Starting point is 00:00:00 The following program is made possible by the faithful prayers and financial support of listeners just like you. To find out how you can help, visit nothing but the truth, so help us God. I'm Rick Wiles. The U.S. Constitution's Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms received a huge affirmation today from the United States Supreme Court. Later in today's True News, we have important information regarding the rapidly approaching nuclear war between NATO and Russia. For now, let's take a look at the Supreme Court decision. Dr. Burkhardt has more about this monumental decision. And this decision comes even as legislation is trying to be pushed through the Congress right now to limit access to firearms. Are you going to be certain that this decision will have a major impact on those deliberations behind closed doors?
Starting point is 00:01:17 Right. So what did the court decide today? Well, today the U.S. Supreme Court overturned a New York law on carrying concealed weapons. And so the Supreme Court— Passed in what? In 1913. Yes. And this was a 6-3 decision, so it wasn't a slight majority or anything like that. It was, you know, at least compelling. And so the Supreme Court struck down New York's century-old law restricting the carrying of concealed firearms Thursday,
Starting point is 00:01:45 its first major Second Amendment decision in more than a decade, and a ruling that could lead to more weapons on the streets. That's the New York Post saying that, and just about anywhere people gather. Now, writing for a 6-3 court, Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the law's requirement that New Yorkers who want a license to carry a handgun in public show proper cause that the weapon is specifically needed for self-defense violates the 14th Amendment by preventing law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from exercising their right to keep and bear arms in public. Now, though the decision concerns a New York law, it is likely to affect a handful of other states with similar permitting regimes, including California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts,
Starting point is 00:02:32 New Jersey and Rhode Island. So we're reading from the New York Post report today. Obviously, New York Post published in the state of New York, and so this has a local impact for the readers of that newspaper. So what else did the Post say, Doc? Well, Clarence Thomas went on to say that when the Second Amendment's plain text covers an individual's conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct, Thomas added. The government must then justify its regulation by demonstrating that it is consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. Now, he says there was a separate opinion with this as well, and that was from Kavanaugh and Roberts. And in that separate opinion, they wrote that Thursday's ruling does not preclude state and local restrictions on gun ownership by felons and the mentally ill,
Starting point is 00:03:28 or laws banning the carrying of firearms in, quote, sensitive locations like schools and government buildings. Properly interpreted, the Second Amendment allows a variety of gun regulations, wrote Roberts and Kavanaugh, who also noted that states can still make applicants for a firearm license undergo fingerprinting, a background check, a mental health records check, and training in firearms handling and in laws regarding the use of force among other possible requirements. Now, that was the Roberts and Kavanaugh opinion. But Clarence Thomas went on to say something
Starting point is 00:04:04 a little bit more substantive as far as the Constitution is concerned. He said, The constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense is not a second-class right subject to an entirely different body of rules than other Bill of Rights guarantees, Thomas wrote. We know of no other constitutional right that an individual may exercise only after demonstrating to government officers some special need. That is not how the First Amendment works when it comes to unpopular speech or the free exercise of religion. It is not how the Sixth Amendment works when it comes to a defendant's right to confront the witnesses against him, and it is not how the Second Amendment works when it comes to a defendant's right to confront the witnesses against him, and it's not how the Second Amendment works when it comes to public carry for self-defense. And so that last
Starting point is 00:04:52 quote there to me was compelling. I'll tell you why. We wouldn't think of requiring people to register for speech, would we? Or requiring... Well, the Democrats would. Well, I know the Democrats would, but we wouldn't think of requiring a church to register, would we? The Communist Party would. They would, certainly. So the Constitution doesn't allow for any of these restrictions on the Second Amendment.
Starting point is 00:05:17 Doc, just a week or two ago, Joe Biden said, you know, no constitutional right is absolute. Well, that's what a communist would say, right? What Justice Thomas was saying is, no, they are absolute. If it's not absolute, it's not a right. Yes. You can't put limits and requirements
Starting point is 00:05:37 on the exercise of a right. Yes. So it's a very strong argument, but his argument is not the dominant. He's in the ruling group of justices on this case, but his opinion about it is not the dominant opinion. They're saying states can put restrictions on the right to carry a gun. But the federal government can't.
Starting point is 00:06:06 That's basically what the case is being made. It's being thrown back to the states at this point. That's right. But it is a big decision right now. But they can't say to a state, now you are not allowed to carry a weapon with you. So California, Hawaii,
Starting point is 00:06:22 Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Rhode Island, they're going to have lawsuits really fast. There'll be gun owners there suing. There'll be citizens suing because they're not allowed to carry a firearm. And they will be filing lawsuits very soon. And those state legislatures are going to have to amend their state laws. And that's a big deal for those states. Those are very left-leaning states. Now, given this decision today, Rick, does this kind of give us a clue as to where we're heading probably for that decision tomorrow?
Starting point is 00:06:57 On abortion? Right. Yeah, because days ago the Supreme Court ruled in favor of tuition aid to private schools, saying it was unconstitutional to deny religious schools tuition aid. Now they just made a major ruling in favor of the Second Amendment. If the trend continues, then the decision on abortion is going to be favorable to pro-life, and that could happen tomorrow. They're going to release some court decisions tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:07:31 And actually, tomorrow is an extended day on their schedule. They had not originally planned to have tomorrow for scheduling releases and everything because we'd been predicting earlier this week that today would be the day on the Roe v. Wade decision, but they've extended another day. So most likely it's going to be tomorrow. Right. All right, let's move on to World War III because while a lot of Americans are talking about their right to keep and bear arms, in Europe they're talking about their right to nuke Russia.
Starting point is 00:08:07 Right. And it's out in the open. This is the big change that we're seeing in the past week or two. So the next one to talk about nuking Russia is a top general of the German military. This is the Bild newspaper, a major newspaper in Berlin, and obviously you can see the headline, must be prepared to use nuclear weapons if necessary. Right, and the quote from this particular article here, Rick, it says, for credible deterrence, we need both the means and the political will
Starting point is 00:08:37 to implement nuclear deterrence if necessary, said Air Force Chief Ingo Gerhardt on Friday at the Kiel International Sea Power Symposium. Now, he was saying this in response to a Russian nuclear strike. So I will, you know, frame that correctly. But at the same time, we have already, in our doctrine, U.S. doctrine, we have said we will respond to Russia's nuclear strike if they do a cyberattack or they attack any U.S. infrastructure. And so we're not limited in use of nuclear weapons in response to a nuclear strike by
Starting point is 00:09:16 Russia. That's right. So it's interesting, though, that it's this German Air Force general. I wanted to ask you about that because Germany doesn't have nuclear weapons itself. No, but Germany houses American nuclear weapons. A number of them, yes. We have them there. And what he's saying is when he says we, he means NATO.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Yes. That NATO must be prepared to use nuclear weapons against Russia. And just several days ago, the chief of staff of the British Army, is it Mr. Sanders? I think it was his name, General Sanders. He said that he wanted the British troops to get in top shape and be prepared to fight Russia on European soil. Yes. Specifically in Eastern Europe, he said. So how did the Russians respond to that call to arms? Get ready, we're going to march to Moscow, we're going to fight the Russians. How did they respond?
Starting point is 00:10:21 There's a chilling response from a Russian official. Right. So they're saying Britain will cease to exist in a nuclear Third World War, leading Russian military figure warns. A quote from that particular article, Britain will physically cease to exist if the new standoff in Lithuania triggers a nuclear Third World War,
Starting point is 00:10:37 claimed a retired Russian general and military expert, Lieutenant General Evgeny Businsky. He told Russian state TV that the West is playing with fire in blockading Russian exclave Kaliningrad to prevent sanctioned goods reaching the territory via NATO state Lithuania. Folks, you need to be watching the situation in Kaliningrad. It's a higher priority than watching what's happening in Ukraine right now.
Starting point is 00:11:04 It has moved up, and I don't know what the Russians are going to do. One of the statements from a top Russian official said that Russia's action will have a very negative impact on the Lithuanian people. And that the response would be non-diplomatic. Do you remember that? That's right. So what are they gonna do? Are they gonna bomb the railroad?
Starting point is 00:11:30 Because what Lithuania did, they said, okay, the railroad doesn't go beyond Lithuania. It stops here. It doesn't go into Kaliningrad. Is the Russian Air Force gonna take out the railroad before it gets to Lithuania? And say, well, if it's not coming to Kaliningrad, it's not coming to Lithuania either. Or will Russia defend that rail line going through Lithuania with a military presence?
Starting point is 00:12:00 And that would put them on NATO soil then, too. It sure would. And that leads us into Article 5 and everything else.
MSNBC. This is what they're watching right now. And the conversation's becoming dire. The other panelists are realizing,
Starting point is 00:14:55 we're going to war with NATO. This is going to be a nuclear war. This is unraveling very fast. They're not blowing smoke. The Russians know that their survival is at stake, that the entire NATO alliance is going to attack Russia. They are under attack right now. They've been under economic attack for months.
Starting point is 00:15:22 Now their stranglehold is, you know, NATO's stranglehold in the region is now being felt. They're cutting off Kaliningrad. And he said our Baltic fleet is there. Yes. That's their Norfolk. That's right. That's their San Diego. They're not, they can't let Kaliningrad fall, but NATO is strangling them and Russia will be forced to lash out. When does this happen? I don't know. I know it could happen today. That's how close we are. Do we have another three months, another six months?
Starting point is 00:16:00 Can we go another year? Only God knows the answer to this. What you have to know is that it could happen in the next 24 hours. The situation is that dire. And you have to seriously come to grips with the real possibility that all of us may vanish in seconds and be in the presence of the Lord or in the presence of Satan. Take your pick which one you're going to, but you have to be prepared for this. Doc, again, in my entire life, I've never seen discussions like this. Not at this level. I mean, tossing, you know, the possibility.
Starting point is 00:16:48 I mean, there was always the possibility of nuclear weapons being deployed. But to openly talk about it, that's what's really chilling about this entire situation. And it's like the NATO leaders are like, they're now chomping at the bit. They want to do it. Yes. They're bloodthirsty now. They want to use the nukes. I just don't get it, Rick.
Starting point is 00:17:08 It's insanity. It's madness. It's absolute madness. God have mercy on the Russian people. They're standing against Nazism. They're standing against homosexuality. They're standing against the godlessness of the West. And they're standing against Nazism. They're standing against homosexuality. They're standing against the godlessness of the West.
Starting point is 00:17:28 And they're standing alone as far as the world is concerned. Think about it from their viewpoint. They're trying to live a good life as Christians. And the whole world is coming against them and and the west wants them to fall because they will not accept the the sexual perversion of the west right i mean we saw that story yesterday that ukraine was the the homosexual the queer capital of Eastern Europe until the Russians started the war. What is this war about then?
Starting point is 00:18:09 It's about exporting those NATO slash U.S. values to every country. Which is sexual perversion. Yes. Let's get real about it. And how do we know that it's a war for those values? We raise the gay flag at the embassy. That's right. The flag indicates where the government is.
Starting point is 00:18:30 You found a story earlier today from Unilad Rick about someone close to Vladimir Putin. This is a very interesting story. So the man who carried Vladimir Putin's nuclear briefcase was found shot in his home. That's him right there. The circle is around his hand. And he had multiple gunshots. And this is a fascinating story because there was obviously some things going on in his life. A top Kremlin official responsible for carrying the Russian president's nuclear briefcase is said to have been shot at his home near Moscow.
Starting point is 00:19:04 Vadim Zimin is currently fighting for his life in intensive care, according to reports from Russian media. Now, the secretive colonel was facing accusations of bribery and was under house arrest when the incident occurred after joining the Customs Service following his departure from the security services. Zimin was a retired colonel in the Federal Security Service and had been in charge of carrying the briefcase believed to contain the codes from the security services. Zeman was a retired colonel in the Federal Security Service and had been in charge of carrying the briefcase believed to contain the codes to Russians nuclear arsenal,
Starting point is 00:19:30 which always accompanies the Russian leader, although he's not the only person responsible for carrying out that task. Now, this is where the story gets interesting. Zeman was found, reportedly found, with multiple gunshot wounds in the kitchen of his flat in the outskirts of Moscow while his wife, who's a medic,
Starting point is 00:19:47 was treating soldiers wounded in Ukraine. The colonel's body was instead discovered lying in a pool of blood with a head wound by his brother who was allegedly in the bathroom at the time of the shooting on Monday. So Rick, what do you think? Was this an attack by Western operatives to try to strike close to Putin's inner circle or something else going on?
Starting point is 00:20:12 My first thought when I read it this morning was yes, you know, a covert action by the West to take out Putin's suitcase carrier. Hey, if the guy who carries your nuclear codes is dead, what message is that sending to Putin? You know, it's somebody sending a message, we can get this close to you. But when I read that he was under house arrest by the Russian government for bribery, then I'm, whoa, wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:20:50 That indicates the Russian intelligence agency suspected him of being a traitor. And so then you have to think, did somebody in the Russian government take him out? Because they found out he had maybe sold the nuclear codes to NATO? So obviously, that would be a twist in the story, wouldn't it? I don't think you will ever know. The truth of that story is never going to come out.
Starting point is 00:21:24 Well, it's amazing that he's still alive. multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head, and he's still alive. So let's see how much longer that happens. But his brother was in the bathroom at the time. I mean, shooting could have happened very quickly, 30 seconds. But again, the two. On one hand, here's the guy who's carrying the Russian nuclear launch codes. So very close. Very close to Putin. The guy you got to have. He's got the launch codes if there's a NATO-Russia nuclear war.
Starting point is 00:22:01 This is the man who's got the launch codes. On the other hand, he's under house arrest from the Russian government, charged with bribery. Well, what did you get bribed about? And who bribed you? And who bribed you? Is it the suitcase you're carrying
Starting point is 00:22:16 with the nuclear codes in it? That's my first guess. And when you think about that, you think, well, most likely the Russians took him out. But usually they push him off the rooftop. They usually don't shoot him. They just take him up to the top of a tall building
Starting point is 00:22:34 and push him out. Well like you say we may never know but it does show that there are those that are close to Vladimir Putin that are being targeted one way or another. Well if you don't believe us about World War III we'll show you another one. This is from that are close to Vladimir Putin that are being targeted one way or another. Well, if you don't believe us about World War III, we'll show you another one.
Starting point is 00:22:47 This is from News Australia. Russia threatens Lithuania over key city, but an attack would cause all-out war. And so to further develop the story regarding Lithuania and the rail transport that's been cut off, Lithuania earned the ire of Vladimir Putin last week when it carried out what Moscow describes as a hostile act by blocking the transit of EU-sanctioned goods from mainland Russia to the exclave of Kaliningrad. Moscow's response has been threatening.
Starting point is 00:23:17 Russia's Security Council Chief Nikolai Petrushev on Tuesday warned of serious consequences for Lithuania if the ban on rail transit isn't lifted. Russia will certainly respond to such hostile actions, Petrushev said at a regional security meeting in Kaliningrad, adding that appropriate measures are in the works and they will be taken in the near future. Their consequences will have a serious negative impact on the population of Lithuania, he said. Now, the hint that Russia could attack Lithuania with military action could have consequences for more than just three million people called the Baltic state a home. Lithuania's status as a member of NATO means that an attack on
Starting point is 00:23:58 it is an attack on every other NATO country. And compounding the threat is the fact that Kaliningrad is heavily militarized. The region is the base for Russia's Baltic fleet. Moscow says it has deployed nuclear-capable Iskander missiles there. All right, Doc, I've got a hunch. I think I know what the Russians are going to do. I'm going to save it for a couple minutes. I've got a whole section of news stories on that topic, but I think I know what they're going to do. And it would fit with the pattern of things that Russia has been doing. Before we get to that story, we've got another one about Russia deploying its hypersonic nuclear missile system.
Starting point is 00:24:46 Right, so this is from London Loves Business, Russia to deploy Prometheus hypersonic nuclear missile system. As he warned ex-USSR countries, an invasion is in the cards. I saw that, Doc. An invasion? Yes. Is on the cards? We're talking now about Russia invading more nations?
Starting point is 00:25:12 Well, I... Estonia, Lithuania? Those would be the primary targets right there, Rick. Does he have enough troops to do it? Well, that's the real question. But does Europe have the wherewithal to stand up against Russia is the question. So the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Tuesday that he's set to deploy the Prometheus hypersonic nuclear missile system,
Starting point is 00:25:37 which is designed to shoot down enemy missiles and aircraft. The Prometheus S-500 anti-aircraft missile system can shoot down missiles up to an altitude of 125 miles and even low-orbit satellites in space and is to be deployed to the battlefield in Ukraine. But Putin has warned former countries of the USSR, which span most of Eurasia, that if any of them defies Russia, then they will see a repeat of the Ukrainian invasion. Any countries that are former members of historic Russia will no longer be allies with Moscow if they turn on the Kremlin. Previously, Major General Babakov, commander of Russian missile defense troops,
Starting point is 00:26:22 warned the S-500 air defense system is capable of destroying hypersonic weapons of all modifications. Keep that in mind, including in near space, in addition to aerodynamic and ballistic targets, which makes it possible to say with confidence that this system is unique. So let's say we get into a hypersonic missile conflict, both sides. Russia is already saying, we have the capability to take down your hypersonic missiles, and we can deliver them too. Yes. And they're going to defend Moscow with those systems.
Starting point is 00:26:58 Yes. That's their main target, Moscow. But to make that announcement to former USSR nations? That was strong when I saw that this morning. They're saying, you want a dose of this? You see what happened to Ukraine? You mess with us, you get the same thing. I'm just doubtful that Russia has enough troops to do it.
Starting point is 00:27:27 I mean, an invasion of Eastern Europe requires a massive number of soldiers to do it. Unless, well, we may find out they have an army of robots. Maybe they have an army of cyborgs. Maybe they have an army of hybrid creatures that they have been developing. Don't rule this stuff out. We're approaching the end of time. When Almighty God says, that's it, if I don't stop it, no flesh will survive. Well, the advancement of their hypersonic weapon system
Starting point is 00:28:05 caught the West off guard. They didn't realize how far Russia had advanced a couple years ago. They were shocked by it, they said. I'm telling you, Doc, the Russians could come across the North Pole and take out Washington, D.C. so fast with a hypersonic missile that the Pentagon will never see it coming.
Starting point is 00:28:24 We're talking about the same Pentagon if you believe the propaganda. The same Pentagon that didn't see the 9-11 attack coming. The same Pentagon. If you believe the propaganda, you know, that some Saudis hijacked planes and didn't know how to,
Starting point is 00:28:43 they could fly Cessnas, but they were't know, but they were able to fly these jetliners, if you believe that stuff, see? That was the thing about 9-11, I always said, well, what's the point in us spending hundreds of billions of dollars every year on defense, and you can't even defend the Pentagon?
Starting point is 00:29:00 Right. And isn't there something wrong with this? I mean, in business, you'd get fired. You mean a plane or a missile or anything can get to the Pentagon? Right. Isn't there something wrong with this? I mean, in business you'd get fired. You mean a plane or a missile or anything can get to the Pentagon? Right. That should be the one place it should get to. It should not get.
Starting point is 00:29:12 So if we buy their story that 9-11 happened the way they said it did, then you have to assume that a Russian hypersonic missile can get in really fast. No, instead we hired tens of thousands of security guards to check for shoe bombs. So that was our defense. Right. You know, another personal one, Doc, last Sunday is Father's Day, and Susan and I were over at my daughter's house for Sunday lunch. And my daughter Carissa has eight adopted children. Right. And two are from Russia, one is from Ukraine,
Starting point is 00:29:52 and five are from Ecuador. But the three of them are older and are in their 20s, and they're out on their own. And so the one grandson, adopted grandson, is from Russia, and the other adopted grandson is from Ukraine. And what I said to Carissa Sunday is, has the thought occurred to you that if you had not adopted Grant and Blake, they would be in their respective armies shooting at each other right now?
Starting point is 00:30:23 Wow, think about that, because they're that age. Blake would be in the Russian army, Grant would be in the Ukrainian army. They would have been drafted, brought into the army. And also she told me that a Christian missionary couple in Ukraine that played a prominent role in Carissa being able to adopt Grant in Ukraine, that they were killed in the war. Oh my goodness. Yeah, I didn't know that. She just told me that Sunday. So this starts to hit home. A
Starting point is 00:31:01 missionary couple that helped get our grandson out of an orphanage and bring him here, they didn't survive this war. I want to get back to these stories. Well, you asked about what's Russia's plan right now. Is there an invasion? Could they invade Europe or anything? Well, right now, NATO member Estonia is saying that they're being actually targeted by Russian missile simulations right now. Now, to picture where Estonia is, you've got Kaliningrad,
Starting point is 00:31:32 above that Lithuania, above that Estonia. And so it's all in that Baltic Sea region there. And Bloomberg is saying Russia is currently conducting military exercises with simulated missile attacks against Estonia, the Baltic nation said, warning of escalating tensions between a Moscow and a frontline NATO member. Estonia's defense ministry said that provocative behavior has intensified on Estonia's border with Russia ahead of the NATO summit scheduled for next week in Madrid. And that's according to a response to emailed questions on Tuesday. Now, Estonia didn't explain how it knew of the simulations, although Russia has made NATO countries the subject of military exercises in the past. Russia's foreign ministry referred
Starting point is 00:32:18 questions to the defense ministry, whose spokesman Igor Konishnikov didn't reply for a comment. Dmitry Peskov also didn't reply. So, Rick, how does Estonia know that they are being targeted by Russia right now? Well, I would assume that somebody in NATO told them that. Right. Exactly. Now, was it Estonia that the Russian military helicopter crossed the border and was inside Estonian airspace for two minutes a couple days ago? I think it was Estonia. But you see that kind of activity as the rhetoric wraps up on both sides, where aircraft are skirting borders and playing with airspace and everything.
Starting point is 00:33:07 So, Doc, in the Ukraine war, the Russian military, they've had Z painted on their tanks, they've had a tattoo on the soldiers. A Z is everywhere. And we wondered in the beginning of the war, what's the Z stand for? I'm increasingly convinced it stands for ZPAD, which every year the Russian military has held a, its biggest war drill has been ZPAD, which is war with all of NATO. So I think the reason they're putting Z on everything, they're telling the entire Russian military, this is it.
Starting point is 00:33:54 You know that thing we practice every year? This is it. This is the big one. This is it. This isn't a drill. This is war with NATO. Wow. But it also tells you the Russians have known for many years they're going to go to war with NATO.
Starting point is 00:34:11 They have prepared for this. It looks like how in the world can Russia hold off the entire NATO alliance? But they've been preparing for it. Yes. And when it's necessary, they're going to bring out every weapon that they have in their arsenal. And it will be massive destruction of the West.
Starting point is 00:34:34 It may end up massive destruction of Russia also. But the West will be obliterated. And then after that war, Doc, the survivors in the world, you know, if a billion people are killed, that's... And they could be. Very easily. You know, one-seventh of the human population of the planet, you could have a billion people taken out. There will be calls for global government among the survivors it will be very difficult after World War three to oppose global
Starting point is 00:35:14 government what did we hear in Amman yes what did we hear planning they're planning for they said we need World War III to move to the next step, global government. So if you're alive after this war, you can expect extremely strong current of public opinion. The leaders of the world will say this is it. We're not going to let this happen again. We're going to disarm the nations. We're going to go to a global government. There will be one army, one army that will enforce peace worldwide. A global government is coming. We're that close right now. It will come in the aftermath of World War III. So, you know, if you're alive afterwards, you'll see how it develops.
Starting point is 00:36:15 If you're not alive, you can watch it from above. But Jesus Christ is coming back. That's for certain. He's coming back. That's for certain. He's coming back. Yes. Because we're on a fast track now to the second coming of Jesus Christ. So now, I said a few minutes ago,
Starting point is 00:36:34 I had a hunch about what Russia is going to do to Lithuania that Mr. Petrushov said it's going to impact negatively the entire Lithuanian population. Right. This next story from the India Times, Lithuania seeks to decouple from Russian power grid in 2024. Now, wait a minute. You got this backwards. No.
Starting point is 00:36:58 That story. Let's see. When was that published? We got a date. That's OK. That's June. So that's see. When was that published? We got a date. That's, okay, that's June. So that's today. Lithuania seeks to decouple from the Russian power grid in the year 2024.
Starting point is 00:37:15 I think the Russians are going to help them do it in 2022. I think so, too. They're going to say, hey, we're going to give you a little head start. We're turning off the electricity today. You want to shut off rail traffic? No, we can fix your little red wagon. We'll just shut off your electricity. That's right.
Starting point is 00:37:34 The original plan was 2025. So they've stepped it up by one year. But if Russia cuts it off now, what do they do between now and 2024? They'll have about a year and a half, and I don't know if it's the beginning of 2024 or the end of 2024, but they may have about two, two and a half years of no electricity or greatly reduced electricity. He said the whole population will suffer. Right. It makes sense to me, Rick.
Starting point is 00:38:09 I mean, and you keep seeing nation after nation in Europe continuing to shoot their feet. Oh, my gosh. This is insane. Over and over again. This is insane. So you've got to think, somebody in Lithuania had to say to themselves,
Starting point is 00:38:22 you know, if we cut off rail traffic here to Leningrad, I wonder if the Russians will have a response to that. Ah, probably not. Well, of course they will. The NATO guys told them, we'll take care of you. Right. Don't worry about it. Yeah, they're going to do something.
Starting point is 00:38:40 This is going to be a little pain. Yeah, we're going to protect you. Don't worry about it. We'll take care of you. So the next story, Express from Great Britain. Putin goes nuclear, tries to choke Europe into submission. Winter of hell forecasted. All right, so that's the Express title there.
Starting point is 00:38:56 But listen to what this article says. Gazprom, the Kremlin-controlled gas giant, slashed supplies delivered to Germany, Italy, and Slovakia last week. Now, as well as causing chaos in Europe right now, there are fears Russia could cut off more gas in retaliation to Western nations at a crucial time during the winter when demand will soar. This is prompting fears of energy shortages and blackouts in Europe over the cold winter months. Well, I would suggest you better start planning for it. You just would suggest you better start planning for it. You just better go ahead and start planning for it. What if this is an extremely cold winter with heavy snow,
Starting point is 00:39:35 frigid temperatures throughout the whole winter? I mean, for Europe to be without energy supplies, just in any winter, but if it's an abnormally cold, snowy winter, there's going to be a lot of suffering. Doc, I always go back, you know, that dream, those dreams that my family had back around 2010 to 2012. Around the holidays. Christmas holidays, World War III breaks out. And I'm looking every year since that time. I've been, when we get close to the holidays,
Starting point is 00:40:14 I start looking at the geopolitical climate. Is this it? Well, now this year, if Europe is freezing because there's no energy supplies, then NATO's going to say, we have to act. We're going to do the first strike. And you've got to think, too, how Russia is calculating this out. Okay. So they've got gas going all over Europe. Some are getting paid for it, some aren't, and because of all the issue with the ruble and everything. What if they just start shutting off a valve per country, per country, per country?
Starting point is 00:40:55 I think they've already done it. They've already started cutting it off. I mean, what did Germany think was going to happen when they seized Gazprom? Gazprom is a big Russian gas company. They seized and nationalized Gazprom in Germany and stole their bank account. I think it was like a billion dollars was in the bank account. They nationalized the company. What did they think Russia was going to do?
Starting point is 00:41:21 Russia cut off the flow of gas to Germany. They said, it's not our company there anymore. And we don't have access to our bank account. Why would we send gas to you? Are the Europeans that stupid? NATO's going to come to our rescue, Rick. I'm not picking on the Europeans. I love the Europeans because the Americans are stupid too. Yes. This entire world war should not be happening. There's no reason for it.
Starting point is 00:41:52 Doc, there's no reason for this war. We're going to have a nuclear war over Ukraine, the queer capital of Eastern Europe. Seriously? We're all going to die for the queer capital of Eastern Europe. Seriously? We're all going to die for the queer capital of Eastern Europe. That's what this is about? Yes, for NATO, yes. Then we are being ruled by idiots. And they ought to be dethroned because they're marching to Armageddon. This is an absolute insanity, Doc. This is like some crazy sci-fi movie.
Starting point is 00:42:30 When does this movie end? How can we just get over to some cartoons to change this movie? I don't want to watch this anymore. Well, in your dream, you talk about the carousel going around over and over. And so it's like we're on the same. We've seen this before. We've been back around again and again. And so it's like we're on the same, you know, we've seen this before. We've been back around again and again. Cycles, Doc, I didn't remember.
Starting point is 00:42:50 I never thought about that. Cycles, we're in the fourth turning. The carousel, the fourth turning. Oh, yeah. We're in the fourth turning right now. I hadn't thought about that. Next story, BBC. Europe told to prepare for Russia turning off gas.
Starting point is 00:43:07 Can't get more clear than that. This comes from the International Energy Agency, and he's warned that Russia may stop supplying gas to Europe this winter. Fader Baral says he believes a complete shutdown is not the most likely scenario, but that Europe needs to work on contingency plans just in case. In recent weeks, several European countries said they received significantly less Russian gas than they expected. Russian officials deny it's deliberate and have blamed technical issues. Mr. Rural says he believes that recent Russian reductions in gas supply are strategic.
Starting point is 00:43:49 The falls are making it harder for European countries to fill up their gas storage and increasing Russia's leverage this winter. I wouldn't rule out Russia continuing to find different issues here and there and continuing to find excuses to further reduce gas deliveries to Europe and maybe even cut it off completely, Burrell taught BBC News. Now, across Europe, shortfalls in gas supply continue to be reported. On Friday, the Italian firm, energy firm Eni, said that it had only received half of the gas that it was expecting from Russia's state-controlled gas giant Gazprom,
Starting point is 00:44:22 while Slovakia and Austria have also reported fails. France says it has received no Russian gas from Germany since 15 June, because Germany took over the company, while Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Denmark, and the Netherlands have had their Russian gas deliveries suspended after they refused a demand to pay in Russian rubles. Now, France says it has received no, I'm sorry, last month that European countries agreed to try to protect themselves from the volatility of gas prices by filling up their storage facilities. They jointly committed to reaching at least 80 percent capacity by November, with the latest data suggesting that they are at about 55 percent. Now, Mr. Baral said the ongoing gas crisis now justified emergency short-term measures to reduce
Starting point is 00:45:12 demand, such as increasing the use of coal-fired power stations and, if possible, prolonging the life of nuclear power plants. If there was a complete shutdown of Russian gas supply, he says, drastic measures may be needed. I don't exclude the possibility that Europe will need a planned and orderly rationing of gas, Mr. Weill says. There it is. There it is. Gas rationing is coming to Europe. It will come to Europe. What I see in this, Doc, is the Russians are aware that the Europeans
Starting point is 00:45:45 are stockpiling their energy supplies to get through the winter. So the Russians said, well, we're just going to cut off the energy now, and you can't fill up your reservoir. You can't build a stockpile. Without saying they're doing it. Right.
Starting point is 00:46:03 Oh, hey, a valve is stuck over here. Yes, and if you get cut off now in the summer, and you're unable to fill up the reserves for the winter, and you have none coming in right now, you're gonna have to tap into your reserves now. By the time winter comes, what you have in your reserves will be depleted. Yes.
Starting point is 00:46:30 At the worst time. Winter. Especially if it's a hard winter, too. So, again, if I had to put a guess, when's this thing going to go nuclear? I would say at the coldest part of the winter. That's when this thing's going to go nuclear.
Starting point is 00:46:50 Now, the EU's International Energy Agency mentioned that a lot of these countries are reverting, you know, depending on coal plants, too, for extra energy. And we'll talk about that here in a minute, too. We talked about it yesterday. That brings us to germany germany now has been really going through the trials on the uh you know the reverse of the sanctions on russia says that germany enters phase two of emergency gas plan as russia slows supply so germany's economy minister robert habeck on th Thursday announced that the country will enter phase two of its three-stage emergency gas plan. The move to alarm level comes amid the threat that Russia,
Starting point is 00:47:31 Germany's top gas supplier, could stop supplying the fuel amid tensions over Moscow's invasion of Ukraine. Now, in phase two, utilities are theoretically permitted to pass on high prices to customers, thus helping lower demand in a bid to prevent long-term supply shortages. However, this would not happen automatically, requiring the official say-so of the Federal Network Agency, which is the regulatory authority for gas and electricity. The announcement of Phase 2 is a prerequisite for the government's plans to employ more coal-fired electricity plants to avoid gas use in electricity production. Now, only under Phase 3, emergency level would let the German Federal Network Agency be called upon to ration gas. Private households enjoy special protections and would receive gas
Starting point is 00:48:22 for as long as possible, while industry would have to put up with shortages. Hospitals, inpatient care facilities, facilities for the care and support of the disabled, as well as the fire brigade, police, and the armed forces would also have protected status. Now, so we see the impact that it's having on Germany right now, and that's going to continue to get tightened. Expect to see phase three happen before summer's out. But once again, I want you to note in that story that they're relying on coal plants to be their backup, right? They just had their big green summit. Was it the beginning of this year or early last late last year where they were going to shut down all fossil fuel industries right and hayback there robert hayback the uh the green party right he's
Starting point is 00:49:13 part of the green party there and so uh he now he loves coal coal's good it's it's from the earth so it's natural organic organic coal now yesterday we talked about the story a little bit about Germany planning to fire up coal plants. Okay. Remember this? And this story is actually a couple days old. And, you know, of course, we were making fun of Jeremy about it. Jeremy plans to fire up coal plants as Russia throttles gas supplies. They got themselves in this mess. Right. The sanctions are only hurting the nations that issued the sanctions.
Starting point is 00:49:47 It's not hurting Russia. For our German viewers, we have a lot of viewers in Europe. Are you contacting your political leaders and saying, you created this mess. You provoked Russia to attack. Look at the mess that you've created. Stop it. It's getting worse.
Starting point is 00:50:10 But their pride's too great. Right. The German leaders, the Europe, the French, all of them, their pride is too great. They can't admit that their strategy is not working. Unless in an evil way it is working because they want that war so in this article we talked about this yesterday germany has said that the deteriorating gas market situation means europe's largest economy must limit the use of natural gas for electricity production and burn more coal for our transitional period robert habeck on sunday warned that the
Starting point is 00:50:42 situation is going to be a really tight winter without precautionary measures to prevent a supply shortage. Now, as a result, Germany will seek to compensate for that cut in Russian gas supplies by increasing the burning of coal. That's the most carbon-intensive fossil fuel in terms of emissions and therefore the most important target for replacement in the transition toward renewables. He says that's bitter, but it's almost necessary in this situation to reduce gas consumption. We must and we will do everything we can to store as much gas as possible in summer or autumn, the Green Party's Habeck said. The gas storage tanks must be full in winter. Going back to our story before, this has top priority, he added.
Starting point is 00:51:21 But the Russians aren't going to let them be full. Now, here's where there's... Did Al Gore approve of this? Al Gore said the world's coming to an end because of climate change. We only had a few years left. Right. Now, did Al Gore look at his crystal
Starting point is 00:51:40 ball and say, oh, I think we can go back to coal. Poor little ball. It's from the earth. But think about their propaganda, Doc. Their green communist propaganda. All we heard for the last, what, 15 years? The climate is falling apart. It's a crisis. Civilization is going to end
Starting point is 00:52:07 if we don't end fossil fuels. I mean, all this propaganda, the dire warnings, and suddenly the same people who were pumping out the propaganda now love coal. Well, it gets even better than that, Rick, in this particular story
Starting point is 00:52:20 because the reason why Germany and other European nations are going back to coal is because of the cutoff of gas supplies from Russia. Right. However. There's more to the story. As Paul Harvey used to say, the rest of the story.
Starting point is 00:52:39 Germany in particular, and I didn't get the numbers on other countries, but Germany in particular, nearly half of their coal supply comes from, drum roll please, Russia. Oh, I found a chart, oh, okay. Yes, so, and this is from DW, this is the most recent stats that they have. So if you look at this chart,
Starting point is 00:53:00 this is just Germany itself right here. Well, I had a chart, I had a chart with all of the... Oh, I think we've got that too somewhere. Was it gas or coal imports? Yours was gas. It was gas imports. Where's it at here? I don't know where it's at. I don't know. It didn't show up.
Starting point is 00:53:16 Maybe control will find it. But this is Germany's coal imports for 2019. Look at that chart. Half of their coal comes from Russia, Rick. Okay, so wait a minute. So they're going to call Joe Biden and tell him... Hey, we need coal.
Starting point is 00:53:36 And he said, I shut down all the coal plants because Obama told me to do it. We bankrupt the coal industry. Oh, so here's the shared gas supply here. Yes, check this out. This is the European countries and the amount of their gas supply that comes from Russia.
Starting point is 00:53:56 So number one is Bosnia, 100%. And then the next one is North Macedonia, 100%. Then Moldova, 100%. Finland. Oh, they're down to 94%. And they're joining NATO. Right. Latvia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, all in the 70 range, 70 and 80% range.
Starting point is 00:54:17 Croatia, Czech Republic, Austria, 64%. Greece, 51%. There's Germany. Half of their gas supply comes from Russia.. Half of their gas supply comes from Russia. And half of their coal supply comes from Russia. But the Russians just cut it off. So the Russians cut off 100% of the gas that they were sending, and their gas represented half of what Germany needs.
Starting point is 00:54:42 So they're switching over to coal, but Russia supplies half of their coal. How's this work out to Germany's betterment by December? I can't see how it does. Germany's going to be cold. It's going to be miserable. You're going to have gas rationing.
Starting point is 00:55:02 You're going to have energy rationing.'re going to have energy rationing um they hey they won't let you burn wood because that'll cause smoke in the atmosphere i mean there's going to be suffering in europe and i'm very serious there's going to be suffering in europe if the idiots aren't brought under control the public is going to have to demand that their highly educated rulers just leave just resign and let just let common everyday people take over and we'll work this all out right and we won't have a world war it'll be a good life. The world will be good if we can just get the common people in power because the ruling class are idiots.
Starting point is 00:55:51 They're total idiots and they're sex perverts and they're driving the world towards destruction. And we're watching this play out in real time and it's like it just can't be happening. Well, I'll add another twist to this story, okay? I don't know if you saw this the other day or not, but we have sanctions on Russian energy, right? Right. We do? You sure about that?
Starting point is 00:56:18 I thought we did. Well, the Treasury Department actually delayed the start of those sanctions until December of this year. Oh, because the U.S. is buying energy from Russia? Yes. And so when does it stop? December 5th of this year. So winter. Yes.
Starting point is 00:56:34 So we're going to have shortages in America. Yes. Think about it. We're going to have shortages in America. Right. But we were energy independent under Trump. Oh, but we had to get rid of Trump. We had to bring in Biden and Kamala Harris and that entire cabinet of clowns.
Starting point is 00:56:54 Look at what we have now. This is a catastrophe on our doorsteps because these clowns are wrecking the economy. They're driving the world to nuclear war. How in the world can anybody do this in 18 months since he's been in office? It is astounding that we have gone this far down since Donald Trump left the White House. It's like falling off a bicycle. It is. All right, I want to show you a couple more quickly before we wrap it up here, just to show you what's happening.
Starting point is 00:57:33 The next couple of stories, I want to show you how the insanity of the Western rulers' policies is wrecking countries all over the world. They have set in motion a chain of events that's now destroying small countries because of the idiotic policies of Europe, United States, Canada, Australia, Great Britain. It is a disaster for these other countries. The first one, this is from News Australia. This is, yeah, there we go, number 48. Sri Lanka economy has completely collapsed, says the prime minister. I mean, they've gone so far as to close schools and to halt all non-essential government services
Starting point is 00:58:26 of the week, starting a two-week shutdown to conserve fast-depleting fuel reserves, as the International Monetary Fund opened talks with Colombo, that's the capital of Sri Lanka, on a possible bailout. This country of 22 million people is in the grip of its worst ever economic crisis after running out of foreign exchange to finance even the most essential imports, including food, fuel, and medicines. On Monday, schools were shut and state offices worked with skeleton staffing as part of government plans to reduce commuting and save precious petrol and diesel. The prime minister, and I'm not even going to try to say his name there, told Parliament
Starting point is 00:59:06 in Sri Lanka was facing a far more serious situation beyond the mere shortages of fuel, gas, electricity, and food. Our economy has completely collapsed, he said. So that's now the domino effect of all this happening. Thank you, Joe Biden. Thank you, Jens Stoltenberg of NATO. Thank you, Emmanuel Macron, Boris Johnson, the German leaders. Thank you for what you've done. Yes. You've made a mess of the world. We didn't need this war.
Starting point is 00:59:42 But you provoked Russia to attack the queer capital of Eastern Europe. Yes. And now the world is on fire. I'll show you another one closer home here in the Western Hemisphere. Ecuador facing food and fuel shortages as country rocked by violent protests. My daughter Carissa lived in Ecuador for seven years rescuing children. She texted me last night and said,
Starting point is 01:00:11 Dad, are you aware of what's going on in Quito? And I said, no. She said, there's rioting. She said, I'm getting calls from people I know in Quito, and they've gone days without food. They're locked up in their homes. They're out of food. They can't go outside. They said it's crazy outside. Yes. The capital of Ecuador. Why? Because there's food and fuel shortages caused by Biden and NATO and Western Europe
Starting point is 01:00:45 because they have wrecked the world economy with their sanctions on Russia. And here's Ecuador. So violent protests are raging now against the economic policy of Ecuador's president, Guillermo Lasso. They've paralyzed the country's capital and other regions, but the government on Wednesday rejected their conditions for dialogue. Quito is experiencing food and fuel shortages after 10 days of demonstrations in which protesters at
Starting point is 01:01:17 times have clashed with police. After officials rejected the conditions for negotiations, the U.S. government issued an advisory urging travelers to reconsider visiting the country due to civil unrest and crime. Well, guess what? We caused that. We caused that by our sanctions against Russia. And so it has, you know, these decisions don't stay in a bubble. They have impact in the world around us. But these Ivy League educated
Starting point is 01:01:46 noble people who think that they were born to rule, that they're above everybody else, they're special people, and they're so far superior to you and me. And they are educated. They're born into
Starting point is 01:02:01 high class families. And they deserve to be in these high government positions, because you and I are not smart enough to hold a government position. Well, just look at what they've done to us. They've destroyed the world. It is a mess, and it didn't have to be this way. Russia did not want this fight. Russia wanted to join NATO years ago. Russia wanted to be an ally of Europe and the United States. But the warmongers in the West needed a boogeyman so that they could keep building tanks and rockets and missile launchers and bombs.
Starting point is 01:02:47 And they now finally have a war. At the same time that their brilliantly managed financial system is collapsing under debt, they need a war in order to hold on to their power. And so a lot of people are going to suffer for it. And it's a dangerous time to be alive. Make sure you are living right for God. Just make sure everything's right. Just live humbly every day. Walk softly, humbly before the Lord. Be grateful for every single meal. How many of you pray over every meal? How many of you pray over every meal? There's coming a day you're going to pray for a meal.
Starting point is 01:03:38 You're going to pray for a meal. Thank your Father every day. You don't have to make a big show of it. Just thank your Papa. day. You don't have to make a big show of it. Just thank your papa. Just thank him. I tell him all the time, you're such a good papa. Such a good papa. He feeds me, Doc.
Starting point is 01:03:57 He's my papa. He feeds me. He takes care of me. He's a good dad. If he'll create the day for you and he tells you to rejoice in it. Yes. He's a good dad. If he'll create the day for you and he tells you to rejoice in it. Yes. He's a good dad.
Starting point is 01:04:08 What do good dads do for their children? Spend time with them. They give them good gifts. They feed them. They house them. They take care of them. He's a good dad. Tell your Heavenly Father he's a good dad.
Starting point is 01:04:20 He's a good papa. Just love on him and thank him. He needs to hear from you that you appreciate what he does for you because he's a good dad. He's a good papa. Just love on him and thank him. He needs to hear from you that you appreciate what he does for you because he's a good dad. You're a parent. If your children never say thank you, if they never appreciate anything that you do, doesn't it hurt? You keep doing it because you're a good father or mother. You keep doing it. Moms, you're ironing the clothes and washing the laundry and making the beds and fixing the meals. And dad's going to work and taking care of all the things in the house and the yard.
Starting point is 01:04:52 You're doing all this stuff for your kids because you love them. But if they never say thank you, if they never say, Dad, you're a really good dad, you're a really good mom, it hurts. Your Heavenly Father wants you to say, I recognize recognize what you do i thank you every day you're a good dad i'm blessed that i have you as my heavenly father thank you papa thank you for feeding me thank you for taking care of me thank you for the house that i have everything comes from you papa everything you're a good dad. Just tell him that. Crawl up on his lap and just tell him what a good father he is, as he is. And he does not want us to go through this. We're approaching the end of time. In that case, this is it. What does the end of time
Starting point is 01:05:42 look like? Where time is no more. What does it look like? Just before you get there, what does it look like? Kind of a lot like today. Yeah. That's where we're at. We're running up on it really fast. I encourage you to get my book, Final Day.
Starting point is 01:05:59 And folks, we really could use some extra special financial help in these last days of June. I don't cry out to you and tell you a whole bunch of stuff, but Doc will tell you that, I don't know, Doc, when did it start, April, May? Usually around the middle of May. You know what I'm talking about? We started to have a series of things go wrong in the building property-wise. We've got a building here, 12,000 square foot building, 10 acres, we had a water line break under the floor here. Under the concrete floor. Under the concrete.
Starting point is 01:06:35 That bill was what, 20 some, I don't know, 20, $30,000 by the time we got that repaired. We've had electrical work that we've had to do in here. It seems like for about two months, I've been hit with bills that were $10,000, $20,000, $30,000. Like they just came out of nowhere, and we just got hit with them. And we've had to pay them. It's put a dent into our cash reserves. So this would be a good week.
Starting point is 01:07:06 If you haven't done anything to help True News for a long time, this would be a good week to do something we could use to boost. Our dad will take care of us, and he's going to take care of the people that give to us because he's a good dad. I'm going to wrap it up and go home and get some rest. Love you very much. Pray for you.
Starting point is 01:07:24 I do pray for you. I pray for God's protection on you and his favor to be upon you and your family. I thank you so much. You allow me, you permit me to do what God has called me to do. And I am deeply grateful. I love you very much. I'll see you tomorrow. God bless you.
