The WHO Secretary General denied that his organization is plotting to seize control of national, state, and local health emergency powers around the world.

And Klaus Schwab told the delegates to prepare for human fusion with machines. And Tucker Carlson was there. He said Vladimir Putin is open to making a deal with the West to end the war in Ukraine. Let's start with this headline published today by the Gulf News World Government Summit 2024, Uniting Nations to Confront Global Challenges. And we'll look at this next headline. It tells us some of the challenges that we're looking at. A global pandemic agreement, a crucial step towards securing humanity's future.

One of the speakers was the Secretary General of the WHO, World Health Organization, Dr. Tedros. And he used his speech today to deny that the World Health Organization is plotting to seize control of emergency health powers of governments around the world. And we will have more on tomorrow's program regarding his speech, but we do have some information today. Now, I'm going to break this down. A World Government Summit 2024, a platform for global initiatives. Doc, what are the initiatives? Well, currently, in a way, the World Government Summit 2024 has drawn global attention with the participation of over 4,000 delegates, including thought leaders, policymakers, prime ministers, and Nobel laureates.

The summit is providing a platform for discussing various global issues, including the ongoing pandemic, climate change, and emergency response efforts. As one of the significant speakers, Dr. Tedros, Director General of the WHO, has emphasized the dire need for addressing these particular challenges. Now, what he is proposing is the world's first pandemic treaty, and he is saying that this is a mission critical for humanity. So in his address at the summit, Dr. Tedros highlighted the urgent need for a global pact to address the challenges posed by the pandemic. This agreement, known as the Pandemic Agreement, is being proposed by the WHO

and is the world's first of its kind. Now, its aim, it says, is to prevent and combat future pandemics by establishing national, regional, and global networks for sharing information on viruses of concern. Now, they did address the opposition and challenges to such a treaty and says, despite the critical importance of such a treaty, it has faced opposition, particularly from some House Republican lawmakers in the U.S. The opponents argue that the agreement demands excessive funding from the U.S. and may require U.S. companies to share their proprietary vaccine or treatment formulas with other countries in future pandemics. However, the treaty has potential pass forward for approval and the WHO aims to finalize it. Rick, look at the state, May 2024. And despite the challenges, the U.S. remains committed to the pandemic accord negotiations aiming to have an agreed text adopted at the 77th World Health Assembly in May of this year.

Looking at three and a half months from now. That's right. We gave that data a year ago. Yes. Here we are now. It's coming upon us. But we knew a year ago that they were going to have the treaty written by the spring of 24. Have you seen an advanced copy of it?

No. Are we going to see an advanced copy of it, Rick? I don't think so. And will the U.S. Senate ratify it? Yeah, we have to ratify it before we can see what's in it. Remember that excuse before? But do you think Charles Schumer would ratify it? Of course he would.

What about Mitch McConnell? Glitch McConnell? Yes Of course he would. What about Mitch McConnell? Glitch McConnell? Yes, he certainly would. So we don't have any confidence that the Republicans in the U.S. Senate would oppose this treaty. It's not going to go to the House. See, Dr. Tedros said it's got opposition from House Republicans. Treaties don't go to the House for ratification. They go to the Senate.

That means Mitch McConnell and Charles Schumer. And I don't trust either one of those guys. So that treaty is coming up. It's going to be presented officially at a meeting of the World Health Organization in May, just three and a half months from now. Now, in spite of that text that we just read to you, where it's talking about giving the WHO control over the management of any future pandemics, either real or imagined, Dr. Tedros actually went on to say, you know, we didn't impose any kind of sanctions or any kind of anything on anyone during the COVID crisis. He actually said that out loud, Rick.

I know. Let's watch this. Let me be clear. WHO did not impose anything on anyone during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not lockdowns, not mask mandates, not vaccine mandates. We don't have the power to do that. We don't want it and we're not trying to get it. Our job is to support governments with evidence-based guidance, advice and when needed supplies to help them protect

their people. So my question is, if you don't have that power and you don't want it, why do you need a global treaty? That's my question too. He said that the purpose of the treaty is to establish national, regional, and global networks for sharing information on viruses. Why do you need a treaty to share information? You can share information now. What's stopping you from sharing information? I mean, we have telephones. Right.

We have email. What is preventing these guys from talking to each other? Why do they need a global treaty? He knows that people are aware of what they're doing. And he's – I believe he's trying to create the impression that the WHO is a harmless organization. It's a benign group. Just a group of – We're just helping group of doctors that want to help people. But remember, Dr. Tedros is a very active Marxist.

Yes. Very active Marxist, particularly in Ethiopia. And he's got an agenda. We'll have more on this tomorrow. We're going to follow the World Government Summit. We'll be following it this week, giving you reports as they come in. There is opposition to the entire global agenda. And, you know, Dr. Tedros said that the House Republicans in America are fighting this treaty.

Well, that's good to hear. But I don't trust them either. No. They'll sell us out just as quickly as Mitch McConnell will do it. But there is opposition to the global agenda. And particularly the climate cult. Right. And that's what it is. It's a religious cult built around climate cult. Right. And that's what it is.

A gun control treaty. When you put it all together, you have global government. That's right. That's the agenda.
