THE WHOLE PURPOSE IS ULTIMATELY TO CONTROL YOUR LIFE RIGHT UP TO THE POINT WHERE THE GLOBAL SOCIAL to control your life right up to the point where the global social credit system and all the financial aspects of it kick in. She sees it, she understands it, and she presents it well in this video. Yes. So we're going to start off here today. This is kind of the introduction where she lays it out, and you're going to think she's a regular contributor on True News because she's going to be saying things that Rick has been saying for 20 plus years. So let's kick things off. This is from an Irish news and information program called Iconoclast 101. And the host introduces Melissa Shemay, an Irish financial advisor, as she talks about the leading into this new global social credit system.

Melissa Shimei, welcome to the Iconoclasts one-to-one. Thanks for joining me today. Thanks for inviting me. You were on the Iconoclasts roundtable, and what you said had everybody pretty spellbound at the end of that, and we've had tremendous feedback from those who watched that show, and people really wanted to know more about what you were talking about and obviously the key message that you were you were giving was about the vaccine passports so what's going on they're not vaccine passports they are

data passports they are participation passportsports, but there's no medical reason behind these. If I had come to you two years ago and said, here's what the government want to do. They want to give everybody a chip. They want to put all your medical data and all your financial data onto that chip. That will be your complete ID and they can control you or shut you out of society from that.

Ideally, they'd like to put a quantum tattoo so that they can remotely medicate you. That sounds absolutely insane. That's the road that we are going down right now. This is about a financial reset because the fiat currency has failed like every other one has before and in order to keep the game going they need a new financial system. This is why everybody, no exceptions, has to get one of these passports. This is why there's the drive to get absolutely everybody vaccinated. It's for the new system. So what's this all been about then in terms of when they're calling it Covid and they're saying it's to keep people safe etc. So has it had nothing to do with that at all?

Nobody seems to be asking why. If you ask somebody, if you stand outside one of these bars and say, why are you using this passport? Nobody has an answer for why. It's certainly not a medical decision. It doesn't stop you from getting it. It doesn't stop you from passing it on. That has been, the CDC have come out with that,

Bill Gates have come out with that, Fauci has come out with that, Boris Johnson have come out, they've all come out and announced that. This clinical trial is nothing more than a treatment to reduce symptoms. At best, that's what it has the potential to do. So why would you need a passport to get into somewhere? You would think that that would be linked to transmission, so that if this, if taking part in this clinical trial stopped transmission, then there would be a logic behind that. But there's absolutely no data to support

that. It's not about anything medical. This is an economic decision, not a medical decision. Why do they have to reset? Like what's been going on behind the scenes or, you know, in the last, well, I know we obviously had a crash in 2008. So has it been since then? Is this what this is about? From 1971, we have been on a debt base. That's when the dollar came off. The dollar being the reserve currency came off the gold standard we entered into a debt-based economy that has collapsed under its own weight in 2019 um september there was a crisis in the repo market it got more and more difficult that could have been manipulated

there was liquidity pulled out but that's um that's a different story. So it's an interesting timing though isn't it? I mean September 2019 and then the next thing we know. Yeah you had the Bill Gates event who won after that. This is a banking crisis. Every fiat currency in history and there have been thousands have returned to zero. This is where we are with the pound and the dollar have already lost over 99% of their value. They're just going to eradicate the other 1%. This is why the money is being printed. The money is being printed so that the central banks can give it out to the hedge fund companies, asset management firms. They're buying up all the actual assets while we are

being paid to stay at home and say nothing. Look, Melissa Shumay is a very smart woman. She understands it. She perceives what's happening. And for these past two years, a lot of people have been focused either on the virus or the vaccine. Yes. She's telling us it's neither one. That it's economic. It's an economic system. It's the system that you should be focused on. They're destroying the old world. They're introducing a new world. Right. The virus, and we've said it many times here, the virus was made for the vaccine.

The vaccine came first. Then they made the virus. But the end game was not the virus or the vaccine. But a transformation of the global economic system. To have a way to transform the financial system, to push the world into this mark of the beast system. I think it's interesting. She brought out the liquidity crisis back in 2019. And we did a number of episodes of the Godcast

on the liquidity crisis, how much money was being pumped into it and everything. And then the timing of that, you have the timing, that was in the fall of 2019. And then what do we start seeing? We start seeing the reports of COVID popping up. And then there's a vaccine that we can start administering and start rolling out.

But it requires people to have a passport. And so all these things. Do you remember how much money the Fed was pumping into the markets in the fall of 2019? Billions a day. I mean, it was the numbers were astronomical. And we were sitting here saying this can't continue. This is out of this is an outer space. And then just what she said, it suddenly stopped, or at least the attention, the awareness of what they were doing with the financial market stopped. But then they started pumping money in through the stimulus payments too. Yes.

They introduced universal basic income. Right. And people were paid to sit home. And now they're complaining that people are sitting home and waiting for the money. They won't go back to work. But it was deliberate. And as you will hear in her presentation, she's saying these things are not by accident.

They're by design. They want your local business. They want your small to medium business to collapse. Yes. business. They want your small to medium business to collapse. They have no plan whatsoever to help your restaurant, your hardware shop, your repair

business. They don't want it to come back. Their plan is to shut you down. And think about it. The industries that grew over the past two years, the Amazons, the Walmarts, all these large corporations, they made money. They grew.

Zillions of dollars. Bezos was shooting rockets into space. He was like a kid playing while the rest of the world was suffering. He was playing with his toys. Yes. Because he became richer and richer as the businesses shut down. And we were forced to buy online because going to a store had become inconvenient, or the store didn't have the goods. So in this next one, she's going to talk about how the entire world will be forced to participate.

It has to. Yes. Every single person, including the children, Rick, and she makes a big point about this, that even the children have to be integrated into this new financial system. The entire world population. Now, there's only one other place

that you can read about that, and that is the book of the revelation of Jesus Christ, seen by Apostle John over 2,000 years ago in a vision while he was a prisoner on the Isle of Patmos. Yes. And God allowed him to see the last days and the second coming of Jesus Christ. And he saw a beast rise up from the sea. The sea represents humanity. Anytime in the Bible it talks about the sea, that's talking about humanity, all the populations of the world. The beast is not some kind of monster. The beast is the system, the governmental BEAST IS THE SYSTEM, THE GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEM, NOT JUST GOVERNMENT, BUT THE WHOLE SYSTEM OF FINANCE

AND CULTURE, AND INCLUDES GOVERNMENT. THAT'S THE BEAST. YES. AND IT RISES UP FROM THE SEA. AND, WELL, WE'RE NOT GOING TO GO INTO A BIBLE TEACHING TODAY ON THE BOOK OF THE REVELATION, BUT WHAT I'M SAYING IS, THE ONLY PLACE WHERE YOU CAN FIND WRITTEN A FORECAST, A PREDICTION, A PROPHECY ABOUT A WORLDWIDE SYSTEM THAT EVERY

HUMAN BEING ON THE PLANET WILL BE ORDERED TO PARTICIPATE IN IS THE HOLY BIBLE. RIGHT. AND IF YOU'VE NOT READ THE HOLY BIBLE, TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO START READING THE HOLY BIBLE. So let's watch this next segment of how she describes that every human, including the children, will be compelled to join the system. We are very close to this because of compliance. Everybody has to buy into this.

We have watched them move down, the propaganda move down the demographic. This started off with protect the vulnerable. Then it was down the age groups, pregnant women. Now it's children. Everybody, without exception, has to buy into this. This is the new financial system. Why do they need children? Children are earning, they're not, you know, so right now, why are

they after them right now? Well, they need to condition them and they still need to be part, right now children would still need to be part of the financial system. They also need the data from the children. We are moving into AI technology. Data is the new gold. Energy is the new currency. Data is the new gold. With the children, they have them from a young age, they can track their behaviors. AI is only as good as the information that goes into it. So if you are gathering all this data from the children, you can programme AI. Under the Obama administration, this last day in office,

there was a paper backed up by MIT that 83% of all jobs earning $20 or less will be automated away by 2030. The future is AI. They need the data for this. That's a tremendous number of people, surely. Mm-hm. So what's going to happen to them? Universal basic income. So they will be sitting at home getting a basic wage but they won't be able to actually

participate then is that what you're saying in terms of production in terms of actually leading. They won't be needed. They will not be needed. With the way Yn ymdrin â chynhyrchu, yn ymdrin â'r cyfnod arall o ddod i'r cyntaf. Nid ydynt am ei fod yn ei angen. Nid ydynt am ei fod yn ei angen. If we continue to comply, yes. The target is small to medium businesses because they account for 60% of all jobs and the target is the children. I don't know why anybody would let their child take part in this clinical trial.

They're of virtually no risk. There's more risk of them drowning. Even if it was 100% safe and there was long-term data done, why would you let your child participate? There is a push right now, as I say, it's moved down the demographic. The push is now for children. I know in the north, it's only just the vaccination for children only just started. Already 25%, just over 25% of 12 to 15 year olds have taken part. 56% of children aged 16 to 17 have taken part. They have to get them into the system. BILL MOYERS And that's the plan. JOHN HUTCHINSON Yes. Today I read in one of the Israeli newspapers that the Israeli government this week officially approved injecting these gene therapy drugs into infants. BILL MOYERS

Yes. JOHN HUTCHINSON Newborns. BILL MOYERS Right. And if it's happening in Israel today, it'll happen here tomorrow. DRUGS INTO INFANTS. YES. NEWBORNS. RIGHT. AND IF IT'S HAPPENING IN ISRAEL TODAY, IT WILL HAPPEN HERE TOMORROW BECAUSE ISRAEL IS THE GOLD STANDARD. REMEMBER, WE'RE TOLD. THERE'S ABOUT THREE TO SIX

MONTHS TIME DIFFERENCE. SO, YES, WE CAN SEE THAT NOW. THEY'RE GOING TO BE THERE, AND JUST LIKE MELISSA SHUMAYA IS SAYING, THEY'RE MOVING THE NEEDLE DOWN FUR down further, if you will. Now they've opened the door to infants. A year ago, if you would have said, let's inject all the infants, what would have been the response of people?

Well, there would be an outcry, people pulling their hair, you know, throwing their hands up in the air. But now, oh, okay. Sounds normal, doesn't it? Yeah, we should inject the infants. We should inject the little bitty babies and everything. And so we have become conditioned to all the new information. So each one of these things, each one of these new rollouts of injections, of gene therapy injections, the next booster, they're on fourth and fifth boosters now. Each one dumbs down the resistance just a little bit further.

Dr. And what does the conditioning produce? Compliance. Dr. Compliance. Dr. And in our next segment here, we're going to be talking about where she lays out the case. Why is all this happening? Why is this happening in the world around us? Why are we complying? Especially since there are no laws that say that you have to obey the mandates, and yet we follow the mandates. And she lays out the case of this, that there's the

possibility that we could push back on this if there were enough people that would stand up to the ignorance that's out there and start raising their voices. So she lays this case out in this next clip. Where is the psychology in all this? Why have we complied? Well, it's because we believe each step of the mandate. So this is Ms. Shumay again talking about how the mandates have led to this new compliance culture that we live in. What does the ordinary person in the street do? What does a small business owner do? We need some solutions here because obviously that is pretty dystopian. For a small to medium business owner, what they need to do is absolutely do not comply. Their threat is unlawful fines. Their business will be gone anyway.

They're under attack. These businesses have to be eradicated in order for the new system to come into place because they need you dependent on the state for social credits. So you're saying that even if they do comply now, essentially they're going to try and find another way to squeeze them out. Well, they have reduced their footfall. It started with nobody could participate in society.

Then it was if you comply, you can participate in society. Then it's going to be if you adopt central bank digital currency, you can participate in society. And then it's going to be social and carbon credits. So for these businesses, they could just decide to, I mean, I think it was after World War I, taxes were 90%. They can just go straight into their account and tax them 90%, whatever they want, they have complete control, but they want them gone because they want to eradicate any independence.

So they need to not comply. Those businesses, especially restaurants restaurants they're dependent they have a small profit margin they're dependent on football the government is dictating who their customer base is that they're they're telling them that it's unlawful which is that is not true it's a mandate to serve a particular portion of because a lot of people say you know the excuses so you're saying you know why why businesses participating or if you were sorry if you were to stand outside and ask them why you why have you implemented this then you know they will

say we have to it's the law so that's not that's not true no it's not the law it's not the law it will be not the law. It will be challenged. The challenges are being held back. But no, it's not the law. They are complying. Everything is based on compliance. These fines are not lawful. They're being challenged right now. But in the meantime, your business is being wiped out. They have subsidised these businesses in order to create a loyalty to the government rather than to the customer. They won't survive the other side. It's up to people to, for me, if a business puts out that you have to have a passport to enter the business. I'm not showing my papers. I know how this works in history. I am not showing my papers, I know how this works in history. I am

not showing my papers to enter a business because there's absolutely no reason for you to need to know my vaccine status for me to enter your business. It's not a medical decision and I know how it's going to work out economically. But particularly because it's been shown that it's not stopping transmission. She makes the case there there a good case there rick that this has nothing to do with transmission at all of course nothing at all to do with transmission if it was a case let's say it was the measles the measles okay you could actually make the case, okay, I don't want to transmit the measles, okay? You put some self-restrictions in place.

You know, I better not go out. I've got the measles or whatever. And people would know he's got the measles. I'll avoid them. But no, if you have the booster, you can still get COVID. You can still transmit it. Yes. And we're going to see later in today's program,

some hospitals now are actually, they have infected doctors and nurses. Vaccinated, but infected. Fully vaccinated and boosted and infected and yet serving in the hospitals. Yes. While healthy, unvaccinated people are sitting home fired. Yes. It has nothing to do about health. This is the current COVID clown world that we live in. Yes. The insanity is because these people are insane. They're insane because they serve Satan. I'm going to say it just the way it is. This thing is completely satanic. Yes.

I am not going to play nice about this. The leaders of this movement are satanic. They are building Lucifer's system. And it is time that Christian leaders stand up and say it. Say it. Speak it out and declare it. Shout it from the rooftops. The Great Reset is satanic. There's nothing good about it whatsoever.

It is satanic. And the Christians need to get ready. IT IS SATANIC. THERE'S NOTHING GOOD ABOUT IT WHATSOEVER. IT IS SATANIC. AND THE CHRISTIANS NEED TO GET READY. THEY NEED TO BE PREPARED, AND YOU NEED TO BE TELLING EVERYBODY CHRIST IS COMING BACK. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT'S GOING ON. I CAN EXPLAIN IT. IT'S HERE IN THE BIBLE. RIGHT, AND HERE YOU HAVE MELISSA CHEME, NOT APPROACHING THIS FROM A RELIGIOUS PERSPECTIVE, A CHRISTIAN PERSPECTIVE TO SAY THE LEAST. and excited right now right and here you have melissa shumay not approaching this from a religious perspective a christian perspective to say the least she sees it she gets it she understands it she understands there is nothing there is no law here there is no law that says you must do this this is all based on voluntary compliance yes people have volunteered to comply businesses in new york city have volunteered to become enforcers of vaccine mandates that have no PEOPLE HAVE VOLUNTEERED TO COMPLY. BUSINESSES IN NEW YORK CITY HAVE VOLUNTEERED TO BECOME ENFORCERS OF VACCINE MANDATES THAT HAVE NO LEGAL STANDING WHATEVER, WHATSOEVER. SHE UNDERSTANDS IT JUST FROM A SECULAR POINT OF VIEW.

BUT HOW MANY BELIEVERS OUT THERE, HOW MANY CHRISTIANS OUT THERE HAVE A FULL UNDERSTANDING? THEY'VE READ THE BOOK OF REVELATION. THEY'VE READ REVELATION 13. THEY KNOW WHAT'S COMING. AND YET THEY'RE LIKE, WELL, I WONDER WHEN THE MARK OF THE BEAST IS GOING TO GET HERE, RICK.

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE? DOC, I'VE GOT PEOPLE EMAILING ME, WATCHING THIS PROGRAM, SAYING, RICK, YOU'RE SO WRONG. THIS IS NOT THE MARK OF THE BEAST. YOU DON'T, YOU SHOULDN'T BE TEACHING THE BIBLE. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. WELL, WHAT DOES THE MARK OF THE BEAST LOOK LIKE? You shouldn't be teaching the Bible. You don't know what you're talking about. Well, what does the mark of the beast look like? Does it look kind of like this?

Because the evidence is really pointing to a global system where you can neither buy nor sell unless you have received the approval, the mark of the beast system. That's right. And that mark is something that will be injected in you. Right. In 2017, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the sale to the American public of tracking pills, pills, ingestible tracking devices that would be in a pill form. So don't tell me, you know, I don't want snobs in all these lefty propaganda outfits saying, this is all conspiracy theories. No, we know what the facts are.

Right. A member of our own team watched a presentation with the current CEO of Pfizer, by the way, in 2018, that told about these injectable pills, basically, that could track whether you've taken your medicine properly or not. If they can do that, what else can they do? You can easily go on the Internet. Google News will show you the stories from 2017. FDA approves tracking device pills to make sure, Doc, that you're taking your medicine correctly. That you've complied.

And the pill has a transmitter in it. Yes. That's sending messages to your doctor. Yes. What is that? That's a transmitter. Right. How can a message,

how can your body be sending a message if you don't have a transmitter in it? So don't tell me that these vaccines can't have transmitters in it. Because it's absolutely legal in the United States of America for pharmaceutical companies to insert transmitters in the pills. Right. So in this next segment, we're going to hear about how these tracking devices will become common in the days ahead. This is very, it goes back to when Doc and I were traveling the world in 2017, 18, 19, and early 20, going to tech conferences.

We were telling our audience what we were seeing and hearing at those conferences. And these tracking device medicines, pills, were a big item in some of the sessions that we attended. Some of the scariest stuff I saw years ago was Google Health, how Google was going to become Dr. Google. And that's what we talked about, Dr. Google. Google will have enormous influence in your health care. And regulating your health care and knowing all of your records is scary. And that was three or four years ago. And we were just learning it then, and Google had already been involved in it for a decade at that point.

Here's the next clip. We'll have more comments in a minute. We have right now, we have the Internet of Things. They want to move into the Internet of Bodies. The Internet of Things is so your watch connects with your phone your phone connects with your fridge your tv their system like everything they want it to be internet of bodies where you connect via in their words and in an ingestible a wearable or an injectable. This is their words. So that you connect to all of this.

This is all data that's available. Go and look at the WEF website. Scroll down, Fourth Industrial Revolution. They want to blur the line between human and technology robots. Hey, Hawgis. Obviously, the screen was frozen there human and technology robots. There you go. Okay, obviously the screen was frozen there for several minutes.

Do we want to replay it? I think it went out well. I think it was us internally here. Oh, okay. So everybody else saw it. For us here on our monitors, the screen was frozen. So go ahead, Doc. She was talking about the ingestibles and the wearables. Right. And that's the next evolution of this, because

where are we going to go with the mandates? Where are we going to go with the passports? The next logical evolution of this is it either becomes a wearable, but if it's wearable, that means you can take it off. You can lose it. It can be stolen. Well, then the next step beyond that has to be either ingestibles or injectables, one of the two. They have to have everyone integrated into this new global economy. They have to have everyone integrated into this, no exceptions. And you need to understand that this goes right along with what Revelation 13 says. No man, no one can buy or sell without the mark of beast. That means total compliance globally of the entire human race. Yes.

Doc, I've told this a number of times. When Doc and I were at the 2020 World Economic Forum in Davos, news had just started in early January about COVID, coronavirus, in China. And we were paying attention in Switzerland because the Chinese delegation was sick. But there was one session, we were there with White House credentials.

The Trump White House gave us credentials to go to Davos. Our badges said White House. He gave us credentials to go to Davos. Our badges said, White House. It didn't say True News Press. It said, White House. Clearly, anybody that looked at our badges knew that we were part of the White House delegation to Davos, to the World Economic Forum. It was, you know, a lot of sessions that we attended. They had general sessions where it was open to everybody, and then they had small rooms that could seat sometimes 30, sometimes up to 100 people.

There was one particular session that I wanted to attend. The title was, it was about the mobile phone industry and the global unique identifying number. Right. A global, a unique global identifying number for every human. When I attempted to go into the room, take my seat, I was prohibited. I tried to act like, oh, there must be, your scanner must have a glitch in it. Yeah, look here.

I'm at the White House. Sorry, Mr. Wiles, you're not granted access. Well, I'm here, I'm traveling with the White House. I want to attend this session. I'm sorry, Mr. Wiles, you do not have access. You didn't have enough credentials. I didn't have enough credits, did I? No. So they flat out refused. And it was obvious if I pushed any harder, I was going to get a security guard escort. That's something you don't want to happen to you inside Davos. They don't want anybody ruffling feathers and making a scene.

And so I had to just back away. But I knew there's something going on inside. Again, this was January, February of 2020, just as the pandemic was getting ready to break out. And I just, it's like, there's something going on inside that room. I have to hear it. I have to get in there. And it's huge. It's big. They're talking about every human being having a unique identifying number. The internet of bodies. Yes. Not just the internet of things, but the Internet of Bodies.

Now I understand why I couldn't get inside. Because I would have blabbed my mouth. And it wasn't time yet. It wasn't time. Because people wouldn't have accepted it then. Now they will be able to accept it. Well, they didn't want people to know the plan. For all we know doc they

were talking about the pandemic right that would have been was that about was that the 2018 trip no it was 2020. that was the 2020 trip yes wow that's what i'm saying that was just at the cusp but the rise of covet there yes wow they were getting ready to roll it out. No wonder we couldn't get inside to hear the plans. So look, this has been underway. The planning of this has been underway for decades. In fact, from Satan's point of view, it's been underway for thousands of years. He's had Freemasons and secret societies working on this for centuries. It's finally here, what some people call the new world order. Well, this is it.

This is what it looks like. Right. And it's ugly and it smells and it's nasty. And the Bible says it has teeth of iron and it will devour and it will make war against the saints. China has reportedly set up brutal, eerie looking quarantine camps as at least 20 million people are in restrictive lockdown weeks ahead of the Winter Olympics. So video posted to Twitter shows staff fully covered in white protective clothing standing near row upon row of small white cubicles lined up on the grounds of what appears to be a sports stadium.

Other footage claims to be from within one of the cell-like temporary buildings, with the occupants showing just a bare-framed bed and small, dirty-looking bathroom. Another clip going viral on Chinese social media shows staff, again, fully decked out in protective clothing, going around leaving trays of food on shelves outside of prefab units. One Twitter user claimed millions have been moved to the camps, mostly in Xi'an. Now, we're going to show you some of these particular clips

Keep that in mind.

They've tied financial leaders with the vaccine. We're using the Alipay platform, which has over 700 million active users in China, to provide much-needed education about disease and vaccinations. They're using a financial platform to educate people about vaccinations. Additionally, to help China reach its ambitious 2030 goals to reduce infant mortality, we are exploring the use of the platform for mobile payments to improve convenience in Chinese point of vaccination centers, as well as options for

installment payments that may reduce the financial burden for low-income families. All right, let's leave that on the screen because, Doc, this verifies what you and I talked about days ago when we did that two-part presentation on how the American financial services industry is working with the pharmaceutical companies and the mobile phone industry so that your financial accounts will be linked to a vaccine passport. Right. And it will all be on your mobile phone. Yes. And if you do not have the vaccine passport

or if your vaccinations aren't up to the level that they are demanding, they will be able to cut off your access to your bank account. Right. To your investment accounts, your checking and savings accounts, your credit cards. They'll simply cut it off. Your vaccine passport will be linked to your bank accounts. Right here, we see it. get around without showing your Alipay code. Propaganda-style banners remind everyone of the rules. Green code, travel freely. Red or yellow, report immediately. And so now they've tied in enforcement of the mandates. Because if you don't comply, guess what? Your information gets shared with the police. Yes. Your Alipay app on your phone is reporting your whereabouts to the local police department. That's the China way. And that's what they're introducing in the Western nations. Why? Because the upper class rulers of these nations like the USA and Canada and Great Britain, France,

Germany are working with the Chinese Communist Party. Right. They're working hand-in-hand with them to build this new world order. I've got two more things to show before we close up for today. The first one is from Bulgaria. And the Bulgarian people are standing up, and they're opposing the vaccine mandate and the vaccine passports. And so some very strong protests broke out in the Bulgarian capital yesterday.
