TRUNEWS with Rick Wiles - Jeremy Wiles Challenges Pro-Porn Prager

Episode Date: May 16, 2023

There are major developments today in World War 3. The Washington Post published several articles based on the top secret Pentagon documents that were leaked last month. If the documents are truthful,... the man running Russia’s private mercenary army has been colluding with Ukraine’s intelligence agency. Meanwhile, Great Britain decided to send long range drones to Ukraine. And there’s more information today regarding Gen. Mark Milley’s mysterious phone call to China’s top military commander in the closing days of the Trump Administration. Later in today’s TruNews, my son Jeremy will respond to conservative talk show host Dennis Prager’s defense of pornography. Mr. Prager is one of the top hosts for Salem Media, America’s biggest Christian radio broadcaster. I think Salem Media needs to make a statement about Mr. Prager’s love of pornography. Jeremy will provide a Biblically solid response to Mr. Prager later today. Rick Wiles, Doc Burkhart. There are major developments today
Starting point is 00:00:43 in World War III. The Washington Post published several articles based on the top secret Pentagon documents that were leaked last month. If the documents are truthful, the man running Russia's private mercenary army has been colluding with Ukraine's intelligence agency. Meanwhile, Great Britain decided to send long-range drones to Ukraine. And there's more information today regarding General Mark Milley's mysterious phone call to China's top military commander in the closing days of the Trump administration. Later in today's True News, my son Jeremy will respond to conservative talk show host Dennis Prager's defense
Starting point is 00:01:31 of pornography. Mr. Prager is one of the top radio talk show hosts for Salem Media, America's biggest Christian radio broadcaster. I think Salem Media needs to make a statement about Mr. Prager's love of pornography. Jeremy will provide a biblically sound response to Mr. Prager later today in Trinews. Let's start with this article from the New York Post. We're going to go through some headlines fairly quickly today so that i can bring jeremy into the program as you see this story from the new york post secret service refuses to hand over emails
Starting point is 00:02:12 naming biden's devilware visitors we're talking about his home and the secret service is saying sorry we can't legally respond to this freedom of information request. We'd like to, but we can't do it, Doc. They're saying that the FOIA doesn't apply to this particular request. That's their argument. Right, because it's his private home. Well, he happens to be the president of the United States. So good try, Joe.
Starting point is 00:02:39 You're hiding the names, the identities of the people coming into your private home to pick up classified documents. And to drop off checks, cashier notes, whatever they're bringing to you as you continue to collect your foreign money. The next one, this is a quick report from Turkey. This is a quick report from Turkey. This is BBC. President Erdogan leads as Turkey heads for election runoff. You have to get 50 percent to, I guess, 50.1 percent to win the presidency in Turkey. Mr. Erdogan came in at around 49-ish. Yeah, just shy of 50%.
Starting point is 00:03:25 And so there will be a runoff. Why is this important? My personal view is NATO needs to get rid of Erdogan. Right. And the opposition candidate is very pro-Western, and it will likely move Turkey even further to the West. And so Mr. Erdogan's been a thorn in NATO's side for 20 years. Mr. Erdogan says, I've been elected for 20 years. I'm expected to be elected for 20 more.
Starting point is 00:03:53 Well, he just barely made it in this election. And, you know, we'll be another, I guess, what, a month or two until we know whether he remains in the presidency. This is an interesting article I saw this morning in The Telegraph. Tom Hanks said artificial intelligence is so advanced I could star in new movies after I'm dead. And he made a statement in here um he said i can tell you that there are discussions going on in all of the guilds meaning the the the unions representing actors and actresses all of the agencies all of the legal firms in order to come up with the legal ramifications of my face and my voice and everybody else's being our intellectual property. And then he went on to say this.
Starting point is 00:04:51 What is a bona fide possibility right now is if I wanted to, I could get together and pitch a series of seven movies that would star me in them, in which I would be 32 years old from now until kingdom come. So with artificial intelligence, with deep fake technology, these actors and actresses, and you'll see the same thing with musical performers, will continue to perform until the end of the world as long as people are willing to pay to
Starting point is 00:05:26 see them 10 20 50 100 years after they die and that they're now writing the legal contracts to own their identity after they're dead and just mind-boggling isn't it well doc it means i will be able to do true news for the next hundred years all right after i'm gone i'll still be here that'll drive my enemies crazy won't it and ai rick and ai rick uh doing uh doing the news um but it does tell you how fast we're moving into another world it's this is a completely new paradigm, Doc. You asked me the question before we started. Rick, would you watch a John Wayne movie if it was an AI John Wayne? I said, you sure would, unless he was wearing a dress.
Starting point is 00:06:16 In today's climate, that might be a real possibility. But think about all the movies that they could and could the families of deceased actors now grant intellectual property rights to recreate their deceased relatives to bring them back to life now on the film. Well, they're already using AI to de-age actors on screen, having them perform as themselves 30 years younger. Another possibility, you said musical artists. Would you listen to a new Frank Sinatra album? Of course. But you'd have videos. Yes.
Starting point is 00:06:57 You'd have a concert with Sinatra. Of course you would. Tom Hanks said that he first saw the possibility of this in the year 2000 when they made Polar Express. He said his likeness was put in a computer. Right. And he knew then, someday, he said, these computers, this software is going to be so powerful that I'll be able to star in films without physically being there. Well, like you said, you could be at home writing a book while AI Rick is on set or I could be fishing all right and let let the AI Rick do the news all right I kind of
Starting point is 00:07:37 like the idea move on to number number 11 we're gonna get into World War three news now g7 and European Union to ban the restart of the Russian gas pipeline. They're not going to allow Russia to rebuild it, Doc. Right. But they're only hurting themselves. They're cutting off their own energy supply. And that's going to set into motion the 10 long winters that's been forecast for the EU. I want to go through this one very
Starting point is 00:08:05 quickly uh because it leads up to the next one that i'm going to show you so um the g7 and the eu will ban russian gas imports on routes where moscow has cut supplies according to officials involved in the negotiations the first time pipeline gas trade has been blocked by western powers since the invasion of Ukraine. It says the decision, which is to be finalized by G7 leaders at a summit in Hiroshima next week, will prevent the resumption of Russian pipeline gas exports on routes to countries such as Poland and Germany, where Moscow cut off supplies last year and triggered an energy crisis across Europe. I don't think Russia cut off.
Starting point is 00:08:48 I recall the U.S. blowing up the pipeline. A draft, excuse me, a draft G7 statement seen by the Financial Times said that the group of leading economies would further reduce their use of Russian energy energy sources including here it is including preventing the reopening of avenues previously shut down by russia's weaponization of energy at least until there is a resolution of the conflict now here's the here's the clincher this next one financial times one european official from outside the g7 said he suspected the move was also partly aimed at giving confidence to investors to back LNG infrastructure projects, liquefied natural gas infrastructure projects, both in Europe and North America, by removing the concern that there could be a quick return of cheaper Russian gas. There it is right there. So NATO is promising we'll blow up any. If they try to rebuild that pipeline, we'll blow it up.
Starting point is 00:09:56 Don't worry about it. We're going to ship American LNG to Europe and there will never be. You don't worry about that cheap russian gas you're gonna you're gonna love paying the high prices for the american gas because you're not going to have any other way to get the cheap russian gas now mr uh push cough alexei push cough say a high-ranking russian politician member of the russian deep state this is what he said today on his Telegram channel. The superiority syndrome leads to impulsive decisions, which in turn lead to strategic mistakes. It is already clear that the U.S. did not calculate the long-term consequences of freezing Russia's $300 billion in financial reserves.
Starting point is 00:10:49 Then he said, for China and many other countries of the world, this was an indicator of the unreliability of the dollar as a reserve currency and the willingness of the United States to use the freezing of funds belonging to other countries as a political weapon. Here it is. The course of events portends that the U.S. decision to freeze Russian money will be a, what is this? A pyrrhic victory. And this $300 billion will most likely come out sideways to the Americans.
Starting point is 00:11:25 Here it is. They will lose much more. The process has started. And so basically he's saying the fact that America has gone and has frozen these assets is a signal to the rest of the world. This is how weak the dollar is. When he says the process has started, I think, Doc, what he's saying is there's a new financial system
Starting point is 00:11:47 that's already started, and this is the end of the U.S. dollar running the world. The whole world saw what you did to Russia. Many countries have joined the new system, and it's too late. The train has left the station.'s too late you guys aren't going to stop it at this point next one um france 24 macron promises zielinski more light tanks and armored vehicles mr zielinski has been on a shopping spree all through europe all through europe begging for for weapons and getting it and then he went to london today where he was uh he once again he was uh presented to the world as the new winston churchill yes one more i mean they keep calling this guy churchill i don't think mr churchill would like it um but he got what he wanted um he met with rishi
Starting point is 00:12:49 sunak the prime minister and they announced a coalition uh of countries that are going to be providing um aircraft and pilot training and so forth and that's already underway but the most the biggest thing that he got today in london was long-range drones right so great britain is sending long-range missiles and long-range drones and has made a commitment to jets as well which personally i think this in my own view i believe something very tragic is going to happen to Great Britain. They have moved themselves to the top of the list of targets of the Russian military. They are absolutely at the top.
Starting point is 00:13:41 Those long-range missiles can take out the Kerch Strait Bridge in Crimea. These drones can reach Crimea. They're giving Zelensky the hardware to hit Crimea, to hit the Russian. And remember last week, the Voice of America and the Voice of Europe? Yeah, Radio Liberty. Radio Liberty published 51 Russian military sites in Crimea. I mean, I really think in the next several weeks, we're going to see something shocking and tragic happen in Crimea and in Great Britain.
Starting point is 00:14:20 If you're in Great Britain, and we have a lot of British viewers for True News, I'm telling you you need get your life right with God because I don't know if your country is going to survive the Russians are going to respond and it'll be classified as a surprise attack and an unprovoked attack and all this whenever we've watched for a year and a half the continued provocation of the Russian bear. I think I think the Russians may very well remove Great Britain from the face of the earth and then tell the United States and other NATO powers.
Starting point is 00:14:56 We have we have tsunami torpedo submarines ready to fire at your countries and drench you like we did, like we just took out Great Britain. A 1,500-foot wall of water going over Great Britain. Running up the Thames. It ends the British civilization. It's over. It's over at that point. There's nothing alive at that point. And we're dangerously close to it.
Starting point is 00:15:26 If they think that they can provide these kind of weapons to Ukraine to hit the Russians and nothing's going to happen to them, they're really delusional. Ukraine is going to go down as the greatest foreign policy blunder
Starting point is 00:15:44 of Western civilization. It's going to go down as the greatest blunder. Okay. The last time the West did anything this stupid was Waterloo. And it was the end of the French expansion into Russia. And it was the tipping point for history after that point, too. I mean, everything changed after that.
Starting point is 00:16:15 Really, it was the end of empires at that point. It took another 100, 150 years before you really saw empire building once again. I think it's very possible we may witness the end of the british empire it's been there for over a thousand years so uh they they're doing it to themselves that's it's the most lunatic policy i've ever seen in my lifetime um so uh i want to show you this is a number we'll drop down to number 24 and this is a video that the London Times put out early this morning. You are actually the first foreign leader that I've had the privilege of welcoming here as Prime Minister and there's a lot of great history here in fact this room that we're standing in Winston Churchill made
Starting point is 00:17:07 many of his famous speeches in World War two from this room and in the same way today your leadership your country's bravery and fortitude are an inspiration to us all I look forward to us discussing what more we can do to support you in your country. First of all thank you very much. You supported already a lot for us. You did a lot. Your government, His Majesty, the King and of course your people, your society. We are very thankful from all our hearts, from Ukrainians, from our soldiers. We are thankful. And it's a privilege to be here. Yes, the first time. You said not the last? Definitely not the last. Definitely not the last. So, we of course will discuss very important issues, urgent support for Ukraine and security for, I think not only for Ukraine, it's important for all of Europe. So, thank you. Thank you
Starting point is 00:17:58 that you hosted me and invited me. Well, it's great to have you here, my friend. Thanks for being here. Thank you, everyone. And I'm going to risk having my own country blown up. He was just gushing, wasn't he? I mean, just like, isn't it weird? It's really weird. It's strange. So, well, we're looking at an article here from Foreign Policy Magazine. This is actually from last week. We didn't get an opportunity to talk about it, but it's something you need to know about. Estonia is planning what they're calling a spring storm to match Russia's might.
Starting point is 00:18:46 Now, the Tapa base in Estonia, Estonia's largest, is one of the closest of any of the NATO member to the Russian border. Now, in recent days, it's become a beehive of activity for Estonian, British, French, and other NATO country forces ahead of a massive military exercise involving 14,000 troops from 11 countries. Now, the exercise, dubbed Spring Storm, is meant to stress test how allied militaries will work and fight together in the hopefully unlikely event of any military incursion from Russia. They said Russia only understands one thing and that's power, one military officer said. They need to be able to see us with our allies ready to fight from the first moment. Now there are 18 major exercises that are scheduled in NATO countries between May and September this year according to data from NATO's military headquarters. Just pause and think about what you just heard.
Starting point is 00:19:30 18. 18 major military exercises in NATO countries between May and September. If I were the Russians, I would be saying they're planning to invade Russia. And it could be from 18 separate locations now they're as we said there are 18 major exercises nato's military headquarters some involve thousands of troops the united kingdom leads a nato battle group that is stationed in estonia alongside forces from france and denmark now the forces stationed in estonia are learning the lay of the land and mapping how
Starting point is 00:20:06 best to defend the small Baltic countries should the worst, a Russian invasion, ever come to pass. Now, of course, that's the foreign policy version of it. The, probably the truthful version of it is they're planning on how to invade Russia at this point, not the other way around. Now, Washington, Ren Avosti picked up on this foreign policy story earlier over the weekend, and they made sure that the message was received, that they heard that NATO was planning all these exercises over the next few months, and that just means it's going to be on the Russian radar as we move forward. What I hear is that we're still in the danger zone all the way through the summer to fall.
Starting point is 00:20:55 We're still in a danger zone. The West is not letting up at all. The pressure is still on, and a nuclear war could happen at any time remember what burrell said last week this is not the time to talk about peace right and he's the chief diplomat what's the chief war maker what's he saying oh gun it let's go so nobody nobody wants to talk about solving the problem nobody wants to talk about ending the war all this killing and destruction could stop immediately if there would just be responsible leaders who would say this has gone on long enough let's work it out let's solve it doc it Doc, it could end. It could end. But then the West would say it could end right now
Starting point is 00:21:46 if Russia would just capitulate and go back to the way it was before or even worse. And Russia could say the same thing. Right. We could end it right now if NATO would get out of our backyard. And that's where this all began. Yes.
Starting point is 00:22:00 Because NATO was moving right up against the Russian border through Ukraine. So NATO now knows Russia will resist. And they're testing each other to see how far will each side go. So it's a game of nuclear chicken at this point. How did the Russians respond to this spring storm? Well, as I said, they made the West aware that they had that was now on their radar that they're going to be keeping a close watch on this as we move forward
Starting point is 00:22:31 through the spring and summer months here and ridden of oste of course had the article up as we mentioned before okay so it's on it's definitely on their radar sends a signal to russia okay hey we got several really big articles and i we're going to touch on just briefly because i've got to get my son jeremy out here onto the program um but i'm going to go through with just the headlines and then doc and i tomorrow will go dig down deep in them but these are really big stories big stories regarding world war three washington post this is a um zielinski interview transcript ukraine must win okay so doesn't sound like anything important here until you read this the transcript of this interview and the Washington Post reporters presented to Zelensky the fact that the Post was in possession of documents that were leaked. Remember the Pentagon documents that were leaked last month?
Starting point is 00:23:39 Right. So a lot of them have not been published in the post presented to zielinski for the first time some of these documents and the documents are so explosive that uh zielinski didn't know how to respond and you could tell he was just babbling he didn't know what to say right at the core of it is the man who runs the private army for russia the wagner group these documents portray him as being a traitor to russia that he is colluding with the Ukrainian intelligence agency, that he's giving direction to the Ukrainians where to hit the Russian troops. Yes. Other Russian troops. And if let's put let's where's the FBI, let's put number 50 up on the screen.
Starting point is 00:24:49 OK, so this is the FBI most wanted list. And that's that's him right there. Evgeny Prigozhin, he's the head of the Wagner Group, theussian private army now he's wanted in the u.s for conspiracy to defraud the u.s but really uh he's wanted for just being an enemy of the u.s well i would say right now that he's probably the russian fsb and gru probably have a poster like that also if this is after after this story, Doc, I mean, he's been he's been running his mouth for the past two weeks. Attacking the Russians, saying, I don't have enough guns. I don't have enough weapons. I don't have enough ammo and really bad mouthing the Kremlin. And I've been like, what is this guy doing? Has he lost his mind?
Starting point is 00:25:45 Or is this part of an elaborate Russian disinformation campaign to make the world think that he is fighting with Putin? Well, whatever the case may be, the interview by the Washington Post of Zelensky was enough to make him wiggle in his chair. Zelensky was like, wait a minute, I can't talk. Do you want me to be accused of treason myself? I can't talk about any of these relationships.
Starting point is 00:26:15 And he said, you know, he's almost as if he was saying, you bring these documents. I don't know if the documents are true or not. You know how it is. And then he goes on to say well listen and he says this to the washington post editorial staff they're interviewing him it's like four or five of them that are there in the meeting with him he says aren't you on my side uh what what's this are you showing favoritism to russia don't you know russia's the bad guy i'm not basically i'm not the bad guy in all so he was confirming to me he was confirming that ukrainian intelligence is working secretly
Starting point is 00:26:47 with the owner of the russian mercenary army wagner group right so now this is what the washington post published today and we'll doc and i will go into this in detail tomorrow it'll take us a half an hour to do all this. So number 41. This is today's Washington Post. Wagner chief offered to give Russian troop locations to Ukraine. Doc, if this is true, do you know what the lifespan of this man is? Not very long, Rick. Not very long at all okay so again we'll do this tomorrow but the article was saying that the documents that were
Starting point is 00:27:35 leaked shows evidence that he was meeting with ukrainian intelligence agents and telling them the location of Russian troops so that the Ukrainians could attack the Russians. Yet he is paid by the Russian government to supply private mercenary troops to fight the Ukrainians. Yes. What do you think is going on? Is it a Russian feint? Is is it a you know is it disinformation or is it genuine that's the question progozin could be getting fed up maybe he feels restrained by moscow in order to be doing everything he wants to be doing or it could simply just be a matter of money motivation i mean money does make the world go round, Rick.
Starting point is 00:28:26 How does he make more money? Well, he could, listen, there's billions getting pumped into Ukraine. They could make money either by Ukrainian-selling black market arms to the Wagner Group themselves. That's arms that they don't have to purchase anywhere else well we know we know that zelinski was buying russian gas at a discount using american money to pay for it that's right it could go both ways oh this is so crying you found a short video of um uh progress uh what's this a progosen progosen um lambasting the russian government the kremlin for not giving him what he needs the i have not seen the video doc said it's pretty graphic
Starting point is 00:29:13 but this will give you an idea now get to understand this guy is supposed to be working for the russians right and he's in the middle of a war and he's he's just ripping up the Kremlin for not backing him again the scenes in the video are pretty graphic okay you may not want to watch it understand here it is
Now, in their offices with the Bulge. So it's very possible that that, and Patton was even going along with the game too. He didn't want to, but he went along with it. Could be a feint.
Starting point is 00:31:55 But I don't know. This feels a little bit different. That felt like a genuine response. So, you know, I guess we just have to wait and see to find out what happens here, Rick. If that's what he's saying is true, if the Wagner group isn't getting supplied proper ammunition, then they're being cut short. Then who's getting the ammunition? And it could be, if that's the case, then maybe Russia is worse off than we know. Or it's all going to the russian military
Starting point is 00:32:25 troops and not his private army i don't know this is this is bizarre we'll go into more detail tomorrow because there's a lot of information in it um one other headline i want to show you, number 56, and this is another one we'll talk about tomorrow. P.Y.A. reveals U.S.-China military encounter off Hong Kong day before the January 6th Capitol riot. There was a very close encounter between Chinese and American naval forces just there the day before January 5th. Yes. And this involves General Milley calling the Chinese PLA general, saying, hey, if Trump starts a war,
Starting point is 00:33:18 I promise to call you and give you a heads up on it. Which to this day, I can't understand how Milley got away with it and was not uh dealt with as a as a traitor he he called the commander of the chinese military and said if donald trump does anything i don't like i'll call you and tell you. I'll give you a heads up notice that he plans to start a war. Unbelievable. And this was the day before the January 6th rally and Capitol event. Okay, we'll go into detail tomorrow. I want to get into this topic because my son, Jeremy, has presented to us an answer to Salem Media Radio talk show host Dennis Prager.
Starting point is 00:34:17 So Mr. Prager recently, if you know who Dennis Prager is, he's a well-known, supposedly conservative talk show host. Daily talk show on the Salem Radio Network. And you see ads for PragerU on a lot of television channels. And so he's indoctrinating people with Prager University. He's indoctrinating people. He's educating people. They now have a program for children. Right.
Starting point is 00:34:44 What's his view on pornography? Well, he embraces pornography. He sees nothing wrong with it at all. And I'm going to show you, this is a two and a half minute video clip featuring his discussion with Jordan Peterson. And this was a roundtable of several different leaders. And the discussion got on to about pornography directly with Dennis Prager. And Mr. Prager outlined where he stood on that particular issue. Yeah, so watch it.
Starting point is 00:35:17 And we'll talk about it here in a minute. I am less interested in the interior person, morally speaking, than you are, than probably any of you are. And it's largely, I do believe, because I come from a behaviorist, law-based religion. We care how you act. That's why we don't have a claim that if you look at another woman with lust, it's as if you've committed adultery with her. I am, as I said yesterday, I thank God for America's Christians and Maimonides said if it weren't for Christians the world wouldn't know about the Torah. So I'm a big Christian fan, but obviously Christianity and Judaism are not identical religions
Starting point is 00:35:58 and we have no equivalent that if you look upon another woman with lust it's as if you have committed adultery with your heart. There's only one way to commit adultery in Judaism, and it's with a different organ. And I'm not being cute, I'm being very realistic. Looking with lust is not a sin in Judaism. What's the stance on pornography? So pornography, when I'm asked this question... Just to put you on the spot, by the way.
Starting point is 00:36:27 You did indeed. Okay, so my answer, when it's raised on my radio show, I have a male-female hour, and I'm very open about sexual subjects. I always ask, if a wife calls me and says, my husband looks at pornography, like I found on his computer. I have one question. How is your life of intimacy with your husband? Is it good? In other words, is the pornography in lieu of you or in addition to you? And I know this is not a religious answer and I'm not even giving a religious answer. I'm giving what I think is a moral and realistic answer. Men want variety. And if pornography is a substitute for one's wife, it's awful.
Starting point is 00:37:17 If it's a substitute for adultery, it's not awful. That is my unpredictable answer. Well, there is a clinical rule of thumb that's akin to that i would say if you're trying to decide clinically whether someone's partaking in a habit say use of alcohol has reached the threshold of clinical significance one of the things you do is ask the the person you're assessing now is it interfering with your employment has it got you in trouble with the law? Is your family complaining? Does it stop you from doing other things that you should be doing? And so the judgment isn't the use of the forbidden substance itself. It is in some sense consequentialist. And I'm not saying that that's an absolute, but it is a hallmark of clinical judgment. So Mr. Prager practices Judaism. His ancestors crucified Jesus Christ. His ancestors rejected Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 00:38:11 His ancestors said, you're not our king. We don't want your kingdom. We don't want your ways. Mr. Prager continues in that mindset, rejecting Jesus Christ. Because he rejects Jesus Christ, he rejects the principles, the commandments of the kingdom. And so that's why he has no, his conscience does not bother him
Starting point is 00:38:42 in saying that people should be free to watch pornography because he's a Jew and not a Christian. We've tried to point this out to our audience in the past, and I get severely criticized whenever I do this, like we did with abortion some years ago we did a we did three shows on abortion the jewish view and the christian view you two took them down yes okay and all we did was present quotes from jewish leaders about why abortion is okay in jud. So here we have Mr. Prager who is saying in Judaism, pornography is not a sin. It is not adultery. We don't have any laws against looking at another woman with lust. That's because they reject Jesus Christ. At the core of it is Dennis Prager rejects Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. So I have to ask the question.
Starting point is 00:39:51 I've got two questions. Number one, why is Salem Media promoting this man? Salem is America's biggest Christian radio broadcaster. Why is Salem media promoting Dennis Prager? Number two, will Salem media denounce Dennis Prager? You know, the National Religious Broadcasters Convention is next week in Orlando. I'd like to ask that question. I'd like to get an answer from Salem Media.
Starting point is 00:40:31 They need to be held accountable. Their silence is an endorsement. Right. So my son Jeremy has a response to it. And what you're going to hear in this response is something that is quite shocking. I'm going to put up on the screen number 68. This is a press release. ECP, ironically, it stands for Ethical Capital Partners.
Starting point is 00:41:14 ECP announces acquisition of MindGeek, parent company of Pornhub. MindGeek is the largest owner of pornographic online sites. Right. The world's biggest. No one even comes close. The biggest distributor of pornography in the world, MindGeek. And this company, ECP, purchased MindGeek. Now, who owns ECP? Well, the chief investor executive of this company is a guy named Solomon Friedman. Here's his bio, Solomon Friedman. And, Doc, it just turns out, let's read this quote. So Solomon is a trial and appellate lawyer representing individuals and organizations before all levels of court in Canada. He is certified as a specialist in criminal law by the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to his call to the bar, Solomon clerked for Justice Morris Fish of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Starting point is 00:42:27 Solomon came to the law following rabbinical studies in Israel where he was ordained in 2005. He is an ordained rabbi. So, Doc, the company that owns the largest distributor of pornography is a Jewish rabbi. You got it. Which isn't a conflict for him. No conflict at all. According to Dennis Prager. It's a business deal.
Starting point is 00:42:55 It's just business. There's no moral issue with the Jews owning and distributing pornography. According to Dennis Prager and according to Rabbi Solomon Friedman. So you've got to, all the Christian Zionists have an issue. If they denounce Dennis Prager and Solomon Friedman for their endorsement of pornography, they have to denounce Judaism because Judaism gives them the license to distribute and watch pornography. And when we talk about, which is a made up phrase, Judeo-Christian values. You're hearing my mind, Doc.
Starting point is 00:43:41 I mean, they're in direct conflict. There's no such thing as Judeo-Christian values. You're hearing my mind, Doc. I mean, they're in direct conflict. There's no such thing as Judeo-Christian values. You're right. No such thing as Judeo-Christian values. There are Judeo values and there are Christian values. And you just heard Dennis Prager tell you the difference. It'd be like saying Christian Buddhist values or Christian Muslim values. You can't combine the two because they're diametrically
Starting point is 00:44:05 opposed to one another. So Christian Zionists, it's time that they make a decision. Are they Christian or are they Zionists? Choose whom you will serve. My son, Jeremy, has been a crusader against pornography. Most of you know that. His Conquer series, which is a 10-part video series, has been viewed, I guess, by close to 2 million men around the world. And it has contributed to the deliverance of millions of men from the addiction of pornography. His platform is Soul Refiner and they have additional video content that's beyond the issue of pornography. And it is his life's calling to help people be free in Christ.
Starting point is 00:45:04 Jeremy was so troubled by this Dennis Prager support of pornography that he recorded a video and I asked him over the weekend if we could show it today to the True News audience. This is Jeremy and with him, his co-host is Lamar Dobry. And this is what they had to say to Dennis Prager. If pornography is a substitute for one's wife, it's awful. If it's a substitute for adultery, it's not awful. Oh, boy. Oh, boy. Here we go. i think we just saw one of america's favorite conservatives acting not so conservative shocker yeah completely um overwhelmed just by how dangerous the whole concept is yeah it's very similar to saying, it's okay to abuse my wife
Starting point is 00:46:07 if it's avoiding killing my wife. Right, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. So the counselor would say, look, if you're getting verbal abuse, that's not as bad as physical abuse. So you'll just have to tolerate it. The logic behind it is crazy.
Starting point is 00:46:23 Yeah, and we're going to discover just really the basis behind all this as we go we're going to discover just really with the basis behind all this as we go through some of these further clips right we are talking about dennis prager here uh that the lead for prager you numerous uh conservative think tanks subscribe to almost all of his theories and it and then when something like this comes up, we just recognize how flawed humans still are. And if we ever are going straight after another human and what they have to say instead of what God has to say to us, we've missed.
Starting point is 00:46:54 Exactly. Yep. At the heart of this, Dennis treats porn as adultery prevention, not adultery. But I've never seen an example where sin is a good solution to sin. Because watching porn is sin, we know that. But Dennis isn't a Christian. Obviously, he denies Christ. He follows the traditional Jewish law. And under the law, he believes that it's the behavior, not what's on the inner man that counts as sin. And so it's a dangerous path. And I actually disagree with him on that ground as well.
Starting point is 00:47:35 God judged the heart of men in the Old Testament. It wasn't just based on behavior. It was based on the heart. It was based on the heart. We got the law because the heart was corrupt. I am less interested in the interior person, morally speaking, than you are. Yeah. So I tell you, he's a bad Jewish theologian. He really is. You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they're full of greed and malice and self-indulgence of these things. And he's talking to these Jewish leaders, he's addressing their heart, because they do everything on the surface right, but the heart
Starting point is 00:48:20 is dirt, it's filthy, and he doesn't recognize how corrupt he is on the inside. We're so blessed to get it very early on in Matthew in the Gospels when he lays it out there, Matthew 5, 6, and 7. Yeah. Sermon on the Mount. And he says, I say that even if you have not committed adultery, if you're looking at another woman with lust in your heart, then you've already committed adultery with her. And if ever there was an indication, and maybe this is where we differ with Dennis, because I don't think that Dennis would look at the Sermon on the Mount
Starting point is 00:48:55 and say that was anything worth talking about. He would. He comes from what he claims is a law-based religion. Largely, I do believe, because I come from a behaviorist, He comes from what he claims is a law-based religion. Largely, I do believe because I come from a behaviorist, law-based religion. Yeah. So, you know, there are plenty of Old Testament scriptures that speak of the heart. In Genesis 6-5, And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,
Starting point is 00:49:23 and that every imagination of the thought of his heart was only evil continually. Why did God destroy the world? Well, the flood. Old Testament story, right? Because of the heart. It wasn't just the behavior. It was the heart. From the heart comes behavior.
Starting point is 00:49:41 What you believe flows outward in the form of behavior. I've heard numerous commentators and pastors talk about this in terms of the law, the 613, and we're going to get to that here in a bit, but the 613 discrete laws that Judaism holds near and dear about how it was not just a measuring stick for how well you're doing and how far you're getting up the mountain, so to speak, but also it was a mirror to basically look at yourself and to understand how rabidly depraved you are and you have no chance whatsoever to uphold these laws. And even if you can within yourself, and God bless, I can almost guarantee there's some people out there, maybe a handful in history, that have been able to do this.
Starting point is 00:50:28 Even if you can withhold or uphold those laws physically in your heart, no way. You're still correct. Yeah. Yeah. And even outwardly, just in terms of behavior, no one is perfect, right? But the Old Testament is replete with examples of how God judges the heart. For the intention of man's heart is evil from his youth. Psalm 139.1, O Lord, you have searched me and known me. Ezekiel 14, when any of the Israelites set up idols in their heart and for their hearts
Starting point is 00:51:08 went after idols it's very clear God looks at the heart Ezekiel 33 their hearts were filled with covetedness covetedness is an issue in the heart it's not a behavior
Starting point is 00:51:23 right? exactly right I mean covet may transition into a sin a physical sin either killing somebody yeah adultery you could covet somebody's but adultery starts starts in the heart wouldn't you agree amen that the general jewish view and i say general because I can't speak for all Jews, even though I try to be normative, is that you can only commit adultery with, and I said this in the video, and I purposely said I'm not trying at all to be cute in any way. You can only commit adultery with one organ, and it is not the heart. Judaism is very behavior-based.
Starting point is 00:52:12 Christianity is more, it's not that it's not behavior-based, but it is equally, if not more, thought, inner self, heart-based. I totally disagree. It's clearly, in the Old Testament, it is, yes, it does focus more on behavior, but God focuses more on the heart. When he talks about David, I mean, you look at David's litany of sin. We're talking about one of the, dare I say, one of the top five Bible heroes. As we're going to start stratifying and classifying, I mean, David is held in such incredible high regard.
Starting point is 00:52:57 And we look at his adultery. We look at his murder. We look at his just abject behaviors at certain points. And even then, God can recognize that this is a man after my own heart. Now, the big ticket here is that David was incredibly repentant, was willing to turn his shoulders and walk the other way. It's because he acknowledged that what was in him was not righteous. It wasn't just the behavior.
Starting point is 00:53:25 He knew something deep down is off. But like in Jeremiah, the heart is deceitful above all things. It's almost a precursor. We talk about David when Paul in Romans 7 gives this Dr. Seuss litany about how come it is I do the things I don't want to do, but yet the things I do want to do, I cannot do. When he lays that out, it smacks of King David. And I'm not sure if that was purposeful in Paul's mind. We know that Paul knew very well the stories of David. He was one of the most fantastic, pharisaical, prechristians that ever lived so right the danger with this line of thinking is you can start to justify sins and do things um through this justification process that are in completely destructive um recently it came out that that the largest porn website in the world, Pornhub, was sold.
Starting point is 00:54:31 The parent company of Pornhub is called MindGeek. They were sold to another company called Equity Capital. Let's pull up the article real quick. Okay, yeah, so it's Pornh owner mind gig sold to canada's ethical capital and the owner one of the owners of ethical ethical capital partners is a jewish rabbi because it's behavior it's not sin to lust it's not sin to do these things, right? To look with the eyes. But here you have a Jewish rabbi that owns, he's an ordained Jewish rabbi that owns the largest porn site in the world. This is super interesting. And we talk about the behavior versus the heart matter. And so
Starting point is 00:55:21 we'll hear from this a little bit more, hear about this a little bit more in the coming clips. But most other religions, if not all the other religions on the planet outside of Christianity, believing climbing up that mountain yourself, reaching a certain bar yourself, getting up there and doing the Lord's work so you can appear at some point to be righteous enough to possibly join him versus understanding that the mountain is insurmountably high and we have no chance at the mountain and we desperately need our savior. Jesus came, he raised the bar. He said, look, you have no chance of getting into heaven except through me. I am the doorway. I am the gate.
Starting point is 00:56:04 He raised the bar. And if you want to check off boxes and think that if you score high enough, you'll get into heaven, you are sorely mistaken. Judaism, it is works. Which I'll use the term that really blows my Christian friends' minds. You earn salvation. Period. End of issue. How you act determines whether you go to heaven. I think if God judges justly,
Starting point is 00:56:37 I think I have lived a life that has merited reward. You know, the crazy thing is, I like Dennis Prager. He looks like a nice guy. I've never met him. I agree with him on most of the political issues, but we're not fighting a political battle in this country. We're fighting a spiritual battle. And so when you miss the target completely, it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:57:08 How you stand on gun rights and freedom of speech and freedom of religion. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter at all because we're lost not because we can't find our way politically. We're lost because spiritually we're blind as a nation. And so just trying to make the nation better through a political fix is absolute a waste of time. We're facing an incredible choice in these next set of elections. Yeah. And I want folks to understand that, to be honest, this is not a political solution to a heart problem. No. It has to be a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a surrender of your life to his heart problem. No. It has to be a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Starting point is 00:57:46 and a surrender of your life to his lordship. Those are the answers. And we will render unto whichever Caesar that which is his. I tell you, if God judges justly like he does as a good judge, I'm going to hell. Without Jesus, I am doomed. We often joked with our kids when they were little, you know, we'd always hear the, well, it's not fair.
Starting point is 00:58:12 It's exactly right. And I would say that, hey man, the fair comes in October. That's what I said when they were younger. The fair comes to our city in October. And now I love to say that fair would have been Jesus for the first time going to the temple as a 12-year-old. He would have looked around, eyes wide open, and he would have said, I'm going back to hang out at the knee of my father. Y'all can burn in hell. I'm out. That's what fair would have been. And so it's a far cry from what comes in October. But the analogy is just the same once we recognize the heart issue that we have, not some behavioral metric that we need to meet.
Starting point is 00:58:50 Exactly. Ecclesiastes, I think it's chapter 7, it says, Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins. Ecclesiastes 7.20. And it's why the Scripture commands us to love him with all of our heart. That's a commandment. He's saying, hey, you are commanded to do something internally. It's not just behavior-based.
Starting point is 00:59:14 Dennis is framing his entire theology around this scorecard approach to salvation. If I do these things, let me check the boxes. If I do these things, I am saved the boxes, if I do these things, I am saved. But the Old Testament doesn't speak of that. Yes, there's laws, there's sacrifice, I get it, but God was saying, I gave you the law because your heart was wicked and evil. The danger of all of this and the frustration I have from it is Dennis is a leader in our nation that many Christians follow. Unfortunately, many Christians follow because the foundation is wrong. And that's why I say, unfortunately, his foundations are wrong.
Starting point is 01:00:01 Yeah, he may have great advice on political issues, but spiritually, this guy's lost. He's lost. Obviously, adultery and lust are different things. If they weren't different things, we wouldn't have two separate words for them. Right, yeah. Okay, so I get what he's saying.
Starting point is 01:00:20 It's a little risky there. Technically, there are different things. Jesus looks at them the same, right? Porn and adultery, or lust and adultery. This is really, really interesting, this point. We start parsing out sin. I say we. I'm talking about the clip here. There'll be a lengthy addition to this clip about different sin gradations, different stratifications and different levels of sin and which sin is worse and which sin. And listen, I completely agree. The little white lie versus child molestation, we're talking about two wholly different things.
Starting point is 01:01:03 And I never want to have anybody think otherwise. But I will say the most egregious and the most offensive sin, I believe, to our Lord is even the little white lie, unrepented, continuously pervade, with no regard and a hardening of heart that that is actual sin and will separate you from Jesus unless you surrender your life to the Lordship of Him and allow Him to change you from the inside out. You are bound to be, at a minimum, a serial sinner. It's like going into a court and telling the judge, look, I could have chopped this guy's head off. I know this is gruesome. I could have chopped his head off, but I only beat him to death with a baseball bat.
Starting point is 01:01:46 It's not as egregious as it could have been. You come in and murder, right? Sin is sin. I know that's extreme, but the point is God is a just God. He judges us based on his law, and there is no less penalty than hell. You don't get like, okay, you know that the temperature is only 300 degrees it's hell it's hot it's hell you get in the same place as everyone else and it's forever so which comes somewhat of a revelation to my christian friends is there is no sin of the...
Starting point is 01:02:25 There are 613 laws in the Torah. None of them say do not lust. You can't covet. Covet is a very different concept than lust. Do you see the contradiction? Okay, so it's behavior-based, except when it gets to coveting. And then coveting is a hard issue, but he doesn't acknowledge that it's a heart issue. Ah, all right.
Starting point is 01:02:53 It's like... There's so much ground to cover. Yeah, the flaws are apparent, and they're myriad. And as you pick things like this apart, you just recognize that, but God, rich in mercy, gave us that way. He gave us his son. And when we think about things that go wrong in our lives, if we don't focus on his glory and our good, it'll all seem cataclysmic. It'll all seem in some ways sinful. It'll all seem like itlysmic. It'll all seem in some ways sinful.
Starting point is 01:03:27 It'll all seem like it's wrought from sin. Then we'll go back to the fair concept of why do bad things happen to good people? And we miss the entering argument that at heart there are no good people. Porn is adultery of the heart. I think that pornography inflames us to then want to act those fantasies out, and I think there's good studies that back that up. But surely you wouldn't say to the man who views animated child pornography, that's not bad so long as you don't act it out. Aye, aye, aye.
Starting point is 01:03:58 Here we go. Wouldn't you want to help this poor, sick dude? Yes, I would, but I'm thrilled. Okay. That's good. Thrilled that he's not acting it out. I mean. Agreed. Okay. Of course.
Starting point is 01:04:08 Well, that's big. Yeah. We're both thrilled that he might have a poor substitute. But it is a substitute if that were the case. No child is being used. It's all animated. Yeah. And he. Would you use the word
Starting point is 01:04:27 evil of animated child pornography because i certainly would no i would use evil only with behavior wow yeah man wow wow wow wow wow this is some treacherous ground at this point we've kind of graduated now to um i guess the the quiet things are being spoken out loud at this point he's okay with animated porn animated child porn yeah he doesn't see it as harmful doesn't see it as sinful i'm not sure that he recognizes the litany yep of producers the litany of animators the the laundry list of folks behind the scenes that were used to create the animated child porn, folks that look at porn and think to themselves, I'm not hurting anybody.
Starting point is 01:05:15 I think that they're missing what it's doing to them, how they reflect that onto their families, the ones that they love the most, the folks that went into the creation of the pornography, the woman who never was thinking to herself as a little girl, I'm going to grow up and become an object in pornography. It's never someone's initial going in argument. This is what I want to do with my life. Even if they're just thrilled to be there, the money's wonderful, the drugs are beautiful. The alcohol is flowing. They are broken. Absolutely. And this leads down a path where you go from animated child pornography to actual child pornography. Okay, maybe let's start with kids between 15 and 18 years old.
Starting point is 01:06:03 And then you start lowering the age limit, and now you're down to, I'm telling you, that's what's coming. I really believe that's what's coming. That's the next battle. We went from gay rights to transgenderism to pedophilia. That's the next fight. Or what's the new phrase for it?
Starting point is 01:06:20 It is minor attracted person. Oh, okay. It's very interesting. I believe it's the United Nations recently came out It is minor attracted person. Oh, okay. It's very interesting. I believe it's the United Nations recently came out with a proposed initiative to drastically reduce the age of consent for some of the subscribing countries. And it just baffles me that we cannot see this continual, increasingly speeding downhill hurdle that we're on. I think the frustration that we Christians have in this country is if you're 35 and up, you got a taste of the last remnant of America as a Christian nation. We had a little hint left in the 1980s and 90s,
Starting point is 01:07:08 barely. Now, what I've heard about the 40s and 50s from people who lived during that time, totally different nation. I didn't get to experience that. And so we have this, it's like we're grieving this loss of a nation because I think what we're going through is societal collapse. It's like we're grieving the death of America. That's what breaks my heart. And it makes me angry at the same time because it's like I know you're dying and you don't want help. I took an email a couple of days ago from a gentleman. And he said, I'm a little bit worried about showing Conquer to my youth group.
Starting point is 01:07:53 And he was talking about his 15 to 18s and in my mind i'm thinking we need to hit your 11 to 14s in some ways if we can get to your 8 to 10s because they are getting it you think about the normal k through 5 elementary school out there so a kindergartner is riding the school bus with a fifth grader there's a whole bunch of fifth graders out there. So a kindergartner is riding the school bus with a fifth grader. There's a whole bunch of fifth graders out there that have the phone that are saying, hey, kindergartner, check this out. It usually comes from an older kid. And when we talk to the kids about this stuff, they're seeing it. Your kids are seeing it. Listen, Christian school, private school, public school, charter schools.
Starting point is 01:08:24 If your kids are outside of your eyeline, they are probably seeing it. They're probably seeing it. And unfortunately, maybe they didn't want to see it, but they saw it and they're still shameful and they're scared to say something about it because it's arousing. They're like, okay, but because I felt that way, there must be something wrong with me and I don't want to talk about it. So if you don't have that conversation already in movement in your
Starting point is 01:08:52 family, you're in trouble. Like you should be having these conversations. My kids know, like we talk about this pretty consistently. You know, what are you going to do if someone comes up in school and shows you this? I talk to them, you know, they don't know what intercourse is. They don't know. I got, I got a six-year-old and nine-year-old. Now I'm getting to the age of, I got to start talking a little bit heavier with my nine-year-old. Um, but they know that people take pictures of themselves in the nude and, and, and they put that on the internet. That's how I explain it. It's like, Hey, look, there's, there's good pictures explain it. It's like, hey, look, there's good pictures out there, there's bad pictures. And those bad pictures are going to
Starting point is 01:09:29 scar your brain. They're going to set you up to do really stupid things in life. They're aware of it, right? Put the armor on your kids. Get them ready. Because Satan is prowling on your doorstep. If you don't disciple your kids, he will. And he'll do it in their face at five, six, seven years old. So why are we debating whether an 11-year-old or an 8-year-old should be learning about pornography and sexuality and masturbation and these things? You can talk to them in a way that's age-appropriate, but they've got to hear it. They've got to hear it.
Starting point is 01:10:10 If you don't take the lead with your kids, I believe, the world will gladly step in and take over for you. Absolutely. I'm very blessed. Most of the folks that are listening, they know my story about sexual sin and perversion. What happened? I know.
Starting point is 01:10:26 Yeah, exactly. You're doing this? And so for 30 years, I struggled with it. It started off as pornography. It graduated into deeper affections with pornography, emotional affairs, physical affairs, and eventually one of my affair partners was killed. an attempt was made on my life and so before that i had no clue how to talk to my kids at that point my boys were 14 12 10 and 8 and god airdropped the capability into my lap to be able to talk to my sons it was very public what happened obviously and i thank god for the wreck in my life to not just save me,
Starting point is 01:11:07 but also give me a chance to talk to my kids about this in a way that can be loving, in a way that can be preventative of the distortion and the corruption that the enemy seeks over our marriage beds. Wow. What a perspective. Well, listen, if you guys are out there and you're watching and you're struggling with porn we've got a series for this called the conquer series actually matt fratt is in it the guy that was just speaking here um it's 10 episodes and it takes you in depth on what it looks like to walk free from sexual integrity we lead you you out of Conquer Series and Warpath, which is 29 episodes. It's all on solarrefinder.com. And I would just say, in addition to all of this, be careful where you're consuming content. Be careful the people that you follow.
Starting point is 01:11:58 I like Dennis Prager. I like, who's the other guy? Jordan. Jordan Peterson. Jordan Peterson. They all look like nice guys, but I don't follow them. I'm not going to follow him because his foundations are broke. Ben Shapiro looks like a nice guy. I'm not interested. No offense.
Starting point is 01:12:21 Just, I'm following Jesus. If I'm going to take time to study and to listen to someone I want to hear his words I want to follow him and in a part in addition to that it just winds me up because I see the problem that exists in the country and they're offering political solutions to it and it's never gonna solve a spiritual problem these men that we've talked about, most of them are of the Judaic mentality. And so as Christians, we subscribe to a very specific and narrow way to the Father. It says it very clearly. There is no way to the Father but by Jesus. By no other name under heaven.
Starting point is 01:13:03 But it is stunningly inclusive. Any of these guys can become a Christian. Absolutely. And that's what I pray for. I pray for these discussions to become a moment of, oh my goodness, Lord, over to you. That's right. Jesus went to the Jews first.
Starting point is 01:13:23 They are certainly favored in that sense that he went to them and preached to them in their temples, in their synagogues. Right. So I love these Jewish guys. We don't have anything against them. It's just their thinking is distorted in more than just spiritual ways. And it goes deeper than just spiritual, and that's quite deep. When you align your thinking in terms of excusing watching pornography because it's not a sin, you're still, okay, let's just, for a second, let's remove all spirituality away from it. You're still objectifying women. I'd love to talk about what is the effect of all this on women and the objectification of women. That's it. And it starts with the objectification, then it becomes a classification. Then we start drawing lines and saying like, well, I think she would make the cut or she wouldn't make the cut. You'll hear some of these younger guys say like, well, that's about a six pack.
Starting point is 01:14:26 What are we doing? Listen, I was one of those guys. And that's why I can say it objectively. Here's where I was. Here's what Christ did in my life. And here's how I feel now. But don't take my word for it. Watch a little bit what my wife has to say.
Starting point is 01:14:48 She's the witness i mean she gets to see firsthand what it looked like at one point and then she also gets to see the new man wow and so i i would offer that to anyone right so what message does it send to a woman whose husband is watching porn. If you have men like Dennis Prager and others who are basically saying, well, he's not having an affair, so at least he's not having an affair so he can watch porn. What message does that send to her?
Starting point is 01:15:21 Is she considered at all in this equation? It's reckless because it's totally objectifying women. And here we are in a state in our society, in our nation, where identity is totally disappearing. We're at a loss for identity. We have an identity crisis in our country. And I know that Dennis Prager and others are they're talking about this. Right. They're talking about the transgender movement and these things. Well, look, where do you think this comes from? It's a loss of identity. And it's connected to pornography. So it's like, you know, where does it go from here? It's super interesting. As we objectify, we basically remove the humanity from that person. And we treat them almost as a disposable entity. Wow. That we can just throw away.
Starting point is 01:16:21 And, I mean, in the Old Testament, there were lots of reasons. I mean, if she gooned up dinner, she could be divorced. And remember, Old Testament divorce meant that she had no way forward in life. There was going to be nobody to provide for her any longer. Right. And so we have kind of taken that, and because of the current objectification of women, we are now placing that same, you know, kind of mindset to the women of today. Exactly. Yep. You can't value something you objectify. And so to say, I'm sure Dennis would argue that he values women, but at the same time,
Starting point is 01:17:00 he's devaluing them by supporting porn. I't get it man no it's frustrating um i think that if you got down into the deep recesses of how a lot of these conservatives think on mainstream media um your favorite commentators i think you'd be shocked at what they actually believe. And so if those foundations are broke, why follow them? Why be their student? Turn them off. Really, turn them off. Listen to Jesus. If you can spend one hour listening to this guy, can you spend one hour listening to the words of Jesus? Find an app that plays his words and listen to it, just like you would a podcast. Yeah, this is super interesting. I believe too many of us are looking for almost that newfound American quick fix.
Starting point is 01:17:56 We're looking for that wand wave over our lives, and it doesn't come from the mouthpiece of somebody else. It has to come from what our Lord tells us through the Bible, both testaments. That's right. Okay, so a few weeks ago, you and I were in Arkansas. Marcos was with us, and we were speaking at a men's event. There was 1,000 men there. We took a survey. In the survey, we had 457 respondents
Starting point is 01:18:26 got involved in the survey because it had to do, the topic of the survey was to do with sexual related issues, sexuality, sexual integrity. And so a lot of them just chose to not answer. That's their choice. It's fine. But of those who did respond, we saw that over, was it 70% are using masturbation? Over 50% of those respondents were watching pornography on a consistent, regular basis. And so if you have a church today who is objectifying women, how does the men in the church defend women at the same time they're objectifying women, how does the men in the church defend women at the same time they're objectifying women? You can't do it.
Starting point is 01:19:09 You can't do it. And that's why you have this transgender movement. And it's not until you have dudes in dresses showing up drinking your beer that you get upset. But you go home and watch porn. I don't get it. Do you see the double-mindedness in this? If he's drinking my beer,
Starting point is 01:19:31 I'm going to get mad. But, you know, I'm going to go watch some porn. What damage does it do to the woman who's in the porn film? What damage does it do to your wife who experiences this betrayal? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:46 So the excuse is, well, she doesn't know what I'm doing. What she doesn't know doesn't hurt her. Look, she may not know the facts, but she knows the truth. She knows the truth. Men, take it from me. If you're tied up with porn, even if your wife doesn't know about it and things remain apparently kosher between you you have no chance of fully loving her because you are still mapped under that pornography you are still imprinted on that and so as long as there's that that connection that you have with pornography then your view of sexuality is distorted and it's corrupted and there are extra folks in your bedroom. Only when you can have it, what I consider to be a garden marriage. And listen, I am the number one rule breaker here. I'll take lead in the line of centers. But whenever we bring extra stuff into our bedroom,
Starting point is 01:20:38 extra people, extra images, what we're doing is we're basically telling her she's not enough. We are telling her that we need all this other thing, all these other things to keep us engaged and that she can never be enough for us. And what that does is it damages her psyche. And now she is playing defense every step of the way. She has no chance to try and fully love us because she's just trying not to be hurt. And so for a lot of guys, I hear this, well, you don't understand. She doesn't do this for me. She doesn't, or she treats me poorly in this regard. And so I deserve this. And so let me ask you the question, have you gone first? Have you gone first in shedding your pornography habit? Have you gone first in shedding your pornography habit? Have you gone first in getting rid of all those little emotional ties that you may have with older acquaintances?
Starting point is 01:21:32 Have you gone first in making her feel like she is the only woman, not just in your eyes, but also in your bed, and in between your ears, and in your heart? Because until that happens, we have no chance to love her correctly. And that's what it means to submit yourself to one another. Most men start at, well, does she have to submit herself to me? Yes.
Starting point is 01:21:55 And you have to submit yourself to her. Submit to one another. It's not the man or the woman is supposed to submit to the husband. You're supposed to submit to one another. And part of that submission is you are mine. When you gave your vows, when you got married, it says till death do us apart, right?
Starting point is 01:22:15 Faithful to one another. So I highly disagree with Dennis Prager's point on this entire subject of pornography. I think it's a shocker. I look at where we are as a nation, Lamar, and I'm like, unless there's an absolute change in direction of repentance among the people, I don't know if there's much hope left for the nation. And I'm not trying to be too pessimistic, skeptical over this, but it just seems like we're at the end of the end in terms of who we are as a people. And I don't think that there's a political solution to it. I know there's not, but I'd love to see pornography banned.
Starting point is 01:22:59 Wow. Wiped off the map. And look, you can argue this as a libertarian and say, well, you know, this is a right. We can't be banning pornography. What I do in my own bedroom is my business. Well, then how about cocaine? Should we legalize prostitution across the country? Should we go down all the illicit drugs? Anything that we want to do should be a freedom. Like, where does it stop? I class pornography as digital cocaine. It's wrecking the country for the good of its people. We should not have porn in this country. It should be outright banned. use bad words until some people in the church the wimps say look we yeah you know what we do need to ban it we need to ban it because i'm banning it in my house so why don't we ban it in our state let's just start there let's ban it in our state you want porn you got to go to another state or how about we have a law that says when the Internet service provider, the ISP provider in your community shows up at your doorstep, they hand you a document to sign that says, would you like, would you, would you allow pornography?
Starting point is 01:24:17 Will you allow pornography to come in your home? Yes or no. You sign off right there. I can't let my kids on the internet. Why is that? Because porn runs through the cables in my house. They can type something in, in a blink of an eye, and I know I can put the apps on my computers. Why doesn't it start at the service provider? That's a simple wall. You want porn? Okay, you can have it. I don't want it. And then start to shut down the porn companies, start to heal the families, start to help these men. And here's the other argument. Well, look, if there isn't porn, isn't legal, we're going to watch it anyways.
Starting point is 01:24:57 OK, well, that was the same argument for abortion. Well, I'll have an abortion in the back, you know, back alley. Well, we're going to eliminate it for a lot of other people. And I know you can't ban it in the heart. I know it's a heart issue. But when you've got a city full of drug addicts, where you focus is getting the drugs out of the city to give them a fighting chance. And if pornography is running through the veins of this nation she doesn't have a chance lady liberty is on her deathbed she's dying and i'm i think we're about to hear the the the last screech of life in her blood because i don't think she's got much longer. That sounds very gloomy, but 70% of men in church are addicted to porn. Where's the hope? And the enemy hooks us early.
Starting point is 01:25:54 Right now we're seeing in some of these school board meetings, we're seeing 10 and 11-year-olds stand up and read out of books that are available in their library. And the school board members are having to shut down these children from reading these things because there are other kids in the room but this is the stuff that's in the library for these elementary school kids and then you have librarians that are offering them oh well if you like that book why don't you try this one and try this one and so this is where we are right now listen i'm not concerned if this is a a national issue if this is a local issue this is a state issue yes this is not an or problem this is an and problem it's all the above that's right so wherever we can insert ourselves yeah as
Starting point is 01:26:40 christians the church the local level the state level the local level, the state level, the national level, we do that. Our kids are at risk here. Kids are at risk. You hear it a lot. And I want to echo some of what Dennis Prager and some of his colleagues say all the time. They are coming for our children. In large part, they have our children in some regards. And so then why let them draw animated porn why be in
Starting point is 01:27:08 support of that dennis prager exactly if you know they're coming for your kids why support it it's so hypocritical i completely agree our secular studies are now starting to prove out and echo a christian sentiment that's been around for a long time on this, just on the destructive nature of porn and how it's affecting our young men. We're starting to see much lower testosterone levels across our men in their 20s. We're starting to see later and later marriages. And it's in large part because these guys have grown up with this idea that no one woman no one type could ever possibly satisfy that man right and so the variety kind of exactly what mr preggard was talking about
Starting point is 01:27:53 has overtaken these guys and you get you get ed problems too big time big time that was kind of the punchline here. 19, 20, 22 years old. Yep. Yep. And it's not necessarily, and forgive the crass language. I hope this is a PG-13 plus issue here, but it's not a problem with getting it up. It's a problem with when am I going to be able to be satisfied? Yeah. when am I going to be able to be satisfied? And so I just, I shudder to think about the effect again that it's going to have on this next generation of women.
Starting point is 01:28:31 As they enter what they think might be a garden marriage, and all of a sudden they look across the bedroom at their husband who didn't have, I guess, the integrity to tell them about his issues before they got married. Yeah, exactly. Where do we think this Me Too movement came from? This misogyny, you know, this feminist movement, it came from, and this is not in totality, but it came in part from the frustration that women have in society in relation to men. They drink poison all day.
Starting point is 01:29:05 They're drinking pornography. We understand there is a growing element of the female population that is just as hooked on pornography. We are super excited here at Soul Refiner. There are groups available for women that are struggling. They are out there. They are running, and they are full of women that love you,
Starting point is 01:29:28 want to help you get healed, want to walk alongside you. Yeah, we've got men's groups as well. Sign up for a men's group at soulrefiner.com. We've got the Conquer Series, Warpath, Stronger Together, Legacy Series. We've got a lot of courses available. We help broken people. That's what we do and so obviously we're passionate about this subject of pornography because we see how prolific and damaging it is to the nucleus of the family in the nation and i believe that it's the thing that can wreck a nation. It can absolutely destroy it.
Starting point is 01:30:06 And if I could, I'd ban it. I'd destroy it altogether. But I know that's an uphill battle. And in the meantime, we will fight the war man to man. So if that means helping one man at a time gain freedom, that's what we'll do. That's what we'll do. That's what we'll do because, you know, God's called us to disciple. I'd love to just take a moment to pray if that's okay. Yeah, absolutely.
Starting point is 01:30:33 Lord, thank you for this time. Thank you for folks that are tuning in all across the world. Thank you for folks that are diligent in not only, you know, walking purely themselves, but in helping somebody else. As a man gets into recovery, as a woman experiences true freedom from this and from betrayal regarding sexual integrity issues, they recognize almost immediately that advanced recovery is leadership and to help somebody else and to reach a hand down to assist someone else. And so, God, I pray for that.
Starting point is 01:31:04 I pray for that. I pray for that continued obedience. I pray for just an awakening in the country that moments like Kentucky sprout up all over and that we graduate from those emotional moments into a sexually pure life that is full of this integrity. That it's all one person. There's not a in-the-clos closet masturbating dad versus a parental dad versus a marital dad versus a work dad it's all one dad and it's all underneath the purview of jesus christ
Starting point is 01:31:35 it's an integrated person mentality and that's what i'm praying for for all of us here God, thank you for this time. Thank you for these folks. It's in your holy name we pray. Amen. Amen. Thanks, brother. so what you just saw was a video produced by my son jeremy wiles along with uh lamar doberry in response to salem media talk show host dennis prager's defense of viewing pornography, which is absolutely opposed to the teaching of Jesus Christ. Doc and I want to, we want to end today's true news with two scriptures, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament. Doc, I'll let you read the Old Testament scripture. And this is from Isaiah 520. And it simply says, Woe unto them that call evil good and good evil,
Starting point is 01:32:54 that put darkness for light and light for darkness, that put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. It doesn't get more clear than that. The matter of the heart was an essential core tenet of the Old Testament as well. It wasn't just behavior like Dennis Prager makes the argument. Well, he said Judaism is a religion of the law. Right. And it never was of the law. No, it was always of the heart. God gave them the law because their hearts were evil. That's right. They don't get this part.
Starting point is 01:33:30 And in fact, it goes on to say later on that he'll remove that heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Yes. Now I want to read what Jesus Christ said. This is Matthew 5, 19. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments and shall teach men so. He shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven, but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. So Dennis Prager and every follower of Judaism that promotes the belief that people can watch pornography and not sin. They are breaking the commandments of Jesus Christ. And Jesus said they will be called the least in the kingdom. they will lose their place in eternity. And everyone in the Christian church
Starting point is 01:34:33 that covers for these people, gives them a platform to talk. You're guilty of helping them tell people to break the commandments of God. You need to think about that and make a decision whom you will serve. That's it for today. Thank you. We'll be back tomorrow. God bless you. You have been listening to True News with Rick Wiles.
