First, however, the Biden White House was rocked again today by the disclosure that more classified documents were found in President Joe Biden's Delaware home. The issue got bumped up to the level of political scandal when Mr. Biden's own attorney general, Merrick Garland, announced he has appointed a special counsel to review Mr. Biden's mishandling of classified documents when he was vice president under Barack Obama. Let's start with a report from NBC News. Special counsel named to investigate Biden classified documents.

That's right, Rick. And so in this continuing to develop story, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced today he was appointing Robert Herr to serve as a special counsel to review classified material found in President Joe Biden's Delaware residence and a Washington office he used. Herr, now a lawyer at a Washington, D.C. firm, was the U.S. attorney for Maryland during the Trump administration and is also the former principal counselor to former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who oversaw the Mueller investigation. And straight in, Doc, before that, I think back around 2015, he served in a law firm with Christopher Wray,

the current FBI director. So it's just, he's in the circle. When you're in DC and you're an attorney and you're in the political circle, obviously you're going to know the same people. Right. But the fact remains that Merrick Garland was compelled to appoint a special counsel to investigate the sitting president of the United States. That's the story. That is the real story. And so we have a short clip of Garland making this announcement earlier today. Earlier today, I signed an order appointing Robert Herr, a special counsel for the matter I've just described. The document authorizes him to investigate whether any person or entity violated the law in connection with this matter. The

special counsel will not be subject to the day-to-day supervision of any official of the department, but he must comply with the regulations, procedures, and policies of the department. Mr. Herr has a long and distinguished career as a prosecutor. In 2003, he joined the department's criminal division, where he worked on counterterrorism, corporate fraud, and appellate matters. From 2007 until 2014, Mr. Herr served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland, where he prosecuted matters ranging from violent crime to financial fraud. In 2017, Mr. Herr rejoined the department as the principal associate deputy attorney

general. In 2018, he was nominated and confirmed to serve as a U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland. As U.S. attorney, he supervised some of the department's more important national security, public corruption, and other high-profile matters. I will ensure that Mr. Herr receives all the resources he needs to conduct his work. As I have said before, I strongly believe that the normal processes of this department can handle all investigations with integrity. But under the regulations, the extraordinary circumstances here require the appointment of a special counsel for this matter. This appointment underscores for the public the department's commitment to both independence

and accountability in particularly sensitive matters, and to making decisions indisputably guided only by the facts and the law. I am confident that Mr. Herr will carry out his responsibility in an even-handed and urgent manner and in accordance with the highest traditions of this department. CBS News reported today that the Biden White House confirmed that a second set of documents, they're not Biden documents, They're U.S. government documents. I have to correct CBS News in that headline. A second set of documents were found in his Wilmington, Delaware garage. Now, let's read the quote from CBS, and then I want to ask you a question, Doc. Okay. So the Justice Department's

review of documents with classified markings that were found at President Biden's home in Delaware and at an office established after his vice presidency has included interviews with multiple witnesses who may have knowledge of how the classified documents were handled, according to sources familiar with the situation. Okay. so that actually is in line with what we were talking about yesterday. Yes, sir. I said they have to be interviewing people who have handled these documents. So CBS is reporting that that's exactly what has happened. What I wanted to ask you is, and I'm somewhat confused in this,

we had the first revelation of a set of documents which was found in the Washington, D.C. office of the Biden think tank. Right. Which appears to have been financed by China with money laundered through University of Pennsylvania. This CBS report said White House confirmed second set of Biden documents found in his garage in Delaware. Is there a third set also? Well, there's been a report later this afternoon that a third document or document stash was found. But I think what they're counting is at the Wilmington residence, they found a stash of documents in the garage itself. And then there was another document that was found

in another area of the house, a single document. So he had them scattered around. Yeah. But I've been waiting all day for the photos of all the documents being spread out on the ground and everything, sort of like at Mar-a-Lago. But that hasn't happened yet. They haven't told us yet, are these documents all from his days as vice president? And are they nuclear codes? They were asking that about Donald Trump. Are they documents that have been sold to China and Russia? They accused Donald Trump of that. But they're not asking those questions, are they, Rick? No, but the special counsel is going to have to look into these matters. So the White House has confirmed a second set found at the home. Now, you mentioned is that in Mr. Biden's garage, and it's his garage where he keeps his famous Corvette.

Right. He can't drive right now because he's president. And it's his garage where he keeps his famous Corvette. Right. He can't drive right now because he's president. Okay, so there's a New York Post article, classified documents found in the Delaware garage next to the Corvette.

So President Biden admitted Thursday that more classified documents were found inside his Delaware garage near his prized classic Corvette after the revelation Monday that 10 sensitive documents were found at Biden's former think tank office in Washington. Isn't that where everybody keeps their classified documents? That's where I keep mine.

I mean, they're really top secret. Yes. And you put them in a box in the garage, like there by the water heater. Yeah, where my paint cans and stuff are. Now, President Biden was asked about this, and he was asked directly by Peter Ducey of Fox about this. And he was asked directly by Peter Ducey of Fox about this. I really didn't like the way Peter Ducey asked President Biden the question, but leave that as it may. Watch this and see President Biden's response. Mr. President, classified material, next year Corvette, what were you thinking? Let me, I'm going to get a chance to speak on all this, God willing, soon. I also said we're cooperating fully and completely with the Justice Department's review. As part of that process, my lawyers reviewed other places where documents from my time as vice president were stored, and they finished the review last night. They discovered a small number of documents of classified markings in storage areas

and file cabinets in my home and my personal library. This was done in the case of the Biden-Penn Center. The Department of Justice was immediately, as was done, the Department of Justice was immediately notified. And the lawyers arranged for the Department of Justice to take possession of the document. So we're gonna see all this unfold, I'm confident. Thank you very much. He said his lawyers, his lawyers, his personal lawyers- Right, and we'll have some more on that here in a little bit too. His personal lawyers were going through his house looking for documents.

His personal lawyers are not authorized by the U.S. government to see or touch, possess, handle classified documents. And something else in his response there that I didn't catch earlier today either. He said they finished this review last night. Last night. Last night. That they finished it. Now we know that the initial documents, the Biden think tank documents, they were discovered just right before the midterm election back in November. What about the ones in the garage? Supposedly the ones in the garage. Supposedly the ones in the garage were discovered December 20th, the week before Christmas. That's three weeks ago. And now we're hearing that Mr. Biden said they finished the review of all the locations,

I guess, last night. So there may be more documents that were found. My point, Doc, is his personal lawyers are not authorized to touch those documents. His personal lawyers are, their assignment is to protect him. Yes. Which means clean up the mess. So are you going to tell me that if they open up a cabinet and there are files, let's say, top secret, that his personal lawyers aren't going to touch it?

They're going to call the FBI and say, hey, we found a top secret folder. They didn't even call the FBI first. Who did they call? We'll find out later in the program today. They called the archivist first, basically the presidential librarian. But the librarians are not authorized because there are no classified documents going to... Well, some things get declassified. But these weren't declassified. so it's it's it's a mess it this may take joe biden out um now mr biden of course is very proud

of his corvette the corvette that runs on uh fossil fuel and hates fossil fuel right but he likes it in his corvette um and a matter of fact he was featured on Jay Leno's Garage, episode of Jay Leno's Garage a couple years ago. No, actually last fall. Well, he reappeared on Jay Leno's Garage this past fall. Is that what it was? Okay. We have a video of Joe Biden racing around. He's drag racing Colin Powell's son. Yes.

Of course, that wasn't when he was president. It was when he was vice president. In 2016, when he appeared on Jay Leno's show, that's later, this one right here, all right? But when he appeared on Jay Leno's show in 2016, he boasted that his two sons, the late Beau Biden and Hunter Biden, worked on that, restoring the Corvette.

Right. Well, then they were in the garage. That's right. So Hunter Biden, the drug addict, the crack smoking. Yeah. There's a lot of adjectives that we could use for Hunter Biden. The main thing is he's a hustler. He's a hustler where he makes a lot of money with foreign governments like Ukraine and communist China. So Hunter Biden was in the garage multiple times working on the Corvette.

And there's a box sitting there next to the Corvette with top secret documents. Right. And you want me to believe that Hunter Biden didn't look at them? He didn't take any of them. He didn't snap photos with his phone. He can make money with those documents. Sure he could. And Real Clear Politics brought this point out, mentioning Hunter Biden had access to the garage

where that classified material had been kept. Now, how secure is that garage? Well, let me show you how secure it is. Here's a picture of Joe Biden in his Corvette. Corvette coming out of a garage. And over in the corner there, you see a whole bunch of boxes. First of all, clean your garage, Joe. And so, but are those... It's cleaner than mine, Joe. So, but are those...

It's cleaner than mine, Doc. Are those, in that picture there, looking over the rear of the Corvette there, are those classified documents over there? And if they are, hey, you've got access here. Garage door is open, so anybody, the neighbor could walk

in, right? Borrow the weed eater and some classified documents. But the rest of the time he has the garage door locked. Right. It's secure. It's secure. Well, as we mentioned earlier in that a number of Biden aides are now also being questioned in this process. Multiple Biden aides have been interviewed by federal law enforcement in classified document review. So multiple aides who worked for President Joe Biden in the final days of the Obama administration have been interviewed

by federal law enforcement officials reviewing how classified documents ended up in his Delaware residence and a Washington office, according to two people familiar with the matter. Kathy Chung, who was Biden's executive assistant while he was vice president and helped pack up his vice presidential office in January 2017, is among those who have been interviewed, according to sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the ongoing inquiry.

Chung currently serves as Deputy Director of Protocol for Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. So there's, you know, Rick makes a great point here in that anybody that has handled any of these materials is subject to, you know, scrutiny by law enforcement. Yes. And Mr. Biden's personal attorney is not an employee of the United States government. Right. And not allowed to handle classified documents. They might have been at one time. They might have been serving in the administration and

had a clearance to do it. But once you become a private citizen, with some exceptions, of course, then that's out the window. Now, last night, Jesse Waters laid out, we were talking about the attorneys. Yeah. I listened to driving home last night. I was listening to Jesse Waters on Fox, on radio, on Sirius XM. And you text me and said, are you listening to Jesse Waters? Absolutely. He really laid it out last night. Now, we have just a short clip here.

And just in these two minutes here, he really lays out the personal attorney pathway for Joe Biden and the access to these documents. So we're going to show you that clip and then we'll talk a little bit about it. But there's a lot more to the story than meets the eye. It's not like Joe's personal lawyers were grabbing their coats from the closet and boom, what do you know? A box of documents labeled top secret just fell on top. Joe's lawyers were there to pack. Why is President Biden closing down the Penn Biden Center in the middle of his presidency? And why did he send lawyers to pack

boxes instead of staff? If I'm closing down my office, I'm sending Johnny. I'm not paying a lawyer $1,200 an hour to carry boxes. Johnny will do it for free. But the Washington Post has an answer, and they say it's unclear. It wasn't just first-year lawyers packing Joe's office either. The lawyer who they say found the documents is Dana Remus. Does she look like she can carry boxes? Joe's so woke he's having women help him move now. But who is Dana Remus? She was the one responsible for all of Obama's records. Her job was to literally keep these documents in check and

report straight back to the persnickety librarians over at the National Archives. Obama liked her so much that he even officiated her wedding. Do you realize how many favors you have to do to have Obama officiate your wedding? Then when Joe runs, she becomes Joe's campaign lawyer. He gets elected. She becomes chief White House counsel. But a month before these documents are discovered, Dana Remus steps down and becomes legal partner at Covington and Burling, where she becomes Joe's private attorney. And then she just happens to find Joe's secret stash of documents a week before the midterms. There's a lot to unpack in that. The first thing that I heard that I had never heard before was that Biden is shutting down his think tank.

Right. I caught that last night. That was the first I'd heard about it as well. And why? What's he afraid of? Are they not getting checks anymore from China? You know, what's going on? Or there's going to be too much scrutiny of the think tank, where he got the money. So Jesse Walter brings out a good point here too that in closing down the office they're not sending the flunkies in to move you know boxes and pack up lamps and

stuff like that no send his uh at least his personal attorney dana remus who was a month earlier just a month before the discovery of these documents, was chief White House counsel and then became Joe Biden's personal attorney. And then discovered the documents. Yes. Which means, what that tells me is, the documents were discovered before she resigned. A plan was drawn up.

You need to get out of the White House as a government employee. You need to become my private attorney and then you discover the documents. That's right. And then it's an attorney-client privilege now. You cannot discuss things publicly because you're my private attorney. And what I find even more fascinating

about this particular segment here is that she was Obama's point person for handling classified documents as he exited. Think about that. She knew about classified documents from a previous administration. Now, in another administration, she's handling classified documents again as his personal attorney, mind you. She's not authorized to touch those documents. She knows that. Another point is President Trump has repeatedly said

he declassified documents that he had. Vice presidents are not authorized to declassify anything. The only way that they could be declassified is either Barack Obama did it or President Trump did it after he came into the White House. But how would Joe Biden have the documents with him? That's right.

And so up to this point, they've never tried to even make that claim that they were declassified or anything like that. We'll wait to see if they... They just say it was misplaced right now. But now, misplaced one location, maybe. Two locations, all right, now you're stretching things a little bit. Hey, we got a video of Creepy Joe whispering Joe Biden.

The House Republicans voted to, first of all, they passed a bill to cut out the 80,000 new IRS agents. Then they're, I don't think they've passed it yet. They're talking about eliminating the IRS and the income tax. So Mr. Biden said, if it passes, he will veto it. But he didn't just say it. The weirdo whispered it. Yeah, he does that weird whispering thing that he does. Yeah, here it is.

And if I'm not mistaken, what they've introduced, it also would totally eliminate the IRS. Feels good. Except all going to be sales tax. Go home and tell your moms. They're going to be really excited about that. Come on. Is this how House Republicans are starting a new term?

Cutting taxes for billionaires? Raising taxes for working families? Making inflation worse? Well, let me be very clear. If any of these bills make it to my desk, I will veto them. I will flat veto them. I'm ready to work with the Republicans, not this kind of stuff. I will veto them. You're weird, Joe. You're just weird. That's all there is to it. Roger Stone released a podcast on his Substack blog. And, you know, he was in the Nixon White House. Right. And he was there at the time of Watergate. And he said that Richard Nixon

threatened the CIA director that he was going to release information about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Now, an audio has been released, and it's on Roger Stone's Substack blog. And he's released an audio that I've never heard before of Richard Nixon talking to Richard Helms, who was the CIA director at that time. And Mr. Nixon is talking about the assassination of John F. Kennedy. If it does, I need to know what is necessary to protect frankly the intelligence gathering and the dirty tricks department and I will protect it for the stuff I've done more than my share of walking to protect it I will do what I believe is totally right to do he's done more than his share of lying

to protect that issue to protect he said to protect the dirty tricks department of the CIA. Ah, yeah. Well, I was gathering from when I heard it before, I thought he was talking about protecting the story on JFK. No, he was

talking about the dirty tricks department. He brought up the dirty tricks department of the CIA. Can you imagine the CIA doing dirty tricks? They have a department that's on the door right there, dirty tricks department. But that's what it was commonly called back then, the dirty tricks department. And he said, I've done my share of lying because he was vice president under Eisenhower. And he said, I've done my share of lying to protect the dirty tricks department. I'll continue to do it. But he was alluding, he was telling Mr. Helms of the CIA,

you know, the truth about Kennedy's death, it could become a big issue. I'm not going to do it, but it could become a big issue. To me, he is insinuating to the CIA director, I have information that I could release. And if it does become an issue, how are we going to handle this? So we've got some quotes from Roger Stone's blog, and it's very interesting. We're going to run through it, and I think you're going to find it fascinating. So starting out here, a stunning, long-overlooked Nixon-Watergate-era tape shows Richard Nixon warning CIA Director Richard Helms that he knows of CIA involvement in the murder of John F. Kennedy. I know who shot John. Now, this shocking new tape depicts Nixon increasingly besieged by

Watergate, but unaware that at least four of the Watergate burglars were still on the CIA payroll at the time of the break-in, and that the CIA had thus infiltrated the burglary team. Now, recently declassified documents revealed that Watergate Special Prosecutor Nick Ackerman was aware of both the CIA's advanced knowledge and involvement in the break-in, but said and did nothing. Now, Senator Howard Baker, the Republican leader on the Senate Watergate Committee, and his counsel Fred Thompson himself, a future U.S. Senator from Tennessee, like Baker, stumbled on the CIA's deep advanced knowledge

and direct involvement in the Watergate break-in. Baker and Thompson both knew that at least four of the Watergate burglars were on the CIA payroll at the time of the break-in and that through CREEP Security Director James McCord had infiltrated the burglary team. Senate Watergate Committee Chairman Sam Ervin stoutly refused to allow Baker and the committee Republicans, including Edward J. Gurney of Florida, the right to publish a minority report which noted this stunning information regarding the CIA. Now, White House Domestic Policy Chief John Ehrlichman wrote that when he served as the White House legal counsel, Nixon ordered him to request that the CIA hand over all documents pertaining to John Kennedy's murder. Nixon was furious when Richard Helms, the CIA director, refused his presidential order

to hand them over. Now, this stunning new Watergate air tape captures an increasingly besieged Nixon desperately seeking to mobilize the CIA in his defense by threatening to expose their greatest secrets. This was what I found interesting in this today, Rick. Nixon also knew that Congressman Gerald Ford, a 33rd degree Freemason, as a member of the Warren Commission, had at the explicit direction of J. Edgar Hoover, the FBI director, altered the official autopsy diagram for President John F. Kennedy, moving the marking from a bullet in his upper back to his neck in order to accommodate the single bullet theory and to conceal the fact that Kennedy had been hit with more than the reported three shots. And Gerald Ford became the president of the United States.

They had to. How? Well, they got Agnew to resign. They brought Ford in and then Nixon resigned. Yes. So he got rewarded. Yes, he did. Now, one more quote from this. Nixon was acutely aware. Now think about this, Rick. Nixon was acutely aware of Ford's act of treachery in concealing the truth about Kennedy's murder and the CIA's involvement in it. White House Chief of Staff General Alexander Haig told me in an interview, this is Roger Stone saying this, Nixon had me tell Ford that he, Nixon, was going down and he was taking everybody with him. So dirty tricks have been going on

for a long time. Yes, but what I've learned out of this is that the CIA orchestrated Watergate to bring down Nixon. Four of the burglars who entered the Watergate building were on the payroll of the CIA. At the time of the burglary. At the time of the burglary.

I knew that Hunt and others were previously CIA, but I didn't know that they were currently, of course, anytime you're working for the agency, you're always for the agency, you're always with the agency. But that was never public knowledge. To my awareness, I've never heard this, that four people who entered the Democratic National Committee offices at the Watergate building were on the payroll of the CIA. What that tells me is the dirty tricks department did a dirty trick on Richard Nixon. They broke into the Democratic National Committee offices.

I do not think Nixon knew anything about it. Nixon's problem was the cover up. Right. But you can't cover up something that didn't happen. So the CIA made a crime happen and then led Nixon down the road of covering it up. They created the crime. Yes. And then they fed to Nixon

the ideas of how to cover up the crime that they committed knowing he's committing a crime by covering up their crime. And that's the way they brought him down. And Spiro Agnew, Spiro Agnew wrote a letter.

This was new. I learned this a couple of years ago. Spiro Agnew, the vice president, wrote a letter to a wealthy Arab businessman asking for money for his legal defense. And he said, the Jews are taking me down. I remember we did that story. So they had to remove Agnew

to get Gerald Ford, the 33rd degree Freemason, into the vice presidency so that when they take Nixon out, Gerald Ford could move up. And who did Ford make as vice president? Nelson Rockefeller. Nelson Rockefeller. Done deal.

Got it done, didn't he? Yes. Now, here's where I think this is what I think is going on. I started we started talking about it yesterday. Who leaked the information about the classified

documents at Biden's office? And I said, I believe it's somebody in the intelligence community. Now, what I was thinking yesterday, Doc, is it was somebody pro-Trump saying, you know what, I watched what you guys did to Donald Trump, and I know that Biden has classified documents, and I'm going to be the one that rats him out. After thinking about it through the night, I got a different viewpoint on that now.

The same dirty tricks being done. They're done. The deep state's done with Biden. It's not pro-Trump people inside intelligence agencies. It's the deep state itself. The shadow government is done with Joe Biden. And I believe that when they got done with him is that when, I restrain my words, when Mr. Biden was foolish enough to say he's going to run for reelection. Yeah, it's been toying around with that announcement with the past month. Oh, yeah. He's clearly said he's running. I mean, his people

have made it very clear he's running for reelection. And I think that's when they said, oh, poor Joe. He actually thinks he's the president. We're done with him. He served his purpose. We got to with him. He served his purpose. We've got to get him out of there.

So we're going to shuffle the deck. Okay? I think Kamala Harris will go first. That she'll resign? Because I don't want her either.

The same pattern with Nixon. Before they could get Nixon out, they had to get Agnew out. They had to put Gerald Ford, the Freemason, into the vice presidency. Then they could get Nixon out, move Gerald Ford up into the White House, and then move Rockefeller into the vice presidency. Then they could get Nixon out, move Gerald Ford up into the White House, and then move Rockefeller into the vice presidency. So since we're spitballing here, all right, and that sounds great, how would an exit for Kamala Harris,

what would that look like? Well, they just, Doc, they excel at dirty tricks. They create crimes for you. That's the message in all this. They create the crimes. They lead you down a path. Either they get you to commit a crime or they get you, they commit a crime in your name

and they get you to cover it up. They get you to cover up their crime and then they get you to cover it up. They get you to cover up their crime and then they get you on the cover up. They've been doing this for decades. They're masters at it. So if I'm right,

Kamala Harris is going to be in a scandal. Or something's going to happen to her. She'll have some sort of health issue or a family issue. Something,

there'll be a sudden change in her political career. Or she might just get appointed something. Maybe she'll get appointed to the Supreme Court. Maybe, you know, maybe. But they got to move her out of that. They got to move her out

of the vice presidency. She just might decide to resign. She might just say, I don't want this. They may tell her, Kamala, it's over. Your assignment now is to resign. Here's your resignation letter. They got to get her out of the vice presidency. They got somebody they're going to move into the vice presidency so that they can move that person up to the presidency. Without an election. Without an election.

he'll be out before the primaries. And the Democrats are moving South Carolina up to the first primary. That's right. So they're not going to let Joe Biden run in a primary in 2024. And I don't know when Iowa is. Iowa now December. So is the first is Iowa now December 23?

Something like that. They moved it around, too. So you're right. The Democrats moved South Carolina. So that means Biden would have to be removed from the White House by the summer. Just in time to get the war over in Ukraine. Wrap that up and get him out of there. That's where I think it's going.

This thing with Nixon, that got me thinking this direction when I listened to this today. I said, that's what they did to Nixon and Agnew. They set them up. Now, they did the same thing to Donald Trump. Trump was so stubborn. He wouldn't quit.

He couldn't be scared off. Trump was one of the most, in terms of personality, one of the strongest men ever in the White House. He wouldn't give up. He wouldn't give in to them. And yet his hands were tied. They had him restrained. But he wouldn't, he was fighting the ropes.

They had ropes tied around his hands, but he was always trying to untie the ropes. Yes. And so it took him four years to get him out. And now that he's out, they're working him over that he'll never get back in. They want that man to have a heart attack. They want his businesses to go bankrupt.

They want to utterly destroy him. So Ukraine suddenly moved part of their troops that they have inside Ukraine fighting the Russians, and they quickly moved them over to the border with Belarus. Well, there has been some new recent activity in Belarus with the Russians and the Belarus team. Yeah, so this next one, this is from RT. Russia sends high-ranking military representative to its closest ally. Its closest ally is Belarus.

Right. And then Delta News is reporting Russian ground forces commanding officer checks the readiness of the Belarus-Russia regional military force. And they've been doing this over this past week or so, but now things are really ramping up. Ukraine's aware of it,

and they're suspecting that there might be some activity on the border. So is it this big offensive everybody's been expecting from the Russians? Is the Belarusian army going to join in? Are they going to invade Ukraine from the Belarus border? That's what it appears to be happening right now. One other story. This is from the London Telegraph. Russia linked hackers behind the Royal Mail cyber attack. I'm not surprised about this, Doc. So the Telegraph newspaper is saying that it was the Russians who hacked the postal service

in Great Britain. Yeah, because they didn't want people to get their mail. Right. What's the thinking on this? Putin's sitting over there saying, what can I do today to really mess things up? I know. I'll keep them from delivering biscuits in the mail, whatever it might be. That'll make them mad. Yeah. That'll get even for sending tanks. They won't get their mail. Okay, next, this is where I want to really focus our remaining minutes.

Dmitry Medvedev, the former president of Russia, former prime minister, current vice president of the Russian National Security Council, he has a channel on Telegram. And so I follow him and he usually only sends out one message per week, but it's a doozy when it comes out. So today, he quoted Alexander Dugin, the kind of mystical Russian philosopher. Some people call him Putin's Rasputin.

It was his daughter who was murdered last fall when a bomb blew up a car she was driving, which was her father's car. They thought he was in the car, and she was blown to pieces. So Mr. Medvedev today quoted Dugan. And then we're going to read the entire post and then talk about it because it alludes to end time biblical events. This is really important and Christians should be looking at this and analyzing it

and talking about it. What are they referring to? Let's read it. Right. So it's again, this week in Bible prophecy with Dimitri Mimvedev. So, and now he's quoting Alexander Dugan here first. Okay. Russian philosopher. He says, we must brace ourselves for a long and hard war, and there will be many twists and turns ahead. Wagner, however, dictates this style. No humanitarian corridors, no treaties. When we are victorious, the enemy is wiped out.

And for a glorious death, we must all be prepared too. Okay, stop right there. Medvedev said, and for a glorious death, we, the Russian people, must all be prepared too. Again, here is another message from a high-ranking Russian official telling the Russian people, it's our patriotic duty to die.

That's what he's saying. That's the message he's putting out there. We'll be victorious, but we'll pay a price for it. Yes, and we need to be prepared for a glorious death. What is a glorious death? Dying in battle, dying fighting, dying fighting, standing up for your country. No, he takes it beyond fighting for your country.

He takes it beyond fighting and dying for your country. He says that's the low level, dying for your country. There's something greater to die for. That's what I want our audience to see. We'll go on. So he also says in that first quote, traders and waivers have no place in war. Now, he goes on to do a summation here

of what the recent activities in Ukraine. He says, The capture of Soledar and the inevitable, though obviously difficult, arduous, exhausting capture of Bakhmut are far from counterbalancing either Kherson or the losses

in the Kharkov region, not to mention the full-fledged liberation of Novorossiya. This, alas, is still a long way off. How many Soledars and Maropels are still to come? He goes on to say, again, Wagner understands better than anyone else that the enemy should not be underestimated. The enemy is strong, hard, and temerous. Yes, they are dying by the thousands and tens of thousands, but they resist. And the

secret is not only in the support of the West, it is important, but not only it. The enemy has an ideology, a disgusting and petty ideology, but an ideology. It is the extreme beastly Russiophobic nationalism. It is this, not just the dream of joining NATO and scrubbing toilets in the EU, that inspires the stubbornly resisting enemy. Entire armies turn into rotten and glorious meat because they're driven by an idea. And we too are driven by the idea.

If we recognize this and take the Russian idea as a shield, we will not only reduce our losses and speed up the victory, but we will also have something to truly offer the enemy. Not just surrender in the face of force, but to go over to the side of truth. Now we know what that truth is.

Those who fight, who die, who win, who love their sons, husbands, fathers, brothers, friends, who stood up to defend the fatherland know. And who is at the front with all his soul, with all his mind, with all his body. Truth moves us. Not only orders or circumstances. And it must be said,

the time has come. So he's right now saying that we're making a decision here. We're moving forward. This is a key moment in our history right now. He says, we will win this war only by winning in ideas. Now, this is where he gets very interesting.

They have nationalism. And they is us. Yes. The West. NATO, the West. They have nationalism. We must have empire. Holy empire. Catacomb. Remember that word right now, okay? This is the higher

principle or card. He's saying card here, but it's a higher principle. It's bigger than having a country like Rick was saying. It will beat everything. And those who choose the empire over the nation state will not betray their ideals. They will fight on our side for a higher ideal. Nation is important, though petty nationalism is mean. And the empire is still many times petty nationalism is mean.

And the empire is still many times more important and better, spiritually, ethically, and aesthetically. A true empire can only be orthodox. So it is common. Turning to the roots, we will find unity and greatness and pride and freedom and peace. Peace will come when the empire wins. And so in his thinking right now, they're talking about, like you said, Rick,

it goes beyond thinking as a nation. You know, really Russia is made up of so many different kinds of people. We talk about America being diverse. I mean, Russia has 16 time zones. It has thousands of different enclaves, and yet they identify as Russian. Mr. Medvedev is saying we are now going far beyond statehood, nationhood. We're not going to be a nation anymore. We're going to be an empire. And what empire?

He referred to Holy Empire. Is he talking about reviving the Holy Roman Empire? Well, Russia considers itself the patronage of the Roman Empire. They consider Moscow the third Rome. That's right. So when he says Holy Empire, I don't know the answer

to these questions. I'm thinking this through and I appreciate emails from anybody. If you want to give us your insight on this, is he referring to reviving the Holy Roman Empire or is he talking about a new empire led by Russia? I think that's what he's talking about. But he said it must be Orthodox, meaning the Eastern Orthodox Church, the Russian Orthodox Church. It must be Orthodox. And he's saying the empire must be Christian and it must be Orthodox Christian. Orthodox means right thinking. Yes. That's the essential meaning of the word.

It's right thinking. Now, he used a word in his quote there, and I think it was number, which one was it here? Where he used the word catacomb. And so, I forget which one it is here. Well, but he used the word catacomb. And that was an unusual word to pop up in the middle of his post. And if you don't know what that word is, it should stand out to you.

Now, it's actually a Bible word. Yeah, it's a Greek word. Yeah, it's a Greek word, but it's a Bible word. It's a Greek word. It's a Greek word, but it's a Bible word. So it's in the New Testament in the Greek, original Greek, and it's found where, Doc? Well, found in

several places in Scripture, but one that it points to our discussion today is in 2 Thessalonians 2 verses 6 and 7. And this gets quoted a lot by a lot of end times folks out there. So this was written by Apostle Paul. Right. And now you know that what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time, for the mystery of iniqu particular section of verses here.

If you want to put the verse back up on the screen control, it says, Now you know what withhold it. Katakon. That word withhold it is the Greek word catacomb. The same word that Dimitri Medvedev used in his post today. The other time is when it says, only he who now letteth will let. That is also the word catacomb there.

So that appears twice in this short passage. Let me read this in the modern English version. Now you know what restrains him that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already working. Only he who is now restraining him will do so until he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will consume with the breath of his mouth and destroy with the brightness of his presence. Even him who's coming is in accordance

with the working of satan with all power and signs in false wonders and with all deception and unrighteousness among those who perish because they did not receive the truth so obviously he's talking about the one we call Antichrist, the son of perdition, the man of destruction. Doc, the word catacomb is referring to the restraining. That which restrains, that which holds back. So you said it mentions catacomb is in these scriptures twice. Yes. What are the two instances?

Well, like I said, the word withholdeth, the restraining, that's catacomb there. And then down in verse 7, that he who now letteth, that's also the word catacomb. So it appears twice. Okay, so again, I'm going to read this. Now you know what restrains. That's the first catacomb.

That's catacomb, right. Him that he might be revealed in his time, in verse seven, for the mystery of lawlessness is already working, only he who is now restraining. Yes. Catacomb again. That's right.

So the word catacomb, restrainer. Dimitri Mevedaeta used this word. Now, we'll talk about it here in just a moment, but for most of our audience, if you're more likely raised in evangelical church, if you're watching us, most likely. And I was taught that he that restraineth, Rick, back in the old days,

I was taught that he that restraineth was Rick, back in the old days, I was taught that he that restraineth was the Holy Spirit in the world. And that at some point in the future, when the rapture occurs, the church gets taken out of the world, the Holy Spirit leaves, and

after the Holy Spirit leaves the world, then the Antichrist or the man of perdition is revealed. I never believed it because it didn't make sense to me. Well, I didn't believe it either, but that's what I was taught. That's the standard dispensational viewpoint. And that's straight out of the Schofield Bible. You can look at the notes in the Schofield Bible because for folks that are fans of the Schofield Bible, even the notes are inspired.

And so, but Dmitri Medvedev used this word because he looks at Russia, Putin, the whole package, what is the new holy empire as the restrainer against the true evil that's in the world. That if it's not, Russia is the only thing standing between us and the Antichrist, basically is what Dmitry Medvedev is saying.

That Russia must exist. Russia must continue because if Russia goes, the rest of the world falls under the Antichrist. I might be wrong. I think we've missed in Medvedev's message. I think we've actually omitted the sentence that has catacomb in it

because he refers to Putin. He implies that Putin is the restrainer. And that's what shocked me this morning when I read it, that there was a reference in Medvedev's message that Vladimir Putin was the restrainer. Well, now, Alexander Dugin has made mention of Putin being the restrainer. Well, he's quoting. The whole thing was a quote of Dugan.

Dugan implied in this message that was posted by Medvedev, Dugin implied that Putin is the restrainer. He's the catacomb. And so the message that I was looking at is, is Medvedev saying today to us that either Vladimir Putin himself is the restrainer or Russia is the restrainer that is holding back the Antichrist? Well, since he's quoting Dugan, Dugan has in the past specifically said that Putin is the catacomb. So we have this article, this is from several years back, this is from October 2017,

where it's asking believers debate Putin's record as a Christian leader. So in this article, they quote Dugin. So Russian political analyst, strategist, and philosopher Alexander Dugin sees Russian President Vladimir Putin as an Eastern Orthodox czar warring against the forces of the Antichrist in an apocalyptic struggle. Now he says this, Putin is our catacomb. Dugan told Catholic News Service, referring to the figure mentioned by St. Paul in his writings concerning the end of time. That Greek word catacomb is used in 2 Thessalonians 2, 6, and 7 to describe a force that holds back the mystery of iniquity. So in Dugan's worldview, this mystery of iniquity is a secularizing force at work in Western countries,

the system, if you will. And Putin is the leader preventing the coming of the Antichrist. We consider this a holy war, Dugan said. We defend the identity of Russian traditional society, and that means we are defending Orthodox Christianity. So, really, when you talk about Putin, you're still talking about Russia.

You can't separate the two, really. Because the identity is so intermingled between the two of them. Now, Doc and I, we're not saying that we agree with Medvedev on this interpretation of 2 Thessalonians. What we're relaying to you is that Medvedev and Dugan

and probably many other very influential... Patriarch Carell. Patriarch Carell, they they interpret bible prophecy as meaning that either vladimir putin himself or the nation of russia is mentioned in second thessalonians as the one that is restraining the appearance of the Antichrist. Right. Whether that is true or not, as we've said many times, what we want you to understand is that's what they think. Right. Just like here in America, Christian Zionists think that the current state of Israel was brought about by God,

that it is the main work of God on earth right now, that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Israel. And that Ezekiel 38 and 39 are the war with Russia. That means Russia's bad, Russia's evil. And the Christian Zionists believe that we have to have that war with Russia. That's right. So you have Christian Zionists that are driving American foreign policy. President Trump was highly, strongly influenced by Christian Zionist theology. What we're showing you here today is that it appears that Vladimir Putin is making foreign policy, national defense policy,

based on Russian interpretation of Bible prophecies. That's right. So therefore, we have two eschatologies competing with each other, and they're both driving the world towards war. Yes. That's what we want to get across here today. So in their worldview, their view of the end times,

that Russia, and they've said this over the past several months too, that we're fighting the Antichrist. We are, and that's a natural result of centuries of Russian orthodoxy, orthodox church, where they look at things differently than we do. They look that they've been battling the anti-Christ since the first century. But now it's coming to a head. Now it's coming to a point in time where the only thing stopping the Antichrist from completely taking over is Russia is standing in the gap. Well, if you were a Christian living in Russia and you're a devout Christian and you are looking at America right now.

Yes. And you see the sexual perversion, the wickedness, the evil that's rampant in this country, you would be shocked and you would be saying, America has become the den of every foul bird. It has become a wicked place. It is the home of Antichrist. And then if you're living in Russia as a Christian and you see your own country fighting this evil power and that that evil power is trying to crush your country, then I can understand how Russian Christians would be saying, it is our duty we may have to have a glorious death we may go down we're fighting for god but

we're fighting for christ against the antichrist that's how they're seeing it right now doc has anybody else any other political religious leaders ever been uh named by their admirers, their supporters as the catacomb, the one who's restraining? You know, it was really weird when this, when you sent this over this morning and I saw that word catacomb, I had just seen the word the other day and had to do with Pope Benedict. Who just died. Who just passed away. There was an article in the American Conservative. It was a word that jumped out. And when I saw it in Medvedev's post today, I was like, wait a minute, I've heard that word recently.

Pope Benedict is viewed by some Catholics. They actually had that in the headline? Yeah, that was the headline. Oh, this is weird. Yeah, so there are a number of Catholics that looked at Benedict. That he was holding back the Antich weird. Yeah. So there are a number of Catholics that looked at Benedict. That he was holding back the Antichrist. Yes.

And now Antichrist is in control of the Roman Catholic Church. Yes. So there's segments of the Catholic Church that look at Pope Benedict as a restrainer within the church from evil just going rampant. And it was just so weird that, you know, you had that. But that word has been used before and also in the American conservative because just a couple years ago in the American conservative, Donald Trump was mentioned as the catacomb. We got the wrong year.

Do you know what year that was? It was February 2019. 19, not 23, 19. So February 2019. And so that was just a couple years ago, a few years ago. Because there was a movement. Remember the stories coming out that Trump is maybe fulfilling second period. Oh, yeah.

The Kabbalists were saying they found his name in Kabbalah. And that he, that Donald Trump, was restraining the Antichrist. I mean, you can look at those stories. They're out there. So different groups have taken on that label, that catacomb label. Whether or not you agree with what Medvedev said or what Dugin is saying, that's beside the point, as Rick said. They believe it.

And if they believe it and the U.S. and NATO continues to try to destroy Russia, then Russia is going to attack us because they believe that we have become the land of Satan. Right. And I really don't think the West is even considering this element of Russian thought at all. No. I think they're only thinking in terms of tanks and planes and bullets and lines and a line know, a line here, a line there, a train here, a plane there. They're only thinking in terms of military conflict. This goes, for the Russians, this goes much deeper. This goes back to the very heart of who they are as a nation, back to their founding as a Christian nation. Yes, they drifted in the 20th century, but they came back

and they've come back in a big way. You may not agree with all of it. You may not understand it, but the fact of the matter is they believe that they're being used by God to hold back evil in the world. And they are doing it. They are doing it in their own country.

They have outlawed homosexual propaganda to children. They're doing things to return their country to God. They're fighting Nazism. They're promoting the church. Yes. In America, our foreign policy tells other nations, you will change your laws and you will legalize homosexuality. You will legalize same-sex marriage.

You will legalize abortion. That's our policy. And we'll have drag queen shows in churches. They're doing that now. Yes. That's how far we've drifted. We're wicked. As a nation, we are now wicked. And yet our foreign policy is

driven by the idea that we are God's chosen country. And because we bless Israel, you know, God's going to bless us and protect us and we can do whatever we want to do. That's where our foreign policy comes. Bad theology is taking us down a dastardly road. There's no restraining of evil here in this nation, is there? No. What's restraining evil here? Nothing. It's certainly not the

harlot church in this country. What ministries, what churches? I mean, there's a handful, yes. There's a handful of churches that are still preaching righteousness. But the number of them is getting smaller. Most of the churches are going with the accepting the evil.

I was just told last night, and I'm not going to give out the name. I was just told last night, a text I received the name of another very prominent evangelical Christian leader who's been on television for a long, long time. That he and his entire family were vaccinated with the COVID gene therapy. Okay.

Very well-known influential person. I think I know who you're talking about. Why would I follow them in any spiritual matter if they have no discernment whatsoever about messenger RNA gene therapy drugs? If they have no discernment at all about it, about messenger RNA gene therapy drugs, if they have no discernment at all about it,

why would I follow them? Why would I listen to anything that they say spiritually? It's the great falling away. This is the apostasy. What are the two things that must happen before Jesus Christ comes back? There must be a falling away, and the man of sin must be revealed. But before the man of sin is revealed, the restrainer is taken out of the way. And Russia, the Russians are telling us today

that either Putin himself or the nation of Russia is the restrainer. And if you take that out, you've got the man of sin. Yes. And they're saying, prepare to die. We may all die and be taken out. Now, Doc, follow through on this. Spiritually, they're telling the Russian Christians, you have to get yourself and your family ready to die. We're going to be taken out. We're their strainer. We're going to have a great confrontation with the wicked West.

And we're going to be taken out, but we're going to have a glorious death because we're going to be taken to heaven to we're going to have a glorious death because we're going to be taken to heaven to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. And when we're gone, there will be no restraining power whatsoever to stop the evil on the earth. The wicked West will be free to spread its wickedness to the entire world. That's what they're teaching. They may be right. That's what I'm trying to process right now. Because I've never heard,

I've never considered this interpretation of 2 Thessalonians. And I'm not endorsing it. I'm simply saying it has... Prompted thought. It has prompted a lot of thought and discussion today. We spent most of the day talking about this.

It is a radical new idea. But this is where we're at right now. This isn't some tiny little island country saying, hey, we might be the restrainer. It has no power, no influence in the world.

This is Russia. Nuclear-armed Russia. Saying, we may go out in a blaze of glory, but we're going up to heaven. But we're going to hit the Antichrist hard. And it's going to be over for us. We are the restraining power. We're going to hit the Antichrist hard and it's going to be over for us. We are the restraining power. We're going to be taken out. Did you ever think anything like this?

Is this a... I guarantee you, they never taught this in Bible school, did they? No. And you're not going to hear it on your favorite Bible prophecy program either. No, because they're teaching you that Russia is evil

and the Gog and Magog war is coming and it must be fought and Russia must be destroyed because Russia's going to swoop down on Israel from the north. The bear of the north is going to come down on Israel. Well, they're one of the most wicked countries

in the world. And the Bible says that Jerusalem is Babylon. It says it in the city where the Lord was crucified. That's Babylon. It's right there in the Bible. You can argue and say, oh, it doesn't mean that. It does mean that. Where was the Lord crucified?

Jerusalem. So, look, every prophecy in the Bible is going to be fulfilled, and it's going to be fulfilled exactly the way it says in the Bible. Yes. Not the way you say it. Not the way you say it or I say it. The way God says it is going to be fulfilled. And after it's fulfilled, we're all going to say, why didn't we see it? It was so plain to see. It was right there in the Word of God. He told us

what was going to happen. And we spent all of our time debating things rather than just believing what it says. But you know, an essential part of that, Rick, is you remember on the road to Emmaus where the two disciples met the stranger? Yes. And they sat down with him and explained the scripture to him about the Messiah that was to appear. And then it was revealed to them who he was.

It was Jesus. And that's the attitude we have to take when we are reading the scriptures as well. Allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to us, to make sure that our hearts and minds and hands are clean as we handle the scripture, as we absorb the scripture, learn from the scripture, allow the Holy Spirit to speak to us. There are some things we are not ready to know yet. That's right. But it's going to be revealed. That's right. In the perfect timing of things. And always joke around. There are so many people out there trying to figure out how many freckles are on the third head of the sea monster in Revelation, right? But they miss all the glorious worship in Revelation. And that's the thing that over the years,

I'm kind of thankful that I wasn't absorbed and baptized in the dispensationalism. Yes. I questioned it from the beginning. I regret that I didn't stand up earlier. But now I look back, it gave me a different perspective on Revelation than maybe other people.

That I look at Revelation as a book of worship. It is. It's the revelation. It is the revealing of Jesus Christ. That's right. It's not about monsters and meteors. It's about Jesus. And when Jesus is revealed to you,

what can you do other than hide in your sin or bow down in worship? That's your only choice. Doug, you mentioned the two disciples after the resurrection on the road to Emmaus walking with Jesus. They didn't recognize him. Right.

He explained the scriptures to them. They're amazed. Like, who is this teacher? He's telling us things about the Bible that we've never heard before. It wasn't until they sat down to eat and he broke the bread. Then their eyes opened and they saw it was Jesus.

The message in that scripture is we see Jesus at the Lord's table, at the Lord's supper, holy communion. When we break the bread, the body of Christ, we will see Jesus. He's revealed to us in holy communion. and I'm going to tell you something that very soon we're starting a new Bible study that we're going to record every day and we're going to hold the Lord's Supper every day

on Wednesday, five days a week, Monday through Friday. I want people to start their mornings. You have breakfast every morning. You should be at the Lord's table. And so part of that Bible study

is going to end every morning with Holy Communion. And we'll be telling you more about it in the month of February. One final thing, a lot of people have responded already to our information that we will be taking a trip to Jordan in May, sometime mid-May, 10 of these are tentative dates, like May 12th through the 20th. on how many hotel rooms, how many plane seats, how many buses. And the last time, we only reserved one bus and we filled every seat. And more. And more because you and I and Eddie and Lee, we had to rent an SUV so we had something to ride in because every seat on the bus was filled.

And so I'm hoping, I'm believing this time three buses. All right. That's my faith level on this one, three buses. That would be about 150 people on this. We had 50 on the last one. Yeah, that's been stirring in me for a couple of days that we need to have a men's retreat. We'll see if it comes together. We're going to have to find a campground, someplace, a lodge, someplace that could accommodate a lot of people in a central location that people could travel to. Because I think a couple hundred men would show up.
