Let's begin our news analysis and commentary by examining this report published by the Times of London.

U.S. accuses Russia of using chemical weapons against Ukraine. Doc, this story was published yesterday and it got very little circulation worldwide. Yes. I don't know if anybody mentioned it in the United States. I perked up when I read it because I recalled President Biden earlier, maybe a year or longer ago, said that would be a red line. The use of chemical weapons, that he would have to take action if Russia ever used chemical weapons in Ukraine. So when this popped up, that was the first thing that came to my mind.

Are we being told that there's going to be action? Because this follows a day after Emmanuel Macron macron said we may have to send troops to ukraine and they're also saying it's not a one-time event that this has been going on for a long period of time as well let's take a look at the times article uh the times said the united states let me read this the united states has accused russia of using chemical weapons against ukrainian troops in violation of the international ban on their use. The State Department issued a statement that claimed it was likely Russia had used the weapons, including a choking agent, chloropyrin, to gain the upper hand during the conflict. The article goes on to say the use of such chemicals is not an isolated incident and is probably driven by Russian forces' desire to dislodge Ukrainian forces

from fortified positions and achieve tactical gains on the battlefield. That's the statement from the U.S. State Department. Now, that goes on to say that chloropicrin is listed as a banned choking agent by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which was created to monitor and implement compliance with the 1993 Chemical Weapons Convention. U.S. officials said that the Russian military has also used grenades loaded with CS and CN gases. They said that at least 500 Ukrainian soldiers had been treated for exposure to toxic substances and one was killed by suffocating on tear gas. I want to come back to that quote here in a little bit, by the way. Ukrainian military officials

have said that Russia has used chemical weapons on more than 1,400 occasions since the start of the war in February of 2022, including during the battle for Ameripol. They also said that their use by Moscow was increasing. Now, President Biden said shortly after the start of Russia's invasion that the U.S. would take unspecified retaliatory measures if Putin's forces used chemical weapons in Ukraine. We will respond if he uses it. The nature of the response would depend on the nature of the use, Biden said. So the use of these chemical weapons, that's the accusation by the U.S. at this time. The chloropicrin, of course, is banned, but CS gas and CN gases are not banned. The U.S. uses CS gas. I know because I've experienced CS gas. And so

they are not banned. And I thought it was interesting. They threw that into the article there. CS gas, CN gas, they're basically tear gas. And so to give added weight to the article. Look, they're using these CS gases and CN gases here. So does every police force. Right. So we're using CS and CN gases against college students in the U.S. right now. So let's take a look at this next article, then we'll talk this out and see if we can figure out

a pattern. This is France 24, also published yesterday. Macron reaffirms possibility of sending troops to Ukraine. Yes. So the economist said Macron gave the interview after delivering a keynote speech last week where he declared that Europe is mortal and could die, partly due to the threat posed by Russian aggression after its February 2022 invasion of Ukraine. I'm not ruling anything out because we're facing someone who is not ruling anything out, said President Macron when asked if he stood by comments earlier this year, not excluding the sending of Western troops that sent shockwaves around Europe. Macron said if Russia decided to go further, we will in any case all have to ask ourselves this question of sending troops, describing his refusal to rule out such a move as a strategic wake-up call for my counterparts.

And he described Russia as a power of regional destabilization and a threat to European security. I have a clear strategic objective. Russia cannot win in ukraine macron said now if russia wins in ukraine look he put the if in there there will be no security in europe who can pretend that russia will stop there what security will there be for other neighboring countries moldova romania poland lithuania and, he asked. And now he framed this as the potential end of Europe. I mean, you heard what he said at the beginning there. We could die.

It's mortal. It has a life. It could die. A very dire prediction. But all this is based on the assumption that Vladimir Putin has grandiose desires of conquering Europe. They haven't conquered Ukraine in two years with a conventional war. He would be insane to take on all of Europe. Right. Think that through.

I mean, really, think that through. I did, and it's a ridiculous proposal, but it's a propaganda weapon that NATO is using to justify continuing the war in Ukraine because the real purpose of the war in Ukraine was to weaken Russia, to bring about the collapse of Russia. That's where they're going. And they never thought it was going to last this long.

They got in so deep. And instead of finding a way out, they just keep digging. Yes. More weapons, more money, more bullets, and more threats. And we just go deeper and deeper and deeper, and the Russians don't back down. And they're not going to back down. If Europe collapses, it's because of the foolishness of the European leaders. That they will drive the continent to a financial collapse.

And is the threat of sending troops, NATO troops, into Ukraine, is that supposed to scare Vladimir Putin? Is that supposed to frighten him? Is that the mentality behind the West right now? I think it's Macron trying to appear to be a modern Napoleon. Why doesn't he just put his hand in his shirt? I mean, he's trying to be taller than he is. And what he really is, is a Rothschild flunky. And a lot of the world knows it. But these wannabe Napoleons are pushing the world towards a horrific war.

And all they have to do, this could end today. The war could end today. All it takes are some phone calls from some Western leaders to the Kremlin saying, hey, let's end the war. Cease fire now. Let's talk out the agreement. What is it that Russia wants? We'll tell you what we want. Let's settle this.

No more killing. Doc, they can do it today. But they won't. Because the war lobby is making a fortune. Yes.

And there are people who have hidden, secret agendas, and they don't care

about how many Ukrainian and Russian men die. Especially Ukrainian. Ukrainian. I read

yesterday, Ukraine has canceled issuing passports for any man under the age of 60 I can believe that 60 doc if you if you were Ukrainian you would be drafted all. I'm over the draft age in Ukraine. I'm just barely under it. Wow. I could be drafted in Ukraine. They canceled passports for people 60 and under. They're draining the lifeblood out of the country. NATO doesn't care.

The war industry doesn't care. The Rothschilds don't care. The people who have this agenda to crush Russia and balkanize it and split it up into 15, 20 little countries, they don't care. They don't care how many men die. But Ukrainian and Russians are dying. And they've been dying for two years because somebody wanted a war. And one of their big pushes on this is that this buildup for war has created jobs. It's bringing money into the economy. You can't stop. But they haven't thought this through.

It does it for the other side, too. Of course. But Russia's economy is booming. Once you tell the public war is good, you can't stop. It's out of war wealth. Where do you cut it off? You have to have more war. It has to be perpetual war. It has to be bigger war.

Because war is good. If you follow their reasoning. More people will work. More jobs. If we kill more people. If we kill more people. Got it. That's how warped they have become. So they can't get out of it, Doc. If you're telling the public war is good and you have more jobs, then how do you explain

stopping the war? Yeah, there'd be no motivation to stop the war. Then you would be telling people, then I'm going to lose my job. Well, don't do that. Keep fighting. I want my job. Keep fighting. See, their thinking is about sending troops to Russia. And then you have the former prime minister of Great Britain, David Cameron. And he said Ukraine can use weapons made in Great Britain, sent by Great Britain to Ukraine. You can use them to strike inside Russia. Yes.

We'd like it. For real, Mr. Cameron? You're inviting a Russian attack on London. Does he not understand that or does he understand it? Which one is it? He's an idiot or he is or a useful idiot or or he wants an attack on london for the purpose of annihilating russia which one is it either way they war you're going to get war so they're great britain is sending weapons

to ukraine long-range missiles that can strike inside Russian territory. And he's saying you have our permission to strike inside the USA. Who is our enemy? China. China. Not Mexico. Well, Mexico is too, but. Secondary.

Yes. But the main enemy then is China, the one who supplies the weapons and encourages the attacks. Who do you want to take out first? You take out China. Yes, so they strike the supply line. So who will Russia eventually take out? The supply line. The UK, whoever Germany, France, whoever. And then you have Article 5 of the NATO treaty, which says if any member of NATO is attacked, all of NATO must go to war. Is that what Cameron's doing?

Is he baiting, encouraging, taunting, daring Putin to attack London? So they don't care about the people in London? They don't care about the people in the British Isles?
