TRUNEWS with Rick Wiles - IRS Agents Deliver Devastating Evidence of Biden Criminal Activity
Episode Date: July 19, 2023In a pivotal House Oversight Committee hearing, two IRS whistleblowers launched severe allegations against high-ranking Justice Department and IRS officials, accusing them of sabotaging their comprehe...nsive investigation into Hunter Biden, President Biden's son, while favoring an unequal application of tax law for political purposes. These whistleblowers forcefully claimed that despite unearthing compelling evidence of Hunter Biden's criminal activities and recommending criminal charges, their efforts were systematically obstructed by officials, including a blockage of an inquiry linked to President Biden himself. The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
So help us God. Two IRS whistleblowers testified today about how a senior Justice Department
official and the agency's top prosecutor interfered with a years-long investigation
of President Biden's son, Hunter. The House Oversight Committee heard testimony from a
supervisory special agent and a 13-year veteran investigator,
both of whom worked on the Hunter Biden case and who accused the Department of Justice and the IRS
of unequal enforcement of tax law, political interference, government abuse,
and retaliation against employees who blow the whistle.
Joseph Ziegler, the lead IRS agent on the Biden case, said he provided prosecutors
with evidence that the younger Biden was using business deductions to cover a variety of personal
expenses, including college tuition for his children, payments to escorts,
and bills from stays at posh hotels. He said he recommended that prosecutors approve felony
and misdemeanor charges against Hunter Biden. But he says that the senior justice official
overseeing the investigation, Assistant Attorney General David Weiss,
pushed back against his recommendations and threw a wrench into the investigation.
Mr. Ziegler also accused the Department of Justice of giving preferential treatment to people connected to the White House.
He said IRS investigators were blocked from interviewing
Hunter Biden and that higher-ups at the FBI headquarters tipped off the White House and
the Secret Service to cancel an interview days before it was scheduled in December 2020. The two
agents say they uncovered a wide range of criminal activity by Biden, including evading taxes, illegally accepting campaign contributions,
and foreign lobbying activities.
One of the witnesses testified that he spotted references to Biden's father
in a July 2017 WhatsApp message sent by the younger Biden
to Chinese businessman Henry Zhao. But the Department
of Justice would not allow the investigators to pursue that allegation. Today's stunning testimony
before U.S. House Committee occurred while the Department of Justice prepares to arrest former President Donald Trump again, possibly as early as tomorrow.
Dr. Burkhardt is here to help me sort through and analyze and comment on these unbelievable news stories, plus a lot more.
Let's start with this headline published by The Washington Times. You see the headline, IRS agency, Justice Department brass, Nick's felony charges against Hunter Biden.
Doc's here with the details from The Washington Times.
As we were getting ready for the God cast today, we were, you know, saying how surreal the situation is.
And it is surreal, isn't it?
Yes. is and it is surreal isn't it yes doctor the testimony that was delivered today
was devastating it's still going I don't know if it stopped by now but I when I
walked out here about 30 minutes ago the testimony was still going on it's
devastating against the Bidens people should be demanding the immediate resignation of president joe biden
and his arrest and the arrest of his son and his brother but that would require a backbone rick and
yes and politicians have those surgically removed before they go to washington dc but what they're
the person who's going to be arrested is president. But the person who's going to be arrested is President Trump.
And the reason he's going to be arrested tomorrow
is because of today's testimony.
Yes.
They've got to change the headlines.
They've got to change the news headlines.
So tomorrow the headlines will be Donald Trump arrested.
And nobody will talk about Hunter Biden.
Nobody will talk about what was said today,
but the Republicans have got to stay on this,
and they've got to toughen up,
and they've got to demand criminal prosecution.
They have to threaten impeachment,
and they ought to be calling for Joe Biden's resignation right now.
They ought to be telling Attorney General Merrick Garland, we're going to give you 10 years free room and board in the John Mitchell suite.
Now, remind our audience who John Mitchell is.
He was the attorney general under Richard Nixon who went to prison in the Watergate scandal, which is minor compared to all this stuff.
Doc, I was, I don't know, 18, 19 years old back when that was going on.
It was the television channels did all day coverage every day.
It seemed like it went on forever.
I remember that. Just went on It seemed like it went on forever. I remember that.
Just went on and on and on and on forever.
You had to know every detail about the Nixon White House.
And for me, it was all three of our channels.
Yeah, that's what it means.
That's all you had.
That's what we had back then.
So it was around-the-clock coverage,
and Nixon was forced to resign.
What we're getting right now is just the opposite.
The former president of the United States is going to be arrested probably tomorrow or Friday.
Well, let's get into this. We've got some clips from the testimony.
And the testimony is still going on right now, but we have some highlights from that Washington Times article here. The federal prosecutors had agreed to bring felony tax charges against Hunter Biden,
but higher-ups at some point reduced those to two misdemeanors, an IRS special agent told Congress
today. The investigator, now revealed to be Joe Ziegler, said four prosecutors assigned to the
case had agreed on both felony and misdemeanor charges relating to
mr biden's tax returns for 2017 18 and 19 instead u.s attorney david weiss struck a plea deal
with mr biden that will see him admit to two misdemeanors in u.s district court in delaware
the agreement of course calls for no jail time because Democrats don't go to jail. So, Dr., the big surprise today, other than, you know, how grotesque that Biden corruption is, the big surprise was that the second whistleblower.
Agent X.
Yes.
Agent X, who was identified today as Mr. Ziegler, Joseph Ziegler.
He was the lead investigator at the IRS on this criminal investigation of Hunter Biden.
He self-identified himself today as a gay Democrat. homosexual democrat in the irs insisted that the law be enforced regardless of who
is being investigated and that things be done fairly right this is to his credit
and he what he said today is that he he is being vilified for being a traitor to gays and Democrats.
We've got this is the New York Post article you see right there.
Gay Democrat who wants to do what is right steps forward as the second IRS Hunter Biden whistleblower.
So IRS agent Joseph Ziegler stepped forward Wednesday as the second whistleblower,
alleging a cover up in the criminal investigation of President Biden's son, Hunter,
identifying himself as a gay Democrat who wanted to do what is right.
So Ziegler worked on the investigation since it opened in 2018.
2018, think about that, folks, five years,
and was joined by his supervisory agent, Gary Shapley,
who oversaw the probe since January 2020,
and that was at today's House Oversight Committee hearing.
Now, we've gathered a number of different items of the various testimony throughout the afternoon here.
Testimony is ongoing now, even as we're here on set, Rick.
And so we'll share a few of these. This is the first one we'll share with you is Joseph Ziegler's opening statement and where he identifies himself as a gay Democrat.
I've recently discovered that people are saying that I must be more credible because I'm a Democrat who happens to be married to a man.
I'm no more credible than this man sitting next to me due to my sexual orientation or my political beliefs.
The truth is, my credibility comes today from my job experience with the IRS and my intimate
knowledge of the agency's standards and procedures.
I was raised and have always strived to do what is right.
Although I do have my supporters, others have said that I am a traitor to the Democratic Party and that I am causing more division in our society.
I implore you to consider that if you were in my position with the facts as I have stated
them, ask yourself if you would be doing the exact same thing. I hope that I am an example
to other LGBTQ people out there who are questioning doing the right thing at the potential costs themselves and others.
We should always do the right thing, no matter how painful the process might be.
Good for him.
Good for him.
In his next clip, he talks about why the activity of Hunter Biden is a criminal felony.
And you'll follow along in this as he makes his case that Biden should,
if it's a felony, Hunter Biden should be in prison.
Right.
Instead of getting a little slap on the wrist for misdemeanors.
But he makes this case.
He said this is why Biden's activity is a felony crime.
Let's watch.
In the criminal tax manual, chapter 10, found on the DOJ website,
tax division policy states that cases involving individuals who fail to file tax returns or pay a tax, but who also
commit acts of evasion or obstruction should be charged as felonies to avoid an equitable
treatment.
In early August of 2022, federal prosecutors from the Department of Justice Tax Division
drafted a 99-page memorandum. In so, they were recommending for approval felony and misdemeanor charges for
the 2017, 18, and 19 tax years. That did not happen here, and I am not sure why.
Well, in our next clip here, Mr. Ziegler lays out the evidence as to why
these particular crimes were a felony here. Let's watch this.
As the special agent on this case,
I thought the felony charges were well supported. When considering the elements of felony tax case,
under the criminal code, there are two key considerations, willfulness and tax due and owing.
In the criminal context, willfulness is defined as voluntary intentional violation of a known legal duty. The tax loss is the monetary loss to
the government. In early 2020, Hunter Biden's unfiled and delinquent tax returns were being
prepared, which included his 2018 tax return. During the 2020 time period, by Hunter Biden's
own account, he was sober, newly married, and writing his memoir.
Hunter Biden's accountants requested that he sign a representation letter stating that all the
deductions were for business purposes and were being reported appropriately. Statements Hunter
Biden made in his book completely contradicted what he was deducting as business deductions
on his 2018 return. While writing his memoir, Hunter stated,
I holed up inside the Chateau for the first six weeks and learned how to cook crack.
Hunter Biden allegedly falsely claimed business deductions for payments made to the Chateau
Marmont, a hotel room for his supposed drug dealer, sex club memberships, falsely referenced on the wire as a
golf membership, hotels he was blacklisted from, and a Columbia University tuition payment
for his adult daughter. All of these items were used to support the willfulness element for felony
tax evasion. These false deductions claimed by Hunter Biden caused a false return to be prepared
that underreported his total income by approximately $267,000 and a loss to the U.S.
Treasury of $106,000. Now, for those of you who've never had a direct encounter with the IRS,
let me just say to you, it is not a lot of fun because they have you haul in every receipt of everything that you've done.
And they'll do it for years and years back.
And if you're off by any, they'll slap a fine on you and they'll threaten you with jail time.
And if it's severe enough and they figure out that you were intentionally trying to cheat the IRS tax code.
They'll throw the book at you.
Unless your name is Biden.
Right.
And you're a Democrat.
But this was the case in this situation.
Well, speaking of Democrats, Maryland Democrat Congressman Raskin,
always to the rescue of a fellow Democrat and throwing in.
He's just throwing in anything.
You know, he's just throwing dust up in the air, trying to divert everybody's attention and get people to talk about something else.
Anything except the Biden criminal crime family.
Let's watch. It seems to me that a lot of your testimony has
been about the problem of prosecutorial discretion and the traditional tug of war between investigators
who characteristically want to charge as many offenses as they've come across and prosecutors
who are more attuned to the rigors of the courtroom and
the complexity of forensic evidence.
And I admit, as a former state assistant attorney general, I see it more from the prosecutor's
standpoint than the investigator's standpoint.
But Mr. Shapley, would you concede that there are lots of crimes that are identified by
investigators that are not actually charged by prosecutors routinely.
I'll give you an example.
In the recent indictment of Donald Trump for retaining government documents that he unlawfully took,
according to the indictment. He was charged only with possessing those documents that were
recovered after the August 2022 search warrant, but he had hundreds of documents that were
recovered before that, 15 boxes that were recovered in January and then after the grand jury subpoena
in June, but the prosecutors decided not to charge any of those as offenses. They said they were going to take the most egregious offenses and charge those.
Is that unfamiliar to you, that kind of decision by a prosecutor?
So I can't speak to anything related to the Trump investigation.
Well, he does go on to explain why, to Representative Jamie Raskin there, why this is a felony. So he spells it out here in
this next clip. If there's any ambiguity, it's got to go to U.S. Attorney Weiss, Donald Trump's
handpicked U.S. Attorney for Delaware. I yield back, Mr. Chairman. Gentleman yields back and
now recognize Chairman Smith. Can I say something real quick on that? I have two things that I
wanted to bring up. So there are a lot of different tax cases out there that include misdemeanors and felonies. And there's a lot of reasons why we charge the felony. We might charge the misdemeanor. But I want to be clear on this, that when you have a felony charge with a misdemeanor, that you have to charge the felony. And in this case, they did not charge that felony.
And then there's one more point to this.
We had a meeting with all four assigned prosecutors.
When you say you have to charge the felony,
that is a Department of Justice rule, you're saying?
That is in their manual that you have to charge the felony
in order to avoid inequitable treatment of taxpayers.
No, but you're saying whether or not the evidence supports it?
That is a part of that is in that analysis is whether the evidence, but that goes back to the point of that if the certain deductions that were taken, the certain deductions that were taken on the tax return, that's for you guys to decide whether the felony was there or not.
But the point is, is that we're bringing-
That's for the U.S. attorney to decide.
And I'm afraid we're not going to be able to investigate every tax case in America.
Gentleman's time has expired.
Ned.
We know the answer.
Yes.
He was given special treatment.
And will continue to get special treatment.
And he will continue.
And Donald Trump will be arrested tomorrow or on Friday.
And they'll probably arrest him on a fourth one and a fifth one and a sixth one.
They might as well go for 10.
I mean, they're not going to stop.
The Democrats have no shame.
Nothing embarrasses them.
There's no shame at all.
It's all about power.
It's about crushing their opponents. There's's about crushing their opponents there's no more fair
elections there's no more fair campaigns if you win if somehow you manage to win
your life's going to be destroyed right because they won't let up they're not going to let up
what they what they're doing to president trump is the template for what they will do to
every republican president or every republican candidate for president who gets the nomination
it's what it's the template of what they will do to every republican governor
every republican senator until there's nobody left standing. Right. They have a template now.
Fake investigations.
Fake dossiers.
Dossiers with fake allegations in it.
Fake warrants.
Fake warrants.
Fake testimony before secret courts. Yes.
Fake evidence entered into the congressional record.
News media giving fake news reports.
This is the template now.
Until the opponent is so beat up and battered down that he or she can't stand anymore.
That's the template.
And so they destroy that person's name and reputation,
business, income, everything.
So that person is completely destroyed.
This is the way the Democrats are operating now.
I can't believe anybody wants to run for president right now.
I don't want to run for mosquito control board. mean that that's how difficult it is now considering politics yeah i would just hear
just say let the mosquitoes just let them run i mean let them win now i mean why would you run
why would you submit yourself to any of this eventually it will get down to the local office right now they're going after
national candidates but eventually they'll the next level will be state and then it will get
down to the local level it'll take them about 10 years but there'll be no opposition you have
one party and you know why it works works. It does work. It's working
right now.
They're caught
and they don't care.
They're caught.
They don't
care. They don't care that
half the country knows that they're crooks.
They don't care.
Because if you come after them, they're coming after
you.
That's their attitude. Their attitude is we got the guns and the badges and we're coming for you
jesse james is now the sheriff and if you accuse him of bank robbery you're going to be indicted for bank robbery
that's the new rules now in the united states of america
we're going to go on um we got a couple more from the testimony this next one is uh
uh congresswoman is it congresswoman brown yes um democrat from Ohio. She had to throw in racial politics
that this is all about race.
This is about that black people
are arrested more than white people. And they're targeted more by the
IRS than whites. Again, another effort by Democrats
to just throw dust up in the air, get people
confused and talking about nonsense. Here's Congresswoman Brown. I mean, what if we talked
about the other unspoken two-tier justice system in this country? The one where people of color
are subject to a deliberately harsher system at every turn from policing to prison to
parole. In this country a black person is five times more likely to be stopped
without due cause than a white person and black defendants are 25% more likely
to be held pretrial. Meanwhile twice-indicted former president is out campaigning around the
country and didn't even have to post bail. Yet hundreds of thousands of Americans sit behind
bars waiting for their day in court. These are the types of lived experiences we should be
addressing in this oversight committee. This is the real two-tiered
justice system, and it's the justice system Democrats are trying to fix after four years
of Donald Trump's misuse. Congressional Republicans, however, are working to make these
inequalities worse through their efforts to defund the IRS and other democratic priorities included in the
Inflation Reduction Act. So since my colleagues claim to want stricter IRS enforcement, you would
think we would at least agree on giving the IRS its proper funding. So let me conclude by asking
a simple question, Mr. Shapley, yes or no? Do you know the rate at which black taxpayers are audited
as compared to taxpayers who are not black? No, I don't know. Well, the answer is black
taxpayers are audited at 2.9 to 4.7 times the rate of non-black taxpayers. Another question
for you, sir. Yes or no? Will this hearing help alleviate the racial disparity in the rates of the IRS audits?
No. Thank you. And with that, I will yield the balance of my time to the ranking measure.
Typical technique of a communist.
Yeah. Bringing race, division, class, and so it just it's just par for the
course okay so now we're going to go to nbc news and their report that donald trump is going to be
arrested special counsel target letter to trump in 2020 election probe cites three federal statutes
so according to the nbc report most likely President Trump will be charged tomorrow or Friday with violating three federal laws that are going to send him to prison on top of the other laws that claim he is broken.
We've got some of the information from the NBC report.
Right. got some uh some of the information from the nbc report right so as we reported yesterday former
president donald trump received a target letter from special counsel jack smith informing him
that he is a federal election investigation target due to his efforts to overturn the 2020
u.s presidential election that's according to nbc the letter cited three federal statutes related
to conspiracy to defraud the U.S., deprivation of
rights, and tampering with a witness. Mr. Trump believes he will be indicted for a third time due
in part to an effort by President Biden and his administration to target him. Now,
the three specific federal statutes that they are accusing Mr. Trump of violating,
this is the first one, from United States Code 18 at 371.
Conspiracy to defraud the U.S. when two or more people conspire either to commit any offense
against the U.S. or to defraud the U.S. or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose.
So what was this conspiracy to defraud the United States of America?
I would say that they're going to be targeting the challenging election results.
And how is that fraud?
If you're accusing someone of fraud, how can you be charged with fraud?
This is topsy-turvy world, Rick, and that applies.
What's the next one?
The next one is 18 18 united states code 242
deprivation of rights under collar of law so this says it makes it a crime for a person acting under
collar of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the constitution
or laws of the united states so what's going to be the argument in this accusation?
By challenging the election results, removing the rights of that individual to participate in the election process.
And so I'm sure they'll stack other things on top of that.
One more is from the same U.S. Code, but 1512, tampering with witness.
Prohibits tampering with witnesses, victims, or informants in a legal case with an intent to obstruct justice.
It makes it a crime to engage in actions such as intimidation, retaliation, or bribery to hinder the communication of information or cooperation with law enforcement or the judicial
system and what's the what's the penalty well together each one of these the maximum sentence
for one count of each would be over 26 years in prison and so and even if they only get on
the lowest one it's a minimum of four years in federal prison. To keep him out of the presidential race.
Yes.
And that's the whole point.
That's what it's about.
I think they're going to go for another one, whether they do it tomorrow or the next time somebody's giving testimony in Congress about the Biden crime family.
Because they seem to time these things.
Whenever there's something breaking about the Bidens, President Trump gets arrested.
Talk about wag the dog.
There is a pattern.
Right.
Every time something comes out about the Bidens, President Trump gets arrested.
And the media lap dogs just lap it up, don't they?
Well, of course, they're part of the criminal operation.
But whether they charge President Trump tomorrow or later, I think there's going to be a fourth one, and that is insurrection.
Do you think they'll really go that far with it?
Yes.
They will charge him with inciting an insurrection. And according to the U.S. Constitution,
the, was it the 14th Amendment?
I believe so.
That was passed after the Civil War.
Anybody who participated in the Civil War
on behalf of the Confederate States
is prohibited from holding public office,
even a federal job.
Right.
And which is why Cyrus Schofield committed perjury.
That's another story.
When he swore that he never participated in the Civil War, he lied.
Ah, yes.
Yeah, because he was a soldier for Tennessee.
And when he became a district attorney for
Kansas, he swore that he didn't participate in insurrection.
Six months later, he had to resign.
Anyhow, they're going to use this Civil War
claim against President Trump.
They're going to say you incited an insurrection
and therefore you are prohibited from being,
you can't hold any office.
You can't even think about it.
Okay.
That's the one that they,
that's the one that they really want to get him on
because he's forever banned.
But as I said yesterday, I think they're in game.
I mean, if they could cause the man to have a heart attack or stroke and die from stress, they'd be happy with that.
But what they really are going for is a plea bargain where Donald Trump agrees with the Justice Department and the other states, New York and
Georgia and so forth. They agree, we will not put you in prison
and we will not strip your wealth from you if you agree that you will never run for public office again. You will never tweet again.
You will never even share your thoughts publicly again.
We'll let you alone.
That's the bargain they're going to offer him.
A bargain I don't see him taking by any stretch of the imagination.
Don't rule it out.
Don't rule it out.
Don't rule it out.
He's also a very practical man.
He is.
What does he have left of his billion-dollar empire?
What's left?
They may cut a deal with him. No more tax investigations of your business.
We're not coming after you on anything else.
You can just go sit on the golf course all day long.
You just can't tweet about politics.
Don't rule out that he won't take the deal.
If you were facing 500 years in prison,
what would you do?
Well, that'd be a serious matter of conscience there, wouldn't it?
Yeah.
And practicality.
You're right about that.
All right.
Well, they're not just going after President Trump.
They're going after his supporters.
So in Michigan, their attorney general arrested 16,
look at this Detroit News headline, 16 false Trump electors.
And they are facing felony charges in Michigan.
First of all, they weren't false.
They were alternates.
That's the first thing.
Yes.
So Attorney General Dana Nessel is leveling felony charges weren't false they were alternates that's the first thing yes so um so attorney general dana
nessel is leveling felony charges against 16 republicans who signed a certificate what they're
saying falsely stating that donald trump won michigan's 2020 presidential election
launching criminal cases against top political figures inside the state gop so each of the 16
electors remember this from the the Detroit News reporting this,
including former Michigan Republican Party co-chairwoman Michonne Maddock and Shelby Township
Clerk Stan Grott, have been charged with eight felony counts, including forgery and conspiracy
to commit election law forgery. That's according to Nessel's office. As part of the push to undermine President Biden's
victory, Trump supporters gathered inside the then-Michigan Republican Party headquarters on
December 14, 2020, and signed a certificate claiming to cast the state's 16 electoral votes
for Donald Trump. Now, each of the 16 electors is charged with eight felonies. So each one
are charged with eight felonies, two each one are charged with eight felonies.
Two counts of election law forgery, two counts of forgery, and one count each of uttering and publishing,
conspiracy to commit forgery, conspiracy to commit election law forgery, and conspiracy to commit forgery.
I never heard of that.
There it is right there.
I've never heard of this before.
Uttering and publishing.
Yes.
That's a crime in Michigan.
So if I ever visit Michigan,
I want to make sure I never utter or publish.
Utter or publish.
Because you can go to prison in Michigan
if you utter or publish.
Now, it just so happens that that's one of the ones with the steepest penalties.
Conspiracy to commit forgery and conspiracy to commit uttering and publishing both carry the steepest penalties,
both punishable up to 14 years in prison and $10,000 fine.
Wait a minute, Doc.
The Michigan Attorney General Nessel believes in conspiracy theories?
Well, yes.
That's what it says.
But not conspiracy theories.
To her, it's a conspiracy fact.
No.
No.
She's going to argue a conspiracy theory.
This is her theory.
And she's going to put people in prison based on her conspiracy theory.
I've made this claim for years
that people go to prison every week
on conspiracy theories. That prosecutors go into court
and convince a jury to convict someone based on the
prosecutor's conspiracy theory. That this person was
conspiring to commit a crime and you have to
believe the prosecutor's conspiracy theory because if the crime hasn't been committed
it's only a conspiracy so people go to prison on conspiracy theories
you follow where i'm at on this okay so it's only conspiracy theories are only bad
when somebody's telling the truth about the powerful then it's bad but if you if you're
trying to put somebody in prison then a conspiracy theory is okay that's the way it works the bottom
line is they're going to send these republicans in michigan to prison
for 14 years or longer most of these people were in their late 60s early 70s their lives are
destroyed now and what does that do to anyone that ever speaks up about elections in the state
of michigan in the future you're not going to do it. Right. Because they know the authority in prison.
The Communist Party will come after you.
If you say, if you utter and publish, if you utter and publish your belief that the Communist Democrat Party committed election fraud, they're coming after you because you uttered and published it.
That's the crime.
What are you in here for? Uttering.
Think about it. That's what they're going to do to these people.
This is my question.
These Republicans who said, OK okay we're alternative electors we don't believe that
the electors that are going to the electoral college convention we don't believe that they
are legal to go there because biden cheated in michigan we're the rightful electors. Okay?
Do you know how many presidential elections we've had in the history of this country
where that happened?
And the Congress
had to decide who was the President of the United States?
I don't know. Oh yeah, go back.
Back in the 1800s,
there were four
presidential elections that
the U.S. Congress had to decide.
They were competing delegations of electors.
If you did it the way the Democrats operate now,
they were just arrested of the other ones back in the 1800s.
So what does this do?
Shadow governments. hundreds so what does this do shadow governments in great britain they have a shadow government you have the elected government and then you have a shadow government and the shadow government is
the party out of power right and they have a shadow everything a shadow prime minister shadow
defense minister they got a shadow defense minister. They've got a shadow, everybody.
Are they committing a crime?
Are they committing a crime by pretending to be the government?
How about governments in exile?
Well, in most of those cases, the government in power would arrest them.
But typically, we treat governments in exile as heroes.
Right.
I mean, Taiwan was a government in exile.
They fled the mainland when Mao Zedong took over the mainland, the Communist Party,
Shanghai Shek went to Taiwan.
So they were a government in exile.
And the Chinese Communist Party today, they still say that.
That's an illegal government.
What about mock trials?
Those are common. They're common. They have a mock trials. Those are common.
They're common.
They have a mock trial.
So now in Michigan, are you going to be arrested
if you have a mock trial?
You're pretending to be a judge
and a jury.
You're under arrest.
You uttered and published.
You had a mock trial.
What about student councils
that pretend that they're the
congress or the state legislature no like boys state or uh boys nation you're gonna put them in
jail they're going to jail now well if you're going to use this as the measuring stick then
yeah you'd have to throw them all in jail well that's just this was the argument I'd be making if I was a defender, if I was the attorney representing these Republicans.
Well, what we're going to eventually find out is that in
Michigan, there was a lot of cheating that went on. And there are
already reports coming out about Pennsylvania, but let's not forget
one of the most explosive videos that came out early on
in the last election
regarding the blatant cheating that was going on up in Michigan.
This is a little clip of a reminder of what happened up in Michigan election night.
This was posted by DC Drano on Twitter.
But yeah, as Doc said, it's an outrageous example of corruption as vans were driving into the government office buildings in Detroit at 3 a.m. unloading boxes of ballots.
Right.
The polls had closed at 7 or 8 p.m.
At 3 a.m., the ballots were still coming in.
So here's the video.
This is inside the TCF Center.
Now, the local media said that this never happened.
Patty actually called me on November 4th.
She was inside the TCF, and she said,
Jim, you won't believe it.
I just heard that a van dropped off,
boxes of ballots in the middle of the night.
And she was working inside the TCF that morning.
So we put in a request to get this video. It took months.
And we got this at Gateway Pond.
And we put this up on our site.
We tweeted about it.
And that's when we lost our Twitter account, by the way, by putting up this video.
There's a lead car, an escort car that
comes in. You can see here each time he adds something to the people inside. And then this
van drives in and they actually came in twice. Now, we had local media, one of the top reporters
there. I'm not going to mention his name. He said that this never he was there all night there was no fraud nothing happened so now we have the
video of that but you don't have your Twitter account that's right don't don't
believe your lying eyes so let's go to Great Britain because this this
censorship is across the world in the Western world i mean we know it's in china it's a communist
party right we know it's in any country that's run by communists so why are we not calling this
censorship in the west communism it is communism even though the people who are doing it will not say that they're communists, but their actions are communistic.
So, you know, the old thing, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck.
What is it?
It's a duck.
Probably a duck.
OK, so if you if you walk like a communist, talk like a communist, act like a communist, you're probably a communist.
And communists shut down free speech.
They crush dissent.
They outlaw opposition.
So one of the most deplorable and outrageous things that's being used a weapon is shutting down people's bank
accounts this happened here in the u.s and it's been happening for years and the last four or
five years in the u.s people have been talking about it so in great britain nigel farage the man
who led the brexit campaign they're getting even They're getting even with him for Brexit.
And Coots Bank kicked him out.
And I don't know, seven or ten other major banks in Great Britain have denied his application for a bank account.
Based upon the Coots report.
Yes.
How did they get it?
How did they get the report?
How did the other banks get the report?
Coutts Bank gave it to them. Why?
Why would they give it to them?
Because they have an agenda.
Nigel Farage...
But if you just went over to another bank,
if you just went over and put an application in another bank
and didn't say anything about Coutts,
how would they get the report?
The reason is, you know, because it's a tight little circle.
Right.
All right.
There's a blacklist.
If you're on that blacklist, you're done.
You're finished and whether that blacklist is on the dark web i don't know how
what secret internet site these people use but i'm convinced that they have a dark web site
that they put the names and addresses of every enemy of the communist party is placed there so that you take so they banks credit
card companies uh tech companies whatever they check they check that list to see if you're on
that list so mr farage has been kicked out of banks yes leading politician in great britain should be prime minister so this is what the
london times uh said today he uh he is comparing it this being debanked he says this is this is
the same as chinese style social credit system right and now he's getting some growing support uh from members of the back bench
in parliament as well but the london times article went on to say the bank's dossier cited his
retweet of a rick and gervais joke about trans women and his friendship with novak devore
joe kovic the seven-time wimbledon winner who refused to be vaccinated against covid so
i'm sorry i'm interrupting you so he because of a retweet of a joke by a comedian
and about being friends with a person who refused to be vaccinated
with the fake vaccine right he lost his bank account the banks are monitoring your personal behavior and then they labeled him
xenophobic and racist this is a bank a bank labeled him xenophobic and racist
he said i think that the march of woke corporatism needs to be checked and if it is not then we will
finish up with a chinese style social credit system only those with acceptable views will be able to participate fully in society
i am effectively debanked how do i pay my gas bill what have i done wrong i haven't broken the law
i happen to have an opinion on issues that are more popular outside the M25 than they are in inner London postcodes.
Meaning he's popular in the countryside of Great Britain.
But not in the city.
Not downtown London.
So we have a couple of clips from Nigel Farage speaking about this situation.
Here's the first one.
But now we get into what this report's really all about.
One, it is accepted that no criminal convictions have resulted.
Gosh, they sound disappointed, don't they?
Commentary and behaviors that do not align with the bank's purpose and values have been demonstrated.
So the bank has a series of values. The bank has a series
of political positions. And as for purpose, well, I thought the purpose of companies was to act
ethically, yes, of course, but to return to their shareholders dividends. And in this case, folks, do you know who the shareholders are?
It's you and me.
This bank is part of the RBS group.
It's 38.6% owned by us because we bailed them out in 2008
after their greed and short-sighted stupidity.
We are the shareholders, but they're more bothered,
they're more bothered about putting up rainbow flags and being popular at dinner parties in Chelsea than they are about actually making money. Specifically on ESG, diversity and inclusion, the comments and articles are not in line with our views or our purpose.
That word purpose coming back again.
I go on.
He is seen as xenophobic and racist.
Oh, charming.
That's nice, isn't it?
That really is lovely.
Thank you so very much indeed for that.
And here's the final one. In making the decision, risk factors, including accusations of links to Russia and controversial public statements, which are felt to conflict with the bank's purpose.
So let's be clear. The decision to get rid of me wasn't financial. It was done because somehow I don't fit with their values. They were bailed out by us.
They have a duty to run at a profit as a commercial business.
But no, they are to be the moral guardians of all.
And that's because the march through the public and private corporate sectors
of left-wing institutions who want to change the way the world is,
organizations like Stonewall, has led us exactly To where we are
Doc you made an
Interesting point that
The British government bought out
The bank's stock
When they bailed out the bank
Right so the UK government owns
About 40% of Coote's bank
That was as a result of
The 2008 financial crisis
I thought he said it was more
I thought I heard him say 86 percent.
I thought it was 38.6.
Is that what he said?
OK, maybe I misheard what he said.
I could be wrong.
But the point is they are a substantial stockholder.
Right.
Where the 38 or 80.
I mean, so is the bank management making their own decisions or are they implementing the policies of their stockholders well well not
the policy well of their primary stockholder you mean the uh uk yes that's what i'm saying
so you got the politicians uh crying on tv in britain saying this was terrible what they're
doing the farage but behind the scenes they're telling the bank CEO, do it. Get rid of him.
What happened to the good old days where a bank was in business to make money?
I mean, really, that's, I mean, when you start a bank, it's the purpose of it is to.
You don't need to make money when you can be bailed out.
That's a good point.
I mean, they should have been shut down.
They should have bailed out.
They should have been debanked.
Instead, they're still running a bank when they ran it in the hole.
They ran the bank into the ground.
And they had to get a government bailout.
Why are they still there?
So wouldn't that be a fascist bank
that would be a fascist bank it would be doc first bank of fascism in the uk we got another
from um uh nigel and he's uh he's saying hey we're we're on the verge of uh a chinese social
credit system here in great britain watch and i guess it's not just Coots. Because I've been
refused by 10 other banks. I will not get a UK bank account. That is done, dusted over. Mercifully,
in the modern world, there are fintech solutions where I can receive and pay money. I won't be
doing interest on that money. I won't be able to borrow money. It won't be a full bank account, but I will be able to exist and survive.
So is this all about me? No.
Since I broke this story, the number of people who've been in touch with me who've been summarily closed down by the banks,
because the banks don't have to give any explanation.
There's something called the tipping off rule, which means they don't have to tell you, for example, if the police are investigating your affairs. I'm not sure they've ever been challenged fully publicly over closure of bank accounts the
way that I've done. The number of people running little businesses, window cleaners, taking cash,
no, we don't want your business anymore as we move towards a cashless control society. Worst of all
is this. Above our banks are a series of international agencies the biggest of them be
a firm being called refinitive okay banks go to that firm to see what our credit worthiness is
whether we are an acceptable risk to lend money to for example now i don't blame the banks for
protecting themselves but refinitive are now going to work with banks so they'll be able
to check your social media posts. What has happened to me can very soon happen to you.
And if it does, we start to move towards a China-style social credit system where our
freedoms are gone, our liberty is gone, our ability to exist as ordinary human beings is gone
unless we obey the accepted wisdom of the day.
This is completely against free speech, completely against liberty, completely against democracy.
Doc, there's never been anything like this.
Never anything like this.
There have been movements like this
on a local level, on a national level
where a dictator has taken power
and shut down free speech and political dissent
in a country but never an attempt
to do it to the whole world
this regime
and it's not an American, it's not one it is a satanic regime yes i'm glad you brought
that it is satanic and the russians know that they're fighting it for the russians it's actually
gone to bullets right i mean it's at the shooting stage. They know this thing is evil. It's wicked.
It hasn't reached that stage yet in America and Western countries because most of the people are thinking, well, at some point we're going to come to our senses and stop it.
No, if you don't resist it, these people will never stop. They'll put you in prison like Donald Trump.
They'll put you in prison like the 16 Republican electors in Michigan.
There's no end to it.
You speak out, you go to prison.
They'll take away your law license like Lin Wood.
Like Lin Wood.
He had to agree he would never practice law again in any state.
Was that done by a court?
A government agency?
No.
The Georgia Bar.
Right.
They enforced the political correctness.
Now it's going down into country music.
And the big controversy this week is a new song by Jason Aldean.
Try that in a small town.
I think that's the title of it.
Yeah, try that in a small town. And he is catching flack from the left all over.
CMT has banned the video.
Right.
I've got, let's play, let's do number 35 first. It's just a small clip of the song,
and then we'll show you what's being said about him. We'll be right back. I'll act a fool if you like. Cuss out a cop spitting his face.
Stomp on a flag and light it up.
Yeah, you think you're tough.
Well, try that in a small town.
See how far you make it down the road.
Around here we take care of our own. cross that line it won't take long for you to find
that i recommend you don't try that in a small town
they're they're they're trying to de-platform jason aldean he said cmt has banned the song
uh the controversy is actually helping him the song has gone to number one right just like uh
the rapper i forget his name the one that did the song about uh target they they tried to suppress
that song and it went to number one on on billboard in the rap category they so they're
having trouble suppressing these things right now um nbc today's show did a hit piece on jason aldean
and this is this is the trash that they put out j Jason Aldean, the country superstar, is speaking out after CMT pulled the music video for his recent single off the air on Monday.
The track is called Try That in a Small Town.
Controversy igniting over the song, which has been out since May, with critics saying the lyrics call to an anti-Black Lives Matter and pro-gun message. The track describes protests, violence, and upheaval in cities,
while Alvin sings that people performing those actions
would not pass in a small town.
And the music video depicts news footage
from protests and surveillance video of robberies
projected onto a courthouse in Tennessee.
So yesterday, Jason responded in a lengthy statement on Twitter,
writing, in part,
I have been accused of releasing a pro-lynching song.
These references are not only meritless, but dangerous.
The singer continuing, try that in a small town for me, refers to the feeling of a community that I had growing up,
where we took care of our neighbors, regardless of differences of background or belief.
We should note, according to a press release, Jason is not credited as a writer for the song. He just started a nationwide tour expected
to run through October.
They didn't write that song, Doc. They wanted to make sure they got that in there. They
didn't write that song. They're going to try to destroy his career.
No, they don't need communist music television.
There are a lot of alternatives now.
There are different pathways to get the content that you want.
But they'll try to do everything that they can to keep that message from getting out.
They didn't like the fact that he was showing clips of the riots
because they don't want to talk about
the riots right they want to talk about january 6th but they don't want to talk about burning down
target up in minnesota they don't want to talk about that what they really don't want to talk
about is law-abiding people getting fed up with it right that's what try that in a small town
yeah try that in a small town what's the message that in a small town. What's the message there? You'll get, you know what, kicked out of you.
Right.
That middle America has got a voice now, and they're rising up.
The next one came from Jerusalem.
A Catholic abbot went down to the Western Wall, the the wailing wall whatever you want to call it
in jerusalem and he's wearing a cross he's a catholic abbot that's what he does for a living
that's what he does that's his uniform as his uniform he was stopped by Jewish authorities in order to remove the cross.
This is a Jerusalem Post.
Yes.
Today, Catholic abbot told to cover cross at Western Wall.
So, according to the Jerusalem Post, the abbot of the Dormition Abbey in Jerusalem,
Nicodemus Schnabel, was asked by workers at the Western Wall to cover the cross he was wearing around his
neck. Now, in response to the request, Schnabel defended the importance of the cross as part of
his Roman Catholic abbot dress code, stating that it was not a provocation but an expression of his
faith. The incident occurred amidst a rise in anti-Christian attacks in Jerusalem, including
reports of spitting on Christian tourists and clergymen and vandalization of Christian sites.
A wonderful place to go. You can go as a Christian
tourist and the Jews will spit on you.
Hey, go over to Jordan. I think we
need to organize another Holy Land
trip. Hand out uh cross
necklaces to everybody before we go to western wall the jordanians would they'll they're delighted
for you to wear a cross they're not they're not offended by the cross they're very happy but
the jews are offended by the cross um but we've got a video this was uh this was recorded while
this incident happened. Let's watch.
For everyone, from any religion,
but it's really big and it's inappropriate for this place.
Okay?
That's an official place.
You need to respect it.
Can you please put it inside?
Okay, this is very harsh. I'm respecting your religion.
No, you're not respecting our religion.
Can you please stop taking pictures?
You're not respecting.
You're hindering me from my human right to...
No, this is not provocation. I'm an abbot.
This is my dress. This is how I'm dressed.
I didn't tell you to do something with your dress code.
I told you to do something with your cross.
The cross is part of my dress code.
I'm a Roman Catholic abbot.
This is how I dress.
So you want from me that I am not dressed as my faith tells me how I should dress.
Yeah, this is reality.
The Antichrist spirit, Doc, is becoming so strong and obvious now. They hate Jesus. They hate the cross and they would have got gotten away with it if it hadn't been on video the Western Wall Heritage Foundation tried to walk it
back later in the day and apparently they said this was a new policy and the
young lady didn't understand all the nuances of it no they hate Jesus and
they hate the cross so they're to stop at any opportunity they can.
The only thing that caused it to go on today is they caught it on video.
That's the reason why.
Hey, we're over our time limit, but there are two really important stories I want you to see.
I'll save the other news for tomorrow.
Guys, in control room, let's go down to number 53, RT.com.
And Vladimir Putin backed out of going to the BRICS summit next month, which will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, because there's an arrest warrant out for him because he's opposing the regime.
Right.
And if you oppose the regime, you get arrested.
So there's an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin.
And South Africa is a member of BRICS
and actually an ally of Russia,
but they are also a signatory
to the International criminal court treaty
and so today uh the vatican i mean the vatican the kremlin announced that vladimir putin will not
physically go to south africa he will participate uh by video right in the event so that's that's
a big event um the next one that i want you to see, also from RT, this is ominous.
Number 56, Russian military issues maritime warning for the Black Sea.
Doc, this is big.
Yes.
So according to RT, the Russian military has issued a renewed maritime warning for the Black Sea
with the announcement stating, now listen to this, that all foreign military ships trying to approach Ukrainian ports
would be treated as potentially carrying weaponry and pose a danger to Russia's national security.
Now this warning comes as certain areas in international waters have been declared temporarily unsafe for navigation
and vessels have been advised against attempting to reach those Ukrainian ports.
The move effectively reimposes a naval blockade on Ukraine,
and this action taken is, of course, in response to Ukraine's attack on the Crimean Bridge
and the termination of the grain deals earlier this month.
So the military has stated that they will take all necessary steps to defend
their territory. And they also accused Ukraine and its allies of provocation, yet another
escalation of ongoing tensions in the region. Listen to this quote from this article. And this
is the issue that the military put out. With the termination of the Black Sea Initiative and the abolition of the Maritime
Humanitarian Corridor from midnight Moscow time on July 20, 2023, all ships en route to Ukrainian
ports in the Black Sea will be considered potential carriers of military cargo. It went on to say in
that article, the flag state of a ship attempting to reach the Ukrainian Black Sea ports will be deemed as taking part in the Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Kiev regime.
That's coming from the Russian Defense Ministry.
So in real plain language, Doc, what does it mean?
We're going to start blowing boats out of the water if you start coming in here so basically that's their lake now it's the russian lake okay so uh
was it yesterday or the day before uh you had a uh u.s military retired i don't know if it's a
retired uh military commander who said uh nato is probably going to have to escort ships
to Odessa.
And now the Russians have said,
try it.
Any ship that we think is carrying military weapons,
what they're saying, we're going to sink it.
World War I started with the sinking of a ship.
The Lusitania.
The Lusitania.
Because the British were smuggling weapons and ammo on a passenger ship.
And the Germans blew it up.
And that started World War I.
Wouldn't it?
I mean, for...
Well, it didn't start.
It didn't make...
I mean, the assassination of the Archduke, you know, is the official one.
But I guess the sinking of the Lusitania is what brought the United States into World War I.
I think that's probably the better way of stating it.
The war had already started.
Right.
But the sinking of the Lusitaniaania the war fever got going in the united
states and they said we got it we have to enter the war uh we're in world war three
it just hasn't caught up with us yet it hasn't caught up here because we're still locking up
political opponents and we're still doing drag dances in front of children and nothing's changed.
Just wait until a ship is sunk.
Everybody's going to perk up and realize
we're in World War III.
And now the Russians have officially said,
we've given you legal notice.
That's what this is today, legal notice.
Don't come near the ports of Ukraine.
You're taking part in the war against our troops.
And we will consider you an enemy combatant.
And we're going to sink your ships. So now,
NATO has to decide, do they
back down or do they go for it?
What are they going to do, Doc?
Well, based on their previous behavior, they'll probably try to go for it.
Then NATO ships are going to get sunk.
And then the fight is really on.
That's where we're at, folks.
You need Jesus.
You need Jesus if you're not saved,
if you've never been born again,
if you haven't been baptized,
you need to get it done.
Repent of your sins.
Call upon the name of Jesus Christ to save save your soul believe on his name as the savior
of the world and ask your heavenly father to forgive you of all your sins and to write your
name in the book of life and to save you for eternity and then find a pastor who will baptize you in water in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
The actual biblically correct words would be to baptize into the name.
Yes.
Baptize into the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Get it done. Get it done.
Get it done.
Things are heating up.
And this war could go red hot any day.
So grace of God that it has not gone nuclear yet.
Why?
Because God has souls he wants to win.
He's got souls he wants to bring into the kingdom.
Satan wants people to die in an inferno.
Satan will laugh with glee as hundreds of millions of souls burn up in a nuclear war.
He'll be laughing with glee.
Why?
Because they'll never be born again.
They'll never have an opportunity to be saved.
Because when they go up, if they're not saved at the time they are vaporized in a nuclear war,
they're never going to be saved.
Yes.
That's what this is all about, folks.
This is about souls.
Get it done.
Get it done.
We'll be back here tomorrow, God willing.
We love you.
See you tomorrow.
