This is True News, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help us God.
I'm Rick Wiles, with me is Doc Burkhartart and we are in New York City tonight election day
2022 and we're in New York City because tomorrow we are meeting up here at the JFK
airport with a lot of true news supporters who are going with Doc and me to Jordan for our first Holy Land tour. Yes. And we're very excited about it.
So right now, we're at the TWA Hotel at the JFK Airport.
This is quite a hotel.
Yes.
This is going back into the 1960s.
Behind us is a Lockheed Constellation four-prop airliner.
Look at that baby.
Man, I would love to fly on that thing.
And it used to be owned by Howard Hughes.
Oh, yeah.
Yes.
This particular model?
Yes.
It used to be owned by Howard Hughes.
Where we're at right now, Rick,
the TWA Hotel is a converted terminal building.
And it's a very unique hotel.
And it's quite impressive what
they've been able to do with it. But they have the 1958 Constellation out here, Rick. This was
actually delivered here to the airport. They didn't fly it in. They shipped it in. It's kind
of a strange story. And they brought it through Times Square in New York City before bringing
it out here. And it has an amazing history, just the Constellation itself.
Oh, yeah.
A long history of service in the military.
One of the Constellations was Dwight Eisenhower's Air Force One.
But this one, they brought out here,
and they've actually converted the interior to a restaurant and a cocktail lounge.
So that's a restaurant inside? Yes, and a cocktail lounge. So that's a restaurant inside?
Yes, and a cocktail lounge.
It's really amazing.
Let me tell you, for those of you who are much younger than me,
back in the day, that was the way you traveled the world.
Yes.
A Lockheed Constellation 4-prop airliner.
And if you were on a big bird like that, you were somebody because you were flying
to another country. The times have changed. Yes. And but this airport, TWA, this is like stepping
back in time. It's it's new. I'm saying, you know, it's it's it's you know, the remodeling is is
recent, but it's done in a 1960s retro look. I keep expecting to see Marilyn Monroe or Elvis
walking through the hotel. But we got in here a few hours ago. It's cold. And we fled the hurricane
in Florida. To come to the cold in New York. We prayed that bad boy away. It was headed, when we left this morning, the forecast was for it to make landfall in Vero Beach.
That's right.
And it was a very difficult time, I know, for Doc and me to leave our families knowing that a Cat 1 hurricane was coming straight to Vero Beach.
My next anniversary is going to have to be a big one.
You have to do something really good.
But we prayed.
We prayed, and we prayed that bad boy away.
And the Lord has been honoring that prayer.
Yes.
Because throughout the day, the path of that hurricane has changed,
and it is no longer headed to Vero Beach.
Yes.
Now, some of you might be saying, well, what about the other places?
Listen, there are men and women of God in those cities, and they need to pray.
Yes.
Okay?
Our jurisdiction is Vero Beach because that's where God planted us.
I mean, after all, Jesus didn't calm all the storms, did he, Rick?
He calmed the storm that was threatening his disciples.
Right.
And so he's given you and me the authority to pray in his name.
And that's what we did today.
And we took authority over that storm.
We commanded it to leave Vero Beach.
And it did leave Vero Beach, and it did leave Vero Beach. So if you're in Melbourne or Colca Beach or wherever, you need to start praying in the name of Jesus
and command that thing to move on up, get back out in the sea, and leave everybody alone.
Yes.
Well, now, the reason why we're here in New York, Rick, is, of course, tomorrow we're meeting up with our friends
and viewers that have been joining us for the Jordan tour.
And that starts tomorrow.
And hopefully we'll have the opportunity to speak to the True News audience tomorrow as well before we depart on our flight.
But tonight, it's election night 2022.
And there's lots of things happening all across the country.
We're going to do a quick recap right now of some of the different things that are happening, some of the highlights.
Rick, is this going to be a red ripple or a red tsunami?
What do you think?
I think it'll be a tsunami.
This is a, Doc and I are going to come back probably around 10 p.m. Eastern tonight.
When we finish here, we're going to go get some dinner.
And then I'm going to check in on the election returns.
And we'll regroup out here around 10 and give you an update.
But here's what's happening.
Historically, you know, I like to look at cycles. That in midterm elections, the party out of power, out of the power of the White House,
usually picks up between 26, roughly the average is 26 House seats and four Senate seats.
Right.
That's the average in the cycles. And that's because of dissatisfaction and disenfranchisement with the current administration.
It doesn't matter whether it's a good administration or a bad administration.
There just is that rebound that happens.
And the party out of power is motivated to get back into power.
Right.
And so you see this turnover.
So that's what we're looking at tonight.
If there are more than 25, 26 House seats that flip from Democrat to Republican, then we're looking at a tsunami.
Right.
If it's in the 25, 20 to 25 range, it's just average.
But if it starts getting into 30s, 40s, 50s, then it's a massive wave.
And the same thing in the Senate.
You know, the average is about four seats flip.
If we get over four, this is huge.
And it will take a long time for the Democrats to crawl out of the hole that they will be in.
Right.
So a lot is going to happen.
I want to give you, I've got to open up my phone here.
So, based on this, Nancy Pelosi will not be the Speaker of the House in January.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
She can go home and take care of Paul.
She can take care of Paul.
Not only will she not be the House Speaker, but I predict she will resign.
She will retire.
Well, let's see if that
happens. And I also predict that Governor Newsom will appoint Nancy Pelosi's daughter to take the
House seat. Oh, that's interesting. So you'll have another Pelosi in the House. Wow. Now, that's
interesting. And she's a radical, that girl. Yes, very radical. So that's my prediction. In the Senate, if the Republicans take control of the Senate, which they only have to get
one seat and they're in control.
The Senate right now is 50-50, tied.
If they pick up one seat, they're in control.
But if they pick up four, five, six seats, this is a major shift.
I'm going to predict that Florida Senator Rick Scott will challenge Mitch McConnell to be the Republican Senate majority leader.
Well, that's really the buzz out there right now that that's likely to happen.
And we may see Mitch McConnell retire, not from the Senate, but he may just step back.
Mitch McConnell is, you know, the old boy's been around a long, long time, and he can count votes.
If he discerns that he's going to be defeated, he'll just graciously step away.
Okay?
So that's what I'm kind of looking for.
Well, what are some of the other races that you're looking at tonight, Rick, that you have caught your attention?
This dumb phone.
Trying to keep it open here. The other thing to look at, Doc, is the governorships, okay? Now,
is it like 38 states here that are deciding governors? You got 50 governorships in America.
Currently, 28 states are Republican governors, 22 Democrats.
But on the ballot today are 36 governors.
And of the 36, 20 are Republicans, 16 are Democrats.
And of those 36 elections today, 13 are considered key battleground states like New York, Arizona.
Like, you know, we may see a Republican governor in New York tonight, Lee Zeldin.
That would be incredible.
I hope so.
I hope Lee Zeldin wins.
We haven't had a Republican governor in New York since, I think, 1992.
Governor Pataki was the last Republican elected.
So it's been decades.
Also, listen to this.
There are 88 state legislative chambers, state legislatures, state house, state senate.
88 of them.
That are up for grabs tonight. That are up for grabs tonight.
That are up for grabs tonight.
Currently, the Democrats only control 32.
Republicans control 55.
You want to know how many state legislative seats are going to be decided tonight?
6,278 seats.
And that's at the local level here,
the state representative level.
State representative, state delegate,
whatever, indifferent state, state senator.
Again, if this is a Republican wave,
you're going to see a massive change
in state legislatures.
This will be bigger than Newt Gingrich
and his revolution of Republicans, right?
That's right.
And I, Doc, I ran in 1994. This would be bigger than Newt Gingrich and his revolution of Republicans, right? That's right.
And, Doc, I ran in 1994.
I ran against the former majority leader of the Maryland House of Delegates.
They were grooming him to be a congressman or a governor.
You know, he was on a fast track in the Democratic Party.
And nobody gave me a chance at all.
I mean, nobody thought I could win. And on election night, I was trailing by 10 votes. Just 10 votes? 10 votes. When I went
to bed, I was behind by 10 votes. It was the closest election in the state of Maryland in 1994. But I was being pulled by the Republican wave in 94. It was that tsunami wave.
People were furious. They were fed up with the Clintons. But what happened, Rick, the next day?
Well, we had some shenanigans in the absentee ballots. Well. And, you know, I knew that something shady went on,
but I couldn't do anything about it
because my opponent's father
was the chairman of the county election board.
Right.
So his father's the one who had possession of the ballots.
And I just, you know, I realized,
I can't win this fight, even though I knew in my gut, I knew that they stole it.
But I just graciously conceded. And then the next election, I didn't run. The next election,
he lost. I moved to Texas. I did what Davy Crockett did.
Davy Crockett, when he lost election to the House of Representatives in Tennessee.
I'm going to go shoot Mexicans.
No, no.
He said, he told the voters where they could go.
And then he said, and I'll go to Texas.
And it was a biblical word where he told them to go.
So he went to Texas.
But what else? I want to go. So he went to Texas. But what else,
I want to show you what else we have here. The reason why I asked you about what happened the next day is about the shenanigans. And of course, it appears shenanigans are already starting to
appear in the midterms here in various places. We've heard that there were problems with voting
machines in Maricopa County, out in Arizona today. Dominion voting machines.
20% of the precincts in Maricopa County had Dominion voting tabulator problems.
Not voting machines, voting tabulator.
The machine that counts the votes.
Okay.
20% of the precincts had malfunctioning tabulators. Now, some people are
claiming that those precincts are heavily Republican. And I've not had time to verify,
so I don't want to say that. Right. It might be, but that's the claim. But the reports are out
there. Yes. And then we have the race going on in Pennsylvania for the Senate seat between Dr. Oz and John Fetterman.
John Fetterman is actually already challenging the election.
But doesn't that make him an election denier?
Makes him a preemptive election denier.
He said he's going to sue the state.
I guess he's going to sue the state Supreme Court because the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court said that Pennsylvania could not count mail-in ballots that were faulty.
It didn't have the proper date or proper signature.
Yes, right.
Or return address and so forth.
And he's suing to make them count those ballots.
Because they're predominantly Democrat.
Right.
So there's a lot going on.
So shenanigans have always been in elections, but they've got more complicated ways to perform the shenanigans nowadays.
Doc, one thing that I will be watching tonight, and it's getting close to that time.
Some states close their polling places on the East Coast at 7 p.m.
Virginia is one of those states.
Right.
There's a race that I've been following very closely throughout the year.
It's in the 7th Congressional District of Virginia.
That's the Fredericksburg region of Virginia.
Beautiful country, Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Been there many times in my life.
And the current Democrat incumbent is Abigail Spansberger, a leftist Democrat.
And she is being challenged by Yesli Vega.
And Yesli Vega is the daughter of immigrant families.
I think they came from El Salvador.
Yesli Vega loves the Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart.
I have talked to her personally.
I've prayed with her.
Back in the primary, she wasn't expected to win the primary.
I remember you telling me this story.
And she called me one day.
Somebody gave her my private phone number, and she called me.
And I asked her, I I said how did you get
my private number and she told me the wife of a US Senator gave her my phone
number and and so I went ahead and made a donation to her and then I just
followed her campaign well about last Doc, the pollster suddenly flipped the Virginia 7th District to a toss-up, meaning it's so close they don't know which way it's going to go.
So here's where I'm going with this. tonight, and we will know probably by 8 p.m. Eastern, if she wins that race, this is going to
be a massive Republican wave across the state. If she loses, but it's extremely close, then that's
what you're going to see all across the country. If she loses by a big margin, then somehow the Democrats are going to pull a rabbit out of the hat.
But I think she's going to win,
and I think it's going to be the bellwether that,
brace yourself, this is a massive Republican victory tonight.
I told our audience back at the beginning of this year,
if you've ever thought about running for office,
this is the year to run run and run as a Republican. And I know for a fact that true news
supporters took my advice and ran because we have people on the ballot and some of them have already
won because they didn't have a Democratic opponent and they won by default. So I'm excited about it that we have
True News supporters who are being elected tonight, especially in school board races.
So Rick, out of all the races, let's talk about the Senate first. Which ones are you
really watching for tonight? For the Senate, of course, here in Florida, in our home state,
Marco Rubio is going to win. That's not going to be a problem.
Arizona, Blake Masters versus Mark Kelly.
That's a big win.
Pennsylvania, Dr. Oz and John Fetterman.
Wisconsin, Ron Johnson, I think will win.
I don't think he's going to have a problem there.
J.D. Vance.
J.D. Vance in Ohio, another big win. I don't think he's going to have a problem there. J.D. Vance? J.D. Vance in Ohio.
Another big win.
And key governors
that you're looking at? New York.
Lee Zeldin in New York.
Kerry Lake in Arizona.
Kerry Lake in Arizona.
Oregon. There's a Republican
candidate. I forget her name right now.
She is polling
very strong.
And Wisconsin.
Wisconsin may elect a Republican governor tonight also.
So if we start seeing Democrat governors being defeated tonight, again, that's a sign.
It's going to be a huge wave. You won't know, probably for about
a week, because as I told you, it's like 6,200 state legislative seats. But then you get into
probably 10,000 or more county council, county commissioner, mayor and city council, sheriffs,
tax collectors, all those little offices over, you know, the small counties.
They're all going to be up tonight in many states.
And again, it's going to be a Republican wave.
And so by the end of the week or going into next week, we should get a picture of how many Republicans won tonight.
So that's what I'm going to be looking for.
I think the country's making a swing to the right.
Is this really a referendum on the Biden administration tonight?
Oh, absolutely.
The Democrats campaigned on January 6, Trump and abortion.
Yes.
And the voters yawned, and the voters said, we care about rising grocery prices, rising gasoline prices, rising mortgages, loss of jobs.
That's what we care about.
And the Republicans ran on those basic economic issues.
Now, Rick, you and I, we talk about Ukraine quite a bit on the Godcast.
Ukraine really hasn't been an issue in this election cycle yet, has it? No. No. issues. Now, Rick, you and I, we talk about Ukraine quite a bit on the Godcast. Ukraine
really hasn't been an issue in this election cycle yet, has it? No, no, no. Nobody's really
talked about it. I think after the election, the Republicans will start cutting the funding.
And again, we're going to see that pressure on Zelensky to make a deal with Putin. And hopefully this war will be over in a couple
months, I hope. And, you know, then the rebuilding of Ukraine will start. They'll have to split up
the country. It's a mess. But let's just stop from having a nuclear war. I agree with that. That's my main thing.
Bitcoin is falling tonight.
Yes, you were mentioning that to me.
So what do you think that means as far as it being on election day?
I don't think it's connected to the election.
Bitcoin has, we've been, I've been watching it for quite some time.
It's been hovering in that $20,000 range, trying to figure out, has it reached the bottom?
Is $20,000 the bottom?
Right.
And I've not felt it was.
I think Bitcoin could go down to $12,000 or $13,000, maybe even $9,000.
But the fact that it fell, when I walked out here, it had dropped $2,300 today.
That's a significant drop. And so I think we're going to see a huge drop in cryptocurrencies, the altcoins.
You don't think it's related to the election today? No, I think it's related to the economy.
I think the economy is getting extremely bad.
And people aren't willing to risk putting money in cryptocurrency right now.
They're buying groceries.
Yeah.
That's where we're at.
They're concerned about eating and heating.
That's right.
Those two things. You got it.
Eating and heating.
If you ran on that platform, eating and heating, you're going to win tonight. One other thing, Elon Musk confirmed that Twitter employees were secretly selling Twitter verification for $15,000.
Are you kidding?
So when you couldn't get your name verified, you didn't pay the 15 grand.
Under the table.
Yes.
Oh, wow.
And he confirmed it was done.
He's got a clean house in that place.
That's incredible.
But not surprising.
Yes.
So there's a swing to the right.
The left is losing big time today.
They're losing in tech.
They're losing in Silicon Valley.
Facebook is laying off. Meta is laying off. in Silicon Valley. Facebook is laying off.
Meta is laying off.
The parent company.
Twitter is decimated.
It's workforce.
Salesforce announced big layoffs today.
There's another big lefty billionaire.
And all these little snowflakes that were censoring conservatives have now been censored themselves.
Yes.
They don't have a job.
By the economy.
That's right.
So we're seeing a shift, and it's going right, and it's going to be a,
I think, again, the 2020s will be a conservative decade.
Amen.
But right now, I'm starting to get cold.
I'm not used to this.
This is different.
I've been acclimated to Florida.
I've been in Florida since 2008.
You know, when the temperatures reach the 60s in Florida,
we get out our parkas and gloves.
Snow boots.
Snow shoes.
But, no, it's a nice change of pace for us to experience this weather.
And so we've already had several True News viewers and listeners that have come up to us and everything.
And so we've been enjoying that.
We've got one from Michigan standing right here behind the camera.
So this weather is normal for him.
Yeah, he's like ready to go swimming.
But, Rick, tomorrow's the big day.
Yes.
So we will be, we will do an abbreviated True News program from the airport tomorrow with everybody who's going with us.
We'll let them participate.
We have a secret guest that's traveling with us, too, right?
Yes, we do.
You don't want to tell everybody who it is?
Well, he'll show up tomorrow.
Oh, I can. This is the Fauci
elf, Dr. Fauci.
The Fauci elf is going to Jordan with us.
So I'm taking him along.
So we'll have
Fauci in Petra,
Fauci in Amman.
The Fauci world tour.
Yes, Fauci visits the Holy Land. So get your Fauci in Amman. The Fauci World Tour. Yes, yes.
Fauci visits the Holy Land.
So get your Fauci elf.
A lot of you have already ordered.
Hey, wait till you hear this.
The call center that we use, we've used them for years to take our calls.
Yes. So if you've ever called our 800 number to make a donation,
today they refuse to take orders for Fauci
elves. They de-platformed us on the Fauci elf.
Can you believe that? It's a true story, folks.
Oh my gosh. Unbelievable. They said it was too controversial. They're like, it's an elf. It's just an elf. It's not an AR-15. It's an elf.
That's what we deal with, folks. We deal with this stuff all the time.
We love you very much. We're going to go get some dinner, and then Doc and I will be back here
somewhere around 10 p.m. Eastern. God bless. See you later. God bless you.
