CNN had reported earlier today, President Joe Biden to announce that all federal workers must be vaccinated with no option for testing. So, Doc, from what we know, it looks like it's either submit or lose your job.

That's the way it's looking. And AP reported a little while ago, too, Rick, that that's probably going to extend to all contractors that have any kind of business with the federal government. So, like, let's say if you do food service for, you know, Department of State cafeteria, you would be required to have all your employees vaccinated as well or else potentially lose the contract. The thing is, as far as, I mean, somebody delivering paper supplies to U.S. Wildlife Office in Utah.

Right. The driver is going to have to be vaccinated just to walk inside a building that has two employees. And supposedly, and this is also being reported by AP, that the president is going somehow, that the president is going to mandate companies with more than 100 employees have to order their employees to either get vaccinated or test weekly. He doesn't have the authority, Doc. That's what I'm wondering. Where does this magical authority come from?

The same place the CDC found the authority to tell landlords that they could not evict people who didn't pay their rent for a year. Right. There's no such authority. This is, they are usurping power. They'll never give it back unless there's a revolution and the people take it back. The press secretary for Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, was asked about the question, will the president require private employers to vaccinate their employees? To use your word, how bold is the president willing to be as far as the private sector is concerned in the vaccine mandate area,

even if they don't have federal contracts. Can the Department of Labor or anybody else compel major employers, the larger employers, to enforce the vaccine mandates on their employees? Yes. Stay tuned. More to come this afternoon. So they're already saying they will use the Labor Department to enforce that. I'm just wondering, where is that magical power in the Labor Department to tell a private business how to run their business as a waste of this? Doc, I would say to Jen Psaki, stay tuned. I want them to run from the people because you've got people like George Soros and these other billionaires who are financing a communist revolution in America. And then come in and rebuild. And rebuild a new system. That's what the plan is. So my strategy is give the communist billionaires the communism they want for everybody else. But let's test it on them. Let's strip them down to their underwear. Let's take their wealth, give it to the poor, and say, hey, you're right. Communism is good. Look what we did. We took your billions, and we spread it around to a lot of poor Americans, and they're living better. Okay, let's look for some more billionaires and let's strip them down. I'll bet, Doc, they stop pushing this stuff. I bet they just go back to being old-fashioned business people and they get out of the political business.

You let billionaires see three or four billionaires stripped down to nothing by a mob of people who are saying, we're done with it. We're done. We're finished. I mean, when you start surrounding their mansions, when people start going into their properties saying, no, we're coming for you, buddy. We're coming in to get you. We're getting all your artwork. We're getting all of your, we're taking it all. We're carrying your furniture out. We're doing, we're going to strip you down to nothing. now to say that the vaccines that are being administered today are the mark of the beast. What I was saying on Tuesday's True News is that the system that they have put in place to enforce the vaccinations, that system is the mark of the beast. They are putting in place the enforcement mechanism of the mark of the beast. No doubt in my mind, whether the current vaccines are the mark, we don't have enough evidence yet to know. But they are putting in place the mechanism to enforce the mark of the beast. We're that close now. And it could come at any day. The speed that they're moving to rolling this out, Doc, it could happen at any time.

I'm boggling. I mean, you're about to have Biden come out and say, I'm going to I Joe Biden. I have the power to order you to tell all of your all of your employees they must be vaccinated. I have the power as a dictator. He doesn't have that power. This is a constitutional republic of free men and women. But he's going to declare himself a tyrant, that he can order a business in Utah, a business in Louisiana, a business in Vermont, to force every employee against their will to be vaccinated.

Will exposure sites be put back in place, especially with reopening and people going back to pubs and stuff? We're going to give you a little bit of a history lesson today, but it's going to show you where we're at today with the New World Order and biological chemical warfare. Senator Rand Paul, Kentucky, was on Sean Hannity's program, and he suggested that Dr. Anthony Fauci could be facing

up to five years in prison for lying to the U.S. Congress. Of course, nobody's going to prosecute him. I mean, do you think Joe Biden's Justice Department is going to serve a warrant on Anthony Fauci for lying to the U.S. Congress? I mean, they had to arrest all the liars in Washington. There'd be no one left. There's no one left. All right. But here is Rand Paul on The Sean Hannity Show. My understanding is, is that even today, because you had a bill that I believe passed unanimously in the Senate, we were talking about it earlier, that in fact would stop funding the Wuhan virology lab. We're still funding that lab today?

Well, that's what these new documents show us, that they have another set of funding that's going to last from 2020 to 2025. But just in August, I passed a unanimous amendment to stop it. But, you know, Dr. Fauci's been asked about this. Senator Kennedy asked him in committee, do you trust the scientists? And he said, that's where the viruses are. We have to and we have to keep investing there. But what if it leaked and what if they didn't help us with a leak? And what if it originated, they knew it all along and failed to tell us? Would we still not, would Dr. Fauci not reassess his trust of the Chinese communist in their lab? The intercept documents also showed that this came out of a biosafety three lab, which is a lab that nobody believes is secure enough to be dealing with these

deadly pathogens. And yes, they were taking viruses that were not as transmissible to humans. They were adding S proteins, which is how the virus attaches to the cell, from bat viruses out of a cave. And lo and behold, they created viruses that are not found in nature that were more transmissible than what they started. The very definition of gain-of-function. And you've never heard one of the journalists

that gets to interview Dr. Fauci, you've never heard one of them ask, why is it not gain-of-function? He just says, heard one of them ask, why is it not gain of function? He just says, oh, it isn't. Why is it not gain of function? The viruses are more transmissible to human. Why is it not gain of function? Last question. If I were to lie to Congress, I'm pretty sure I'm pretty certain that I'd be charged with a crime. You've been saying that your belief is under oath that Dr. Anthony Fauci lied to Congress. Last time I checked, that's against the law, isn't it, Senator? It's a felony punishable for five years in jail.

We've referred it to the Department of Justice. I don't think Biden's Department of Justice will do anything with it. But yes, it is very dangerous to have public officials who we need to have trust in coming and lying to us. But he has lied dozens of times. Usually he tells us that it's for our own good. But yes, he has dissembled. He has obfuscated his other nicer words. But he has definitely lied to the American public. And he should be held responsible.

This is this picture. Look at this. Here are the North Korean soldiers dressed in biological warfare hazmat suits. I wish we could get a really big picture of this because they had about a thousand of them

dressed in these suits, Rick. Come on, Doc. What is this all about? I think they're preparing for a biological weapon, biological warfare to take place. They're expecting to be hit. Yes. Other nations are catching on to the plan.

And the Western globalists have launched a biological warfare attack. They've set up China and China is guilty in this. China's participating in it, but they've orchestrated it so that it looks like, hey, this was designed in China. It was released in China. China must be the one that did all this. It's actually the West being led by criminals like Anthony Fauci, who made sure all this was, all this research was conducted so that it could be released. Remember, Fauci told President Trump, you're going to have a biological, you're going to have a pandemic.

It's guaranteed it's going to happen. Said that in 2016. So the next president will deal with this. Well, he knew. Yes. So I want to return to a story that we mentioned a couple of days ago. This was TASS News Agency. There's Sergei Lavrov, the foreign minister.

He said, Russia will foil any attempts to rewrite the universally recognized outcome of World War II. When I saw that story, I went, what? What is this about? Who is rewriting

the history of World War II? Well, then I read the article and I realized there is a forum that was held this week in the United Nations about World War II and specifically about Japan's Unit 731 that conducted biological and chemical warfare research. And before this article, Rick, I'd never heard of Unit 731 before, but I know a lot about it now. And Sergei Lavrov had, you know, some comments about 731. He said the form is dedicated to the trial against a group of Japanese military personnel creating chemical and bacteriological weapons.

He goes on in there to say the main one was the crimes of Unit 731 and others in Japan's combat forces who engaged in inhuman experiments on prisoners of war. And that had not been sufficiently reflected in the Tokyo Tribunal's materials. And so why is Sergei Lavrov bringing this up right now, Rick? Well, it appears that somebody is trying to rewrite the historical documents involving Japan's unit 731, which is specifically about biological and chemical warfare research on human beings. And the Russians are alerting the world there's something sinister taking place this week at the United Nations.

Then I mean within a day or two, you have North Korea holding a midnight military parade. By the way, no one wearing a mask in North Korea. Right. So. Including the great leader. But they hold a midnight military parade and you have soldiers dressed in orange, red,

biological warfare hazmat suits. I've never seen that ever out of North Korea. That's a sign to me that they're preparing for biological war. So that led me to a question. Is there a possible connection between Unit 731 and COVID-19? And Rick, I came across an article. This is from the BMJ Global Health Journal. I was almost fell out of my chair when I saw the title of this health report. You can go to this

And they go through a list of several items that they hope that this would accomplish. COVID-19 is mutating. Unknowns about virulent COVID-19 variants can result in devastating effects on pandemic control and management. Scientific evidence on human pathogen interactions, such as data from Unit 731, can help epidemiologists better understand pandemics of COVID-19 scale. Unit 731 is unique in its litany of malicious human-made plagues

unleashed on predominantly Chinese people in their natural environments. Unprecedented medical atrocities done to gauge how various deadly pathogens affect the human body at complex and comprehensive levels. And although viewed as barbaric, these experiments left data that may help the international community better understand and control the COVID-19 pandemic. However, neither the Japanese government nor the U.S. government, both of which have access to Unit 731 data, that's important to note, folks, has made Unit 731 data available to the international medical community.

newspaper. Newly disclosed germ warfare archives reveal U.S. helped Japanese war criminals escape trial in exchange for biological materials. Now, this was back about the middle of last month that this article came out. This was before the Lavrov statement. And so this, you know, was building up to this information. So, Rick, what did we do for the Japanese at the end of the war, for those involved in biological research?

The United States government did the same thing it did with the German Nazi scientists. We brought them to the USA. So we took, and I mean, atrocious things that they did, like dropped cholera from planes. How about operated on children who were alive? Yes. How about that? Breathing, heart beating, children, women. They cut out organs while they were alive.

Yes. That's what the Japanese did at Unit 731. And the U.S. government, when World War II was over, the U.S. government moved the top Japanese scientists to Fort Detrick, Maryland. Absolutely true. The CIA, back then it was the OSS, they moved the top Nazi scientists to the United States.

In fact, NASA really was birthed with Nazi scientists. Wernher von Braun. She said, children, our country has Dr. Wernher von Braun running our new NASA department. And we're all sitting there like little kids going, oh, okay, is that good? Did that woman not know Wernher von Braun was a Nazi who made rockets to shoot down American war planes?

No, she didn't know it. She was repeating the lines. She was told the propaganda. Tell the kids we have Wanner von Braun. But the U.S. brought the Nazis into the U.S. to start NASA. And the Chinese were the targets, and the Filipinos. What they did to Filipino citizens is unthinkable, but they did horrible experiments on the Chinese. And this is why the Chinese people to this day don't like the Japanese. I mean, there really is, there's still a lot of animosity between China and Japan. Well, Japan killed at least 250,000 people in China using biological weapons.

Now, think about that. You don't, they don't teach that in your history course in high school. Right. But Japan released biological weapons in China during the war, during the World War II era, that killed a quarter of a million people, at least a quarter of a million. That's the ones they can document. One of the things that Unit 731 did was that they built ceramic bombs that were filled with infected fleas. Yes. And so it was a ceramic bomb that when it dropped, it split open and millions of fleas were released. But they had spreading bubonic plague. So that's the kind of stuff Japan was doing to documents of World War II,

in particular, the records involving Unit 731. And now we know that documents about 731 have been released in recent weeks, and we're learning more, and we're finding out the U.S. brought the Japanese mad scientist to Fort Detrick, Maryland, the home of biological warfare research. So the next one, let's see, we're at number 17. This is a quote from that Genois article, Rick. It says, a 17-page copy of the confessions of a commander of the notorious

Japanese German warfare unit to U.S. investigators after World War II has been released in northeast China's, I'm not even going to attempt that, it's the Chinese province on Sunday. Masaji Katano, the second commander of the Japanese Army Unit 731, wrote the confessions on the human experiments and the bacterial warfare conducted by Unit 731 in China to investigatorsessions on the Human Experiments in the Bacterial Warfare, conducted by Unit 731 in China to investigators at Fort Detrick of the U.S. Army after he was extradited to Japan by the United States in 1946, according to Jin Chin-min, curator of the Museum of Evidence of War Crimes by the Japanese Army Unit 731. The United States extradited Kitano from a prison camp in Shanghai

to obtain core secrets of Unit 731, Jim noted. Kitano's confession included five aspects of content, including Unit 731's founder, Shiro Ishii, its missions, composition, study, and germ warfare weapons. The original copy is now stored in the National Archives of the United States. Oh, you might get offended by that if you go read it there. According to a report by the U.S. investigators, Catano admitted in the interrogation that Unit 731 conducted human experiments,

though in academic papers published during the war, Catano said monkeys were used in the experiments. After obtaining the material, the U.S. Army accelerated its development of biological weapons in Fort Detrick and pardoned major members of Unit 731, irrespective of their crimes against humanity, said Jen. Katano served as the second commander of the Japanese Army Unit 731, during which he led the unit's human experiments, conducted large-scale research and development in the field of biological warfare, and sped up the manufacturing of

germ warfares. Here is Mr. Kitano, Masaji Kitano. He was a medical doctor, a microbiologist, and a lieutenant general in the Imperial Japanese Army. He was the second commander of Japan's Unit 731, that covert biological and chemical warfare research and development unit. Rick, what sort of atrocities did Unit 731 carry out? Well, we had talked about it earlier.

They did surgery on living people. I mean, they took prisoners, prisoners of war in World War II, and they cut them open. They removed their organs while they're alive. It's so barbaric, you can't even... But what makes the Japanese worse than Planned Parenthood? Yeah. Planned Parenthood takes the brains out of little babies.

While they're alive. I mean, where did America learn to be so wicked? From the Japanese and the Germans. We just picked up the spirit. Right. And we brought it here. Yes. We brought it here.

Compliments of the CIA and the Pentagon, you know, at the pentagram. It's satanic. I'm not doing a patriotic hurrah for America thing. It's demonic. It's evil. It's demonic. It's evil. It's evil. What our government has done in the past 60, 70 years is evil. I'm talking about the Pentagon and the CIA. They've committed evil deeds against humanity. In fact, the fact that we live here, we ought to be outraged that our government has done these things. So here's a, this is a Guardian. This is from 2006, London Guardian newspaper. And the headline says, Japanese veteran admits vivisection test on prisoners of war. Vivisection is just a fancy scientific word saying, hey, we cut them open while they were alive. And so we get a quote from that article. Again, this is the Guardian 2006. Akira Makino, 84, said in an interview with the Kyoto News Agency that he had performed surgery

and amputations on dozens of prisoners of war before they were executed in the Philippines. Mr. Makino said that as a 22-year-old, he had operated had been ordered to conduct amputations, abdominal dissections, and other experiments on condemned men, women, and children, including two men who had been beaten unconscious for allegedly spying for the U.S. After sedating the men by placing ether-soaked claws over their faces, he was instructed to make an incision with a surgical knife and study their livers. I thought, what a horrible thing I'm doing to innocent people, even though I had been ordered to do it, he told Kyoto. Mr. Burkino said he was too scared to refuse.

I would have been killed if I had disobeyed the order, he said. That's how it was in those days. Filipino patients who survived, listen to this, if they survived all that, if they survived their ordeal, were strangled with a rope. So these are the people that we imported here to Fort Detrick. The CIA and the Pentagon really looked up, admired these people. They really knew how to get it done. Let's bring them here so we have all that knowledge and information so we can implement that as well.

That's who they looked up to, Rick. The CIA and the Pentagon didn't bring the Nazis and the Japanese here to the U.S. in order to figure out how to stop this stuff. They brought them to gain knowledge of their secrets

so that the U.S. could commit the same crimes. And would that U.S. government commit these crimes against the American people? I say, yes, they would. This is an evil, wicked government, and we are about to find out how evil and wicked it is. It's just starting to bear its teeth. Now, I'm sure there'd be people in our audiences, oh, that would never happen here in our nation. It's happening right now.

Right now, they're performing vivisections on unborn children. They're doing that now. What's the difference between an unborn child and a child a month old? The Japanese were doing vivisections on children. Yes. They admitted to it.

We got documentation, and we admired them for it. We said, we've got to get these guys here. Man, they really know how to commit atrocities. We're amateurs compared to these guys. It's unspeakable, Doc. When I started thinking about what's being done to children, unborn children, it troubles me so much that I live in a country that it is the official policy of this nation to carve up little children. It is the policy of this country.

Look what just happened in the past week. Texas passed a law. Is Biden coming out now? They woke him up. He's coming out right now. Okay. Is he actually on stage right now? I believe so. If control is ready to go to that. Okay. We're going to go hear what Emperor Biden has to say. I want to talk to you about where we are in the battle against COVID-19, the progress we've made, and the work we have left to do. And it starts with understanding this. Even as the Delta variant 19, as COVID-19 has been hitting this country hard, we have the tools to combat the virus. If we can come together as a country and use those tools, if we raise our vaccination rate, protect ourselves and others with masking, expanded testing, and identify people who are infected. We can and we will turn the tide on COVID-19.

It'll take a lot of hard work. It's going to take some time. Many of us are frustrated with the nearly 80 million Americans who are still not vaccinated, even though the vaccine is safe, effective, and free. You might be confused about what is true and what is false about COVID-19. So before I outline the new steps to fight COVID-19 that I'm going to be announcing tonight, let me give you some clear information about where we stand. First, we've made considerable progress in battling COVID-19. When I became president, about 2 million Americans were fully vaccinated. Today, over 175 million Americans have that protection.

Before I took office, we hadn't ordered enough vaccine for every American. Just weeks in office, we did. The week before I took office on January 20th of this year, over 25,000 Americans died that week of COVID-19. Last week, that grim weekly toll was down 70%. And then three months before I took office, our economy was faltering, creating just 50,000 jobs a month. We're now averaging 700,000 new jobs a month in the past three months. This progress is real. But while America is much better shaped than it was seven months ago when I took office, I need to tell you a second fact. We're in the tough stretch, and it could last for a while.

Highly contagious Delta variant that I began to warn America about back in July spread late summer like it did in other countries before us. While the vaccines provide strong protection for the vaccinated, we read about and hear about and we see the stories of hospitalized people, people on their deathbeds among the unvaccinated over the past few weeks. This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. And it's caused by the fact that despite America having unprecedented and successful vaccination program, despite the fact that for almost five months, free vaccines have been available in 80,000 different locations, we still have nearly 80 million Americans who have failed to get the shot. And to make matters worse, there are elected officials actively working to

undermine the fight against COVID-19. Instead of encouraging people to get vaccinated and mask up, they're ordering mobile morgues for the unvaccinated dying from COVID in their communities. This is totally unacceptable. Third, if you wonder how all this adds up, here's the math. The vast majority of Americans are doing the right thing. Nearly three quarters of the eligible have gotten at least one shot. But one quarter has not gotten any. That's nearly 80 million Americans not vaccinated. And a country as large as ours, that's 25 percent minority. That 25 percent can cause a lot of damage, and they are.

The unvaccinated overcrowd our hospitals, are overrunning emergency rooms and intensive care units, leaving no room for someone with a heart attack or pancreatitis or cancer. And fourth, I want to emphasize that the vaccines provide very strong protection from severe illness from COVID-19. I know there's a lot of confusion and misinformation, but the world's leading scientists confirm that if you are fully vaccinated, your risk of severe illness from COVID-19 is very low. In fact, based on available data from the summer, only one out of every 160,000 fully vaccinated Americans was hospitalized for COVID per day. These are the facts.

So here's where we stand. The path ahead, even with the Delta variant, is not nearly as bad as last winter. But what makes it incredibly more frustrating is that we have the tools to combat COVID-19, and a distinct minority of Americans, supported by a distinct minority of elected officials, are keeping us from turning the corner. These pandemic politics, as I refer to, are making people sick, causing unvaccinated people to die. We cannot allow these actions to stand in the way of protecting the large majority of Americans who have done their part and want to get back to life as normal. As your president, I'm announcing tonight a new plan to require more Americans to be vaccinated to combat those blocking public health. My plan also increases testing, protects our economy, and will make our kids safer in schools. It consists of six broad areas of action

and many specific measures in each of those actions that you can read more about in WhiteHouse.gov. WhiteHouse.gov. The measures, these are going to take time to have full impact. But if we implement them, I believe, and the scientists indicate, that the months ahead, we can reduce the number of unvaccinated Americans, decrease hospitalizations and deaths, and allow our children to go to school safely and keep our economy strong by keeping businesses open. First, we must increase vaccinations among the unvaccinated with new vaccination requirements. Of the nearly 80 million eligible Americans who have not gotten vaccinated, many said they were waiting for approval from the Food and Drug Administration, the FDA.

Well, last month, the FDA granted that approval. So, the time for waiting is over. This summer, we made progress through the combination of vaccine requirements and incentives, as well as the FDA approval. Four million more people got their first shot in August than they did in July. But we need to do more. This is not about freedom or personal choice. It's about protecting yourself and those around you,

the people you work with, the people you care about, the people you love. My job as president is to protect all Americans. with 100 or more employees that together employ over 80 million workers to ensure their workforces are fully vaccinated or show a negative test at least once a week. Some of the biggest companies are already requiring this. United Airlines, Disney, Tyson's Food, and even Fox News. The bottom line, we're going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers. We're going to reduce the spread of COVID-19 by increasing the share of the workforce that is vaccinated in businesses all across America. My plan will

extend the vaccination requirements that I previously issued in the healthcare field. Already, I've announced we'll be requiring vaccinations on all nursing home workers who treat patients on Medicare and Medicaid, because I have that federal authority. Tonight, I'm using that same authority to expand that to cover those who work in hospitals,

home health care facilities, or other medical facilities. A total of 17 million health care workers. If you're seeking care at a health facility, you should be able to know that the people treating you are vaccinated. Simple, straightforward, period. Next, I will sign an executive order that will now require all executive branch federal employees to be vaccinated. All. I've signed another executive order that will require federal contractors to do the same. If you want to work with the federal government and do business with us, get vaccinated. If you want to do business with the federal government, vaccinate your workforce. And tonight,

I'm removing one of the last remaining obstacles that make it difficult for you to get vaccinated. The Department of Labor will require employers with 100 or more workers to give those workers paid time off to get vaccinated. No one should lose pay in order to get vaccinated or take a loved one to get vaccinated. Today, in total, the vaccine requirements in my plan will affect about 100 million Americans, two-thirds of all workers. And for other sectors, I issue this appeal to those of you running large entertainment venues, from sports arenas to concert venues to movie theaters, please require folks to get vaccinated or show a negative test as a condition

of entry. And to the nation's family physicians, pediatricians, GPs, general practitioners, you're the most trusted medical voice to your patients. You may be the one person who can get someone to change their mind about being vaccinated. Tonight, I'm asking each of you to reach out to your unvaccinated patients over the next two weeks and make a personal appeal to them to get the shot. America needs your personal involvement in this critical effort. My message to unvaccinated Americans is this. What more is there to wait for?

What more do you need to see? We've made vaccinations free, safe, and convenient. The vaccine has FDA approval. Over 200 million Americans have gotten at least one shot. We've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us. So please, do the right thing, but just don't take it from me.

Listen to the voices of unvaccinated Americans who are lying in hospital beds, taking their final breath, saying, if only I'd gotten vaccinated. If only. It's a tragedy. Please don't let it become yours. The second piece of my plan is continuing to protect the vaccinated.

For the vast majority of you who have gotten vaccinated, I understand your anger at those who haven't gotten vaccinated. I understand the anxiety about getting a breakthrough case. But as the science makes clear, if you're fully vaccinated, you're highly protected from severe illness, even if you get COVID-19. In fact, recent data indicates there is only one confirmed positive case per 5,000 fully vaccinated Americans per day. You're as safe as possible, and we're doing everything we can to keep it that way. Keep it that way. Keep you safe. That's where boosters come in. The shots that give you even more protection than after your second shot. Now, I know there's been some confusion about boosters,

so let me be clear. Last month, our top government doctors announced an initial plan for booster shots for vaccinated Americans. They believe that a booster is likely to provide the highest level of protection yet. Of course, the decision of which booster shots to give, when to start them, and who will give them will be left completely to the scientists at the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control. But while we wait, we've done our part. We bought enough boosters, enough booster shots, and the distribution system is ready to administer them. As soon as they are authorized, those eligible will be able to get a booster right away in tens of thousands of sites across the country for most Americans at your nearby drugstore and for free.

The third piece of my plan is keeping, and maybe the most important, is keeping our children safe and our schools open. For any parent, it doesn't matter how low the risk of any illness or accident is when it comes to your child or grandchild. Trust me, I know. So, let me speak to you directly. Let me speak to you directly to help ease some of your worries. It comes down to two separate categories. Children ages 12 and older who are eligible for a vaccine now and children ages 11 and under who are not yet eligible. The safest thing for your

child 12 and older is to get them vaccinated. They get vaccinated for a lot of things. That's it. Get them vaccinated. As of adults, almost all the serious COVID-19 cases we're seeing among adolescents are in unvaccinated 12- to 17-year-olds, an age group that lags behind in vaccination rates. So, parents, please get your teenager vaccinated. What about children under the age of 12 who can't get vaccinated yet? Well, the best way for a parent to protect their child under the age of 12 starts at home. Every parent, every teen sibling, every caregiver around them should be vaccinated. Children have four times higher chance of getting hospitalized

if they live in a state with low vaccination rates rather than states with high vaccination rates. Now, if you're a parent of a young child, you're wondering when will it be, when will it be the vaccine available for them? I strongly support independent scientific review for vaccine uses for children under 12. We can't take shortcuts for that scientific work. But I've made it clear I will do everything within my power to support the FDA with any resource it needs to continue to do this as safely and as quickly as possible. And our nation's top doctors are committed to keeping the public at large updated on the process

so parents can plan. Now to the schools. We know that if schools follow the science and implement the safety measures like testing, masking, adequate ventilation systems, which we provided the money for, social distancing, and vaccinations, then children can be safe from COVID-19 in schools. Today, about 90 percent of school staffs and teachers are vaccinated. We should get that to 100 percent. My administration has already acquired teachers at the schools run by the Defense Department,

because I have the authority as president of the federal system, the Defense Department, and the Interior Department, to get vaccinated. That's the authority I possess. Tonight, I'm announcing that we'll require all of nearly 300,000 educators in the federal head paid program head start programs must be vaccinated as well to protect your youngest our youngest most precious Americans and give parents a comfort and tonight I'm calling on all governors to require vaccination for all teachers and staff some already have, but we need more to step up. Vaccination requirements in schools are nothing new.

They work. They're overwhelmingly supported by educators and their unions. And to all school officials trying to do the right thing by our children, I'll always be on your side. Let me be blunt. My plan also takes on elected officials in states that are undermining you in these life-saving actions. Right now, local school officials are trying to keep children safe in a pandemic while their governor picks a fight with them and even threatens their salaries or their jobs.

Talk about bullying in schools. If they'll not help, if these governors won't help us beat the pandemic, I will use my power as President to get them out of the way. The Department of Education has already begun to take legal action against states undermining protection that local school officials have ordered. Any teacher or school official whose pay is withheld for doing the right thing, we will have that pay restored by the federal government 100%. I promise you, I will have your back.

The fourth piece of my plan is increasing testing and masking. From the start, America has failed to do enough COVID-19 testing. In order to better detect and control the Delta variant, I'm taking steps tonight to make testing more available, more affordable, and more convenient. I'll use the Defense Production Act to increase production of rapid tests, including those that you can use at home. While that production is ramping up, my administration has worked with top retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Kroger's.

And tonight, we're announcing that no later than next week, each of these outlets will start to sell at-home rapid test kits at cost for the next three months. This immediate price reduction for at-home test kits for up to 35% reduction. We'll also expand free testing at 10,000 pharmacies around the country. to purchase nearly 300 million rapid tests for distribution to community health centers, food banks, schools, so that every American, no matter their income, can access free and convenient tests. This is important to everyone, particularly for a parent or a child with a child not old enough to be vaccinated. You'll be able to test them at home and test those around them. In addition to testing, we know masking helps stop the spread of COVID-19. That's why when I came into office, I required masks for all federal buildings

and on federal lands, on airlines, and other modes of transportation. Today, tonight, I'm announcing that the Transportation Safety Administration, the TSA, will double the fines on travelers that refuse to mask. If you break the rules, be prepared to pay. And by the way, show some respect. The anger you see on television toward flight attendants and others doing their job is wrong. It's ugly. The fifth piece of my plan is protecting our economic recovery. Because of our vaccination program and the American Rescue Plan,

which we passed thoroughly in my administration, we've had record job creation for a new administration. Economic growth unmatched in 40 years. We cannot let unvaccinated do this progress. Undo it. Turn it back. So tonight, I'm announcing additional steps to strengthen our economic recovery. We'll be expanding COVID-19 economic injury disaster loan programs. That's a program that's going to allow small businesses to borrow up to $2 million from the current $500,000 to keep going if COVID-19 impacts on their sales. These low-interest, long-term loans require no repayment for two years

and can be used to hire and retain workers, purchase inventory, or even pay down higher-cost debt racked up since the pandemic began. I'll also be taking additional steps to help small businesses stay afloat during the pandemic. Sixth, we're going to continue to improve the care of those who do get COVID-19. In early July, I announced the deployment of surge response teams. These are teams comprised of experts from the Department of Health and Human Services, the CDC, the Defense Department, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA,

to areas in the country that need help to stem the spread of COVID-19. Since then, the federal government has deployed nearly 1,000 staff, including doctors, nurses, paramedics, into 18 states. Today, I'm announcing that the Defense Department will double the number of military health teams that they'll deploy to help their fellow Americans in hospitals around the country. Additionally, we're increasing the availability of new medicines recommended by real doctors, not conspiracy theorists. The monoclonal antibody treatments have been shown to reduce the risk of hospitalization by up to 70% for unvaccinated people at risk of developing severe disease.

We've already distributed 1.4 million courses of these treatments to save lives and reduce the strain on hospitals. Tonight, I'm announcing we will increase the average pace of shipment across the country of free monoclonal antibody treatments by another 50%. Before I close, let me say this. Communities of color are disproportionately impacted by this virus. And as we continue to battle COVID-19, we will ensure that equity continues to be at the center of our response. We'll ensure that everyone is reached. My first responsibility as President is to protect the American people and make sure we have enough vaccine for every American, including enough boosters for every American who's approved to get one.

We also know this virus transcends borders. That's why even as we execute this plan at home, we need to continue fighting the virus overseas, continue to be the arsenal of vaccines. We're proud to have donated nearly 140 million vaccines over 90 countries, more than all other countries combined, including Europe, China, and Russia combined. That's American leadership on a global stage. And that's just the beginning. We've also now started to ship another 500 million COVID vaccines, Pfizer vaccines, purchased to donate to 100 lower-income countries in need of vaccines.

And I'll be announcing additional steps to help the rest of the world later this month. As I recently released the key parts of my pandemic preparedness plan so that America isn't caught flat-footed with a new pandemic comes again, as it will, next month I'm also going to release a plan in greater detail. So let me close with this. We've made so much progress during the past seven months of this pandemic. The recent increases in vaccinations in August already are having an impact in some states, where case counts are dropping in recent days. Even so, we remain at a critical moment, a critical time. We have the tools. Now we just have to finish the job with truth, with science, with confidence,

and together as one nation. Look, we're the United States of America. There's nothing, not a single thing we're unable to do if we do it together. So let's stay together. God bless you all and all those who continue to serve on the front lines of this pandemic. And may God protect our troops. Get vaccinated. But they don't have that power. Well, they found it somewhere, just like they found abortion in the Constitution. They don't have the power. The federal government does not have the power to compel employers, to compel their employees to do something against their will. And who's going to enforce this? Who are they going to send to, say, to Mr. CEO who is just trying to do business?

Doc, they know that the big corporations will fall in line. They already have. The big corporations have been telling the White House, you've got to give us legal cover. We want to implement your policy, but you have to make us do it. Right. That's basically it, right? Yes. They want to we want to implement your policy, but you have to make us do it. Right. That's basically it. Right. Yes. They want to do it. They want to do it. But they need Joe Biden to say, I'm ordering you to do it. Then there they can then tell their employees, we don't want to do this. But but the president is compelling us to do it. So if you work for a company that has 100 or more employees,

you are now required by Joe Biden and the federal government to be vaccinated against your will. 80 million Americans right there. 80 million Americans. 80 million Americans can simply say, no, we resist. We'll shut down the country. Then there's a large block of health care workers in the country. In this statement tonight, Joe Biden said the 17 million health care workers in this country now must be vaccinated. And that is broader than just, you know, when you think doctors and nurses, you're thinking of home health aides, people that come to maybe check in on grandma and grandpa, you know, visiting nurses, things like that. If you own a home health care business, let's say you have to be vaccinated. Now you have to vaccinate. You know why? Because they've tied you into the Medicare and Medicaid system. You're not going to your company's not going to get Medicare or Medicaid. You won't get reimbursed

for the cost of health, which a lot of these especially smaller companies, there's tens of thousands of small health care agencies that take care of mom and dad and grandma and grandpa. They're basically either going to toe the line or go

out of business, right? This is gut-wrenching for a lot of people tonight. It's gut-wrenching. I'm thinking of people I personally know who have businesses that are going to be cut off of federal funds. Right. People that I know absolutely do not want to be vaccinated, don't want to compel their employees to be vaccinated, but they receive federal funds. And right now, tonight, these are true news supporters across America.

They are going through a gut-wrenching agony tonight. Do I shut down my business? Or get vaccinated. Or do I get vaccinated knowing what I know about the vaccines? Joe Biden lied repeatedly. He said the FDA approved Pfizer. It did not approve Pfizer. We've already documented it approved a vaccine that hasn't been manufactured yet. Yes, but it did not approve the vaccine that's been used for emergency use. It said it's like it. It's equal to it.

But it has not actually been approved. Because it's still under emergency use authorization, which protects the pharmaceutical companies. Doc, one thing that came to my mind when he said about 80 million Americans, I think there's more than 80 million who have not been vaccinated. Well, I mean, the 80 million is just in the employer class of the 100 plus companies there. Well, what came to my mind was the Deagle.com website, which we've been wondering about for over a decade. Who is Deagle and why did they project 10 years ago that America's population in 2025 would be 99 million people. And so when he kept talking about 80 million people have to be vaccinated, I thought, no, there's 80 million people who are going to resist the vaccination and are going to live

while the rest of them die, because this is global genocide. Have you ever wondered what the Antichrist is going to look like and sound like? We're getting a picture of it. This is a starter right here. This is how it's going to be implemented. A dictator issuing decrees of which he has no power to enforce. But which will be carried out because you're expected to carry them out. Because the elite, the CEOs, all of them are in full agreement with this. So, Doug, how are we weeks, months away from Joe Biden saying,

I have ordered the FBI to arrest anybody who speaks against my plan? That's what dictators do. And that's not beyond the realm of possibility at this point. What did Duterte say in the Philippines? He said, I'll come over to your house and I'll personally shove the needle in your butt. Or shoot you. Or shoot you.

So don't say it wouldn't happen because it's already happened in some countries. So a couple other items that Joe Biden brought up here tonight. You notice how he's made it. He said we're the United States of America when actually he divided us even more tonight. He said to the vaccinated, aren't you frustrated? Aren't you angry?

Aren't you worried about all these unvaccinated people over here? Don't you need to do something, don't you? We should do something. I'm doing something on your behalf right now. But he's also saying to the vaccinated, you need to do something, too. You need to get angry. You need to get frustrated even more. It's the Obama tactic. I'm going to weaponize this this issue and and get you fired up and get you angry at your neighbor, at your coworker. Something else he was remiss in saying, he talked about how many people were vaccinated, but he did not say that they were vaccinated with two doses.

Yes. He said at least one. Right. What happened, Joe? A lot of people said, I'm not going back for number two. Probably because they had an adverse reaction to dose number one. And they said, I'm done with this. Or they knew somebody that had an adverse reaction.

He also brought out that communities of color, why don't we just say blacks, Hispanics, others. What are we? Yeah, I'm a color. What are we? Am I transparent? Am I translucent? What am I? But you're not colored, Rick. You don't have a color. Well, what are you translucent? What am I?

We have different skin tones. Right. Okay? This white and black stuff is ridiculous. But anyhow, he's... They said the community of colors seem to be really impacted by COVID. Well, the reason why is communities of color are refusing the vaccine at a higher rate than stupid white people. Because of the churches.

Yes. The Hispanic and the black churches, the pastors have been speaking out against the vaccination program. Right. A lot of them remember Tuskegee. Yes. They know that the U.S. government will do experiments on black men. In New York City, Rick, 72 percent of the black population is unvaccinated. 72 percent. And where? In New York City. In just the black population in New York,

72 percent of blacks are unvaccinated. So when they mandate COVID passports in New York City, guess who's not going to go to restaurants and ball games and concerts? They're going to block out Blacks. They're going to block out Hispanics. Now, any other time, I would think BLM and the NAACP and all the other alphabet groups out there would be crying foul about that. But not this time, are they? No, no.

So where we're at right now, all military members of the U.S. military must be vaccinated. Every employee of a company with 100 employees or more must be vaccinated. All federal government employees. All federal and call contractors and their employees. All health care workers, including home care workers. If you receive payment through Medicare or Medicaid, you're going to be shut down if you do not get vaccinated. He's going to go after governors. He said, I'm going to get rid of you.

That was a threat. He threatened governors. He's, I'm going to get rid of you. That was a threat. He threatened governors. He's talking about Governor DeSantis. He said, I'm going to get you out of the way. Yes, he said exactly that. Didn't that sound like a gangster? What's next? FBI agents going to come in and handcuff Governor DeSantis?

I mean, that kind of talk is so irresponsible and divisive. I'm going to get you out. You talk, the president of the United States threatened elected governors. Now, if Vladimir Putin said, I'm going to get rid of the governors of Russia who are opposing me. He'd be a tyrant. A tyrant. A dictator. Well,rant. A dictator. Well, Joe's a dictator.

Look, he talked about children not being safe. The most unsafe place for a child is to be next to Joe Biden because he'll have his hand on them because he's a pervert. All right, so one final thought because we got to wrap it up here. He didn't say, but I'm assuming that employers with 100 employees or more will include churches and Christian ministries.

A lot of mega churches have 100 or more employees. Christian television networks like TBN, Daystar, they have far more than 100 employees. So will these big Christian churches and ministries force their employees to be vaccinated? My guess is yes, Rick. That wouldn't surprise me at all because they're being ordered to by the federal government.

Where are we going to be two to three months from now? What is this tyrant going to be doing 90 days from now?
