A new book alleges that General Mark Milley, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, twice called the highest ranking Chinese PLA military commander to assure him that he would get the Chinese military an advance notice if President Trump ordered a military attack on Chinese military assets. The book, titled Peril, was written by Washington Post associate editor Bob Woodward and co-authored with Washington Post national political reporter Robert Costa. Milley made two calls to China's General Li.

The first call was on October 30, days before the U.S. presidential election. The second call was on January 8, two days after the Trump rally in Washington that ended in a riot at the Capitol. Milley believed President Trump planned to attack China. He promised General Lee it would not happen. Doc Burkhart is here to discuss the shocking allegations of treason committed by America's top general. Doc, this story is so off the charts crazy. It is. I've been mad all day since I first read it. And Milley's still in the Pentagon.

Yes, he's still there. Has one member of the U.S. Senate in the House called for his resignation? Crickets, Rick, just crickets. That's all you're hearing right now. They're not calling for him to step down, not calling for his resignation. There's no outrage.

We're going to go into some of the things that he actually did. Anybody else that would do this, Rick, they'd be hung for treason. I mean, they really would. Back in the old days when we had a country. This is not America anymore. It's a different country. There was a coup in 2020. They overthrew the Constitutional Republic. This is proof that there was a coup and that Milley was part of that coup. We alleged the entire time that Milley was part of the coup. And now we know. He called the top Jenner of China and said, I'm not going to allow Trump to attack China. If Trump does attack, I'll call you and give you advance notice. That's a traitor, Doc.

Can you imagine Eisenhower calling up the General High Command in Berlin? And saying, if Roosevelt tells me to attack, I'll give you a heads up. We'll give you a warning on D-Day. Really, that would be equal to it, right? Yes. When you see some of the comments that are being drawn from this, by the way, this is a new book by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, a book called Peril that's coming out.

I have to tell somebody in Washington, this is outrageous. You ought to be demanding Milley's resignation right now. He should be demanding his arrest. Yes, it's his arrest that should be carried out right now. There ought to be military police, MPs going into General Milley's office and handcuffing him. He's a traitor. And it's just astounding that this has produced hardly any reaction today.

Well, let's go into the quotes. This is from the Washington Post. By the way, the Washington Post obviously has the story. The Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos. The two writers, Woodward is an editor. Costa is a political correspondent. They both work for the Washington Post. And the Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos, who owns Amazon.

And Amazon's going to sell the book. Right. So because that was my question for you earlier today, Rick, why, you know, why would Jeff Bezos put this out there? Is he selling the book? Selling the book. That's why. That's why. But anyway, so this is the first quote from that article that you're looking at there.

So listen to this. final months of the Trump administration, the country's top military officer was so fearful that the president's actions might spark a war with China that he moved urgently to avert armed conflict. Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, assured his Chinese counterpart, General Li Zhuqing, of the People's Liberation Army that the United States would not strike. President Trump was standing up to the hardcore China Communist Party. And Marxist Milley, the man who reads books by Mao Zedong, the man who reads books by Karl Marx, the man who studied guerrilla warfare and revolutionary tactics in college, he called the Chinese general and said,

if my commander in chief tells me to attack China, I won't do it. And furthermore, I'm going to call you and tell you that he wants to do it. Wow. And just once again, what what are the definition for treason is there, Rick? I mean, that that should define treason right down to the letter. This is the highest ranking U.S. military official. So now tonight I have to go to bed at night wondering, what other acts of treason is Milley doing today? Well, going back to that first call, I mean, this is a love fest to read this.

General Lee, this is Mark Milley, and this is actual transcript that Bob Woodward got a hold of. I don't know how he gets this stuff unless it's just handed to him. General Lee, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay, Milley told him. We are not going to attack or conduct any, listen, he's giving away our military operations here. We're not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you. In the book's account, Milley went so far as to pledge he would alert his counterpart in the event of a U.S. attack, stressing the rapport

they'd established through a back channel. General Lee, you and I have known each other now for five years. If we're going to attack, I'm going to call you ahead of time. It's not going to be a surprise. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I don't have words to express the outrage and anger at Milley. Doc, if this is true, the man told China. He told our, really our enemy, our operational procedure.

I'm going to give you a heads up. I'm going to tell you what our plans are. Yeah, before we surprise attack you, we're going to tell you first. That means you're not going to attack. And they've been best friends for five years because they had established back channels, meaning secret communication methods. Yes.

So what other secret communications has Milley relayed to the Chinese general? Yeah, these are only two that we know of The one on October 30th and the other on January 6th. Okay, so on October 30th This is before the days before the election. So why is the Chinese why is the US chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff?

It's sedition. He did not tell the commander-in-chief that he's having secret communications with the top general of China. Yes. That's sedition. So the chairman, that being Milley, 62 at the time and chosen by Trump in 2018, believed the president had suffered. Listen to this.

Therefore you have Pelosi and Milley colluding behind the back of the President of the United States conspiring on how to remove him from the White House. Believing that China could lash out if it felt at risk from an unpredictable and vengeful American president, Milley took action. The same day, he called the admiral overseeing the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, the military unit responsible for Asia and the Pacific region, and recommended postponing military exercises. Pelosi says, this morning I spoke to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike. Pelosi and Milley conspired with the highest-ranking general in China. Who owns this country? China. They are puppets for the China Communist Party. Our rights have been taken from us. But the day that Mark Milley had his first phone call, or at least what we know of, that first of two phone calls with the general from China, you saw these articles here.

I mean, if you're truly a patriot, if you're truly an American, if you truly believe in this republic, don't keep your mouth shut.

If you know that this is going on, you should have spoke up back in October, really. Yes, that's when you should have spoke up. Not now when the heat's on. Oh, the jig is up now, Rick. We better come out and say we'll testify. And who do they think is going to call the hearing? Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer? There's not going to be any hearings.

No. Because they're in on the coup. They're not going to have a hearing and demand accountability from Milley. But the people in the military who know the truth, you have a responsibility. I'm so tired of people just being cowards. I don't know any other word for it than cowards.

And that's why September 11 happened. And now we're told again that a high-level Chinese defector warned U.S. intelligence agencies that there was a virus loose made in a Chinese lab.

And nobody did anything about it. He couldn't get anybody to pay attention to him. And he knew about it during the Wuhan military games back in October of 2019. That's right. And so he contacted various intelligence agencies in the U.S. and none of them took him seriously. They just, none of them, they didn't take him seriously because they probably knew about it, Rick. He also said that he told a high-ranking U.S. senator. And he wouldn't, in this article, disclose the name of the senator. But he said the senator has is high enough to get access to the president.

Well, at 2019, the president was Donald Trump. Right. So how many senators had access to Donald Trump? The first name that came to my mind is Lindsey Graham. But not the only one. And here we are now in the last, going into the last quarter of 2021, and our country has been changed forever. But that was the plan.

Okay, this next story. Well, Rick, you caught this article today and it was like, what's going on here? So this was an article that was actually written eight years ago. But it's about an article written eight years ago. I got this from an Indian news site. China will beat Russia in war. Bizarre article that also talks about reunifying Taiwan, taking, is it Arunachal? Arunachal.

Pradesh from India goes viral after eight years. So Arunachal Pradesh is the eastern portion of India. And would be very vulnerable if China decided to go after it. But this article goes on to say, Rick, that reports say an article published by a Chinese website eight years ago has gone viral in the communist nation, which detailed future wars with Taiwan, Russia and India. So right now, this the Chinese version of this is going viral. So Beijing based website Sohu, which is widely known for Chinese government propaganda, had published a bizarre article in 2013 which serialized wars China would likely engage in

from 2020 to 2060. The article has taken Chinese social media by storm amid the country's current tensions in the South China Sea and Taiwan. And so right now, this particular article is, after eight years, has suddenly come back to life. There's renewed interest. Now, is your thinking that the state government is making this go viral to get the Chinese people in a state, a mindset of, listen, we are moving forward. We've got our timeline. We've got our agenda for war. And this is where we're headed at this point. Or somebody in India discovered the article or somebody discovered the article and, you know, it's eight years old. And it's like us revisiting

General Hao Tian's speech from what year was that? 2005. Right. It's old news in China, but it's new news here. And so I think somebody discovered the article written in 2013, China laying out a roadmap of war going from 2020 to the year 2060. Right. said China will engage in what they call reconquest, a reconquest of southern Tibet, which China uses to denote India's Arunachal Pradesh province, which has a border with Tibet. The report claimed China will be at war with India between 2035 to 2040. So they even have the schedule mapped out, Rick. Yeah, kind of like the Pentagon. Right. They know what wars they're going to be involved in. It goes on to say,

a report openly suggests the Chinese could incite disintegration of India as a strategy, and if it fails, then it could provoke conditions for an India-Pakistan war over Kashmir and take over Ranshaw Pradesh when Indian forces are distracted with their neighbor. So a report also maintains the country would first go to war with Taiwan, listen to this, between 2020 and 2025 to unify it with the mainland while sending the Taiwan government an ultimatum in 2020. It describes war with Taiwan as a three-month ordeal without the U.S. and Japan's intervention. All right, let's stop right there. Let's go back to U.S. and Japan's intervention. All right, let's stop right, let's go back to that.

Okay, this article written in 2013 predicted that China will go to war with Taiwan between 2020 and 2025. So we're now at 2021. And it also predicted a three-month war and that the United States and Japan will not intervene to defend Taiwan. If Donald Trump was in the White House right now. The U.S. would intervene unless General Milley prevented him. Right. You have to think this through now. If Taiwan came under attack and Donald Trump ordered the U.S. military to defend Taiwan, would General Milley defy the order? Yes. So the answer is yes.

And he would call the General Lee of China and tell him, hey, this is what we're going. This is what Trump plans to do, but I'm blocking him. That's what this book means today. You have a traitor at the head of the Pentagon working with the Chinese. So what did China do? China worked with Milley and the CIA and the FBI to get rid of Trump and to put a puppet in the White House that China owns. Yes.

Now, if China makes a move on Taiwan, is America going to react to it? They may do a show of force, but they're not going to defend Taiwan. Of course not. Biden's not going to do anything against China. He's got too much money coming from China. We don't know what kind of secret bank accounts the Biden family has in China. I mean, the money's somewhere, Doc. The Chinese money in Biden's account, that bank account is located somewhere.

There are multiple bank accounts the Chinese have deposited their money in for the Biden family, the legacy, the Biden legacy. All right, we got some more to this story. Right. So China's President Xi Jinping had earlier threatened Taiwan with consequences amid its growing closeness with the United States and repeated arms sales by the U.S. government to the island nation. Xi had said Taiwan could be unified with China by force if necessary. China has consistently maintained that Taiwan is a breakaway province and it would ultimately be unified with the country. The South China Sea region is also on top of the Chinese agenda. According to the report, in 2025, after annexing Taiwan,

China would seek to reconquer the Spratly Islands and send warnings to countries who claim the areas in the disputed territory. The report claimed the U.S. will not directly confront China, but will push Vietnam and the Philippines to take on the communist nation's powerful army since the U.S. would have learned from their invention. I think that's what the intervention in Taiwan claimed. The report said China would set a deadline of 2028 before starting that war. So the Sohu report also mentioned China's ambitions in the Senkaku Islands with the start of the fourth war between 2040 and 2045 and conflict over outer Mongolia from 2045 to 2050.

So we're talking about Japan. We're talking about Mongolia. And then, in the end, China will finally go to war, listen to this, with Russia from 2055 to 2060, the report said, and will reclaim lost territories. The report said the PLA will be able to beat the Russian forces. So let's keep that up a second, Rick. When you told me this today, I was shocked to hear this.

I'd never heard this theory on what China would do in the future. I think the Russians are very leery of the Chinese communists. I mean, they share a border. The Chinese can come over the border. And Russia is losing its population. It's declining. And China's population is growing. And China would like to find more land to spread out its population, like North America, like Russia, like Japan, like, well, you know, the world.

They would like to have the world. That's really what this article is about. China with a plan to take over the world. And with their One Belt, One Road initiative, which is connecting virtually the entire world with Chinese infrastructure. They're going to be able to move their military quickly around the world any place they want to. So you saw another story coming out of Russia today, Rick. Yeah, I saw it a day or two ago and now it's official. Vladimir Putin is in quarantine. He officially does not have COVID-19,

but he is in quarantine. He has quarantined himself after coming into close contact with somebody who was infected. So I've been watching this story today. There's no publicity about it in the USA right now. I'll show you, we'll show you another story. We may have to go over into the next break and finish this. Another story says Putin said he was forced to observe the regime of self-isolation. And let's read the quote from this one, Doc. Okay. So at a meeting, let's go to number 24 control for this one. So at a meeting with members of the government and the leadership of the United Russia,

Putin recalled that he had decided to isolate himself after the coronavirus was diagnosed in a person in his immediate environment. He says, in my closest environment, several people got sick. One of these employees is a person who worked with me in the immediate vicinity. Now, listen to this. He was vaccinated. His titers drop. His responses drop. And he was revaccinated, apparently a little late.

Three days after, I got sick from the vaccination. That's Putin saying he got sick from the vaccination. That's Putin saying he got sick from the vaccination? That's what appears to me, Rick. So there was somebody in his vicinity that had been vaccinated and also revaccinated, came down ill, and then apparently Mr. Putin was also vaccinated. And he said, I talked to him all day the day before. Yes. So that person was in a room with Vladimir Putin the entire day. So does Vladimir Putin have COVID? Well, they said he's tested negative. But there could be a few more days until the virus shows up.

But they were both vaccinated. Rick, how is that possible? How do they get sick if they're both vaccinated? They're both vaccinated. Well, I'll just let people think about it. But then he goes on to say this. Why am I saying this? This is a natural experiment.

Let's see how Sputnik 5 works in practice, because according to the latest data, my credits are high enough. Let's see how it will look in practice in real life. a disinfectant area to see him. Of course, he went to the hospital once in a hazmat suit. Right. So not that he's paranoid, but now he's doing an experiment. Yes. This is an experiment. But he's doing an experiment. Yes. This is an experiment. But he came, he's vaccinated.

The person he was with for a day was double vaccinated. And yet that person has got sick, got sick. And now Putin has locked himself away because he fears he could be infected and could get sick. Yes. But if you're vaccinated, what are you worrying about?

Right. Unless the vaccine doesn't work, unless the vaccine makes you sick. Yes. But if you're vaccinated, what are you worrying about, right? Right. Unless the vaccine doesn't work. Unless the vaccine makes you sick. Right. Which is my view. Yes. The virus is spreading through the vaccination.

Think about this. A year ago right now, we were not dealing with the numbers of infections and hospitalizations that we are at this moment. It's 10 times higher right now, Rick, than it was one year ago today. 10 times higher right now, Rick, than it was one

year ago today. 10 times higher. Because they're vaccinating people. Right. That's the only change. The more they vaccinate, the more people get sick, the more cases of infection you will have. Right. Dr. Lee Merritt says there's something they're radiating on us. It's a radiate. It's not a shedding, but there's something in that vaccine that is causing us to get sick. Well, Kerry, Joe Biden is going to go to the United Nations with a proposal to vaccinate 70 percent of the human population of the planet. I don't see it happening. I don't see him getting this done. Listen to these numbers. Only 20 percent of people on low and lower middle income, that range there, have even gotten their first dose. So how are they going to do 70 percent of the world? Well, they've got to make this. This is the alien invasion they've been waiting for, isn't it, Rick?

burning? Yes. The needle Nazis are going after people who are presenting facts about covid and the vaccine. So nothing will be allowed. Right. So China today announced that they were they were building a rumor control mechanism. Yes. To stop Internet rumors. Well, you know what that means. Talk about the truth of the Chinese government. So anybody that's saying the truth about what China is really doing, they're going to get swatted down like a fly by this rumor control mechanism. Isn't this what has been implemented in the USA

with deep platforming? It's exactly right. Cancel culture. It's China. All right. We keep saying it's, you know, it's Antifa is the far left. It's China. It's China using their dupes in America to implement the China system. The next one is Colorado parents plan to sue over mask mandate. This is at a school system. What I really want you to see is a quote in this story. Some parents are suing Tri-County Health Department over its mask mandate. At issue is whether teachers and administrators can be arrested, charged, and prosecuted, not only if they don't wear masks themselves in school,

but if their students don't wear masks. The superintendent of Littleton Public Schools told the school board last week that they could be held criminally liable for not enforcing the mask mandate. The Tri-County Health says if educators don't enforce the mandate, it's a class one misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in prison and a $5,000 fine. So they're going to

make teachers the enforcement agents of the state. But who passed this? The health department. Right. The health department. No, no legislature passed this, Doc. The needle Nazis are in the health department and they're passing bureaucratic mandates. So you have these health bureaucrats who are becoming the tyrants. There's no legislation in Colorado. It's some tyrant in a health department saying, I decree I'll put you in prison. This is the classic pincer move that my brother is a retired colonel who's been in two wars. You take the enemy from the from this side and then this side. So they're doing the enforcement side. You've got to wear those masks. And then they're enforced. Excuse me. They're enforcing

it from the other side. So they're coming in on both sides and they're going to get the results they want so former secretary of state mike pompeo a year or so ago when he was still the secretary of state was addressed a group of governors and he said some of you are sitting in this room sitting in this room. Sitting in this room. We're getting too close to China. And we have observed Chinese agents at local school board meetings. Yes. Okay. This is why these mask mandates are getting into the school systems. China is working its way into the lowest level of U.S. governments, even down to the district and county school board level, because it's the easiest one to access. Yeah, this is sad. One of the parents said they wouldn't let

her son in. Third grade, mind you, there were 30 kids lined up behind him, humiliating this young man. And that's what this is about. We're talking about third graders here. I mean, what, seven, eight years old? But to make teachers, you know, enforcement agents of the state, think about that. You have to, you have a student, let's say, that refuses to comply, right? So what are you going to do? You're going to hold them to the ground and make them wear a mask? I mean, I either have to do that or I get a year in prison on a $5,000 fine, right? Yes, but, Doc, it's a common tactic of communist governments to pit the people against the people. Do you want to be in the ruling class

or do you want to be ruled? Which one do you want? So they offer a group of people a limited opportunity to be in the ruling class. How can you be part of the ruling class? You snitch on the people. You call us. You tell us what they're doing.

It's in every communist government. They have their snitches. They have their people that they dip. Look what they've done to flight attendants on airlines. Flight attendants have become little Nazis. Yes. You see it in hotels. You have maids and janitors who are running around in the hotel like Gestapo, yelling at people.

I mean, I've had people tell me that they've been confronted by maids and janitors yelling at them, screaming, get a mask on, get a mask on, right? And yet the person's a paying client and they're being treated like they're a criminal. It's because this is the way the system's being set up. Turn certain people into little commie cops who are enforcing the mandates that the communist plants inside these government agencies are doing. How many times have we seen where it's health departments that have issued these decrees? Right. And everybody goes along with it. Yes.

Yeah. No law has been passed. No one voted on it. No one. There was not an election or anything. In Canada, the province where they took over the church property, it was the provincial health minister. A Chinese woman, a woman born in China, who's now a Canadian citizen. She issued the decree to seize the church property.

How hard is this to figure out what's going on? Right. Chinese infiltration in North America. OK, so the next one is Amazon Palm Reader. The technology is heading to sports stadiums and music concert venues now this isn't new technology rick and out for years well amazon's been using this palm reading technology in all their whole food stores but it goes way back before that doc i mean they introduced this into schools public schools 10 years ago right but now But now Amazon, they are making

a business out of this now. They are rolling this out and they're making partnerships with groups like Ticketmaster and other agencies and large sports arenas. They are going to be rolling out this palm reading technology to these major outlets now. It's going to become the standard. So in order to buy food, your hand must be scanned. Right? Is that what you're saying? Yes. You want to check out and take the food home. And they're going to tell you to do what?

Well, I mean, you're at the checkout line, Kerry. Yeah. You want to pay for it. What are they going to tell you to do? Put your hand and let it let your hand be scanned. Right. If you say, I don't want to do it. I just want to pay for the food and take it.

You're not going to get the food. Well, Carrie, would you read Revelation 13 verses 15 to 17? And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads, and that no man might buy or sell, save he Would you say that we're dangerously close to the mark of the beast? Yeah.

Central bankers want to move us to a cashless society, and they're using COVID as cover. The words of Catherine Austin Fitz, who was in HUD during Bush 1's administration. She believes all of this, what you're seeing right now, is a precursor to the vaccine passport. And eventually, if we don't have the vaccine passport, we're done. We can't buy, sell, or trade. And what does Almighty God say, Doc, about people who submit to this system and receive the mark and allow their hand or forehead to be scanned so that they could buy food?

Well, He doesn't have any very nice things to say. Revelation 14, verses 9 and 10 says, Rick, And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast in his image and receive his mark in his forehead or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation. And he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. Is there any wiggle room in there?

No, there's none. There are preachers that try to find some shoehorn something in there. Well, you can receive the mark, but you're not worshiping the beast in his image. Okay. Well, if you receive the mark. You've already worshiped the beast in his image. You're conforming to the image of the beast. Yes.

And you will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. You will be cast into the lake of fire yes it's as simple as that and look i'm trying to tell people right now as long as i'm allowed to continue this because there may be a day in the near future we're not allowed to do this anymore. Things are moving so fast that I don't know how long we can continue. But I'm telling you now that if you receive the mark of the beast, if you submit to this system that is being rolled out, no longer being proposed, it's being rolled out globally in front of you.

And if you submit to it and receive the mark of the beast, you will lose your soul. You will spend eternity in the lake of fire. That is a promise from God. And there is no way out of it. We're dangerously close to seeing the mark of the beast implemented in the world right now. And the way it's going, it looks to me like most of the world is going to rush into it and gladly accept it. Because I see very little resistance to the mandates for vaccination right now. And this is a precursor. It is a warning of what they're going to do in the near future.
