Starting point is 00:00:36 The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So help us God. Today is Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Well, who can forget the most famous chant in the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign? Lock her up. Tens of millions of hardworking, honest, taxpaying, patriotic Americans thought they finally found a leader in Donald Trump who had the courage and strength to take down the crime syndicate that has controlled America for decades. Everybody knew that Bill and Hillary Clinton are the two most corrupt politicians in the history
Starting point is 00:01:19 of the United States of America. The Clintons, however, have a get-out-of-jail-free card. They are never investigated, never indicted, nor are they imprisoned for their multitude of crimes of political corruption. They don't even sweat over the thought of being held accountable for their dastardly deeds. Weeks after defeating Hillary Clinton in 2016, Mr. Trump shocked his supporters by announcing that his administration would not investigate the Clintons nor prosecute them. In hindsight, Mr. Trump must deeply regret
Starting point is 00:02:04 not locking up Hillary Clinton years ago and going after the rest of the political mafia. Mr. Trump may have successfully conducted large business deals in New York City and Las Vegas, but he was not prepared to wrestle with the shadow government. They immediately went into action and laid the groundwork to label Mr. Trump as a Russian stooge of Vladimir Putin. Now it's Mr. Trump who is facing over 1,000 years in federal and state prisons. Today, Dr. Burkhart and I will revisit the beginning of the conspiracy to lock up Donald Trump. Now, before we start our discussion, I'm excited to tell you about our new platform, Faith and Values. We believe Faith and Values will become the leading online community for conservative Christian families. We launched Faith and Values weeks ago
Starting point is 00:03:13 for our True News family who generously support us with their donations. If you decide not to become a member, you can easily opt out on or before your 30th day of your trial membership. But I'm confident you will stay. And I'm enjoying it. I'm able to answer questions, respond to suggestions, and it's an easy way for me to talk to the people who support this ministry. So check it out. You got 30 days free and we're guaranteeing the price $8.99 for 36 months. The offer expires September 30th. If you wait till October 1st, you'll have to sign up at
Starting point is 00:05:38 whatever the price is on October 1st. There won't be a 30-day free trial, and there won't be a price guarantee for 36 months. So this is the time to get in and just check it out and meet the other people who are there. And you're going to make friends. And my most favorite part is doing the Bible study every morning, morning manna, 8 a.m. Eastern. And today we were just just shy of 300 i think 299 people with us today from many countries around the world yes and it's just a good time doc it's usually at least a dozen countries that tune in every day right now so and it's so relaxed and easy i just you know i just walk out of my house and sit on a chair in my yard and teach. It's easy. It's relaxed. It's informal. And I'm really enjoying it. It's changing the entire way that we're doing our programming.
Starting point is 00:06:41 There are going to be changes in this program. New studio, new format, new ways of doing things. There's a lot of stuff coming in the next 30 days. Yes. And these are going to be exciting changes. So for less than 30 cents a day or about 30 cents a day, you can be a part of this as well. That's what it works out to, 30 cents a day. And we need the support. We need more people to back us. We're in dangerous times, and I believe we're in the race to the end. And I'm talking about the end of mankind. I believe Jesus Christ is coming back. And the world is on a collision course with God.
Starting point is 00:07:26 You got to be on the right side when they meet. Mankind is going to run into God, Doc. Yes. You better make sure you're on the right side when that collision takes place. Because he will protect those whose names are in the book of life. Everybody else, they're going to perish. And this thing is moving quickly. The falling away is underway. The apostasy, the movement into a cashless society,
Starting point is 00:07:55 it's all happening right before our eyes. And what we're doing is to build a platform for like-minded Christians to come together and to share their faith, to uplift each other. Look, this is a Christian platform. It is designed for Christians. And we're not looking for people to come in who are abusive, foul-mouthed, vulgar, obscene, neo-Nazis. Neo-Nazis, stay away, okay? We're not interested. This platform is for Christians
Starting point is 00:08:43 who love Jesus Christ and want to be around other christians so if you're not a christian you're probably not interested it's just that simple right you know it's just that simple it's birds of a feather flock together that's an old proverb and it's true and this is a gathering place for the saints of God who want to be with other Christians and talk about Jesus Christ. If Jesus Christ is boring to you, it's probably not the place for you to be. Right. I don't know what else to say. It's built for Christians.
Starting point is 00:09:22 Do you have to be a Christian to join? Of course not. You can join. But you need to be a Christian to join? Of course not. You can join. But you need to understand it's a Christian platform. It's a Christian platform. We're not going to reject anybody because they're not a Christian, but we want you to become a Christian. You'd be welcome.
Starting point is 00:09:37 But you need to know it's a Christian platform. And this is not a place for vulgar jokes. It's not a place for obscene material. You know, it's just not the place. This is a place to uplift Jesus Christ and to encourage others. Yes. And it needs to be a peaceful, safe place online for people to gather. I hope it appeals to you and that you'll sign up. Now,
Starting point is 00:10:08 let's get into this topic today because we're really not, we only have a few articles that are current from today or the past several days. Most of it, what I built out today goes back to 2016 and 17. And I'm going to show back to 2016 and 17. And I'm going to show you the pattern. And I'm going to show you how many times have you heard me say that whatever the left accuses you of doing, accuses you of being, that's what they are. That's what they're doing. They out themselves by the accusations they make against other people.
Starting point is 00:10:48 If you want to know what they're doing, just watch what they accuse other people doing. If you want to know what they really are, listen to the names that they call other people. They talk about the threat to democracy. They are the biggest threat to our Republic. They call people racist. They're the biggest racist. Just watch and listen to their behavior and their words. So I want to start with this story that came out. I guess this was the ones from Forbes. Yes. Okay, so this is Forbes magazine. Well, last night. Okay, so it came out last night.
Starting point is 00:11:29 Fulton County, Georgia. Clerk of court in a court's office. The clerk in the court's office says it accidentally published fictitious document detailing possible Trump charges before his indictment. Now, this happened on Monday. Reuters News Service was the first to pick it up. They were the only one. Yeah, they were the only one. So somebody at Reuters was on the job on Monday and was at the website of the Fulton County Court.
Starting point is 00:12:02 And the official indictment of Donald Trump appeared and it had 39 counts on it right these are felonies and it included the racketeering charges and everything I showed it to our CEO who is an attorney and said look at this what is what are we looking at here? And he, so he went through line by line. And so there's going to be four charges and this and five in this and, you know, explain to me what was happening. Then it disappeared. Yes. It disappeared from the court website. So then the court issued a statement and said it that was fictitious we don't know where it came from somebody made it up and put it on our website uh disregard what you just saw right
Starting point is 00:12:55 and they were doing that all monday afternoon all monday they were lying, lying. And did I say lying? The Democrats are liars. Professional liars. And they're not embarrassed by, they're not embarrassed when they get caught lying. When they get caught, they lie some more. Their faces never are are they never blush they never show any signs of embarrassment that they've been caught they just tell another lie and so what is this story about so this is what forbes wrote last night so it said that the fulton county clerk clerk of courts said it
Starting point is 00:13:40 accidentally published a document money listing charges against former President Donald Trump, prompting reports that he had been indicted, an explanation that puts an end to speculation about how the document appeared online hours before charges were formally announced. Now notice, now they're saying it was accidentally published. Yes. And the story changed since Monday. Now the clerk of courts in Fulton County, Georgia, said in a statement Tuesday that the clerk's office was conducting what they're calling a trial run to test the system when the
Starting point is 00:14:11 document was accidentally published. The publication of the sample working document led to the docketing of what appeared to be an indictment, the clerk said. Now, publication of the document, which listed Mr. Trump as a defendant along with 13 charges against him that matched those in the actual indictment, including racketeering, sparked widespread confusion among members of the media Monday when Reuters spotted it and posted it online. And so we're digging a little bit further into the story here. Here's another perspective. This is from Newsmax. Georgia court admits flub.
Starting point is 00:14:48 It's a flub now, Rick. Yes. We released Trump doc on web. that somebody in the court in Fulton County, Georgia, Atlanta, had the indictment before the grand jury voted to indict him. Right. So it was posted about noon on Monday, a little bit before noon on Monday, and then disappeared just a few minutes after. But the grand jury had not voted. That's right.
Starting point is 00:15:21 There was no grand jury vote to indict Donald Trump. And yet there was an indictment posted on the court's website you know why because it's a rigged trial the elections were rigged the trials are rigged they probably have the jury vote from the conviction that they're going to have six months from now they probably already have the jury vote from the conviction that they're going to have six months from now they probably already have the envelope with the guilty verdict because this is a rigged trial right how does a grand jury how can you have an indictment document that says the grand jury of fulton county has indicted donald j trump and these other people in all these charges and the grand jury had not even had a meeting to vote on it.
Starting point is 00:16:07 Right. And it had a case number and everything on it. I mean, it had already had an assigned case number to it. Now, Newsmax repeats some of the information, but listen to the last line here. Fulton County, Georgia, a court clerk on Tuesday acknowledged that it had released on its website a document about Donald Trump being being criminally charged as reuters reported monday the court clerk said it had been testing its system before the grand jury voted later in the day on whether to indict the former u.s president on charges of trying to overturn his election defeat okay so they tested the system don't you think everybody would know about that from the district attorney on down, right? Why would we need a blank document? Right. Not, not something that has charges on it.
Starting point is 00:16:51 You know, the court on Monday released a statement. Remember this, they on Monday, they were calling it a fictitious document. Like, like maybe a hacker had done it. Right. That someone had put something out there that wasn't real. All right. So fast forward to today. This is from WSB TV posted last night. Fulton clerk explains mishap or charges accidentally posted before Trump indictment. So this is further fleshes out the story here. The Fulton County clerk of courts is fessing up that she messed up and accidentally publicly released indictment charges against former President Donald Trump. But the next line. That's even though the grand jury was still deliberating and hadn't made any
Starting point is 00:17:36 decisions on charges. Now read that first line again. The Fulton County Clerk of Courts is fessing up that she messed up and accidentally publicly released indictment charges against former President Donald Trump. They had written this document up even before the jury had voted on the charges. It's rigged. The trials are rigged. Because the elections are rigged. Because our system is corrupt, and Donald Trump cannot get a fair trial.
Starting point is 00:18:12 It's just that simple. This set off that media firestorm earlier in the week and everything, and it had the Trump team questioning the whole grand jury process. Now, Channel 2's Tom Jones spoke to Che alexander the court clerk about the incident for channel two action news she says she was under a lot of pressure to make sure the process went smoothly in trying to be perfect she says she made a mistake and we have uh where did she get the document she had it but how could you have the document if the grand jury had not even had the meeting to indict him is she the great karnak remember johnny carson yeah remember he'd hold up the envelope and so is that what she did she she she held up an envelope and read her mind read in the envelope the indictment and then she went and put it on the doc the grand jury had not voted right there was no indictment
Starting point is 00:19:16 but she had the indictment doc it's rigged i i agree with you, Rick. It was rigged. The grand jury was told, here's the indictment. We need you to ratify it. Yes. That's basically it. That's what it was. And when it comes time for the jury to vote guilty or not guilty, Fannie Willis is going to say to the jury, here's your verdict, ratify it.
Starting point is 00:19:49 That's the way this is working. It's rigged. You can't get a fair trial in America anymore. The courts are rigged. God forbid any of us go to court now. Yes. You could end up in prison for the most minor thing now. The system is rigged.
Starting point is 00:20:10 The criminals are in charge of the police departments, the prosecutor's offices, the FBI, the sheriff's office. They're in charge. The criminals are in charge now. And the honest people are now being treated like criminals. That's the world that we're living in here. We've got a video. This was put out today by WSB TV in Atlanta. To coverage of the charges, the surrender and what's next in this complicated process.
Starting point is 00:20:42 We begin with Channel 2's Tom Jones. Tom spoke exclusively today with the Fulton County clerk who accidentally released charges against the former president before an indictment had been handed up. Tom. And Linda, Shay Alexander says she was under a lot of pressure to make sure this process went smoothly, there were no hiccups she says in trying to be perfect she made a mistake and instead of hending hit hitting save she hit send I am human Fulton County Clerk of Court Shay Alexander says even though she's human she strives for perfection and that's
Starting point is 00:21:21 how the mishap happened the mishap was she inadvertently posted the indictment charges against former President Donald Trump even though the grand jury was still deliberating Monday. That set off a media firestorm and had Trump's attorneys saying prosecutors had no respect for the grand jury process. Alexander said this had nothing to do with the DA's office and there was nothing sinister about the mistake she made. I have no dog in the fight. She says in an effort to handle the indictment perfectly, she messed up. I did a work sample in the system and when I hit save,
Starting point is 00:22:00 it went to the press queue. Some news reporters saw it before it was deleted. Alexander says what they saw was unofficial. It wasn't an official document. It wasn't official charges. It was the dry run. It was a work sample. Even though it had a case number, Alexander says it didn't have a stamp and other markings that would have made it official. I asked her why did she release a statement calling the document fictitious. That was the best word I could come up with. It was fictitious. It wasn't real. It didn't have a stamp on it. Why didn't you just say it was an error? She says fictitious was what her team came up with. We've been getting some calls. Her office has received calls and emails with
Starting point is 00:22:41 threats. People saying I'm coming to get you. Those threats have been forwarded to the sheriff's office. Alexander says she was under a lot of pressure to get this right. Now she says she just wants to explain what happened and get back to work. I tell my staff we just want to be transparent right and so I don't have anything to hide. And Alexander says her mistake had no impact on the grand jury's decision i asked her how did she get her hands on those charges she says she has access to that information as clerk of course she says her office is taking those threats very seriously it's so crooked it's so crooked it is crooked doc now rick what is the biggest according to
Starting point is 00:23:29 the mainstream you what is the biggest news story right now what what is this week what is the biggest news story well it ought to be uh hunter biden and joe biden but it is that donald trump is going to go to prison so with the understanding that that is the biggest story in the world right now. And the biggest legal case in the world. And you want to get it right. If you're the prosecutor. Right. And if you want to get the process right, that's what she said, right?
Starting point is 00:23:59 Yes. That she wanted to make sure that we don't make any mistakes. And yet you make the biggest mistake you can possibly make. Is that the bill of goods that you're trying to sell me here? Yes. Wait till you hear the next one, Doc. So on this same line of thinking, the biggest case in the world. Right.
Starting point is 00:24:19 The prosecution of the former president of the United States where this man just in this case alone, could be locked up for the rest of his life, not counting all the other cases, because right now, all the counts together, about 1,000 years in prison. Right. Would you not think that the judge that would handle this case
Starting point is 00:24:42 would be the most senior, experienced, respected judge in Fulton County, even if they had to go get a retired judge that all sides respected. Some senior lawyer judge that had served for 30 years in Fulton County is now in retirement. And everybody respects the man or woman. And they go get him and say because of the significance of this case. The high profile of this case. There can be no mistakes. There must be the judge presiding over this case must be the most experienced and fair judge this county can produce. So who will be the judge presiding over this case must be the most experienced and fair judge this county can
Starting point is 00:25:27 produce so who will be the judge in fulton county presiding over the trial of donald trump that we already know fulton county courthouse had the indictment before the grand jury indicted him. Who is the judge? Well, we'll show you. Scott McAfee has been a judge in Fulton County for a whopping six months. He's 34 years old and has been in his judicial seat basically since the beginning of the year. Yes. Okay. So he's probably
Starting point is 00:26:06 handled some traffic cases, you know, some accidents, some theft. I mean, what does a Fulton County judge handle? Breaking and enterings, murders, robberies, all right?
Starting point is 00:26:23 That's what he's handled in six months. I'm not saying I don't know the man. I'm sure he's a very nice young man. I have nothing against his age or anything like that. Hey, you got to start somewhere. 34 is really young to be a judge. That's very young to be a judge. But would you put a 34-year-old judge with six months' experience
Starting point is 00:26:50 in charge of the trial of the President of the United States? Now, the excuse they make is that this was a random selection. It could have been any judge. But I think in high-profile cases, and I don't think anyone would necessarily disagree with this that you would want someone with extensive experience and maybe dealing with high-profile cases what about the Bar Association of Fulton County the Bar Association of Georgia would you think that the leading lawyers of the state would step in and say, hey, wait, wait, wait, whoa,
Starting point is 00:27:27 we can't let a junior judge with six months experience preside over the most recognized trial this county has ever had in the history of the state. Right. And take this into consideration as well, Rick. When they do the arraignment on the 25th, you're going to have eight, well, 19 defendants in the courtroom. And let's say every defendant has two attorneys. We're talking 60 people, right? Just, you know, with the defense team, you know, you've got a good and that that's going to fill up the courtroom just with the defendants and their attorneys.
Starting point is 00:28:09 Right. And some of those defendants will have more than two attorneys, but everybody will have at least two. We're talking 60 people there. So we have a and like I said, this he may be very capable judge in every aspect of the matter, but at the same time, you have to ask yourself, is a judge with six months of experience ready to handle a caseload with 60 defendants? What's the biggest case he's had in six months? Well, that'd be a great question to answer, wouldn't it? I'd like to know. But, Doc, while we're talking about the Fulton County hearing, the sheriff said President Trump and all the other indicted people
Starting point is 00:28:56 have to appear at the county jail. Yes. They can come, and the sheriff said they can come early if they like. Yeah, but they have to turn themselves in at the county jail. They're going to be given mug shots. They're going to humiliate Donald Trump, and the lawyers that have been indicted,
Starting point is 00:29:17 they're going to humiliate them with mug shots. They're going to make them stand and be photographed like a common criminal. And let me tell you something about the Fulton County Jail. It's one of the filthiest jails in the United States of America. Have you seen pictures of the inside of that jail? I have him? Doc, the man's body internally and externally was infested with insects. Oh my word. He had bugs inside of him. It was so filthy and dirty. The rats, the cockroaches, the ants. And the man died from the lack of sanitation in the Fulton County Jail. And these are the freaks that are putting the President of the United States on trial? What a, what country are we in from now on some
Starting point is 00:30:30 unknown little county prosecutor who wants to become famous can arrest the president of the united states right that's where we're at now something else i don't know how many people if you understand what's happened The president of the United States. Right. That's where we're at now. Something else. I don't know how many people, if you understand what's happened. They arrested President Trump's lawyers. They arrested his advisors. Yes. The rule of law has been destroyed.
Starting point is 00:31:00 Attorney-client privilege has been destroyed. The first attack on attorney-client privilege was when the FBI raided Michael Cohen's office and seized, what was it? Was it millions of documents? Yes. These were documents of every... Every client. Every client he's ever had as a lawyer
Starting point is 00:31:24 who had nothing to do with Donald Trump. And the FBI to this day is in possession of those records. What do you think they're doing with them? They're going through them with a fine-tooth comb right now. So the FBI can shake them down and arrest some more people. Why was that allowed to stand? Where was the American Bar Association? Why didn't esteemed lawyers
Starting point is 00:31:52 shout at the top of their voices, this is un-American. This is an attack on the rule of law. You cannot raid a lawyer's office and seize millions of records of clients who have nothing to do with the case you're looking into. Right. But it's over, Doc. The FBI got away with it.
Starting point is 00:32:14 So now they're arresting President Trump's lawyers. When they arrest his lawyers, they have destroyed the attorney-client relationship. Because President Trump cannot say, I acted on the advice of my attorney because the attorney is going to be behind bars too for giving him the advice. At this point now in America's history, the things that you talk about privately with your attorney are
Starting point is 00:32:48 no longer private. And they like it that way. And they can arrest your attorney. Now attorneys have to think, do I want to represent this person? I might get arrested. The other thing that has happened is that they have attacked freedom of speech. President Trump and these others are, in all these various cases, charged with conspiracy. Conspiracy to do what? Conspiracy to commit a crime. So these prosecutors
Starting point is 00:33:19 believe in conspiracy theories. And what's the crime that they're said to be in be? They contested the election. They had thoughts and words that the election was rigged. And they wanted investigations. That was the crime. Right. So as of now, if you say an election was fraudulent, you have committed a crime. If you say there ought to be an investigation of an election, if you say that the elected person should be held up and prevented from being sworn in and taking office until there's an investigation, you've committed a crime.
Starting point is 00:33:58 Until we're absolutely sure that votes were counted correctly, the machines were working correctly. So now you've committed a crime. This is the new standard in America. And it will be applied in every state and county eventually. They will shut down all dissent. This is the Communist Party. The China Communist Party operating through the Democratic Party.
Starting point is 00:34:27 This is Xi Jinping running America. The CCP in Beijing running the USA. We have communism in this country now. And within, I'd say, 10 years, it's over. There just won't be, there won't be any dissent. There won't be anybody left to dissent. Right. Because who will want to run anyway?
Starting point is 00:34:53 But it'd be beyond that, Doc. The dissenters will not even be alive. The more they gain power, the more brazen they become. When communists have enough power, they eliminate the people who oppose them. the more brazen they become. When communists have enough power, they eliminate the people who oppose them. They don't just suppress them. They kill them.
Starting point is 00:35:16 That's where we're headed. Give these people enough time to consolidate their power. They're going to kill the people who oppose them. They'll send a message. They'll send a message to everybody else. When you see your neighbor dragged out of his house and put in a van and carried away and he never comes back,
Starting point is 00:35:41 and you say, you know, John used to come over here and tell me he thought the elections were rigged. I bet that's what they arrested him for. Will you ever say the elections were rigged? Of course not. I wouldn't even think about it after that point. For all I know, they know my thoughts, too.
Starting point is 00:35:58 That's right. So in China, does anybody say the elections are rigged? No. That's what communism... You may say it once. That's what communism looks like. That's what it looks like. And the Democratic Party is the franchise of the China Communist Party.
Starting point is 00:36:18 It's the franchise. It's happened. We've been conquered by communists and now we've got to figure out how to overthrow the communists that's where we're at we have to overthrow them I didn't say overthrow the United States government
Starting point is 00:36:36 I said overthrow the communist party in this country we have to overthrow the communist party I don't know if the American patriots are up to it. I just don't know. I don't know if they're up to it. Well, they have to admit it first, Rick. I know, and they don't want to admit it. We get people griping about
Starting point is 00:37:02 paying $8.99 to help support True News. They're griping about paying $8.99 to help support true news they're griping about it you think those people are not going to go out and challenge the communists no they're going to sit in their living room and continue to do what they've always done gripe and complain and do nothing and the communists count on it. They're laughing at them. They're laughing at them. All these patriots, just big talking people who say they're going to do something and they don't do anything. And they gripe. What they do is that they attack and pick and denigrate the people who are trying to do something and they won't get behind them. They just complain. We've got to unite. We've got to get together if we're
Starting point is 00:37:48 going to survive. If we don't do something soon, and I say soon, look folks, we're running out of time. They're locking up the President of the United States. They're locking up the President of the United States. They're arresting the lawyers. They're arresting his advisors. The purge has started. The purge has started. Just come back in a year or two and let's see who's locked up. Come back in a year or two and see who has disappeared. In China, high level people just disappear. Right. He's gone.
Starting point is 00:38:28 And somebody else is in their seat the next day. And never asked a question about it. Just do what you're told. Let's get back to this. Newt Gingrich was on Fox News and he's aware of what's going on. I don't know if he's going to do anything about it. He's smart enough to understand what's happening, but I don't know if he's going to do anything. But I like listening to Newt. He's a smart guy.
Starting point is 00:38:58 This is what he said today. He said this is going to be a horrendous period. That it is Barack Obama who corrupts the Justice Department. It is Hillary Clinton who routinely breaks the law and gets away with it. And now we have Joe Biden who's learned. He's learned from Obama that it doesn't matter what you do. If you're a liberal Democrat, you will not be prosecuted. He learned from Hillary that a person in high public office can get millions and millions of dollars. And they learned from watching Donald Trump that a true outsider willing to take on the entire system could destroy their entire machine. So what you're seeing across the country
Starting point is 00:39:45 is a desperate, last-ditch effort by a corrupt machine to destroy their most dangerous opponent in a way which not only breaks the Constitution, destroys the rule of law, and establishes a moment of bitterness which I think will last for a generation or more. I think this is going to be a horrendous period.
Starting point is 00:40:10 And we just need to understand the people who want to control America and dictate to the rest of us will break any law, lie about any topic and manipulate the system any way they can. And that includes a lot of the elite news media well i i don't disagree with the speaker and so but will we see that change come about that's the question newt gingrich is smart enough he's you know he was a history professor in college in georgia before he was a congressman before he was speaker he knows what's happening historically he knows what's happening he knows that there's been a revolution i don't know if he's willing to come right out and say i haven't heard him say that this is a communist
Starting point is 00:40:58 revolution right it's shocking for people when you come to that place where you admit and verbally say we've had a communist revolution you then have to deal with the shock of what has happened and a lot of people just can't go there because they're not a lot of options once you admit that the communists have taken over your country not a lot of options once you admit that the communists have taken over your country. Not a lot of options. Our options are getting very limited, Doc. And our time is getting limited. So, 2016.
Starting point is 00:41:41 What were the chants at all the Trump rallies? Build that wall and lock her up. Right. what were the chants at all the Trump rallies? Build that wall and lock her up. Right. Build the wall, lock her up. And everybody knew what lock her up meant. Lock up Hillary Clinton. Put that old hussy in a prison cell and let her rot in prison.
Starting point is 00:42:03 She's corrupt to the bones. And Donald Trump rode a wave of anger towards the Clintons and their corruption. Tens of millions of just the best of the American people, hardworking people who just get the job done every day the people that keep this country going they believed in donald trump and they knew the system was corrupt and they said you know what we found a hero we found a guy that's going to clean up the corruption that really is going to lock her up he's really going to do it and we all all knew he was flawed. We all knew he had problems and weaknesses. But in all that weakness and flaws, he was also incredibly strong.
Starting point is 00:42:52 And so we all said, let's get behind this guy. He's going to break up this crime syndicate that's running this country. Here's one of those. Here's a stroll back memory lane. Here's from the Trump campaign 2016. To our cities like Detroit, Flint, Michigan, and rural towns in Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, and all across our country. Take a look at what's going on. They've stripped away these towns bare and raided the wealth for themselves and taken our jobs away out of our country, never to return unless I'm elected president. The Clinton machine is at the center of this power structure.
Starting point is 00:43:52 We've seen this firsthand in the WikiLeaks documents in which Hillary Clinton meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers, her special interest friends and her donors. So true. And that was repeated night after night after night. And we were at those rallies. And we were there at those rallies.
Starting point is 00:44:34 And thousands of people chanted, lock her up. And we believed that he would do it, that finally the Clintons would go to prison. And he reveled in it i mean he didn't just you know say all right now hold on here you know don't get carried away he wanted them to chant it right notice he as he walked away from the dais there he was allowing them to continue to chant that's right so he won the election in november 2016 and then just weeks later less than three weeks later we see this article in politico trump says he's not interested in pursuing case against clinton what happened to lock her up? What happened?
Starting point is 00:45:30 He listened to the advice of his advisors. He won. And then the swamp started to come into his administration. Yes. And said, Mr. Trump, now you need to calm down. We're going to help you manage the country. You don't want to lock up Hillary Clinton. This is what Politico reported 2016.
Starting point is 00:46:07 President-elect Donald Trump conceded Tuesday that he probably won't make good on his campaign pledge to pursue a new criminal investigation into his political rival, Hillary Clinton. He's on to say, this is a quote from him, it's just not something that I feel very strongly about. Really? Well, three weeks later, you felt real strong about it. Right. And you wanted your supporters to feel strong about it. He made this on the record discussion with reporters from the New York Times. He goes on to say, I don't think they'll be disappointed. Trump, excuse me, Trump cast his reversal as a unifying move that contrary to some of the early backlash, he believes won't upset his supporters. He says, I don't think they'll be disappointed. I think I will explain
Starting point is 00:46:42 it that we in many ways will save our country. He said, adding that prosecuting Clinton would be very, very divisive for the country. Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog agency that sued to get more of Clinton's State Department emails released, urged Mr. Trump to commit his administration to investigating Clinton while promising to continue its own litigation and investigations to help uncover possible scandals. Now for Trump to refuse to do so would be a betrayal of his promise to the American people to drain the swamp of out-of-control corruption in Washington DC and that was coming from Tom Fenton with Judicial Watch. President-elect Trump should focus on healing the broken justice system, affirm the
Starting point is 00:47:25 rule of law, and appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Clinton scandals. Now, Trump's senior advisor, Kellyanne Conway, had indicated that the president-elect was likely to renege on his promise to jail Clinton, a sharp departure from the locker-up chance that Mr. Trump encouraged at his campaign rallies, immediately drawing the ire of some conservatives. I think when the president-elect, who's also the head of your party now, tells you before he's even inaugurated he doesn't wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone, and content to the members, Conway said. And I think Hillary Clinton still has to face the fact that a majority of Americans don't find her to be honest or trustworthy.
Starting point is 00:48:07 But if Donald Trump can't help her heal, then perhaps that's a good thing. Now, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, a Trump ally under consideration at that time for a cabinet position, was among the contingent and supporters who had said Clinton belonged in jail. He backed off on that after Conway's statement. He said, look, there's a tradition in American politics that after you win an election, you sort of put things behind you. And if that's the decision he reached, then that's perfectly consistent with sort of a historical pattern of things come up.
Starting point is 00:48:42 You say a lot of things, even some bad things might happen, and then you can sort of put it behind you in order to unite the nation. So does that mean you can't believe what Donald Trump says? Is that what that means? Well, we pointed that out. We weren't shy in pointing that out. He made a promise. Did he use his supporters? Did he deceive his supporters? Or is he easily changed in his thinking? Did he mean it in September and October of 2016, but then he changed after he won and others told him you don't want to do that? So you're asking when
Starting point is 00:49:25 was he a liar was he a liar during the campaign or after he was elected which when was it or maybe he's lying in both cases but yeah and there'll be people out there that will criticize us right now for even questioning this rick yeah but i want to show you where this is going. We saw this day. We saw this coming. This day. I'm talking about this day that Trump is going to prison. We saw this day coming years ago.
Starting point is 00:49:56 In March of 2017, two and a half months after Donald Trump was in the White House, I said the race is on to see who goes to prison first. Right. And right now, it's Mr. Trump who's just, he could be, honestly, at this point, he could be six months away from prison. If they can get him in a trial and get a conviction.
Starting point is 00:50:26 And they're looking at that right yes he could be in prison before june all they have to do is get one of these dog and pony show trials underway and you know the juries they've already got the jury vote. It's already done. It's a rigged trial. But we tried to tell him. I want to say we didn't talk to him directly, but tried to tell the world. There's a race to see who goes to prison first. Mr. Trump blinked. He blinked. Right after the election, he blinked.
Starting point is 00:51:04 He said, I'm not going to lock her up. And you know what Hillary said? I'm going to lock you up. That's right. When Trump said in 2016, after he won, I'm not going to lock her up. I'm telling you, in the Clinton house, in their living room, Bill and Hillary looked at each other and said, we're going to lock him up. I guarantee you, we'll lock him up. He blinked. His advisor
Starting point is 00:51:32 said, Mr. Trump, the Clintons will just fade away. They'll just fade away. Don't worry about it. Don't try to put her in prison. They know you've won. They know you're in charge. They're not going to do anything. Just let them go and forget about it. But what we saw is that immediately in November of 2016, the Communist Party of America began to plot how to put Donald Trump in prison. And here we are today in 2023, and they've got him. And in a few days, he's going to have a mugshot taken in a county jail
Starting point is 00:52:18 by a two-bit county sheriff in a bug infested jail. So this is Donald Trump before he was sworn in. This is November 13, about a week and a half after he won the election. He was on CBS 60 Minutes and this is what he said. Are you going to ask for a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton over her emails and are you, as you had said to her face, going to try and put her in jail? Well, I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I'm going to think about it. I feel that I want to focus on jobs. I want to focus on jobs. I want to focus on health care.
Starting point is 00:53:07 I want to focus on the border and immigration and doing a really great immigration bill. We want to have a great immigration bill. And I want to focus on all of these other things that we've been talking about and get the country straightened away. You called her crooked. Hillary said you wanted to get in jail. Your people in your audiences kept saying, lock him up. Yeah. She did some bad things.
Starting point is 00:53:31 I mean, she did some bad things. I know, but a special prosecutor? I don't want to hurt them. I don't want to hurt them. They're good people. I don't want to hurt them. And I will give you a very very very good and definitive answer the next time we do 60 minutes together okay so that was a November 13 2016 we'll
Starting point is 00:53:53 fast-forward two weeks later this is a November 28 2016 and this is Kelly Ann Conway his advisor political advisor who was married to a man who hated Donald Trump. I never understood that at all. How could you have an advisor in the White House who's married to a man who hates you? Wouldn't that be enough right there to disqualify you? I would think so. Well, this is what Kellyanne Conway said on CNN. At pretty much every rally, President-elect Trump was hearing from the crowds, lock her up.
Starting point is 00:54:31 And he said on Tuesday to The New York Times that he is not looking to prosecute Hillary Clinton when he comes into office. He said he won't rule it out, but he really isn't looking to hurt the Clintons. Given the fact that the base was so energized by the prospect of going after Hillary Clinton legally, is this something that you agree with? Should he be moving on from this? Well, the full comment that he made was he's not focused on it. And he said at the New York Times and elsewhere, I'm focused on health care and immigration. And then he went on to list all the issues that he's been talking about, trade, et cetera. And so he said he wouldn't rule it out.
Starting point is 00:55:13 He said it's just not his focus right now. I think he's being quite magnanimous. And at the same time, he's not undercutting at all the authority and the autonomy of the Department of Justice, of the FBI, of the House committees. Who knows where the evidence may lead if, in fact, it were if the investigation were reopened somewhere. But this is the president-elect's position right now. And I would say he's been incredibly gracious and magnanimous to Secretary Clinton at a time when, for whatever reason, her folks are saying they will join in a recount to try to somehow undo the 70-plus electoral votes that he beat her by. I mean, this, you know, I was asked on CNN and elsewhere, goodness, a thousand times, will Donald Trump accept the election results?
Starting point is 00:56:02 And now you've got the Democrats and Jill Stein saying they do not accept the election results. She congratulated him and she conceded to him on election night. I was right there. And the idea that we are going to drag this out now, where the president-elect has been incredibly magnanimous to the Clintons and to the Obamas, is pretty incredible. Just a correction. Hillary Clinton did not concede on election night.
Starting point is 00:56:27 Podesta made the statement, not Hillary Clinton. But you heard Kellyanne Conway, she made a statement towards the end of those comments that said, she said, I'm hearing rumors that Hillary Clinton is looking at a plan to prevent President Trump from becoming the president. And it had to do with the electoral ballot. Yes, the electoral college. So right there was a conspiracy to prevent the peaceful transfer of power. Right. Why wasn't Clinton arrested for conspiracy?
Starting point is 00:57:05 They refused to accept the election. And they plotted to prevent Donald Trump from being sworn in. That was the conspiracy, right? And the plot was to come up with an alternate slate of electors. Which is what we're going to talk about tomorrow. Part two of this expose the very thing they're accusing donald trump of okay doc go back to what i said in the beginning of the program the communist democrats whatever they call you whatever they say you're doing
Starting point is 00:57:38 whatever they accuse you of that's what they're doing and they did it and they did it so they're accusing donald trump of a conspiracy to prevent the peaceful transfer of power and to have fake electors and yet that's what they did in 2016 and got away with it well they didn't stop, but they had the conspiracy. And all they did is just wait until they had enough momentum that they could spin this story and then flip it on Donald Trump. So you heard President Trump tell CBS News days after the election, I don't want to hurt the Clintons. They're good people. They're clintons they're good people they're nice people they're good people you heard kellyanne conway two weeks later saying we're being magnanimous yes they're wonderful people you know we wish secretary of state hillary clinton well blah blah blah blah blah well let's fast forward to 2023 and this is monday night on msnbc and this is hillary clinton just
Starting point is 00:58:49 two days ago with uh rachel rachel maddow all right and and maddow is telling her uh mrs clinton mr trump's being arrested again tonight, as we're sitting here talking, this is how Hillary Clinton reacted. I fancy meeting you here. Oh, I can't believe this. Yeah, this is not the circumstances in which I expected to be talking to you. Nor me, Rachel. It's always good to talk to you,
Starting point is 00:59:20 but honestly, I didn't think that it would be under these circumstances. Yet another set of indictments. This is something. She's just cackling. Yeah. She is happy as an old hen cackling away because the communists are winning as they sit there in their red and black design studio telling you they are red. Did you ever think about that?
Starting point is 00:59:48 Look at their studios. Okay. They tell you who they are. They're the red communists. And Hillary Clinton has been a communist all her life. All her life. She's been a Saul Alinsky trained communist. Disciple.
Starting point is 01:00:04 Disciple. A disciple. Better descriptionple. Disciple. A disciple. Better description. Yes, a disciple. When are the patriots going to admit it's an old-fashioned communist takeover? I know this sounds dated, but who dated it? The communists. Who made people think,
Starting point is 01:00:30 if you say there's a communist revolution, that makes you an old fogey? Who planted that thought? The communists. If you're accused of being a mccarthyite joseph mccarthy and this is mccarthyism who created that stigma on joseph mccarthy the communists they created the stigma on joseph mccarthy and turned him into an ism. Yes. And, oh, you don't
Starting point is 01:01:08 want to get involved in McCarthyism. I've heard Republicans say, well, I don't want to get involved in McCarthyism. Well, you're in communism now. They beat you every time. The communists beat the patriots in this country every
Starting point is 01:01:24 time. And didn't fire a patriots in this country every time. And didn't fire a shot to do it. And they haven't fired a shot. It's exactly what Khrushchev said. Khrushchev said this day would come. We'll take you and we won't fire a shot. And they've done it. And you're in captivity.
Starting point is 01:01:49 You and I need to figure out how to live in a communist state until we can get out of this mess and we have to figure out how to overthrow them and i know the way it's the cross and the blood the name the name name, the name is Jesus. The communists hate the name of Jesus. They fear the name of Jesus. They despise the cross. Because communists are Satanists. At the very core of their being, they are Satanists. And look at what they've done to this country.
Starting point is 01:02:24 They've Satanized it. We've been Satanists. And look at what they've done to this country. They've Satanized it. We've been Satanized. Have we not? We have. We're no longer Christianized. We're Satanized. Because the Communist Party are Satanists. You're not going to defeat them
Starting point is 01:02:39 trying to beat them in fake elections. You're not going to defeat them with guns. You defeat them with the cross, with the blood, with the name of Jesus, with repentance, with an awakening, a spiritual awakening in this country.
Starting point is 01:02:59 They will flee. They will run because they fear the name of Jesus. Would you get behind us? I'm not going to quit, my friends. I'm not going to quit. As long as I have breath in me, I will not quit.
Starting point is 01:03:13 I hate and despise the Communist Party. I hate it. I hate and despise the Communist Party because they hate Jesus Christ. They are enemies of the cross. And we have to oppose them. We have to take a stand against them.
Starting point is 01:03:31 Or they're going to destroy all of us if there's no resistance. We have to unite, and we have to have a plan, and we have to come together. One thing that you could do right now is join faith and Values. We also need people who will continue to donate, to give. Your membership is just a baseline, just to stabilize our finances so that we can continue and grow. But the people who donate
Starting point is 01:04:05 really add the fuel that we need to expand. We need to expand. There is a fight on for our lives, for our survival, you and me, for our survival. It's unthinkable that a satanic movement would take control of the United States of America. It's unthinkable that a satanic movement would take control of the United States of America.
Starting point is 01:04:26 It's unthinkable. But it happened. They're in control. Let's not allow them to stay in control. Let's take back our nation. And let's return this nation to being a God-fearing nation that loves Jesus Christ and lifts up his Bible and teaches our children the ways of the Lord. That's my desire.
Starting point is 01:04:55 That's my passion. And I need partners who will stand with me to do it. Would you please do it? Help us. Go to truenews.com and donate and support us go to faith and values and join the platform i'll be back tomorrow we have part two i'm not done with this we're just getting started we just got started this is a two-hour program i'll be back tomorrow with part two of what the communist democrats the plot that they had in 2016 and how it's playing out
