Starting point is 00:00:36 The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So help us God. Today is Friday, August 18, 2023. Could Fulton County's far-left radical prosecutor, Fonny Willis, be impeached and removed from office? Well, a Georgia state senator thinks the answer is yes. Let's begin with this report published by Atlanta News First. Georgia Senator wants session to review Fulton DA's actions in Trump indictment. So this is the news coming out of Georgia today. Georgia State
Starting point is 00:01:15 Senator is asking for Governor Brian Kemp to call a session to review the Fulton County District Attorney's actions on the indictment of former President Donald Trump and several allies. Colton Moore, who represents District 53 in the Georgia Senate, wrote in a letter to Kemp that an emergency exists in the affairs of the state to call the session to review Fannie Willis's actions. He went on to say the legislature has the almighty power of the purse, Moore told Atlanta News First Thursday. We have the ability to defund this district attorney, and we also have the ability to provide oversight and investigate this district attorney. And if something's found by George, she needs to be impeached.
Starting point is 00:01:57 This is political persecution. These aren't about crimes that have been committed. This is about taking down a political opponent. I mean, this is some fascist Putin nonsense. Well, I don't know if it's Putin nonsense or not, but it's certainly nonsense. It's communist nonsense. Yeah, you know, I agree with what the state senator is saying, but there's no point bringing vladimir putin into this he didn't do anything that's right this this is all american craziness that's right and this is the far left in america and uh doc what do you think is what do you think is the likelihood that governor brian kemp is going to call an emergency session of the Georgia legislature. About the likelihood of a successful snow cone stand in the Sahara Desert.
Starting point is 00:02:49 I mean, it's just not going to go. It is not going to happen. Not with Brian Kemp in charge of Georgia. They're enjoying watching Donald Trump dangle in the wind. He's not going to do anything to stop it. And I mean, I don't know. I don't know the Georgia Constitution. I don't know if members of the legislature, if there's a mechanism in the Constitution that if a certain number of legislators sign a petition for a special session, whether the governor has to do it, perhaps.
Starting point is 00:03:23 But it's a good argument at least the state senator is saying we ought to do something here with this uh fannie moore i mean fannie willis um now i've got a short video he put out today on um do we say twitter anymore or is it just x i don't know it's the way the news meters say uh x formerly known as twitter It's sort of like when Prince changed his name. The artist formerly known as Prince. So now it's the social media formerly known as Twitter. But the website and everything is still Twitter. Yes. Well, for now. With a big X on it. Here's Senator
Starting point is 00:04:02 Colton Moore. Yes, sir. All right, let's watch. Hello, this is Colton Moore from northwest Georgia, state senator. I've officially called for an emergency legislative session to investigate corrupt district attorney Fannie Willis. I'm sick and tired of these weak so-called leaders telling us to sit down and be quiet. We have to take action. I need patriots like you to help me. We got a country to save. And of course, he was also on X, formerly known as Twitter. This is a tweet that he had or X or whatever we want to call it. So he's calling for an emergency session to review the actions of
Starting point is 00:04:43 Fannie Willis. America is under attack. I'm not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors politically target political opponents. And he does have an interesting strategy there defunding the district attorney's office. That's one strategy there. But once again, you are in the state, the Communist Republic of Georgia, some parts of it exist. Well, as you mentioned, communists, there is a communist connection to Fannie Willis. Oh, really? Yes. Her father was a communist. Man, you can't make this stuff up, can you? It's like Barack Obama. All of his associates and relatives and friends were all communists. Fonny Willis' father was a member of the Black Panther Party.
Starting point is 00:05:36 Black Panther Party is a communist party. It's a Marxist-Lenin political party started in the 1960s by Bobby Seale and Huey Newton. Now, those are some names I haven't said for a long time. And Eldridge Cleaver. Eldridge Cleaver. Now, that name I remember. Do you remember the other two, Bobby Seale and Huey? I don't remember those, but Eldridge Cleaver.
Starting point is 00:06:01 I remember seeing him on TV and in the marches and everything. You're talking about three communists. And Black Panther was and is a communist political organization. And so her father was. Was a very active member in the Black Panther Party. So little Fonny is simply carrying out her father's communist ideology. Right. What's this prove?
Starting point is 00:06:28 It proves Rick is right. Again. A communist takeover of the United States of America. It's a slow, incremental, soft coup that's been underway for a long time but it's now gained enough momentum that they're able to put the former president united states in a prison that's how strong the communist movement is in this country they're never going to come out and say hey we're communists no of course not they'll act differently they'll act like communists but they'll have different labels
Starting point is 00:07:04 nice sounding labels or labels that fit their particular group. Progressive. Yes. If you hear progressive, just think communists. They've learned. They've learned to use the language. And so anyhow, just understand Fannie Wells is the daughter of a communist. Wow.
Starting point is 00:07:30 So another story I saw today is Newsweek. Could Donald Trump be refused bail in Georgia? It's going to be a reign, I guess, this week. Has to turn himself in. I said, I think the 25th, the deadline's the 25th. Okay, that's the end of it. Yeah, next week. Next week. So Donald Trump has to turn himself in at the sheriff's office the county jail and be formally
Starting point is 00:07:52 arrested and they're going to do a mugshot they're going to treat him like a criminal so this story in this week is implying that possibly possibly they may deny him bail and hold him in the county jail. Now, personally, I think the story is gaslighting. Right. I think they're simply messing with Donald Trump's mind. I think they're just putting these headlines out because they want him at maximum stress level. And it's just gaslighting. But it also tells you they're thinking that way.
Starting point is 00:08:35 Right. Now, the reasoning on this is some communist legal experts are surmising and speculating there that Donald Trump is manipulating witnesses in real time. He's witness tampering in real time. And so the only way we can keep him from witness tampering is to lock him up. All right. I'll tell you what they're going after, Doc.
Starting point is 00:08:55 Somebody got the names and addresses, home addresses, of the grand jury members that indicted President Trump and published the names and addresses on the Internet. So they were doxxed. What they're looking for is, is there any connection that leads them back to Donald Trump? As far as exposing the jurors? Yes.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Well, that sounds like something the left would do. They would expose it and then say, look, the Republicans did it. But they're looking. They're looking. I know. But they're looking for the evidence. They're looking. Is there a connection that the person or persons who doxed the jury members, did they get instructions from Donald Trump? Because that's that would be a criminal offense. Now it's not a criminal offense when the left doxes somebody and their house gets burned down or they get you know like how about the Supreme Court justices? How about Justice Kavanaugh? They were doxing them right all the time for the whole year and people were begging for protection of the judges and the political left.
Starting point is 00:10:08 The Democrats said, no, we're not going to do that. So what you're saying is that now that this list has been published, that someone could threaten the jurors. Let's say a Trump supporter, Trump, also known as an FBI agent, a Trump supporter, could have maybe threatened some of the jurors and everything, and that would be reason to lock Donald Trump up. As a threat. Now, wait till you see where this next one is going. So one of the persons who were indicted along with President Trump in Georgia was Kenneth Cheesebrough, an attorney. He's an
Starting point is 00:10:47 attorney who advised President Trump on strategies after the election of what he could do to contest the election. This came out, I guess it is today, isn't it? The 18th. Yes. Kenneth Cheesebrough, alleged architect of the fake electors plot. Yes. And we're going to talk about the fake electors plot. I was going to do this on Wednesday. We didn't get, we didn't have enough time. So we're going to talk about it today. So Mr. Cheesebro, who is the alleged architect of the fake electors plot, followed Alex Jones around the U.S. Capitol grounds on January 6th. So you see what they're doing? Yes. They're attaching one of Donald Trump's inner circle, if you will, to Alex Jones. Yes. On January 6th.
Starting point is 00:11:36 To Alex Jones specifically. Yes. So they're going to try to now bring Mr. Cheesebrough into the January 6th so-called insurrection to strengthen Jack Smith's case that Donald Trump was committing a conspiracy to prevent the peaceful transfer of power on January 20th. And was it, I would assume that they would accuse Donald Trump of being aware of Mr. Cheesebro's actions that day and not doing anything about it. Yes, because you will see in this report we're going to show you from CNN, they talk about Mr. Cheesebro using his phone while he's standing next to Alex Jones. What's the inference? He was calling Donald Trump. They don't say it. Right. But look at that. He's on his phone. Here's the CNN report. One of the alleged co-conspirators in two cases against Donald Trump for 2020 election interference. Now, for the first time, CNN has identified Kenneth Jesbro outside
Starting point is 00:12:43 the Capitol on January 6th, shortly before a mob stormed the east side of the building. He followed right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones for about an hour. Chesbrough is the alleged architect of a plot to use fake electors to stop the certification of Joe Biden's win. This week, he was indicted, along with Trump and 17 others in Georgia. He's also been identified as an unindicted co-conspirator in the federal case against the former president. CNN projects Joseph R. Biden Jr. is elected the 46th president of the United States. In the days after the November 2020 election, Chesbrough wrote a memo to a lawyer for Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:13:23 It's among the earliest known documents outlining the legal strategy Trump would allegedly try to use. His memo focuses on January 6th as the hard deadline with ultimate significance to determine the validity of electoral votes. Emails obtained by the January 6th committee showed Chesbrough later suggesting to the Trump campaign that the fear of, quote, wild chaos on that day could provoke the Supreme Court to take action. Go to the White House. At the same time, Alex Jones was helping pay for and plan the January 6th rally, urging his massive audience to gather in Washington, D.C. The night before Trump's rally, Jones would warn of a coming battle. This will be their Waterloo. This will be their destruction.
Starting point is 00:14:09 We fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore. When the January 6th committee asked if Chesbrough was in Washington the first week of January, Chesbrough pleaded the fifth. Let's go change our country, man. Trump's only mandatory. Let's start marching to the Capitol. But there is no question he was there.
Starting point is 00:14:29 CNN has analyzed publicly available photos and videos from that day, which show his movements. In the hours before the insurrection, he was with Alex Jones and his entourage a short distance from the Capitol. Chesbrough is here wearing a red Trump 2020 hat. As lawmakers prepare to certify the results of the election inside the building, Chesbrough follows Alex Jones and a crowd of protesters as they walk towards the Capitol. Chesbrough has his phone out, seemingly recording Jones' every move. Let's march around to the other side. And let's not fight the police and give the system what they want. We are peaceful.
Starting point is 00:15:09 As Jones was leading a crowd to the east side of the Capitol, the west side was breached and rioters poured in. At one point, while Chesbrough was on Capitol grounds, he appears to show something on his phone to a member of Jones's security team. Then Jones and Chesbrough climbed the Capitol steps. There is no indication Chesbrough entered the Capitol building or engaged in violence. But shortly after Chesbrough and Jones left the steps on the east side, the Capitol was breached again as the mob poured into the doors. In all, more than 2,000 rioters would
Starting point is 00:15:45 enter the building, vandalizing and looting, attempting to prevent a joint session of Congress from counting the Electoral College votes. The House Committee investigating January 6th would eventually call it the final step in Donald Trump's plan to try and overturn the election, a plan that started in earnest with Kenneth Chesbrough. And we're hearing from Kenneth Chesbrough's attorney who told us last night, he spoke to my colleague, Andrew Kaczynski and Amstek, who've been doing all the reporting on this,
Starting point is 00:16:16 saying that they're going to allow the legal process to play out and that they're declining to issue any public comment at this time. So you see how they're tying this all together. Right. I want to talk about this fake elector allegation because they've arrested people in Michigan. The fake elector charge allegation
Starting point is 00:16:42 is part of the conspiracies in Georgia. There's a possibility that Trump supporters in other states like Arizona, I think Wisconsin, may be arrested under this fake elector allegation. Right, that's breaking news even now. I heard that earlier today that they may pursue charges against those slates of electors. Okay, so we're talking about electors in the electoral college. Each state gets a certain number of electors based on the two U.S. senators and the number of members of the House of Representatives. And then the electoral college meets to cast their votes on behalf of their states.
Starting point is 00:17:34 The Constitution says that the state legislatures are in charge of the electors of each state. And so what the Trump campaign was doing, and what Mr. Cheesebrough, as an attorney, was advising President Trump was was there is a there's a path there's a legal path that we can go down and and we can challenge the biden electors from certain states based on our belief that there was corruption in those states so what they were looking for was for Vice President Pence to say, I'm not accepting the electoral votes from Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada. I believe that they're contested. We have reason to believe that there is a difference of opinion among state legislators
Starting point is 00:18:32 in those states. Right. Okay? I'm going to send this back. But they wanted Mr. Pence to do it. When you hear about that they wanted Pence
Starting point is 00:18:40 to overturn the election, that's not what they... They wanted Mr. Pence to refuse to accept the electoral votes from the states I mentioned and to send an instruction back to the state legislatures to send back to the U.S. Congress. The. The electors of their state. Now, it very well could have been that had been the same.
Starting point is 00:19:10 Exactly. Could have been the same electors of their state now it very well could have been that had been the same exactly could have been the same electors there was no guarantee how the state led but constitutionally the state legislatures have the constitutional authority to make that decision right so when you hear fake elector conspiracy it's not a conspiracy. And I'm going to show you that in 2016, Hillary Clinton did the very same thing, the very same tactic. And there was nothing wrong with it. It's a legal tactic. She didn't, I'm not saying that she did anything wrong. Right. She made an effort to stop the Electoral College from endorsing Donald Trump in 2016. Would have been January 2017. Right.
Starting point is 00:19:55 They made an effort. We'll talk about that. Yeah. But setting things up for now. Right. Yeah. So here's a recent MSNBC report on this so-called fake elector conspiracy. Let's watch it. So 84 people in seven states, President Biden won in 2020, served as fake electors for Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:20:17 Now, state and federal prosecutors have investigated this fake elector scheme for months now. And last night, Fulton County D.A. Fannie Willis indicted three of Georgia's fake electors, David Schaefer, Kathy Latham and Sean Still. Combined, these three are facing 26 criminal charges, including forgery, making false statements and violating Georgia's RICO statute. Those Georgia fake electors are now part of a club that includes Michigan's 16 fake electors who were charged by that state's attorney general last month, which begs the question, are we reaching the sort of critical mass that is needed for more states to try these people in earnest? In Arizona, State Attorney General Chris Mays, a Democrat who took office this January, she is currently investigating that state's group of fake electors and other thwarted attempts to flip the vote to Trump. You might remember former Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers, who, like Brad Raffensperger
Starting point is 00:21:10 down in Georgia, defied Trump's pressure to reverse Biden's victory. We asked Attorney General Mays' office for an update on that Arizona investigation, and we received no comment. All right, so there is an active attempt to take the alternate electors, which is what they were, alternate electors, and make them felons. That's the effort right now, saying that the reason why they existed was to overturn the election. That wasn't the case at all. But right now, the left owns the narrative. They manage the narrative right now. So did any of these so-called fake electors, which were just Republican Trump electors that could have gone to the Electoral College.
Starting point is 00:21:58 Right. so-called fake electors, kidnap the Biden electors, tie them up, and prevent them from going to the Electoral College meeting? No, not at all. Then how is there a crime? Where's the crime? I would
Starting point is 00:22:20 look, if the prosecutor said, hey, these people, they kidnapped electors. They tied them up, put them in the closet, then went to the electoral college meeting and voted for Trump. I was at. Well, you got a crime. You got a crime of kidnapping. Right. And then obstructing a federal election. Right. What you could understand at that point. So they're saying you make a good point here, Rick. Right. What was the crime
Starting point is 00:22:48 that they did? They were associated with Donald Trump. That was the crime. A crime of their thoughts and a crime of their mouth. So if in 2024 I say I'm an elector. If I just say it if in my mind I want to be an elector I don't do anything about it I don't go and kidnap an elector
Starting point is 00:23:17 and hog time I just tell everybody I'm an elector have I committed a crime? and now I'm going to vote for this particular candidate have I committed a crime? if I just tell everybody, I'm an elector. Have I committed a crime? And now I'm going to vote for this particular candidate. Have I committed a crime? If I just say it. No, they might question your sanity, but they wouldn't. A lot of people have done that.
Starting point is 00:23:34 But have I committed a crime? Right. And here's something else to consider about original slates of electors, too. In some states, the electors are bound to vote a certain way because of the rules of the state. But in a lot of states, electors have, you know, a free will that they can actually vote for different candidates. And they have in the past, numerous times in the past. And so that's not unusual. But as you said earlier, Rick,
Starting point is 00:24:09 this is kind of deja vu all over again, as Yogi Bear would say, because back in 2016, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts questioned the outcome of the election. Probably, Doc, most people don't realize that in the United States, when they vote for president, they're not actually voting for the candidate like in 2016, Clinton or Trump.
Starting point is 00:24:44 When you mark the name of the candidate for president or pull or leave or whatever, however you vote, you're voting for his or her slate of electors. That's right. So Donald Trump had a slate of electors equal to the number of electoral votes for that state. Right. And then Hillary Clinton had her slate. And then whoever won the state, actually those electors were elected. And then there are some states too where nebraska is one example where the electors are uh are assigned to a particular candidate based on their congressional
Starting point is 00:25:14 district which one won yes okay yes so you could have by statewide right you could have seven electors in a state four of them could be for candidate a three of them could be for candidate b so it's different state by state but once again the decision is back with the state it's so when you say they're voting for you know a candidate really they're voting for the electors that's right in their state so let's go back to this 2016 this is december 12 2016 a little over what five weeks after the election of donald trump this is an npr article npr asked a question is hillary clinton trying to question the legitimacy of donald trump winning well she absolutely was and that was the whole strategy well was she committing a conspiracy to prevent the peaceful transfer of power
Starting point is 00:26:13 and what's the statute of limitation can we go back and arrest her and that's a great question so so let's set this up what was going on at that particular time? Well, news of the Russian interference was being ginned up by the mainstream media. So amid news of possible Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election, a top Hillary Clinton advisor is publicly casting support for a push by some members of the Electoral College to receive an intelligence briefing ahead of their formal vote next week. So let's stop this right now and consider what the Hillary Clinton campaign was asking for. They were asking for members of the Electoral College to be briefed. By the CIA and the FBI. About election interference by russia now this election
Starting point is 00:27:06 interference by russia was proven to be just totally bogus phony fake whatever adjective you want to use there they wanted they wanted corrupt fbi agents to go and to go to the electoral college and say we have evidence that putin interfered in the election and some of the states that went for trump were actually those were those were russian inspired votes now that is a deliberate attempt to influence an election she should have went to prison for that very act you talk about a conspiracy and everybody the fbi and the the CIA that participated in it, they should be in prison too. Alright, now who was this individual that questioned that? Well, let's look at this. The bipartisan elector's letter
Starting point is 00:27:56 raises very grave issues involving our national security. Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta said in a statement Monday, electors have a solemn responsibility under the Constitution, and we support their efforts to have their questions addressed. Now, it went on in that article to say, it's the losing Democratic nominee's most public show of support yet for efforts to question the legitimacy of election results that gave Donald Trump presidency. And it follows news over the weekend that the CIA has concluded, they concluded back
Starting point is 00:28:30 then, that Russia intervened in the election to help the Republican win. Remember, it was cut and dried. There was no question about it. Now, it's bogus, fake, phony. And keep in mind, this is national public radio, government-funded radio. Right. And they are reporting in December of 2016 that the CIA has concluded that Russia hacked the election. Right.
Starting point is 00:28:56 Now, they talked about this bipartisan letter. And the only way that makes it bipartisan is there was one Republican that was signed on to the letter. The letter comes from 10 mostly Democratic electors, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi's daughter, Christine, and New Hampshire Representative-elect Carol Shea Porter. Only one signatory is a Republican, Texan Chris Supran, who has already said he is refusing to vote for Trump despite his state's results. So here you have an elector that is going against the will of the people, if you will. US discharged their duties to prevent a desire in foreign powers to gain an improper ascendant in our councils, as Alexander Hamilton outlined in the Federalist Papers number 68. We now know that the CIA has determined Russia's interference in our elections was for the purpose of electing Donald Trump. This should distress every American. Now, who said that? John Podesta. John, I mark my hands with secret symbols, Podesta. Never before in the history of our
Starting point is 00:30:14 republic have we seen such an effort, Rick, to undermine the bedrock of our democracy. He's questioning the election. He's doing that on behalf of the Clinton campaign, therefore on behalf of Hillary Clinton. So they were questioning the election and they were seeking to get intelligence officials in front of the electoral college to influence that election. So, Doc, in September, October of 2016,
Starting point is 00:30:42 I said on this program, the deep state, whatever you want to call these freaks, if they can't beat Trump on election night, they will then try to beat him in the electoral college. Right. If they don't beat him in electoral college, they'll try to stop him from being inaugurated if they can't stop him from being inaugurated they will they will they will destabilize his government they can't destabilize they'll eventually kill him that's what i said right this this 2016 article is proof that hillary clinton had a plan to compel the the entire electoral college to frighten them into inviting cia and fbi agents think about it intelligence agencies inside an electoral college meeting telling them lies about the presidential candidate who won and even the lies they told they've now go back and say well we didn't really say that yeah i know but everybody knows it was a lie we knew it was
Starting point is 00:31:53 lie back then but just about everybody they knows is a lie but they forget about this stuff right they forget about the secret plan to to lie to thectoral College so that the Electoral College would deny Donald Trump the presidency when they met in January 2017. And yet Donald Trump is now arrested for conspiracy to block the peaceful transfer of power. Whatever they accuse you of doing, it's what they have been doing. It's what they're doing. So let's go to the next one. Now, in that article previously, it talked about Alexander Hamilton, right? And a remark that he made in the Federalist Papers.
Starting point is 00:32:39 And it's why the Electoral College exists. In that something could happen. Something weird could happen in a popular vote. The Clinton conspirators then coined a phrase, the Hamilton electors. Right. In 2016. So this is from The Atlantic. Meet the Hamilton electors hoping for an Electoral College revolt.
Starting point is 00:33:01 This was November 21st, a couple weeks after the election. So they're building this story up now. Although the presidential election was called for Donald Trump on the night of November 8th, it's not actually over until the 538 members of the electoral college vote on December 19th. In the weeks between now and then, two Democratic electors are hoping to convince their colleagues to select someone other than Trump for the presidency. The Michael Baca of Colorado and Brett Ciafalo of Washington State called themselves the Hamilton electors in a nod to Alexander Hamilton's explanation of the Electoral College's necessity. So the idea is this.
Starting point is 00:34:01 The founding father and first U.S. Treasury Secretary once said that the Electoral College exists to ensure that the office of president will never fall to the lot of any man who is not in an eminent degree endowed with the requisite qualifications. And by Baca and Chiafalo's reckoning, it exists to prevent a Trump presidency. So we're trying to be that break glass, break in case of emergency fire hose has gotten dusty over the last 200 years, Ciafalo told me. This is an emergency. Baca described their best case scenario, uniting 135 Republican and 135 Democratic electors behind a moderate Republican candidate, thus securing that person's position as president with the required 270 votes.
Starting point is 00:34:40 And if that doesn't work, and it's highly unlikely it will, they're hoping they can at least convince 37 of the Republican electors whose states went for Trump to default and support the compromise candidate. That would bring Donald Trump's count below 270, and then the election would then go to the House of Representatives. And so the Atlantic basically outlined the strategy. They were hoping that there would be enough questions in the aftermath of the election that a block of electoral college representatives would switch or vote. instead of looking at 135 they only had to switch 37 and you know we were talking about this back uh in 2016 as well well doc the plan went even further than just blocking hillary i mean blocking donald trump they knew that they knew that they couldn't swing it to clinton right the plan was let's bring in a rhino yes a rhino republican that was acceptable
Starting point is 00:35:48 to both democrats and republicans that's right and this next article is going to identify the rhino this was politico december 5th 2016 rogue what kind of what kind of electors? Rogue electors. Rogue electors. Not fake. Rogue. Rogue. Rogue electors briefed the Clinton camp on an anti-Trump plan. I'm not going to read the entire article.
Starting point is 00:36:18 You see the face. Many of you know who that gentleman is. And in this 2016 article, we go down to number 32. And it says, that's why anti-Trump electors are working to persuade at least 37 Republican electors to ditch Trump, the minimum they need to prevent his election, and join them in support of a compromise candidate which could send the final decision to the House of Representatives. Now, what was the purpose, Rick? To block Trump. To prevent his election.
Starting point is 00:36:55 That's right. They were going to block the transfer of power. That's why anti-Trump electors... Oh, excuse me. Let's go to the next one, okay? The Democratic electors, excuse me, let's go to the next one. Okay. The Democratic electors have already revealed that they're close to a consensus pick for whom
Starting point is 00:37:12 they will vote. Ohio Governor John Kasich. That was the man they were going to try. Well, they were going to vote for him in the Electoral College. They would be... Well, they were hoping to they were going to vote for him in the electoral college there would be well they were hoping to get it sent to the house of representatives but they were going to vote for
Starting point is 00:37:29 Kasich right in the electoral college then the electoral college would have to report to the U.S. Congress we don't have a winner right the house of Representatives will have to pick the winner. That was the plan. And number Kasich was involved in it. The former Republican governor of Ohio. Now, the next time you hear about the fake elector conspiracy, you'll have this knowledge and you can say to other people, this is a bunch of you know what because hillary clinton had her own fake elector plan yes in 2016 another uh ody from 2016 washington post secret cia assessment says russia was trying to help trump win the white house we all know not only that it was a lie, but the CIA created the lie. See, it's one thing to say that misinformation was spread and we now know that wasn't true.
Starting point is 00:38:59 No, it was far worse. The CIA and the FBI invented the lie. lie yes with the help of the clinton campaign they invented the lie to do what to prevent donald trump from ever becoming the president and then after he got in they continued with the lie for four years yes and said he was an agent for the russians for four long years. They robbed the American people. They robbed me. They robbed you.
Starting point is 00:39:29 We had to put up with their lies for four years. And they knew. And how much more could Donald Trump have accomplished in those four years if all this nonsense wasn't going on? That's the purpose of it, to prevent him from accomplishing his agenda. Another one. This was another npr december 10 2016 cia concludes russian interference aimed to elect trump half of the american people believe this stuff in 2016 right and you'd see it on every talking head show out there they'd say well donald trump you know he's bought and paid for by putin
Starting point is 00:40:06 yeah you know uh putin's putting money in donald trump's pocket every night and then you had you had liars like adam schiff day after day in the house of representatives telling one lie after another knowing that he was spreading falsehoods. But they got away with it. And even now that the evidence is there that they lied, there's no accountability. Yes. None of them are going to prison for what they did. Not one of them are going to prison.
Starting point is 00:40:38 The man who's going to prison, if they get their way, is the man that they were after the entire time. My thoughts about Donald Trump, they're very... Conflicted? Conflicted. That's the word I was going to say. Conflicted. I have lots of issues with him.
Starting point is 00:41:08 I have disagreements with him um but i've never seen i've never seen somebody treated so unfairly in my life and i am a person that when i see unfairness i have to defend the person that's being mistreated democrat or republican Republican. It's just what they've done to him and what they're continuing to do to him is so unfair and so unjust and un-American that I know the intelligence agencies, the FBI, the technology companies, the social media companies, the news media, they all work together
Starting point is 00:41:44 in a concerted plan to bring him down. And now they're working together to put him in prison. They're using the judicial system to do it now. And as an American, I can't let them get away with it, even though I have issues with Donald Trump. I have my personal issues about some of the things like Fauci and the vaccines and things like that. But the unfairness, the injustice, the criminal behavior of his opponents is something as an American I can't allow to happen. Because we're all going to be taken captive into this corrupt system right they're winning they're winning with their corruption and once they get that taste and
Starting point is 00:42:31 they've got that taste in their mouth right they'll never let go of the power that they have and it doesn't matter in the future whether democrats win or lose elections they're the only way that we're moving forward from this is the opponent is always going to be indicted on something. If he's strong. Yes. If the man or woman who is nominated is a strong leader and challenges the system, that man or woman is going to be sent to prison.
Starting point is 00:43:01 That's where we're at now. Yes. I mean, look uh down in brazil former president bolsonaro he's banned for eight years from ever running for office they banned him yes this is the way the left works now they can do it through their system there but they did it through the supreme court right the way they're doing it here is tying donald trump up in the courts but once again i mean think about this donald trump has all these forces aligned against him and yet he's still polling among republicans in the 70 percent I mean, the other candidates can't even, you know, pull a wagon up to that.
Starting point is 00:43:47 And then you put him head to head with Joe Biden, depending on what poll you're listening to. It's a dead heat between the two of them. Well, the first Republican presidential debate is coming up next week. And one person who's not going to be there is donald trump and a couple days ago i i in my office we were talking about this and i said trump's not going to go to the debate no he's going to do a tucker carlson interview on twitter and sure enough today look what we have here trump Trump plans to skip Fox News debate, sit for Tucker Carlson interview. You've got to know Fox is just weeping.
Starting point is 00:44:30 Fox, if they're lucky, they might get 2 million, maybe 3 million. I mean, that's CNN. That's almost CNN numbers. Oh, no, CNN. Well, I mean, they're way down in the basement. CNN is way, way, way, way down. We could be beating CNN right now. But they might get 2 million viewers.
Starting point is 00:44:52 Tucker Carlson will probably get 80 to 100 million viewers. Yes. Why does Trump have to go to their debate? He's in control. The news system is streaming. It's not commercial television. It's in control. The new system is streaming. It's not commercial television. It's not cable. It's not satellite.
Starting point is 00:45:10 It's not broadcast. The new system is streaming. It's been gaining ground for quite some time. And we've reached the point now that the scales have tipped. And you can get numbers on social media that television networks only dreamed about having right no cable news network has ever had 80 million views at one time at one time but let's see what tucker carlson gets next week so everybody who's gonna watch you're gonna watch seriously you going to give an hour or two to watching the Republican debate?
Starting point is 00:45:50 Yeah, watching Chris Christie and Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, you know, going through all the rigmarole that will not even hold a candle to Donald Trump. Everybody's going to be over Twitter watching donald trump and tucker carlson and the only thing the the debates are for anyway is to uh align themselves to who's going to be uh you know the next one to get knocked out donald trump doesn't have any reason to go to a debate none it makes him vulnerable you know it really does all right and so as the strong man in the race he can set the terms that's right hey this is what i said about the the new the new world the new norm in media now is streaming which is i mean we've been streaming i started streaming this program in 1999 i'm not a newbie to streaming i've been streaming you know i i i joke that we were podcasting before there were pods you know we were putting out mp3 files in 1999 we were
Starting point is 00:46:54 streaming live in 1999 so i've seen this trend come i'm a pioneer in it. When I worked at TBN, I had TBN streaming their audio in 1995. Right. So I've been a pioneer in Internet streaming. It's just taken a lot longer for the scales to tip in favor of streaming. There's now more people watching video on streaming than on broadcast and cable television for the first time. Right. So it's a new world. That's why we have launched the Faith and Values platform.
Starting point is 00:47:36 We've been waiting for this time. We've been waiting for the moment that we could have our own streaming platform. And so we have launched our own platform and we're migrating over to it in the coming weeks. And we will be doing our own live events. We'll be producing our programs on this platform. We'll be inviting other hosts to come onto the platform. We want Faith and Values to be a home to other podcasters who are standing for the Christian faith and defending family values. I'm not looking for people who are promoting one political party over the other.
Starting point is 00:48:18 I want people who are committed to the Christian faith and family values. You can be a Republican and be promoting transvestites. Well, you're not going to be on faith and values. Right. Just because you're Republican. You could be a Democrat who is pro-life and pro-family, and I would say, hey, I might listen to you. If you're defending the Christian faith and defending family values,
Starting point is 00:48:44 it's a non-partisan platform. We're building a platform that is focused on Jesus Christ and his kingdom. And so we've got a special offer that we're making to everybody right now. And it is effective until September 30th. So you just got a little over one month and that is we're offering you a 30-day free trial. The price is $8.99 per month. We're going to guarantee the price for 36 months and like I said you got till September 30th to get in. After September 30th, whatever the offer is, that's it. But it's not going to be a 30-day trial. It's not going to be $899. And it's not going to be a price guarantee for 36
Starting point is 00:49:32 months. I know that already. Right. We already know that. How do I know that? Because we made the decision. So I'm trying to tell you, this is the best deal you're going to get come on in and check it out and sign up with faith and values there are thousands of people there already thousands have already come in so why don't you be one of those you got nothing to lose over the next 30 days i want to get back to these uh final stories newsweek this is number 48. Somebody leaked Ron DeSantis' debate strategy in full. I'm not going to read the whole thing, dog. It's too boring to me. But what it does point out is that
Starting point is 00:50:20 he sees that the closest challenger is Vivek Ramaswamy, really. That's what his strategy now is to knock out Ramaswamy. If you believe this strategy that was leaked, because it could have been leaked, but if it was leaked, that means Governor DeSantis has a mole inside his campaign that's leaking his documents, or he got hacked. Or they deliberately leaked it as a fake strategy and they've got
Starting point is 00:50:49 another strategy. So, anyhow. But nobody's going to... Very few people are going to be watching. It doesn't matter what your strategy is. It doesn't matter. My strategy is I'm going to watch something interesting. I actually feel sorry for Brett Baer. He's the one that's going to be moderating the debate.
Starting point is 00:51:07 And so he was all excited about it on Fox News yesterday. I mean, he was talking about it on his show. And then this comes out today. Well, Donald Trump is going to be with Tucker. Enough said. That's where everybody's going to be. New York Post. White House won't say if the Biden family's China business is a security issue. Like we have to even ask the question.
Starting point is 00:51:35 And Jake Sullivan was actually drilled by several different reporters trying to get him to say, is Hunter Biden's relationship with China, is that a security? And he would not answer the question, would not do it. So White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan refused to comment Friday about whether the Biden family's business ventures in China posed a national security issue. Republicans on the House Oversight Committee are currently investigating the Biden family's ties to foreign entities. They have specifically pointed to Hunter Biden's financial ties to China. And that was coming from Daily Caller reporter Diana Globova,
Starting point is 00:52:15 head of a Camp David summit with President Biden and the leaders of Japan and South Korea. So the specific question, does the administration view this investigation as legitimate? And is the administration concerned that Hunter Biden's ties to China pose a national security issue? And they pose that question to the national security advisor, and he would not answer that question. So this, this Jake Sullivan shows up for this presser here, hair all tussled up, shirt collar open, kind of hanging on there. It looks like he was having a very rough day today. And so maybe he's been dealing with the Biden Chinese business issues, staying up drinking. That looks like somebody is up late drinking. Remember the guy that broke into his house?
Starting point is 00:53:05 Oh, that's right. I forgot about that. He probably got problems. He probably has problems. Some other stories. I'm going to go through them quickly. We're down to five minutes. Financial Times, Chinese developer Evergrande files for U.S. bankruptcy protection.
Starting point is 00:53:23 Finally. Yeah, this has been brewing for, what, almost a year? Yeah, a little over that now. But this is the biggest real estate developer. Is Evergrande or Country, what's the other one, Country Guard? Either one, they're one and two, basically. I mean, we're talking at the top of the food hill, a food chain in China in terms of real estate development but they filed
Starting point is 00:53:48 for bankruptcy in the united states right um what does it mean to you it means that china's real estate industry is imploding which means Chinese banks will implode. Right. Which means that there could be another Lehman Brothers moment that affects the banking system of the entire world. In the... September 2008. Here we go, September.
Starting point is 00:54:21 We're coming up on the anniversary of Lehman Brothers, September 2008. And now we have this crisis forming in China. And right now the yuan is trading at its lowest point in 15 years. And that takes us back to when? 2008. So, you know, in 2008, when Lehman Brothers collapsed,
Starting point is 00:54:42 there were people in China and Europe, Australia, who said, what's that to me? That's an American company. What if I care? That's not important to me that Lehman Brothers imploded in the United States. Well, within a very short time, banks all over the world were collapsing. Because these banks were investing in Lehman Brothers. And when the dominoes started falling, they started falling all over. And so this brings us to today,
Starting point is 00:55:07 Wall Street Journal reporting, investors fear that China is having their Lehman moment and it's looming. So signs of financial stress at a large asset manager in China are making investors nervous about contagion from the country's slumping property sector, rekindling a debate over whether a Lehman moment could occur in the world's second largest economy. A company by the name of Zongren International Trust,
Starting point is 00:55:33 a seller of what's called esoteric financial products, which means junk, that had the equivalent of $108 billion in assets under the management at the end of 2022, has become the market's latest worry. Four trust products managed by the firm recently missed interest and principal payments, totaling the equivalent of $14 million to three publicly listed Chinese companies. And that's according to stock exchange filings. Beijing headquartered Zhonggran has provided financing to many real estate developers and helped to fund their building projects. Zongzi Enterprise Group default snowball, it could imperil many more investment products that were sold to numerous companies and wealthy individuals in China.
Starting point is 00:56:30 That's kind of not true. You have to go further in the article in that the majority of the investments in this group came from rank and file investors, not the big cats. Ordinary mom and dads that put all know put all their funds you know for retirement and pension funds but that's the biggest issue with the china real estate market they've been for years they've been using pension funds right do you remember all the the ghost cities that were built in china and they're tearing them down now yes starting to tear them down why i mean we're talking entire cities massive skyscrapers and nobody ever lived in them right
Starting point is 00:57:13 and now they're starting to demolish them but that was to create the illusion of a red hot chinese economy yes and they were using pension money to build these fake ghost cities they were real cities real buildings but not nobody ever lived in them so what were the chinese communists up to they were duping the west into believing that china was red hot its economy was just burning up and and to get money to come pouring into china and even more insidious as they were getting their population the chinese population to also give all their savings into these investment funds that's right thinking things are on fire where you know i'm getting a guaranteed seven percent return that that was the promise that they were
Starting point is 00:58:03 getting every year so that what So how does this affect us? Well, first of all, banks could collapse. Right. Number two, as you know, when dictators, when corrupt regimes are in trouble at home, when they have a crisis, like a banking crisis, a financial crisis, the first thing that they do is turn to war. They get the people's attention off of the crisis, get their attention on an enemy, and they go to war. Pay attention to China's economy. Some bad stuff started happening today in China. One other story here. Theiden administration is moving towards replacing the words uh well like for mother mothers are now going to be called egg producers
Starting point is 00:58:52 you can't make up the stuff it's they're so insane they're so stupid that i can't get mad at it anymore. I can't be outraged by it. I just look at them and I go, they're mentally ill people. The scary thing is we have mentally ill people in control of a national government that has nuclear weapons. That's really scary. Okay, so there is Mr. Levine. And it's Mr. Levine. Mr. Levine, the Jewish man who wears a dress and pretends he's a woman.
Starting point is 00:59:30 There's some interesting information. Can we read these quotes? Yeah, let's go ahead. All right. So we'll start this out. This is from National Review. Rachel Levine, not its real name, a transgender woman and Joe Biden's assistant secretary of health. This is what Levine called an inspiring Alaska gender clinic that refers to mothers as egg producers
Starting point is 00:59:51 this month. Egg producers. I've got chickens that produce eggs. Identity Alaska is an Anchorage nonprofit and health care clinic that aims to advance Alaska's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, asexual, two-spirited plus community. Man, you're going to run out of alphabet letters here soon. Through advocacy, education, healthcare, and connectivity. I don't know what half of those things are, by the way. Identity Alaska publishes resources that recommend replacing the word mother with egg producer or carrier. The terms gestational parent or birth parent are also good words to de-gender language,
Starting point is 01:00:33 the clinic mentions. And much of the clinic's guidance comes from gender-inclusive biology, a curriculum guide that seeks to adapt existing biology to grow a gender-inclusive curriculum. Here's my favorite quote from this article. Men aren't exempt from gender-neutral language changes. Identity Alaska's resources recommend that men be called testicle-having people or those with testicles. Well, I'm glad to know that they at least know body parts. Isn't this? This is like we're living in an insane asylum.
Starting point is 01:01:11 Don't call me a woman. I'm not a woman. Well, neither is Rachel Levine. That's right. And he's not an egg producer either. No. Therefore, he is a testicle-having person, right? Yes.
Starting point is 01:01:24 And he could sit on his nest all day. And he'll never have an egg. And he's not going to lay an egg. This is just so dumb, but it's so evil. It's so evil because it goes right to the basic fabric of society. God created male and female. God wasn't confused about what he created. He had no question about what he made.
Starting point is 01:01:51 Well, and Satan is not confused about undoing what God did. Right. There is a plan. And it's not that these people are mentally ill and lunatic. They have a plan. They have a plan. and it's devilish it's demonic it is to completely undo the entire creation in genesis that's what's underway to replace everything god did with something satan created he wants a world that fits his image an image he wants a world where the people have conformed to the image of the beast so if you start talking about mothers are egg producers you're conforming to the image of the beast right
Starting point is 01:02:37 be guard your words do not allow them to change your language. In the book 1984, I got to go back and read. It's been a long, long time since I've read the book. Written by George Orwell. Everybody thinks George Orwell wrote this book to warn the world about the attack on freedom and liberty. No. It was a script for the future. George Orwell was a communist. And he was telling
Starting point is 01:03:07 the other communists, here's the plan. Here's the plan. And we kick it off in 1984. One of the things what is the what's the language that people spoke in 1984? Newspeakpeak yes and what was
Starting point is 01:03:29 newspeak newspeak they they replaced the previous language with new language new words new words like egg producer right so because and it says in 84, whoever controls the language controls the people. So in 1984, written by George Orwell, a communist, in this utopian or really dystopian nightmare society that he was writing about, all the words of the human languages would be changed and have new meanings. There was a deadline for newspeak. 50 years. What's 50 years after 1984? 2034. And we're on the cusp of that now. So according to the book 1984, by 2034 and we're on the cusp of that so according to night to the book 1984
Starting point is 01:04:26 by 2034 the entire world will be speaking newspeak and now do you see when you understand when you hear this ridiculous stuff about hey you can't say mother anymore you have to say egg producer or any of this other goofy stuff. It's the communists changing the words so that you have a new language and the whole world will be speaking it by 2034. That's the plan. Resist it. Resist it. Do not let your mouth say things that your head and your heart know is not true.
Starting point is 01:05:10 They want you to say newspeak. They want you to say these words. They want to intimidate you, threaten you, pressure you to say things that you know are not true. Don't do it. Don't give't do it. Don't give into it. And when people at work, in your company, where you are employed, your colleges, your schools, your churches, even churches are going this way. Resist it and say, that's not true. I'm not going to speak like that. I'm not going to change my language. They can threaten you. And that's what 1984 is all about.
Starting point is 01:05:48 And by the time you get to the end of the 50 years in 1984, everybody's been pressured to change their language. Well, I'm going to speak creation. See, this is why Doc, man, I'm seeing something right now. So this is why the three angels that have a message in the last days the first angel
Starting point is 01:06:11 is crying out worship the creator the basic fundamental belief yes fear God worship the creator why is the angel. Worship the creator.
Starting point is 01:06:28 Why is the angel crying out worship the creator? Because Satan in the last days is going to be undoing creation. Yes. And our job is to proclaim the creation. Proclaim the creator. Yes. Worship the creator. Fear him. And fear God and worship the creator. And the second angel cries out, Babylon has fallen.
Starting point is 01:06:55 The third angel, do not take the mark of the beast. But creation is the primary message with the first angel. Worship the creator. Our responsibility as the body of Christ in the last days is to proclaim the creation of the world as in Genesis. That God made the universe in six days. And that is controversial now. It used to be controversial in the world. It's now controversial in churches. Yes. You get pastors that will not preach it anymore. You get college professors at
Starting point is 01:07:35 Christian universities that deny it. They've allowed their language to be changed. By the way, the father of the gap theory... Oh, I know where you're going here. ...was a 33rd degree Freemason. So if you know what the gap theory is, that was invented by a 33rd degree Freemason. The more you...
Starting point is 01:08:01 And it's a pillar of dispensationalism. Oh, yes, it is. Yes, it is. And they don't like to dispensationalism. Oh, yes, it is. Yes, it is. And they don't like to admit that, but it is. Yes, it is. And that reminds me of a book I'm writing. I'm writing a book on all this stuff. And so that's why this pops out of my head from time to time.
Starting point is 01:08:18 Hey, next week, starting next week, for two weeks, we're going to have True News Classics. So these are audio programs. Doc and I will open them up and close them, but they're audio. They're classics. So we're going to do one week of Obama. Obama's identity. I've gone back and pulled out some of the best interviews that I did in the Obama years about his fake identity. I'm going to remind you about who this rascal is. And then the second week, we're going to do a variety of interviews
Starting point is 01:08:53 that I did over 15 years and some real good classics in there. Next week, I'm not going on vacation next week. I'm going to be here working, mostly outside. We have a—we kind of got our own shipping container parking lot out here. Because we have no storage here. And so every time we need more storage, we put things in a shipping container. And so we're cleaning out the shipping containers and we're just we're hearing the Lord give us instructions about
Starting point is 01:09:30 efficiency and change and a new season of growth and so that's where I'm at. Next week I'm going to be out there in the parking lot and on the property helping the guys with some projects that we got to take care of.
Starting point is 01:09:45 So, so I'm not going to be in here during the program. The following week after that, I'm going to take a vacation with my family. And then we'll be back here the day after Labor Day, Tuesday, Tuesday is not Tuesday, Monday,
Starting point is 01:10:01 Monday, September 4th. Right. It's a holiday. Monday, September 4th is a holiday. And then I will be back here and talk with me on Tuesday, September 5th. And then on following Monday, September 11th, 9-11, something big happens. September 11th, something big happens?
