News media outlets claim the FBI is investigating the attacks, but there's no evidence the bureau is doing anything to catch the culprits. Meanwhile, barricades were erected around the U.S. Supreme Court building last week, and a man was arrested for plotting to assassinate U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

The U.S. Supreme Court's 2022 term will close in late June or early July. It is rumored that the nine judges have already fled their homes in the Washington, D.C. area and have headed to safe places. Why? To escape the violence that is expected to erupt from leftist radicals when the court rules that states can regulate the abortion industry. While the Biden administration and Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer, and Adam Schiff are determined to imprison members of Oath Keepers for their participation in the January 6th riot. Federal law enforcement agencies appear to have no interest in preventing a real insurrection from happening when the Supreme Court's decision is announced. Dr. Burkhardt and I have plenty of news to share with you today. So we'll start with the Washington Post article this afternoon that with the Supreme Court abortion ruling pending, protesters

rally and wait outside the court. So this is a both pro-life and pro-death protesters today at the Supreme Court building on the outside of the barricades. So we're such a democracy these days, Doc, that all of our democratic institutions have barricades around them. Either walls or fences. And it's to prevent the Democrats from killing Supreme Court justices. Now, the pictures that you're seeing there on the screen are the pro-death side that is putting up there. But then again, you see the sign right there in the middle, Rick.

America is not a Christian nation. And that could cut both ways, couldn't it? It sure can. It's actually a statement of fact right now in 2022. So this rumor that the Supreme Court justices have fled Washington, D.C., they've quietly gotten out of town. They're hiding. That's the world we now live in.

When have you ever heard of justices fleeing before their decisions are announced? In fact, up until now, the custom has always been the justices read. They're physically in the court. They read their decisions. There's an audience. There are people there to observe the justices announcing their decisions. Now it's so dangerous that they just release their decisions online. And run.

And run. And we're promoting democracy around the world. We don't have a democratic system in our own country right now because the left says if you don't do it our way we'll kill you we'll burn the building down we'll assassinate the judges so it's a very dangerous time and yet while this is going on you have this this circus cancus, Kangaroo Court, meeting every day at the Capitol to talk about what happened January 6, 2020. But a real insurrection is underway right now. And none of them are talking about it.

Of course not, because the Democrats want this to happen. They refuse to provide security for the judges. The Democrats blocked a bill to provide security to the judges' homes. They want something to happen to the judges. They'd be quite happy to have vacancies on the Supreme Court. And if that means that somebody goes crazy and kills a judge or two, the Democrats are quite happy with that. That's right. Is there an insurrection underway?

Well, look at this sign. This is on the streets of Washington, D.C., the nation's capital, a D.C. call to action for a night of rage. The night the SCOTUS overturned, Supreme Court overturns Roe versus Wade, hit the streets, you said you'd riot, and they quote Jane's Revenge,

the radical group that's out there threatening terrorist activities to our oppressors. If abortions aren't safe, you're not either. Well, abortions aren't safe. Millions of babies have died every time there was an abortion. Yes. They're not safe. They're not safe if you're an innocent child in a womb.

And you know they're not safe. You know it's taking a life. No matter who you are, you know it. But Doc, in recent weeks, the pro-death people have come out of hiding who they really are. They're covering themselves in blood. They're ripping

doll babies apart. They're telling everybody, we kill babies. And we're proud of it. And we're proud of it. We'll celebrate it. It's demonic. It has nothing to do with politics. It's demonic. These people are demon

possessed. This is a satanic uprising in the country. This is not a political uprising. It is a satanic uprising. And you need to understand this. This is a direct challenge to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Yes, that's right. Because the gospel promises life. You know, the seedbed of American democracy

in this republic is based on basically Christian principles. But it expected there to be Christians living here in order to maintain the morality necessary in order for the republic to stand.

We were supposed to be a self-governing republic. Instead now, we have descended down into basic raw democracy, where the crowd and the mob determines what's right and what's wrong. The mob out there, and there will be a mob when the ruling comes down, will say, we want death. We want it. And they will carry out death that night. I think everybody, you need to be braced for what's going

to happen. I don't think these people are just blowing smoke I think they're really serious about rioting when the Supreme Court decision is announced which Could possibly be this Thursday the next The next release of court decisions will be Thursday. This will continue For probably another two weeks up until the end of June. Well, I would say maybe another 10 days to the end of June, the first few days of July. But Thursday, this Thursday will be the earliest that the next decision will be announced. There was a major decision released today. We'll talk about it in a minute. But going back to Jane's Revenge.

So they're putting these posters up in D.C. today saying we're gonna riot. Yes. And they're actually giving you a time. 8 p.m. 8 p.m., the rioting starts at 8 p.m. We'll show you, this is number three. So this is, we got this from the anarchist library.

I didn't know that anarchists have a library. They do. So this actually. You would think that they would burn it down since it's a library. So Jane's Revenge, Night of Rage, an autonomous call to action againstarchal Supremacy. Yes. Now, this particular website, Anarchist Library, they do reposts of restricted blogs and email chains and things like that.

You and I can't get a subscription to Jane's Revenge newsletter or blog, but Anarchist Library reposted, and they reposted this, what the plans are for the night of rage. And they actually give instructions on what they expect of people the night the ruling comes down. This is number four for control. Consider this your call to action, they say. On the night the final ruling is issued, a specific date we cannot yet predict, but we know is arriving imminently. We're asking for courageous hearts to come out after dark.

Whoever you are and wherever you are, we're asking for you to do what you can to make your anger known. We have selected a time of 8 p.m. for actions nationwide to begin, but know that this is a general guideline. There may be other considerations involved in planning time and place.

But the key phrase in there, Rick, and just this particular call to action, make your anger known. Yes, at 8 p.m. So 8 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central, 8 p.m. Mountain, 8 p.m. Central, 8 p.m. Mountain, 8 p.m. Pacific, that there would be waves of violence across the country at 8 p.m. in your respective time zone. Jane's Revenge has already said that pro-life centers will be attacked. They said that the infrastructure

of the pro-life movement would be attacked. Well, that would include churches, it would include companies that are pro-life, it would include people. Christian media? Christian media and individual Christians who are outspoken supporters of unborn babies. Now if you haven't been outspoken about it don't think you're off the list because any church will be a target.

Remember once again this isn't a political issue. This is a spiritual issue. Not even a religious issue. This is a spiritual issue. This is a spiritual issue. Not even a religious issue. This is a spiritual issue. This is a fight between good and evil. It is. And you can't put this down with politics. It has to be brought down with the Word of God and the blood of Christ.

We're in a battle with wickedness. And I hope, I mean, you hope that these people are just blow guts and they're just making threats. I don't believe they are, Rick. I don't either. I think they're very serious. Because J's Revenge is tied to Antifa. Yes. And they've already proven, you know, if it's after dark, you can burn things down. That's right.

And it's not a terrorist activity. That's right. Because the Attorney General says so. We've already seen in the past two or three weeks over 50 pro-life centers have been firebombed or vandalized or attacked. So they've already started the violence. They're promising to ratchet it up seriously on the day that the Supreme Court decision is announced. Now, does this turn into a purge? Would they go that far? Do they have a

hit list of Christians they plan to kill? Is it that developed? We don't know, but you should be prepared for it. You should be prepared for worst case scenario. Worst case scenario is they have a hit list in every city of Christian leaders to kill. That's the worst case scenario. And it's Jane's Revenge goes out on the front line. Antifa and Black Lives Matter are going to be right behind them.

They're going to take advantage of the situation as well. And so this is an organized activity. This isn't something that they've just said, you know what, I think we'll riot tonight. No, they're planning this. And just as, and this is the way it'll be framed. The politicians say, well, they're just venting their anger. Well, you know, if I'm angry, I'm not allowed to go and bust somebody's windshield out. I'm not allowed to set fire to somebody's building if I'm a little angry. Well, the Trump supporters on January 6th

were venting their anger. Yes. Then why are we having hearings? Why are 800 people locked up in jail? They were just venting their anger. So that story doesn't work. It works for the left. It works for the left, but not for the right.

Not for the right. You mentioned a Supreme Court ruling earlier today, and this might give us a little bit of a guideline as to where the decision might be falling. I think we pretty much understand that Roe v. Wade will be overturned. But today, the Supreme Court ruled that Maine tuition, that the state of Maine has a tuition program, and it's been violating the First Amendment for excluding religious schools. In Maine, there are a lot of people that live remotely and they aren't able to go to public schools. And so they reimburse residents for education of their children.

Up to this point, they have not been able to use those payments to go to like a Christian school or Catholic school. Supreme Court is saying, no, you have to equal protection, equal access for everyone. So you can't discriminate based on a Christian faith. Good decision. This opens up the door now. Many states in this country, conservative states, will now offer tuition assistance to Christians for schools, Christian schools, and for homeschooling.

Right. It's a big decision. I think Florida will be one of the first states that will join. You'll see other states, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, and of course the whole South. We'll start offering tuition assistance to Christian families.

But you had, there was a, the people who took over introduced a new language. Yes. Newspeak. And within 50 years, all old words had been eliminated. And all new words had been introduced. Where are we at right now?

It's like we're moving in that direction, and the main character in that book, he says several times he remembered old speak words, and they would come to his mind, but then he would have to adapt to new speak. Well, what's 50 years from 1984? That would be 2034, and so we're coming up on it. Well, then we're almost to the point of the eradication of the old language. Now, the Navy is training its members to create a safe space by using proper gender pronouns

in a new instructional video modeled after a children's show. So they're treating you like children, treating our military members like children. The official training video is meant to emphasize the importance of using correct pronouns as well as polite etiquette when you may not be sure of someone's pronouns, according to the Navy,

which late last month published the video online. The Defense Visual Information Distribution Service touts the video as an official U.S. Navy video posted by Air Force Staff Sergeant John Venucci. We're going to show you this video, and it's kind of tough to get through. I know it's like a nine-minute video. How much were you showing here? About three minutes here. Okay. Hi, my name is Johnny,. Okay. So, all right.

Hi, my name is Johnny and I use he, him pronouns. Hi, and I am Conchi and I use she, her pronouns. And we're here to talk about pronouns. What is a pronoun? A pronoun is how we identify ourselves apart from our name and it's also how people refer to us in conversations. Using the right pronouns is a really simple way to affirm someone's identity. It is a signal of acceptance and respect. If it's a signal of acceptance and respect how do we go about creating a safe space for everybody? That's a good question. A

really good way to do that is to use inclusive language. Instead of saying something like hey guys you can hey everyone, or hey team. Yeah, and now that you say that, another way that we could show that we're allies and that we accept everybody is to maybe include our pronouns in our emails, or like we just did, introduce ourselves using our pronouns. But what would I do if I misgender someone?

I think the first thing to recognize is that it's not the end of the world. You correct yourself and move on, or you accept the correction and move on. The most important thing I can tell you is do not put the burden of making you feel good about your mistake on the person that you just misgendered. Oh thank you for telling me that. Yeah, and another tip for you to remember their pronoun next time, it's in your mind, kind of go through a progression of three good things about the person using their pronoun.

So let's say the person chooses to use day, then you will in your mind go, they have a nice shirt. They have a nice smile. They are really smart. So that kind of sticks in your brain. That is so helpful. I want to know what would I do if I want to know someone's gender identity or pronouns. The most important thing is do not pressure anybody into giving you their pronouns. Some people may be going

through the process of discovery and they are not ready yet to tell you what their pronouns are and that's okay. So I should just lead with my pronouns and they may follow or not and if they don't then I can just continue to use gender-neutral language. Yes, exactly. Just to share something with you that happened the other day at a QCAT I was at, we were talking about pronouns and somebody was disagreeing with how different people see themselves as different pronouns and the argument was if you look like a female then it's she her because that's what's normal and if you make me call you something else then you're infringing on my rights.

And I was really taken aback by the comment and I really wasn't sure how to respond and the only thing I could really think quickly to say was, it's not about you at all and it's mostly and ultimately about respect. It is about respect. That's an important point to make. And I think you did the right thing. I think it's important to keep it short and simple. What I would have said to help them understand better is to talk about mispronouncing names.

For example, my name is Johnny, spelled J-O-N-Y. And it's normal for someone to pronounce my name like Joanie, but if I were to tell you over and over again, my name is Johnny, and you insist on mispronouncing my name, I would feel disrespected by you. Some names are very difficult to pronounce, but do you know what is very easy to pronounce? She he they. Numbers of the US Navy are compelled to watch this insane

garbage. What do you think the Russian military leaders are saying as they look at this stuff? They're going to say, man we could take them. Easily. We can crush them. They don't know if they're he, she, it, or they. If they can't figure that part out, how are they going to shoot at us? The United States of America, there is an insurrection in this country.

It is an insurrection led by radical sexual perverts. Yes. The country has been overthrown by radical sexual perverts. And until the American people, the ones who are still sane, figure this out and get a grip on reality and say, we have been taken over by an underground network of sex perverts. actually forcing us to lie. They're changing the definition of truth. So why is Stu Varney doing it? Well, money, because Fox Business said, you want to keep your job? You're going to do this interview. But he knows it's wrong.

He knows it's wrong. Yes. But for the money. And he knows it's not the truth. For the salary, he'll do it. And he's just counting the days to his retirement so he can get out of there and say, I'm not going to do that anymore.

We've gone beyond that. We've gone so far into a reprobate mind that there is no coming back to normalcy. And the thing is, these videos like you just saw there, that's being shown to soldiers, sailors, and airmen. They're in a position where they have to follow the order

or they have to leave the military or they get court-martialed. Well then, let's have an insurrection in the military. How about real men stand up inside the military and say, no, we're not going to do it. Just do it.

Something might happen to you. That's true. But you know what else might happen? The other side might get frightened and run away. That's true. Because they've never been challenged. They've never been challenged. It's time to challenge them.

If there's a drag queen in your public school, every father in the town should encircle that school. You should let them know, get him out of there. Get that pervert out of that school or we're coming in. You've got to take a stand. These people, these perverts that are going to school, they're worse than school shooters. They're soul shooters. Yes.

They're shooting the souls of the innocent little children. And parents are allowing this to happen. No, they're celebrating. I know it's gone to the point now you've got parents celebrating it. But if you know it's wrong, why is your child in that school? Get your child out of that school. They're destroying the minds of the children. Not only the minds, they're defiling their souls. Yes.

And God is not going to let this country continue. When you get to the point that you're defiling the souls of innocent children, Jesus said, you cause a child to stumble, it would be better for you that a millstone be hung around your neck and you be dropped into the sea. Well, how about a whole country dropped into the sea? Because that's where we're headed. The entire nation will be dropped into the sea because we're defiling these little children.

All right, let's go on to, well, while we're talking about school soul shooters, we'll talk about school shooters. And this Uvalde school shooting story just gets worse week by week so KVUE television and the Austin American newspaper published the first photographs from inside the Uvalde school showing armed police officers standing outside of the classroom afraid to go in. And that's essentially it. We'll have more on this as we go through the story. Well they didn't know the school

shooter's pronoun. They didn't want to offend him by mispronouncing his pronoun. I mean, isn't that the mindset, really? Yes. Isn't that the priority now? What's the priority, the pronoun? Yes. I guess they were trying to find out what pronoun this guy wanted to be called. How about dead?

On Monday, KVUE and news partners at Austin American Statesman exclusively obtained surveillance footage from inside Robb Elementary on the day of the May 24th shooting. Now, this footage shows that multiple officers were inside the building with rifles and at least one ballistic shield

19 minutes after the gunman arrived. They didn't enter the classroom. The shooter was inside for nearly another hour. Now, investigators believe this will prove to be a significant development as it indicates they had more than enough firepower and protection to enter that classroom before they actually did. Now, authorities have since developed their most extensive timeline yet since the shooting, in which an 18-year-old armed with an AR-15 walked into the building, killing 19 students and two teachers. Much of this new information is expected to be presented at a Texas Senate hearing on Tuesday,

which it was today, the first of two consecutive days at the Capitol where members of the public can address lawmakers. The May 24th response by law enforcement has been under heavy scrutiny after the Texas DPS revealed that officers waited more than 70 minutes to confront the shooter, even as trapped students called 911 for help. According to the latest timeline, officers ultimately breached the classroom at 1250. The shooter entered at 1133 a.m. And we're going to show you that image first from, this is the one that they released earlier from KVUE and the Austin American Statesman. You see there in the image, Rick, of course, at least a couple officers there armed with weapons, and then another one with a ballistic shield there in the

hallway leading up to the classroom. Another image that has been leaked out today is one that this is from Jack Posobiec's Twitter feed shows multiple weapons, multiple ballistic shields and so and this is in the hallway of the school. Now, this particular image is time-stamped at 12.04 p.m., which is about a half hour after the shooter initially entered the school. These particular officers were ordered to stand down by Police Chief Pete Arredondo in this particular image here. But he was not a police chief.

He was the head of security for the school system. He's not a police chief. Where's the sheriff in this story? That's a great question. And when the Texas State Patrol showed up, why wasn't authority handed over to them at that point? Why didn't someone step up and say, listen, Chief, we better take over here at this point? Now, there's all sorts of accusations flying back and forth that you can't do that, that it has to be handed over to the police. Yes, but the sheriff is the one who is in charge. I agree.

Not the school security chief. Now, KVUE. Excuse me. I didn't mean to interrupt you. If we had a full-time security chief here, a director of security, and there's a shooter here, a director of security. Right. And there's a shooter here. And there's a bunch of cops outside. Who's in charge? Is it our employed security director or is it the county sheriff? I would say the county sheriff in any situation. That's right. Where

is the county sheriff in this sheriff in Uvalde County? Where is he? You haven't heard anything from him. I haven't heard a word about man, woman, I don't know what pronoun to use. That's right. You don't know because that's more important than this. What we know is that 19 children were shot while all these cops stood in the school and listened to the gunshots and the screams.

I don't get it look none of us know how we'd act and that kind of but I'm gonna tell you I know what I would do if I knew somebody was shooting children whether I had a gun or a shield or not I'm gonna risk my life. I know that, Doc. I would risk my life. I would know going in. I may be shot and killed, but it may allow the children to escape. What does Jesus say about laying down your life? There's no greater love than to lay down a life for a friend. But all these cops wouldn't risk their lives for these children.

How do they sleep at night? And remember in the initial reports we were told, well, we're waiting on equipment, we're waiting for this, we're waiting for that. We see they had ballistic shields. They were waiting for a key to unlock the door, and the door was unlocked. Right. And so the doors can't be locked from the inside. No school in America allows you to lock the doors from the inside, or the students would lock the teachers out, right?

Of course. I used to do that. No, I didn't do that. I locked them in the closet. KVUE and Austin American Statesmen have been hot on this story from the very beginning, and they have not been letting up at all. We have a short clip here from KVUE laying out the timeline. Now, this timeline has changed how many times now? Five, six times. This is the latest timeline and KVUE lays it out for us here. Marks four weeks since 19 students and two teachers were murdered inside of Robb Elementary

School in Uvalde, Texas. And this photo obtained by KVUE News and the Austin American Statesman is giving us a closer look at the police response that's been under so much scrutiny. KVU senior reporter Tony Pilhatsky joins us now tonight. And Tony, we want to preface all of this by saying to viewers that the details you're about to tell us are very hard to hear, but that this photo is our first look inside the school on May 24th. And it's so significant because it really broadens our understanding of what happened and the police response that terrible day. The main headline to come out of this is that we now know that police officers had rifles as well as at least one ballistic vest within about 19 minutes after first arriving at that school. You can see in this photograph

that an officer to the left had that high-powered weapon and that the officer on the right had a ballistic shield. The timing is important. This is at 11.52 in the morning, 19 minutes after the gunman entered the school. But keep in mind, this is based on a new calculation and a new timeline that I was able to review today. It took another 58 minutes before officers eventually stormed the classroom. I want to walk you through this new timeline. This is according to investigators that they have put together. The gunman got to Robb Elementary School at 11.28 a.m., crashing his grandmother's truck outside and exiting with a rifle and a bag full of ammunition. They say he fired shots at witnesses nearby. At 11.30 a.m., police got their first 911 call about the crash and shots fired.

Just two minutes later, that's when the killer hopped a fence at the school and shoots at the building. One minute later, 11.33 a.m., he entered the school through an unlocked door unobstructed. At 11.44 a.m., Uvalde City Police and school district police officers started taking gunfire and moved back to get cover. After this, law enforcement sources tell us that teens on the ground were making calls saying send all the firepower you can. And this is, of course, where this photograph fits in. 11-52, you can see it there on your screen. We see officers standing in the hallway at that elementary school,

apparently trying to figure out what to do next. But again, it was not until 58 minutes, two minutes shy of an hour at 1250 p.m. that U.S. Border Patrol tactical teams arrive before making an entry and killing the gunman. So this is just a lot of new information. And I have to be honest with you, it's a lot to make sense of mentally and emotionally, frankly. So it was another hour from when we saw that initial ballistic shield before the U.S. Border Patrol, which we learned two weeks ago, went in on their own because they were so fed up with no action by any of the other law enforcement. And some of those Border Patrol agents had children there.

Right. And they arrived on the scene to rescue their children. Right. Which was a good thing as fathers, but again, they rescued their children and they didn't rescue the other children. So a lot of the fault now is being landed on Arredondo and all of this. The school district super cop. And city council member. Right. Yeah. How that works out. And so now, as we mentioned earlier, the Texas State Senate right now is conducting hearings today

and tomorrow about this whole situation, about the tragedy of it. And DPS Director Steve McCraw, who initially, if you remember back, that day or two afterwards, was very supportive of Arradondo and everybody coming together and everything. Today, Mr. McCraw did not hold back his thoughts regarding the lack of leadership in Mr. Arradondo. He was fed

false information. Right. So here's DPS Director Steve McCraw speaking from the Texas State Senate this afternoon. Pelling evidence that the law enforcement response to the attack at Rob Elementary was an abject failure and antithetical to everything we've learned over the last two decades since the Columbine massacre. Three minutes after the subject entered the West Building, there were a sufficient number of armed officers wearing body armor to isolate, distract, and neutralize the subject. The only thing stopping a hallway of dedicated officers from entering Room 111 and 112 was the on-scene commander, who decided to place the lives of officers before the lives of

children. The officers had weapons. The children had none. The officers had body armor, the children had none. The officers had training, the subject had none. One hour, 14 minutes and 8 seconds. That's how long the children waited and the teachers waited in rooms 111 to be rescued. And while they waited, the on-seat commander waited for radio and rifles.

Then he waited for shields. Then he waited for SWAT. Lastly, he waited for a key that was never needed. The post-call-of-mind doctrine is clear and compelling and unambiguous. Stop the killing, stop the dying. You can't do the former unless you do, you can't do the latter unless you do the former. A powerful statement today by DPS Texas, DPS Director Steve McCraw. Doc, it almost appears like the school security guard wanted the killing to take place.

That's a strong statement, but how else can you explain his behavior? It's like he held back. Every decision he made was in favor of the shooter. And for the DPS Director to come out and say, we could have solved this situation in three minutes.

Three minutes. We had sufficient police personnel present to resolve this particular situation in three minutes' time. He can't just casually say that. As the DPS director, he can't just say, well, I'll pick a number out of the air, three minutes. No, he's talked to a lot of people. He's weighed all the information before he puts that out there. Three minutes, not one hour, 48 minutes and 17 seconds.

And one thing he's learned in this situation is not to accept information from the security chief of the school because he was misled to start with. I'm talking about the DPS. He was misled by the school security chief from the beginning. He doesn't trust that guy now. So now he's outspoken.

Those words, the officers had guns, but the children didn't. The officers had guns, but the children didn't. The officers had shields, the children didn't. I mean, that's such a stunning statement there. But you know what, Rick? There's still one person I would like to hear from, just one person. And why no news outlet has interviewed this person or talked to this person or asked any questions of this person is where was the security guard for that school and what was he doing he went awol he was off campus we're told what was

he doing was he sitting over getting a sandwich at mcdonald's was he watching porn on his phone who was his boss who was his periodondo well he should be asked why did you allow this guy to leave? I'm telling you, there's something here. Something's not right. He allowed it to happen. And we need to find out. Because there's no logic in the decisions that were made. The door was open.

The door that went in from the exterior, from the outside, into the school. That door was propped open. Well, first we were told it was pro was open. Come on. There's a lot of things in this story that don't make sense. And I would also like to see the sheriff interviewed. There's another invisible player in this. I've got some information regarding the mass murder carried out by the pharmaceutical companies, the genocide that they've been carrying out

for the past year worldwide using these fake vaccines, COVID-19 vaccines, which are just genocidal drugs to euthanize a vast population of humans. So this report, and it's crossroads, and Doc, I don't remember the woman. I wanted to give her credit, the writer of this. She's an independent journalist. I'll let you dig it up. But she examined the documents that Lincoln National Life Insurance Company filed with the state of Indiana. And it shows that they paid out 163% more for death benefits in 2021 than the previous year. Right. This report followed by Margaret Minj.

As you can see there in the headline, fifth largest insurance company, Lincoln National, in the U.S. paid out 163% more for deaths of working people ages 18 to 64 in 2021. Total claims and benefits are up $6 billion. Now the company is citing non-pandemic related morbidity and unusual claims adjustments. Non-pandemic, that means the virus, the COVID

virus did not kill these people, but the COVID vaccine did. Something else did, maybe not the virus, but something else did. So five months after breaking the story of the CEO of One America Insurance Company saying deaths among working people ages 18 to 64 were up 40% in the third quarter of 2021, I can report that a much larger life insurance company,

Lincoln National, reported 163% increase in death benefits paid out under its group life insurance policies in 2021. Now, Margaret Menge goes on to say here, the annual statements for Lincoln National Life Insurance Company show that the company paid out in death benefits under group life insurance policies a little over $500 million in 2019, $548 million in 2020, and a stunning $1.4 billion in 2021. That's tripling the payouts in one year. Now, from 2019, the last normal year before the pandemic, to 2020, the year of the COVID-19 virus, there was an increase in group death benefits paid out of only 9%.

But group death benefits in 2021, the year the vaccine was introduced, increased almost 164% over 2020. So now here are the precise numbers of group death benefits taken from Lincoln National's annual statements for the three years. So you see, 2019, that was a normal year. Slight increase in 2020, that was just. Which is when the virus was circulating. Right. That should, if Fauci and Pelosi and CNN, if they were all correct about the virus, 2020 should have been a huge increase

in death benefits paid by Lincoln. But look at 2021. So you have death benefits being paid out of nearly over $1.4 billion. But here's the deal. The company is citing non-pandemic related morbidity. In other words, they're saying this isn't a COVID increase. These are other factors. People falling off ladders, car accidents, strokes, mysterious strokes, blood clots.

You know, once again, we're seeing stories popping up in the media again about people having strokes again. And those are increasing. Those are the things that the life insurance companies are paying out right now. But notice they don't put it on COVID because COVID is not causing these deaths. But they also won't point their finger at the vaccine. No, and they know they can't. They can't do it. But how long can insurance companies have increases in death benefits at this level. Right, and if this is number five in the list, if this is, you know, if Lincoln National's number five.

What's Prudential paying out? Yeah, what are the others? What are the top four paying out? And nobody is talking about this. You know, life insurance is based on numbers and actuarial tables. In the past, it's always just numbers to them. It doesn't matter.

So when you see an increase like this that is way outside of their, you know, off their charts, if you will, they have to ask questions. What's happening out there? But they're being told not to question it. Just pay it out. Just pay it out. Just pay it out.

I'll show you something to question. I'm going to show you propaganda. So this first one, this goes back to April of this year. Right. Reuters, their fact check. Oh, they've got the facts. You can trust Reuters. No evidence that COVID-19 vaccination negatively impacts male fertility. This is,

again, April of 2022. You read that article, Reuters is telling you, don't listen to the medical disinformation. Don't listen to the conspiracy theories. You can trust the vaccines. They are not causing men to be infertile. That's a conspiracy theory. That's April. Now let's look at June. So this is from the Wiley Online Library. This is a medical journal collection site.

Look at this. COVID-19 vaccination temporarily impairs semen concentration and total motile count among semen donors. In other words, it impairs male fertility. But Reuters says it doesn't. So I got to ask myself, who's telling the truth, Rick? Well, this is a medical this is a medical publication I'm supposed to trust the science right right well there's the science but you're supposed to believe the media trust the science but believe

the media that's their motto I love it so well alright hey we're gonna save the rest of our news I think we got a lot of stuff here. Unless, Doc, we just, maybe we just go through the headlines and not read the content. I think we'll do that. We'll just go through the headlines. Number 23, this is from Russia Today. NATO engaged in direct aggression against Russia. Moscow must defend itself. This is a statement from a Russian senator. And this is in direct

relation to what we talked about yesterday about Lithuania. And Kaliningrad. Right. So Lithuania announced that they were blocking railway transit of goods to Kaliningrad, which is a Russian enclave in Europe. And so what we have here is a Russian senator saying NATO is engaged in direct aggression against the country and Russia must defend itself. Next story. This is Ukrainian news. Poland can close the sky over western Ukraine. Well, they can sure try to do that, so basically this story is just saying

that Poland can set up anti-missile systems that can shoot into Ukraine, which, if that happens, you're gonna have a direct conflict between Russia and Poland at that point. And Poland is a member of NATO. And then all bets are off after that. Excellent task news agency, Russia can't guarantee the captured Americans won't face the death penalty.

And we talked a little bit about this story yesterday as well, there's Dmitry Peskov, and he laid it out yesterday that they, these particular mercenaries, these soldiers of fortune, do not apply under the Geneva Convention. And so they could be tried and sentenced to death in the Russian courts. I wonder how that went over in Washington today. I'm wondering how inside the Capitol, inside the Congress and the White House

and the State Department and the Pentagon, what were American leaders saying? Would the Russians actually execute American citizens? As if they care, Rick. As if these guys over here actually care. You know, they don't care that the mercenaries are over there. The more, the merrier in their idea. This is number 32 for control. EU leaders

are putting extra pressure now on Russia to keep sanction pressure on Russia. Gold now being flagged as a new target. And so now they've exhausted all other avenues of sanctions on Russia. We've got to get their gold. That's right. And it's always about the gold, isn't it? What did I say months ago, Doc?

The sanctions were to bankrupt Russia, to make Russia sell its gold. So they're starting to come out. The European and Western leaders are starting to expose themselves. We're really seeing what this is all about. Russia has a lot of gold. So now they're going to put the sanctions on Russian gold. And the next story is from Bloomberg. Switzerland imports Russian gold for the first time since the war. It's an interesting story, Doc, because we'll do the quote.

Switzerland imported gold from Russia for the first time since the invasion of Ukraine, showing the industry stands toward the nation's precious metal. Metals may be softening. More than three tons of gold were shipped to Switzerland from Russia in May. That's the first shipment between the countries since February. The gold was, these gold bars are being melted down. And I'm not quite sure what to make of this. It could be that Russia is selling its gold for cash.

And Switzerland is... The middleman. The middleman. All of this. And so they're melting down the Russian bars because there are sanctions on Russia. So somehow, I'm guessing at this, that somehow money is being sent back to Switzerland, from Switzerland to Russia. But if that is the case, then the Russian economy is hurting more than the Russians want us to know, if they're selling the gold. Now if not, if this is just a transaction, then Switzerland is saying, you know what, we're doing business with the Russians. Storing gold is what we do here. That's our business here in Switzerland.

Now there are other countries in Europe that are storing Russian gold now, and that's what the Reuters story was really all about, that they were going to basically say, it's our gold now. That's really where they're headed with it. If you can't use your gold, it doesn't belong to you, right? That's right. So it was interesting that this article came up and did the flip side of that the Swiss are doing business. But right now, if I was Russia, I'd be afraid to send money anywhere in Europe. Because the West is just stealing their money right now.

Number 38, this is a task. Diplomat warns Lithuania repercussions on the horizon over Kaliningrad rail transit ban. So, Marie Zakharova, she's the spokesperson for the State Department, the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Russia. What are the repercussions? We don't know yet. But we will find out because the Russians will do it. Well, they've told us what it is.

We will strike at the decision control centers. That's what's going to be happening. Whoever's making these decisions about shutting down rail traffic, they're going to find that decision center. Another story that we're watching, this is from The Guardian, Ukrainian missiles now are striking out at Black Sea gas platforms. And some of these gas platforms have been struck as a result of this. This is only going to continue to increase

the conflict there. Russian officials said Ukraine launched missile strikes against three gas rigs in the Black Sea south of Odessa in an apparent escalation of Kiev's attempt to weaken Russian maritime dominance. Seven people were missing and three injured after the strikes, according to the head of occupied Crimea, who said a rescue operation with the participation of patrol ships and aviation was underway. And so, and other story that we're looking at, we talked about some of the soldiers of fortune from America that are actually showing up in Ukraine. Well, this is from Rolling Stone. I read the whole article.

I did too, Doc. And this was a fascinating article. Yes, and I was surprised that Rolling Stone had so much detail. They did. And this was really, I mean, a fascinating article about how these guys ended up there and what was going on

and how they're attached to the Ukrainian military. But apparently a second American has died in Ukraine and he's unlikely to be the last because, Rick, there are tens of thousands of mercenaries in Ukraine. Not the way you'd hear it in the mainstream media. Well, they're just a couple dozen, couple hundred. From 52 different nations, 52 different countries,

there are mercenaries there in Ukraine fighting. I don't even know if Ukrainians are fighting. There's so many mercenaries there. It's called the International Legion for the Defense of the Ukrainian Territory. That's the official name of the organization. And men are joining it. As you said, thousands. I think the number I read was something like 20,000
