TRUNEWS with Rick Wiles - FBI Given 5 Days to Cough up Biden Bribery Documents

Episode Date: May 25, 2023

House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley today are blasting FBI Director Christopher Wray for defying a congressional subpoena for an unclassifie...d record alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national. The document, an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions. In a new letter to Director Wray, Chairman Comer warns that if the FBI fails to produce the record by May 30, 2023, the Oversight Committee will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said, “The FBI’s refusal to provide this single document is obstructionist. Whistleblower disclosures that Joe Biden may have been involved in a criminal bribery scheme as Vice President track closely with what we are seeing in our investigation into the Biden family’s influence peddling schemes. Congress and the American people need to know what, if anything, the FBI did to verify the allegations contained within this record. If Director Wray refuses to hand over this unclassified record, the Oversight Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings.” Rick Wiles, Doc Burkhart. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley today are blasting FBI Director Christopher Wray for defying a congressional subpoena for an unclassified record alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign
Starting point is 00:01:07 national. The document, an FBI-generated form, FD-1023, allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions. In a new letter to Director Wray, Chairman Comer warns that if the FBI fails to produce the record by May 30th, 2023, the House Oversight Committee will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said, quote, The FBI's refusal to provide this single document is obstructionist. Whistleblower disclosures that Joe Biden may have been involved in a criminal bribery scheme as vice president track closely with what we are seeing in our investigation into the Biden family's influence peddling schemes, Congress and the American people need to know what, if anything, the FBI did to verify the allegations contained within this record. If Director Wray refuses to hand over this
Starting point is 00:02:21 unclassified record, the Oversight Committee will begin contempt of Congress proceedings, end of quote. Let's look at this article published by the New York Post. Dr. Burkhart is here to tell us what the Post said. Yes, the New York Post reported that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says an informant file that he's seeking from the FBI links President Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme while he was vice president. Representative Comer from Kentucky revealed the size of the alleged bribe for the first time Wednesday in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray, threatening him with contempt proceedings if he doesn't share the file pursuant to a May 3rd subpoena. Now, Rick, if they do issue a contempt citation, who's going to enforce it? And who do you arrest? And who does the arresting?
Starting point is 00:03:16 The U.S. Marshals. So is there a scenario where you would see the U.S. Marshals taken to custody, FBI Director Christopher Wray? What happened to Steve Bannon when he didn't show up for a House committee hearing? They found him in contempt of court and had him arrested. That's right. And then, let's see, we had some other Republican officials during the Trump administration that also refused to testify. And Roger Stone, he got an FBI SWAT team. That's right. And a CNN SWAT team, too, at the same time.
Starting point is 00:03:56 Well, now, that does require the Department of Justice to initiate the proceedings. Now the House, I don't know if, Doc, the House could send, they have a Sergeant of Arms. That's true. And they have the Capitol Police. And they have a jail cell. That's right.
Starting point is 00:04:20 There is a jail cell in the House, not in the chamber, but in In the Capitol building. In the Capitol building. They could send someone over to arrest the FBI director. That would just be mind-boggling. Who is attacking our, you know, the Democrats in the media
Starting point is 00:04:37 talk about, you know, these right-wingers are attacking democracy. You know, who's attacking the republic? Who's destroying the republic? Who's destroying the republic? It's these people that are showing contempt. The FBI does not care what anybody thinks. They do have contempt. They have contempt for the American people.
Starting point is 00:05:01 They have contempt for the elected officials of the American people. And they're making their own decisions as to what they're going to enforce, what they're going to investigate. This is significant that the FBI is standing up to the House Oversight Committee on this. And saying, we refuse to give you a document. One document. And the document would implicate Joe Biden in a bribery scheme. So the FBI and the director, Chris Wray, is protecting the Bidens. He protected Hunter Biden. He's protecting Joe Biden. What's in it for him? Why are so many people at the FBI so determined to protect the criminal activity of the Biden family? Because once it all is revealed, the whole house of cards comes tumbling down. So what's in it for them? How much money have these guys received over years?
Starting point is 00:06:07 What we have are dirty cops. There are clean cops and dirty cops. You know, look, I'm a big supporter of law enforcement, but law enforcement officers will tell you they're dirty cops. Right. And they want to get the dirty cops out because it makes all the other police officers look bad. The FBI has dirty cops.
Starting point is 00:06:28 And it goes to the very top of the FBI. I mean, Mr. Ray replaced Comey. Right. But Donald Trump appointed Mr. Ray. That's right. I mean, one reason I would question a second term for Donald Trump is based on his record of really poor judgment in who he appointed. I mean, he really struck out in his appointments. Each time he would appoint someone and they would turn out to be a snake that was biting, which makes you wonder how much time did he spend investigating, thinking about the people he was going to appoint.
Starting point is 00:07:13 I think most likely Donald Trump simply assigned it to somebody and said, give me some names. And so his weak spot was delegating the appointment. But anyhow, going back to the FBI, they're standing up to the chairman, to the entire committee, the House Oversight Committee, that's investigating major allegations of bribery against the president of the United States. And the FBI is protecting the Biden family. So as you lift the lid off of this particular situation, you discover a Ukraine connection. So the informant tip that all this is being based on is dated June 30th of 2020. And Comer wrote an additional clue in the mysterious allegation
Starting point is 00:07:58 that triggered a guessing game due to the Biden family's extensive consulting work in countries where the then VP held sway. And what kind of consulting was he doing? Yeah. I mean, they say he had a consulting business. What was he consulting? I mean, he's never built anything. He's never, you know, created anything.
Starting point is 00:08:23 I've hired consultants, but they're experts in particular fields. Right. What is Joe Biden an expert in? How to take bribes. That's right. Now, in a remarkable coincidence, Ukrainian officials held a press conference
Starting point is 00:08:39 in Kiev on June 13th, 2020, 17 days before this FBI tip-off, where they showed off $5 million in cash allegedly offered as a bribe to end an investigation of natural gas company Burisma's founder, Mykola Zolchevsky. Now, the cash seized by the Ukrainian officials back in 2020 was paid in American $100 bills that were put on display and matches the amount that Joe Biden allegedly received years earlier. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine said at the time that three Kiev bureaucrats, including a current and a former tax official, were arrested and that an additional one million dollars was offered to an office holder working as a middleman.
Starting point is 00:09:26 And so this has a Ukraine connection. Is that possibly another reason why the FBI is dragging their feet on this? Because once we start peeling back the layers on Ukraine, suddenly people aren't going to be as enthusiastic on Ukraine as before. Does this explain the unexplainable, mysterious influence that Zelensky has on Joe Biden? Oh, that's a good point. Send me more money, send me more tanks, send me jets, or I will tell the world what I know about you. Have you ever thought about this? Zelensky is blackmailing Joe Biden?
Starting point is 00:10:11 It would certainly explain a lot of things, wouldn't it? And then Zelensky skimming off hundreds of millions of dollars and just pressuring Joe Biden, send more money. Okay, raise the debt ceiling. Do whatever you got to get. Do whatever you got to do. Do whatever you got to do. We get more money over to Ukraine. And how do we know Joe Biden isn't skimming money off of this military aid himself? How do we know that?
Starting point is 00:10:36 We don't know. How do we know that Zelensky isn't setting aside 10% for the big man? I mean, this could be a bigger scandal than we realized, Doc. Well, Representative Comer took to social media to make his case and said, Hey, the FBI has five days to produce the requested FD-1023 record that alleges a $5 million bribery scheme involving then Vice President Biden. If the FBI doesn't produce the record, then Representative James Comer will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings. So the clock is ticking for five days from today to see if the FBI turns over that FD 1023. Doc, I want to go back to something I just said, as I hadn't thought about this before.
Starting point is 00:11:26 Is the Biden support for Ukraine and this massive amount of money that we have sent from the American taxpayers to Ukraine, probably approaching $140 billion at this point, is point. Is it a massive money laundering operation with percentages secretly going to top American officials? That wouldn't shock me at all at this point in time. It would explain the behavior of a lot of officials in the administration. How do we know it's not going to people in the Pentagon? How do we know these top generals aren't getting kickback money? It's the same strategy we would use if we were trying to topple another country.
Starting point is 00:12:15 We'd pay off generals, we'd pay off administration officials with secret accounts and secret funds. I think some people should ask these questions. Well, who's going to ask these questions, Rick? I mean, really, who out there is going to ask these questions? Me. I just asked. I want to get this idea circulating.
Starting point is 00:12:36 So all of you start asking that question publicly in your social media postings. Just say, how do we know that Biden isn't getting a kickback from this war? And if they respond with, that's a ridiculous suggestion, you know you're hot on the trail. That's right. Well, while we're talking about corruption, let's talk about Jeffrey Epstein, the Israeli spy. And supposedly he's dead. Maybe. I suspect he's living in Tel Aviv. CNBC reported JPMorgan Chase says Jeffrey Epstein paid the tuition for the children of the governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Wow. And Doc,
Starting point is 00:13:27 his, his, the governor's wife worked for Epstein. Yes. Listen to this. CNBC is reporting that Jeffrey Epstein paid the school tuition for the children of the then governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands, whose wife made efforts to secure a student visas and a work license for young women connected to Epstein. That's according to an updated court filing Thursday by JPMorgan Chase. Now, those tuition payments, whose duration and amounts were not revealed, allowed then-Governor John DeYoung to funnel additional money to his political campaigns, J.P. Morgan said in the filing in U.S. District Court in Manhattan. Now, Rick, we were talking before we started the Godcast today that you pointed out that this information came from J.P. Morgan.
Starting point is 00:14:19 Yeah. J.P. Morgan Chase ratted out on the governor because they're deeply involved in this lawsuit because of just Staley, who was one of their bankers. Right. And and so they're trying to separate themselves from Staley because Staley is implicated in sexually assaulting young underage girls and uh but he was working for jp morgan chase and so there are you know the allegation is that is that jp morgan chase knew about all this stuff and was allowing epstein to to um do you know multi-million dollar transactions, and that JPMorgan Chase knew that this money was coming from child trafficking. Now, those are the allegations.
Starting point is 00:15:14 So JPMorgan Chase, now you're talking about, you're growing up, you're talking about JPMorgan Chase, you're getting to Jamie Dimon. Yes. And so they've got to break away from this. And to me, it looks like JPMorgan Chase just threw the former governor of the Virgin Islands under the bus
Starting point is 00:15:36 and said, well, let me tell you. In other words, they're telling the court, Your Honor, let us tell you what we know. We know that Jeffrey Epstein was paying the tuition for the governor's children. So what else is going to come out? Again, you've got corrupt Democrats. This is the most corrupt regime I've ever seen in my life. It's like the only thing they do is corruption.
Starting point is 00:16:11 They've perfected corrupt politics. Go ahead. Well, I was just going to say, remember they sacked the Attorney General in the Virgin Islands at the beginning of the year, I think right over Christmas break, because she had filed a lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase. And so they had to get rid of her because it was eventually going to lead to that information coming out about Governor DeYoung. That's right. And they haven't been able to stop the leaks and the revelations that's coming out.
Starting point is 00:16:48 Some political news. A major Supreme Court decision today that went the right direction, and a unanimous decision. Okay, so this is a Fox News story. Supreme Court delivers blow to key Biden environmental policy and unanimous ruling. What it comes down to, Doc, is the EPA, the Environmental Protection Agency, was becoming more aggressive in staking out its territory, basically saying, hey, Doc, you've got a mud puddle in your backyard. Essentially, that's what it's boiled down to, yes.
Starting point is 00:17:28 Yeah, that mud puddle in your backyard, that's under EPA jurisdiction because we regulate the waterways of the United States, and we tested that mud puddle, and it has water in it. Therefore, your backyard is now under our jurisdiction that sounds extreme but that's where it's not that extreme that's exactly what they were doing to farmers and ranchers and they were saying you have a pond or in texas a tank or some swamp land you got some swamp land and we're going to declare this federally protected waterways. And then the EPA was coming in, taking control of the property.
Starting point is 00:18:10 And so the Supreme Court today ruled against the EPA and said, you can't do that. Right. And once again, in a unanimous ruling. is reporting that the Supreme Court on Thursday issued a ruling narrowing the federal government's authority regulating bodies of water and effectively upending a Biden administration policy that recently went into effect. Now, the high court's unanimous 9-0 decision, which was delivered by Justice Samuel Alito, rejected the Environmental Protection Agency's broad definition of waters of the United States. Now, the case centered on Michael and Chantel Sackett, two Idaho residents whom the EPA prohibited from building a home near a wetland years ago, citing the Clean Water Act of 1972. Now, we have
Starting point is 00:19:02 the quote from that. The EPA ordered the Sackets to restore the site, threatening penalties of over $40,000 per day. Per day. And Alito's majority opinion stated, The EPA classified the wetlands on the Sackets lot as waters of the United States because they were near a ditch that fed into a creek, which fed into Priest Lake, a navigable, I forget my words today, interstate lake. The Sacketts sued, alleging that their property was not waters of the United States. And so on. I mean, we said earlier, using the mud puddle in your backyard, but look at this.
Starting point is 00:19:41 This is the real case. Right. That on this ranch, that a ditch. Yes. A ditch. There were wetlands on the property. The wetlands were connected to a ditch that connected, that fed to Priest Lake. And therefore, it came under EPA control. I mean, if you want to use that, you know, that reasoning, then the water coming out of your faucet is under the EPA's control. They're moving in that direction, Doc. That's why the Biden administration wants to ban gas stoves. They're coming into your house.
Starting point is 00:20:20 They have every intention of coming into your house and regulating your home on the inside anyhow it's a good decision very very commendable and i'm surprised it was unanimous it means it was so outrageous that even the leftist judges couldn't defend the epa yes because they were probably thinking about their own property and that they were going to be dealing with the same problem. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis made his announcement last night that he is a candidate for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. And the announcement was made on Twitter and spaces, with Elon Musk as the host of the program. So this was highly anticipated all day yesterday.
Starting point is 00:21:12 I mean, there was so much buzz on social media. I mean, DeSantis and Elon Musk together on Twitter. But something went wrong last night. So this is an NPR report. DeSantis debuts presidential bid in a glitch-ridden Twitter disaster. Yes, it was supposed to be a historic moment for Twitter. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis would smoothly kick off his presidential candidacy on the social media platform. An uninterrupted conversation between DeSantis and Twitter CEO Elon Musk would be live-streamed on Twitter spaces to mark the event. But instead, the live audio event was beset with technical malfunctions. After some 20 minutes of
Starting point is 00:21:58 crashing and echoing and chaos, it abruptly ended. Many on Twitter had a one-word description for it, disaster. The start of broadcast was delayed for a few minutes and then it cut out twice. Tech investor David Sachs pointed out who was supposed to introduce the event could be heard saying, the servers are melting. At another point, as Sachs attempted to speak, an echo reverberated his words back to him, it just keeps crashing, huh? An unidentified speaker was heard saying, as Musk and his team scrambled to fix the problem.
Starting point is 00:22:32 Okay, so, Doc, last night when I first heard about it, you know, my first, well, actually, my first reaction was very skeptical. But then I tried to think, well, before I jump to conclusions in my mind, let's think this through. You and I both know that technological devices can be demon possessed. I mean, it's like if you deal with technology, stuff goes wrong. Usually at the worst possible time. At the worst time.
Starting point is 00:23:08 So I am quite aware that glitches do happen. But when I read something a few minutes later last night in the New York Times. Right. Okay, let's put this up. I'm not going to do the entire New York Times article. DeSantis' big moment goes awry with a Twitter meltdown. I want to read or have Doc read one or two paragraphs in this New York Times article last night. All right, so it talks about the Twitter debut. Ron DeSantis' long-awaited official entry into the 2024 presidential campaign went haywire for almost a half hour on Wednesday during a glitch-filled live stream over Twitter.
Starting point is 00:23:52 The tech problems eventually subsided but seriously marred what should have been a climactic moment for Mr. DeSantis. Now, this next paragraph is where it kicks in. DeSantis' interview with conservative radio host Mark Levin closed with some of the same moments of silent glitchiness that marked the Twitter spaces. So happening once is an event. Happening twice, that's a coincidence. And I don't believe in coincidence. That's right. So when Governor DeSantis left Twitter, they went to the Mark Levin show. Right. And they had technical problems. That's when you become suspicious.
Starting point is 00:24:36 Right. I said, okay, somebody deliberately wrecked the DeSantis announcement. So who would be the prime suspects? Well, number one, I'm not going to put them in order. Let's say any of these people. Okay. One suspect would be the FBI. Because we know they've influenced twitter in the past and we know that the fbi interferes in elections yes so is this is this the opening shot of the fbi against ron de santos because de santos said that on day one he will fire christopher ray as the director of the FBI. So did the FBI enter the presidential campaign last night? We have to think this way now. You cannot in any way assume that the FBI is a good government agency that does not interfere in elections, what we suspected was happening, we now know for certain that it
Starting point is 00:25:48 did happen. And you have to assume it's going to happen again and again and again because they're getting away with it. And they're running the country by controlling who gets elected. One way you control who gets elected is to crash an opponent's campaign. Right. To get that candidate so bogged down in problems, he can't campaign. So suspect number one would be the FBI. Suspect number two would be the Biden campaign. And suspect number three would be Donald Trump. donald trump despises ron desantis yes i i don't know if you saw the uh posting that truth social did kind of mocking the
Starting point is 00:26:35 announcement that night it had a picture of uh elon musk uh ron desantis, Klaus Schwab, Hitler, the devil, and the FBI. And they were doing it mockingly as the Twitter space was going on and everything. And so it just shows you the level of rhetoric that is already in place within the Trump campaign. Donald Trump is so nasty. I keep telling myself every day, I'm going to stay out of the election this time. I'm just going to stay neutral. It's hard to come out here and do a talk show.
Starting point is 00:27:15 And not talk about it. And not talk about it. The biggest topic in the next year is going to be the presidential, assuming we don't have a nuclear war. But the biggest topic for the next year is going to be the presidential, you know, assuming we don't have a nuclear war. But the biggest topic for the next year is going to be the presidential campaign. It's very difficult.
Starting point is 00:27:31 How do you avoid talking about the candidates and yet talk about the campaign? And I really don't want to get involved in the campaigns because, I mean, I'm going to have my own personal view, and I'm going to vote, but whether I'm going to get out there and actively work for, it remains to be seen. I don't know. I don't know. I worked very hard for Donald Trump in 2016. I was one of the 400, 500 pastors that got invited to New York City in 2015
Starting point is 00:28:10 to meet with Mr. Trump. You know, and so I backed him very hard, but you know the thing that turns me off about him is his mouth, his nastiness. I'm just tired of it. He name calls everybody. He's like a 14-year-old boy in a 78-year body. You know, just name calling and just tearing people down just because he wants, you know, he doesn't like any competition. That turns me off. You know, we laughed at it in 2016.
Starting point is 00:28:46 It was funny. It was like sick humor. I mean, we laughed at it in the debates. You know why we laughed at it? Because we were, we, I say the, you know, millions of Americans were just so fed up with the establishment in this country that just watching a billionaire just beat the snot out of establishment
Starting point is 00:29:11 people on live television. And he was saying things that we wanted to say to the public. It was kind of like watching professional wrestling. You knew, you know, he's like, that's not real, but this is entertaining. So a lion Ted. And little Marco. The phrases, you know, he's like, that's not real, but this is entertaining, you know. So a lion Ted, remember? And little Marco.
Starting point is 00:29:27 Yeah. The phrases, you know, he branded people. Yes. Crooked Hillary. Right. You know, all that kind of stuff. So just watching the establishment get angry was entertaining to us. It really was the key to the Trump campaign.
Starting point is 00:29:46 He entertained us. He is an entertainer. At heart, he's an entertainer. I would agree with you on that. Okay? Yeah. And he entertained us. And it was so bizarre. We're like, this is the craziest campaign we've ever seen.
Starting point is 00:30:03 It was like a Jerry Springer show. But just like professional wrestling, if it starts getting mean, it loses its entertainment value. And so this time, he's mean. And he's not funny. And people aren't laughing. And the stick that he had in 2016 is not going to work this time. It's just not going to work. He has to grow up. He has to act like a president. And he's not acting like a president. He's acting like a little boy, a bully on the playground, the rich kid bully. And it's going to backfire on him this time.
Starting point is 00:30:51 It's turning me off. I know it's turning other people. I hear other people talking about it. The mood has changed. The times have changed. But now in the race, you've got people that have taken his anti-establishment position really away from. RFK Jr. is really anti-establishment. Ron DeSantis, anti-establishment, even from within the establishment. Ron DeSantis has taken over that cultural wars mantle, if you will. He's anti-woke. His campaign is anti-woke.
Starting point is 00:31:23 And I certainly don't agree with every value that Ron DeSantis has either by any stretch of imagination. So I don't think that's an endorsement. But the fact of the matter is, you know, he's standing up, at least here in Florida, against the, you know, the influence that the woke community has had in the state. The next story is an example of this. This is from Orlando, WKMG. There's this restaurant up in Orlando called Hamburger Mary's, and it's very pride-oriented.
Starting point is 00:31:55 And they've come out saying, there's no grooming here. Hamburger Mary's owner says the law. Drag show critics paint false narrative. WKMG News 6 Orlando reported that John Paonessa, owner of Orlando restaurant Hamburger Mary's, has filed a lawsuit against the state and against Governor Ron DeSantis claiming that the Protection of Children Act is too vague and it's costing his business customers
Starting point is 00:32:22 because they had to ban children from their family-friendly drag shows family-friendly drag shows right so uh we have a small clip of this report this is from uh channel six up in orlando we stopped obviously had to stop bringing uh allowing people to bring their children in but the excuse me the moment that we announced that 20 percent of our bookings went down on Sunday we had cancellations and then the following Sunday so it is taking a hit on the business. The new bill penalizes venues that allow children to an adult live performance by suspending or revoking their business licenses something Panessa says they can't afford to have happen.
Starting point is 00:33:07 There's nothing going on with drag queens that affects any family, any children. There's no nudity at these shows. There's nothing, there's no grooming. It's a false narrative that's being placed on drag shows. State Representative Randy Fine sponsored the bill and says he was, quote, disgusted to learn about the lawsuit and was stunned to learn just how many bookings the restaurant lost because children weren't allowed. All we want is to keep kids away from adult entertainment. And I don't know why this one group of places is so concerned about it. You know, I've never been to Hamburger Mary's. I don't know why this one group of places is so concerned about it. You know, I've never been to Hamburger Mary's.
Starting point is 00:33:48 I don't know what they do there. If they follow the law, they have nothing to worry about. Doc, I mean, this owner said, well, there's no nudity here. There's nothing. It's a family-friendly, clean, wholesome drag queen show. Wholesome drag queen show. Wholesome drag queen show. Wholesome drag queen show. But we've seen videos from drag queen shows around the country that were like you filmed it in Sodom and Gomorrah.
Starting point is 00:34:18 Filthy, vile, disgusting dancing in front of children. And these people were fighting for that. Fighting to dance in front of children. And these people were fighting for that. Fighting to dance in front of the child. So, Doc, if we opened up a food, beverage, restaurant, bar, whatever, and we had straight dancing in front of children, would the state shut you down? dancing in front of children. Would the state shut you down? Could you bring children into a bar where the dancers were straight,
Starting point is 00:34:54 not gay, not transvestites, just straight, and they did sexually provocative, suggestive dances in front of children? Could you do that? Of course not. Then what's the issue here? See, the left says... They're a special class.
Starting point is 00:35:13 Homosexual behavior has to be tolerated no matter what they do. It's a special class. Protected, not special, protected class. They've named it a protected class. No, you're defiling the minds of children. So the governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, in the state legislature here, passed a law that is protecting children. The state, Governor DeSantis, revoked a liquor license several months ago from a bar down in South Florida around Miami. A hotel bar, if I recall.
Starting point is 00:35:50 Yeah, Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Just took the liquor license away from them. That's what you have to do. If there are children involved, take... Look, everybody knows you can't take children into a bar. That should be the first clue right there. That was when I was watching that earlier today, I thought, well, who takes their kids to a bar anyway? But I know that there's a lot of restaurants slash bars around.
Starting point is 00:36:15 And so a lot of bars will actually tell parents if you have a restaurant with a bar in it, they will tell parents, your children can't come over to this section. You can't sit over here. Families have to sit over on this side. Right. But in these bars, no, you can bring the children in, and transvestites are going to do lewd dances in front of them. And something else regarding what Mr. Panessa said, he said,
Starting point is 00:36:46 there's nothing sexualized about what we're doing here. Can you put number 16 back up on the screen for us? The original article. All right. There's nothing sexualized about this. And yet the mascot that they have for Hamburger Mary's is obviously sexualized. The image itself is sexualized. And then they had the statue of Hamburger Mary in the restaurant. Very sexualized. Fish neck, stockings, cleavage. Kids don't dress like that.
Starting point is 00:37:18 And they shouldn't be exposed to it. But that was sexualized too. And later in today's program, we're going to talk about Target stores because they're feeling the heat because of their idiotic decisions to basically promote grooming of children, offering a line of clothing that is endorsing transitioning the gender of children. So we'll talk about it a little bit later. But I want to go back to the campaign stuff, Doc. My personal view as a Floridian, and I actually, I wrote a message to Governor DeSantis on the governor's website.
Starting point is 00:38:07 He's a citizen. And I told him, I said, I think you're the greatest governor the state of Florida has ever had. I'd amend the Constitution of the state, let you run for unlimited terms. I think you're fantastic. But I don't want you running for president. I'd prefer that you stay here in the state of Florida and be the best governor. I think you're making a mistake running for president.
Starting point is 00:38:33 And that's my view. I think he's going to be brought under influences that I'd prefer not to watch happen. Right. And, you know, he's still a young man. He's only, what, 45 years old? Right. He could sit out 10 years and only be 55 in an election,
Starting point is 00:38:53 assuming the FBI is not manipulating that election 10 years from now. But, you know, I really think Governor DeSantis made a mistake jumping in the race. He has a good chance of winning. I do not think Donald Trump is going to win the nomination. I really don't think. I think he's going to be in prison. And it would be a train wreck to re-nominate Donald Trump. The accusations that have, I mean, I know he's the enemies.
Starting point is 00:39:27 I've defended him through all this stuff but he's damaged goods and and i would not recommend um the republican party nominating him again i think the sleeper candidate on the republican side is tim scott i think he could draw people away especially in the early primaries. And so, and he's going to, if he runs a positive, clean campaign where he's like, I'm not getting in the name calling, I'm not doing dirty politics. I'm going to keep this positive and up. That's the mood for this year. So the mood in 2016 was we're looking for a candidate that will punch them in the face. Stick it to the establishment.
Starting point is 00:40:08 This year, there are a lot of voters that are saying, I'm tired of the fighting. I'm tired of the name, through the whole society, the entire society, tired of the blacklisting
Starting point is 00:40:22 and the deplatforming and destroying people's names and their reputation and their character. Yes. We're tired of all of it. How about time out? Both sides. Stop it. Stop it. Just stop it. And, Doc, I wouldn't be surprised that the choice next November is Tim Scott on the Republican side and Robert Kennedy on the Democrat side. I would not be surprised that it happens that way. You have to discern the mood of the country right now. And people are just, they're, people are becoming alarmed by what's happening in the country, how fast it's falling apart. And there's going to be a movement, the candidates that come, see, Trump fit the mood of 2016. He fit the mood. He was the right person at that time for the mood of the country. He's not the right person for the mood he was the right person at that time for the mood of the country
Starting point is 00:41:25 he's not the right person for the mood in 2024 he could pivot and become that person but he won't do it because he can't do the personality change he is who he is instead of you know if he would suddenly say, you know what, that old Donald Trump, that was me years ago. I've matured. I've grown. I want to be a Lincoln-esque president. I want to go down in the history books as a statesman. He can't do it. He just can't do it because he always goes for the throat. And that's not the mood in 2024. The mood this time is somebody please stop the fighting among the American people.
Starting point is 00:42:22 Stop the name calling. Stop the attacks. Can we just sit down and be friends again? Can Democrats talk to Republicans and Republicans talk to Democrats without spitting at each other? I think a lot of people are starting to think like this. like you know what i'm willing to compromise i'm willing to let some things happen that i really don't appreciate i don't like but if if that's what i have to do to get the country calmed down i'll do it and i think the candidates that talk like that are going to win joe biden can't win this thing. Oh my gosh. Can you imagine him
Starting point is 00:43:06 in a debate? Well, he won't do debates with... He's already said he's not going to, but how long can he keep that up? How long can he keep that up? When Robert Kennedy beats him in New Hampshire, remember, Kennedy's New Englander.
Starting point is 00:43:23 Right. Okay, New Hampshire is next door. Kennedy's going to win New Hampshire. Remember, Kennedy's New Englander. New Hampshire is next door. Kennedy's going to win New Hampshire. What do they do then? What happened to Lyndon Johnson in 68 when Eugene McCarthy almost won New Hampshire? Within days, Lyndon Johnson quit. That's right. Now, I'm just thinking, is there an election cycle that compares to this time? The closest one I could recall was 68. You had McGovern, Humphrey, of course, Bobby Kennedy earlier, and then he got assassinated. And then.
Starting point is 00:43:57 Well, Bobby got it. Robert Kennedy Sr. got in the race after McCarthy softened up LBJ. And then suddenly Kennedy was the leading candidate. And so Kennedy was killed and who did we get? Hubert Humphrey. And out of that you got Richard Nixon. So that's my political analysis of what's taking place. I just think 2024 is going to produce candidates on both sides that right now most people aren't suspecting, not anticipating that they're going to win.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Another one, I don't know if we have. Glenn Youngkin? Yeah. He apparently has decided he's rethinking. The governor of Virginia, a Republican, he said a couple months ago he was not going to run. But apparently something's changed his mind and he's now thinking about running for president.
Starting point is 00:45:05 So New York Post is reporting that not only has Virginia Governor Glenn Young told confidants that he's reconsidering a 2024 presidential bid. He also has been privately meeting with prospective donors, telling them he is open to entering the race if he sees a path. And he told sources on that on the program On the Money. Now, one source revealed the Republican governor recently met about a possible run with deep-pocketed donors at the related companies, the real estate giant that owns Hudson Yards in New York City and whose billionaire chairman, Stephen Ross, is a longtime GOP donor. The related meeting was indicative of the private sector meetings and
Starting point is 00:45:47 contributions he could get. The source said, adding part of keeping his optionality is figuring out if he can line up the funding. And that's really at the core. Some of you mentioned the other day, though, Tim Scott has been able to raise money. Yes, a lot of money. In just a few days. And so maybe now we're going to start seeing weaknesses. You know, Asa Hutchinson has been, you know, talking about running for months and everything. And so we might see several more candidates come in. Doc, last week, I don't know if it was the past weekend
Starting point is 00:46:23 or the weekend before, the Trump campaign suddenly canceled a rally, an outdoor rally in Iowa. And they gave the excuse that it was weather related, but the weather was not threatening. And the speculation is they couldn't get a crowd and they knew nobody was going to show up and they had to come up with a reason to shut it down. I don't know, but it's interesting
Starting point is 00:46:58 if Trump can't draw the crowds this year like he did in 2016 and in 2020, if he can't draw the crowds, it's going to be very embarrassing for him to go out there and have an arena that may only have one-fourth of the seats filled. That's going to look really bad on the Trump campaign because part of his persona is this ability to draw these massive crowds to him. I think his campaign is stumbling.
Starting point is 00:47:33 I really don't think he's going to do well. Now, we've been talking about the U.S. intelligence agencies interfering in American elections. We've known, Doc, that they interfere in foreign elections. Yes, they've admitted that. Well, President Erdogan of Turkey is accusing them of interfering in the Turkish elections. He just barely squeaked by. He didn't win enough votes to avoid a runoff.
Starting point is 00:48:07 So they have to have a second election and he's fighting for his political life. So today at a rally, he had 50,000 people at his rally. He implied that Western intelligence agencies are interfering in the elections in Turkey to defeat him. Yes. So that goes back to this thing that NATO wants to get rid of Erdogan. Well, it would solve a lot of problems for NATO and for our intelligence agencies. President Erdogan hit out at the Western media, publishing articles and covers against his election, and at his main rival, Kamal
Starting point is 00:48:46 Kirlik Daroglu. I actually practiced that today for being a puppet of some powers in an election rally in Istanbul. That was actually a rally earlier this month. He also criticized Kirlik Daroglu over his claims that Russia interfered in Turkish elections through deep fake content. It's a shame. What can you say if I tell you that the United States, Britain, and Germany manipulate the elections, he said? How about that? Can you imagine that? The U.S., Britain, and Germany manipulating foreign elections. Do you think they manipulate elections here in the USA?
Starting point is 00:49:21 Absolutely. Well, that's a conspiracy theory. Okay. But if you say the CIA manipulates elections in other countries, that's patriotic. Right? That's right. Let's do some World War III news.
Starting point is 00:49:40 Bild, a German magazine, largest NATO exercise of all time over Germany. Now, the Bundeswehr is preparing for the largest NATO Air Force exercise of all time, and that's going to start from June 5th through the 23rd. Twenty-five nations will take part in Air Defender in German airspace in neighboring countries. The USA, in in particular wants to demonstrate strength over the 10 days. It's about sending a strong signal. If the worst came to the
Starting point is 00:50:11 worst, we would be able to defend ourselves. That's coming from Lieutenant General Ingo Gerharts, Inspector of the Air Force in Hanover. We are demonstrating that we can gather forces within a few hours, he continues. It is clear to whom this political signal of a nonetheless defensive exercise was sent to, Russia and President Vladimir Putin. So you have as many as 10,000 soldiers, 6,000 of them from Germany taking part in the exercise. 240 aircraft are expected, including 100 from the USA alone. U.S. forces will be arriving with their C-130 Hercules transport aircraft
Starting point is 00:50:47 at Wunstorf Air Base in Hanover, and an A440M transport aircraft of the Bunswar Air Transport Squadron are stationed there. I don't know if we want to go through any more of these particulars. Let's just say they're gearing up. This was a massive military exercise,
Starting point is 00:51:08 which, again, the Russians would have to look at this and say they're getting ready to invade. Now, you know, the German people today are a completely different set of people than they were 50 years ago. When they start seeing hundreds of planes flying over Germany in a few weeks, are they going to realize that they are on the cusp of World War III where they're at?
Starting point is 00:51:33 I think the people on the ground that see this stuff is going to recognize it because they're going to have flashback memories of German history. Another story, I want to get, I got a couple more I want to get to, but the last one I want you to hear about is Mr. Medvedev's latest post, which he said Ukraine's going to disappear. But I'll show you this one, number 32,
Starting point is 00:51:59 Russia Today, Russia signs nuclear arms deal with its neighbor, which is Belarus. And so RT is reporting that Moscow and Minsk have sealed an agreement on the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus. Explaining the need for the move, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shagou cited a recent increase in the number of NATO maneuvers involving weapons of mass destruction. Yes. Think about what he just said. The Defense Minister of Russia, a general, said, we're moving nuclear weapons into Belarus next door to us because we have been witnessing the movement of NATO weapons of mass destruction. And so they're going to respond. And then you have this article from Rio Navaste. They wasted no time after the deal, says the movement of
Starting point is 00:53:01 nuclear weapons is already underway in Belarus. Rio Navaste published that the movement of nuclear weapons is already underway in Belarus. Ria Novosti published that the president of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko's announcement that the beginning of the movement of nuclear weapons from Russia to the neighboring republic is underway. So they wasted no time, Rick. No, no, it's happening, Doc. I'm looking to see, I think we could get to this next one, this Newsweek article. Ukraine needs F-16s to isolate Crimea. So that's the plan. They are definitely going. The West is definitely arming Ukraine. The last great battle of this war, Doc. It really hinges on Crimea, doesn't it?
Starting point is 00:53:49 So the West is telling Zelensky, we're going to back you one more time. You have to invade Crimea. That's where we're going. Right. And it's going to be the grand finale of this war. In their minds, they think this is going to be it. This will be where Russia breaks.
Starting point is 00:54:09 But I think this is where Russia will crush the West. So a lot is hinging on this, Doc. Things could go really bad here. Really fast. Very fast. But when you read the article, I'm not so sure they can do it. I'm not even sure they can do it i don't know i'm not even sure they can do it this year if if the people quoted in this article are accurate this isn't going to be possible until early next year right because the delivery of f-16s hasn't even taken place they're still training pilots yes you don't train pilots in
Starting point is 00:54:43 two or three months so that means this war is going to drag into 2024. At least that's what they want. That's what they want. So you want to go through a couple of them? Sure. Currently, Russia controls a swath of territory in southern Ukraine running all the way from the Dnieper River in the west to the Russian border in the east. This land bridge of occupied territory gives Russia a readily accessible resupply route to occupied Crimea. However, if Ukrainian forces prove capable of severing this land bridge by pushing south toward the Sea of Azov, then Russia's most reliable remaining option
Starting point is 00:55:18 for provisioning the notoriously dry peninsula will be the Kerch Strait Bridge. Now, Ukraine has said that it intends to take back Crimea, but that it would prefer to do so bloodlessly. That's from Bryn Tannehill, RAND Corporation technical analyst. The moment that a JASM, a joint air-to-surface standoff missile fired from an F-16, is capable of isolating Crimea, that's the moment when the F-16s are needed most. But before that moment arrives, however, a complex set of preparations must be completed in order to ensure that the Ukrainian military, equipped with its new hand-me-down planes, is prepared to meet it. Pilots must be trained, runways must be improved, logistical chains must be established, and some combination of Western nations must agree to actually part with a substantial portion of their F-16 inventory.
Starting point is 00:56:13 So just to give you an idea what's happening here, they don't have runways to land F-16s on in Ukraine. They don't have maintenance crews to perform basic maintenance on F-16s. This hasn't come up in discussions? Mr. President, they don't have runways. And then what country out there is going to give up their F-16s? Who is it?
Starting point is 00:56:42 Who is that player in this scenario? this scenario because somebody's got to give up their f-16s poland poland will do whatever they have to do because they want right where western ukraine and dimitri maveta talks about that uh here as well yeah so it goes on here and we're not going to go through this is a long article but it it it it says um the f f-16s will begin arriving in a few months but but by the end of the year uh even if it only takes four months or so to retrain a pilot who has experienced experienced operating a mig or su-27 um in other, this is going to take a long time. It could take more time than that before you have a maintenance team in place.
Starting point is 00:57:33 So this is not a well-thought-out plan. Right. So you can probably retrain a pilot who's flown and have him fly an F-16. But who are you going to get to retrain for a maintenance crew? So that really NATO's only option is we've got to give them NATO. NATO troops. It means NATO troops going to Ukraine to fly the jets and do the maintenance.
Starting point is 00:57:58 That's right. Is that where this is going? But they don't have runways, which means the F-16s have to take off from Poland, which now brings a NATO nation into a war with Russia. That's where they're taking it, Doc. And another option is Romania as well. But Biden's got to protect, he's got to guard Ukraine that the secrets
Starting point is 00:58:26 don't come out about his corruption and besides the longer the war goes the more money he's making in his pocket because Zelensky's giving him a kickback I'm going to say it until people
Starting point is 00:58:42 prove it true because the pattern of behavior with Biden fits it. You mean, oh, he stopped being corrupt? He used to be corrupt, but now he's not corrupt. He used to take kickbacks, but now he doesn't take kickbacks. He used to accept bribes, but he doesn't do bribery now. He's reformed. No, once a crook. He's still crook.
Starting point is 00:59:06 And the Bidens have figured out this war, this is the biggest money-making scheme they've ever seen in their life. The Clintons haven't done anything like this. I mean, the Clinton Foundation is like selling Girl Scout cookies compared to the bribery and the kickbacks coming from this war. You don't get wars like this that often, Doc.
Starting point is 00:59:32 This is the biggest war since Vietnam. So you've got to stretch this out as far as you can. And they are milking it. Okay, so let's go. General Mark Milley had a press conference today along with Secretary Lloyd Austin, and he was asked by a reporter, the Russians are accusing the United States of supplying weapons and vehicles to this so-called Russian paramilitary group that attacked Russia.
Starting point is 01:00:03 And that U.S. military equipment was being used. Yes. It was on Russian soil. Right. So the Russians took photographs and video of the American-made equipment and said, here's the proof that the Pentagon was behind the attack on our cities just a couple days ago. This is what General Milley said today. The rules that we have established with the Ukrainians is to not use U.S. supplied equipment to attack into the geographic space of Russia. And look, they're a country at war. It's an existential threat. They're fighting for their survival. I can't say with definitive accuracy right this minute to you whether that, and I saw the same videos, whether that's U.S. supplied equipment or not, and what was the nature of the attack, who did what to whom.
Starting point is 01:00:47 I can't say that with definitiveness right this minute, but I can say that we have asked the Ukrainians not to use U.S. supplied equipment for direct attacks into Russia. Why is that? Because we don't want, this is a Ukrainian war. It is not a war between the United States and Russia. It's not a war between NATO and Russia. This is a war between Ukraine and Russia, and we are supporting and supplying and help training and advising and assisting Ukraine. But it is not a direct conflict between the United States and Russia. No, it's a proxy war. But what he said was, I can't.
Starting point is 01:01:23 I can't rule it out. I can't tell you that those paramilitary people didn't use American equipment. That's the same as saying, yeah, they did. So the Russians, once again, they have evidence of the U.S. involvement in the war against their people. Now, this leads us up to our last one. Mr. Medvedev had some things to say today. Mr. Medvedev is confident in the disappearance of Ukraine. But says there's several scenarios of how this is going to happen. But look at what he's talking about.
Starting point is 01:02:07 You have the former president of Russia, the current deputy chairman of the National Security Council. Right. Saying the country of Ukraine is going to disappear. I promise you. Yes. So he, uh, deputy chairman of the security council, as Rick said, and former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev believes that either Ukraine will slowly lose its sovereignty or it will face an instant collapse with the simultaneous annihilation of all signs of statehood. And he
Starting point is 01:02:37 made his comments in a lengthy post on his telegram channel. We have that post and we're going to walk through it here. Uh, so this is, uh, So this is from Dmitry Medvedev's Telegram channel. He said, I recently wrote why Ukraine will disappear. Now is the time to say how Ukraine will disappear, as well as what is the risk of renewed conflict in Europe and in the world. This will depend on which path the process of disintegration of this dying state will follow as a result of a lost military conflict. There are two of them. The path of relatively slow erosion of Ukrainian statehood with the gradual loss of the remaining elements of state sovereignty,
Starting point is 01:03:18 or the path of its instant collapse with the simultaneous annihilation of all signs of statehood. In any case, after such a collapse, three scenarios are likely. And so the first scenario he lays out is that the Western, and we've talked about this, the Western regions of Ukraine are coming under control of a number of EU states with the subsequent Anschluss, which means a division of countries of these lands by the recipient states. At the same time, a certain no man's Ukrainian territory will remain, which is squeezed between Russia and the lands that have come under the sovereignty of a number of European countries. He goes on to say the remaining ownerless territory announces its succession from the former Ukraine, its international legal entity, and its intention to return the lost lands by all means.
Starting point is 01:04:12 Naturally, meaning only those lands that became part of Russia. At the same time, this new Ukraine immediately declares its desire to join the European Union and NATO, which is happening in the present term. The armed conflict resumes after a short time, turning into a permanent one, but with the threat of its rapid spillover until full-fledged Third World War. He goes on to say the second part of this is that Ukraine disappears after the completion of the New World Order in the process of its, or not the New World order rather the special military operation in the process of its division in between russia and a number of eu states the government of ukraine is being formed in exile in one of the european countries
Starting point is 01:04:57 they know this rick the conflict ends with reasonable guarantees of its non-resumption in the near future but with the preservation of the terrorist activity of the Ukrainian Nazis, who will be dispersed on the territory of the EU states that received Western Ukrainian lands. The risk of the resumption of a full-fledged conflict or its escalation into a world war in this case could be considered moderate. Now, third, the same thing happens as in the first case, but with the opposite sign. Western lands of Ukraine join a number of EU countries. The people of the central and some other ownerless regions of the Ukraine within the framework of
Starting point is 01:05:37 Article 1 of the UN Charter immediately declares its self-determination by joining the Russian Federation. His request is granted and the conflict ends with sufficient guarantees of its non-recurrence in the long term. There are simply no other options. And this is already clear to everyone, even if it is unpleasant for someone in the West to admit it. We may be temporarily satisfied with the second option, but we need a third one. And so he's laid out the possible scenarios, but all three scenarios end up with the disappearance of Ukraine, at least Ukraine in its present form. In other words, once this conflict starts winding down, the vultures are coming in to pick off the carcass. What we have here, Doug, is both sides, Russia and the West. conflict starts winding down. The vultures are coming in to pick off the carcass.
Starting point is 01:06:32 What we have here, Doug, is both sides, Russia and the West, privately know Ukraine is over. It's not going to survive. I mean, there may be some small entity called Ukraine, but it's not going to be the current Ukraine. And I think both sides know it. And they've actually made promises, like Poland has already been promised that they're going to get Western Ukraine. You play along, you do what you're told, you'll get the payoff. Others will get parts of Ukraine. And the Russians know it. And they are already, the Russians are already preparing for the post-war scenario.
Starting point is 01:07:14 What are we going to be living with after this war ends? And it looks like perpetual warfare. I mean, that's a real possibility. I mean, there's always going to be a conflict in there. It's their way to keep the world war going for as long as they can. For 10 years.
Starting point is 01:07:35 They'll stretch this out over 10 years. We could be here in 2033 talking about the war in Ukraine. And President Hunter Biden. I laugh at that, but as crazy as things are. I'll leave that as the final word for today. Thank you for watching. We appreciate you and we think the world of you. Thank you for supporting us.
