President Biden issued an official proclamation declaring that transgender Americans shape our nation's soul. Well, he's right. He's right. This sexual perversion is shaping America's soul. We follow the policy of Baphomet. It's distorting our soul. Well, and now he's established a holiday relating to the group this week.

President Biden issued the proclamation today to mark March 31st, tomorrow, as the Transgender Day of Visibility, as if they aren't visible already, a day some transgender activists have renamed to Day of Vengeance. Now, I'm going to quote the president here from his proclamation, transgender Americans shape our nation's soul, proudly serving in the military, curing deadly diseases, holding elected office, running thriving businesses, fighting for justice, raising families, and much more, Mr. Biden wrote in the proclamation today. Today, too many transgender Americans are still denied rights and freedoms. The president's statement continued, a wave of discriminatory state laws is targeting,

he actually used the word targeting, transgender youth, terrifying families, and hurting kids who are not hurting anyone. How about transgender people are targeting children with guns? An epidemic of violence against transgender women and girls, in particular women and girls of color, has taken lives far too soon.

So he's got to throw some race baiting into it also. Right. This guy's a piece of work. What? Days after a radical transvestite murders three Christian children age nine. A hate crime. This creep goes out and says,

I'm going to declare a presidential proclamation declaring a national celebration of transgenderism days after the murder of children and the day before a day of vengeance. It's all planned. This isn't like, well, he didn't think of the optics. He didn't think about how this would be received. It was all planned. This was all planned.

So every year now from now on, on March 31st, it's Tranny Day. Day of visibility. Do they need further visibility

than they already have? I guess the president thinks so. Of course it needs more visibility. There's a deeper agenda. It is a total sexual perversion of the United States of America. They don't have very far to go. There's not very far to go.

Did the Nashville school shooter target the daughter of the church pastor? Now, Joe Biden said, no, she wasn't shooting Christian kids. She was just shooting kids. I mean, he didn't say it in those words, but he said, I don't believe

she was targeting Christians. You go into a church and you shoot little kids that are attending a Christian school. And you used to go to that school. Well, what we're finding out now is not only did she used to go to the school, but she was receiving counseling, currently receiving counseling from the church pastor.

Right. So the TV show Inside Edition did a segment on this, and we're going to show you a clip from Inside Edition. Let's watch it. Still no official motive in the case of the 28-year-old who killed six people at the Christian school she once attended in Nashville. But one theory holds that she had targeted this man, the church's lead pastor, who's said to have been counseling her. He wasn't there at the time, but his nine-year-old daughter was, and she became one of the victims. Amber Cagliano has more. Was the Nashville shooter targeting the school pastor and his family?

Inside Edition has learned that Audrey Hale, who was transgender, was believed to be having counseling sessions with Chad Scruggs. He was counseling her? What I'm hearing, he was providing counseling for her and something didn't sit right with her. Former Covenant School pastor Jim Bachman says Hale appeared to be searching for Scruggs when she went through the school. She shot Scruggs' nine-year-old daughter Hallie dead. If she had found Chad, if she had tried to kill him, maybe she would have left the daughter alone. The former pastor also revealed he knew Audrey Hale when she attended the school nearly 20 years ago.

She was a very normal, happy-go-lucky little girl that liked to play kickball with the boys. Get your head away from the gun! And law enforcement experts are studying that daring police raid that took down the shooter and noting the sharp contrast with the failure of the police to save lives in Uvalde, Texas last May. Nineteen children and two teachers were killed at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde. Here's how cops in Nashville raced upstairs two at a time to confront the killer. Contrast that with police in Uvalde standing and waiting as victims lay dying. Please put your gun down, sir. Please don't hurt anyone else. In Uvalde, we see multiple officers on the scene and they're not entering the classroom. They're in the hallway. They know where the shooter is. He's still firing, but they're waiting. The Nashville police officers entered the building here, rapidly checking classrooms on the

first floor. The sound of gunfire above them sent them racing to the second floor. That's where they took down the shooter who was firing from this cathedral window, all in just 2 minutes and 15 seconds. The amount of courage it takes to go into that building and confront the unknown. You've got a shooter who's armed, a shooter who's shooting people, but also maybe the most dangerous of adversaries, right? Someone who's not afraid to die. And actress Melissa Joan Hart, star of Sabrina the Teenaged Witch, now lives near the school. She choked up telling how she and her husband helped children flee. We helped all these tiny little kids cross the road and get their teachers over there.

And we helped a mom reunite with her children. And I just, I don't know what to say anymore. It is just enough is enough. Well, obviously it's not enough because nothing changes. Nothing. Thank God for the Nashville police. They were awesome. Yes.

Nashville police were awesome. Congratulations to those men. But I guarantee you, before the week is out, they'll be blaming the Nashville police for overreacting. Why is the Nashville police chief covering up the manifesto? Now, that's a great question. Because the manifesto, you know what it says, that she was going there to kill Christians. Release the manifesto. Why is it a secret? I mean, if the manifesto said,

I'm going to vote for Donald Trump, I believe in white nationalism, I guarantee you it was going to be released. It would already be out there. So let's see the manifesto. Why are they hiding the same? Because they know what... Police have not yet determined the motivation.

Of course you know what it is. You have the manifesto. But who has ordered the police chief not to release it? So it has to be the mayor and council of Nashville. So why is the mayor covering up for a transvestite mass murder? Well, Nashville is one of the most gay-affirming cities in the nation. Okay, so why is the mayor covering up

for a transvestite mass murder? Because they're tied to the gay community. They're covering up a mass shooting of children. The mayor, it must be the mayor, if the police chief, because the mayor could order the police chief, because the mayor could order the police chief to release it. So one way or the other, either the mayor has told the police chief not to release it, or the mayor is afraid to tell the police chief to release it.

Which one is it? Either way, the mayor's covering up for a tranny, Trotskyite mass murder of children. Of children. Well, who else can I offend? Okay, I found this one in an African newspaper today. It reads everywhere. So, our illustrious Vice President Kamala Harris went to Africa to lecture African government leaders our illustrious vice president, Kamala Harris, went to Africa to lecture African government leaders about their lack of homosexual rights. That's basically it. And things didn't go too well in the nation of Ghana.

Right. Because a lot of citizens of Ghana are God-fearing Christians. And the speaker of the Ghana parliament lectured her back and said, don't come in our country telling us that we're going to change our laws and become like America. You don't have any authority to do that. Right. And so as she visits Ghana here and says you know basically lectures the nation of Ghana over LGBT rights because right now there's a bill going through their version of Congress yes regarding really make a criminal

criminalizing yes gay and criminalized. So this is her meeting with the president of Ghana, President, is it Kufo Addo? Yes. So during her recent visit to Ghana, U.S. President, Vice President Kamala Harris addressed the importance of freedom and equality for all people, but particularly those who identify as LGBT.

She commented, I feel strongly that this is a human rights issue and that will not change. President Nana Akufo-Addo also addressed the discussion around the promotion of proper human sexual rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill. He clarified that it is a private member's bill, not official legislation, and modifications have already been made based on the attorney general's intervention. Now, the president expressed confidence that parliament would consider both human rights and local sentiment when it decides on the bill's fate. So what's happening is the president is backpedaling. He's embarrassed that this bill is going through their parliament and everything.

And so he is going backwards a little bit. We're making some modifications to the bill. Is he embarrassed or is he intimidated? Yeah, well. He's intimidated. The U.S. is the international bloc. The U.S. says we're going to cut off foreign aid. You're not going to be invited to any important meetings.

You're going to be persona non grata. We're going to just eliminate you as an important person in Africa. Now, this has caused quite the row in Ghana because they're really upset with the president for trying to intervene in the passage of this bill or slow it down or to change it. The speaker of parliament is urging President Akufo-Addo to be bold on LGBT issues. The Ghanaian speaker of Parliament, Albin Bagbin, has stated that President Akufo-Addo does not possess the authority to intervene in the proposed anti-LGBTQ bill, which is currently before Parliament. Now, according to Mr. Bagbin, he's the gentleman there

in the center, the president cannot prevent the bill from going through the parliamentary process. He said, basically, if passed, engaging in same-sex relationships, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgender activities will become illegal in Ghana. To Mr. Bagman, making laws for Ghana is an exclusive responsibility of parliament and not that of the President, thus prohibiting him from making any kind of interventions in regards to the proposed LGBT law. During a joint press conference with President Kufa-Otto at the Jubilee House in Accra, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris had emphasized that respect should be afforded to members of the LGBT community. In response, President Acufo-Addo revealed that his government had taken steps to, quote, modify this bill.

And when asked about the matter, Mr. Bagman described Vice President Harris's comments as undemocratic, adding that she does not have any right to tell Ghanaians what is good or bad. He concluded by saying that this bill would still be passed eventually. One more person that is upset over this in Ghana is a member of parliament who had some pretty bold words to say regarding not only the vice president of the U.S., but also the U.S. itself. Samuel Nardi George, a member of parliament for the Ningo Pomfron constituency and supporter of the anti-LGBTQ bill, has criticized U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris for urging the Ghanaian government to abandon the bill and uphold the rights of LGBTQ individuals. Now, listen to this. George argued that Harris and the U.S. government's human rights

records is too flawed for her to be giving advice on defending citizens' rights. Mr. Nardi George also criticized the president for not standing up to Harris and defending the country's position on homosexuality. So there are a few voices out there. We have a quote from him. This is a member of Parliament, George. He said, Kamala Harris is the last place or person to go for lectures on human rights. If you want to learn morality, you don't go to a brothel. Kamala Harris and her government's record on human rights is appalling, and it is not one that Ghanaians will want to learn from. What Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are doing is pushing Ghana into the arms of Vladimir Putin. Yes, they just did. You can be sure that Sergei Lavrov has called the Ghanaian officials

and said, hey, join the Russia side. We will protect you. And we will never force you to have homosexual laws. So they're forcing countries to abandon the U.S. And they should. When the United States of America says, if you want to be a friend of America, you have to change your laws to become immoral. That's what the Antichrist does. He changes laws.

That's one of the definitions of the Antichrist. It's all legal, Rick. Yes, they make legal the sin of mankind. This started under Barack Obama. Obama made homosexuality part of U.S. foreign policy. Then Mr. Trump continued the same policy. And Mr. Trump bragged recently that he was the most pro-homosexual president in American history. Now the Pentagon has adopted LGBTQ agenda as official national security policy. Right.

And this is what he said about homosexual rights. President Biden has been nothing but consistent about his belief, foundational belief in human

rights and LGBTQ plus rights are human rights. And we, again, back to the earlier question, are never going to shy away, be bashful about speaking up for those rights and for individuals to live as they deem fit, as they want to live. And that's something that's a core part of our foreign policy, and it will remain so. Sodomy is a core part of U.S. foreign policy. That's what the National Security Advisor said. National security. The defense of our nation depends on advancing what God says is an abomination. Right. But it's official foreign policy, right? Yes. I want to show you something. questioning Defense Secretary Lloyd Alston about why the Pentagon is financing drag queen events on military bases. Mr. Alston denied it, but Mr. Gates pointed to the evidence and said, explain it. Here it is. Go ahead and put up the first slide. I guess my question is, how much taxpayer money should go to fund drag queen story hours on military bases? You know, drag queen story hours is not something that the department funds. Wait a second. That's actually not what the record seems to suggest.

You were going to fund one at Ramstein Air Force Base. That one got canceled, but that's DOD insignia. That's a drag queen story hour for children. Then also at Malstrom Air Force Base outside of Great Falls, Montana, you had a Drag Queen Story Hour for kids. At the Joint Base Langley-Eustis, you put on a Drag Queen Story Hour on a Saturday for the first ever kid-friendly diversity, equity, inclusion summer festival. And at Nellis Air Force Base, you had the Drag U Nellis on June 17th. Who funded these things, Mr. Secretary? Listen, drag shows are not something that the Department of Defense supports or funds.

But why are they happening on military bases? I just showed you the evidence. Why are they happening? I will say again, this is not something that we support or fund. So you think hosting a Drag Queen Story Hour on a military base isn't supporting the Drag Queen Story Hour? I stand by what I just said. You may stand by it, but it's belied by the evidence over and over again. I mean, are you aware of the piece, Biden's military, Air Force Base in Montana holds drag show, drag queen story hour for kids in the Western Journal. Are you aware of that?

Again, I will say what I've said. You're saying what you're saying, but I guess it just doesn't comport the facts. Why won't he say it? Personally, Mr. Alston doesn't want to do it, but he's been ordered by the pedophile president. That's what it comes down to. He wants to keep his job. And he may be correct. There may not be direct funding from the Defense Department for these events, but by the fact that they're happening on military bases, that is support.

Yes. Okay? Just like any other event would be. You go try to hold an event on a military base without the Pentagon saying it's okay. Right. So, and you've got to know that base commanders have been running afoul of this and everything, but they've been told, let it happen. That's right.

Now, General Milley was pressed by Matt Gaetz as well about this. And Milley acted like he didn't know anything about Drag Queen's story hours happening. I mean, this was, to me, it was so disingenuous. But you see if you see it the same way I do. This is number 13 for control. ...month following criticism. Objection. So what, are gentlemen's times expired?

Can I just, can I get copies of those? Because I'd like to take a look at those myself, actually. Take a look and find out what actually is going on there. Because that's the first I'm hearing about that kind of stuff. I don't read those news stories. I don't know what you're talking about. He says, on TV channels here, nuclear war and nuclear weapons are promoted as if they're advertising pet food, he said. They announce, we've got this missile, that missile, another kind of missile. They talk about targeting Britain and France, about sparking a nuclear tsunami that washes away America. Why did they say this? So that people here are ready. Yes, and he's absolutely right. That's exactly what I said. The Russian government is

getting the Russian people ready for the attack on the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany, and the European Union. They're preparing the people for nuclear war. That's what they're doing. They're not bluffing. The American and British papers will say, yes, the Russians are talking about nuclear war, but it's all bluff. It's one of their tactics. They want to scare us. They want us to back down in Ukraine. Yeah, they do want you to back down. And they're telling you we're going to nuke you if you don't back down. Now, Doc, we've been hearing for weeks that NATO is prepping Zelensky's army to launch a big counteroffensive against the Russians in May next month.

I found this story today on Interfax. Putin signs decree on spring conscription. So Putin today ordered the draft of 147,000 Russian men. Immediate draft, 147,000 between the ages of 18 to 27. They're being called up and look at this, the conscription begins in april so they're planning something for that april to july time frame yes so he just he just called up 150 000 men he's taking these stories seriously that nato is prepping a big counter-offensive we're sending in tanks, planes, missiles, and there's talk of blowing up the Crimean Bridge. I mean, there was even a talk last year about blowing up the Victory Day Parade in May in Moscow. So he's ordered the drafting of 147,000 men today.

Now, these that are being drafted, they're not being sent to the front lines, but that means that they're going to shift soldiers that are already in Russia. Who've been trained. Yes. The ones that got drafted months ago and have been going through training. Yes.

They're going to the front lines. That's right. And then these guys move in to take their place. Denmark lacks soldiers like never before. Situation extremely critical. So while Russia is drafting new soldiers, Denmark is running out of soldiers. They can't find enough soldiers.

Yeah, the Danish Army's second-in-command general said, things have never looked so bad in the Danish Army. He said one-fourth of the military positions are vacant. And that's likely the same in most European countries, I would say, right now. They're going to start drafting and conscripting soldiers in major European countries this year you wait and see. Doc something interesting appeared on Zelensky's on his presidential website the official government website of Zelensky. Right. You know you know here in the United States the White House will have a place for petitions. Right. And you can go on there. Anyone can start a petition and promote it. So somebody has a petition on Zelensky's website

asking for the United States to put nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Right. But I went to Zelensky's website. I saw it. This is the English, is this one, is that the article? Or is that the actual, that's the actual website, isn't it? Yes. So place nuclear weapons from the United States

on the territory of Ukraine or make Ukraine a state with its own nuclear weapons. Now, I'm trying to get the actual number of signatures that have been placed on the petition. It's not a lot.

No, it's not. But the fact that it's on there, it has drawn the attention of one of our friends, though, hasn't it? Now we get to Mr. Medvedev. Right. He read the petition, and then he shot off a post on Telegram. Yes. And in that post, he made a cryptic hint. Maybe it's just a dig at Biden

or maybe Medvedev knows something. So let's read Mr. Medvedev's, let's read the Telegram post that he released a few hours ago. So some of the most active Nazics, or Nazis, in Kiev. Is it Nazic? Is that a Nazi? I think it's short for National Socialist. I thought it

was a word for seals. Okay, well, I would go either way with that. I don't know. But some of the most active Nazic in Kiev published a petition to their drug president about the resumption of the nuclear status of Ukraine with the possibility of placing and using foreign, particularly NATO,

nuclear weapons by Ukraine. And what? Tanks and missiles are being delivered. Aircraft are almost ready to be delivered. You look and they will give up their nuclear weapons. No pity for good people. Moreover, Biden may not remember to whom he gave his suitcase with codes. There it is right there. What does he mean by this? Biden may not remember to whom he gave his suitcase with codes. Is he just insinuating that Biden's senile and he doesn't know what he did with the launch codes? Or is he saying we know something?

You better believe this. Everything that they're doing is going to backfire. There's going to be a massive explosion someday of fury from the other side of America. You're right. It's going to happen. That frustration can't be bottled up forever. It is going to burst wide open.

The only good thing out of it is we'll be in the presence of God right away in this hall. This nightmare will be over.

That's the good part. We won't have to deal with this anymore. We won't have to do this show anymore. We'll be in the presence of God. But the tragic thing is there will be millions of souls that will be dragged to hell that wouldn't have the opportunity to hear the gospel. That's right. And so that's why I pray for peace.

Not just for the peace of Jerusalem, but for the peace of the world. And you know what? God can stay these things. God can hold the hand of man back. But there are lots of times in history where he didn't hold his hand back. And he allowed, he used nations to judge other nations.

I mean, you can't read the Old Testament and not see the obvious fact that God used even evil kings to pronounce his judgment on nations that left him, in particular Israel in the Old Testament. And then he'd go back and deal with the evil king. That's right. Guys in control, number 29 is too long. I'll just put the headline up, and maybe we'll talk about it tomorrow.

The Russian ambassador to London said Britain's participation in the conflict in Ukraine in the future cannot be ruled out. Know what he's saying? He's expecting British troops that have boots on the ground in Ukraine. Right, and he said this in an interview with the BBC. Basically, he is... No, it was with RTVI. Oh, I'm sorry.

Yeah, it wasn't BBC. Because I couldn't find an English version of it. But watching that, because we don't have time to go through everything that he said, but that headline, that he cannot rule out the possibility that Great Britain is going to send troops to Ukraine to fight for Zelensky.

He's a U.S. citizen, a correspondent for The Wall Street Journal. He has been arrested. The FSB security service said Gershkovich was attempting to collect information

about a defense factor, which is a violation of Russian state secret laws. So if charged with espionage, the journalist could face anywhere between 10 and 20 years in prison. The FSB claims he was acting in the interest of the U.S. government. Now, the Wall Street Journal has expressed concern for Gershkovich's safety. The Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that this incident had nothing to do with journalism and that press credentials have been used as cover by others in the past.

Shocked. Yes. Reporters as spies. I know. It's hard to believe, isn't it, Rick? It is. You won't know what to believe when you read the stories. One more. Now watch this one. This is a story that is not getting any coverage. Soldier found dead in Pentagon parking lot was an intelligence specialist for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Right. How about that? An unusual story here. Master Sergeant Juan Paulo Ferrer Brodador,

that's a Filipino name, an intelligence specialist who worked in the office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was found dead inside his vehicle in the north parking lot near the Pentagon on March 14th. Now, according to Pentagon officials, emergency medics responded right away and determined that Bordador had passed away. Army officials stated that he had been assigned to the Joint Staff Security Office as the non-commissioned officer in charge of the Technical Surveillance Countermeasure Program

since September of 2021. The Army is still working to investigate what caused Bordador's death. Now, when it says that he was in charge of the Technical Surveillance Countermeasure Program, that means the balloon program.

And he died in the parking lot of the Pentagon. Of the Pentagon. He didn't even make it home. Somebody went into the Pentagon parking lot and killed a top intel officer. Someone that was related to the balloon stories. How much security do you have at the Pentagon?

And this May, we're coming up on our 25th anniversary. And it's God's hand upon us, his favor, his protection. You know, Doc, we're coherent as in me. You know that. Right. I'm not saying. It's okay. I agree with that saying... No, it's okay.

I agree with that statement. No, it's okay because we all know it's not because of me. God's favor is on us and he takes care of us. He meets our needs. I don't have a fundraising operation. We don't have a marketing department.

I don't have a marketing department. I don't send out emails. I don't have any pitches. I don't have any gimmicks. But somehow, the money keeps coming in because there are people that hear the voice of the Lord speak to their heart and say,

this is how much I want you to give true news. And they just keep doing it. And they've been doing it for 25 years. Been doing it for a long, long time. And I am deeply grateful. That alone should be an endorsement

because I know we get a lot of trolls that drop in and watch or chat or whatever. But understand the longevity of this program. 25 years and there have been faithful partners of this ministry for that period of time. Does that not speak to you right now and really show you there's something different about this particular God cast from others? And, Doc, do you know over 25 years how many smart alecks have told me, you're going to go down?

because I get up every day and I thank God. And I do pray. I do pray for our brethren to support us. And that support, I mean, prayer and financial. I pray. I pray for God's protection upon you and your family, for you to have, first thing I pray for is that you have wisdom and good judgment. That's the first thing I pray for our brethren, that God give them wisdom and good judgment. And then I pray for God's blessings to be upon you, his protection, his favor,

that mercy and goodness will follow you throughout the day, that he will answer your prayers, solve your problems, meet your needs, heal your body, relieve your worries, mend families, fix broken relationships. I just go down the list. Lord, let heaven's blessings be upon our ministry supporters, our brethren. You're our brethren, and I just pray for these blessings upon you. You know, we have a lot of people that tune in strictly for the news and information. And I understand that. There are people out there that are seeking some answers for this world that we live in.

But at the same time, we're really not a news program. No. What we really are is a warning program. We are the alarm that's being sent. It's like the tornado alarm that's telling you the tornado is in town and is heading your way. That's what we are. We are a warning to each bit of information

At least three because of before COVID and moved, moved to another country. And I've not talked to her, not heard from her, not an email, nothing. She left on good terms, very nice young lady. She married a young man from another country. They moved to his home country. And I've never heard from her since. She sent an audio message to Susan two weeks ago on Facebook. I think it was Facebook. And said, the Holy Spirit told me to tell Rick, remember why you started.
