The question is, can President Trump be removed from various state election ballots under the Constitution's restriction on Civil War insurrectionists serving in federal government

positions? Oral arguments started at 10 a.m. on Thursday in front of the nine Supreme Court justices. The legal arguments are expected to last several hours. NBC News reported minutes ago that the justices so far this morning have indicated their skepticism that Colorado had the power to remove Mr. Trump from the Republican primary ballot because of his alleged actions that disputed the legitimacy of the 2020 election that brought Joe Biden to the White House. Now, Mr. Trump is not the only former president in legal trouble over disputing election returns. Former President Bolsonaro, his passport today was

And the former president has closest advisers in AIDS, including a former justice minister, Anderson Torres, and Bolsonaro's running mate, Walter Braganeto. For months before the election, Bolsonaro and his top allies made unsubstantiated allegations in public and on social media that the Brazilian electoral system had been stained by fraud and could no longer be trusted. Police now say those remarks were part of a plot to provide political cover for a military takeover if the election didn't go their way.

Now, police officials have said that Bolsonaro officials also undertook logistical and tactical planning in coordination with military officials to execute the takeover. So Rick, is it now, are we in a battle now of if you question an election, you're going to go to jail? Is that it? Yes. The left side of the globalists. The globalists have, they have a right faction and a left faction. And the left side faction of the globalists have now made questioning the legitimacy of an election a crime. Right. Even though there's no law,

but they're making it an unwritten law. Right. They're simply saying that if you if you question if you question the legitimacy of an election, this is tantamount to insurrection, to a criminal act. I mean, you've got the former president of Brazil, and they took his passport from him today. The man can't leave his country. Well, and they had talked about taking Donald Trump's passport a couple of months ago, by the call. Outside of Brazil, who was Mr. Bolsonaro's closest ally?

Donald Trump. Donald Trump. So the same playbook is being used on Bolsonaro as has been used on Trump. Look at what they're accusing him. All right. It says, you know, that they plot it. That's what we're hearing, you know, about Trump. He plotted that. He plotted what? Made up allegations.

Yes. You know, debunked allegations. All these phrases that have been used in America against Trump. They're using the same terms against Bolsonaro. And they said that the questioning of that provided cover for basically an insurrection. We've heard that, right? So where we're at, Doc, is if you investigate possible corruption in an election, that is now a criminal offense, even though there's no law. Just investigating it, just questioning it. What did Hillary Clinton and the Democrats and the news media do for four years after 2016?

They questioned the election of Donald Trump. They said he was an illegitimate president. Right. They said that the Russians had hacked the election. Remember that? They talked about using the 25th Amendment of the Constitution to remove him. Right. They used every tactic that they could possibly use to unseat Donald Trump. And they're doing it now

to prevent him from being reelected. But they're using the same tactics in Brazil. So if this spreads across the world in a few more years nobody will be able to question whether an election was rigged or legitimate and in my mind if you can't do that the only other option for some of these potential candidates is a military takeover that's where it's going to lead to well what do you have i mean you have a takeover yes if you can't question election and you're going to go to prison

that's a takeover it's a soft coup it says that there's enough people in power that they will use that power against you if you question whether they cheat it you got it yes if you suggest that they cheat it they will use the power of the state to come against you what does that tell everybody number one don't ever question an election right Right. Number two, don't get involved in an election. You don't want to run. You don't want to put your name in the hat. So then what's the result of that? They've won.

Yes. They don't have to rig the elections anymore. Nobody really wants to run against them. Nobody wants to go through this. Nobody wants to put up with this type of chicanery and persecution. They are, and I say they, this invisible shadow government that transcends nations. This thing, as Archbishop Vigano has said, it is a global coup d'etat. This is a takeover of the world. And they overthrew the papacy.

They put one of their guys in the Vatican. And Archbishop Vigano knows it. Yes. But he's basically in exile. He's hiding. You can't find the man. Only certain people know where he is residing because he's afraid of an assassination.

That's how dangerous this thing is, Doc. And it's global. And so we're seeing today, Bolsonaro being locked down in his own country. And at this very moment in Washington, the Supreme Court justices are hearing arguments on whether Donald Trump can be removed from ballots for a criminal offense of which he's not been convicted right

there's not been a trial he's not been indicted and charged with insurrection there hasn't been a court trial there hasn't been a conviction he hasn't been sentenced. And yet his enemies are acting like he was because they said he was convicted. In their minds, he's convicted. How in the world did the Supreme Court of Colorado, how were they persuaded to take to rule that a man who hasn't been charged or convicted is guilty oh because colorado is bluer than a smurf i mean they they're so democrat leaning rick i mean they well it means there's no fairness anymore in the court system well that's you got it then we don't have a number state we don't have a republic anymore the rule of law is gone the rule of law is gone if if judicial decisions are made based on politics the rule of law is over and in the short uh audio that i was listening to i was

listening to it live uh while getting ready for the god cast here i heard arguments before katonji brown jackson uh and she was making uh the argument to attorney saying, are you telling me that someone that leads an insurrection can be placed on a ballot in the United States? That's an associate justice of the Supreme Court saying that. So we already know where she is landing on this issue. I can only hope that fairness and clearness of mind prevails in this situation. There have been convicted felons that have run for president before. But they're convicting Donald Trump on accusations in this. Like you said, he has not been convicted of any crime,

and certainly not the crime of insurrection. And questioning the 2020 elections was not a criminal offense he had every right as as the president and as a candidate to demand investigations into allegations of corruption just like just like he had the right to investigate ukraine right so he got impeached for that. What was the second impeachment? Was that over the election? I guess it was.

I've lost track. The charges are so ridiculous against him. I think the second impeachment was over the January 6th event. And in that case, he was indicted by the House and acquitted by the Senate. Right. So if you take that as a ruling, then the U.S. Senate ruled he did not commit insurrection. Right. And he didn't commit insurrection.

That's the thing. He did not. If he committed insurrection, it would be obvious to everybody. But there was no insurrection. And that's the argument the opposing attorney is making before the court, saying there was not an insurrection on January 6th. There may have been a riot. There may have been public disorderliness. There may have been a riot. There may have been public disorderliness. There may have been misdemeanors of trespassing, but there was not an attempt to overthrow the government. That's what an insurrection is, that you're attempting to overthrow the government.

But what the deep state has done has been an overthrow. Oh, yes. They did overthrow the government because they have power and they will not surrender it. And it doesn't matter what the will of the people is. These people do what they want to do. It's a shadow government. They are the insurrectionists. Whatever they accuse you of doing, whatever they accuse you of being is what they are.

It's what they're doing. And so they are the insurrectionists well i i don't think i i would be totally shocked that the supreme court would rule that donald trump can be removed from state ballots it our elections would be changed forever right uh doc what you know a lot of people say and i've said it myself at times, why don't the Republicans, why don't conservatives use the same tactics against the Democrats and the left? Give them a dose of their own medicine. Just accuse them of things and then go after them and just tear them up. Just treat them the same way they treat everybody else. I mean, sometimes you think that's the thing to

do. The only thing they understand is raw power. But the reason conservatives don't do it is because it's wrong. And the left knows that the right considers it wrong

and will never use the tactics against them. The left knows it. The left knows the right will never use our tactics against us because they know it's wrong. Where the left doesn't have a moral compass. Their morality is based on how can they win? Winning is the moral goal. The end justifies the means. Yes.

You can lie, cheat, anything as long as you win. You have to win. But the Communist Party had the same mentality. The Nazis have the same mentality. All tyrants have that kind of mentality. And the West has commandos that are going into Russia. Right. And blowing up factories. Yeah. I think we have to be realistic and say that that is happening. Of course it's happening. Yesterday, the U.S. killed an Iraqi military commander. And today, what do you think people in Iraq are saying?

Get the Americans out of our country. Right. Get them out. The danger to U.S. troops in Iraq is furious Iraqi citizens saying, we're fed up with you people. Right. Get out. So our policies are not productive. In the long run, they're very detrimental to the best interests of the United States. Unless the policies are thievery.
