Yes, it wasn't split in any way, shape, or form, 9-0 by the U.S. Supreme Court in this decision. And basically, the report here by Bloomberg says that President Trump can appear on ballots,

as we stated in the opening there. Now, as Rick said, this is a unanimous ruling, and it overturned the opening there. The high court acted the day before Super Tuesday, which is tomorrow, when Colorado and 14 other states and one territory are holding their presidential primaries. They said responsibility for enforcing Section 3 against federal office holders and candidates rests with Congress and not the states. That's the statement from the court. They said that in an unsigned opinion referring to the provision in that questionable 14th Amendment that bars insurrectionists from holding office.

And so this is a major victory for Donald Trump and will undoubtedly have enormous implications for decision makers as they proceed through this 2024 election cycle. Well, Doc, President Trump responded quickly on True Social with four words, big win for America. And that's an accurate statement because, you know, the reason all nine justices ruled unanimously against this lawfare attack by Democrats. He said even the leftist judges were appalled by how outrageously unconstitutional this attack was on Donald Trump. They couldn't even come up with a reason to dissent. It was so outrageous. So Donald Trump had never been indicted for insurrection. There had never been a trial for insurrection. He had never been convicted of insurrection. And yet the Democrats said he has to be removed from the ballots

of various states because he's an insurrectionist. Right. You've got it, Rick. That's exactly where they were going with that. And Donald Trump has been under a tremendous attack since the very day he announced his candidacy for president back in 2015. So it's been constant lawfare, as you said, against him. Now going on eight years, it's hard to believe that this battle has been going on this long. That's right. Doc, I'm going to put up a headline. This is from Real Clear Wire. This actually was published last week. Obama's CIA

asked foreign intel agencies to spy on Trump campaign. Well, this isn't new to us. We've known this since 2016. Do you remember when President Trump said during the 2016 campaign they're spying on me

and the news media laughed at him, said he was cuckoo. Well, here you go. So the evidence is there. Nobody's apologizing. Nobody's going to prison for it. But Obama's CIA, it's not, you know, the CIA doesn't belong to Obama, but his CIA director, who is John Brennan, instructed foreign intelligence agencies, you know, the Five Eyes, Canada, you know, our law does not allow us to spy on American citizens. So we need you to spy for us and tell us what you hear and what you see. So MI6 was spying on Trump.

The Canadian intelligence agencies were spying on Trump and then reporting it to the CIA. There's just got to be some solution to that, Rick. Yes, it's called prison. That's the solution. in the Supreme Court, you know, the legal maneuvering to get Colorado and Maine to take Trump's name off the ballot. One of these law groups was part of this operation going back to 2016. Right. They're still using the same tactics. They're still waging lawfare against Trump. And there's no chance of anybody arresting them. You know, if Trump gets back in the White House, I don't know if he's going to go after them. He didn't do it in 2017. He left Hillary Clinton off the hook. Said, well, she's actually a nice woman. That's because his advisor said, you don't want to investigate

the Clintons. Well, he should have because the Clintons and the Obamas investigated Trump. You're exactly right. And I said, in March 2017, the race is on to see who will go to prison first. And for a while there, it looked like it was going to be Donald Trump. Now it seems like the tables are turning quickly back again. Well, you know, I mean, they're still going, they're trying to pin him to the mat.

The old boy just keeps wiggling out. I mean, I've never if there's anything I admire about Donald Trump, it is his ability to keep fighting no matter how bruised. He is the Rocky Balboa of American politics. He really is. Whether you like him or not, whether you support him or not, Donald Trump is the Rocky Balboa of American politics. He gets beat up. They almost have him knocked out, but somehow he gets on his feet again. Because I said, they only have to get one to put him in prison. But right now, I am confident he's going to beat all of them. Yes, I think he will, too. I don't know how he's going to do it, but he's going to beat all of them. Well, Joe Biden spoke up. This is Bloomberg News. Biden foresees Trump challenging 2024 election defeat. Here we go again. They're already telling you Trump is going to lose. And when he loses, he's going to challenge

it and say the election was rigged. You know what this headline says to me, Rick? The Democrats are going to cheat even harder this time. Yes. Yes, that's what it says. We're going to make sure he loses. And when he loses, he's going to cry foul. So we're telling you in advance, he's going to lose the election. How do we know? Because we're rigging the election. Right.

Do you see any headlines that says Trump foresees Biden challenging election defeat? Absolutely not. And you won't see that either because the media is in bed with the Biden administration, Biden campaign to make sure that Donald Trump doesn't win. But I believe Donald Trump's going to win. And there's I mean, he's Teflon Don. That's what he is. Nothing sticks to him. Nothing hangs on to him at all. And so even though you're seeing these headlines like this, I don't Rick, I don't think they can cheat enough this time.

and all appearances. And so it's very possible we might see her just drop out this week, even though she said she wasn't going to. But the fact of the matter is, he's the nominee after tomorrow. She was hanging in here for this Supreme Court decision. Yes. That's it. Can you imagine what would we be talking about right now if the court had ruled the opposite way today?

What would our discussion be today? Who replaces Donald Trump? Yes. And how do you move forward with the leading candidate being removed from ballots all over the country? Because if this had gone the other way, you would have seen at least a dozen, maybe even two dozen states that would have removed Donald Trump from the ballot. That's right. I personally kind of lean towards that Putin himself released them, leaked them. Because here's what it says.
