He has until Monday to pay $454 million fine in an outrageous court decision, one of the most, I would say, the most unfair court decision I've ever seen in my life. And if he doesn't pay it by Monday, the Attorney General of the state of New York, Letitia James, will begin padlocking his properties, not only in New York, but across America, including Mar-a-Lago.

She will have the legal right to seize the properties and sell them off in public auctions to humiliate Mr. Trump. She's trying to drive him into bankruptcy. Well, New York Post, Donald Trump slams political hack judge in New York civil fraud case, says he has nearly $500 million bond amount in cash. This is the first time we've heard this statement. He's been trying to borrow the $454 million. No insurer would loan the money to him. And the reason that they wouldn't loan the money to him, because he's got the real estate to back it up as collateral,

the reason that the big bond companies would not loan the money to him is that they are afraid. They are afraid of what the Democrats will do to them. If they help Mr. Trump get out of the trouble he's in, then the Democrats will turn their legal lawfare machine guns onto the companies that loan the money to Mr. Trump. That's the reason nobody will loan the money to him. But in this article, Mr. Trump says that he has $500 million. Now, he put a, well, this is the New York Post.

communism in America. Let me break this down for you. What Mr. Trump is saying is that the judge that rendered this $454 million verdict, where he came up with that number is that the judge knew through legal documents that the Trump organization had to file with his court, the judge knew that Mr. Trump had nearly $500 million in cash and that the purpose of that cash was to spend it on his presidential campaign. What Mr. Trump is saying is that the judge came up with this verdict, this fine of $454 million to seize the money that Mr. Trump was going to use to finance his campaign. So you've got the statement by Mr. Trump that he has the money, that he intended to use it on the campaign, that the judge just made up out of the air, came up with this figure, $454 million,

to seize the money and get it out of Mr. Trump's hands so he would be crippled in the campaign. But what Mr. Trump is saying today is, I've got the money and I will pay the fine on Monday if a court doesn't issue a stay on this ridiculous order. That's the way I'm reading it. Now, this next story, again, Rocky Balboa of American Politics, CNBC, Trump social media company will go public as, the name of the company, Digital World Acquisition Corporation. Shareholders approve merger.

Mr. Trump's company is going to merge with this DWAC. They approve the merger. This just came out this morning. You're not going to believe this. This is amazing. This is what CNBC was reporting. Shareholders in Digital World Acquisition Corporation voted Friday to approve a merger with Donald Trump's social media company. Look at this.

A deal that could net the former president an eventual windfall of $3 billion or more. Shares in the newly combined company, Trump Media, could begin to be publicly traded next week under the stock symbol DJT, Trump's initials. Trump would have nearly 80 million shares in the merged company. At current trading prices of DWAC, that would be worth around $3 billion or more, although it's not clear what the merged company's opening share price will be. CNBC went on to say that potential windfall for Trump, while massive, could not be immediately realized, at least not under the deal's current terms. Trump will be barred from selling shares in the merged company for at least six months.

Amazing. He's going to get out of the fine on Monday. He's going to pay it. They're not going to seize his property. And in a couple weeks, his company is going to go public and start selling shares, and Mr. Trump's shares will be worth $3 billion. I'm telling you, the man is Rocky Balboa. Whether you like him or not, it doesn't matter.
