Starting point is 00:00:00 The following program is made possible by the faithful prayers and financial support of listeners just like you. To find out how you can help, visit www.truenews.com. This is True News, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So help us God. I'm Rick Wiles. The information we will present to you today is shocking and sobering. I hope you listen carefully and take appropriate actions to prepare for a severe disruption to global food supplies in the latter months of 2022 and throughout 2023. Life, as we have known it, will change starting in fall 2022. The Bible says the prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.
Starting point is 00:01:14 If you missed my announcement yesterday, True News will cease broadcasting on the Word Network on this Friday. It was our decision, and we hope to return to the Word Network later this year at another time of day. We appreciate the kind support that we receive from the Word Network management. Now, for the folks who watch us on the Word Network, you can find us at truenews.com. Doc Burkhardt and I will provide you with knowledge of vital geopolitical news that no other news service in the USA will tell you today. The general public is sleepwalking into a dystopian nightmare that will start to become apparent to many people in October and November. By January, most of the world will know about it. If you haven't heard, World War III has already started.
Starting point is 00:02:20 So let's take a look at today's developments in the war we're going to start with russia's complete cutoff of lng to europe starting tomorrow but first uh doc said something to me just seconds before we started today's stream and that is the seats are filling up quickly on our tour bus in Jordan. And so we are going to Jordan, God willing, in November. And we have a limited number of seats and the number of seats are dwindling very quickly. So if you are thinking about going with us to a trip to the Holy Land, the Jordan side of the Holy Land with Doc and me in November, please go to truenews.com. Right there it is. There's the date, November 9 through the 17 of this year.
Starting point is 00:03:21 And it is a low, low price of $29.50 per person. It's all inclusive meaning includes your airfare from JFK Airport New York City to Amman Jordan. It includes your hotel lodging. It includes two meals a day, breakfast and dinner. It includes your ground transportation from the airport to the hotels, from the hotels to the airport, and all the ground transportation to the Holy Land sites. And it's, I mean, all you've got to do is bring a suitcase and just a little bit of spending money for souvenirs and such. Everything else will be included.
Starting point is 00:04:08 And Doc and I will be your tour guides and we'll be your Bible lesson teachers. We'll have Bible class every day in Jordan. We will be with you. We're the tour guides. We will be on the plane. We will be on the bus. We will be at breakfast and we will be at dinner with you. We'll probably be at the plane. We will be on the bus. We will be at breakfast and we will be at dinner with you. We'll probably be at lunch also. Wherever you go, we're going to be there with you
Starting point is 00:04:31 and we would like you to join us. But the seats are filling up very quickly this week. So a lot of people in recent days have made a decision to join. So if you are thinking about it, go to truenews.com, click the banner, and it will take you to the registration page for the Jordan trip. Okay. As I said in my introduction, what we're going to tell you today is quite shocking and sobering, and nobody, no news service in the United States of America is going to tell you today what we're telling you. I don't know if they'll ever tell you. Until it's too late. They just want you to sleepwalk into this thing so that you're dependent on the deep state for everything that you need.
Starting point is 00:05:19 They don't want the public to be aware. They want you to be distracted, thinking about things that really don't want the public to be aware they want you to be distracted thinking about things that really don't matter so we'll start with the first one from Novasti news service in Russia Nord Stream will stop I mean it will stop sending gas to Europe from the morning of August 31st, that's tomorrow, to the morning of September 3rd. Now, most people believe it will never come back on. This is the remaining 20% of its capacity. Russia has already cut off 80% of its gas supply to Europe. The Russians are doing a maintenance break for the next three or four days.
Starting point is 00:06:12 That's what they're calling it. Most people think that it is the ending, the conclusion of Russia sending gas to Europe. So, Doc, this is a big deal. I would be totally surprised if the gas comes back on on August 4th. And if it does come back on, maybe it'll be just a trickle down to 10% then. Just enough to say we're fulfilling our obligation to continue pumping or to keep the machinery running, whatever it might be.
Starting point is 00:06:46 But even at the 20%, it's not enough to supply Europe. Not at all. Well, another big decision today, this is Interfax in Russia, Gazprom, that's the big energy company of Russia, suspends supplies to France. So the Russians cut off France today. Right. That's not just a three-day suspension.
Starting point is 00:07:12 No, they're out. They're out. Now, before you get too critical of Russia over this, listen to why they cut it off. Gazprom has suspended gas supplies to France due to non-payment, due to non-payment for July deliveries in full. According to Gazprom's statement, as of the end of the business day of August 30th, Gazprom Export LLC had not received payments in full for the gas supplied to France in July under existing contracts. Because the Western nations have put sanctions on Russia. And transaction rubles anymore. contracts. Because the Western nations have put sanctions on Russia. They can't transact in
Starting point is 00:07:46 rubles anymore. Well, the Western sanctions prohibit the Russians from doing transactions in dollars. So the Russians said, okay, fine. When you buy our gas and our oil you pay in rubles and the Western countries said no we're not going to do it like that and Russia said well we'll see so France did not make their July payment right and today the Russians said all right bills do your bills do and you have no gas starting tomorrow so in accordance with the decree of the president of the Russian Federation back on March 31st, on a special procedure for the fulfillment by foreign buyers of obligations to Russian suppliers of natural gas, further supply of natural gas to a foreign buyer is prohibited if the payment was not made by the buyer in full within the contractual payment deadline.
Starting point is 00:08:46 Now, in this regard, Gazprom Export notified France of a complete suspension of gas supplies starting from September 1st until the moment when funds for the supplied gas are paid in full. So that's as of Thursday of this week. The thing about, Doc, that date, March 31st, we reported this story in March that Vladimir Putin had signed that executive order. So here we are now in late August, and we're now seeing the reality of that presidential decree.
Starting point is 00:09:26 Because back in March we wondered, will the NATO nations, will they go all the way? Will we go up to September? And they're gonna be staring Putin in the face saying we'll see who blinks first. Well, here it is. He didn't blink. Right, here it is, September didn't blink. Right, here it is.
Starting point is 00:09:45 September is two days away now. They thought he would blink. They thought he would fold. He didn't fold. He turned the valve. There's no gas coming to Paris tomorrow. Now notice, Russia could have shut off the gas at any point in the past.
Starting point is 00:10:03 They kept their end of the bargain. They kept putting gas to France. But France didn't keep the bargain. That's right. France broke the agreement. And when you break the, it's like if you don't pay your gas bill, what happens? They come and shut off the gas at your place. And that's exactly what's happened to France with Russian gas.
Starting point is 00:10:22 Well, Doc, I've got a report we translated from French into English from BFM TV in France. Gazprom will completely suspend its deliveries to Engie. This is the French energy company starting Thursday. Now, from that article here, we have several quotes. French President Emmanuel Macron must meet this Friday with a defense council devoted to the supply of gas and electricity to France. Elizabeth Bourne, the prime minister on Monday, called on companies to sobriety to avoid rationing.
Starting point is 00:11:00 All right, let's just hold this for a second. The French President Macron is calling a meeting this Friday with his military advisors. Right. Do you get this, folks? I want you to understand this. He's meeting with his military advisors on Friday about the cutoff of gas. Right. It'd be equivalent here in the U.S. to having a meeting with the Homeland Security and the Pentagon over gas infrastructure here in the U.S. Yes. And then also the prime minister said, I want everyone to be sober about this. We want to avoid rationing. Well, how are you going to avoid rationing when you have, eventually there'll be nothing to ration?
Starting point is 00:11:51 Think about it, Doc. There's coming a time very soon that the government of France won't have anything to ration. The supplies will just run out. They can talk about rationing all they want. But when there's no more gas coming through the pipeline, there is a day somewhere out there, either this year or early 23,
Starting point is 00:12:19 where there's no gas. Right. And all of France shivers. And who are they going to turn on? gas. Right. And all of France shivers. And who are they going to turn on? Macron. Right. I'm telling you, it's going to be a wild, wild, turbulent fall and winter. Get ready for it.
Starting point is 00:12:37 Well, BFM further highlighted this. Elizabeth Bourne announced that there would certainly be increases in the price of electricity and gas at the beginning of 2023. As a guest of TMC, one of the channels in France, Elizabeth Bourne announced that there will certainly be increases. We're not going to freeze prices forever, added the prime minister. Well, I thought that was a unique turn of phrase. They may not freeze prices, but they might freeze people. It goes on to say households will not be affected by any gas cuts assured Elizabeth Bourne Bourne said on Tuesday that any gas cuts in the event of a
Starting point is 00:13:13 shortage of this sort of source of energy would not concern households but businesses which are the biggest consumers the cuts they do not concern households we're not going to cut the gas in French households. But as on our companies, the large consumers, that there could be cuts. And that was affirmed by the prime minister on TMC. Okay, so the French employees will be sent home. Right.
Starting point is 00:13:38 The factories will be cold. The employees will be laid off and sent home. Offices will be closed. Government complexes will be closed. Schools will be closed. It's lockdown. It's the next lockdown. It's climate lockdowns.
Starting point is 00:13:55 That's exactly what it is. They're going to lock down. At least they're going to lock down Europe. I don't know if they're going to bring it to the united states the only way i can see it happening here is that biden nationalizes the energy supplies for the united states under a wartime emergency power which you very well could do and then begin shipping American gas, and we're talking LNG gas, natural gas, shipping it to Europe.
Starting point is 00:14:29 That's a possibility. We still have a great supply here in the United States, but we could find the price of gas so expensive that the average American won't be able to afford it. Right, because we're
Starting point is 00:14:42 shipping it to Europe. Yes. So Interfax had this story where the French government is saying that, don't worry folks, we've got enough gas for a normal winter, an ordinary winter. Well, it might not be an ordinary winter this winter. French authorities believe that they will have enough gas for a normal winter and additional preparations will be required in case of cold weather, BFM reported on Tuesday. According to France's Minister of Ecological Transition, Agnès Péniard-Runacher, we have
Starting point is 00:15:12 enough gas in case of a normal winter, but nevertheless we must prepare in case of cold weather. Now, I wonder if they made this announcement before they shut off, Russia shut off the gas rate. Hey, I'm just going to stop. Look at this minister's title. Minister of Ecological Transition. Basically, Minister of Climate Change.
Starting point is 00:15:30 That's what he is. That's what it really means. We're back to Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum and they're introducing a new system. A new business model.Y SYSTEM. THAT'S WHAT THEY SAID YESTERDAY IN EUROPE. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO INTRODUCE A NEW MODEL FOR ENERGY.
Starting point is 00:15:55 NEW POLICIES, THEY SAY. SO YOU HAVE ADMINISTERING THE GOVERNMENT OF AN ECOLOGY TRANSITION. CLIMATE CHANGE. NOW, HE WENT ON TO SAY, IF WE CAN REDUCE THE CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY AND GAS, Ecology transition. Climate change. Now, he went on to say, if we can reduce the consumption of electricity and gas, we'll be able to survive the winter much better, including if the air temperature is lower than expected. If we cannot do this,
Starting point is 00:16:16 then we may find ourselves in a situation where rationing is going to be the standard of the day, the minister said on the radio station France INTER. So now he's talking about rationing. Elizabeth Warren said, well, we want to avoid rationing if we possibly can. But we are going to cut off the corporations. Right.
Starting point is 00:16:36 We're going to shut down the factories. Well, does the factories, does that include food processing plants? Think about it. It has an impact on everything. Think about how many corporations are going to be idle this fall and winter in Europe. Where are they going to get their food? I mean, I cannot believe these politicians and bureaucrats are stupid.
Starting point is 00:17:09 I just... They've seen this coming for years, Rick. They've created this mess. We'll show you that later. They created this mess. Now, it went on to say in that particular article from Interfax, the BFM TV notes that if France in general is ready for the winter in terms of gas reserves, then it may have problems with electricity if the winter period turns out to be
Starting point is 00:17:30 colder than usual. So one way or the other, they've got a problem. It says France is well prepared in the gas issue, but electricity is a big problem, the channel said in a statement. Now it's noted that it is difficult to determine in advance how much energy France will need this winter, since it depends on how cold the winter will be. BFM TV indicates that there are 51 nuclear reactors in France, but 32 of them are currently suspended. The country used to be self-sufficient in electricity, but now it imports it.
Starting point is 00:18:01 Okay, just like the United States. Under Donald Trump, America was self-sufficient in energy. Under Biden, we're importing energy. Right. France used to be the leader in nuclear power. Look, I was always told that the experts in nuclear power were the French, that if you wanted to run a safe nuclear power system, a nuclear reactor, you needed to have the French involved. The French did it best. 51 nuclear reactors in a country the size of France.
Starting point is 00:18:41 But Macron shut them down. That's a deliberate decision, Doc. This is calculated. They have set the French people up for misery. Why? Because they're implementing a climate change reordering of the business model
Starting point is 00:19:03 and the political model of Europe. This is World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, Great Reset in action. This is not by accident. Okay, you can't blame Putin for shutting down the powers, the nuclear power reactors. They did it. And Germany did the same thing, too. Germany shut down their nuclear reactors. And what was the first thing that Biden did when he got in the White House? He stopped the Keystone Pipeline. He stopped the drilling. Obama was shutting down power plants,
Starting point is 00:19:37 coal fire power plants. Obama, I don't know if that executive order, well, it was I think an EPA decree, they wanted to ban wood stoves in America. Yeah, I remember that. I don't know if Donald Trump rescinded that, but Obama planned to wipe out the sale of wood stoves in America. This is all by deliberate decision. And the Green communists are introducing a new business, a new political model, a new way of running the world. And it is nothing but centralized planning extreme extreme policies
Starting point is 00:20:30 built on saving the planet from climate change which it has nothing to do with the climate it's all about socialism yes central planning taking control of factories taking control of factories, taking control of the way people live, eliminating cars, eliminating various devices, changing the lifestyle of billions of people because they decree that they're so intelligent and they're so special that they were born to rule over billions of people. And even if it brings misery to the people, it doesn't matter because their agenda is greater than the people. And that's what we're witnessing right now. This is being played out in real time in front of our eyes. And there's going to be a lot of suffering in the world starting this fall. Get ready for it. I've been warning you all year to stockpile food and supplies, and we're
Starting point is 00:21:35 down to the final weeks at this point. If you haven't taken me seriously all year, you're running out of time. Things are about to change and it's going to be drastic. And don't think, well, I'm in America. It's not going to affect me here. Oh, yes, it is. Just watch. Let it go one more year. Right. Just go to the grocery store and see if it's already affecting you. See what's happening now. And that's only the beginning. As we see these policies and these problems persist now through the fall and winter in Europe, it will impact us here. But we should have had a heads up on it because even the Economist earlier this year, this
Starting point is 00:22:14 is May of 2022, the coming food catastrophe. Look at that cover there, Rick. Who owns the Economist, Doc? The Rothschild family. So they're telling, they're headlining all their people, saying, hey, here it is. Now make your changes. Make your preparation based on the information that we're giving you. Yes. Because I guarantee the Rothschilds are not going to go hungry this fall and winter,
Starting point is 00:22:45 nor any of the elite in Europe, because they've already made preparations. They've already made preparations for everyone else to suffer but them. And that headline was in May. That's in May of this year. And most people didn't see it. Right. Only the people that read The Economist saw that headline, and they got the message.
Starting point is 00:23:05 There's going to be a food catastrophe this year. Right. So we've seen a lot of things happening in Europe over the past few weeks, and it's happening in a drip, drip, drip fashion. One story after another. And so the stories we're going to share with you over the next few minutes, these are just in the past several days. Once again, all grouped together together the same basic information shortages coming in chemicals metals fertilizers all happening all these stories popping up
Starting point is 00:23:32 just within a few days of each other so the start us off this from your active outlet in and so it's saying a leading Slovak aluminum factory, and they misspelled aluminum on there in their title, the RIC, but it's shutting down amid record electricity prices. That's the important part of the story right there. So aluminum factories in Europe now are having to cut back or completely shut down because they can't afford the electricity rates even now, much less going into the fall and winter. Doc, I came on one article today that mentioned the shutdown of factories in Europe.
Starting point is 00:24:17 And so I started going down that trail. Right. And I couldn't believe what I was finding. And this is what Doc and I are going to show you here. And by the way, again, if you're watching on the Word Network, we have to sign off in about less than four minutes. But you can always go over to truenews.com and watch the rest of the program. So we've got this first story that Doc just showed you.
Starting point is 00:24:46 So aluminum producer Slovakia will halt production until electricity prices reach affordable levels after the government refused to compensate for rising expenses. So that's in Slovakia. All right, so now let's go. We're talking aluminum, all right? You're going to see how this is starting to affect the entire world.
Starting point is 00:25:08 Right, aluminum, one of the most available metals in the whole world, and they can't afford to process it. All right, so let's go to the Netherlands. This is from Mining Technology Magazine. It's amazing the outlets that Rick finds here. NERSTAR to place Dutch zinc smelting operations on care and maintenance. Now, that may sound like a pretty drab and dull story there, but once you get into it, then you figure out, well, this is another drip that's happening in Europe. Belgian-based multimetals business NERSTAR plans to place its zinc smelting operations at Boudel in the Netherlands on care and maintenance.
Starting point is 00:25:49 The decision will be effective from starting September 1 until further notice. It comes in response to various external cost of labor, freight, and others. So we've got aluminum. Aluminum plants are shutting down. Zinc. Now zinc smelting operations are shutting down. Right. So Nerdstar employs about 429 people at their Boudelle smelter and is close to major industrial
Starting point is 00:26:32 centers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and northern France, which means it's a supplier of zinc to all these major areas. The smelter is equipped to produce zinc and zinc alloys. It also operates a water treatment plant to help reduce our environmental footprint. What do you use zinc in? Batteries. That's a main component in batteries. And so anything that runs on a battery now, including all these electric vehicles now, they require zinc in order to operate. And every car battery, every diehard battery you buy at the store requires zinc.
Starting point is 00:27:12 So now, just one factor shutting down is going just feel like the Holy Spirit's been telling me to look around at my home and here at the church and our facility, our studios. What do we have that we need to hold on to and not take for granted. What do we have? Things are going to either disappear or be in such short supply and such a high price. It may be years until we're able to buy anything new.
Starting point is 00:28:01 And we're down to about 20 some seconds here for the Word Network. And again, I want to encourage you to go over to truenews.com where you can always watch the rest of the program. And then after this Friday, you'll have to go there if you want to watch this program. Everybody else just hang in there. And after this break, Doc and I will be back and we have a lot more very sobering, shocking news to tell you about what's coming this fall and winter. Don't go away. So I started to say before I looked up and saw the countdown clock and we were running out of time,
Starting point is 00:28:49 I felt like the Holy Spirit's been telling me to look around at your home, look around here at the church and in our studios, look at the things that you need to retain, take care of, because it may be years until you can get another one. You just said about batteries. Right. How many devices do you have that's battery-operated? Well, what good is the device if you can't get a battery?
Starting point is 00:29:17 We're going to have stuff that's going to become useless because we can't get a stinking battery to make it operate. Yeah, you could be on a waiting list for months or even a year for a battery for a particular device. And then the prices could be so high that you can't afford it. Right. I was talking with a couple members of our staff this morning about the big microchip plant in Taiwan. What is that, T-C-S-M? I figure what the letters are.
Starting point is 00:29:51 But it's the biggest microchip factory in the world. And the question is, if war breaks out between Taiwan and China, and one of two things. The microchip factory is destroyed in the war or it's seized by the PLA. Now, this is the biggest microchip factory in the world. And that factory, 60% of its microchips go to the United States.
Starting point is 00:30:26 Right. So if the facility is destroyed in war or the Chinese government takes control of it, if the Chinese take control of it, they're going to stop sending microchips to the USA. Right. How many years will it take to build another microchip factory to replace it? And the talent is there in Taiwan. Those people could be killed or brought under house arrest by the Chinese communists, and there's nobody to run another factory.
Starting point is 00:31:00 So these are the disruptions that are taking place right now with World War III. And this is going to be at least a decade. At least we're going into the 2030s. With the ramifications of what is happening right now in 2022. Life is going to change. Guaranteed. It is going to change. We're not going to live the same way we lived before.
Starting point is 00:31:29 Let's get back to these companies in Europe that are shutting down. The other day, yesterday, we talked about the impact that fertilizer has. Now, when people talk about fertilizer, you think for the farmers and everything, and there's that component of it. But what I didn't realize until yesterday is what other products come about through the production of fertilizer. I mean, I knew about it, but I didn't really consider the impact of it. The next few stories we're going to share with you is going to show you how the impact of that is causing a cascade effect through all sorts of different industries. For instance, this is from the Independent Commodity Intelligence Service. It says that Germany's SKW Pisteritz moles force majeure in event of gas shortages and price hikes. Now,
Starting point is 00:32:20 this particular company is considering shutting down, basically, because of the inability to get energy, it's a legal term, it's a clause that's in contracts that says if something unusual happens that prevents the manufacturer or the supplier from fulfilling the contract, they can invoke that clause and the other party cannot sue them for non-performance. So that's what we're seeing is that this ammonia producer in Germany is ready to invoke force majeure because they can't provide the ammonia. Right. And ammonia is an important part of the component of fertilizer. You've got urea as well. And as Rick mentioned, this company is considering implementing force majeure if natural gas
Starting point is 00:33:32 supplies are cut. And we're seeing that happen now. And prices increase as Germany grapples with plunging availability from Russia. Now within that article, I found an interesting graph here. Now, this is from ICIS. And these are all the factories all over Europe that are being impacted. These are just the ones that deal with fertilizer, ammonia, and urea. These are the ones that are being impacted right now as we speak.
Starting point is 00:34:05 So we have, I would say, about two dozen different factories ranging all the way from Turkey, all the way to the UK. And these are, every one of these depend on energy, natural gas or electricity. They also need raw materials that come in from Russia. Now the sanctions have been placed by the EU and the West and that prevent the transport of basic essentials to produce fertilizer. Once again, the EU has shot itself in its foot. Yeah, let's look at in the upper right, you have Poland.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Group Azati, nitrogen fertilizer production suspended. Now, I do think we're going to see in a few minutes that they just restarted. But that is a state-controlled factory. State-owned. Under it, Romania. It's been shut down since December. Shut down since December. Serbia, shut down. Croatia, shut down since March. Turkey, they've reduced their run rates. Italy, they're down 25% production. Spain, their various facilities, 15% reduction. It's going to be greater later on.
Starting point is 00:35:27 Now, Doc, that Italy is down 75%. Oh, I thought it was just down 25%. So, but you go through this entire chart, they're either halted or significantly reduced. The one in the Ukraine, it intends to temporarily halt ammonia production here in the very near future. So this is the impact
Starting point is 00:35:48 that it's having. And this impact on this will not be felt until the spring and summer of next year. Because you use fertilizer in the fall and winter to plant your spring and winter crops and everything for your harvest next year.
Starting point is 00:36:03 See, there's folks that are watching and say, oh, they'll get this fixed in a couple weeks. No. This isn't going to get fixed in a couple weeks. Russia is not going to turn the gas back on. Right. We're in World War III. And even if they turn the gas back on, it's a chain reaction. Things have already started.
Starting point is 00:36:26 And there will be a major disruption. If they turn the gas back on tomorrow, you're still gonna have a major disruption in food supply and various materials and products that will not be made in the coming year. We've got more to tell you. All right, so this is from Reuters from July just a few weeks ago. BASF readies more ammonia production cuts in gas supply crunch. Germany's
Starting point is 00:36:54 BASF, the world's largest chemical company, is cutting ammonia production further due to soaring natural gas prices. Remember, this is more than nearly two months ago now with potential ramifications from farming to fizzy drinks. Well, this is nearly two months ago now, with potential ramifications from farming to fizzy drinks. Well, the last thing you're going to be worried about here in a few months is soda pop when you're going to be hungry. And so another article from Reuters, PKN Orleans and will resume fertilizer output, citing food security. Now, this is what Rick was mentioning. This is a place that had been shut down. Now they're trying to get things back up and going again.
Starting point is 00:37:32 It says Anwil subsidiary is resuming production of nitrogen fertilizers on food security grounds while the country's biggest chemical maker, Gruper Azadi, this is in Poland, said it has continued to supply carbon dioxide to its customers. Both Anwil and Azadi halted output last week due to surging gas prices, though the food industry warned the resulting lack of carbon dioxide deliveries could impact food security in the country. So translated, the Polish government ordered the factory to start.
Starting point is 00:38:06 Right. And said, we'll bail—I'm just reading between the lines. Don't worry about cost. Don't worry about electricity. We'll pay it. You've got to get this going again. Right. But it can't continue for much longer. I mean, they may go a few more weeks to try to pacify the people, but the cost of electricity is going to skyrocket. At some point, the government is going to say, we can't bail out these factories. Besides, a lot of these European electrical utility plants run on gas, which I
Starting point is 00:38:40 still don't understand why you burn gas to make electricity. Why not just burn gas? I don't get that. They don't have gas lamps anymore, so they've got to have some way to turn the lights on. So that's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head. Yeah. But, hey, France had 50 nuclear power plants to keep the light on.
Starting point is 00:39:02 They're shutting down their power plants. Another article about the restrictions taking place. This is from CNews. Romania's ChemComplex suspends production, once again, over high energy prices. This is just a few days ago. Romanian chemicals producer ChemComplex said that it suspended for 14 days production at its Bursetti industrial platform as of August 18th due to rising prices for electricity and gas. Employees affected by the halt will receive an
Starting point is 00:39:33 allowance of 75% of their basic pay over the two-week period, Kim Complex said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Wednesday. That was a couple weeks ago. We're coming to that deadline once again, and it will likely be suspended because the situation that caused it hasn't changed, Rick. No, not at all. Another article from Reuters here. This is in Norway. Yara cuts cats. Sorry about that. Yara cuts cats doubt on Europe's fertilizer production. So once again, you see how the impact just in one segment of industry impacts everything else.
Starting point is 00:40:19 This in the case of fertilizer. So why is the Dutch government and the Canadian government ordering that there's no fertilizer used? If this isn't a planned implosion of the food supply. So it says in this particular article from Reuters, Norway's Yara, one of the world's largest fertilizer makers, is slashing ammonia production due to soaring gas prices, raising questions about Europe's ability to produce enough fertilizer for its crops.
Starting point is 00:40:49 Ammonia plays a key role in the manufacturing of fertilizer. Without it, crop yields would deteriorate because nutrients removed from soil during harvest are not replenished. That's Basic Farming 101 there. Ammonia plays a key role in the manufacturing of fertilizer. Without it, crop yields will deteriorate because nutrients removed from soil during harvest are not replenished. Yara has repeatedly warned the world faces an extreme food supply shock due to a combination
Starting point is 00:41:16 of high gas prices, the war in major grains producer Ukraine, and sanctions on fertilizer producer Russia. Let's read that again. Yara, the chemical company, has repeatedly warned this year that the world is facing an extreme food supply shock. Doc, is Fox News telling their viewers that there's going to be an extreme food supply shock? Is CNN telling their viewers? No.
Starting point is 00:41:55 People are watching these news networks and they're being dumbed down. They're watching news anchormen and commentators who are paid 20, 30, 40 million dollars a year to mesmerize you with stupid stuff
Starting point is 00:42:12 meanwhile True News is here with a tiny little staff, tiny little budget and somehow we know more about what's going on in the world than these big corporations, news networks that have a billion-dollar annual budget. How does that work, Doc? Because they're propaganda outlets. We're a truth outlet. That's right. And we need more
Starting point is 00:42:39 people to support us. Folks, this is getting really serious. It's getting really serious. We're getting down to the nitty gritty now about surviving in this world till Jesus Christ comes. And we need true saints of God to step up and support true news. I'm doing my best. Doc is doing his best to keep you informed, but we got to fight off devils all day long in order to get out here to tell you this information for one hour. And we need some people who will step up and say, you know what? I really do believe we're in the last days. I better get off my chair and do something before Christ comes. He might ask me what I did before the world came to an end. World War III is in play right now. And the world is
Starting point is 00:43:37 literally sleepwalking into a major disaster. And we're going to see food supply disruptions. We're going to see energy disruptions, economic disruptions. There's going to be civil unrest throughout the world in the coming year.
Starting point is 00:43:54 This is just starting. We've got more. We've got more factories that are shutting down, all related to food. Right. So this one, this is also from Reuters.
Starting point is 00:44:04 Carlsberg's Poland unit could stop production. The Lord help us if the beer stops flowing in Poland. Lack of CO2 threatens the food industry there. So Danish brewery Carlsberg subsidiary in Poland could cut or halt beer production due to a lack of carbon dioxide deliveries. That's also a component of fertilizer production. Keep that in mind. That's becoming a problem for the food industry in the country. If deliveries of CO2 are not resumed,
Starting point is 00:44:31 there will be a high probability of significant production cut or a production halt, said the spokesman for the Carlsberg outlet on Thursday. How important is dry ice? It's very important. And refrigeration units require CO2. I mean, CO2 is more than just, you know, what makes, you know, soda pop bubble. It's what keeps food cold in the grocery store. And if you can't keep food refrigerated, guess what happens? You've cut the food supply
Starting point is 00:45:00 down from a week to two weeks down to one to two several days yes you've got to have the refrigeration if that's cut off well it's going to be cold in winter you might be able to hang on the things for a while but what are you going to do when things start ramping back up again doc if there is any food in china their factories are shutting down but it's because of heat right it's just the opposite. The extreme droughts in China are creating all sorts of problems in one of the most productive areas in the world. Reuters is reporting that China power curbs shutter 500 tons per year of zinc smelting capacity. Now, once again, zinc.
Starting point is 00:45:43 Zinc that's used in semiconductors, zinc that's used in batteries. This is going to impact all of us around the world. So power restrictions in China have shuttered at least 500,000 tons per year of zinc smelting capacity, consultancy crew group said on Friday, with production losses expected to reach 5,000 to 6,000 tons a week. China's southwestern Sichuan province ordered industrial plants to suspend production from August 15th to August 20th to prioritize residential power supply amid its worst heat wave in 60 years. They may not think that a five-day delay will make any difference here, but it said that
Starting point is 00:46:26 all zinc smelters in Sichuan halted production earlier this week, and a small smelter based in neighboring Hudong province also stopped operations in the following days, said Dinah Yu, a zinc and lead analyst at consultancy crew group. Total capacity affected by the allergies is at least 500,000 tons per year, she said, and follows deeper production cuts in Europe due to sky-high energy prices. So this particular company, all these Chinese companies
Starting point is 00:46:59 also have smelting plants in Europe as well. They've had to shut down operations there because of energy prices in Europe. That put all the burden here on these, and now they're dealing with extreme heat, drought. Water levels are at record lows on a lot of rivers and dams in China as well. So they're dealing with the same issues
Starting point is 00:47:19 that Europe has been dealing with. And China generates a lot of energy from hydroelectric dams. And so they're dealing with that issue as well, Rick. Well, Doc, this next story, it brings back to my remembrance, one of my most vivid memories of my granddad. I can see him sitting at his kitchen table, dungarees, boots, straw hat, and reading Farmer's Almanac.
Starting point is 00:47:51 I don't know how it was at your granddad's place, but on our kitchen table there were two things there. A Bible and an almanac. Old Farmer's Almanac. The same thing. This is the exact same thing. Those were the two books he relied on. So this next story is the old farmer's almanac is predicting cold, snowy winter ahead for 2022 and 23. And we'll just keep this up here for a moment because there's a map of the U.S.
Starting point is 00:48:25 They don't have one for Europe. Almanac is here for the USA. But as you see in white, Almanac is predicting a very cold, snowy winter for those regions. And from what I can find, Doc, Europe is going to be facing not a mild winter, but an extremely cold winter. The very thing that they don't want to happen. But I think it's why these politicians in the past week have said, we're going to have a terrible winter, maybe five to 10 years of terrible winters. They know something's happening. And it's not just the cutoff of gas. It's something that's taking place in the climate. Yeah, the climate changes. It changes every 206 years,
Starting point is 00:49:28 and it's switching over to a cooling cycle at the worst time. It couldn't be a worse time to go into a mini ice age. And I believe the Russians know it. I do too. They've been preparing for it for decades. They know it. That's why they for it for decades. They know it. That's why they keep turning the spigot
Starting point is 00:49:48 just a little bit more, creating more and more pain in Europe. So I think we said this yesterday, if I didn't say it on the program, I said it to somebody yesterday, is Vladimir Putin, is he such a brilliant chess player that he has actually held off NATO, NATO wanting to start a war years ago. Did Putin hold off NATO until this year? Because Russian astrophysicists told him
Starting point is 00:50:17 the ice age will start in the winter of 22. Is this why he went to war? He said, yeah, I'm going to have, I'm going to invade them in. I'm going to bait them in now and they're going to freeze. I'm going to cut the gas off. I'm going to bait them to invade Russia. They're going to freeze. They're going to be trapped in the snow like Napoleon's soldiers.
Starting point is 00:50:41 I'm starting to think this is the strategy. So this time it's going to be the entirety of Europe this time. I think that this is the strategy. I'M STARTING TO THINK THIS IS DISTRACTED. SO THIS TIME IT'S GOING TO BE THE ENTIRETY OF EUROPE THIS TIME. I THINK THAT THIS IS HIS STRATEGY. IT'S STARTING TO APPEAR. IF HE DIDN'T THINK IT THROUGH LIKE THIS, THEN PROVIDENCE IS ON HIS SIDE. BECAUSE THE CLIMATE IS CHANGING THIS YEAR. I'VE BEEN PREDICTING SINCE, I GUESS, I don't know, 2008, 2009, I started interviewing scientists who were telling us many ice ages coming. And a lot of people laughed at it. You don't know what you're
Starting point is 00:51:16 talking about. Oh, Rick, Bible prophecy can be fulfilled at an ice age. Why? Oh, well, the world's going to burn up. Yeah, right. Well, throw a snowball in a fire and see what happens to it. It melts. I mean, what's so hard about this? But an ice age produces famine
Starting point is 00:51:39 and wars and volcanic eruptions and all kinds of things, civil unrest and riots and revolutions. All that happens during an ice age. It also produces plagues. The Black Plague was during an ice age because the grain that was stored in Europe mildewed
Starting point is 00:52:02 and produced a mold, and the rats ate it, and the rats carried it around and gave everybody the plague. Right. It's all connected to the Ice Age. And so I really believe we're going into a mini Ice Age right now. And if the Russians are correct, the Russians were saying this 10 years ago, that this will be a 200-year ice age, a mini ice age, 200 years. Well, none of us are going to be around in 200 years. If the world is around, none of us sitting here are going to be around. If they're correct, none of you are going to live long enough to see global warming return. Your children aren't going to see global warming. Your grandchildren
Starting point is 00:52:56 aren't going to see global warming. Maybe your great-grandchildren will start to see it. It'll take 200 years to go throughCLE. ALL RIGHT. SO LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT WE HAVE ON THE WEATHER. WE'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE SAYING THAT A COOLING CYCLE IS STARTING EITHER. THIS IS FROM SEVERE WEATHER
Starting point is 00:53:11 EUROPE. AND THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT HERE JUST IN THE COMING WINTERS HERE, SAYING THAT A SUBSTANTIAL STRATOSPHERIC COOLING EVENT IS NOW BEING OBSERVED OVER THE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE FOLLOWING A MASSIVE INJECTION OF WATER VAPOR. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF WEATHER TALK THERE. cooling event is now being observed over the southern hemisphere following a massive injection of water vapor. That sounds like a lot of weather talk there. Okay, so the winter is just ending
Starting point is 00:53:31 in the southern hemisphere. Right, and so now the pump is turning around globally. So strong cold anomalies are being detected in the stratosphere over the southern hemisphere. The anomalous cooling results from the water vapor coming from the January are being detected in the stratosphere over the southern hemisphere. The anomalous cooling results from the water vapor coming from the January Hunga Tonga eruption. Now, cooling on this scale has not been seen in modern satellite records, so this is a significant event. Cooling on this scale.
Starting point is 00:53:58 Right. Has not been seen. This is an amazing statement. Now, what happens is, is the Earth's atmosphere tries to balance this out. So stratospheric warming during the northern hemisphere winter can mean a heavy disruption of circulation.
Starting point is 00:54:16 This causes pressure changes and can unleash cold air from the Arctic into the United States and Europe. It would make sense for the changes in the stratosphere on the southern side of the planet could also impact the northern hemisphere. As the cooling in the southern hemisphere is substantial, the upcoming winter will be a great real-life lab test
Starting point is 00:54:39 of the potential global weather changes that are about to take place. Folks, it is about to happen in a big way. And I believe that the leaders in Europe, in Russia, I believe our leaders here in the U.S., they all know it. They all know it's going to happen. And let me show you how the European leaders
Starting point is 00:55:00 are, the actions that they're taking to deal with this situation. DW News in Germany, the European Union is considering military training mission for the Ukrainian army. Boy, that's going to solve this problem. We're going to bring the Ukrainian army soldiers over to Germany and France and Holland, and we're going to train them how to kill the Russians. That will convince the Russians to turn the gas back on. So European Union countries have not yet reached a unanimous agreement
Starting point is 00:55:35 needed to launch a military training mission for Ukraine that said they are working out the details. Defense ministers from the 27 EU countries discussed the possibility of the mission during a meeting on Tuesday in Prague. They said, we have to create the basis of an army which has to fight and will have to fight for quite a long time, said EU foreign policy chief Joseph Borrell. What is a long time? Ten years?
Starting point is 00:56:00 I think they're committed to the long haul on this, Rick. They're going to continue to do whatever they have to do to fight the Russians in Ukraine, even if it means freezing Europe to do it. Yes. And killing off the Ukrainian people. They don't care about the people. These demoniacs in control of these Western nations, and they are demoniacs, they of these western nations and they are demoniacs
Starting point is 00:56:25 they will sacrifice their own people for their agenda only God knows how many people are going to suffer and die because of these policies it did not have to happen you know that doc
Starting point is 00:56:41 we've talked about it throughout this program they did not have to have this war. They brought this war on themselves by design. I've never seen in all of history, Rick, a war where the enemy is yourself. I know. Isn't this crazy? Yes, it is absolutely crazy.
Starting point is 00:57:04 They're not even shooting at the Russians. They're shooting themselves. Yes. It is absolutely crazy. They're not even shooting at the Russians. They're shooting themselves. Yes. But they have some type of demented, warped agenda that they believe that this war is necessary for them to achieve that agenda. It's almost Old Testament in scope, isn't it? Because you see all these different stories in the Old Testament that talk about suddenly it's like a nation just goes nuts.
Starting point is 00:57:30 They make absolutely stupid decisions as far as strategy and their military is concerned. Or they get scared of a giant biscuit rolling down a hill, something like that. That happened. That's an Old Testament story. And it sends people crazy. I got an image of it and so but things like that could it be that God has get has allowed a spirit of delusion to just allow them to well I know it's true because Roman chapter 1 says that yeah he'll give them up to a reprobate mind yeah And that's not just reprobate in morality,
Starting point is 00:58:06 but also in their common sense. They'll say, we're like God. We'll control the weather. That's how powerful we are. We can control the weather. That's right. I've got two more stories. Next one, the Vastie News Service.
Starting point is 00:58:23 I'm not going to go into detail on this. There was intense fighting today in Ukraine. The Russian military said that the Russian soldiers killed 1,200 Ukrainian soldiers. I have no way of verifying that. I know when I started work early this morning, President Zelensky, this is around 5 a.m., first story I saw, Zelensky- Claiming victory. He warned the Russian soldiers, this is your last chance to escape. We're going to really fight hard today. The next story I saw is this one with the Russian military saying they killed 1,200 Ukrainian soldiers.
Starting point is 00:59:17 I don't know who killed who today. I just know there was intense fighting today in Ukraine. It stepped up. The last story I want you to see, this is Wall Street Journal. The Ukraine war is depleting the supply of ammunition in the United States. Isn't that wonderful? This is a Pentagon concern, it says. The war in Ukraine has depleted American stocks of some types of ammunition,
Starting point is 00:59:47 and the Pentagon has been slow to replenish its arsenal, sparking concerns among U.S. officials that American military readiness could be jeopardized by the shortage. Well, what are you worrying about that now for? The U.S. has, during the past six months, supplied Ukraine with 16 U.S. rocket launchers known as HIMARS, thousands of guns, drones, missiles, and other equipment. Much of that, including ammunition, has come directly from U.S. inventory, depleting stockpiles intended for unexpected threats, defense officials say. One of the most lethal weapons the Pentagon has sent are howitzers that fire high-explosive 155-millimeter ammunition
Starting point is 01:00:27 weighing about 100 pounds each and able to accurately hit targets dozens of miles away. As of August 24th, the U.S. military said it had provided Ukraine, Rick, look at this number, up to 800,000 rounds of 155-millimeter ammunition, over 800,000 rounds. The U.S. military has declined to say how many rounds it had at the start of the year. So in recent weeks, the level of the combat rounds in U.S. military storage have become uncomfortably low, one defense official said. Well, this wouldn't be a good time to go into a war, would it? No.
Starting point is 01:01:07 Now, the levels aren't yet critical because the U.S. isn't engaged in any major military conflict, the official added. It is not the level we would like to go into combat, the defense official said. Now, the Army said the military is now conducting an ammunitions industrial base deep dive to determine how to support Ukraine while protecting our own supply needs. The Army said it also asked Capitol Hill for $500 million a year in upgrade efforts for the Army's ammunition plants.
Starting point is 01:01:36 Meanwhile, the service is relying on existing contracts to increase production of ammunition, but it hasn't signed new contracts to account for the higher amounts it will need to replenish its stocks, according to Army officials. Well, one way you could replenish the stocks is stop sending everything to Ukraine. That's right. But they're not going to stop doing that, are they? No, because they want the war.
Starting point is 01:01:58 But there's going to be shortages of supplies, and it's going to become difficult to make new ammo. This is not a good situation. Our leaders are leading the people into a disaster and the Russians are sitting back just shaking their heads saying, what are these people doing? We're going to end up slaughtering them. And the Russians don't want the war. It's as plain as anything.
Starting point is 01:02:36 The Russians don't want this war. But they're going to fight it because they know NATO wants the war. But they're watching NATO and they're going, these people are acting like idiots. They're going to get wiped out. But the Russians, they know this war is on the agenda. It's going to have to happen. It's taking place right now and but they're puzzled I really believe they're puzzled by the insane actions of the Western leaders including our political leaders here in the immorality that we're seeing in this country the corruption the sexual immorality the lewdness that thatness, the transvestites, the transgenders, molesting these little children, forcing little children to go through sex change operations.
Starting point is 01:03:37 That is a sign of a society that has gone insane. Right. That it's now fashionable to cut the genitals off of children. This is fashionable in America now. Right. So a 16-year-old can't buy a pack of cigarettes at the convenience store,
Starting point is 01:03:55 but they can have transgender surgery. And just me saying it will get me condemned. It will get me deplatformed. Just for saying that mutilating children is insane, it is immoral, it is a sign of debauchery. This is why I'm saying our leaders have lost their minds. They've been turned over. They literally have been turned over to reprobate minds.
Starting point is 01:04:23 Why are we voting for reprobates? I mean, that says something about us. Yes, we get the government we deserve, don't we? And we're all going to march out in November and vote for a new set of reprobates. Church ought to be crying out
Starting point is 01:04:41 for mercy from God. We ought to be crying out for mercy from God. We ought to be crying out with repentance. Crying out, calling out the sins of this nation and intervening, standing in the gap. Who is standing in the gap, Docs? Who's standing in the gap between God's judgment and the immoral people?
Starting point is 01:05:08 A handful of people, just a handful of ministries, a handful, that's it. I appreciate your support. I appreciate you standing with us. And I never thought I would be here to see these things happening. I just never thought this was going to happen in my lifetime.
Starting point is 01:05:29 But it is, and it is what it is, and we're going to do our job. And you are too. God placed you and me on this earth for this time, for this season. We have a work to do. You and I, we both have a work to do. And that work involves going, going into all the world with the gospel. That's the main thing, that the gospel of the kingdom is preached. Then the end shall come.
Starting point is 01:05:59 Then Christ shall come. We're getting closer every day. Thank you for watching. Please share this Godcast with your friends this is one of the most important ones we've done in a long long time as I said at the beginning nobody's going to tell the American people
Starting point is 01:06:15 what we just told you for the past hour please please share this program with your friends and loved ones and say you know just for one time just once just share this program with your friends and loved ones and say, you know, just for one time, just once, just watch this program. Just watch something I've given to you. You've got to watch this. Maybe you'll reach some of your relatives and loved ones and friends. Send it to your pastor.
Starting point is 01:06:38 You might wake them up. We'll see you tomorrow. Bye. God bless you.
