This is true news, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So help us God. A federal judge overseeing the upcoming trial of former President Donald Trump for allegedly conspiring to overturn the 2020 presidential election fears that the Mueller special counsel investigation into the phony Putin hacked the election scandal and the current grand jury investigation of President Trump over alleged election interference. I'll have more on this story in a few minutes. But first, let's look at this Washington Post report about President Trump pleading not guilty today. As you see the headline, Trump and Thursday pleaded not guilty in federal court to multiple charges alleging that the former president kept classified documents at his Florida property and with the help of aides tried to hide some of the material from government officials seeking to get them back.

The Post said Trump entered his plea through his attorneys and was not present at the hearing. Federal prosecutors had initially accused him of committing 37 crimes in an indictment filed in June, and he pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors added three additional charges in a July superseding indictment. Trump pleaded not guilty to those charges through his attorney on Thursday. The next report is from CNBC. Trump Election Trial Special Counsel Jack Smith seeks a January 2nd start date.

They are really pushing to get Mr. Trump behind bars as early as they can in 2024. CNBC reporting Special Counsel Jack Smith on Thursday proposed a January 2 start date for former President Donald Trump's trial on charges of attempting to overturn his loss to President Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election. CNBC said Smith in a court filing in Washington, federal court argued that the trial date would vindicate the public's strong interest in a speedy trial. The report goes on to say that interest is of particular significance in a case involving an ex-president accused of conspiring to subvert a Democratic election and discount citizens' legitimate votes, Smith wrote in the eight-page filing.

And it goes on to say that Smith's office estimated that its case would take no longer than four to six weeks to present to jurors. The court filing also said that Smith expects to have can complete the case in six to eight weeks. as the time allotted for the trial, which means they're hoping to get a conviction of President Trump sometime by February or March of 2024. That's the game plan right now. Obviously, the Trump attorneys are going to try to delay this trial as long as possible and run out the clock past the election. Now, Professor Jonathan Turley found something in court documents that actually bolsters something that I said several weeks ago. Remember when a group of American Jewish leaders presented a crown, the crown of Jerusalem to President Trump. And he made a remark, something about, you know,

possibly why, you know, I don't know. I don't remember the exact words, but it was referencing that what if he just gave it all up? He didn't say what it was, uh what if he just gave it all up he didn't say what it was but if what if he just gave it up and i said you know he's actually thinking he could leave the usa go to israel seek asylum and live out his life in israel well maybe maybe somebody in Washington is watching true news because Professor Turley said federal court declares Trump a flight risk in secret subpoena decision. And this is what Professor Turley wrote in his op-ed today. The disclosure of a subpoena of Twitter by special counsel, Jack Smith was surprising in a number of respects, including the hefty $350,000 fine

imposed by us district court judge barrel. How for a three day delay as the company sought to address the demand. However, the two most surprising and concerning elements were that the subpoena was secret and how justified it in part on Trump being a flight risk. Neither seems warranted in this case, even assuming that the subpoena was in other respects warranted. Professor Hurley went on to say the lower court stated that the district court found that there were reasonable grounds to believe that disclosing the warrant to former President Trump would seriously jeopardize the ongoing investigation by giving an opportunity to destroy evidence, change patterns of behavior, or notify confederates. He went on to write in his blog, it is not clear how Trump would destroy the evidence in possession

of Twitter, particularly after the company is informed that it must preserve and disclose the metadata. Then there was the added rationale that was tucked into footnote number two of the D.C. court opinion. Trump might flee. Judge Howe actually agreed that the former president was a flight risk. It says, cross that for a second. Again, this is a professor, Jonathan

Turley, writing in his blog. He says, process that for a second. Trump has 24-7 security. So, Howe agreed that he might shake his sizable security detail, evade them, and go on the lam. He is one of the most recognized figures in the world. He would have to go to Mars to live incognito. Or he could go to Israel. But the professor's got a good point. How would he shake his Secret Service protection team? How would he make it out of the country?

I don't know. I don't know if he's seriously thinking about it. But somebody in Jack Smith's office is thinking about it. And the judge agreed that possibly President Trump would flee the United States of America. On the real scandal that we should be talking about, the Biden scandal, New York Post reporting Congressman James Comer says Biden's subpoena coming.

We're putting together a case. Now, when he says the Biden subpoena is coming, they're talking about issuing a subpoena to all of the family members of the Biden family, James Biden, all of the president's role in his son's influence peddling gathers pace. line for issuing the summonses, saying he wants to talk with three or four more associates of the Biden family first. The Republican did not identify the associates, but said the Oversight Committee was communicating with a couple of them and promised if they don't come in voluntarily, they will be subpoenaed. And you see what happened to him. today out of Ecuador that the police have arrested six suspects in the murder of Fernando Villavicencio. The police chief said that they're all foreigners and that they belong to an organized crime group. No other information about their identities or the countries that they come from.

The National Police confirmed the arrest of people allegedly linked to the assassination of presidential candidate nationality and that they belong to an organized crime group that he did not specify. Now, this is, well, I'm going to move on. I'm going to move on to number 23. This is Fox News. This came out today. West Virginia Senator Manchin said that he is seriously considering leaving the Democratic Party and becoming an independent. He made these remarks to a West Virginia radio talk show host. And, you know, Mr. Manchin really doesn't have much of a choice.

He's on the outside of the Democratic Party, the National Democratic Party. He has a very serious challenge for re-election. Two very strong Republicans are running against each other in the Republican primary, Alex Mooney, a congressman, and Governor Jim Justice. Both candidates, regardless of which one wins the Republican nomination, both of them are capable of defeating Joe Manchin. Joe Manchin's got to carry the burden of Joe Biden, the radical green agenda in the state of West Virginia, shutting down the coal mines, shutting down the energy industry,

the radical socialist agenda of the Democrats. It doesn't sell in West Virginia. So it's going to be very difficult for him to run as a Democrat and defend Joe Biden. So he's going to run, apparently, as an independent unless he runs for president. Don't rule this out. Unless he runs for president as an independent.

And if you think about it, a Kennedy mansion ticket as independents would be an extremely potent ticket. You'd have two moderate Democrats running on a ticket in 2024. I don't know if these two men have talked about it, but there is talk of Joe Manchin running for president as an independent. Like I said, he has not much hope winning re-election in the state of West Virginia. He appeared on the Metro News talk line. The talk show host is Hoppy Kirchival. And this is the segment where Mr. Kirchival asked Senator Manchin about his re-election plans. Hoppy, I just can't. I can't accept either party, to be honest with you. So why don't you become an independent? Why don't you say, you know

what, you say, you've said many times that you're not like the Democrats today or the National Democratic Party. Instead, where we're going in America is to legitimize pedophilia. Well, this is what Reuters said in this report. The World Bank said on Tuesday it would halt new lending to the Ugandan government after concluding that its anti-LGBTQ law, which has been condemned by many countries in the United Nations, contradicts the bank's values. In response, the East African country dismissed the move as unjust and hypocritical.

A World Bank team, says Reuters, traveled to Uganda immediately after the law was enacted in May and determined that additional measures were needed to ensure projects were being implemented in line with the bank's environmental and social standards. You notice that last line there? You can't get a loan now from many banks unless you conform to the bank's environmental and social standards. Why was Nigel Farage debanked in Great Britain? Because he did not conform to the bank's environmental and social standards. Reuters goes on to say in this article, no new public financing to Uganda will be presented to our board of executive directors until the efficacy of the additional measures has been tested. The World Bank said in a statement adding that such measures were now under discussion with Ugandan authorities. Uganda's anti-homosexuality act fundamentally contradicts the world bank's group's values

they're telling you what their values are they said we believe our vision to eradicate poverty on a livable planet can only succeed if it includes everyone irrespective of race, gender, or sexuality, the bank said in its statement. Now, Lee, let's go back to number 25, because the president of Uganda has a response to the World Bank. As you see in this Al Jazeera article, Uganda defiant after World Bank halts funding over anti-LGBTQ. It says that Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has criticized the World Bank's decision to suspend new funding to Uganda in response to a harsh anti-LGBTQ law and has promised to find alternative sources of credit.

He said, quote, it is therefore unfortunate that the World Bank and other actors dare to want to coerce us into abandoning our faith, our culture, principles,

and sovereignty using money. They really underestimate all Africans, he said. Museveni said that if Uganda needs to borrow, it could tap other sources and oil production expected to start by 2025 would provide additional revenues. Well, we need to pray for Uganda and its leaders that they have the courage to stand by their values and not allow the Western perverts to pressure them into changing their laws and their customs and abandoning their Christian faith. It's not just the Christian

But at the last minute, the conservative state of Kuwait announced an

outright ban, saying the film promoted ideas and beliefs that are alien to Kuwaiti society. Lebanon's culture minister also demanded a ban saying the Barbie movie contradicts religious values and morality and promotes homosexuality and sexual transformation. America is acting like Babylon. We're exporting our wickedness and forcing other nations to drink from our cup of fornication. And there's a terrible price that a nation will pay for such sins. It also criticized Kellogg's marketing campaign, saying that the company had discarded its long-held family-friendly marketing approach to politicize and sexualize its products, listing examples including boxes of Cheez-It crackers featuring the drag queen RuPaul and cereal boxes celebrating LGBTQ Pride Month. It says the group also took exception to the company's well-known Tony the Tiger character. This is unbelievable. Kellogg trotted out Tony the Tiger

and had this character pose with Dylan Mulvaney, the transgender influencer who appeared at the Tony Awards in June. Well, what did Dylan Mulvaney do for Anheuser-Busch? He, it, whatever this person is, turned Bud Light into queer beer and their sales have dropped over 30% the brand is destroyed it will never come back and now Kellogg which sells cereal to children is going down the same road so Kellogg needs to be taught a lesson. We need to stop buying all Kellogg products. Just teach them a lesson. If you see that the product on the shelf is made by Kellogg company, don't buy it.

Well, the biggest Christian radio broadcaster in America is Salem Media. This company's been around for a long, long time. Used to be a really good company. Had a lot of radio stations. They still do a lot of radio stations with Christian programming, both teaching and music. This is their website, as you see, Salem Media Group. And what does it say there? America's leading media company serving the nation's Christian and conservative communities. This is how Salem Media identifies themselves. Well, one of their top talk show hosts is Mr. Dennis Prager.

And a lot of conservatives really like Dennis Prager. A lot of Christians follow Dennis Prager and buy his products. And they're enrolled in his Prager University. And now they're buying his Prager University classes for children. And they want Dennis Prager to imprint his values in their minds. Isn't that what they're doing? By listening to his radio shows? By attending his online courses?

By buying his products for their children? They want Dennis Prager to imprint his values into their minds and into the minds of their children and Salem radio says as a Christian broadcaster we are giving a national platform to Dennis Prager well I got two problems with Mr. Prager number one he's not a. He does not believe in Jesus Christ. In fact, if you would ask him, he would tell you, most likely, he completely repudiates Jesus Christ. He's Jewish. He's a member.

His faith is Judaism. Well, Mr. Prager has been outed recently for being a proponent of watching pornography. His viewpoint is, as a Jew, he's saying, as a member of Judaism, we are not like Christians, obviously. We get that part. But as members of the faith of Judaism, Mr. Prager says that Judaism does not condemn thoughts, that there's no sin in your thoughts. There's only sin in your actions. See, that's a religion of law. That's not what Jesus taught. Jesus said that if you lust on a woman, you've already committed adultery. Jesus took the Ten Commandments and supersized them. He didn't abolish them. He just supersized them. And our hearts, our minds are what are important in the Christian faith. Not so in Judaism. Dennis Prager says you can watch pornography and you haven't sinned. In fact, he said you can watch animated children's porn and not sin. I'm not kidding you. He said it.

Dennis Prager believes that men can watch animated child pornography and not be guilty of sexual immorality unless they acted out and actually touch a child. Now, let me ask you, why is this guy on Salem media? Why is he given a national platform to spew his perverted religious beliefs why is this man lifted up in christian organizations as a great leader i was at the nrb national religious broadcasters convention months ago in orlando mr prager was everywhere he was on stage he spoke several times he was a welcomed uh leader at the nrb convention but this is a man that says you can watch animated child porn and as long as you don't touch the child you have in sin i'm going to play two videos

We care how you act. That's why we don't have a claim that if you look at another woman with lust, it's as if you've committed adultery with her. I'm giving what I think is a moral and realistic answer. Men want variety. And if adultery is a substitute for, if pornography is a substitute for one's wife, it's awful. If it's a substitute for adultery, it's not awful.

That is my unpredictable answer. Well, there is a clinical rule of thumb that's akin to that, I would say. If you're trying to decide clinically whether someone's partaking in a habit, say use of alcohol, has reached the threshold of clinical significance, one of the things you do is ask the person you're assessing, now, is it interfering with your employment? Has it got you in trouble with the law? Is your family complaining?

Does it stop you from doing other things that you should be doing? And so the judgment isn't the use of the forbidden substance itself. It's, it is in some sense consequentialist. And I'm not saying that that's an absolute, but it is a, it is a hallmark of clinical judgment. Unbelievable. Were there any Christians here? I think Mr. Peterson considers himself a Christian. That wasn't a very Christian answer. I don't know who else was on that panel that may publicly confess to be a Christian, but nobody challenged

Well, apparently Salem Radio doesn't think it's despicable because they pay this guy a lot of money to be on their radio stations and the NRB doesn't think it's despicable because they invite him to the National Religious Broadcasters Convention as a featured speaker and apparently a lot of Christians don't think it's despicable because they listen to Dennis Prager's radio show they enroll in his Prager University and now they are enrolling their children in Prager's online school for children. Yet you've heard what this man believes. I have to ask the question, has anybody at Salem Media ever told Dennis Prager that he is spiritually lost
