Rick and I will discuss the speech's memorable moments later in today's True News. First, let's take a look at the latest in World War III news. Politico.com reported that French soldiers are training for war on French soil. Here's that political headline right there. It says French soldiers train for the, what they're saying, are the killing fields of Europe. Joining me now from his home is Rick Wiles.

Rick, this headline, wow, when you shared that with me earlier today, I kind of had to take a deep breath there. They were using the words killing fields. Killing fields. Not just war drills. You know, these are not French soldiers having war drills about war somewhere. This is about French soldiers training on French soil for high intensity combat on French soil. In other words, the French army right now is bracing for a Russian invasion of France.

Yes. And this is, they're training in a different way than they've trained in the past. In the past, they trained in counterinsurgency operations like in Afghanistan and in Africa. But this time, they're looking at a possible incursion in the nation of France itself. And so this is a shift in not only mentality, but also strategy, because it appears, Rick, by all intents and purposes, that Europe is preparing for World War III with Russia. I guess you could look at it two ways. One way would be that this is just a massive propaganda operation by NATO, that they have things like these drills in France.

Every day there's a new story about the Russians are coming, the Russians are coming. And, you know, it may be just a massive propaganda story to rally support for NATO, more money, more weapons, more support for NATO. I mean, it'll keep them employed for the next 10 years. They said this could be a decade-long war. Well, it may be a decade-long propaganda war. But the other way to look at it is NATO really is preparing for all-out war on the European continent with Russia.

Well, it's already on their doorstep in Ukraine. And so now we're getting into the third year of fighting in Ukraine. It could also be that the French are preparing to put troops on the ground in Ukraine, like Macron hinted at here last week. And the hostilities in Ukraine in their third year brought full-scale war back to the European continent. And that's coming from Colonel Alex Dennis, who runs the Combat Training Center at Mali de Camp in eastern France. He said the world has revealed its true nature, unstable, dangerous, and not everyone is a friend. We're gearing up for a culture of alert and being ready at short notice, he told Politico. Syntac is the only place in France where you can see what war is like. He said conditions for the

troops training at Syntac are as close as possible to an actual battlefield. The sound, heat, light of artillery, fire is reproduced while fake mines are scattered everywhere and radio communications can be interrupted without notice. It goes on to say in this article from Politico, the 120 square kilometer camp is unique in France. It has a surface area larger than the city of Paris itself. And it's the only place where the French Army's various units, infantry, armor, artillery, and engineers, which are usually scattered all over France, are brought together here in this particular camp for this exercise. And it's the only place where the two dozen Leclerc tanks are in action all year long. Now, of course, they are not naming potential enemies, but obviously the training is aimed at preparing troops to fight a foe such as Russia. And that's coming from Politico today. So, Doc, I was thinking maybe, you know, last week when President Macron said that he could not rule out NATO troops in Ukraine.

Maybe Mr. Putin sent him a message to Mr. Macron and said, well, I can't rule out Russian troops in Paris. A great response there. Now, we continue to provoke Russia little by little, inch by inch. Here's a story. This is from RT today. NATO bringing missiles closer to Russia. And where are they putting them? Well, in the former Soviet state of Lithuania. NATO will station U.S.-made Patriot anti-air missile systems in Lithuania this year.

And that's coming from the country's defense minister. Now, Lithuania shares a border with Russia's enclave of Kaliningrad and with Russia's ally Belarus. The Washington-led bloc has deployed additional forces to Eastern Europe and the Baltic states in recent years, but this is closer than ever. Jen Stoltenberg just last month stated that the Western alliance must prepare for a confrontation that could last for not just a decade, Rick, but decades, plural. And Russia, for its part, cited NATO's continuing expansion eastward in the bloc's cooperation with Kiev as one of the root causes of the current conflict. Russian officials have repeatedly stressed that Moscow views NATO military units near its border as a national security threat. And now they're closer than they've ever been, Rick. Yes, Doc, you know, these are U.S.-built Patriot anti-air missile systems.

So, you know, the pro-NATO forces would say there's nothing to be concerned about. These are anti-missile defense systems to shoot down Russian missiles coming into Lithuania. But the Russians, their viewpoint is, hey, you guys can load warheads into these missiles. You know, a Patriot anti-air missile system is a missile launcher. And there's nothing that precludes NATO from putting nuclear warheads in those missiles on the Patriot launchers. So if you're sitting right on top of a border, it means that NATO could have a nuclear-armed missile in Moscow in seconds,

literally just a few minutes. That's why they're concerned. So again, the Russians have been warning NATO. For me, I've been following this for at least two decades. The Russians have been telling NATO, we're not going to allow you to put missiles on our border. Well, we've reached it. It's taken 20-some years. We're now there. The missiles are on the border of Russia.

And what are we hearing today? France is doing war drills for war in France. Yes. I mean, each day it gets, the you and I have imagined that within a couple of days we would be talking about French war drills to hold off the Russian invasion in France? Right. Or French troops being deployed possibly to Ukraine. I mean, that would have been unheard of a month ago. And so but that's where we're at right now. It's inch by inch, day by day that we're seeing progress on this escalation to war with the bear.

There was a big story that broke yesterday after we finished True News yesterday afternoon. It came out a little bit later in the day. This is an RT article. U.S. Embassy Warns of Imminent Attack in article. U.S. Embassy warns of imminent attack in Moscow. Yes. The RT article is saying that the U.S. Embassy in Moscow has warned that extremists are plotting to to target large gatherings in Moscow, including concerts, and U.S. citizens should be advised to avoid large gatherings over the next 48 hours. That's how imminent it was. It urged Americans to stay vigilant and to monitor local media for updates, and the embassy did not provide any additional details about the alert.

Rick, how do you spell extremists? Operation Gladio. Yes. I mean, how obvious are they trying to make this, Rick? I mean, it's like Mossad and NATO intelligence officers talking to each other going, wow, hey, we got this intelligence information here. We picked up a phone conversation. Some people are going to blow up buildings in Moscow. You know, even though we're kind of mad at Putin, it would be the right thing to do to call him and tip him off and let him know that

we are thinking about him. You know, we're not totally enemies. I mean, come on, this is nonsense. And so the Russians are now on high alert that NATO is about to do a false flag inside Russia. So today, Doc, you had Germany and I think Lithuania. There were two countries today. Well, Great Britain also. Great Britain was yesterday that told all Brits to get out of Russia. Today, it was Germany and Lithuania who said, told their citizens, just get out of the country. Yeah, I think I saw an article that South Korea is pulling its people out, too, or encouraged its people to get out, too. Yeah, and I read an English translation of the German travel alert,

and it specifically mentioned Russian trains. Really? Okay. Yes, it was very specific. Do not ride on Russian trains. Really? Okay. Yes, it was very specific. Do not ride on Russian trains. And it's interesting that the RT article mentioned concerts, and there were several major concerts scheduled for this weekend in the capital city. So we're going to likely see something happen over the weekend here, at least an attempt to do something.

So, Doc, actually, yesterday, Russian law enforcement broke up a planned attack on a Jewish synagogue in Russia. Yes, I saw that story. And so they're looking for some way to provoke Russia into really getting into this fight. But they have no comprehension that once Russia activates its full force, it's going to be a bloody war, a bloody, bloody conflict. Doc, in the wars and rumors of wars department, let's take a look at China and India. Bloomberg reporting, China says India is bolstering

border troops, and this does not ease tension. According to Bloomberg, Beijing said New Delhi's move to free up 10,000 more soldiers to station on the disputed frontier won't reduce tensions. India is enhancing its military deployments in the India-China border areas. China says this does not ease the situation. So China is moving, excuse me, India has moved another 9,000 troops to the border. So, you know, few people are paying attention to India and China. But it's another boiling pot that could explode at any moment. And you're talking about two nuclear powers. And don't forget that there is a major U.S.-South Korea war drill going. One port with modems told lawmakers in a December letter that it was aware of their existence on the cranes, but couldn't explain why they were installed. And so, once again, Rick, we have an open door for China to conduct espionage.

I've not been paying close attention to this, Doc, because Haiti's never a stable place. I haven't been to Haiti for, I don't know, 11 or 12 years. And it was wild and crazy 12 years ago. A very violent place, not a safe place to be. But it's gone completely out of control now. The prime minister is hiding. He's out of the country. He can't even go back.

He'll be killed if he goes back. This headline actually changed over the past couple of days. The story, this particular story came out earlier this week, and the original headline had accusations of cannibalism taking place in Haiti among the gangs. Did you get an opportunity to watch the State of the Union address yourself? I watched it up until he was bragging that he was going to reinstate Roe v. Wade. Yes. And at that point, I was like, I can't watch this man anymore. I got to turn it off.

Right. Well, it was a very political State of the Union address. Bloomberg here has this article. Biden is jumpstarting the 2024 race in a State of the Union address aimed at President Donald Trump. And it was. Yeah, I mean, he started right out of the gate with it as well. And so it was very partisan speech. They came into the State of the Union address with lowered expectations for President Biden. You noticed it over the past few days, Rick, that the stories were out there that Democrats were concerned that Biden wouldn't deliver the speech. So even if he came out and stayed alert for the entire time, it was a win for Democrats. Yes.

Yeah, I think everybody was watching to see if he was going to freeze or stumble, fall down, physically fall down or get confused and not know what to say or where to go. But I guess they had him jacked up on enough stimulus that he was able to function for an hour. Interestingly, Doc, there was a cyber attack on federal agency websites just as his speech started.
