Is there something else coming along? What was the phrase that they were using last week? Timeout? Ceasefire. Ceasefire. COVID had

announced a ceasefire. Yes, a ceasefire. So again, they know the resistance is building. They're pulling back. They're calling it a ceasefire. We're going to give you a break. But when somebody says, I'm going to give you a break, I've been beating you up for two years. I'm going to give you a break. So I can beat you up some more later on? Yes, I'll come back later and beat you up again. That's the way I perceive that. So this is from CNBC here, of course. As Rick mentioned, the CDC is granting us a break. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is reviewing its mask guidance, shifting its focus to COVID hospitalizations as a key measure of the severity of the outbreak and a future guide for determining whether health safety protocols need to be tightened, according to the agency's director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky.

She said we must consider hospital capacity as an additional important barometer. Walensky told the public during a White House COVID update Wednesday, we want to give people a break from things like mask wearing when these metrics are better and then have the ability to reach for them again should things worsen. So they're keeping it in their back pocket, Rick. Absolutely. They're telling you we're going to let up for a while, but we're going to come back again and take away your freedom once again. The Biden administration knows that their popularity is dropping like a rock. You know there's got to be panic inside the White House.

We've got the midterm elections coming. What are we up to now? Over 30 Democrats in the House of Representatives have announced their retirement. Yes, and they're expecting that number to reach about in the 40s by the time it's all said and done. So they know that there's gonna be a massive Republican tidal wave in the November election.

Mr. Biden's popularity is, what is it? I don't even know. Is it still in the 40% range? It's so low, few people give him any high marks as being a good president. But his disapproval rating is in the 50s on some polls. And so that shows you, and that's historic there. But yes, you're right, Rick. They have to respond some way.

And this is the only way that they can have some sort of way of saying, look what we're granting you. We're granting you some freedom back. We're giving you a break. And then after the election, we'll take it away. Now, the next story is, this is NBC. CDC expected to update mask guidance as early as next week. And in this, it mentions the White House

and the pressure that's on the CDC to change its policy. Yes, and this is in light of a number of states that have already lifted their mask requirements. Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the director of the CDC, is expected to discuss masking guidance Wednesday, which they did at the White House. Nothing's been finalized yet, but the CDC is considering a new benchmark for whether masks are needed, basing it on the level of severe disease and hospitalizations in a given community, as we spoke about earlier. The White House has been eager for the CDC to provide an update on its indoor mask recommendation, although it wants the agency to get it right and doesn't want to appear as though it is putting political pressure on the agency,

said the two people familiar with the plans who weren't authorized to speak publicly on the particular issue. So obviously the CDC is under political pressure from the White House to do something, make something happen out there. And this is in light, of course, a number of states around the country that have already jettisoned their mask mandates and some jettisoning their vaccine mandates. California, you know, mask mandates are out starting today in California. And so that shows you how far it's gone just in recent weeks. But don't be fooled. They still have a plan in place. Absolutely. They have a plan in place because this isn't over yet. They want to make this an annual event. They want this to be the COVID holiday every year, if you want to put it that way,

because they have a plan for annual vaccinations of the population, Rick. Yes, Project Veritas is back again with a video that they recorded with a high-level Food and Drug Administration official speaking candidly, not knowing that he was being recorded by camera, but he was speaking candidly about how the Biden administration plans to vaccinate all Americans every year because you'll hear him say it in this video. It'll be a perpetual money machine for the pharmaceutical companies.

He quoted those are his exact words. So let's watch this. This is from a project Veritas. This is actually part one of a two-part release that they're going to do. If part two is going to be a shocker to part one, man, there's going to be a lot of information that's coming out,

because part one alone, Rick, has some stunning information. We're going to play it in its entirety here. And so let's watch this. Rick and I will be back to have some comments on it. Biden wants to inoculate as many people as possible. So you have to get an annual shot. I mean, it hasn't been formally announced yet. They don't want to like rile everyone up.

The drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies, they pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products. If they can get every person required an annual vaccine, that is a recurring return of money going into their company. I mean, just from everything I've heard, they're not going to not approve us. Meet Christopher Cole, an executive officer at the FDA with over 20 years experience who claims to be directly involved in the approval process of the various COVID vaccines.

What you're about to witness raises some alarming concerns from the government's desire to mandate an annual vaccine for everyone, including young children, to the billions of dollars that exchange hands between our government and Big Pharma to railroad the approval process. I'm the manager for the Food and Drug Administration. My agency oversees vaccines, vaccine approvals and devices for vaccines. And my office clears all the emergency approvals.

Since COVID is under emergency order, we expedite the approval of any emergency. I've been there for like 22 years. Biden wants to inoculate as many people as possible. So you have to get an annual shot. I mean, it hasn't been formally announced yet. They don't want to like, rile everyone up. Is it going to be formally announced? Yeah, yeah yeah at some point

i mean it's going to be uh uh and some of this has been talked about publicly but it has been talked about on like cnn or fox or msnbc or anything um but yeah it'll it'll you'll have to get an annual i think um what's going to happen is um it's going to be a gradual thing school's going to mandate it why do they need the third one well the same reason um that you or i would need the third one to because the vaccine um it means um your ability to fight it it waits so the three will bolster your your system and then there will be an annual, eventually an annual, just like the flu shot. For the toddlers? Well, for everyone. Okay, so the toddlers too then will have to get it annually?

Okay. I mean, that's in the future. We're not sure. That might involve more studies. The FDA was scheduled to meet this week to discuss approval of the Pfizer vaccine for children as young as six months old. They were hoping to have the new vaccine available by the end of the month, but the meeting was unexpectedly canceled, citing the need for more testing. You guys have been in the news a lot the last couple days. Yeah, we're looking at trying to prove, I don't completely agree with their the process. They're looking at trying to inoculate kids under five years old,

between six months and five years old. What do you mean you don't agree with the process? Well, I mean, they don't have all the tests aren't there. So I agree with the thing that it is important to inoculate them. But you can't provide the parent as much assurity as you normally want to. Despite Cole's concerns regarding the possible dangers of vaccinating young children, it seems the FDA is still willing to go through with this approval. It's an EUA for all age groups, all designations, and then you have to get approved by specific age groups based on the study do you think it's really an emergency for the toddlers well they're all improved under an emergency

just because it's not as as impactful as some of the other approvals emergency approvals but they're all being approved under that standard the efficacy data doesn't have to be as high. The standard is on emergency use authorizations is that it does more benefit than harm. So how do you know it's already getting approved? Well, they're not going to. I mean, just from everything I've heard, they're not going to not approve it. I thought their cases weren't that high for six months to four year olds. They're not but because it's related to COVID, it's under that approval process. So how many babies did they have to jab basically for the trial? I don't know, I haven't went to the trial, how many people they did.

There's always a chance of long term effects, especially with someone younger. Cole seems certain the federal government will require annual COVID vaccines, including young children, even though the efficacy, adverse reactions and long term effects are still unknown. It's hard to find pregnant women for these studies. And a significant number in order to be statistically accurate. They haven't tested enough on pregnancy, on vaccines and everything, and women because they have different systems than men.

They haven't tested enough? Well, they have, but they haven't done enough prior. Now, the Elf's Women's House has been very good at promoting that, but that was an issue for a period of time. Well, I feel like that's still an issue. It is still an issue. It still hasn't gotten there. I read a couple articles about it, and everything I saw was that the first two shots weren't effective.

There has been, yes, it has not been as effective as they're expecting. I agree. And if all that doesn't raise some eyebrows, just wait until you see what he says in part two about the billions of dollars exchanging hands between our government and Big Pharma, and what really goes on behind the scenes during the approval process. There's almost a billion dollars a year going into FDA's budget from the people we regulate. If they can get every person required at an annual vaccine, that is a recurring return of money going into their company.

I'd like to say I'm surprised at these comments, but these are things that we've talked about for two years, right? The corruption is so deep. It is so deep. I mean, we're not shocked by it, but we're disgusted by it. It's still disgusting, even though it's not shocking because we've become so jaded, you know, studying this stuff

and watching it develop. But yet, every time you see evidence of it, it's just as disgusting as it was the first time, Tom. Right. The United States government is thoroughly corrupt. That man said the pharmaceutical companies pay millions of dollars for the FDA to hire their people to review their products. Right. Said a billion dollars a year. A billion. Not millions. A billion. not millions, a billion. Yes.

So the people working at the FDA actually work for the pharmaceutical companies. Right, couple other things that he said there, Rick. He said the vaccine wanes. Mm-hmm. Have you ever had your smallpox booster yet? No. Well, why, Rick?

Because a real vaccine doesn't wane. That's right. And so, because this isn't a vaccine, is it? No. It's a gene therapy application. And it's an operating system. It's an operating system. And you notice he also said, too, that they pretty much have carte blanche on doing

anything they want to do under the emergency use authorization, which we talked about back in the beginning in 2020. And he admitted that they tested on infants. He just wouldn't say how many. Right. Where did the little infants come from to be tested, to be used as experimental guinea pigs? Where did they get the babies? Right. Were they offered up by their parents like a sacrificed moloch? I mean, where did the experimental babies come from, if they even exist? Poor neighborhoods, hospitals in very poor neighborhoods.

Or did they do experiments on toddlers and the parents didn't know it? That's a very real possibility, isn't it? Children in foster care? He was talking about toddlers. Newborns. Yes. Nazis. The Nazis took control of America. What we talked about yesterday about Canada, the Nazis are still here.

They're doing human experiments. Fauci is a prime example. He is America's Dr. Mengele. And most of the country is okay with it. You're right, Rick. That can be the frustrating part sometimes. They're not shocked by it. There's a lot of people who are disgusted by it,

but they feel powerless. They don't know what to do because the corruption is so deep. And I don't know how you correct it. I honestly don't. It's a... Well, one way to correct it would be for our nation to return to a sense of righteousness

here in the nation. Yes, that is the only way. A corrupt government is a reflection of its people. And that's the way the scriptures lead us to. It's the only way. Jesus Christ is America's only hope.

SO WHEN THE WHITE HOUSE OR THE CDC OR ANYONE SAYS, WE'RE GRANTING YOU YOUR FREEDOM BACK, REMEMBER, THEY'RE NOT THE END ALL AND BE ALL OF ALL THINGS. WELL, THEY DID not the end-all and be-all of all things.

They didn't have a right to take my freedom, so they can't give it back because you stole it. That's right. But once again, it's a reflection of who we are as a people, too. That's why we do this every day, to make people aware. We do have a choice in being a righteous nation. Well, Doc, RIGHTEOUS NATION. WELL, DOC, ONE AIRLINE CEO IS ADAMANT THAT THE MASK WEARING ON AIRPLANES SHOULD LAST FOREVER. YES. SO THE TRAVELERS HAVE BEEN MASKING UP ON PLANES FOR NEARLY TWO YEARS, AND THE CEO OF ONE EUROPEAN AIRLINE THINKS THE PROTOCOL IS HERE TO STAY. AND HE SAYS, the protocol is here to stay. And he says, we have put into place so many additional protocols, TAP Air Portugal CEO Christine Ormeras-Weidner said as she visited TAP employees in Newark this week, according to Skift, I'm absolutely convinced they will stay forever. And Rick, this is in light

of just about a month, well, two months ago now in December, when various airline CEOs testified before the U.S. Congress that really basically masks didn't do anything for anyone on a plane. So why does she think she's absolutely, why does she say she's absolutely convinced mask wearing will remain mandatory forever? Well, because once you set protocols in place on an airline or through security, they tend to stay there forever. I mean—

You can't rescind it? I mean, remember back after 9-11 when TSA was founded and everything? They were just doing some minor security checks and everything. Those security checks are still in place to this day. The TSA now in America is taking control of bus lines. Concert halls. Taxi cabs. Yes.

If it moves, they're regulating it. So beyond masks, O'Mara Widener said other protocols like more stringent aircraft cleaning and vaccine mandates could all remain in place. We are still very cautious, he said. The pandemic is about to be gone. The recovery will take time. But O'Meara's Widener added that she would like to see global protocols in place. We are just pushing to have one voice, one protocol that could be accepted, she said. One global rule.

Yes. But that flies in the face of what's happening in the past week. Yes. These vaccine mandates and mask mandates are dropping everywhere. There's very few countries that are clinging to them right now. Yes. So I don't know where she gets the idea that they're going to remain in place because travelers want to take the mask off. A lot of people who are not traveling because they don't want to go through the hassle. Yes. And if they succeed in keeping the mask mandates on planes, there's a lot of people like me who just say, I'm done, I'm finished, I'll never fly again, I'm not going to do it. I'm just not going

to submit myself to that kind of mental torture to take a trip somewhere. I've got a car, I'll drive. If I can't get there, you know, if it's international, I won't go. So it's going to hurt the airline industry if they keep this up. Now, you can't tell me that the day that the airlines drop the mask mandate, you aren't going to see flight reservations tick up 300 percent that very day. That's right. I mean, if you want to restore the airline industry, drop the mask. Drop the mask. All it would take would be one airline saying, we are going to suspend this. They can't because they're under TSA. But there's nothing preventing them from publicly saying, we are encouraging the TSA to end this rule.

Now, the question is, the Biden administration, are they so afraid of their dropping poll numbers that they will amend their TSA rule? Because that gets back to our opening stories with the CDC. The TSA is going to respond to the CDC. And even the airline executives like this one here, she says the pandemic is gone. Yes. Then why have pandemic rules? If the pandemic's gone, why have pandemic rules? It doesn't, well, logic went out the window two years ago.

And so, yeah. Well, let's go to Canada. And you want to talk about logic disappearing. So in Canada, you still have a number of Canadian provincial leaders who are announcing they're going to get rid of their mandates and restrictions. And yet Trudeau clings like a dog biting a bone. He continues to cling to his mandate that the truckers be vaccinated. It absolutely does not make sense when he could end the entire crisis tonight by simply saying, you know what? Things have changed in the past two weeks. He could say the science has changed.

I'm following the science, you know? And my science advisors have told me there's no reason to vaccinate the truckers. Hey, everybody, get back to work. And the whole crisis is over. But he's bet big at the casino, hasn't he? Yeah. Yeah. He's got himself in a box. So what's our first one here, Doc? Well, this is a tweet. This is from Jason Kinney. He's the premier of Alberta. He posted this on Twitter, Rick. He said, today I've signed a letter along with Premier Scott Moe, Governor Giaforte, and 15 other American governors urging President Biden and Prime Minister Trudeau to drop the GOVERNORS USE URGING PRESIDENT BIDEN AND PRIME MINISTER TRUDEAU TO DROP THE CROSS-BORDER VACCINE MANDATE FOR TRUCKERS. IT'S BAD PUBLIC HEALTH THEATER AND IT NEEDS TO GO. OH, REALLY? YES.

SO HE HAS GONE ALL OUT THERE. SO THIS IS A LETTER FROM THE PREMIER OF ALBARDA SIGNED ALONG WITH SCOTT MOE OF SASKATCHEWAN AND 15 OTHER GOVERNORS THAT ARE LISTED. THE GOVERNORS OF THE UNITED STATES. GOVERNORS OF STATES IN THE U.S. THAT Alberta signed along with Scott Moe of Saskatchewan and 15 other governors that are listed. The governors of the United States. Governors of states in the U.S. that border along the Canadian border. I saw the signature of the Montana governor. Right. So we're writing that you immediately reinstate the vaccine quarantine exemptions available to cross-border truck drivers. We understand the vital importance of vaccines in the fight against COVID-19 and

continue to encourage individuals to get vaccinated. However, we're deeply concerned that terminating these exemptions has had demonstrably negative impacts on North America's supply chain, the cost of living, and access to essential products for people in both of our countries. The second page has a list of just a few of the governors that are listed there and everything. So you've got Kay Ivey of Alabama, Mike Dunleavy of Alaska, Asa Hutchinson, Arkansas, a number of people from all across the U.S. urging President Biden and Prime Minister Trudeau,

let's stop this. It's theater. It's craziness is what you guys are doing. You're destroying the economies of Canada and the United States by holding on to this incredibly insane vaccine mandate for truck drivers. Well, good. I congratulate these leaders for stepping up and adding some common sense to this debate because there's been none of it so far in Ottawa. But Jason Kenney's come a long way. I mean, at one time, Jason Kenney was for lockdowns and mandates. He has gone completely the other end of the spectrum.

We're observing that not only like in Scott Moe, that's the same thing in Saskatchewan. We saw that happening with Doug Ford yesterday in Ontario. Something significant is happening. Trudeau is going to have some big issues on his hands here real quick. Very easy, dog. They're just testing the wind. I know. The wind is blowing a different direction, and they feel it, and they know that people are done with it. Right. Rob Ford summed it up yesterday. He said, I'm done with it, completely done with it. That's what the people are telling Rob Ford in Canada. And he simply repeated to the news media what he's hearing from his voters. They're done with it. They're fed up with it.

People walking up to him saying, I'm done with it. Do you understand? Done, finished, not going to do it anymore. So the politicians are it, and they're doing 180 turns really fast. And they want by November that nobody remembers that they enforced mandates. Right. Doug Ford mentioned yesterday in his video clip that he was dealing with this even at home. His own daughter is supporting the Freedom Convoy. And so that's obviously been impacting things. Doc, my family, as a whole family, we went into a restaurant, not here in Bureau Beach, in another city. It was on a Saturday night.

And a restaurant, especially here in Florida in the wintertime, it's hard to get in a restaurant in the wintertime because winter is the peak season in Florida when all the visitors are here. Most people don't come to Florida in the summer. They come in the winter. Right. Okay? And so for locals, we ordinarily don't go places in the winter because the lines are so long. Right. The locals wait until everybody goes back to the Northeast and Canada and everything.

And then we have it back to ourselves. We have the whole town. Yeah, we get it back to ourselves. But anyhow, we went to a restaurant in another city Saturday. I couldn't believe, Doc, I got up there and they had a big mandatory mask sign. This is February in Florida. There's no mask mandates in Florida. None. None. None. Not one. Okay? And the governor mandated that no county or city could require mask wearing.

But it doesn't stop businesses from doing it because it's private property. So here's this restaurant with this giant mask wearing requirement. You must be wearing a mask to enter. I made it inside the lobby in the foyer, okay? But that's what came out of my mouth when I saw it. I just told my family. I said, I'm done. So how many were in your party at that time? I'm trying to think, around $10,000. So they lost a significant amount of revenue because of a poor decision on their part.

Yeah. I would say at least $150, $200. Okay. But my daughter looked at me and she goes, Dad, I'm with you. I'm done. I'm not going to do this. I will not do it. And I just turned and walked out and stood on the sidewalk. And I told the rest of my family, if you want to eat in there, go ahead.

I'm not doing it. I refuse to do this stuff anymore. And, of course, everybody else came out, too. They weren't going to do it. They were all shocked. You know, it's like this is still going on in the state of Florida. Right. But here's what it was making on a Saturday night in Florida in the peak season. The restaurant

was empty. Duh! The restaurant owner can't figure out why the restaurant is empty on a Saturday night in the peak winter season because nobody wants to put up with your stupidness. Right. And thankfully COVID stopped right there at the maitre d's desk right? Yeah. It doesn't go inside or anything like that because everybody's wearing masks in there. Yeah and I asked that question. I asked that question. So I can take my mask off when I sit down to eat? Yes. So where is the virus located? Show me where it's at in the building. It's not outside. Right. But it's not at your table. So it's somewhere between the door and your table. It's going to jump on you. Somewhere near the salad bar. That's right. It's going to get on you when you walk towards the salad bar. That's right. Yes, yes. It's going to get on you when you walk towards the salad bar.

But there are still some mask maniacs out there who are holding on to it because they watch CNN. All right. But I don't even think CNN even peddles this stuff anymore. I mean, their ratings are down so low.

Who watches CNN? Nobody. I mean, nobody. But the politicians are changing. down so low. You know. John B.: Who watches CNN? And so. Ben Wattenberg.: Nobody. I mean, nobody is. The politicians are changing. John B.: Yes. Ben Wattenberg.: It's over for now. For now.

They told you we're going to come back later. John B.: Just a break. Ben Wattenberg.: What they're saying is we reserve the right to come back again. We're going to give you a break and we may have to reimpose these things later. Watch bird flu, folks. I've been talking about bird flu since 1998. I used to talk about it so much in the early days of this show that people would say, would you stop talking about bird flu?

It really is true. Back in 1999, 2000, 2001, because that's when I was watching how they were preparing the public for a pandemic where rights would be taken away. And how they were already preparing massive vaccine rollouts. Oh, yes. That was in the Bush administration, the Obama administration. Absolutely. And I was telling their true news audience back in those days, they're going to use — now, I thought it was going to be bird flu.

And I said, they're going to use bird flu as a way to impose their control on us. And bird flu has never — it's never materialized at the level — It's not catchy enough, I guess. But right now, the number one health alert out there is bird flu. Chickens are dying of bird flu in the from birds to animals and is now transmissible from human to human. Once that happens, Doc, here we go again. Another pandemic. And it'll be worse. It'll be worse than COVID.

Right. But now they have all the mechanisms in place. Yes, whereas they didn't have that before. They've got all the protocols, everything. So my advice to you, keep a close eye on the bird flu news. Maybe they're going to use it, maybe not. But it is in the news right now. If you search for it, you will find stories about bird flu spreading on poultry farms right

now. Right. Okay, so yesterday we talked about the resignation of Ottawa police chiefs slowly and how that opens the door for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Ontario Provincial Police now to start handling the situation with the Freedom Convoy and the protesters in Ottawa. What's happening right now, Rick, here's a, I don't know if you've seen this or not, this is a scene from Twitter here. So along Wellington Street, police or police liaison officers, they're handing out notices to truckers and

protesters basically telling them you must leave the area now. They're telling them you know anyone blocking streets or if you're assisting others in blocking streets you're committing a criminal offense. So they're passing out these flyers, they're handing them to truck drivers, people that are in downtown Ottawa, making sure that they clearly understand what violations they're breaking, basically. So now these will be handing out by, since Peter Stolle is no longer in charge of Ottawa, that's now defaulted to the RCMP and the OPP. They have an acting police chief now. Right.

Who's taking orders from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. So they're passing these flyers out and everything. We're hoping to help keep them here by getting this money into their hands today. So, yeah, I don't know what's going to happen with that now. Theft. Outright theft. Yes. And if you go on social media right now, there's a number of people that are posting their videos where they're trying to use their debit card at just regular cash terminals like in a convenience store, and it's being denied with funds in the bank, funds being in the bank, but their accounts being locked out. Now, in one example, a monkey was allegedly found missing some of its fingers and toes, possibly from self-mutilation or some other unspecified trauma. The monkey was later killed during a terminal procedure, the group said in a copy of the complaint shared with the Post. In another case,

a monkey had holes drilled in its skull and electrodes implanted into its brain, then allegedly developed a bloody skin infection that had to be euthanized, according to the complaint. In a third instance, a female macaque monkey had electrodes implanted into its brain, then was overcome with vomiting, retching, and gasping. Days later, the researchers wrote that the animal appeared to collapse from exhaustion and fatigue and was subsequently euthanized. An autopsy then showed the monkey had suffered from brain hemorrhage, according to the report. Pretty much every single monkey that had implants put in their head suffered from pretty

debilitating health effects. Jeremy Beckham, the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine's research advocacy director, told the Post they were, frankly, maiming and killing the animals. Isn't a sad commentary on the human race that the last thing an animal wants to happen is to fall into the hands of human beings? Yes. mother. I heard him say it. Yeah, we were what, three rows back from that? Yes. So I've been praying for King Abdullah ever since, and I've had this desire to go to Jordan. And in the past couple days, I know there's some people in Jordan right now who are dancing in the Spirit. Yes, I feel a release. I feel a release in my spirit that that trip to Jordan is in the near future.

I've been waiting on the restrictions to end, the mandates, all this garbage to come to an end, countries to open up again. And I'm sensing that sometime in April or May, I'm going to go to Jordan for two weeks. And I believe the Lord has something new for us as a ministry in Jordan. And you have no idea how many Arabs are watching True News. Amazing number of people. All over the Middle East. And I've had Middle Easterners for several years

asking me to come and visit them. So I'm just sensing in my spirit the Lord saying it's time to go. And that's the other thing I'm hearing right now. It's time to go. It's time to end today's.
