By the time you watch or listen to today's edition of True News, Doc and I, along with an expanded True News team, will be in Barcelona, Spain. The first time I visited Barcelona was in 2017, and I heard about the global brain. The target date to complete the global brain was 2030. It is Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2024.

Over 100,000 communication and technology professionals and government officials from many nations will be in attendance. It is the official global conference of the GMSA. That's the Mobile Phone Industries Trade Association for 750 mobile phone operators around the world. Now, Doc and I have not attended a Mobile World Congress for five years. So why are we returning in 2024? If you want to know where technology is going, this is absolutely one of the best conferences in the world to attend. At my first Mobile World Congress event in 2017, in addition to hearing about the global brain, I also heard about 5G, the Internet of Things, smart cities, robotics, driverless cars, global digital identities, and many other topics that are now part of our society.

Now, we stopped attending these technology conferences when the coronavirus pandemic shut down the world in 2020. But in my spirit, I feel it's time to travel again and to report to our Christian brethren around the world about the technological and social changes that are underway and being planned for the coming decade. In 2017, True News was in the forefront of educating the public about 5G. My key message in 2017 was that 5G would be needed for the rollout and implementation of many other world-changing technologies. For example, the introduction of autonomous driven cars and trucks required the full build-out of 5G networks in every city and town. The Internet of Things also would depend upon 5G connectivity. So what is the Internet of Things, IoT? I'm sure you've heard it, about it, but what is it? Well, Doc Burkhart is back in our True News studio in Vero Beach,

and he's going to join us now and give us a definition of the Internet of Things. Thanks, Rick, and I appreciate the opportunity here to share information today. This is the actual definition as it comes from IBM. The Internet of Things refers to a network of physical devices, vehicles, appliances, and other physical objects that are embedded with sensors, software, and network connectivity that allows them to collect and share data. Now, these devices, also known as smart objects, can range from simple smart home devices like smart thermostats to wearables like smart watches and RFID-enabled clothing to complex industrial machinery and transportation systems. Technologists are even envisioning entire smart cities predicated on IoT technologies. Now, that definition continues in telling us that the

Internet of Things enables these smart devices to communicate with each other and with other Internet-enabled devices, such as smartphones and gateways, creating a vast network of interconnected devices that can exchange data and perform a variety of tasks autonomously. Now, this can include everything from monitoring environmental conditions and farms, to managing traffic patterns with smart cars and other smart automotive devices, to controlling machines and processes and factories, and to tracking inventory and shipments and warehouses. The potential applications of the Internet of Things are vast and varied, and its impact is already being felt across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, health care, and agriculture.

As the number of Internet-connected devices continues to grow, IoT is likely to play an increasingly important role in shaping our world and transforming the way we live, work, and interact with each other. Okay, Doc, you gave us the official IBM definition of the Internet of Things. I'll just give you the Rick Wiles layman's definition. They're going to put microchips in everything. Yes. That's what the Internet of Things is. Everything will have embedded microchips. Your clothing, your shoes, your glasses, everything, everything will have embedded microchips. And the microchips will be transmitting and receiving data.

That's what is being built. And they need the 5G. In fact, at this year's Mobile World Congress, there are sessions about the introduction of 6G, which is another reason why we're going to tell you what is planned for 6G. So Internet of Things is the plan to have microchips embedded in every single physical object that's in your life. What I heard in 2017 was there would be microchips in your shoes and microchips in the sidewalk, and they would know that it's you walking on that sidewalk. Yes. Do you understand why we're going to Mobile World Congress?

You need to know about these things. And it seems like there's nobody else in the Christian world that's interested and reporting to the body of Christ about this. This is an anti-Christ beast system that's being constructed. You know, there's a lot of good things in it. It's not all bad. But there will be a day that the man that we call Antichrist is going to take control of all this technology and harness it for his purposes. And so that's why we're going to these conferences. That doesn't mean everybody at Mobile World Congress is evil.

I don't mean to say that at all. I'm just telling you that the direction and the speed that technology is going in, it won't be long until the world is totally interconnected and one single man could run the world. And it may not be a man. It might be an artificial global brain. And that may be where we're headed. I don't think people have thought about the antichrist system being an artificial intelligent global brain

But as I walked around on the convention floor, I was amazed. I was wide-eyed looking at all the technology, listening to the presentations. So I want to show you a short video of some robots that I saw in 2017. And then after we watch it, I'm going to show you where robots are at today. And Doc, you will see the second robot. You're going to see this this week in Barcelona. So let's first look at robots 2017 and mobile world. Okay, so, you know, today, 2024 kind of looks corny and goofy, doesn't it? Right. But that was amazing in 2017. Just six years ago.

Yes. So now let's watch a video of a Chinese designed and built robot, a humanoid, called CyberOne. CyberOne will be at Mobile World this week, Doc. The company is Xiaomi. And this is what Cyber One looks like. Cyber One, a humanoid robot, standing at 177 centimeters tall and weighing 52 kilograms. It's capable of recognizing 45 classifications of human emotions and 85 types of environmental sounds. Its curved OLED display module is integrated in its head.

It's also equipped with a full-range audio driver and sensor. Its depth sensing visual module and AI interaction camera are integrated in its neck which enables 3D reconstruction. CyberONE's body possesses 13 different joints with a total of 21 degrees of freedom. This allows it to maintain posture and balance during bipedal locomotion. It utilizes five types of joint actuators with a peak torque density of 96 Newton meters per kilogram and capable of delivering 300 Newton meters

of power. Cyber One's upper limbs support teaching by demonstration with gravity and friction compensation with a collision detection threshold of one Newton meter. Its lower limbs utilize a rigid flexible coupling bionic structure allowing it to reach a bipedal walking speed of up to 3.6 kilometers per hour. Doc, is that amazing? Technology has come so far.
