Starting point is 00:00:36 The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So help us God. Whistleblowers inside Fox News claim that the Murdoch family-owned media company has a corporation donation program that will match donations by employees to such extremist groups as the Satanic Temple, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and Planned Parenthood. Blaze News was the first news source to report the stunning accusation against Fox News. Let's look at this report published by Blaze Media. As you see the headline, Fox News whistleblowers expose company support for far-left charities. And, Doc, those far-left charities include the Satanic Temple.
Starting point is 00:01:27 That's right. So, according to an exclusive report from The Blaze, Fox News has been revealed to be subsidizing activist groups, as Rick said, such as the Satanic Temple, the Trevor Project, Planned Parenthood, and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Donations made through Fox's internal app are matched up by the company to various organizations, including the left-leaning ones that may be antipathetic
Starting point is 00:01:54 to Fox's conservative viewership. Whistleblowers attested to the existence of documentations and screenshots that show that Fox is willing to lean left when it comes to supporting charities. Well, Zonk, I'm wondering, if Rupert Murdoch is so diverse in his thinking that if he's willing to match donations to the Satanic Temple, then I'm sure he would allow his employees to donate to True News. You would think so, right?
Starting point is 00:02:28 Well, how do we get on this app? But you know what it says to me? There are people working at Fox News that donate to the Satanic Temple. That's right. And to these other organizations as well. But, well, Foxgiving is an app in the company portal that facilitates charitable donations via the Canadian-based donation management platform called Benevity. Fox will apparently match donations up to $1,000 to various organizations that satisfy the company's criteria. Think about that. Right, there it is.
Starting point is 00:02:59 So, the Satanic Temple qualifies for corporate donations from Fox. So let's look at a couple of these. So, for instance, the Southern Poverty Law Center, it's a leftist grievance organization that tends to characterize conservatives, parental rights groups, constitutionalists, and those critical of big government as extremists and bigots. For instance, last month, the Southern Poverty Law Center deemed Vero Beach-based Moms for Liberty an anti-government extremist group. Yeah, I've been smeared by them a long time ago. And they're constantly critical of Fox. They're saying that Fox is a purveyor of right-wing propaganda. But behind the scenes, they work together. That's right. So another one is the Trevor Project. And I had to get an education about this one because I didn't
Starting point is 00:03:49 know what the Trevor Project was. It's an activist group that purportedly seeks to end suicide among LGBTQ young people, but actively promotes gender ideology and woke propaganda. The group claims that gender is a social construct and holds fast to the notion that sex change, mutilations, and woke propaganda. The group claims that gender is a social construct and holds fast to the notion that sex change, mutilations, and cross-sex hormone therapies can be meaningful remedies for at-risk teens. So once again, you have people working at Fox that are open to the idea of mutilating kids to change their gender. Of course, the big one, the most troubling one is the Satanic Temple, an atheistic leftist organization that has distributed satanic literature to children, publicly performed unbaptisms,
Starting point is 00:04:36 sought to ensure that women can legally have their unborn children killed by way of their religious abortion ritual, and erected statues of Baphomet on government property. And by the way, they worship the devil if that's not enough on top of that. The Fox News supports it. That's right. Here's $1,000. We'll match it all the way up to $1,000. And I wonder how many times that's repeated among Fox employees. Yeah, who are these Fox employees giving to the Satanic Temple?
Starting point is 00:05:08 Who are they? What are their roles? What's their positions? How many Satanists are working inside Fox News? I'd like to see what the criteria list is for organizations to qualify for giving. I guarantee you we probably wouldn't qualify for that. Well, you know that. But it tells us a lot about Rupert Murdoch. And remember the story that came out a week or two
Starting point is 00:05:40 after he fired Tucker Carlson? And, you know, it's's unsubstantiated report but what it claimed was that the reason tucker the reason tucker carlson was fired by rupert murdoch was that rupert murdoch had dinner with his fiancee and tucker carlson and his fiancée started quoting Bible verses in the dinner. And the next thing that happened was Tucker Carlson was fired, and the marriage, the wedding was called off. Right. Which says that, if this is true,
Starting point is 00:06:19 Rupert Murdoch has some type of allergic reaction to scriptures. But he doesn't have an allergic reaction to Satanism. Yeah. You know, you've got, I hope our audience is educated about this. They realize that Rupert Murdoch markets news and information to specific segments and groups. In Europe, he leans left. In America, it leans right.
Starting point is 00:06:49 In Australia, it's center depending on what day of the week it is. But, Doc, I've been trying for 20 years to convince American Christians that Fox News is fake. And they still lap it up. They're still lapping it up. Now, their viewership has gone down since they fired Tucker Carlson. But it isn't because Christians said, hey, my discernment tells me something's not right at Fox News. Their viewership went down because they were angry about Tucker Carlson being fired. Right.
Starting point is 00:07:22 But it's like American Christians don't have any discernment well that's true they don't they don't have any discernment and so uh fox news is a propaganda mill for uh controlled opposition to keep a segment of the american population going down a particular road in their political thought. And their number one advertisers, Rick? The pharmaceutical companies. Number one. The same pharmaceutical companies that sought to inject gene-altering therapies into billions of people. Which Fox News mandated that their employees receive right
Starting point is 00:08:06 well tell your friends about this thanks to blaze media for reporting it we got an update on the tafari campbell scandal and it is a scandal the man that mysteriously died on Barack Obama's property last week. The story's been covered up. The media has said nothing to see, nothing to talk about, and the police have gone along and said, you're right, there's no reason for us to give you any information. And try to find this on a U.S. news source. It doesn't exist.
Starting point is 00:08:42 You have to go to the Daily Mail to get the information. Doc, if I go to Boston news sources and there's barely anything on the websites of the television stations and the newspapers, you can find from the day after, like last Monday. Right. But no updates or anything? No updates, no questions, no investigations. We still don't know who saw him fall off the paddleboard. We don't know who watched the desperate attempt to save him.
Starting point is 00:09:16 We don't know who made the 911 call from inside Obama's house. And we don't know where Obama was at. Well, now the story is changing a little bit more today. So according to the Daily Mail, an investigation is still underway regarding the death of Obama's private chef, Tafari Campbell, who drowned while paddleboarding on the Great Edgerton Pond. Now, the police call log from the night of the accident raises questions as the reason for the 911 call reporting Campbell's drowning remains blank and the person he was with on the water has not been
Starting point is 00:09:51 disclosed by the police. Now here's where it gets interesting. We'll show you a map here in a little bit. The origin of the call is listed as Wilson's Landing, which is located about two miles from the Obama's residence on Turkey Land Cove. Massachusetts State Police continue to say that Campbell's death is not suspicious, but certainly the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. Now, I want to show you, first of all, a list of the Edgerton Police call logs from that night, starting about four o'clock in the afternoon, going to about nine o'clock that night. Now notice each call that comes in to the police station here, list, you know, who calls in or what it's all about and everything. But look at the call at 746 7.46 p.m. It leaves that blank.
Starting point is 00:10:46 As if, you know, if Rick, if someone, and you look at all these different incidents that are going on. There was a boat incident that happened a little bit later. A medical emergency. Erratic operator. Stolen motor vehicle. All these different things. How about drowning man? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:03 Where's that at? On the president's property. I mean, look at the call right before. Medical emergency. I would think someone drowning would also qualify as a medical emergency. So it's missing from the police call log. And is anybody going to ask the police why that data is missing? Well, the police chief was asked, and we'll have that quote here in just a moment.
Starting point is 00:11:26 I also want to show you a map here of kind of where everything has been found. Now, the 911 call apparently came from up the channel away from where apparently Tafari Campbell had his incident. Two miles away. How would that person know that somebody was drowning? Well, that's the question. Unless they watched the person drown
Starting point is 00:11:55 and then drove or walked or paddled two miles to make the phone call. And apparently there were a couple different calls that were made at different times. So Campbell fell into the water on Sunday night while paddleboarding on the pond. He was not on the water alone. Everybody has admitted that, but police refused to name the person he was with. What's the secrecy about it? That's the question. So at 7.46 p.m., a 911 call was made to report that he had fallen in and could not make it back to the surface.
Starting point is 00:12:30 Now, the call is noted in the Edgerton Police Department's logs, but the reason behind it is left noticeably blank. The reason for every other call for that night is given. The origin of the call is also listed as Wilson's Landing. Now, that's a paddleboard launch site some two miles from the Obama's house back on Turkey Land Cove where Massachusetts State Police say the first call came from. Okay, so apparently there were two different calls. So, Edgerton Police Chief Bruce McNamee told Daily Mail that the call log is generated by the Dukes County Sheriff's Office. He could only speculate on why the reason for the call is left blank, saying it may be because the caller from Obama's property didn't dial 911, which automatically generates location data and instead made a direct call to a police business line.
Starting point is 00:13:27 Well, how did it get on the 911 log? There were two different calls. Okay. Yeah, there were two different calls. Oh, so are you saying that the call from Obama's house doesn't even show up anywhere? That's right, because it didn't go through the 911 system. It was called the police business line. I don't think there was a call from his house.
Starting point is 00:13:46 So, now, dispatch calls between the emergency services on Martha's Vineyard confirm there was a second paddle boarder on the water with him. Now, listen to this. 911 called to report what had happened came from a female who by 8, 18 p.m. was out, back out on the water on a boat going back and forth, presumably looking for him. Now that person also remains unidentified and it's unclear if they were the person Campbell was paddle boarding with. So we've got a whole cast of characters here, Rick. And we've got new people that have entered the story since we talked about this yesterday. And the only person that we know their identity is the dead person. That's right.
Starting point is 00:14:35 Nobody else. We don't know who was paddleboarding with. We don't know who made the 911 call. We don't know who made the police business line call. We don't know who was on the boat going back and forth looking for Campbell. Doc, this is the first time I heard it was a pond. I mean, up until now, I've tried to imagine what was the body of water that this took place on. We're talking a pond. There were no
Starting point is 00:15:07 waves. There were no tides. Right. There were no undercurrents. It's a pond. And a strong, healthy, physically fit, able-bodied swimmer drowned in eight feet of water in a pond. Now remember, this body of water where he had his incident
Starting point is 00:15:40 was not connected to the ocean. That's what I'm saying. It's a pond. It's a pond. That means it's completely surrounded by dirt, by land. This is the first time I've really had a picture of this. It's a pond. No waves, no undercurrents, no tides, no sharks, you know, no octopuses. I mean, what got him?
Starting point is 00:16:09 What pulled him down two feet? What pulled him down two feet? The man is what, six foot tall? He doesn't look like a dwarf. He looks like he's about six foot tall. And well built. I mean, it apparently works out. And we saw videos of him swimming in a pool.
Starting point is 00:16:29 A very good swimmer. But something pulled him down two feet in the water. He's six feet tall. The water's eight feet. And he can't go up two feet. What had him? An octopus? An octopus?
Starting point is 00:16:47 What's going on here in this story? And notice how it changes now. Little dribbles of information that we get. So a female made the 911 call. We didn't know that until today. This is the first time I learned that information. It was the first time I learned that information. It was the first time we've heard those two calls. Right. Two different calls. A 911 call that was made out at the water and another call that was made from the Obama House.
Starting point is 00:17:18 We still don't know where the Obamas were that night. Could have cleared this up. You know, maybe they're getting ice cream or riding bicycles around Martha's Vineyard. But we just don't know. We know they were on the island, though. But they weren't at the house. But made that very clear. They weren't at the house.
Starting point is 00:17:35 Were they two miles away at Wilson Landing? See, now, that's the other thing, too. Tell us where Obama was. You know where he was at is the former president united states the secret service knows where he was at so is the secret service involved in the cover-up well isn't that part of their job and you know what i don't think there's one republican in washington with the backbone to ask questions about obama i think they're afraid of him i think they fear him because they know what
Starting point is 00:18:13 his real background is and they don't want to end up in the pond president trump uh told a podcaster that he will run for president even if he is convicted and sentenced to prison. This is ABC News. We've got a soundbite from the show. This was the John Fredericks radio program. If going forward, right, you get these indictments, there ends up, you go to
Starting point is 00:18:53 Georgia and D.C., you get convicted and sentenced. Does that stop your campaign for president, if you're sentenced? Not at all. There's nothing in the Constitution to say that it could and not at all. And even the radical left crazies are saying, no, that wouldn't stop.
Starting point is 00:19:13 And it wouldn't stop me either. These people are sick. What they're doing is absolutely horrible. Look at Hillary Clinton. Look at what these other people got away with. You know, Obama took documents. Bush took documents. They all took documents. Can you imagine a convicted and sentenced president sitting in prison somewhere, maybe Leavenworth, who knows, but still running for president? President Trump should have just, he should have just taken $30 million
Starting point is 00:19:48 from foreign political leaders and governments and he wouldn't be in this mess. That's all he had to do, just take $30 million in foreign payments. And he would not be facing prison time. He could be like the Bidens's yeah so uh the roll call.com says impeachment talk boosts potential for hill drama after the august recess so the u.s senate has recessed right and the house is going to recess next week. They're going to have the Devin Archer testimony early in the week. And then I guess after they get that done, then they're going home for six weeks.
Starting point is 00:20:34 So the Congress won't be back in Washington until mid-September. Nothing's going to happen on Biden until September. There's not going to be any big news unless some enterprising investigator discovers something. But all the congressmen and senators are going to go home and do their campaign because next year is an election year. Right. So things slow down. And that's the cycle. But what roll call is saying is when they come back in September, you can expect talk of impeachment. And I believe
Starting point is 00:21:15 that's absolutely correct. They're going to the Republicans are they got a schedule all right they're going to dribble this out and they have their they have their hearings that they're going to do they have their leaks already planned they've got it all planned and then there will be a moment that somebody it won't be marjorie taylorene, it will be a senior Republican that will file articles of impeachment. Speaker McCarthy will sign off on it and the House will go into impeachment of Joe Biden this fall.
Starting point is 00:22:00 The hearings will be this fall because the election campaign is starting. The first primary is this year for the Democrats. The first primary is South Carolina. That's right. Yeah. In January. They changed it this year.
Starting point is 00:22:14 So South Carolina is the first primary. So they are going to have Biden bleeding, politically bleeding before the primary. That sets the stage for Robert F. Kennedy to win South Carolina. And the Democratic establishment can't let Kennedy walk away with the nomination. So they're going to have to get Biden out of the race. Joe will retire this by Christmas. Joe will retire this by Christmas. He will retire by Christmas. He's going to suddenly
Starting point is 00:22:50 have dementia. It's going to be a family intervention. And you can't you can't question somebody with dementia. They're going to say what are you going to do? You can't put him on a witness stand.
Starting point is 00:23:07 He's just got drool running down his chin now. What are you going to do with him? And they're going to ship him back to Delaware. And you're going to read news stories about poor Joe Biden. He's just a vegetable. He just sits in a rocker and looks out the window. And he doesn't know his kids, doesn't know his grandkids. That's the story they're going to tell you.
Starting point is 00:23:38 They're just going to make you believe he's lost his entire mental faculties okay they you are never going to have joe biden in a courtroom you're not going to have him in the senate answering questions they are going to remove him the question is they don't want kamala harris so do they get rid of her or do they get her to sign off you you will be a caretaker president one year you absolutely do not run and you you get to sit in the big chair for one year but you don't make one decision we will tell you get to sit in the big chair for one year. But you don't make one decision. We will tell you what to do. Just like we tell Dianne Feinstein, vote I.
Starting point is 00:24:33 There's another brainless person. Vote I, Dianne. I. I mean, this is the way the country is being run. So they'll tell Kamala Harrisris you can sit in the big chair you'll always be a president you'll be the president you'll go down in history as the first female president right but you shut your mouth you do what you're told you say what you're told to say and you do not run you do not run whoever becomes her vice president will become the democratic nominee
Starting point is 00:25:08 that most likely will be gavin newsom unless they can bring michelle obama in but they they got a paddleboard drowning scandal right now. Pretty convenient, isn't it? But I'm just saying that drowning could be messing up Obama's plans. But, you know, there were, I think, three members of his church choir that died back in 2007 when he was running for president as a U.S. senator. So people die when Obama wants to be in politics. It's just a fact of life. When you walk in darkness, dark things happen around you. He's a man that walks in darkness.
Starting point is 00:26:01 So I'm expecting drama. No drama until the fall nothing's going to happen other than the devon archer you're going to have some big stories in the coming week you can be sure next week we're going to be talking about devon archer and then after that we'll be talking about russia and ukraine for five weeks until we'll go back to Russia and Ukraine. And most likely, there's going to be a ship sunk in the Black Sea. And there's going to be a lot of tension. Then they bring the Congress back in September, mid-September. Then the impeachment.
Starting point is 00:26:44 You'll have two or three weeks of demands for impeachment. And then somewhere in mid-October, they've got to do it before you get to Thanksgiving. Because people don't want to be eating their turkey and talking about impeachment. Yeah, because it causes indigestion. So it's got to happen there like mid-October or early November at the latest. Because then you get in the holidays. And so then, you know, look, by then they can have enough evidence that impeachment in the House, trial in the Senate. And, you know, Biden could be convicted, but I don't think I don't think the masters will let him be convicted.
Starting point is 00:27:29 That's what I'm saying. I think there'll be there'll be a family intervention. Joe will fall down one more time. It'll be something that. That they'll just say, you guys got to stop picking on that poor old man. Yeah, you're attacking his son all the time. He just, you know, let him go, let him go, you guys got to stop picking on that poor old man. Yeah, you're attacking his son all the time. He just, you know. Let him go. Let him go, you know. So anyhow, expect Kamala Harris or somebody else to be president by December, January.
Starting point is 00:27:56 That's where I'm going with this thing. New York Post, this is number 17. Republicans in a frenzy over the timing of raising new charges against Donald Trump. And we got a video here. This is from Fox News. This is Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri. Here we go. Here now is Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, member of the Judiciary Committee.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Senator, it seems like, again, the two-tiered system of justice. Hunter gets an agreement that would give him all this broad immunity. And meanwhile, they just keep piling on Trump from every corner. Yeah, now we're down to charging random people, just throwing those into the indictments. Is it any coincidence that the DOJ rushes to add these new indictments today after the Hunter debacle, after their own self-dealing and two-timing is exposed, after they tried to hide from us the true extent of this plea deal? That gets blown up, and then it's like, oh, we've got to go indict Trump on something else. I mean, it's so brazen right now what they're doing. It is really a subversion of the rule of law.
Starting point is 00:29:01 I mean, they're taking the rule of law, turning it on its head. And, Lord, we just—we cannot allow this to stand. The American people are not going to be safe. Our rule of our system of government is not going to be safe if this is going to be the new standard. One more Hunter Biden story. This is also the New York Post. Hunter Biden judge. This is Judge Mariela Norica scolded the lawyers, Hunter Biden judge, this is Judge Mariela Noriega, scolded the lawyers for Hunter Biden. And after those lawyers pretended to be representatives of the House committee. So she's not dropping it, Doc.
Starting point is 00:29:45 No, but she also scolded the lawyers for the House committee, too, because of their response to it as well. Delaware Federal Judge Mary Ellen Noreka, who had previously blown up Hunter Biden's plea deal, has scolded lawyers for both the Biden camp and a Republican-led House committee following a documents dispute. Now, the dispute arose according to an alleged collusion by a Hunter ally, which attempted the removal of documents from the public docket. The judge ordered that anyone with an interest in the case should raise any issues or inquire with her directly. But Noreka also expressed her concerns about apparent misrepresentations by the first son's legal team but also warned the lawyers for the house committee about needlessly including a court official's name and contact information in the complaint and so uh i guess trying to balance out
Starting point is 00:30:39 the you know the scolding if she's going to scold you can't make it look like she's just scolding the law so the republicans in the complaint against biden's lawyers named the house clerk and her phone number that's right the court clerk and okay i mean the court clerk okay um one more story politico mitch mcconnell seeks to silence GOP speculation about his future. Mitch McConnell said today he is going to complete his term as a U.S. senator and as the Republican Senate leader. He has no plans to resign. And he says he's OK and he's back in the saddle. Well, Mitch McConnell moved on Thursday to quash speculation
Starting point is 00:31:31 about whether he'll finish out this Congress' GOP leader that spiked after a brief, very public freeze that caused a national stir. A spokesperson for the Senate Minority Leader said in a statement to Politico that Leader McConnell appreciates the continued support of his colleagues, plans to serve his full term in the job they overwhelmingly elected him to do. Rick, I believe anyone should continue to do what they love to do and work as long as they possibly can,
Starting point is 00:32:03 no matter what age they are. But there are some people who at 60 sometimes are in decline and are no longer able to function. And other people were in their nineties and doing well. And doing well. But at times it becomes apparent, I mean, absolutely apparent that there are people who are struggling with their faculties that's right and i would hope that if i was struggling with my faculties i would have enough support family friends whatever that would do whatever is necessary not only to make you know make me and my family aware of it but would also seek help you medical help, whatever it might be.
Starting point is 00:32:48 But something is in the water in D.C. Either lead-based paint or amoebas, brain-eating amoebas or something, because when they get into, if political leaders get into their 80s in D.C., they get set in concrete. They can't let go of power. They just can't let go of power. They just can't let go of power. I'm going to give you my four recommendations for retirement. There is a Dianne Feinstein. What is she? 90 years old now? Yes. U.S. Senator from California.
Starting point is 00:33:30 And of course the story, was it yesterday where they were in a committee meeting and an aide had to tell her. How to vote. Yeah. Diane, vote I. And so, and she did. Then the next one is Senator Mitch McConnell, who froze. Mr. Freeze, yes. Just stood there sad. I mean, look, I'm not in any way um mocking these people making fun i
Starting point is 00:33:49 said um and then there's john fetterman who's had a stroke at least one who has been hospitalized for months at walter reed depression, who can't form sentences. It has to read from a teleprompter with somebody telling him what to say. Right. His aiders are sending messages to him on a teleprompter on an iPad for him to read. And then there's Joe Biden. And all four of them are just physically and mentally unfit to be in office right now and they they should have enough sense to quit and retire but they won't they won't
Starting point is 00:34:38 none of them will quit until they die in office or something happens they have a stroke or something they won't none of them will do it they won't quit it's pride it's uh stubbornness that you're going to defy age you're going to defy life and you're going to be the person that stays until you're 156 years old you know they just they fool themselves there's nothing wrong with saying i'm too old to do this job there's nothing wrong with that and there's nothing wrong with saying you know what i thought i'll go home and write books or you know do it would be right you know work on the farm whatever it would be, you know, work on the farm, whatever. It would be admirable to say, I have family I haven't seen. I've been in Washington so many years. I've missed so many family events.
Starting point is 00:35:32 I may only have a few months or years to live. I'm going to go home and just enjoy my life. That's admirable. You've served a lifetime in public office. And virtually everyone in John Fenton was just getting started. But he should never have gotten started.
Starting point is 00:35:54 He should have never been nominated. He was physically, mentally unfit when he ran. But he still won. The four of them need to resign. Now with Mitch McConnell, the Senate is on recess and he's going to go back to Kentucky. And even though he made the statement today, I'm going to finish my term. I'm not going anywhere. And his fellow Republicans are, you know, they're rallying around him.
Starting point is 00:36:28 Because they're not going to desert him. Nobody's going to be the one that puts a knife in his back. So publicly, they're saying, we back you, Mitch. But I think privately, they're going to be going there's going to be a delegation of Republican senators going to Kentucky this summer
Starting point is 00:36:54 in August just say hi just stop by to see Mitch see how he's doing and I think they're going to send him a message Mitch we can't go into an impeachment that's how he's doing and I think they're going to send him a message Mitch we can't go into an impeachment of Biden
Starting point is 00:37:10 and we can't go into the 2024 Senate and House elections and presidential elections with you in the condition that you're in Mitch we love you you've had a good run at it let go i think they're going to tell him that
Starting point is 00:37:31 doc the other day when he had that freezing moment that's the day his career ended it ended that day i'm just telling you in my gut in my spirit his career ended that day. I'm just telling you in my gut, in my spirit, his career ended that day. All those senators around him, they all know, this is it. This is it for Mitch. He's not going to pull out of this. It just came out the other day.
Starting point is 00:37:59 A month ago, he fell face first on a plane. A couple of months ago, he fell at a hotel. Yes, fell at a hotel. But we didn't know about the plane. I just read that for the first time this week. He's fell three times this year. All right. And so I'm glad that you brought that up because that's not talked about at all.
Starting point is 00:38:23 No. But there's something wrong with the man and we have a president that falls downstairs too yes and so our country's being led by people who are physically mentally unfit to be in office and the thing that is wrong is their determination to stay and defy logic, defy the laws of physics and science and biology. Nobody is going to fault them for resigning. They don't lose favor. They don't lose their position in history, but what they'll do is wait until they just collapse and are carried out on a stretcher. Sort of like the monkey that starves to death
Starting point is 00:39:11 trying to get the peanut out of the jar. You can't let go of the peanut, but you can't get your hand out of the jar. That's right. And you starve to death. Those four need to resign. I've got a couple things. Yeah. So, you know, those four need to resign. Hey, I've got a couple things. First of all, I want to remind you about the book. Those of you who are new and you don't know about the book, Final Day, this is the second edition and is the ten characteristics of the second coming of Jesus Christ. You can get it at Amazon.
Starting point is 00:39:43 The print copy, the e-book, and the audio book. So check it out. And I'm working on another book. I'm going to tell you more about it in, not this coming week, but the week after. You're going to love it. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. You're going to love this book. Okay? It has to do with this book, but it's, I'm having a lot of fun writing it. I'll just, I'll tell you that. And I'm learning as I write, the Lord just keeps revealing things. So he comes in here and says, doc, you won't believe what I discovered last night.
Starting point is 00:40:16 And so I have to listen. I mean, because it's pretty freaky stuff. It really is. And I'm sure I'm just getting the tip of the iceberg all the stuff that you're finding you are all right so i'll just tell you the book the book i'm writing is about where the secret rapture doctrine came from and i i'm going deep a deep dive into it i mean really deep into this and writing a book about it. The new platform. We've got thousands of people who have come into the platform and are
Starting point is 00:40:52 enjoying it. We still have thousands of people who've been invited and you haven't yet accepted your invitation. So again, if you got one of those emails from me that has an invitation in it, please accept it and come into the new platform. Because there's coming a time in the very, very near future that True News will only be on that platform.
Starting point is 00:41:18 That's where we're going in the near future. So I'm trying to get you to come in. I've sent you an invitation. And so please. Find that email. And. Accept your invitation. Into the platform.
Starting point is 00:41:35 Doc and I are doing live. Events on the platform. Each day. We do a news preview. At 3 p.m. Eastern time. And we do a news preview at 3 p.m. Eastern Time. And we do a Bible study at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday. We're doing morning manna on our new platform.
Starting point is 00:41:59 And it's so easy and relaxed because we're doing it from our homes. I think you were here in the office today, weren't you? Or were you at home? I forget. I was here at the office. Okay, And I'm doing it from my house. And it's just a nice, relaxed environment. And we're able just to teach the Word. And there's no time schedule. We're doing about 20 to 30 minutes each day.
Starting point is 00:42:19 Today, we had 150 people in the Bible study. Right. And this is only, what, the third or fourth one? Third day of doing it. Third day of the Bible study on the platform. It's so much fun. It's so freeing. People are interacting.
Starting point is 00:42:34 We have people from Australia, from Germany. Japan. Japan in the Bible study. I love it. I love it. I love it. What we're going to do for the remainder of today's program is that we're going to show you the Bible study that we did today. Yesterday, Doc and I were teaching from the second chapter of Acts.
Starting point is 00:42:55 And so today we're in chapter three. Yes. OK. Acts chapter three. The lame man at the beautiful gate. Right. And then Monday we will pick up on, I think, on chapter three. The lame man at the beautiful gate. Right. And then Monday we will pick up on, I think on chapter three. Again, we've got more to teach from that chapter. And,
Starting point is 00:43:11 uh, it, you know, we're all being blessed together. So this is, uh, what morning manna looks like now, the new morning manna on our new platform.
Starting point is 00:43:23 Please watch it. And then doc and I will be back here on Monday. Amen. Good morning, Doc. Good morning, everybody. We already have about 70 people online with us, Rick. Yeah, it's great. Good morning, everyone. I mean, imagine that. I mean, having 70 people show up for a Bible study. Isn't that great? Doc, I said something to one of our team members yesterday. I think yesterday we had 120 people. And I said, oh, I know, I said it to Paul. I said, Paul, if we had 120 people physically come into our church every morning at 8 a.m., five days a week, would we be excited?
Starting point is 00:44:10 We'd be tickled, wouldn't we? Every pastor would be overjoyed to have 120 people showing up at his church every morning at 8 a.m. for a Bible study. Amen. So this technology gives us the ability to do things that people in the church of God for centuries have not been able to do. We have to take advantage of all this technology and run with it. And so I'm really delighted to be able to do this. And here we are. We're relaxed at our homes.
Starting point is 00:44:52 And it's a beautiful day here in Florida. And it's just a blessed time. And this is an easy way for us to get together. We're at 78 people right now. Good morning. Rick, we've had people check in from japan and germany this morning yeah hey i see sean hey sean i haven't talked to you for a long time i've got my coffee i don't have donuts i got to stay away from donuts yeah sean's uh been uh online with us a couple mornings here and so well that's good that's good sandy from Germany welcome John I'll notice John Kevin there's Sean again John yes hey welcome everyone glad to have you hey I think what we're gonna do is
Starting point is 00:45:42 stay in the book of Acts for the coming days and weeks and we'll start going through the new testament book by book and we're going to start we're going to start with the book of the acts of the apostles so yesterday we were in chapter two and we we we talked about uh the fact that jesus it was it was established that jesus was sitting on the throne at that very moment and is today on the throne of david in heaven and and that's that's the key message in chapter two. We're going to move on to chapter three. So, Doc, would you open us up with prayer,
Starting point is 00:46:33 and then we'll read the word of God. Yes, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for gathering your saints together this morning, and we invite the Holy Spirit here to speak through us and to us today. We ask, Lord, that you would reveal the Word of God to us as we search the scriptures as Goodboreans today, that you would reveal to us the things that you're wanting to say to us this morning, and that you would let be applied in our lives today. Lord, thank you for the saints that have gathered today. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen.
Starting point is 00:47:07 All right, well, we're going to begin with chapter three. I'm reading from the ESV version this morning. Now, Peter and John were going up to the temple at the hour of prayer the ninth hour and a man lame from birth was being carried whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple that is called the beautiful gate to ask alms of those into the temple, he asked to receive alms. And Peter directed his gaze at him, as did John, and said, look at us. And he fixed his attention on them, expecting to receive something from them. But Peter said, I have no silver and gold, but what I do have, I give to you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand and raised him up and immediately
Starting point is 00:48:14 his feet and ankles were made strong and leaping. He stood and began to walk and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God and recognized him as the one who sat at the beautiful gate of the temple asking for alms. And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him. Now, we'll pick up with verse 11 on Monday. But let's just focus on these first 10 verses. And, Doc, my first thoughts, I mean, what we have here is uh peter and john who um had a close relationship before they ever met jesus yes they were they were very close friends they were in business together they they were fishermen and um so they had a they had a a personal relationship long before they met jesus christ they were going up to the temple at the hour of prayer the ninth hour the jews had
Starting point is 00:49:36 divided the day into 12 parts uh from sunrise to sunset and and so the ninth hour was 3 p.m. Right. And Peter and John were not going to the temple to be observant Jews. They knew that that Judaism had ended. They were going there, they were going there looking for prospects. They were going there. They were going there looking for prospects.
Starting point is 00:50:13 They were out waiting to see what is the Lord going to do with us today? Who can we share the gospel with? How can we proclaim the name of Jesus? So where's the best place to go if you're in Jerusalem? The temple. You go to the temple. Yeah yeah and they did that every day it says back in verse 46 in chapter 2 it says and they continuing daily with one accord in the temple and so that was a that was their habit they they went there every single day um and so um you know like like you were saying, Rick, they went there now as representatives of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 00:50:50 Yes. They didn't go there to participate in Judaism. They went there to set people free from Judaism. Amen. They were looking for men and women to hear the truth, to meet God himself. And so they went up to the temple for the purpose of finding men and women who would be open to hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ. And a man lame from birth, this is a man who had never walked one minute in his life. And we're told in Acts chapter 4 that he was over the age of 40.
Starting point is 00:51:33 Right. Because Peter and John actually get arrested because of this incident. Yes, that's right. That's how we know it in Acts 4. The story comes back up. And so the man is over the age of 40. He's never felt the weight of his body standing upright as a human he's been he's been a cripple since he came out of his mother's womb and and and so he was carried to the temple every day so somebody had pity on him somebody made it a you know part of their morning to go get him and take him to the temple and why why would they take him to the
Starting point is 00:52:36 temple why not just set him out on the corner of a street in jerusalem um you get You get any idea, Doc? Well, when people were coming to the temple, they were expected to give a gift. You know, that's why they had money changers in the temple, because people were bringing money to the temple, and, you know, the forex brokers were there in the temple converting currencies from various people. So people were coming to the temple with, you know, some kind of money, some kind of currency every day. And the beggars would be brought to the beautiful gate. And there'd be, you know, according to different stories about this, that there would be sometimes dozens of beggars but they were regulars and so this particular uh lane man had was somebody that had been there every day
Starting point is 00:53:36 people knew who he was he was recognizable uh because later on here in Acts 2, they said, you know, they said, this is that man. So, Doc, you know, I think also, and I absolutely agree with you that that's all true. And I think also that from a practical standpoint, if he were sitting against the wall on a street in the business district of Jerusalem. The Jews going past him every day were working. They were either selling or buying. They were either merchants or people looking for merchandise. People were involved in business and in buying and selling and trading and investing it was you know like if you went to wall street um people were busy they're they're going about their affairs of that day but if you put the beggar at the temple the people who go to the temple are religious and when when they're
Starting point is 00:54:49 entering the temple their conscience is more likely to be pricked they could walk by him on main street yes because they're busy they got to get something done but it's hard to walk by when you when you're trying to be religious so think about it um you know we all go past every day we go past beggars they're everywhere they're they're on corners at intersections um and and we we drive past them but if the beggar was at the door of your church. Be a little bit harder, wouldn't it? You're not going to walk past him. Because especially the Pharisees, the Pharisees wanted to be seen. Being religious.
Starting point is 00:55:43 So the beggars know, hey, can get there to the to the temple i'm going to at least get something out of the pharisees because they want people to see them being developed look i i gave money to the beggar here at the yes temple yeah so that that's what that's why that was happening there. So Peter, the man saw Peter and John. Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked to receive money. And Peter directed his gaze at him, as did John. In other words words they locked eyes he didn't just glance over peter and john fixed their eyes on the beggar and the beggar connected his eyes with their eyes they were staring at each other and i think at this moment
Starting point is 00:56:56 doc something began happening inside the beggar that he didn't understand didn't know what was happening he knew that these two men were different there was something happening he was feeling something there was there was energy in the air and Peter said look at us look at me don't look around don't don't connect with anybody else look at us look in my eyes and he fixed his attention on them expecting to receive something from them but peter said i have no silver and gold doctors what's your explanation of that statement and gold. Doctors, what's your explanation of that statement?
Starting point is 00:57:51 Well, you know, I hadn't thought about that much, to be honest with you there, Rick. I know I've preached messages on it. And you sing a song, silver and gold have I none, but such as I have, give I thee. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk
Starting point is 00:58:07 but the resources that peter and john had weren't natural resources now god provides natural resources for us when when it's necessary but what this man needed wasn't a supernatural resource. I, you know, as I look at this passage here, nobody ever asked the beggar probably ever before, what do you really need? Well, he needed to be healed. He needed to be restored. He didn't need money. The money was only temporary. It only was a temporary fix. What he needed was a supernatural encounter with God. And he's about to experience that. And what's significant, this is even more supernatural than just the healing. Because as you said earlier, Rick, this man had never even walked before that's right i don't know if anyone's ever been in an accident or you know or anything like that and you have to go through rehab to sometimes to learn to walk again he received a supernatural download from the holy spirit not only in the healing but also in walking and leaping and praising god amen hey uh i just noticed our Kasima is here online. Good morning, son. Glad to have you here. Andy from Australia says good evening. And a lot of people, 100, we're back up to 120.
Starting point is 00:59:38 Yes. 120 in the upper room and so uh doc my my explanation for it is is a lot more down to earth practical everything you said is true everything but i've heard i've heard a lot of sermons that are trying to spiritualize poverty oh yes okay and uh i don't i don't buy into that uh i think it's just as simple as you know they didn't have pockets right they carried they carried their uh they carried their coins in a bag and um but i think if if they had pockets in the robes, I think it was as simple as Peter reached into his pocket and said, right now, I don't have any money on me. Right. I left it back at the house.
Starting point is 01:00:36 I don't have any money on me right now. Have you ever been in that situation where you do see a beggar, and you do want to give, and you don't have any cash on you well peter was married and so that might be an explanation why he didn't have any money on him right and you know the other explanation for could be that he was a steward of the church's funds right and maybe he had money on him and said hey this isn't my money um you know I'm holding money for somebody else so I don't have any money I've got money on me but I don't I don't have it it's not mine well we do know from the gospels that the that Jesus
Starting point is 01:01:21 and the apostles had a common purse that they operated from, and that might have still been going on even at this point. But the crux of the story is, for whatever reason, they didn't have the material means to even give that. They didn't have it on them at the temple because Jesus had a treasurer, Judas, a thief. But he was a treasurer. So Jesus, they had funds. They weren't penniless. They weren't absolutely without money.
Starting point is 01:02:03 I've heard to preach like that or they had no money at all that's not true it's not true i i think it's as simple as peter said hey right now my my cash is back at the house and uh i didn't bring anything with me i came up here to preach and then i didn't bring any money with me but but i have something better than silver and gold and what was it that he had he gave to this crippled man peter's faith in the name of jesus yes that's what he gave him he gave him his own faith in the name of Jesus and he says in the name of Jesus Christ rise up and walk verse 7 and he took him by the right hand and raised him up. Peter, this is Peter's faith.
Starting point is 01:03:14 Reaching out and taking this crippled man's hand. This is Peter's faith. Until the crippled man put his hand in Peter's hand, he had no faith. Peter had to reach out with his hand and share his faith. This miracle is taking place because of Peter's faith in the name of Jesus and Peter's willingness to publicly proclaim his faith in the name of Jesus and to share his faith in the name of Jesus, what are we supposed to do as disciples? Yes, we have faith individually. We have faith in the name of Jesus but do we publicly proclaim it and do we share it do we reach out our hand to people who need our faith that's the message here
Starting point is 01:04:18 proclaim your faith faith faith that's kept bottled up what good is it it you're using it for selfish purposes faith is to be shared and for somebody that desperately needs what your faith can do you're to reach out your hand and say let me help you up let me help you stand up now that's not always a physical healing there could be somebody who's emotionally devastated they're crippled emotionally they can't get their life together you to reach out and say in the name of jesus walk rise up take my hand i'm going to help you it may be somebody that's financially crippled again faith reach out your hand take my hand i'm going to pull you up i have faith faith. I want you to join my faith.
Starting point is 01:05:25 Just show me that you trust my faith. That's what Peter was asking, Doc. He's asking the crippled man, just give me a sign that you trust my faith in the name of Jesus. And Peter gave an instruction to the beggar. And these were things that the beggar had never done before. Think about this. He said to the beggar, rise up and walk. He had never done those things before. He had never risen up. He had never walked before. And yet he was given the instruction through the faith of Peter, through the Holy Spirit working through Peter.
Starting point is 01:06:10 And the beggar had to respond, had to be obedient to those instructions. The beggar could have sat there, I don't know how to do that. I don't know how to rise up. I can't walk. I've never walked. No, his faith responded to Peter's faith, and he simply followed the instruction, not even knowing how to do those things. That excites me, Rick, because aren't we all like the beggar sometimes? We're just completely incapacitated by whatever the circumstances of life may be going on and God sends someone into our life or the Holy Spirit speaks to us and gives us a divine instruction and we're at it may be something we've never we don't have the ability to do or in ourselves that's right and yet he says by faith, be obedient. Success requires us to do something we've never done before. Yes. If you're going to grow in life, in your spiritual life, your career life, your family life, in any part of life, if you're going to grow
Starting point is 01:07:28 and prosper and succeed, you must do something you've never done before. Yes. So in business, you're going to have to learn new skills. You're going to have to discipline yourself to take on new responsibilities. If you're going to advance your career, you're going to have to do something to qualify yourself for that new position. If it's in your family, if it's in your personal life, whatever it is, whatever it is that you desire you're going to have to do something you've never done before if you don't do something new you're going to stay where you're at yes that is just us going to be stuck at the beautiful gate that's a beautiful gate it's a great gate it's a
Starting point is 01:08:24 beautiful one but you're stuck there. But everybody else is walking by and you're not. Yes. Okay, so think about what is it in your life that you desire? What is it that you desire? What's at the center of your heart that you desire? In the name of Jesusesus you can have it in the name of jesus if you have faith in the name of jesus he will give you this the desire of your heart but what will you have to do that you've never done before see a magical power didn't pull this man up and stand him up hey fudge good morning fudge
Starting point is 01:09:16 some people are in the office he's uh getting a little angsty here so sorry so you know um the lord jesus didn't bring a big magnet and hang over this man and lift him up the man had to do something he had the first thing he had to do doc is put his hand in peter's hand right then he had to be willing to let peter pull him up because he could have resisted he could have argued and said no don't do this to me i'm going to fall down think of the thoughts that could have gone through his mind don't do this to me i i'm gonna hurt i'm gonna hurt myself you're gonna pull me up and let go so fudge is fudge wants to go outside doesn't he oh there's some people in the office he's he's trying to protect me rick so oh i see hey one other thing i thought about
Starting point is 01:10:21 this rick just a moment ago is that um when uh when the beggar went to the temple that day i bet if you asked him what did he want um he would probably say well i just need some money so i can make it today so i can just get through today have something to eat but he didn't really know that what the real what he really needed what he really wanted and he didn't even know he wanted it was to walk yes it had that had to be revealed by the holy spirit through peter and john to that to the beggar you're here every day begging just to survive today but we want to give you something you don't even know you want you don't even never desire the walking was something he never believed
Starting point is 01:11:17 he could do right he looked at other people walking and wondered what it was like but he never thought he could do it what are you looking at every day that you're watching other people do what you wish you could do but you you don't think you could ever do it this is the message you're and I, we all do this. We're at the gate. We're watching other people go through life doing something that in our heart we wish we could do. But we don't think we could ever do it. Therefore, we never put our faith in the name of Jesus
Starting point is 01:12:03 to be pulled up and stand up and do it. Amen. The Lord is speaking to, I believe, people on our Morning Manna chat, Rick. I really believe God is speaking to somebody right now saying, rise up and walk. There have been things in your life. You've been watching life go by. You've been surviving day to day you've been begging for bread every day begging for you know living paycheck to paycheck
Starting point is 01:12:33 isn't that the same thing rick i mean yes you're just surviving but the lord wants you to do more than survive he wants you to endure there's a difference surviving trouble is one thing enduring trouble implies that we overcome that situation so there there's so much here in acts chapter three rick we could talk all day about it yeah doc i'm seeing one message i'm looking at the messages and wade wade just said it's very hard to trust anything when you're in the dark. Wade, you need to trust Jesus. He's not only in the light, he is the light. He's the light that you need.
Starting point is 01:13:17 You won't be in the dark if you allow Jesus Christ to illuminate your life. Put your faith in him. Put your faith in the name of Jesus. It was the name of Jesus that healed this man. The name. The name healed this man. Put your faith in the name of Jesus Christ, the son of God. Doc, we're up to 149.
Starting point is 01:13:47 We broke our record. Well, we actually had 150 a little while ago. And so somebody dropped out, I guess. Okay, well, I'm excited. Me too. Let's close for today. What I'm doing this summer,'s uh three three of her children uh i uh susan and i are taking them every morning to a summer church uh it's not a camp summer what bible it's kind of
Starting point is 01:14:18 like a extended bible sunday or summer bible class you know and uh so, and so I'm driving them there on my way to our church, and I just looked at the clock, and I need to get on the road and drop them off, all right, so hey, thank you, everyone. We're back up to 150. Thank you, everyone. These Morning Manus sessions are posted on our platform a few minutes later. And so you can always go back. And if you miss part of it, you can always go back and revisit. And so today's Friday. So we won't be back until Monday, Monday morning at 8 a.m. And we'll pick up in Acts chapter 3. Love you so much. See you later today. Just keep checking in throughout the day.
