In Austin? Yes. And wow.

When you're in Texas, you have to try the barbecue. So we got this story. Speaking of being barbecued. So this just came out a few hours ago. Reuters noticed, a reporter for Reuters noticed that on the Georgia court website, they accidentally published the grand jury indictment of President Trump. Right. And they did this right around, Georgia courts website briefly posted a document on Monday listing several criminal charges against former U.S. President Donald Trump that appeared to be related to his attempts to overturn his 2020 election defeat in the state before taking the document down without explanation. Now, the Fulton County District Attorney's Office said in a statement that no charges had been filed against Trump.

Now, there's been some obfuscation on this by various people that they've talked to in the DA's office. For one, they said there have been no actual charges. And yet that document, and we could actually pull it up because Reuters captured the document, it does have a case number assigned to it. And indictments have case numbers assigned to them when the charges are being filed. But I don't know. If the grand jury has not voted to indict the president, does it have a case number? Well, according to someone they spoke to in the DA's office, the answer is no. And yet this document that appeared on the Fulton County website around noon today does have a case number assigned to it. It's right there, the 23SC188945. Well, then that would mean the grand jury has already voted. Well, but there's been no announcement on that. There's been no status of that. The only thing that's been noticeable about activity at the courthouse today is that several witnesses have arrived this afternoon witnesses associated with this particular case yeah we'll show that

in a minute let's scroll down this document and uh you'll see the uh the various uh criminal counts there you see donald john Trump You see one this is charges one violation of the Georgia RICO Act and that's a big one right there serious and this is a serious felony. They're charging him with racketeering I mean, that's a mob charge So I would interpret that that there are four Counts there because then you get to number five. Yeah, I see.

Solicitation of a violation of oath. And the assumption that would be four more there. Yes, four of those charges. And then you get to to the next one, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer. So at least a couple of those. Conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree. Two charges on that. Conspiracy to commit false statements and writings.

Conspiracy to commit filing false documents. Conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree. Conspiracy to commit false statements and writings. Filing false documents. Solicitation of a violation of oath by a public officer that sounds like a violation by one of his lawyers false statements and writing solicitation violation of oath by a public officer another one of those charges false statements and writing and several uh at that you've seen that no financial information 39 counts yes if i'm reading this right, Georgia is going to hit Donald Trump any day with 39 felonies.

And as it currently stands, there is a total of 70 odd charges against him now in the previous one. So this is going to half, you know, increase that number by, you know, another half. And he's already facing, if he's convicted on all of them and given the full penalties, he's facing like something like 550 years in prison. So I guess this will add another two or 300 years. I guess they're going to make sure he doesn't get out of prison. But this looks like this is going to happen any day. Yes. As a matter of fact, they've put roadblocks around the Fulton County Courthouse.

They started doing that last week, but now they've kind of got it locked down in anticipation of those charges being revealed at some point here in the next few days. Doc, you mentioned the witnesses, NBC reporting that their reporters saw witnesses at the courthouse today. Right. So key witnesses in the probe into whether former President Donald Trump and his allies interfered with the 2020 presidential election in Georgia were spotted at the Fulton County Courthouse Monday as prosecutors appear poised to seek indictments. Now, former State Senator Jen Jordan and State Rep. B. Gwynn, two Democrats who attended hearings where then-Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani urged officials not to certify the Georgia election results, were seen by NBC News inside the courthouse. And so these are witnesses that are part of this probe that Georgia's going through right now

as far as charges against former President Trump. If you have any doubt that these cases against President Trump are rigged, if you have any doubt that they're not rigged, the next story should wash away any of those doubts. Yes. This came out today. This news organization, Headline USA. I don't know anything about them, but I'm starting to read their articles. I don't know who they are, but they're doing good work.

And so they published this story today. Judge in the Trump January 6 trial worked at the law firm that repped Russia's hoax, Fusion GPS, tied to Hillary Clinton's emails. She worked for the same law firm involved in the hoax yes and in the situation regarding hillary clinton's emails and and she's going to fairly handle the trial for president trump right no she's there to put him in prison this is unbelievable well u.s district judge tanya s chutkin who is overseeing the trump j6 trial being prosecuted by the biden justice department now she previously worked at a law firm that represented fuse and gps who we talked about numerous times here on the god cast that's

the company that helped orchestrate the russianusion hoax targeting former President Donald Trump. Now, during a Tritkin stint with Boyce Schiller Flexner, the Democrat-friendly law firm also reportedly represented Clinton cabal foot soldier Uma Abedin, the former wife of came in the wake of reports that the Obama-appointed judge worked at the same boys Schiller Flexler law firm with President Joe Biden's embattled son, Hunter. That same law firm that employed Chitkin also reportedly represented Burisma. They just represented everybody. Burisma's in it, too. So, now the J6 free speech trial won't be the first time Chitkin has been entangled by court conflicts stemming from her legal workings without fits targeting Mr. Trump. Chutkin was forced to recuse herself from the bench when she was overseeing Fusion GPS's attempt to block former Congressman Devin Nunes and Kash Patel from outing the source of payments that funded the infamous Steele dossier. So she's up to her neck in all this.

There's no there's nothing to even debate about her being removed from this trial. There's nothing to talk about. She has to be removed. She cannot be the judge presiding over the trial of the former president. She's already tainted in her work with the very people who set up the fake scandals for Donald Trump. And so now we're supposed to believe she's going to be fair now this time this time she's going to be fair she's going to play by the rules now

where does he go where does president trump go for help mr trump it's not just the election was rigged the whole system is rigged, the whole system is rigged. Yes. The entire system is rigged. There is no law and justice in this country anymore. It's a rigged system. Sebastian Gorka on his radio show

in Salem was interviewing Kash Patel. And they got into a discussion about Judge Chutkan. Right. This is Sebastian Gordon and Kash Patel. How on God's green earth is this woman, Judge Chutkan, even allowed in the same building as this trial? Well, there are no coincidences in government.

And that's because the swamp is the swamp. And look, Judge Chutkan, for those that don't know, I get that she represented Burisma, Hunter Biden's, you know, fraudulent consulting firm. She was a lawyer at the same law firm with Hunter Biden. But Seb, let's just put that aside. Let's just say what other matters are there for her recusal? Well, in 2017, when Devin Nunes and I were running the Russiagate investigation, we figured out who paid for the Steele dossier, the original sin that launched a thousand ships against Donald Trump baselessly. Fusion GPS, the Democratic National Committee in the Hillary Clinton campaign paid Christopher Steele millions of dollars and they laundered it through the FBI and the FISA court to unlawfully surveil Donald Trump. That's big time stuff.

On the eve of us winning that disclosure before the world knew, Fusion GPS took us to federal court and that case landed in Judge Chutkin's courtroom. No. It gets better. It gets better. After a month of heavy litigation where Judge Shutkin knew the ins and outs of Fusion GPS, our proceedings, and all possible witnesses, et cetera, when she could not prevent us from prevailing, she recused on her own from that case. Why is that? Well, we went to find out that her law firm, Boyce Shiller, represented Fusion GPS.

The very client that was in front of her in federal court was one of her former clients. That is rule number one for disqualification. And by the way, just in case you, just, you know, this is, you know, Boyce Flexner is the same company where she and hunter biden worked yeah right you can't make this stuff up having a former client stand before you as a judge that should automatically be recused i mean anyone of any honor i would think any judge of any honor would automatically recuse themselves saying, hey, you're a former client of mine. I can't sit here now

and be a judge, even just that one thing alone. This is so corrupt, so crooked. I'm at a loss for words. I'm at a loss for words. What do you say? This is... The trials are rigged against Donald Trump. Regardless of whether you like the man or not, I love justice and fairness.

If you're going to be an American, you have to love justice and fairness. If you're going to be an American, you have to love justice and fairness. If you're going to be a Christian, God, our Heavenly Father is God of justice and fairness. He despises corrupt courts. Oh, yes. Look it up in the Bible. God despises corrupt courts. That was one of the accusations he leveled against the Jews in Jerusalem, that their

judges were corrupt, their courts were corrupt. That's where we're at today in this country. The innocent people are sent to prison by corrupt judges. And it's all because they just don't like Donald Trump. They hate him. And they hate him. We may not necessarily agree with everything Donald Trump says and represents, but he should get a fair shot.

He should be judged based upon, you know. Doc, I would take it farther than that. It's not just because they hate him. If Donald Trump was out of the picture, these people are still corrupt. Yeah. When the sun comes up in the morning, they're crooked. It doesn't matter who is their target. They're corrupt.

They're corrupt against everybody they do business with. They're corrupt against everybody they do business with. They're corrupt. So the problem is not that they hate Donald Trump. The problem is they are thoroughly corrupt and evil and can do nothing right. And it is a sign of the moral decay of our nation that this is permitted. I'm not an attorney.

I don't know where President Trump goes to demand the removal of this judge. I don't know. I don't know the procedure. And what happens if he loses that request? Well, she's going to put him in prison. That's her job. Her job is to put him in prison. That's her assignment.

She's been trying to get him in prison for years. She was setting him up years ago with fake crimes. Remember the Russia hoax. It was fake crimes. They created fake crimes. Remember the Russia hoax. It was fake crimes. They created fake evidence. She was part of it, laying the traps for him to step in. And now she ends up in the courtroom.

He stepped in a trap. And guess what? He shows up in her courtroom years ago she's working at the law firms that are trying to entrap him now she's the judge after he's been trapped how corrupt can it get this is sad this is we get another uh video clip from uh sebastian gorka talking to uh cash pertell you gotta ask yourself seb how come it took her a month yeah it's judge 101 if you represented a client they can never appear before you, period. She wanted to block it.

She wanted to block the bank records. Imagine if we never figured out who paid for the dossier. And why do I bring that up now? She set the precedent. She cannot neutrally and arbitrarily preside over Donald J. Trump's criminal trial when she recused herself from the very representation of the Democratic entrenchment, the DNC, the Hillary campaign, Fusion GPS, because she was so biased

because of her prior representation from Roy Schiller? How could she possibly be allowed to stay on this case? And it wasn't us, Seb. We got her off because of our own history. That precedent is what Donald Trump's lawyers must apply this week to get her recused from this case. Cash Patel knows what he's talking about because the Clintonistas tried to put him in prison. Right.

They set him up. The FBI worked with the Clintonistas to put him in prison. He knows what Mr. Trump is up against right now. Well, you had asked earlier, what can Mr. Trump do as far as, you know, dealing with this issue with the judge? Kash Patel and Sebastian Duerker talk about this in this next clip. Let's be very clear here. We had Alina Haber on the show the day after the arraignment in D.C. She was superb.

As a former prosecutor, as a person who knows the deep state intimately what is the best strategy we had uh dershowitz on the show we had joe degenova joe said throw everything throw the change of venue the recusal the the fact that everything is uh protected under the first amendment that's listed as a quote-unquote crime in this 45 pages. What is your advice to the team and to the president? Throw it all at the wall or be more selective in the approach? It's a hybrid approach. I think all of those are righteous motions to file in pretrial fashion.

But I think you've got to sequence it. You've got to start with the recusal of the judge because that's the person that's going to decide every single thing in this case. And we've laid out why Judge Chutkin has to go based on her own precedent that she set on recusal. So that should be the first motion filed by the lawyers, starting with the 2017 Fusion GPS litigation, and then building down towards the boys' flexion of representation of Fusion, Hunter, Burisma and all the other Democratic entrenchment. And what they must include in that recusal

memo is a possible list of witnesses that Donald Trump will call in his defense that boys Schiller used for representation purposes, which would disqualify Chutkin immediately. That's how you get a judge off the case legally. That's a technical thing.

Explain that, because that could be dynamite. You've got a minute. Explain how that works. Yeah. Look, the fact that DOJ brought this case is going to allow us to relitigate, and Donald Trump mostly, to relitigate the January 6th events. And in doing so, now Donald Trump, since he's charged criminally and not civilly, can call any witness in America, in the world for that matter, any government official, Merrick Garland, Chris Wray, Lisa Monaco, any private citizen, Fusion GPS, the DNC, whoever's running Joe Biden's campaign, Hunter Biden even, any witness he wants by federal judge subpoena authority. And because of that, if Donald Trump highlights some of the witnesses that potentially could aid in his defense,

and she and Boyce Schiller represented them in the past, she's out. That's going to be quite a trial. Yes. One of four now. Well, Donald Trump had something to say about this on his true social platform there is no way i can get a fair trial with the judge quote assigned unquote to the ridiculous freedom of speech and fair elections case everybody knows this and so does she we will be immediately asking for recusal of this judge on very powerful grounds and likewise for a venue change out of D.C. And so this was actually several weeks ago that he posted this, but it's even now more pertinent than ever with all the news now developing regarding what's going on in Georgia.

But this is the J6 case that we are talking about with Chutkin. Well, we'll move on while we're talking about crooks and we're talking about the FBI and the Hunter Biden, Joe Biden crime syndicate. New York Post has this story today. Ex-FBI agent upset by Hunter probe tip off to the Biden transition team. You remember the IRS whistleblowers told the House of Representatives committee that they were on their way to interview Hunter Biden and then were blocked because the FBI tipped off the White House. Yes. So a former FBI agent told the House Oversight Committee last month that the Bureau tipped off President Biden's transition team about plans to interview first son Hunter Biden. This was back in December 2020. And that information is backed up by key testimony from an IRS whistleblower. The ex-FBI supervisory special agent, identified as Joe Gordon in whistleblower Gary Shapley's testimony, told the panel in a July 17th transcribed interview that his higher-ups

gave Secret Service brass a heads-up about the planned questioning rather than only notifying the local field office of the protective agency. He said, I know I was upset when I learned about it, the former investigator said, according to a transcript released Monday, adding that Shapley's recollection of the matter was correct and there was no explanation provided, Gordon went on. It's just this is what's happening. Now, the Secret Service warning spoiled plans to interview Hunter Biden and other witnesses as part of a proposed day of action set back for December 8th of 2020, just days after the first son received Secret Service protection following Joe Biden's election to the presidency. Now, neither Gordon nor Shapley was permitted to go near Hunter's house. That was a command that the former FBI agent said he had never been given in his 20-year career in federal law enforcement.

And they were told to wait for a phone call on December 8th from Secret Service granting them authorization to interview Hunter. But the call never came. Gordon and Shapley both testified. So that means that Secret Service and FBI are all running interference for the Bidens. I think. And every American knows that. I mean, it's obvious. That's what's probably the most frustrating part. It's so obvious.

Then there are FBI officials who are part of the crimes. And they need to be in prison. Doc, if you have high-level FBI agents blocking IRS agents from investigating somebody, then those FBI officials have their hands in the money somewhere. Yes. Their hands are in the money somewhere. Yes. Their hands are in the cookie jar. And I would say it's a Chinese fortune cookie jar. Right.

Or they've sworn allegiance to another nation. And so now it's interesting that there are some cracks that are appearing in the wall here. On ABC this week, the weekly news magazine, Representative Jamie Raskin was on, and the conversation led to, of course, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden in particular. And Jamie Raskin seemed to put some distance between Hunter Biden and Joe Biden in this clip that you're going to see, basically saying, you know what, Hunter Biden, maybe he did commit crimes, but certainly not Joe Biden. So watch this and see if you get that same gist from this. But they've not laid a glove on Joe Biden.

As president, they haven't been able to show any criminal corruption on his part. What they've got is Hunter Biden. And we all seem clear that this guy was addicted to drugs and did a lot of really unlawful and wrong things. And we have said, let the justice system run its course. They're not saying that about Donald Trump. Anytime Donald Trump actually gets indicted after a grand jury has already determined that there's probable cause for They attack the prosecutors. They attack the judges. They attack the system. For them, Donald Trump could never be guilty

of anything. So our crook isn't as bad as your crook, Rick. Yes. But Doc, I have a different viewpoint on what Jamie Raskin's doing. He's Raskin the rascal. Okay. He's a Baltimore Democrat.

Right. What they're doing is that a week or two ago, I don't know if this happened when you were away. I've lost track which day it happened. Merrick Garland, the attorney general, appointed a special prosecutor. David Wise, yes. Turns out to be David Wise. Yes. The Delaware prosecutor. Who made the cool deal for Hunter Martin.

The sweetheart deal. Yeah. The sweetheart deal so he would avoid prison. That guy, that guy, the U.S. prosecutor from Delaware who has roadblocked the investigations for years. He is now the special prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden. He didn't do anything for three or four years. What do you think he's going to do now do anything for three or four years. What do you think he's going to do now? Nothing for three or four years.

So what Jamie Raskin is doing is very, very clever. He's saying, oh yeah, I'll admit now, Hunter is dirty. He's dirty. I admit it. He said he did unlawful things. Yes. But then he said, what they're saying is, let the investigation run its course.

That's the key line. The new tactic from the Democrats is, you Republican, you got what you wanted. There's an investigation going on right now. You asked for a special counsel? You wanted one, you got one. Now shut up. Let the investigation and the investigations run their course.

And if this investigation takes five, seven years to get to the bottom of it it's got to run its course that's what they're doing now doc they're saying you got what you wanted you got a special prosecutor there is now an official investigation of hunter biden we admit that he's done dirty things. Now leave his father alone and let the special prosecutor investigate him. And at the same time, we're going to investigate Donald Trump. Oh, they're not going to investigate him. They've already, they're going to lock him up.

They're going to lock him up. But they're running the clock out to the 2024 election and then david wise the special prosecutor will say you know what i've investigated hunter biden up and down and inside and out and there's really not that much like uh comey fbi director no reasonable prosecutor would take this would take her to court. OK, that's what they're going to say after the next election. And it's all back to your your statement. This is a race to see who they can get to prison first.

And right now they're winning and Donald Trump is losing in the race to the prison contest. He's losing. And the Republicans aren't doing very much to help him and they're not doing very much to lock up the bidens now give you i mean mr comer congressman jordan there's a handful of republicans that are doing a great job but the rest of them there's hardly a peep out of them. Where's the impeachment? Right. And if I understand correctly, the assignment of the special prosecutor now somewhat limits

Representative Comer and the House Oversight Committee and the witnesses that they can call. They can't get anything now because the press, Wise will say, I'm not turning these records over there's a serious investigation underway and there are witnesses that can't testify to the house oversight committee because they'll come under the uh special prosecutor's purview congressman comer a month ago said and it might have been jim jordan i which one, one of those men said, you don't want a special prosecutor. Trust me. You do not want to pressure the Biden administration to appoint a special prosecutor.

It's the last thing we want to happen because our investigation will come to an end. That's exactly what they're doing. Just sit back now and let the investigation run its course until you people forget about it and Biden serves his second term or whatever Democrat we put in there. The Bidens aren't going to go to prison.

The system is corrupt. Even if you got an indictment of Biden, what judge is going to hear the case? Judge Chutkin? I mean, which judge? The judge that helped Burisma? She ought to be in prison. The judge ought to be in prison.

There's no justice. Look, she's the judge that's been putting the January 6th protesters in prison. Right. She's got her assignment. Well, while we're talking about slimy people in Washington, here's one of the slimiest. Bankman Freed. So I'm surprised about this one today, Doc. He was charged with using stolen customer funds.

$100 million in U.S. political donations confirms what we said a year ago when this story broke. That the 2022 Democratic Party campaign for congressional seats, Senate seats, was financed with stolen money. And we now have a figure, $100 million. So, Chuckie Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, every democrat that received stolen money from bankman freed give it back don't donate it to charity donate it to the fund that returns it to the people he stole it from right that was their money there's a $100 million out there, Doc, in the Democrats' hands. Yes. $100 million that needs to be returned to the people who were robbed. We should not allow the Democrats to get away with this.

Now, what they'll do is say, well, I to the adl i donated it to the southern poverty law center they just keep it in the family no you give it back to the men and women who were robbed by bankman freed 100 million dollars doc if the pressure was strong enough, the Democrats' 2024 campaign committees would be minus $100 million. Well, he is going to have to defend himself from jail, though, because he got picked up on Friday. He got picked up on Friday for witness tampering. Judge ruled on friday what i don't understand is that they dropped charges weeks ago because the bahamas would not extradite him right how did this come about that he's now well and apparently the the ruling was back on uh friday where it says uh that i guess they found it's related to the exposure that he did

on his girlfriend the love letters and stuff that he published that the judge ruled that that was witness tampering so anyway going back to this story here about the the the money that's involved bankman freed used stolen customer funds to make more than $100 million in political campaign contributions ahead of the 2022 U.S. midterm elections. And that's coming from federal prosecutors in a new indictment filed against the FTX crypto exchange founder. The new indictment charges the 31-year-old former billionaire with seven counts of conspiracy and fraud over the collapse of the exchange. So in the superseding indictment filed on Monday, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan said Bankman-Fried directed other FTX executives to make donations in order to evade contribution limits as part of a push for crypto-friendly regulation. He leveraged this influence in turn to lobby Congress and regulatory agencies to support

legislation and regulation he believed that would make it easier for FTX to continue to accept customer deposits and grow the indictment rate. I don't necessarily agree with that assessment. No. I believe that FTX was strictly a money laundering operation it was a money laundering operation from the get-go he was stealing the money he knew he was stealing the money and the democrats knew he was stealing the money because they're crooks do you think do you think in inside the democratic hierarchy they gasp and go, oh, my gosh.

Oh, my beating heart. You're stealing? Oh, my gosh. What are we going to do? No, they're crooks. They steal all day. They lie all day. They're crooks.

There's nothing good in them. It doesn't matter their party label. It's their heart. Their heart is deceitfully wicked i'm wondering doc as you were reading that and i'm thinking i still don't understand why there's been this flip-flop in a matter of a month or two where they were going to arrest him on the campaign donations then bahamas said no we're not going to extradite him so then he gets extradited here and now he's being arrested on it is it is it because were the republicans

thinking mr comer and others were they thinking well if the justice department has dropped the charges that frees us up to to subpoena him and bring him in under oath and question him about the donations to the democrats and remember this just a few months ago where you know they were going to do exactly that so by arresting him the republicans can't subpoena him and bring him in for testimony and by and double up on that by putting bankman freed in jail as well yes and something bad could happen to him in the in the prison like epstein because he's in the same jail that they first put jolene maxwell in okay and the berkeley metropolitan detention center and uh you know where even the honduran president he was jailed there for a while he said you know he sued because the conditions were so bad okay uh jolene's maxwell's lawyer did the same thing and so it's not the prettiest place

it's not the most upscale of jails to to be in uh so it's going to be interesting to see how this particular situation bankman freed is somebody that if he died in his cell there would be no weeping in the democratic offices in washington and does he have enough money stored away somewhere where he could die in his cell like other people that we've seen before don't give him any extra sheets okay Brooklyn Metropolitan make sure all the cameras are working make sure their batteries and the cameras okay well talk another person is speaking out I really I really admire Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson and And look at these headlines.

Sounded like an educated senator who has put things together in his head and come to the conclusion that you and I had several years ago. Yes.

That the pandemic was planned. And now we have a senator saying it, actually saying event 201. Yes. The very things that we and others talked about two and three years ago. And were deplatformed for. Yes, by the people, the elite who were doing it. Now we know how it was working. The elite who were doing the pandemic planning were deplatforming the people who figured it out.

And it could be members of media. It could be doctors. It could be specialists. People's lives were destroyed. Doctors lost their licenses. Nurses fired. Their credentials revoked. These people were vicious. Not to mention how many babies have died. How many children have died. How many senior citizens died in nursing homes from this vaccine? These people are murderers. But the deaths were not accidental.

This is the Marion County, Kansas, record newspaper. Illegal raids contribute to the death of the newspaper co-owner. And this is a surname, Joanne. I want to get her name. Is it my Joanne? It's spelled Joan, but it's pronounced Joanne, I want to get her name. Is it Meyer? Joan Meyer. Joanne. It's spelled Joan, but it's pronounced Joanne, my understanding. Joanne Meyer, the founder of the newspaper, co-owner with her son, 98 years old. And she died.

She died the day after the police raided her little newspaper office and seized all of her computers the the dear woman was so distraught so stressed it killed her yes that's what nazism does to people this is what fascism this is what tyranny does to good, decent people. She died. Her heart couldn't take it, Doc. And I think it was, if we could talk to the dear woman someday, it wasn't the fact that it was her computers and files that were carried out. It was, this happened in america right how the 98 year old newspaper publisher imagined that before she leaves this world she sees nazism yes in a town a little town Marion, Kansas. So what exactly happened here?

Police stage chilling raid on Marion County newspaper, seizing computers, records and cell phones. We've got a little bit of video here that shows the police going into a small town newspaper office, taking out computers, removing hard drives, confiscating cell phones. They employ eight people, Rick, total.

Did any officer ever read the Constitution of the United States, the First Amendment? It's in the first amendment right now what was on these computers what was on these cell phones was it child porn was it uh you know uh secrets of you know uh military secrets was it spy information of china no it was related to a DWI case, a standard DWI investigation. The newspaper was writing a story about somebody in that little town that that person did not want published. So this is coming from the Reflector. In an unprecedented raid on Friday, local law enforcement seized computers, cell phones, and reporting materials from the Marion County Record Office, the newspaper's reporters, and the publisher's home. That's the lady that died.

Joanne Meyer. Yeah. Eric Meyer, owner and publisher of the newspaper, said police were motivated by a confidential source who leaked sensitive documents to the newspaper, and the message was clear, mind your own business or we're going to step on you. The city's entire five officer police force and two sheriff's deputies took everything we have, Meyer said, and it wasn't clear how the newspaper staff would take the weekly publication to press Tuesday night. Every one of those law enforcement officers, the police chief, the sheriff, they all should be terminated immediately.

Yes. Now, the raid followed news stories about a restaurant owner who kicked reporters out of a meeting last week with U.S. Representative Jake LaTurner and revelations about the restaurant owner's lack of a driver's license and conviction for drunken driving. Meyer said he had never heard of police raiding a newspaper office during his 20 years at the Milwaukee Journal or 26 years teaching journalism at the University of Illinois. He said it's going to have a signed by Marion County District Court Magistrate Judge Laura Villar appears to violate federal law that provides protections against searching and seizing materials from journalists.

That law requires law enforcement to subpoena materials instead. VR didn't respond to a request to comment for the story or explain why she would authorize a potentially illegal raid. Emily Bradbury, executive director of the Kansas Press Association, said the attack raid is unprecedented in Kansas. This is the new America. And notice, not a single one of those officers, five city officers and two sheriff's deputies.

So you have a total of seven law enforcement officers that were involved in this and not a single one questioned, hey, what about freedom of the press? Isn't that one of the very first rights in the Constitution that we talk about? off scotland coast says the raf has scrambled jets to intercept two russian bombers traveling north of the shetland islands the russian tu-142 bear F and TU-142 Bear J patrol aircraft used for reconnaissance and anti-submarine warfare were monitored by RAF typhoons in international airspace as they passed north of the UK. And we have a video clip from Sky News in Great Britain as they broke this news today in the United Kingdom that there were Russian bombers flying off the coast of Scotland. Here it is. The UK government has said that RAF Typhoon jets were launched earlier today to intercept two Russian long-range maritime patrol bombers north of the Shetland Islands. Now, it came just hours after the Danish Air Force also intercepted two Russian bombers that were flying near Denmark.

Let's get more on this. Our military analyst, Professor Michael Clarke, is with me. So why have the Ministry of Defence decided to tell us this? It happened this morning. Yeah, these things happen relatively regularly, actually. I mean, not every day, but a couple of times a week, somewhere in the NATO airspace. Today, there seems to have been a little uptick in all of these things. The Russians claim that a NATO bomber, a Poseidon P-8, was in the Barents Sea, and they sent off two aircraft over Danish airspace,

and the Danes and the Dutch scrambled aircraft there, and then this other, this is the actual one, or one of the two that came down. This is a bear. It's a Tupilov 95. I think that's probably the maritime version. So that's the 142. And there's a typhoon shadowing it.

And this photograph almost certainly was taken from the other typhoon. So two typhoons intercepted two bear bombers. And the bear bomber goes back to the 1950s. It's going to stay in service until the 2040s. It's basically a missile carrier. It's a big old bomber. It's slower than a civilian aircraft. It's the noisiest bomber in the world, makes an enormous noise.

But it trundles around and it can carry missiles. That's the point. So when these things come over NATO airspace, not inside territorial airspace, but NATO's airspace, we always send aircraft to intercept to show that we can and that we will not allow any interceptions without spotting them and doing something about it. Why would Russia be doing this? It might just be a combination of things I mean sometimes you know one event triggers another event and then we all get excited about it when they've been three or four events in one day it may be as simple as that if not if there's a

strategy behind it, almost certainly, it's the Russians want to make everybody nervous because the nature of the Ukraine war is that the Russians want to pretend that this is slipping out of control and that the West is playing with fire by helping Ukraine. So anything they can do to increase that sense of nervousness is part of the strategy. And this is one of those ways of doing it

if there's some strategic thinking behind it but we'll see i mean what it comes to is a series of mid-air selfies i mean basically aircraft fly alongside each other they will take photographs of each other to show the boys when they get home to prove that they were there and the message of the fighters to the bombers is here we are taking photographs of you at you know 50 meters away if this was war you'd have been dead 20 minutes ago because we'd have launched the missile from 20 miles back. And so that's the message which they're trying to give them. There is no way through NATO airspace without us pinging you before you get anywhere near. So where were the Russian bombers going? They were going to the Arctic. This next story, this is from a Novasti News Service in Russia.

Strategic missile carriers and bombers flew over the Arctic. And Defense Minister Shugo was there to observe and to meet with Russian military commanders in the Arctic. Strategic missile carriers TU-160 and TU-95s, TU-22M three bombers perform scheduled flights over the neutral waters of the Baltic Sea and the Arctic Ocean. The Russian defense ministry said the report said long range aircraft perform scheduled flights in the airspace over the neutralian, the Chukchi, the Beaufort Seas, and the Arctic Ocean, said the Russian military report. I mentioned General Shugo, the defense minister. He inspected the Northern Fleet warships sent to the Arctic. So Reuters reported Russia's defense minister, Sergei Shugot, inspected remote Arctic garrisons of the Northern Fleet. The ministry said on Saturday, as a detachment of warships was sent to the Arctic Ocean to perform tasks. Shugot inspected the military infrastructure,

as well as readiness for actions to protect and defend critical facilities. A detachment of warships, including the destroyer, the Vice Admiral Kulikov, the landing ship, the Alexander Otrakhovsky, and the rescue tug Atai, went to the Arctic, said the defense ministry. And then one more. Reuters also rushed to equip new nuclear submarines with hypersonic missiles. Right. So Russia is in the process of equipping its new nuclear submarines with hypersonic Zircon missiles. That's coming from the head of Russia's largest shipbuilder, speaking to Ria Novosti, State News, in an interview published today.

Yassin-class submarines, also known as Project 885M, are nuclear-powered cruise missile submarines built to replace Soviet-era nuclear attack submarines as part of a program to modernize the Armenian fleet. Now, these sea-based Zircon hypersonic missiles have a range of 560 miles and can travel at several times the speed of sound, making it difficult to defend against them. President Putin said earlier this year that Russia would start mass supplies of Zircon missiles as part of the country's efforts to boost its nuclear forces and notice that says to boost its nuclear forces these zircon missiles are not there just to do child's play right they're planning on using them and they're going they're going in submarines yes and Lee just put, I'll tell you, I've got to get the right number.
