Today is Monday, January 15, 2024. Germany is preparing for a scenario in which Russia launches an open attack on NATO in the summer of 2025 after scoring victories against Ukraine. That's a report that was published yesterday in Germany by the magazine Bild. They cited classified German documents. Obviously, Moscow has repeatedly denied that they have any plans to attack NATO. Doc Burkhardt is here with me. We've got a lot of World War III news today. It's only Monday. And here we go, Doc. Yes, you said more war in 2024. And that's where they're delivering it. Delivering it, no doubt, 15 day into 24, and it's nonstop World War III news.

And so the Bild report, and this is, we're reading from the RT version of Bild. The secret German defense ministry paper reportedly seen by the outlet provides a month-by-month outline of a possible path to the conflict between the West and Russia. The scenario, listen to this, folks. This is the German military scenario for all-out war with Russia. The scenario begins a new mobilization in February 24. That's next month, with Russia calling up an additional 200,000 troops. Moscow has insisted it does not need to pursue such a measure, citing an abundance of volunteers. According to the scenario outlined in the document,

Moscow then launches a powerful spring offensive against Ukraine, resulting in Kiev suffering from inadequate Western support and yielding ground. The report then describes Russia launching an initially covert and later increasingly open attack on the Baltic states in July of 24, waging cyber warfare and inciting riots among local Russian-speaking populations. What do you think, Doc? Well, here a few months ago, we were talking about Europe running out of ammunition. And now we're talking about them building up toward war with Russia again. So which is it?

Are they running out of ammunition or are they preparing for war? Both. Maybe the light came on inside their dim-witted brains and they realized, we just gave Zelensky all of our ammo. And you're defenseless now.

And you're defenseless. And for some reason they have this paranoia that Russia is going, that maybe Russia might actually say, you know what, they're defenseless. This would be a good time to attack. You know, is it possible, Doc, that Russia's looking at it this way? See, when are we ever going to have another opportunity when nato is without ammo right that's a good point but they brought it on themselves yes they they provoked russia to invade ukraine then they spent billions of dollars fighting the russians through the ukrainian military now they've emptied out their own arsenals, their depots, and Russia's looking at Europe and saying, you've sent your tanks, your missiles, your bullets, you've sent everything to Ukraine.

And you're defenseless. The only thing you have now are American nukes. Now, what they're saying is that the biggest threat that Russia poses is to Poland and to the Baltic states. And that's in preparation for a NATO council coming up in January 2025. Moscow, however, uses the development as a pretext to move additional troops to the border areas in March of 2025. That's still following their timeline at this point. Now, amid the rising tensions depicted, Germany contributes 30,000 troops to the alliance's buildup efforts.

And we'll tell you where those troops are going here in just a few moments. According to the strategic forecast, NATO decides on measures for credible deterrence in May of 2025. The scenario ends at that point with Bill noting that it is an open question whether Russia chooses to stand down under these circumstances. So NATO has this next phase of World War III planned out all the way up until fall of 2025 at this point. Yes. So, Doc, if you and I were, if we were alive in the 1940s, 1930s, early 40s,

and you were reading newspaper headlines that said, the United States will be at war with Japan and Germany by the end of 41. If you would have ignored those types of articles, you would have been foolish. If repeatedly you saw articles being published in American newspaper saying, War planners in the Pentagon expect to be at full all-out war with Japan and Germany by the end of 1941. And I wonder if people in the late 30s even took that seriously.

Because we're not taking it seriously, are we? That's what I'm saying. The American people, the only crisis that they had at that time, they were coming out of the Depression. They were still at the far long end of the Depression that had started in 29. Right. They were preoccupied with what was going on in the United States. Yes.

Had any interest at all. They had no interest. They didn't want in another world war. They had been in World War I. They didn't want in another European war. So had been in World War I. They didn't want in another European war. So not a lot of people were paying attention to it. But there were stories. There were articles.

There were warnings. We have far more news today than people had 70-some years ago. And we're getting fed day by day these insights that NATO is going to war with Russia. And they're giving us dates. In contrast, though, the lack of information there on the other side of the coin, we're flooded

with information, so much information that we can't digest at all. And people are shutting down. They're just shutting down. They're going, it's too much, I can't handle it. I'm just going to do something that's fun. This is too much for me. I can't – and I get it. We're all like this right now.

It's coming at us like – Like a fire hose. Yeah, it's more like a tsunami. I mean, it's just – we're being flooded with this almost end-of-the-world type of news reporting. So the next story is the express in London, Germany preparing for war as conflict between NATO and Russia is described as imminent. So Germany's preparing for war again. Yes, the third time. They've only done it twice in the past century.

Okay, good point, Doc. So three's a winner, right? Germany's leading us into World War III. Except they're on our side this time. No, we're on their side. So Germany

gave us World War I, World War II, and now they're going to give us World War Three. There's something wrong over there with the leaders of Germany. Well, the prospect of a major conflict between NATO and Russia appears more likely in the wake of a report citing a secret document by the Bundeswehr, Germany's armed forces. The report claims that the German army is preparing for a potential hybrid attack to be carried out by Russia on the eastern flank of NATO. Now, referring to that secret document, a source told German Daily Bild that an escalation between Moscow and the Western alliance could start, as Rick mentioned earlier, as early as next month. Let's go back and look at what the German military

war exercise scenario was proposing. Again, it's an exercise. It's a scenario on the German side. But this is what they were prepping for. That in February,

next month, could be as early as two weeks away. February is two weeks away. In the month of February 24, the German military is anticipating that the Russian military will draft 200,000 soldiers. The Russians said,

we don't need to. We have more than enough volunteers. But what would motivate Putin to sign an order to draft 200,000 men quickly?

An attack on Russia? An attack on missile silos? I mean, there could be a dozen different scenarios. No, I don't think that's what it is, Doc. I think it's perceiving that Ukraine is wiped out right now. That the West is out of money. The West is out of ammo. And Ukraine's out of soldiers.

And Ukraine is out of young men to fight. Because as we're going to read here in a few minutes, Ukraine's soldiers are right now on the front lines between the ages of 40 and 60. That's incredible. Did you hear that? Ukraine's soldiers are between the ages of 40 and 60. They've killed all their young men. There's nobody left to push out into the front lines. They've killed them all. But the West doesn't care. Zelensky doesn't care. Zelensky's got his retirement fund built up. All the money he's siphoned off.

The Biden family, they've siphoned money off. The defense contractors have made billions of dollars in instant profits. Nobody cares about the thousands and tens of thousands, hundreds of of young ukrainian men that died they don't care those are sons of ukrainian parents who will never have a life in this world and now some of those parents are now going to war and now the parents are going to war you know it's dire so if the Russians are looking at this I mean, Doc If you were Putin And the Kremlin

And you're being given this kind of information Boss They're drafting 60-year-olds Washington Can't send any more money The budget is frozen The Democrats and Republicans in the White House Are fighting Washington can't send any more money. They've cut off the money. Germany is broke. All the European countries are broke. They don't want to send any more money. And over in Davos, they're having a discussion this week on peace terms, a peace proposal to come out of Davos. If you were Putin, you'd think, you know what? Now's the time. Now's the time.

Pour it on. Give me another quarter million men. Let's invade. Let's just wipe it out. They don't have the ability to fight back truly make it country 404 yes so what have we said for a long time

the fighting will intensify on both sides leading up to the peace talks they don't have cease fires before peace talks. They have increased fires.

Yes. Not ceasefires. They have increased fires. That's the way wars are fought. You increase the firing. Maximum pain on each side. Then you sit down at the bargaining table and both sides are bleeding wounded exhausted

one side is more exhausted than the other yes and right now it's the ukrainians who are more exhausted than the russians the russians haven't even tapped into their bad stuff that they've got that they could use on the Ukrainians. They haven't gone there yet, Doc. I mean, a couple of weeks ago, they used the Air Force on, you know, they used their big old, you know, strategic bombers. You know, they're equivalent of the B-52s. They used them on Ukraine a couple of weeks ago.

Right. They really pounded Ukraine. We're in the winter. There's snow on the ground. It's cold. If Russia keeps taking out utility plants and just energy infrastructure, how long can the Ukrainian people last? At some point, Zelensky breaks. How long can the Ukrainian people last? At some point, Zelensky breaks.

Because it's not going to be Putin that breaks. It's not going to be him. And Putin, he's going to come on stronger than he's ever come on to them in the next 30 days. That's what they're anticipating. They are anticipating a massive call-up of Russian troops for another invasion of Ukraine. Not an invasion of Germany, an invasion of Ukraine. And they're going to know, the NATO knows, we've lost the war.

Doc, this isn't about, it's never been about fighting for ukraine it's always been nato has been using ukraine to fight russia that's right and they they've come to the place where they realize we've been beaten the russians have beat us in ukraine but they're not going to beat us in europe so they think that's their thinking. What they're saying is, let's just go for it. There's no more Ukrainians

Well, some of these older troops are having their own issues and keeping up with the younger troops. They just basically become ammunition fodder at that point. We're back to Mr. Schaps.
