Fox being one of the few networks that mentioned the Republican press conference today. Of course. Biden family received millions from foreign nationals, tried to conceal source of funds. Doc, over at the Justice Department, this is what they were focused on today. We see this headline. Number two, this is Congressman George Santos charged with fraud, money laundering, theft of public funds, and false statements.

This is actually from the Department false statements. This is actually from the Department of Justice. It's their press release. You know, Doc, there's no such thing as coincidence. It was not a coincidence. Especially in politics. Especially in politics. It was not a coincidence that federal agents arrested George Santos today. Look, he's a minor player. In my view, he's a buffoon. He shouldn't, shouldn't have been elected, should never have been elected. But Biden should not have been elected either. And Biden should have been arrested a long time ago. What did the Democrats do today? They knew that the Republicans were going to hold a press conference. See, the Republicans, they just don't know.

I'm amazed at how the Republicans just can't figure out how the game is played. Do you think they think that if we're just nice enough, the Democrats will work with us? You know, people jokingly call the Republicans the stupid party. They, they do things that you just think you can't be that naive that you don't know that the Democrats are going to outfox you. So Mr. Comer, the chairman of the committee, the House Oversight Committee, he's been announcing for days, hey, on Wednesday, we're bringing out the truth on Joe Biden. We're going to have a press conference and we're going to lay it all out. Well, what did he think the Democrats would do?

The same thing they always do. They throw out the distraction. And today the distraction was George Santos. Which shows that the Justice Department is political. Right. It's not fair. It's not about justice. It's about politics. So you can get federal agents to raid somebody's home or office if it serves the political party. And that's what they did today. They went out and they picked up a guy, like I said, a member of the House of Representatives that nobody takes seriously. Everybody knows he's a liar.

He should have been dealt with a long time ago. But his arrest- He serves a purpose. He serves a purpose. Both for the Democrats and Republicans. And his arrest... He serves a purpose. He serves a purpose. Both for the Democrats and Republicans. Yes, and his arrest was timed for today. They could only play

that arrest card one time. And today was the day they needed to play that card. Not Tuesday, not Thursday, but today, Wednesday. So, Doc, when the Republicans held their press conference, I went to all the various news sites.

CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, and then all the other news outlets. There was nothing, nothing about the Biden crime family. It was Santos, Santos, Santos. Yes. Drudge report, Santos, Santos. Yes. Drudge report. Front and center. Santos is nowhere.

You can't find anything about the Biden crime family. They wanted the public to know that Santos was a criminal. He was politically corrupt. Well, he is. But in comparison to the Bidens taking millions of dollars from the Chinese Communist Party. And we'll lay that out here today with the press conference that Representative Comer and the House Select Committee came out with today. In fact, before we go to that, Doug, let's look at Politico later today came out with a headline.

Congressman Comer releases Biden family probe update without showing a link to Joe Biden. The whole thing was about Joe Biden. Yes. Congressman Comer said, we are investigating Joe Biden. But Politico put a spin on it. Oh, yeah, they had some evidence, but it doesn't link Joe Biden to the crimes. And as we go through this today, it's going to be obvious that the president was involved and was actively receiving payments as vice president.

Now, were they handing a check directly to him? We're going to talk about that. First of all, what business is the Biden family in? Are they in the oil business, Rick? Are they in the public utility business? Do they own a railroad? What is the Biden family business? Influence and access.

Influence and access. Influence and access. And so they set up a string, a web of shell companies to launder money through. And it's not just Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. No, it's the whole plan. Ten Biden family members so far are implicated in this scandal. So the press conference, we're actually going to show you about 75% of the press conference. So for the next 30 minutes, we're going to be showing you segments from that press conference because the information that was presented today is powerful. It needs to be seen and heard by the American people and the news media will not tell the American people what was said today.

So we're going to do our best to help the House committee get this information over to the American people. And I encourage you to tell your friends and neighbors to watch this episode of True News because they're not going to see this on CNN. No. They're not going to see much of it, even on Fox. I mean, they'll give us some attention, but we're going to show you the actual press conference and let you hear what these members of Congress discovered as they investigated the Biden crime syndicate. Let's watch. Here's the first one. Since taking the gavel in January, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability has accelerated its investigation investigating President Biden and his family's shady business deals

that capitalize on Joe Biden's public office and risked our country's national security. This committee has a duty to ask questions and pursue the facts no matter where they take us. Through the committee's investigation, we intend to provide transparency to the American people and reach legislative solutions. In only four months since obtaining subpoena authority, we have made astonishing progress. Today, we'll talk about that progress. First, we want to discuss information the committee has learned since our last press conference in November. New information investigators have uncovered regarding the transfer of money from foreign entities to the Biden family. Many of the

wire payments occurred while Joe Biden was Vice President and leading the United States efforts in these countries. First instance, while Vice President Biden was lecturing Romania on anti-corruption policies, in reality he was a walking billboard for his son and family to collect money. Hunter Biden and his associates capitalized on a lucrative financial relationship with a Romanian national who was under investigation for and later convicted of corruption in Romania. The Bidens received over $1 million for the deal and 16 of the 17 payments to their associates account that funneled the Biden's money occurred while Joe Biden was vice president.

In fact, the money stops flowing from the Romanian national soon after Joe Biden leaves the vice presidency. This is a pattern of influence peddling. This appears separate from any payment Hunter received from his work connecting this individual to a U.S. law firm. Doc, as you asked a few minutes ago, what is the Biden family business? So what business was Joe Biden doing in Romania when he was vice president of the United States? Was he an investor? Did he own an energy company? Was he bringing building? Did he own an energy company? Was he bringing, building infrastructure in Romania?

Were they manufacturing something? No. Lies. Stories, narratives, cover-ups. They're very good at manufacturing those things. As you heard, Congressman Comer said the House Committee, Oversight Committee, is investigating Joe Biden. This is an investigation of President Biden and his family. Those were his exact words.

Doc, this is leading to impeachment. I believe that they will impeach Joe Biden by the end of this year or early next year, going into the 2024 election. They're going to impeach him. There's going to be payback. That's what we do now, right? That is. We impeach presidents now. Twice if we have to.

The House Republicans will impeach him. Joe Biden will have to run for re-election as an impeach. It doesn't mean convicted. Right. He has to go to the Senate. And I don't think he can be convicted unless the evidence is so overwhelming, which it already is.

But whether the Senate would remove him, well, we don't know yet, do we? It's all up in the air. We don't know. There's a lot of things at play here. We don't know how much evidence. My personal thought is the Republicans have far more evidence of corruption than they have released so far. I believe that they're going to dribble it out between now and election day, but it's leading up to an impeachment.

And they may have something so devastating that the Senate must convict him and remove him from the White House in an election year. Wouldn't that be an amazing turn of events? It would, but it would also be a real black eye on our nation. I mean, to have a president impeached for corruption while he's running for president. Yes, but the real black eye is the corruption. I agree. It's the corruption. I mean, if the evidence shows that he was taking millions of dollars from foreign countries, including communist China, with direct links to the Communist China Party, to the China Communist Party, he must be removed from the White House.

Well, and that's where the next segment takes us, because the representative of Comer speaks directly about the Biden relationship with China. So let's watch this. We'll also provide further information regarding the Biden's relationship with China. This includes two individuals the committee is particularly concerned about. One of them, Yi Jinping, had close ties to the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party and operated a mult-billion dollar energy company with access to large sums of money. We'll discuss how the Bidens received millions of dollars from this individual through the

use of shell companies and wire transfers. In March, the committee released its first bank records memorandum that showed a Biden associate, Rob Walker, used his company to funnel money from the Chinese to various Biden family members. Democrats dismissed the evidence, even though it was based on bank records directly from the bank. The Democrats on the Oversight Committee received the same records as the Republicans, and they were able to verify the information. Democrats said all the bank records showed were Papa John's and Starbucks receipts. They deliberately chose to misconstrue and deny what was clearly in front of them.

Hunter Biden's representatives claimed the money was, quote, good faith seed funds, but could not explain why those funds had to go through an intermediary in what appears to be an attempt to hide the transfers from the Chinese. They also couldn't explain why the Bidens received over $1 million in 16 different wire transfers over a period of three months to at least five different banks. The president, when confronted with this information, said it wasn't true. Instead of being honest with the American people, President Biden has claimed since the 2020 election that his family has not received money from China.

That was a lie in 2020, and he continues to lie to the American people now. The Bidens have received millions of dollars from China. It is inconceivable that the president did not know it. The White House refuses to correct the president's statements, showing the president is now using the federal government to run interference for his families and his own role in these schemes. The congressman said President Biden received millions of dollars from Communist China. And it's, you know, it's not reasonable to believe that he didn't know about it.

OK, no. No. What? Know that the money came from China or that he had received millions of dollars? I mean, if you look in your bank account, you log on to your bank account and you see, hey, my checking account balance right now is up about $8 million. Would you go, that's normal? Or would you say, that's really odd. I didn't have $8 million there yesterday. For me, it would be odd.

Oh, I see a bank wire came in. Oh, Bank of China. I wonder who in China likes me. Of course, of course Biden knows where the money came from. And the FBI knows where the money came from. And the Treasury Department knew about it. They have a unit that tracks suspicious criminal activity.

It's called Suspicious Activity Reports. Well, those are reports from the bank, but the Treasury Department has... Its own practices. They have an entire department that monitors international bank transfers looking for criminal activity. And you think nobody saw this? Now, what you're going to hear later is that there were a lot of people. They're unnamed. We don't know who they are. But there were a lot of people who raised questions about suspicious banking activities with the Bidens. What happened? Where did their reports go? Where did their warnings go? Whether they were bankers or federal agents, who kept covering up the Biden crime activity? Because look, this goes back to the days of Obama.

Yes. It probably goes back a lot further than that. This particular circumstance takes us back to his years as Vice President. So the Justice Department and the FBI was covering this up during the four years of the Trump administration. Poor

President Trump, he had no control over the Justice Department. The Justice Department was after him. They were pursuing him and yet covering up for Joe Biden during the four years that Mr. Trump was in the White House. I mean, I really do have sympathy for President Trump, what he endured and the treachery, the lying, the deception inside his own administration. But he appointed those people. You know, he did. He put Bill Barr in the attorney.

He put the various Rod Rosenstein. He put them there. Rod Rosenstein and others, he put them there. Every one of them bit him. Every single one. Because the Justice Department has its own deep state and you can't, nobody can get them out.

What the Republicans need to campaign on, and I don't think that they would do it, but if there was a really, really bold presidential candidate who had a ticket running for every House and Senate seat. But the other promise is if you elect us as a team, we will repeal the federal law that prohibits the firing of federal employees. Not repeal it, we will suspend it. We'll pass a law that suspends it for four years. And we will fire every corrupt federal employee. Because our audience may not know, it's virtually impossible to fire a federal employee. Well, it's like getting rid of a college professor

with tenure. They're in. That's why you have all these communist Marxist professors. You can't get rid of them. And so you have people who are deeply embedded down layers and layers inside these government agencies, and they don't respond to any president. They don't follow any president's direction. They have their own agenda. They have their own agenda.

They have their own deep state. And that's what President Trump was dealing with for four years. He could give a command, he could give a presidential directive, and they ignored it. They did what they wanted to do. Somebody has to get rid of these people. And you're going to have to suspend the federal law that prohibits firing federal employees. You know, in the old days of this country, whoever is president hired a whole new bunch. It was Andrew Jackson. His phrase was, to the victor belongs the spoils. Right. That was pretty much the philosophy going up pretty much into the mid-20th century.

Yes, yes it was. But then after World War II, things began to change. Intelligence services began to gain more power. And they were embedding their people in these agencies. Because the enemy wasn't the Soviet Union. Suddenly it was us here. We never think about it, that the intelligence agencies were embedding their people

in government agencies. Agriculture, treasury, commerce. How many intelligence agents are embedded in those agencies that you can't fire? So somebody's got a campaign on a platform that we are going to suspend all laws that prohibit firing of federal employees.

We're going to suspend it for four years, and then we're going to clean house, and we're going to put a whole new group of people in. Well, you may as well ask Santa for a pony too, right? We're at it. And so why not? Well, I get to, and you talk about that struggle with the deep state and even Comer kind of touched on this a little bit in his press conference about the tension that exists between the house select committee and getting information from the FBI and the struggle

that there is to try to get, you know, uh, know, it's like getting blood out of a turnip. So the FBI protects the crime syndicate. Right. So let's, this is Representative Comer again speaking about that issue. And he also talks about some new banking information that's just become available here recently. Now I want to say a few remarks about the developments last week. A week ago, I sent a subpoena to the FBI for a form that a whistleblower has alleged is in the FBI's possession. We hope the FBI will be transparent and forthcoming and provide the oversight committee with the 1023 form we have subpoenaed. If they do, the committee will assess the form

it has subpoenaed from the FBI and has been my practice. We will report to you only facts when they are verified and indisputable. This committee will not pursue witch hunts or string the American people along for years with false promises of evidence that is beyond circumstantial evidence, as Representative Adam Schiff and the Democrats did for years. I trust the whistleblower. A subpoena from this committee is a powerful tool that I do not take lightly. The level of detail provided to Senator Grassley led me to conclude a subpoena was warranted, and I stand by that assessment. I will say this. When Senator Grassley approached me with the information the whistleblower provided, it was because of the information we've learned through this committee's own investigation that indicated to me the

whistleblower's allegations are consistent with our independent findings. Those findings are what I called you here today to discuss. The committee has reviewed thousands of bank records from individuals and companies affiliated with the Bidens and their associates. It has received these bank records pursuant to four subpoenas I've issued to different banks. These were targeted and specific subpoenas, and each was different based on the information we believed the banks possessed. Every one of those subpoenas returned valuable information that had been unreported and that contributed to this committee's understanding of how the Bidens conducted their businesses.

The committee is concerned by the complicated, suspicious network of over 20 companies. We have identified the Bidens and their associates used to enrich themselves. Most of these companies were limited liability companies formed during Joe Biden's vice presidency. The bank records show the Biden family, their associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their companies. Some of that money came from a Chinese company and went to Hunter Biden's company. Other transfers occurred with the help of Rob Walker, who then sent it on to different Biden family members. This is not how lawful businesses operate. Chinese nationals affiliated with the Bidens created limited liability companies in the United States

and then in a short period of time transferred their interest to a Chinese company that sent money to the Bidens. This is not normal. No, it's criminal. It's definitely unethical. Well, it's criminal when you are taking actions to conceal the source of money. And there are many people in federal prison because they got charged with conspiracy to commit a crime. When you are creating a smoke screen to conceal, to hide the source of money or the whereabouts of money or the transfer of money. Wouldn't that be racketeering? I mean, wouldn't... Maybe I'm...

I think the term probably is structuring. You make deliberate efforts structuring a corporate... a corporate wall that would hide the real purpose of the transactions. They get convictions on people on structuring.

And that's exactly what I'm hearing there, that the Bidens structured financial deals to conceal their interests. And what they said, he said they transferred the interests of the LLCs to Chinese nationals. Yes. How can you do that? Well, let's listen to some more of these statements that came out today at the House Oversight Committee press conference. Hunter Biden and his associates courted business in countries that correlated directly with Joe Biden's work as vice president. This is also not normal. It is not ethical. And this is why we need legislative

solutions. Our purpose here is to provide legislative solutions to prevent this unethical behavior from ever happening again. This investigation is about investigating allegations of corruption and fraud at the highest levels of the federal government. This should be a bipartisan issue. This committee is considering legislation that would ensure these sorts of business practices do not continue for Democrats or Republicans. Specifically, the committee is crafting legislative solutions aimed at deficiencies. It has identified in ethics laws and disclosure laws for immediate family members of Vice President and the President.

These deficiencies potentially place American national security and American interests at risk. Additionally, the committee is considering legislation that would strengthen reporting requirements related to certain foreign transactions involving senior elected officials' family members. Finally, the committee is evaluating the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering laws to determine whether financial institutions have the available tools and support from federal agencies to thwart illegal money laundering and foreign corruption activity. As I said, I'm very pleased and further developments the committee is aware of,

the investigation will enter a new phase now that is armed with information attained in the bank records. I will soon issue a new round of subpoenas to banks for specific targeted information. I will also provide one more opportunity for certain Biden associates, including his art gallerist and Rob Walker, to cooperate willingly with this investigation. Finally, I'm publicly releasing the second bank accounts memorandum to the American people so they can see for themselves the activities the Biden family is engaged in, despite the president's statements to the contrary. I want to thank the people and financial institutions that

have cooperated with this investigation so far. I also want to encourage more people to come forward and let them know their information will be kept private and confidential. To my Democrat colleagues, I want to say that this investigation will continue to move forward. Do you want to continue covering up the Biden's influence peddling schemes when the evidence is being placed right in front of you? With or without Democrat support, we will continue working to deliver the answers, transparency, and accountability that the American people deserve. Now this is where I get frustrated with the Republicans. I have to just say the same thing. Because they're going to pass laws to make sure that future presidents and vice presidents aren't on the take with communist China.

There ought to be a law. There ought to be a law against it. Not one person today at that press conference said the word treason. That's what we're dealing with here. Treason. Joe Biden sold out America. He's been on the take. The Chinese communists own him.

He's a traitor. He's not just corrupt. He's a traitor. We don't know what he's given them. And they're not trying to find out. That's where the rub is because we're less than 18 months away from the presidential election right now. 18 months away. What I got from Representative Comer there, buses heart, is they're going to drag this out the entire time.

Yes. All the way. They are going to use this out the entire time. Yes. All the way. They are going to use this every step of the way. Right. And nothing's going to happen. Right. I mean, that's the impression I get. But they're not outraged that there was treason committed. Because they're not ready to go that far, are they?

No. No, they're not. No, they're not. And I don't think they're going to to go that far, are they? No, no, they're not. No, they're not. And I don't think they're going to allow any member of the House on the Republican side to say the word treason. Even Marjorie Taylor Greene, I think they'll muzzle her. They won't let her say it. She may let the word slip out one day, but she'll get slapped down pretty fast and told to get back in line because they're not ready to go there yet. This is about reform. We want to reform our laws so that we don't have

these kind of things happen in the future. But we'll continue with this press conference. The next one is Congressman Andy Biggs, and he gets into more detail now. Congressman Comer has kind of been laying the foundation here, and now we're going to get deeper into the facts. This is what Congressman Andy Biggs said today. So when we talk about the Biden family and associates, I think it's important for the American people to understand what we mean when we're talking about these associates. What are we really getting at? First, they use them as vehicles to move money directly into Biden family accounts.

Why is that? It's because they were looking to obfuscate and hide where the money was coming from. For example, the Bidens used their associate Rob Walker to bring in millions of dollars from China and Romania. Walker's limited liability company, Robinson Walker LLC paid Hunter, James, Hallie and others in the Biden network more than $2 million after foreign money hit his account. One-third to the Bidens. That was the pattern. For example, on March 1, 2017, only two months after Joe Biden left office, Robinson Walker received a $3 million wire from State Energy HK Limited, a Chinese entity. The next day, one-third of that money,

$1,065,000, went to the bank account in Abu Dhabi of the company EEIG, which was controlled by James Gilead, another Biden associate. Over the next three months, Robinson Walker LLC sent 16 incremental payments to over five different Biden accounts, totaling $1,065,692. This included payments to James Biden, who received five wires and over $50,000, who did no discernible work to earn that money. A third to Gilear, a third to the Bidens. What was State Energy HK Limited? That is a second class of Biden associates, the people from whom the Bidens conducted business.

State Energy HK Limited was a company controlled by Yi Jiaming. Yi was a Chinese billionaire who was reportedly the former Deputy Secretary General, excuse me, Deputy Secretary Counsel for an international outreach arm for the People's Liberation Army. It's called the China Association for International Friendly Contact. According to a US agency, that organization is a platform for deploying undercover intelligence gatherers. Chairman Yi started an energy company called CEFC China. Yi explained in a speech to the committee that the committee has obtained and translated into English that CEFC China's vision is very simple.

It is to obtain overseas resources and serve the national strategy. Not U.S. national strategy, Chinese national strategy. And Chinese national strategy is Chinese Communist Party's strategy. Yi was close to Chinese President Xi Jinping and welcomed at least one foreign president to Beijing with Yi. The DOJ has referenced Yi and CEFC in a scheme bribing African leaders. The other Chinese national I'll mention now is Gong Wendong, who did work for Yi in America. When Yi needed to do business in America, he often looked to Gong Wen Dong. The amount of money Yi was sending to Gong Wen Dong was staggering.

From June through August of 2017 alone, Yi transferred to Gong Wen Dong in America more than $130 million. Yi met with Hunter Biden in February 2017 and gave him a diamond reportedly worth tens of thousands of dollars as a gift. In August of 2017, Yi, through Gong Wendong, opened up a business with Hunter and James Biden called Hudson West 3, based here in Washington, D.C. And Hunter wanted to get Joe Biden's keys to the office and they could all share office space together, according to an email verified by The Washington Post. But things didn't go as planned because the Chinese detained he in March of 2018 for fraud.

In an email to Gong Wendong and another associate, Hunter tried to explain the way the last year of doing business together. This is an email that has also been verified by the Washington Post. Hunter wrote, and I quote, I am not in a joint venture with CEFC. I'm not partners with CEFC and I'm not employed nor funded by CEFC. Close quote. But Hunter was funded by CEFC, as Ms. Mace will explain. I'm extremely concerned about the president's connections to these individuals. He was supposedly meant to share office space with and is denied knowing anything about these transactions and these business dealings, and also is denied receiving any money for himself or his family from Chinese connections. That has been proven to be a lie.

And I'll yield back to you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you. So, Doc, we just heard the treason part. Biden was financially connected legally in a corporation with a high-ranking Chinese communist who was well-connected to the Chinese PLA and Chinese military intelligence. And part of his role was to embed Chinese intelligence agents in organizations around the world to collect information. Now we know what they were doing.

Yeah, it's not like we didn't know, but there's the first piece of evidence. Biden is a traitor. He sold out America for money for the Biden family. My question is, why is he sharing it with so many members of the family? And why doesn't... Is that how the mafia works? But what role were they playing? The other Biden family, I understand his son Hunter

and his brother Jim. They seem to be hands-on business managers in the business of influence peddling. But what about all the other Bidens? What do they do? Maybe they provide the cover for them. Maybe they allow the access for the accounts. They may not even know that they have the accounts in some cases, maybe some of the younger children, because it goes, I mean, we're talking some of these had accounts when they were kids.

That's a possibility. That's a possibility that there are members of the Biden family who don't even know that their names are on bank accounts that millions of dollars have flowed through. That's possible. I mean, some major banks have done that in laundering money. They've had, people had checking accounts in their banks, and the banks were secretly moving money through those checking accounts

that might only be there for an hour. But they moved it long enough to get it off the books in one location. It'll be interesting to find out why the other members of the family are involved. Because up until now, it seemed like it was primarily Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, James Biden. But they're saying today 10 Biden family members, at least 10. And in some ways, this last clip was a trip down true news memory lane because we were talking about CEFC and all this two years, three years ago. I mean, so this isn't a surprise. office space, the office sharing thing. I still remember that story where they were trying to bring Hunter, Joe Biden, and the Chinese guy together in one shared office with the same key. And so it was like, well, this isn't a shock statement to understand that this has been

going on for quite a while. These relationships have been in place. But the pieces are coming together now. Right. But Romania, today's the first time I heard Romania involved in the Biden scandal. Yeah. Maybe we'll talk about that a little bit. Because Romania suddenly is now

on the corruption radar and other countries aren't. Yeah, where's the evidence about Ukraine? That was a question I was asking you earlier today. All that I listened to the entire press conference and I was waiting for them to say. the connections that Hunter Biden had with Burisma and whether President Biden as vice president, you know, cursed political, you know, appointments in Ukraine. Not a single peep about Ukraine. All right. So I would say that there are two reasons, two options. Number one, the Republican Party leadership told the House committee, stay away from Ukraine. Don't mess with the war. We got to keep the war going. We don't need publicity about how corrupt Ukraine is. Or number two, they have a lot more evidence linking Ukraine to Biden

and they're saving it for later. Which one do you want to go with? I'm going with, they're saying, hey, we got the Democrats to go with us on the war. Let's stick with this. Let's don't rock the boat.

Our guys are making money right now in the war. So they'll come back to Ukraine after the war is over. That's my hunch. Next one up is Congresswoman Nancy Mace and she talks about following the money trail and what they've learned. This is what we know today. Money flowed from the Chinese Communist Party aligned with individuals into American shell companies. And then that money was wired and transferred to Biden family members. This could be the most

corrupt scheme in American politics where a sitting vice president, where we saw members of his family, nine members so far, there may be more, that were enriched from countries all over the world. And we're providing more information about Romania today. We know about China. We know that the president denied this during an election in 2020, continues to deny it to this day. And we want everyone held accountable if they have violated their oath of office. We shouldn't have folks that are in office that are betraying their oath of office. We shouldn't have people in office that are betraying their country.

If they're paying loads of cash to their family members from adversaries of ours around the world, it's wrong, whether you have a Republican or a Democrat by your name. And we saw evidence of intentionally taking steps to hide the sources of money coming directly from China through a series of financial gymnastics. Joe Biden's political career was winding down at the time, and this was one of the Biden family's last chances to cash in on the name. We have evidence of Chairman Yi Jingming, who is believed to be affiliated with Chinese Communist Party intelligence organizations and has even been accused of gathering intel for in China. His agent in America, Gong Wendong, which Andy Biggs mentioned earlier, formed CEFC Infrastructure Investment U.S. on May 11, 2017. On May 18, 2017, Dong used one of his Chinese companies, Shang Huaxin, to fund CEFC infrastructure in an attempt to hide the source of the money. And you see this pattern repeated over and over and over again. On June 30, 2017, Shanghai Huoxin sent $10 million from China to CEFC Infrastructure.

Then on August 4, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure wired $100,000 directly to Hunter Biden's own corporation, OWASCO PC. Hunter's OWASCO also received a half a million from another entity affiliated with Yi, State Energy HK Limited. State Energy HK appears to be part of Yi's personal slush fund to potentially commit bribery and launder money. The Chinese Communist Party affiliated entities may have bought influence with the Bidens that they couldn't get otherwise, and obviously for good reason. These alleged layering schemes are repetitive. They knew what they were doing. They knew how to do it, and they did it multiple times all over the world. If it looks complicated and sounds complicated, it was intentionally made to be

complicated so you could not follow the money. What we're trying to do today is show you how to follow the money. The Committee of Oversight, we need to pursue the Chinese relationship with the Serbian politician Vuk Jaramic, who first attempted to introduce Yi to the Bidens in 2015. From August 2015 to June of 2016, State Energy HK paid Jaramic's company $3 million. When Jaramic ran for UN Security General, who did he turn to? It appears he turned to Hunter Biden. On June 16, 2016, Jeremic wrote to Hunter asking if he could meet with the Vice President's National Security Advisor, Colin Kahl, related to the elections for UN Security General.

The meeting appears to have happened because on July 2nd, 2016, Jeremy informed Hunter that my meeting quote with Colin did not last very long, but it didn't go too bad. I think what is suboptimal is that the office of the vice president seems to be outside the decision-making loop on the UN Security General elections issue. These people didn't come to Hunter Biden because he understood world politics or that he was experienced in it or that he understood Chinese businesses. They wanted him for the access his last name gave them, access to the Chinese Communist Party they couldn't otherwise get. In March of 2017, the same Chinese company that sent $3 million to Vuk Jeremic sent $3 million to one of Biden's associates, who siphoned off 30 percent. As Annie Biggs mentioned, we see that repeated over and over again, siphoned off 30 percent or a million dollars to Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, why she would need that,

and an unknown Biden bank account. The committee has written to Vuk Jeremik and Rob Walker, but they have both refused to cooperate with the oversight committee. The Biden family needs to answer for this. And the DOJ needs to get off its ass and investigate. We've done the work for them so that they can't screw it up now. If these allegations, any of these allegations are proven true, then someone with the last name Biden needs to be charged, prosecuted, maybe spend a little time in prison to take to account and responsible for the actions they've taken today. Does she really think the Justice Department is going to be shamed in action? No, they're not. Why would they? They have no motivation to go into action, do they?

But after all that evidence that you heard, what we saw today is the Justice Department sprung into action and arrested George Santos. Yes. It's fine if they arrest him, but don't stop there. Go over to the White House and arrest Biden and pick up the whole Biden family. I mean, I'm not a defender of George Santos. I think he's a little lying creep. But it was a cover. It was a diversionary tactic to take the minds of the eyes of the American people away from the Biden crimes and get people talking about George Santos. They just needed to change the headline. That's all they needed.

The next one is Congressman Byron Donald talking about the fact that the Biden businesses are not legitimate businesses. They're just shell companies. The Biden family doesn't have a legitimate business that they engage in. Here it is. What we're seeing here, what we're witnessing with the Biden family, frankly, is just a web of concealment, of deception. A lot of people would say corruption, but let's be very clear. You have this many companies involved, this velocity of transactions, size of transactions. Like my colleagues have said, this is not how normal businesses operate. I had the ability with Chairman Comer and other members of the committee to go over to the Treasury building and review documents. And having read those documents, one thing became pretty

crystal clear that there were many people who had serious questions about the transactions and about the velocity of these transactions. And they either get very, very deep into concealment, hiding money, shifting money. And for the purpose, we don't know because one thing everybody in this room and the American people definitely know is that the Biden family doesn't really have a business. There is no business structure around this family except politics and since joe biden has spent decades in the senate served eight years as vice president and is now president of the united states and the family's getting money from various countries and foreign businesses through various shell companies and this web of llcs. I mean, guys, you in the press, this is easy pickings.

I'm giving you Pulitzer stuff here. All you have to do is literally look at our memo and see the level of detail upon which they have created this. And it's very, very frustrating. We have now been able to clearly see that the Biden's associates, like Rob Walker, Eric Sherman, has been discussed, created at least 16 companies while Joe Biden was vice president of the United States. 16 companies created while he was vice president.

Now the list is 20. And as we continue our investigation, that list is growing. And like I said before, the question is to serve what purpose? And the purpose of all these companies being created is to conceal money that the Biden family has been gaining because Joe Biden has been sitting at the upper echelon of our politics for almost five decades. That is the entire purpose here. Here's an example of what I mean. You have Rosemont Seneca Partners, Rosemont Seneca Advisors, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, RSP Holdings, RSTP2 Alpha, RSTP2 Bravo, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, Rosemont Seneca Bohai. I want to make sure I pronounce it

right. Bohai, B-O-H-A-I. And the list goes on and on. Cycling through this many companies serves no legitimate purpose. And as somebody who actually worked in banking, I did that long before I came here. all over the place and you see wire transfers and cashier checks over here going to random members of the family for no apparent purpose at the size and velocity at which all of this was being conducted, the only logical conclusion of a financial professional is you are concealing money. Let me restate this. You are concealing money from either the IRS or from credit agencies or from other people in general. That's the only reason you set up a structure like this. Some of these companies were connected to Hunter's personal professional company, Oswego, or Skinny Atlas, Scale Atlas, however you want to pronounce it. And the list goes on and on. And Mr. Biggs, he talked about Hudson West 3 and some of those other issues that were going on as well. One thing I want to make sure is that all of this has happened and Joe Biden is aware.

Nobody in this room can logically sit here and say that the president of the United States had no idea that these companies were being formed while he was vice president of the United States. And I will add to you, he was probably in better mental shape then than he is today. I'll throw that out there. And so what this committee is going to continue to do is pursue this investigation. We are going to continue to document, and we're going to provide that information to all of you in the press. So to help you, and frankly, like Congresswoman May said, and probably help the DOJ along with their investigation. One quick note, it's interesting that the Department of Justice has been investigating Hunter Biden for quite some time. And we seem to just never really get anywhere. And so I think that's also

interesting as well. I wonder what's going on at the Department of Justice. But that being said, the bottom line is there is no real business here. None. And let me also say this, because I know there are many in this room who wanted to go down all the various schemes that our colleagues on the other side of the aisle accused

the former president of. Be very clear. The former president actually had a business. Very big business. You could say it was his name. You could say it was very big business you could say it was his name you could say it was his buildings you could say it was wine you could say it was branding you could say it was the apprentice but he had a very big and legitimate business which everybody in this room clearly knows and understands and can point to and say ah that's the thing that thing over there joe biden has no business except his position in politics. And it is the requirement of this committee to investigate that.

We're going to continue to do that, and we're going to let the facts speak for themselves. Congressman Donald makes a very good point. Nobody knows the business that the Bidens are in. Can't define it. But with Trump, you knew it was hotels, casinos, entertainment shows, TV shows, golf courses, and so forth. Barack Obama didn't have a business. He was a Marxist. College professor, really.

Yeah. Really never had a job. He was just a street organizer. George W. Bush was in oil. And baseball. And baseball out in midland texas uh bill clinton he didn't have a job he was bill clinton he's bill clinton all right um see a pattern but we knew we knew he didn't have a business right all right uh george herbert walker bush Right. Right? George Herbert Walker Bush was also in energy. Ronald Reagan, entertainment, Hollywood, before being governor of California. Jimmy Carter, peanut farmer.

Now, it was easy for me to remember the business affairs of all these presidents. Right. But ask me, what is the business of the Biden family? What are they into? Influence. Corruption. They're traders. They sell. Look, the Clintons

traded secrets of America. China got its rocketry from Bill Clinton. China built its military on secrets that Bill Clinton sold. The Clintons are crooks and the Bidens are crooks. They both got away with it. Representative Donald's brought up a good point there at the end about the investigation into Hunter Biden.

How long has this investigation been going on, Rick? What investigation? Well. What investigation? I understand what you're saying. Has the FBI said he's under investigation? Have they said there is an active FBI federal investigation? Have they ever said it? No. That's a good point. They have never said there is an active FBI federal investigation? Have they ever said it?

No. That's a good point. They have never said it. But assuming that there is one. But there isn't one. Has the Department of Justice said there is an active criminal investigation of Hunter Biden? Not that I can recall.

Nobody. But the point I'm trying to make is we've been talking about this whole situation with Hunter Biden for at least four years. Yes, but there's not been an investigation by an official law enforcement agency. But they were able to get George Santos in six months. Yes. Yeah. Because they needed his.

They needed his arrest today. They began the investigation into George Santos in November. Doc, they could drop all the charges tomorrow. It wouldn't matter to them. They needed the headlines today. That's all it was about, the headlines. To keep this Biden story off the headlines. They gave their news media comrades. Comrades is right. Yes. Gave them the

cover to keep the Biden story off the headlines. And newspaper editors, television news network editors, they can say, wow, the Santa story, it just happened overnight. It was the big story of the day. Our entire news team was covering the surprise Santa arrest. No, they knew it was coming. It was all scheduled to happen on this day because the Republicans foolishly announced their press conference. When are the Republicans going to learn their lesson? You can't give the Democrats the opportunity to outsmart you. And you've got to surprise them.

You have to bring evidence out when they least expect it. So we got one more video from this press conference. This is Congressman Jim Jordan, and he's talking about 170 suspicious activity reports from banks. Suspicious activity reports. The key word in that phrase is the word suspicious. There are 170 of those reports, many of them put together by the Treasury Department of our government in the Obama-Biden administration. So 170 of those that the committee has reviewed, thousands of pages of bank records the committee has reviewed, and that has told us that there are now multiple, as Mr. Donald just said, multiple LLCs receiving money from foreign entities and paying that money out to multiple members of the Biden family. And the fundamental question is the one Byron just raised. For what? What did they do? What was the business? What service did they provide? What value did they add? What did they do to warrant receipt of the money? That is the fundamental question. And no one seems to have an answer to that fundamental question. But Mr. Comer, Chairman Comer and the team, that's what we're looking into trying to get. And I would just say this, too. Why not just come clean? Why not just be honest with us?

Why not tell us the truth? But I would tell you this. I think it's a pattern with this administration. They haven't been square with us, straight with us, straight with the American people about anything. They told they tell us the border is secure. We know it isn't. They tell us our debt ceiling bill is going to hurt veterans. No, it doesn't. Joe Biden said during the campaign that the letter from 51 former intel officials, when he used in the debate, he portrayed it as if it was organic. And we now know through another investigation that we're all working on that in fact it was coordinated that letter from 51 former intel officials was coordinated with the biden campaign so much so the biden campaign told mike morel here's the journalist we want you to have the story to the

letter to first why not just be straight with this why Why not come clean? Why not tell us the truth? Tell the American people the truth. They deserve that from their government. Again, the fundamental question is, what did they do to warrant the receipt of millions and millions of dollars? Why did Joe Biden's brother? Why did Joe Biden's sister-in-law? Why did Joe Biden's son? Why did so many family members get the money?

What did they do to warrant receipt of that money? That's the fundamental question. Chairman Comer and the team have done great work, and they're determined to get answers to those fundamental questions. This is Doc. Won't they come clean, Rick? Congressman Jordan, is he really seriously expecting the Bidens just to come clean. They're going to come out of the whole family and go, gosh, you caught us.

We've been taking millions of dollars from the Chinese. Yep, we're just going to fess up and tell you we did it. We did it. Does he really think that's going to happen? I know. When I was watching, I was laughing out loud in the office. What worries me is that they think that's going to happen? I know. When I was watching, I was laughing out loud in the office. that's going to happen, that maybe it would happen or should happen. These are criminals. They're traitors. They're liars. They're liars and deceivers. And the Republicans

never know how to deal with this stuff. And they just keep getting beaten over and over and over by the same criminals. Well, we wanted you to see it. I do applaud the Republicans for investigating. At least they have brought forth information that the American people have never heard before. We heard things today that we have never heard.

And I applaud them. I congratulate them on doing it. I do think that they're naive in thinking that maybe the Bidens would confess to it. Maybe we could just pass laws and outlaw influence peddling. It's already illegal. That's right. Treason's illegal. It's already illegal. That's right. Treason's illegal. Stealing is illegal.

Yeah, lying is already illegal. We don't need any more laws. And, you know, the Biden family has been in the influence business longer than eight years. Let's just say that. James Biden, his brother, got immense contracts to build construction projects in Iraq. Sweet. Some of the sweetest deals in history. Biden was on the take when Jim Jordan was was managing ballgames as a coach. When he had to wear a jacket, he had to wear a jacket.

The Bidens are experienced crooks. But anyhow, we wanted you to see it because nobody else is going to talk about it. You got to see most of the press conference.
