expert and journalist

Igor Konishenko, who said that according to some information, the British defense minister was in charge of developing plans to attack the bridge, which connects Crimea with mainland Russia across the Kerch Strait. There goes London. Right, because if they take out the Crimean Bridge, the Kerch Strait Bridge, you can bet London Bridge is coming down not soon after that. More than the London Bridge. coming down not soon after that. More than the London. And maybe all of London. More than the London Bridge.

All of London. Yes. I'm glad I got to see London before it goes up in smoke. The Russians are going to, they're going to incinerate London. There's no doubt in my mind, Doc. London, a great, beautiful, historic, majestic city. He's going to disappear from the map. Because that's exactly what's going to happen. Ben Wallace, the defense minister of Great Britain, if these reports are true,

is working with the Ukrainian military to take down the bridge. Last month, you had General Breedlove from Great Britain, former NATO commander, who is also an engineer, and he bragged that he knew how to take down that bridge. Yes. If the bridge goes down, who would the Russians suspect first? Well, now it's going to be London. It's going to be the UK. Because their fingerprints are going to be on it. Whether they did it or not, they're openly bragging that they're going to do it. So if the bridge goes down, if you're an enemy, if you're a third party, another country, and Great Britain's your enemy,

you would take down the bridge and let Russia take out Great Britain. Because that's what's going to happen. Great Britain's going to disappear. We have a lot of people watching this show in Great Britain. You need to pray for sanity in your political leaders because some of them are insane, absolutely insane. They're going to start a nuclear war. And this is madness, total madness.

And churches in America are brain dead. They're brain dead. The religious leaders in America are cowards. They're wimps. We're facing nuclear war. And you cannot tell anybody in the churches because they will shut you down. They need to read Ezekiel. And what God told Ezekiel, when you see war coming

and you don't blow the trumpet and you don't warn the wicked, the unsaved, that there's war coming. And they die in their sin. Then I will hold you responsible, preacher man. I'll hold you responsible for their sins. But if you warn them and they repent, you have saved your own soul. These religious leaders in America, and I'm talking about the evangelical Christian leaders,

they're so wimpy, so cowardly. They will not let anybody, they will not let anybody tell the Christians in this country that we're facing nuclear war, possibly within the next several months. And many people are going to die. Many people are going to die. And most of them will be unsaved and they will spend eternity in the lake of fire because they left this world unsaved in Christ. Yes. My hands are clean. I'm in my 24th year of telling people to repent of their sins and get ready for the end of the world.

That Christ is coming. And that there will be a great war. And maybe two billion people will die in that war. I've been giving this message out for over two decades and I've been shut down. I've been shut out. I've been told to shut up by so many people, but my mouth is still moving and we're closer to that war than we've ever been and I'll stand in front of almighty God and say look father my hands are clean I don't have any blood on my hands I spent my entire life

the last several decades of my life telling people to repent of their sins and get ready that this great war is coming before the end of the age. And I did it in spite of all of the opposition. The opposition in the churches, in the religious broadcasters, the television stations and networks owned by the religious people would not let me speak. This message has to be heard because these bombs will kill Christians and Jews and Muslims and atheists.

We'll all die in this war. These bombs don't discriminate. I'm telling you, there's people watching me right now, and I'm going off the air on cable and satellite right now. You need to get saved right now. You need to get right with God and get yourself baptized in a church as soon as possible because there is war coming.

He's going to upset granny. She's, she's, she believes in the rapture. We don't want granny calling in here upset saying, well, he says there's going to be a war. I'm telling you, these preachers are going to pay a price on Judgment Day, Doc. You know, the timid go to hell. That's what the Bible says. The timid go to hell with murderers and liars and homosexuals. The timid go with them.

There's going to be a bunch of timid preachers in the lake of fire. What are you in here for? I was timid. I was a coward. You're going to have a murderer burning in the lake of fire, turning to the guy beside him and saying,

what are you in here for? I was afraid to preach. I ain't going to be me, dog. It might be something, but it ain't going to be that. They're not going to put that cowardly stuff on me because there's not an ounce of cowardliness in me. Okay. I will not be intimidated by anybody. I refuse to be intimidated. The one that I fear is God. I fear him. He says, Jesus said,

don't fear the people that can kill you. Fear the one that can cast you into... Cast your soul. Cast your soul in a lake of fire. That's the one you better fear. So, hey, how long does being killed last? Well, in that case, forever. Well, I'm talking about if somebody kills you.

I mean, seriously, how long is it like? They shoot you, they chop your head off. How long does that hurt? How long does it hurt, okay? Not as long as eternity. Eternity, a long time. That's a long time. So you got to get one. You got to, you're going to die one way or the other. Physically die, spiritually die. There's different types of death. There's physical death and there's spiritual death. And there's a lot of people going into spiritual death when they leave this world.

When they physically die, they're going to enter into spiritual death. There's a big difference in the type of death. Spiritual death lasts forever. So you're either born twice and die once, which is the believer in Jesus Christ, or you are born once and die twice, which is the unbeliever.

There you go. So those are your choices. Which is the second death. Yes. Oh, you're starting to sound reformed. I'm proud of you, Doc. Some of the Pentecostals bubble in that too. You're talking reform now. I'm proud of you, Doc. Some of Pentecostals bubbling up too. You're talking reform now. I like this. Okay. Well, before the break, we were talking about

the potential for the escalation of war as a result of the destruction of the Kurtz Strait Bridge. I know we've talked about it here over the past several weeks, but the Russians are taking this very seriously. This is from the Russian news outlet TASS, number 18 for the control. Kostachev says that the Russian Federation, under no circumstance, will allow the destruction of the Crimean Bridge. And it said the Crimean Bridge was built taking into account possible risk and Russia will not allow it to be destroyed under any circumstances. And this opinion was expressed on Monday by Vice Speaker of the Federation Council, Konstantin Klosichev,

commenting on statements by Ukrainian politicians about plans to strike the bridge. He said, of course, no one will allow the Crimean Bridge to be destroyed under any circumstance. It was built taking into account the known risk. Although at that time, of course, it was difficult to imagine that there would be a threat of direct strikes. And that's the world that we're living in right now. He said this on the Russia 24 TV channel. Now, according to him, in the event of an attempt to strike at the Crimean Bridge, it will be obvious that this is done with the help of weapons received by Kiev from outside

because Ukraine does not currently have its own weapons that allow such sabotage to be carried out. So what is the rest of that statement, Doc? The rest of that statement is we will go after NATO, we'll go after Brussels, we'll go after London, we'll go after Washington, D.C. Whoever made the plans and whoever supplied the missiles, they're going to get hit. Yes. And it will be devastating. So this is the red line that the various political leaders in Russia are making right now. They're saying, if you take the Crimean bridge out, we'll know that NATO was involved because Ukraine does not have the ability to take this bridge out.

We'll know that your hand is in it and therefore we're at war with NATO at that point. And I think in the Russian strategy, Rick, they have to strike quick. That's why they're talking about preemptive strike, nuclear strikes now. I'll tell you, the day you wake up or the day you hear, if it's in the tell you, the day you wake up or the day you hear,

if it's in the middle of the day or you wake up in the morning and the first thing you hear on the news is the Kirchberg was taken down. Hey, do what you want to do. Smoke a cigar. Eat a Big Mac. Do whatever you want to because that's the last one you're going to get. For a very long time. That's it. That's it.

Do it quickly because it's over at that point. When you hear that news that that bridge came down, in all seriousness, you better grab your loved ones and make sure they're saved. Yes. That's what you better do because it's

over at that point. The world will change within an hour. The world will change. You're going to hear, gone, London's gone, Paris is gone, Washington is gone, Brussels is gone. It's going to be devastating. Well, if that wasn't enough,

they're playing with nuclear fire on that point, but they're also playing with nuclear fire in another area. Rio Navaste is reporting that the authorities of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant region said that the armed forces of Ukraine are hitting the cooling system of the nuclear power plant there. Now, the Russians are in control of this particular nuclear power plant, but they are being struck at by Ukrainian forces. OK, so, Doc, we've been hearing about the power plants for months. And the Western news media, if you just look at the headlines and read a couple paragraphs. The impression that you get is

Well, it does scare me. I don't want a nuclear war. So NATO and deep staters and Bilderberg boys, get your stinking nose out of Ukraine and stop this war.

That's how bad it's going to get. Your only hope is Jesus Christ. Get close to him. Read his word. Get close to the Holy Spirit. Get into that secret place. Turn off the world. Turn off all the stuff that's pouring into your mind. None of it's going to solve anything. None of it's going to change. Christ is your only answer. Stockpile the word of God in your heart and let his peace cover you, surround you. Just be inside that covering of peace so that whatever happens to you,

you're at peace with God. That's where I have to live every day. Not knowing what's going to happen tomorrow. I just have to be in the peace of God that if I go today, I'm okay. I'm alright. I'm safe. I'm in the Lord's presence. That's where each one of us needs to be every day.
